RCCG 2023 MINISTERS’ CONFERENCE (DAY: 4 EVENING SESSION)

BIBLE TEXT: PSALMS 24:3-5 AND 1 KINGS 18:41-END

Let me hear you shout hallelujah – Hallelujah!

We’ve been talking from Psalms 24:3-5; and we have talked about:

• Going Higher to the Mountain Top;
• Appreciating the fact that not everyone will be able to climb;
• And what will be the Conditions if you want to climb;
• We’ve looked at the Law of Priority as we climb the Mountain Top – Clean hands and a Pure Heart, having Integrity and avoiding Vanity.

I read on the internet that a man has Three Hundred (300) Cars: that is Madness!

That he also has Twenty eight (28) Jets. That is a Practical Example of Vanity – Having things today that would be gone tomorrow.

• And we went visiting certain Mountains:

I. The Mount of Transfiguration, where we learned some serious Lessons.

II. And then Last Night we visited Mount Horeb.

And tonight we want to visit: Mount Carmel!

MOUNT CARMEL.

1 Kings 18:41-end;

41 And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain.

42 So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees,

43 And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times.

44 And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not.

45 And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel.

46 And the hand of the LORD was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.

Anyone who is not Dead Spiritually, after these few days of Minister’s Conference (Solemn Assembly as it were) can tell you God is up to something – That this Year’s RCCG Annual Convention 2023 is going to be a “BEYOND EXPECTATIONS’ EXPERIENCE” indeed.

From the Passage – 1Kings 18:41-46; Elijah said, there is a Sound of what type of Rain? – Abundance of Rian!

While Ahab was eating, drinking and feasting, Elijah was Fasting and Praying; and there was a a Great Rain!

PRAYER: My Father and my God, I beg You – All the things that I cannot remember to discuss from this Passage, Please teach them by Yourself – Amen!

I want to talk to you briefly on: I HAVE SEEN THE FIRE, NOW I WANT THE RAIN.

On Mount Horeb, I have seen the Fire – I have Prayed down Fire but now, I want the Rain.”

Elijah Prayed and Heaven Opened, the Fire Fell but I want the Rain!

My Father and my God, your “Little Boy”, Adeboye (DMC FAMILY MEMBER) is saying, “I have seen the Fire, I want the Rain- Amen!

WHY DO I WANT THE RAIN TO FALL?

1. Because there is a Divine Promise:

In 1 Kings 18:1; God said to Elijah: Go, shew thyself unto Ahab; and I will send Rain upon the Earth.

That’s what God Promised in Ezekiel 34:26 – And I will make them and the Places round about my Hill a Blessing; and I will cause the Shower to come down in his Season; there shall be Showers of Blessing.

The Almighty God made a Promise to as many as will come to Mount Carmel that – There shall be Showers of Blessing.

And Numbers 23:19 says, God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: hath He said, and shall he not do it? Or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it Good?

Psalms 119:89 also says, For ever, O LORD, thy Word is settled in Heaven.

I have been encouraging you to join me climb this Mountain, because He said, “All around my Hills, there shall be Showers of Blessing.” (Ezekiel 34:26)

In Acts l 3:19, He says, Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the Presence of the Lord;

The Bible makes it clear to all who would be converted that, “…the times of refreshing shall come from the Presence of the Lord;”

Many of us after this Conference, will need to say to the Lord – I need the Rain to fall in this and that areas of my Life.

The areas where I have lied, cheated, falsified records, made Promises I did not keep, lived hypocritically and deceitfully, manipulating others – Lord, I am sorry, I repent!

Things will Changed!

The Bible made it clear; as many as are going with The New Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); there will be a Time of Refreshing.

2. I need the Rain because I don’t want my Anointing to dry up.

Because in 1 Kings 17:1, the Bible says, it came to pass after a while, that the brook dried up, because there had been no Rain in the Land.

… Even the brook of a Prophet dried up.

I don’t want my Anointing to dry up.

3. I want the Rain because I need Seed to continue to be a Sower.

Isaiah says, For as the Rain cometh down, and the snow from Heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the Earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the Sower, and bread to the eater:

It is when the rain falls that there will be Seed for the Sower.

You know, why many of us are still Poor inspite of all we’ve learned and Preached is because we don’t Give.

I want the Rain to fall, so I will be a Giver and not just a receiver because the Giver’s hand is always on top!

Something happened yesterday – A couple visited us at home. We have been together since the days of small beginning and I have not seen seen them for a while.

When we began to talk he said: Daddy, sometimes ago you made a request that, “your children should spoil you.”

I remembered he said, we took your words seriously – They gave me a fat Cheque then. I mean, they “spoilt me and now they are blessed.

I don’t know about you, but I want the Rain so that I can be a Blessing – A Giver and not a Receiver.

You don’t know what you are missing when you don’t bless your Man of God!

When you see a Man of God, if you have to empty your Pocket to them, do so.

Arch Bishop Duncan William was Preaching one day and he said, now I am regretting – When Arch Bishop Benson Idahosa was alive, myself and Bishop David Oyedepo we used to go to him and he taught us about Giving to our Spiritual Leaders.

He said, some of us then used to take small envelopes to the Man of God; while Oyedepo would come with a big envelope.

Today I see Oyedepo where he is, and unfortunately, the father we all knew is gone!

By this time next Year (2024); your Giving will Greatly Increase because the Spirit of miserly will leave you to rest!

And if you don’t want it to leave gently, it will leave by Fire – Amen.

I am not hungry!

How many times do I eat in a year, any way?

I don’t need Clothes, shoes, food – I am boasting in the Lord. I have enough to wear and eat for the rest of my Life here on Earth.

But I say ‘Spoil me’, not because I need it but you do need it!

Some of you heard me, and did it. But you did it once and stopped!

When you sow in secret and continuously;, your Heavenly Father will Reward you openly.

I said to my son who visited; you were starting a School the last time we met, how is the school now? And he said Daddy, that must have been a long time, because now we own a University.

How far do you want to go with the Lord? And how high do you want to Climb?

4. I need Rain because I don’t want the Word of God in my mouth to return void.

Because God says, So shall my Word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I Please, and it shall Prosper in the thing whereto I sent it – Isaiah 55:11

I don’t want the Word of God in my mouth to return void – I need the Rain so when I say, “you are healed” you will be healed straightaway!

5. I need the Rain so that there will be no Famine in my Ministry.

Amos 4:7-8 says it can Rain in one Part of the City and not Rain in the other. While the Part it rained would have food, there will be Famine in the City where there was no Rain – Because, no Rain, no Food!

I need the Rain so there will be no Famine in my Ministry and I am not talking of Famine of Food, “but of hearing the Words of God.” (Amos 8:21-13).

Many Preachers today just keep on repeating old Sermons.

There was a time I could Preach the same Message twice, but not now!

Because even while I am here Preaching, it is already being heard by the People in America, Australia, Papau New Guinea, etc.

I cannot Preach the same Sermon twice – The Bible Text may be the same, but not the Message.

So I need the Rain so that I can keep on getting “Fresh Messages” from the Lord.

6. I need the Rain because I don’t want to die.

You see, Samson almost died of thirst after a Great Victory – Judges 15:14-19.

Thirst is a “Silent Killer”!

Samson had just defeated a thousand Soldiers and then he became thirsty – “O God, You have just given me Victory, yet I am dying due to thirst.” I need the rain!

I need the Almighty God to revive me afresh, because water is more Powerful than food.

In 1 Kings 17;8-16; when Elijah got to the Widow of Zarephath, the first thing he asked for was water, before he said, if you are bringing the water, don’t forget to bring me some food also.

Elijah drank the water; and had to wait for food – So I will need the Rain!

7. I need the Rain because it is the Evidence that Revival is truly here.

In 1 Kings 18:36-40; the People had fallen on their faces because the Fire fell but the Land was still dry.

It took the Rain to confirm to them that the danger of God is over.

I need the Rain so that God will no longer be angry with me.

Thank God for Fire; but I need the Rain!

Thank God for the Tongues of Fire in the Upper Room on the day of Pentecost – Acts 2:1-4.

There is no doubt that God has visited His people. But the evidence that God has visited His People would be in the Revival that followed.

Thank God for Acts 2:1-5; but in Acts 2:41; Peter Preached a Sermon and won three thousand (3,000) Souls.

Thank God for the Fire. But I need the Rain!

8. I need the Rain so that there will be Miracles, Signs and Wonders.

In Acts 3:1-8; that’s where Peter touched the Lame man and he began to walk.

I don’t want us to come for this Conference and go without Power – I want us to go back and turn our Villages, Towns, Cities and Nations upside down with Miracles, Signs and Wonders for Christ.

When the Rain falls and there are Miracles; whenever we Preach Salvation of Souls would take Place.

Because in Acts 3:1-8, but after the Miracle of the Lame man at the Beautiful Gate, when Peter Preached in Acts 4:4, five thousand (5,000) Souls were saved.

Thank God for all our Programs, like – Beautiful Feet, Operation 2032. But without Miracles, Signs and Wonders, our efforts will not go far.

I have told you before of when we went to Netherlands years ago to start our Church there – As dead Spiritually as the Place is.

I am sure you know in Netherlands you can go to a Coffee Shop and buy Indian Hemp – It is Legal like buying a cup of tea.

And so, when we went to start The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Netherlands, Advertisements were made and so, many People came!

As Service was going on, a sick man was brought from the Hospital with all the gadgets. Choruses were still going on when they arrived.

Because he couldn’t wait, after some time when nothing happened; he said, take me back to the Hospital.

Just as they were taking him out, the Microphone was been handed over to me. Before they got to the door, I have not started Preaching at all. The Power of God hit him so hard, he jumped out of the bed!

And there was Pandemonium all over the Place – Making it impossible for me to Preach.

All I did was to make the Altar Call – Which was followed by a Great Harvest of Souls.

I decree in the Name that’s above every other name; the kind of Miracles that will make People run to serve Your God will begin in your Ministry from now on – Amen.

Are you Willing to Pay the Price for the Rain to Fall?

I. Elijah had to Fast when Ahab was feasting.

1 Kings 18:41-42 days: And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a Sound of Abundance of Rain. So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the Earth, and put his face between his knees,

… Ahab was eating and feasting when Elijah was Fasting.

This is a very Special Convention. Oh! There is enough food for everyone. God had provided; and He will yet Provide – Amen.

One of my children came bringing an envelope – “Daddy, this is for the Convention.” I looked at the envelope and I said, take your money, it’s too small.

To him, he brought a lot of money but his Region Promised to bring One Thousand (1,000) Cows for Convention.

I said, take your money, go and bring the One Thousand (1,000) Cows!

Because the Millions he brought would not be able to buy the cows.

In a way we can’t explain, God has been Providing for His Convention – And He will yet Provide (Amen).

However, this is not a Convention of feasting – Not if you are trusting God for the Rain to Fall.

In 2 Corinthians 11:27, Paul the Apostle said, In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, “in Fastings often,” in cold and nakedness.

This is a Convention of Fasting!

Remember what I told you – The Children of the Living God are not “For Show”; we are “For Gold”.

Let the others eat, drink, dress the way they like; we are different!

“If we begin to do like that Members will go” – Let them go!

Because if you try and to keep them with your Wisdom, they will still go – Only those kept by the Power of God would stay.

… Do I hear an Amen for that? Amen.

Please, Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ – 1 Corinthians 11:1

Some years ago, they were having the Centinary Anniversary of Modern Day Pentecostal in America, and I was selected as one of the Speakers.

And they have a Particular Room which they called, “Green Room” – It had different kinds of food. So they put me in the room.

Several other Preachers where there – Eating sandwich, hamburger, chicken wings, somebody’s else chicken.

And I went to sit in one corner of the room Praying because I was going to Preach that Night.

They came to me saying, are you not going to eat? I said, thank you very much, I am okay. I am not going to that Altar full of sandwich, hamburger and chicken wings.

When your Daddy finished ministering and gave the Altar Call; everybody came to the Altar.

Because I gave Altar Call for different Categories of People – Some came to be Baptised in the Holy Spirit.

Some used to be on Fire before but the Light was no more.

So everybody came! – It wasn’t me, it was the Holy Spirit.

Some of you go to the Altar just after you’ve finished eating a bowl of Pounded yam.

Say: God help me that from now on I will live for You and not for my stomach.

In The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), the Lord will make His Ministers “Flaming Fire” – Amen. (DMC NOTES: Hebrews 1:17).

For these three (3) days, I have been begging you to shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

1. I want you to decide that during this Convention, “I am going to hold unto God until I see a Sign coming out of the Ocean” – Even if it’s like the fist of a man that the Shower is coming!
2. I am going to Pray like Elijah until the Servant said Oga, “Behold, there ariseth a “Little Cloud” out of the sea, like a man’s hand” – 2 Kings 18:44

… And Elijah said, Thank You! That is what I have been waiting for.

Let me conclude:

The Almighty God made a Promise in Matthew 5:6 – Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after Righteousness: for they shall be filled.

I want to Pray, I want to Fast!

Someone queried me, “Daddy, you are more than eighty (80) years why are you are still Fasting?”

I haven’t reached the Top, leave me alone!

Even if I Fast, I will Preach sitting down – I am not going to let God go until I am filled.

But one more Point before we go – I am going to ask a Childish Question, “have you learnt anything these past four (4) days? Are you sure?

Because when you finish Praying tonight, your Offering should be a Thanksgiving.

He is the One doing the speaking these past days – Selecting what I should say and when.

So you should say “Thank You” to Him tonight.

But before you go to ask the Rain to Fall.

When you read Genesis 2:4-5 – I have heard a Great Man of God say about this Passage and I acknowledge what he also spoke.

That Passage says something very interesting about God;

That when God created the Earth, He didn’t send Rain immediately.

And he gave the reason; he said, because there was no man yet to handle the Outcome of the Rain. And when He created man, He sent the Rain.

He will send Rain to us today; But how much Rain He will send will be determined by your readiness to handle the Outcome.

In Matthew 25:14-30 is the Story of the Talents. He gave one give (5), gave another two (2), then gave one (1) to the Last Person according to their ability to manage the Talent.

You know, some of you Pray to be Pastor-In-Charge of Region – When you cannot even manage an Area successfully, you want to manage a Region.

He knows what you are capable of.

Because Matthew 25:23 says, he that is Faithful in little will become Master of much.

God knows some of you will be Proud and that is not needed – He knows not many drenched in the Power of God can still remain Humble.

Some Apostles who were here last, on a visit in 2011 – twelve years ago. Now seeing what God is doing said, and you are still Humble (laughs).

How can I be Proud?

I know how little I was before God chose me; and I am still little before Him.

A lot of people say, stop saying you are little; you are Great.

It takes being little for God to make you Great.

Before you ask the Rain to Fall tonight, maybe you will beg Him like I beg Him – Lord, I want the Rain, I want more Rain. I know my Capacity, it is limited, but you can enlarge my coast.

That Woman in John Chapter 4 came with a pot to fetch water, but after she encountered Christ, He offered her, “… a well of water springing up into Everlasting Life” – John 4:14

Father, Adeboye (The DMC Family Member) is Nobody, he (they) hasn’t got anything or Capacity. You are the Almighty God – The Potter and I am the clay; You can enlarge my Capacity.

Thank You for the Fire Lord; but this “Little Boy” wants the Rain!

Go ahead and Pray – Tell God what you want as He is listening to you.

There is already, the Sound of Abundance of Rain – Amen.

The Almighty God will Bless You – Amen.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Worshipped – Amen.

OPENING PRAYER:

And so our Heavenly Father, we want to say “Good Morning” for yet another day of this Minister’s Conference. (Day 3). Father, accept our Thanks, in Jesus’ Name!

You started so well with us on Thursday (Day 1); yesterday (Day 2) You did Marvelously well. And we know that today You will even do better. Father, accept our Thanks, in Jesus’ Name!

And Lord God Almighty, on behalf of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); where it has Pleased You to make the Ministers who are forty (40) years and above to be more in attendance at this Year’s Ministers’ Conference. Now we know that our tomorrow shall be alright.

We lift our Voices and we shout hallelujah – Hallelujah!

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Now, the next Hallelujah is Specially for you; depending on how you think He loves you, shout hallelujah – HALLELUJAH!

Amen!

Please, kindly be be seated. God Bless You – Amen!

I will like to reveal to you a Secret – When I wrote the Conference Hymn, what I wrote in the Chorus originally was “I will shout Hallelujah”.

I remembered you, and because I love you I Changed it to “Let’s shout Hallelujah.”

At your own Private time, I want you to Study the Hymn and you would see that it is a Love Letter between a Lover and his Love – It is a Letter to the Lover of my Soul.

If you meet me and you accidentally hear me say: Oh I have a friend you know! He loves me, His Name is Jesus Christ. He died for me, He is my friend, He knows my name. Let’s just say I am alive today because of Him.

… That’s why you hear me shout Hallelujah all the time.

When I begin to talk about my Lover; Nobody voted Him into Power. He is not in Office for just four (4) years. He has always been in Power and will always be in Power!

In case you don’t know – Even the biggest of all World Leaders is under His footstool. That’s why He is higher than them. And if you are trying to get a glimpse of Him, His dress is brighter than the Sun. When He speaks it is done. He rules by Decree.

At the mention of His Name, every knees that refuses to bow will be forced to do so. Why? Because His Name is above every other name. And at the mention of His every knees must bow.

So if you say, Daddy why is the Hymn having Twelve (12) Verses? There are many other Personal Verses. Maybe we will look at them some other time

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT

1. Today by the Grace of God, after this Morning Session we will be back by 3pm for the Afternoon Session.
2. After that we will go for Break; and return for the Evening Session by 7pm – That is if Jesus has not returned.
3. In case I forget, tomorrow is Sunday (Thanksgiving Service). There are over Forty (40) Parishes on this Camp Ground. You can go and worship in any of the Parishes. Whichever direction you turn you will see a Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) – Go there and be a Blessing to them.

You say, “Daddy why is there no Service here (in the Auditorium)?”

Go and be a Blessing to your Landlords, so that they will let you come again some other time (Laughter)!

Hallelujah!

Our Bible Text as usual is Psalms 24:3-5. But we are going to add an additional Text later one.

Let’s first read Psalms 24:3-5.

3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

If you read Psalms Chapter 15, it will make it even clearer.

Psalms 15:4 says, In whose eyes a vile Person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

That means if you make a Promise without fulfilling it, it will lead you to be embarrassed. Because if you make a Promise as a Child of God, you can’t Change it.

One of my daughters phoned me on Saturday from United Kingdom (UK) – “Daddy, we will be expecting you tomorrow.” I said, where? In London! Did you say London? Yes, at my Birthday Service.

Ah! Your Birthday Service? She said, have you forgotten? You Promised! I said, I did? Where?

Then she told me. Oluwa (Meaning Good)! She said, I can mention one (1) or two (2) People who were there when you Promised me.

I’ve Promised, I must fulfil my Promise.

So quickly, I bought a Ticket to London. The only space remaining was in First Class.

And in those days I had no money for First Class, but I had to look for it.

From the Airport, I went straight to the Church because I Promised.

Another of my son, a young man; I think that one is in America. He said, Daddy Please come and Bless us in my Church.

The fellow is not a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) He said, you can even come twice, not just once.

I said okay I will be in your Church the next time I visit America. And everything around is making it look as if I can’t make it, but I have Promised.

The one who is going to the Hills of the Lord, when he makes a Promise, he must fulfil it.

And I have been there once. Praying seriously that I don’t make the Second trip. But the more I Pray, the more the Prayer hits a brick wall. And the Lord says, you know what to do – You Promised!

How many of you want to go to the hills of the Lord? The DMC FAMILY MEMBERS!

How many of you will keep your Promise from now on whatever the cost? – The DMC FAMILY MEMBERS!

… That’s why we repeated Verse 7 of our Conference Hymn.

Somebody is going to need Help; and you would get Help – Amen.

THE MOUNT OF TRANSFIGURATION.

Today we want to go to The Mount of Transfiguration – Matthew 17:1-9;

1 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,

2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.

3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.

4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.

5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

6 And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.

7 And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid.

8 And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.

9 And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.

… This is not a Hill – “A High Mountain”. The Bible does not mince words.

I want to go to the Mount of Transfiguration today – How many of you will go with me? The DMC FAMILY MEMBERS!

Your Amen will tell me how many of you are ready to go with me – AMEN!

The very first time I went on a visit to Israel was in 1985; on Holy Pilgrimage – Myself and forty nine (49) other People. One of us ran away (did not return back to Nigeria with us).

When we were to go to the Mount of Transfiguration, the Vessels taking us got to a Point and stopped – That was as far as they could go, then we had to move in smaller Vessels (Wheel drives) to the Top.

In those days, I followed my People wherever they went.

Moreover that was also my first time, I needed to see the Places. Any spot we got to, I gave a Sermon about that Place.

When we got to the Mount of Transfiguration, as I was giving the Sermon that day, one of the things I said was that the Lord brought twelve (12) People to the feet of the Mountain, and took three (3) of them to the Top and left the other nine (9) fellows.

What was the fault of the other nine (9)? Why didn’t He go with all the Twelve (12) but selected only three (3)?

Say Father, if you are going to take only Three (3) People today to The Mount of Transfiguration, Please, let me be one (1) of them.

Well, your shout of Hallelujah will tell me who – Hallelujah!

He told the nine (9) – Stand here, you are not going with me to the Top. When they got to the Top, He showed the three (3) certain things.

That is why today, I want to go to the Mount of Transfiguration.

Because Genesis 13:14-18 made it clear – Whatever you see, that is what you will have. What you see can become what you will have.

In Genesis 30:27-43, Jacob Practically took away all the Strong flocks of Laban by making sure the cows saw certain things – You know the Story!

As they drank from the water, whatever they saw in it they conceived and eventually Produced.

What you see can become what you will eventually have!

2 Corinthians 3:18 says, But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are Changed into the same image from Glory to Glory, even as by the Spirit of the LORD.

… What you see, you can become!

That is why when Children watch violent games, little by little they become violent – Because what see, you become!

I went to America in 1979 (Kenneth Haggins’ Camp Meeting), saw a crowd of about Seventeen Thousand (17,000) People at the time, the entire Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) was less than seven hundred (700) Members.

I saw Raw Miracles happening right in my Presence.

On the way back to Nigeria in the Plane, I said to God: if I get back and you don’t repeat what I have seen in America, I will call You a Racist – You love the White race more than the Blacks.

He didn’t kill me in the Plane because He knew I was not rude; but was just desperate to see things happen.

When I told some of my friends who went with us, they said don’t these People know that you are very Good? They should allow you to Preach during one of their Programs.

I said my son, as the Lord lives; if He is the One Who called me, they will be begging to come and Preach in our Church Altar – Amen.

… What you see you can become!

When I wanted to visit South Korea – The largest Congregation in the world at that time, I had no money. But I said to God, I must go. He Provided!

Your Word says, Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after Righteousness: for they shall be filled – Matthew 5:6.

God did not only Provide, He Provided First Class Ticket.

In those days, there were no Business Class – Just Economy and First Class.

Those of us who travelled Economy, they did not have enough for hungry fellows like us. We supported it with more and more Coke. Unlike the First where they always beg you to eat.

When I was traveling to South Korea (First Class) I said, my God, this Life is Good!

I decree to someone here today or reading now on the Label of DMC who is travelling Economy; very soon you will be travelling First Class – Amen.

When I got to South Korea, I saw an Auditorium that was sitting Fifty Thousand (50,000) People; they held seven (7) Services. And I heard the Pastor announcing – Please Brethren, those of you in Church today, don’t come next week, to allow those who couldn’t make it to attend.

I said Hey! Whatever it is going to cost me Almighty God; what I have seen here I must see it in Nigeria.

Imagine today!

Supposed there is only one (1) Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Lagos State Nigeria that can take only Fifty Thousand (50,000) Members, every Sunday! If you can see, you will get it.

How many of you want to go to Mount of Transfiguration with me? The DMC FAMILY MEMBERS!

Let me hear your Hallelujah once again – Hallelujah.

What do I want to go and do at The Mount of Transfiguration?

1. I want to take a look at MOSES.

Why? I want to take a look at the man with the Greatest Deliverance Ministry in Israel – The man who delivered a whole Nation.

That was a Deliverance Minister of the Highest Order – He delivered a Nation out of the bondage of Four Hundred and Thirty (430) years in one night.

In Exodus 12:1-37, the Bible tells us, when the Children of Israel were leaving the Land of Egypt, they were six hundred thousand (600,000) men after they had counted the women and children.

I want to see Moses so I can take another look at him:

• So that my Deliverance Ministry may Change;
• So that the Deliverance Service of next week Thursday during The RCCG Annual Convention 2023 may be something the world has never seen before;
• So that I don’t spend a whole day chasing out one Demon when I can actually go back to my Village in Ifewara (Osun State) to chase out all the Demons there in one day.

After all in Acts 8:5-8, it is recorded there of an Ordinary Deacon who chased out Demons in Samaria, and there was Great Joy in that City.

2. I will like to have another glimpse of ELIJAH:

A man with the Greatest Revival Ministry in the History of the world.

In 1 Kings 18:20-40, he brought a whole Nation to her face – A whole Nation fell on her face saying, Jehovah is Lord!

I cannot be satisfied until at least Ninety Percent (90%) of Nigerians are crying Jesus is Lord – You can Substitute the name of your Country.

That’s alright!

I know that Jezebel remained, but at the end, she was eaten by a dog.

I want to take another look at Elijah – What is it that made him bring a whole Nation to her knees?

After all Matthew 28:18-20 says that the Word of God has to go round the whole world.

• Thank God the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has spread;
• Thank God for the Covenant He made with my father-in-the-Lord;
• Thank God my father-in-the-Lord did not make a mistake when he chose me.

I didn’t qualify to be chosen at all – Considering the fact that I just joined the Church less than seven (7) years before.

• And Thank God my father-in-the-Lord didn’t ask for a Vote;

Even though some People still believed that it was manipulated because I have a PhD.

• Thank God – God Proved Himself True.

I am looking forward to a time when I arrive in a Nation – My children there would be so many that the President of that Nation would have no Choice but to join to welcome me at the Airport.

It is going to happen! It has started.

And you are going to be Greater than I – Amen.

I want to take another look at Elijah – I have Studied him for three (3) years more closely.

I. I want to go to the Mount of Transfiguration so I can be better Prepared for Heaven.

Sir, what do you mean? I want to catch a glimpse of the Glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.

After all Colossians 1:27 says, … which is: Christ in you, the Hope of Glory:

Let me have a glimpse of that Glory I am hoping for. So that if I go by Death or by Rapture, according to 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17; either you make it by Resurrection like Moses, or by Rapture like Elijah (2 Kings 2:9-12).

After all 1 Corinthians 15:52-53 says something about what is going to happen.

The Bible says, those of us who are alive when He returns; they will first take those who slept in the Lord before. Then the rest of us will follow

II. I want to go to the Mount of Transfiguration so that I may have at least, after this Conference; the beginning of Testimonies that are difficult to share.

Where is it in the Bible?

Jesus said: what you see, don’t tell those nine (9) below.

You will have Testimonies that it would be difficult to share some of them – Amen!

Before when I shared some Testimonies, Brethren would say, Bro we hope you are alright.

In 2 Corinthians 12:1-5, Paul told us that he had some Revelations, he found himself in the Third Heaven. He heard some things that are difficult to share on the Altar.

Before this Conference is over, in the Name that’s above every other name, some of you here or reading now on the Label of DMC, there will be a Testimonies that will be difficult to believe when you share on the Altar – Amen.

Why do I want to go to the Mount of Transfiguration.

You know Peter, when he got to the Mount of Transfiguration, he said Sir, don’t let us go away from this Place – Let’s make Three (3) Tents.

Before this Convention is over, you will not want to go – Amen!

It has happened before – We had a Congress in one of the Towns. When it was time to go home we were all weeping; Praising God for the Mighty works He has done.

… There will be a repeat this Year – Amen!

I know what I shared is fairly deep; just something a little deeper – They saw Moses and Elijah talking with Jesus.

What were they talking about? What were they discussing?

One of the Disciples (who told this Story) said they were discussing what is about to happen.

They came to tell Jesus – Oga Your Journey to the Top is about to begin; You are about to have a Name that’s above every other name;

However, You have to go through certain Things:

You will be beaten; Nailed to the cross; You will wear a crown of thorns; You have to go down and be Obedient to the very Point of Death.

I’m sure the Lord said, that’s alright! That’s why I came: not to be Ministered to, but to Minister – He gave His Life as a ransome to save you and I.

… But they said a little more than that!

Don’t ask me what else they discussed!

Unless you want to ask Moses – “Moses, how were you able to write the Book of Genesis when you were not born by then?

I believed that is the reason that He took Moses and Elijah so they can hold that Meeting.

As the Theologians (those with PhD in Theology) would say – Moses represent the Law, Elijah represent the Prophets. A combination of the Law and the Prophets is that that met on that Day.

Thank you very much!

I think they whispered to Jesus that somewhere in His Journey to the Topmost top, before given the Name above every other name, at a Particular moment, You will be separated from Your Father.

Oh, we’ve been together from the beginning of the world — In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. (John 1:1-2).

Separation for a moment?

Even after they left, when things began to unfold in Luke 22:41-43; what Elijah and Moses failed to achieve, God had to send an Angel to go and Strengthen His Son.

I want to reach the Top!

Ha! I don’t really mind the pain; whatever the price may be. But Lord, I will need Your Help; I will need Your encouragement. You gave to Help me to Succeed.

You see, because I’ve Prayed (you’ve heard it before) – When I said to God that I want double of the Anointing of Elijah; double the Anointing of Elisha; double the Anointing of Peter; double the Anointing of Paul, and double the Anointing of the Lord Jesus Christ. Add everything together and double it. That’s what I want.

He said, you have asked for a dangerous thing. Because when I give you, they will not allow you to rest. I said, I don’t mind. You don’t mind?

If I ask now, how many of you will Pay the Price to get to the Mount of Transfiguration – Any Price? The DMC FAMILY MEMBERS!

I want you to go to the Lord this Morning and say: Father, send Help to me.

Let somebody shout hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Convention Hymn!

Don’t murmur, shout a really big hallelujah – Hallelujah.

Let’s sing some more to the Almighty God: Sing your own Song to Him again.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Worshipped – Amen.

Open your mouth and shout another Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

Father, let the Heavens hear our Hallelujah!

Father, let Hell tremble at our Hallelujah!

Father, let Fire Fall at our Hallelujah!

And let every Person door open at our Hallelujah!

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have worshipped – Amen.

Let somebody shout just one more Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT

1. Tomorrow we will gather by 7am. That is if Jesus has not returned. If He returns then, there will be no need for Minister’s Conference because we will hold it with Him.

By 7am we’ll gather: come with your walking shoes.

You’ll Worship God from 7am to 8am. By His Grace and Permission we will join you by 8am. And if you don’t see me just go ahead.

2. There is no Holy Ghost Service tonight, it will hold next Friday during the 71st Annual Convention.

Clean Hands!

Several years ago God spoke to me and said; one day Presidents will come here. That was at the time when we had one Military Head of State after another!

So He said we should build a house where they will stay when they come. I said, Yes Lord! And so we built what today is called the Presidential Lodge.

Several years past, no President showed up. Then my children said to me Daddy, your house is too small, we want you to move to a bigger house. Some said, the Presidential Lodge is there, you are a President yourself – Just move in!

… You see, your father is not a Prophet (I am a Pastor) but he hears from God once in a while!

Very soon Presidents arrived! From Former President Obasanjo, President Goodluck Jonathan, among others.

Why am I telling you this? Two (2) years ago I told the Pastors in Charge of Regions; I said let every Region begin to Farm. “Don’t ask for small Land, ask for big Land and begin to Farm!”

1. There will be employments for Youths in your Farm;
2. You will have food for your People;
3. During the Convention, you will be able to bring something from your farm.

My children heard me, but very few of them obeyed! Today I say, how I wish my children would hear and obey.

I am just a Pastor, and I am not a Prophet. But I hear from God once in a while. I am going to ask you to Pray a Prayer for yourself;

Say Father, Please don’t let me lose what I have, in Jesus’ Name.

… Go ahead and Pray that Prayer!

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

I am telling you all these because God said this is a Solemn Assembly and not the usual Minister’s Conference.

I am not trying to draw attention to myself. I am sure you remembered the Testimony of one time I was visiting the East; an Elder made me visit his house. He said to me Sir, all I want you to do is come to my bedroom and lie on my bed.

It’s a strange request, but I agreed – I was already in his house, anyway! So I laid on his bed. He said, Thank You Sir. He had daughters of marriageable age who were not yet married.

So he said to them, come! The General Overseer has laid on my bed, each one of you jump on that bed. Months later, they were all married – Hallelujah!

A daughter of mine heard the Testimony and she wept! Why was she weeping? Because she remembered the years when I used to visit a Particular Place and I would stay in her house, sleep in the Guest room for days from Months to Month, years to years!

She said, Oh God, Daddy GO slept in my house but I never made good use of the opportunity. So you don’t know the Value of a thing until you have lost it.

Pray that Prayer one more time – Father, don’t let me lose what I have, in Jesus’ Name!

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Don’t worry, I am not going yet – Hallelujah!

But I am eighty one (81) years already. And like I said last Night (You can Request to read the full Text of that Message on the Label of DMC Only) – “Nobody knows the Minister’s Conference that would be the last.”

Learn to treat opportunity as something Special. I am an Ordinary man, but I serve an Extraordinary God. And whether you believe it or not, He made me a Promise when He called me into Full-Time Ministry – That He will always be with me.

I was afraid, how will I take care of my family? I was poor and when I became a Lecturer I thought I was finally out of Poverty. And He said to me Son, I will be with you!

He is with me, and I want to give you one assurance – It is where I stop that you will begin – Amen.

So don’t be anxious that I will go soon. Because I want God to take me higher so when you serve Him, you’ll go higher. I am not going yet, but I will go higher in Him.

I will want to beg you, from now one, when I give Instructions obey – Obey Completely and Instantly. It will be for your own Good.

Okay! Let’s say Amen tonight – Amen!

I want you to Pray – Daddy, don’t let this man hide anything from us!

Psalms 24:3-5;

3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

When you read this Passage for the first time, what comes to your Mind is something you would call “Protocol”.

SONG:

Immortal God, Invincible God
Immortal God
How great Thou art.

So there is something called, Protocol.

When you visit a Governor or a President, and you begin to talk, you get up and say – Your Excellency, and you begin to introduce everybody. “Why don’t this People just let me talk?” They’ll tell you, “that’s the Protocol.”

The Passage says, “… Who hath not lifted up his Soul unto Vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.”

You can’t just go before the Lord, there are Protocols to follow – Something to be observed.

Clean Hands, Pure Heart. Now He went further to say, No Vanity – “Who hath not lifted up his Soul unto Vanity”.

You must not lift your Soul to Vanity.

WHAT IS VANITY?

The word Vanity actually means Vapour.

And you know what a Vapour is?

• Something that appears like Gas. Just for a while and then fades!
• Something that does not Last.
• Something that has no real Substance.

The Bible gives us several Examples of Vanity:

1. Beauty is Vain:

Proverbs 31:30 tells us clearly, Beauty is vain.

Beauty is a Vapour – It doesn’t Last.

The Elders have a Proverb, they say: “the mouth of an old woman looks like she did not suck her mother’s breasts”.

In other words, the old woman of today was once a Brand New Child.

Vapour is something that doesn’t Last.

Beauty is vain!

That is why I pity those of you who marry for beauty sake.

2. Youthful Strength is Vain:

Isaiah 40:30 made it clear, Even the Youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

Human Strength is Vanity!

In 2 Samuel 21: 13-17, the Bible says David waxed faint.

The Giant killer also fainted in battle.

3. Wealth is Vanity:

As Vapour, they don’t Last!

Proverbs 23:5-5 says, Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own Wisdom. Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? for riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven.

4. Popularity is Vain:

Jeremiah 45:5 says, And seekest thou great things for thyself? Seek them not: for, behold, I will bring evil upon all flesh, saith the LORD: but thy life will I give unto thee for a Prey in all Places whither thou goest.

Those who say Hosanna today, will shout “crucify Him” tomorrow.

Popularity is Vain.

Some People won’t understand this Point; the Bible says in 1 Kings 19:19-21 that Elisha once had opportunity to be Great. And when the opportunity to let go of Wealth came, he released himself.

When you considered Moses, the Bible says he forsook his Wealth in Egypt and said he would rather suffer with his People (Hebrews 11:24-27).

Moses was raised a Prince, he was a Wealthy man. When he forsook all God said, I have made you a god to Pharaoh (Exodus 7:1).

1 John 2:15 days, Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the Love of the Father is not in him.

… Everything in the world is Vanity. And the Bible says we should not Love the world!

INTEGRITY:

Integrity simply means, let your Yes be yes; and your No be no!

When you say something, it must be so.

According to Matthew 5:37 – But let your Communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

Psalms 119:89 says, For ever, O LORD, thy Word is Settled in Heaven.

It is Yeah and Amen!

That is why He said if you want to walk together with Him, you must agree.

Amos 3:3 says, Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

… Who hath not lifted up his Soul unto Vanity, nor sworn deceitfully – Psalms 23:4

Matthew 6:24-34 says you should seek God first and His Righteousness, and just leave the rest for Him.

It was David that said in Psalms 37:25; I have been Young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the Righteous forsaken, nor his Seed begging bread.

It is not going to happen now!

Some years ago one of my children said Point blank: the Policy of the Redeemed Christian Church of God says Seventy (70) is the Retirement Age. My Daddy is Seventy (70) years and has not retired.

I said son, I have been Preparing for my Retirement since I was sixty (60)! And he said to me Sir, I am not going to retire.

… That my son came to me when he was sixty (60) and said, “Daddy, I want to Retire now”.

You don’t know tomorrow! So don’t always be in a hurry to speak. Only God knows what will happen the next Minute. There is no room for you to come to the Presence of God with Vanity. In His Holy Hills there is no room for lies; and there is no room there for deceit.

Because according to Revelation 22:12-15; it is stated clearly: For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

There is no room at all for Liars – Whether you call it White lie, Black lie, Business lie. No lie of any type can go to the hills of the Lord.

… For without are dogs … and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Psalms 101:7 says, He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.

No room for liars there!

And this is not a joking matter – Majority of our so called Men of God still tell lies.

• Exaggeration is a lie.
• Flattering is a lie.
• Knowing the Truth and not telling it is a lie.

A Child of God should never lie.

I have told you the Story before – Pay attention! This is a Special Night.

I told you that I travelled to Ilesha (DMC NOTES: Ilesha is a town in Osun State Nigeria), came back – I was living at Surulere (DMC NOTES: Surulere is a town in Lagos State Nigeria). And I went to visit my father-in-the-Lord, then I remembered,/ that “you must not go to a Man of God empty.”

So on my way to his house, I bought some oranges.

When I got to his house, he asked them to peel some of the oranges for him. While he was licking he said, this orange is sweet, did you buy them on the road? I said Yes Sir!

And the Holy Spirit said to me son, you have lied? Because you know you didn’t buy it on the road from Ilesha.

I said, what does it matter? Road is road – Whether from Ilesha or Surulere. It does not affect the taste of the orange.

And the Holy Spirit won’t let me rest!

I Pray for everyone of you here tonight or reading now on the Label of DMC – Anytime you are doing something wrong, may the Holy Spirit not allow you to rest (Amen).

So I had to say to Papa, excuse me Sir, I bought the orange on my way from Surulere and not from Ilesha.

Papa said, hmmm! Holy Spirit. He was dealing with me!

When was the last time you lied or did something wrong and the Holy Spirit didn’t bother you again?

Do you know what that means? It could mean that He has forsaken you. He says no lie will enter into His Presence.

And it must interest you to note also, that you must Pay your Vows.

Ecclesiastes 5:4 says, When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no Pleasure in fools: Pay that which thou hast vowed.

Pay your Vows! Else you have no business going into the Hills of the Lord.

There is no room for fools in His Presence.

Why? Because, Psalms 14:1, The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth Good.

The fool is not different from the Hypocrite.

*A Hypocrite is someone who says like the world say – “Mo gbe joko”

(DMC NOTES: “Mo gbe joko” literally means “I manipulated his thoughts or views about a Subject matter. Another way to say in a Polish way that: I deceived him or her Successfully or lied successfully).

Job 13:16 says, He also shall be my Salvation: for an Hypocrite shall not come before him.

He went further to say in Job 34:30 That the Hypocrite reign not, lest the People be ensnared.

No Hypocrite is allowed in His Presence – So stop Pretending!

And why is God making coming to His Presence so difficult? – God does not want Unreliable Partners.”

Proverbs 25:19 Confidence in an Unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint.

“I want to be Your Partner” He will say, I don’t want Unreliable Partners!

You rely on a Pretender, in time of trouble, he will show himself!

Nobody wants to go to War with somebody you don’t trust.

Nobody is forcing you to be in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) – Go let us know how many of you remain.

So before you Pray tonight: God I want to come up higher; you need to know if you are welcomed! Because He is the One Who would say, you are Welcome.

If He does not Welcome you, you cannot force yourself on Him.

I know some of us want to go Higher; but are you Welcome up there?

Say Father, I want to come Higher, Please beckon on me to come!

You know that Story in Matthew 14:28-29; And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.

When Jesus was walking on water Peter said, Master, is that You? Jesus said, Yes! Peter said, beckon on me. The Master said, come! Peter just jumped out of the boat.

Some Preachers have rebuked Peter; but in all, he walked on water before he began to sink. And I want you to know that he did what no one else had done.

The Lord has allowed me to share a little bit with you, my children, concerning the Future – You know, like I tell my children things to come and you say, Amen!

I am telling you one more time:

• I see a New Redemption Camp – More beautiful, much, much bigger, absolutely secured.

When I say secured, I mean a Witch would not be able to live here!

• But I also see a New Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

The Older ones here or reading now on the Label of DMC would remembered – We were having a Convention at Ebute Metta (DMC NOTES: The National Headquarters Parish of RCCG).

A woman began to shout, Iya Lagbaja (Meaning the Mother of “So and So”), bring me my bag!

And the woman said, what do you need your bag for? She said, I am going home.

The other woman said, I thought you came for the Convention? Well, if you want to go come and take your bag by yourself. And she said, I can’t come inside, there is Fire there!

I see a New Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) where when Witches fly over our Churches during Vigil, the Witch will fall down and die – Amen.

Not a Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) where Hired Killers come to the Altar to kill our Pastors.

I see a New Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); where every Minister is a Flame of Fire!

I see a New Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); where every Workers can raise the Dead!

I see a New Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); where when they introduce you, everybody would want to touch you!

You know, like John the Revelator said – I see a New Heaven and a New Earth.

I see a New Beginning for us (RCCG as a Church) because there will be individual Revivals.

I see a New Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); where the Ministers would obey Instructions to details.

I see a New Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); where People will not use Human Wisdom, but would rely on the Holy Spirit.

I see a New Beginning for all of you: but as we will learn on Sunday (Day 4 Evening Session) – Some will see the Fire but they will not see the Rain!

Pray and say: Father You have brought me thus far, I would restitute my ways, put right everything I have done wrong. I will clean up my hands and my heart will be Pure.

But Please Lord, beckon on me to come Higher. Because Father, I want to come higher.

Go ahead and Pray till you are satisfied.

Note: When you are going, do so quietly.

THEME: BEYOND EXPECTATIONS

Let somebody shout hallelujah – Hallelujah!

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT.

After now we will be back by 3pm for the Afternoon Session. The National Overseer will direct us when he comes.

Then we will have break by 5pm to return by 7pm.

We will worship God till 8pm when I will come up.

How was the Prayer Walk today? That is what has kept me fit all these years. Make Walking a Part of your routine.

Convention Hymn!

Go ahead, sing your own Songs to The Lord. Praise Him, and let Him hear your voice.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have worshipped – Amen.

Tell two (2) or three (3) People:Jesus loves me – Amen!

Psalms 24:3-5;

3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

This Morning we want to look at Verse 4 – He that hath Clean hands, and a Pure Heart.

And each of the Sessions of this Conference we will have Segments of the Passage.

But this Morning we want to look at: CLEAN HANDS, AND A PURE HEART.

If the Lord tarries, we will look at the next Segment of that same Verse 4 in the Evening – “Who hath not lifted up his Soul unto Vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.”

So in the Evening, we will look at Vanity and Integrity.

Then as from tomorrow, we will visit some Mountains.

Like I told you yesterday, we will visit Mount Horeb, the Mount of Transfiguration and Mount Camel.

1. CLEAN HANDS

There is something called the Law of Priority.

When put in simple term, it means Uppermost in your Mind; what you are likely to say when in distress.

For Example, if you have been lost in the desert for three (3) days and they ask you, “what do you want?” Will you say a car? Definitely Not!

You would say, Water and you don’t think of it because it is topmost in your Priorities.

To climb to the Mountain top you require Clean Hands.

When God was speaking to man for the first time in Genesis 1:28; after blessing them He said, be Fruitful and Multiply.

That is Good News for those of you who are considered barren because it is God’s Promise to be Fruitful and Multiply.

And in the Name that’s above every other name, you will be Fruitful and you will Multiply – Amen.

If you are one of those who don’t like Planting Parishes, the Priority of God is to be Fruitful and Multiply.

And in the Name that’s above every other name, very soon when you come for Ministers’ Conference, this Auditorium will not contain us – Amen.

Because someone here or reading now on the Label of DMC would be Fruitful and Multiply – Amen.

“Every branch in me that beareth not Fruit” – What does God do to it? He cuts it down!

So don’t be surprised if you don’t see some People here next year because if they are not Fruitful, they would be replaced.

Because by the Special Grace of God, every Mixed Multitude in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), before this Convention is over, God will exposed them – Amen!

I. MOSES, What do you want? Moses said “Show me Your Glory.”

In Exodus 33;17-23, take note, Moses didn’t say, take me to the Promised Land – That is Secondary.

II. PAUL, What do you want? Paul said, “I want to know You.”

According to Philippians 3:7-11, Paul said Lord, knowing You is my Priority. He didn’t say, I want Title – Apostle, Intercontinental Overseer. No! He said, I want the Power that raised Christ from the dead.

That is why in Acts 19:11-12, God did Special Miracles through the hands of Paul.

Just the way we hear Testimonies of so many of you here or reading now on the Label of DMC; God has been doing Marvellous things in your Parishes. But we want Special Miracles that when we share them, the Name of the Lord will be Glorified.

III. ESAU, What do you want? I want food!

In Genesis 25:29-34, his younger brother was the one who reminded him of his Special Inheritance as the firstborn. But he said, forget it! Just give me food. It is the one who is alive that would ask for his Inheritance.

That’s why in Hebrews 12:16-17, the Bible says he sought for it with tears. When he cried and cried, his father said, there might be something left. But I have made him your lord – You will serve your younger brother.

So what exactly does God need? – CLEAN HANDS!

Whenever anybody wants to know if you are involved in a thing they say: “Have you a hand in it?

Have you a hand in this conspiracy? Have you a hand in this Culture of sin?

Some days ago, I was going round the Camp and I saw the first Miracle that happened on this Campground – Building of the International Office in eighty (80) days.

The Person that was put in Charge of that Project said: Daddy, you said you wanted the International Office to ready in eighty (80) days, with such number of rooms, Prayer Foyer, this and that. I did just what you instructed.

Eighty (80) days later, the International Office was ready, and fully Standing – Not a Single crack all these Thirty (30) years.

The biggest mistake I have ever made on this Campground is that I listened to those who said, “Daddy you have Children who are Engineers, let’s involved them.”

If we have been doing things the way my Daddy said, I won’t be where I am – Giving job to ‘children who are Engineers’. Thereby using the Wisdom of men, instead of following God’s Instructions.

Everywhere you have to take a wrong turn, God will reveal it to you – Amen!

When I said to the Pastors – God wants us to build a Church with Timbers up, no wall. They said it will be like a Tent. I know! A Tent that we won’t need fans, no door; everywhere you turn is an exit Point.

And no matter how many we may be, there has never been stampede and no one has been crushed.

They say, Daddy you rush things too much. How I wish I can rush even more!

Have you a hand in it? Are you involved?

If I say that before this year ends the Churches must double, you’ll hear, where are we going to get the People?

… But the Priority of God is – Be Fruitful and Multiply.

Clean Hands!

In 2 Corinthians 6:17; the Bible says: Touch not the Unclean thing; and I will receive you.

However, you wonder that throughout the Period of Covid-19 Pandemic; there was no Sanitizer for your face, but hand:

“Wash your hands, keep your hands clean” was all they kept on saying.

Clean Hands!

Then they said be careful, maintain distance, don’t shake hands.

1 Timothy 5:22 says, Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be Partaker of other men’s sins: keep thyself Pure.

They said that if you shake hands, you’ll contact the virus.

Psalms 134:2 says, Lift up your hands in the Sanctuary, and bless the LORD.

Isaiah 52:11 says, Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no Unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye Clean, that bear the Vessels of the LORD.

You who is Preparing the Vessel of the Lord, be Clean!

Pure hands for those going to the Mountain top, because your hands are supposed to draw Electricity and distribute to those down.

In Exodus 17:8-13 – You know the Story; Moses went on top of the Hill. His hands were Clean; he was contacting Power from above and transmitting it down.

When his hands became weak, the two (2) boys – Aaron and Hur didn’t say our hands are four (4) yours are just two (2), “sit down let’s take over.” If they had done that, they would have lost the battle.

Later on you’ll discovered that Aaron’s hand could not heal.

When Moses went to get the Ten (10) Commandments, and Aaron was put in Charge, he made a calf idol for the People. Saying that he didn’t know what to do when the People needed a god to worship before Moses arrived.

He said, I asked them to bring their Gold, so they brought it. I threw their Gold into fire and made a god of calf for them.

I have no hand in it!

When you ask some Pastors, why is your Parish not growing? They would reply, I have no hand in it ooo. The workers are not cooperating, because they believe I won’t be able to call them Super Intercontinental Overseer, Pastor in Charge of Province, etc.

Keep your hands Clean! Because when there is sin, and you lay hands on the Sick, they will not be healed (Isaiah 59:1-2).

This is not the fault of God – Because Matthew 16:17-18 says you shall lay hands on the Sick and they shall recover.

I know there are two (2) ways to that – The fellow you are Praying for and yourself. Because I have Prayed for one like that before.

There was a close family friend of ours whose wife was sick. The doctors said, take her home there is nothing we can do for her.

They brought her to the Camp. God said, do not waste your Prayer.

I said, it is written, I shall lay hands on the Sick and they shall recover – As if God does not know what He wrote.

When I laid my hand on her, the Power would return as if it landed in a brick wall.

I ran back to the Altar and Prayed – Lord You are rich in Mercy.

God said: Because I have warned her serval times and she had remained adamant.

Whatever it is that will Prevent the Mighty Power of God from Penetrating, may God reveal to you- Amen.

I ran back to the Altar, before I got back she was dead.

At the end of the day, my hand was burning like fire.

Clean Hands are the hands that can summon the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit begin to move.

If you read Exodus 14:21-28, Moses stood before the Red Sea and raised up his hand – A Mighty Eastwind blew and the sea Parted!

The Testimonies we get concerning the handkerchief – “Daddy Prayed on the handkerchief and it raised the dead.”

Did I take the handkerchief in my hand?

No! I simply said, Lord saturate the handkerchiefs with Your Anointing.

Clean Hands!

Psalms 18:34 says, He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.

… He taught my hands to do what? – War!

He reminded me of what happened at Ijebu Ode (DMC NOTES: This is a town in Ogun State Nigeria).

There was a little misunderstanding between us and the Occultic People; so they decided they were going to deal with us.

They put ‘Shigidi’ (DMC NOTES: “Shigidi” is called “Figurine”) in front of the Church.

And one of my sons took cutlass and smashed the “Shigidi” (Figurine) to Pieces.

Clean Hands!

If your hands are not Clean and you do that, you are dead!

They came to the Church for Physical confrontation; by the time he entered the Church, he took a step and staggered, by the time he took another step he fell.

You would think my son who smashed the “Shigidi” (Figurine) was hurt.

No! He is our New National Overseer (Pastor Sunday Akande) – He is not dead, he is alive and Healthy.

Clean Hands!

You have to Pray: Lord teach my hands to War!

In Mark 3:1-5, Jesus found a man with a whithered hand and the hands was restored and became useful: And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.

Say Father, restore to me everything You created my hands to do.

… Let me quickly jump to the Second thing this morning.

And that is:

2. PURE HEART.

Proverbs 4:23 says, Keep thy Heart with all Diligence; for out of it are the issues of Life.

Matthew 12:34-35 tells us that your Bible is a Treasure house, that you should keep it Pure. Because out of the Abundance of the Heart the mouth speaketh.

Matthew 15:19 says, For out of the Heart Proceed evil thoughts, Murders, Adulteries, Fornications, Thefts, False Witness, Blasphemies:

Proverbs 23:7 says, For as he thinketh in his Heart, so is he.

God is the one Who knows the Heart.

And He decides which Prayer to answer because He knows what you want to do with the reply.

By the Grace of God, I have never Prayed in my Life – God give me Clothes, give me food. The only thing I ever asked God was that He should build for me a Boys Quarter in Mushin (Lagos Nigeria). I was coming from a Mansion in Ilorin.

“God Please, give me a Boys Quarters in Mushin (Lagos Nigeria) – One room for me, one room for my wife and one room for my children.”

He said, I have decided to give you a City.

Hallelujah!

What do you want? Why do you travel all over the world?

Lord, I want to see Your Church growing; I want to see Your Promises for the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) come to Pass?

That’s why I was surprised when someone said to me “Someone Planted a tree someone is sitting on.”

My father-in-the-Lord handed over the Church to me – I give God the Glory.

And I am glad the one he handed the Church to did not kill it.

Hallelujah!

You want everything in me to be reproduced in you – The Question is: Will you be able to handle it?

One General Overseer in Osogbo (Osun State Nigeria) said to God – All I want is one tenth (1/10) of what you have bestowed on Pastor Adeboye.

God said, are you Prepared to Pay the Price? He said Yes!

God told him to start with Forty (40) Days and Forty (40) Night Fasting.

He said, I am Okay, Lord.

What is your Purpose for being in Ministry? Why are you here for this Conference? Precisely, what have you come to achieve?

That’s why I was shocked when one of my sons said: “I have been serving you all these years, what’s my Gain?” Serving me?

I have taught us that Promotion comes only from God and He is never at fault.

“Oh, it is my Senior that did not Promote me!” People will come and go. The Heart of Kings are in the Hands of the Lord and He is the One to grab your Senior Pastor.

If God wants to Promote you, He will make sure Pharaoh does not Sleep – He will give Pharaoh two (2) frightening Dreams that will make him Promote you.

Don’t blame anybody, blame yourself.

They did “Baba gba ope wa” and they got Promoted. Will such Promotion Last? No!

DMC NOTES: “Baba gba ope wa” means giving bribes in Cash or in Kind to influence things in your favour.

If at all you get Promoted, you are rising so when you fall, the world would know!

Forgive me for sounding this way; Daddy said it is a Solemn Assembly and not an Ordinary Conference.

I was President of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) for three (3) years. They met during our Annual Convention; so they decided I should be the President. They brought the Letter to me here.

Who wants to be known? Who wants Title without the Power to Perform Miracles?

I asked my Daddy, He said I want you to go there to learn.

After my three (3) years tenure, they decided I should go again.

I said Daddy, if one goes to School, He has Passed. He said, Yes!

Even one Past President of our Nation met with the Pastors and said, have you not seen Pastor Adeboye? Make him the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) President.

Most Senior Apostle, Title without Power!

Pure Heart!

He is looking into your Heart. He is not going to release to you what is contrary to His Will.

Pure heart shows you are sure.

Isaiah 29:13 says, Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this People draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the Precept of men:

You serve Him with your lips!

Do you know God is watching you?

When you are singing, He knows because it is Natural to sing but the words make no meaning to you.

When you sing Songs like:

I am serving a God of Miracles
I know, yes I know;
I am serving a God of Miracles
I know, yes I know.

Do you really mean it?

If my Heart is Pure, my Praise of Him will be Genuine.

In any case, I want to go to the Mountain Top – If I go there and He opens my Heart and finds something contrary to His Will, He will kill me.

When Ananias and Sapphira tried to deceive the Holy Spirit; when Peter asked Sapphira, “have you a hand in this?” She said, No! Go and join your husband in the Grave!

Do you know God said, He that believeth on me, as the Scripture hath said, out of his Heart shall flow Rivers of Living water (John 7:38).

I know you will say it is “out of his belly” (not heart).

His word says what you eat does not defile, it is what is coming out of your Heart.

When we ask you to Memorise something, it means to learn it by Heart – I want God to Purge my Heart.

Let me share this with you – The Word of Knowledge, when you hear “there is someone here…”

You ask, how do you hear? God just drop them in your Heart!

And out of the Abundance of the Heart, the mouth speaks.

And you’ve seen it in action – Where you are Preaching on a high speed, you stop! You are arrested because something is dropped in your Heart; it’s sitting on everything else; you just must say it so as to be free.

You go to the Mountain Top with a Pure Heart, so that the River can flow through you.

We are going to Pray now!

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT

1. Tomorrow Morning (Day 2, Friday 4th August 2023), come on time with your Walking Shoes.

As usual, during the Ministers’ Conference we will be going on Prayer Walk.

Tomorrow you will Worship from 7am to 8am when I will join you before we go for the Prayer Walk.

2. Can I call this Good News?

I have received Instructions from God that this Year’s Ministers’ Conference be raised to the Level of Solemn Assembly.

So therefore, the Teachings will be Solemn and Deeper than the usual Ministers’ Conference.

Convention Hymn

The Almighty God knows that not all of us have the ability to sing like the Choir. But He knows all of us have the ability to shout – Hallelujah.

Amen!

By this time last year there were two (2) of my friends; true children of the Living God who were here but now have joined the Lord in Heaven. But you and I are still here.

God says let’s make a Joyful noise – Hallelujah!

Nobody knows which Minister’s Conference would be the Last. You don’t know! Death has no fixed date. The old dies, the young dies. At times a child dies and leaves the parents behind.

One more time shout hallelujah – Hallelujah.

After this Minister’s Conference, if you think you will remain the same again, it will only mean one thing: that you don’t know the God that I serve. That you don’t know the God who gave me the Theme: BEYOND EXPECTATIONS.

It would mean that you don’t know the God who said, Believe in me and you will be established; believe my Prophet and you will Prosper. (2 Chronicles 20:20).

When He gave me the Theme, my response to Him was, I have found a friend in You; You are my Redeemer. And that is the reason we are His.

Let me hear you shout hallelujah – Hallelujah. Amen!

We will be Praising Him later; but if I sing my own Song and you sing your own Song. When we put it together it becomes a Joyful Noise.

So, I want you to sing to the Lord wherever you are or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have worshipped – Amen.

OPENING PRAYER

And so my Father and my God Thank You!

From the bottom of all our hearts, we say Thank You!

Thank You that thus far You have kept us;

Thank You for what You have done in the Past; Thank You for what You will be doing for us during this Conference.

May Your Name be Praised.

Thank You Almighty God. All we are saying is, Thank You!

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Thanked – Amen.

Shout another Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

… You can Please, be seated!

May I appeal to you as a Man of God; as I told the Senior Pastors during the Holy Ghost Service of Last Month (July 2023). The first time we came to the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) two (2) major things startled me;

I. Their shout of Hallelujah;

II. The second was when everything was going on fine and it was time to Pray. The fellow who was leading the Prayer that day, as soon as he said, “In the Name of Jesus!” The fellow close to me said Amen so loud that I nearly ran out of the Church.

… That kind of Hallelujah and Amen will not allow the Demon to stay!

So I want to beg you; I am appealing to you as a Man of God – Please, let’s get back to our Original way. Don’t let us become sophisticated that we can shout Amen!

Please Note: I am believing God that as you go out, you’ll have something Beyond Expectations – Amen!

I told my children sometimes last week; of a time when a madman came here; he was escorted by four (4) Police men. He had been to Aro (DMC NOTES: Aro is the name of a Place at the Outskirts of Abeokuta in Ogun State where a Psychiatric Hospital is located). And suddenly he said, “take me to the Redemption Camp, I want my feet to touch the Camp Ground and I will be healed”.

You’ve heard the Story before! They brought him here, and as soon as his feet touched the Camp Ground, he was instantly whole – Amen.

I want those days back! And I am telling you some of these things because He says, don’t make it a Minister’s Conference – It is a Solemn Assembly.

When I was at the University of Nigeria (UNN) Nsukka; we had a University Games at the University of Ibadan.

When it was time for March Past (there were only six Universities in Nigeria then) and it was the turn of University of Lagos, Oh! You should have seen them – The girls were well dressed with make up and wigs. You should have watched them Perform. And for one reason or the other, the People cheered them, “Eko for Show.”

… Don’t be embarrassed if you are from the University of Lagos – It is my University also.

And it was the turn of those of us from University of Nigeria – Nsukka was a Village then. I am talking of 1965 – that’s a long time ago. We didn’t have many People to cheer us. We came like bush men. But at the end of the Competition: Six (6) Universities, twelve (12) Trophies. We won six (6) trophies, and shared the seventh (7th) with the University of Ibadan.

Why? We didn’t come “For Show”; we came for Gold!

And if your Life does not Change after this Monisters’ Conference; you may as well go back to the world!

That leads me to the Question I am going to ask you now:

Why are you here? Are you here “For Show” or for “Gold”? – The DMC FAMILY MEMBERS ARE HERE FOR GOLD

… I didn’t hear you: “FOR GOLD”!

Alright! So may I ask somebody to shout hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Our Bible Text throughout this Conference is going to be Psalms 24:3-5.

We might consider borrowing Psalms Chapter 15 later on as we continue in the journey.

But the real Bible Text is Psalms 24:3-5;

3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

WHY AM I HERE?

Because all the Teachings we are going to learn during this Solemn Assembly (as it were) is for me! – Also for The DMC FAMILY MEMBERS by extension.

And I will tell you why – Those of you who use Open Heavens Daily Devotional, you would remembered I treated this Particular Passage (Psalms 24) not to long ago.

It was as we were discussing the Topic – The way we treat Open Heavens Daily Devotional in my home, we don’t just read it; we discuss, ask them to contribute what it is to learn in the Topic (that is not in the Open Heavens).

It was during one of the discussions that my Daddy said to me – “That is the Topic for the Minister’s Conference this Year (2023).”

So I began to Pray about it, Fasted and waited on the Lord.

And do you know the Question He asked me? “Why are you coming for this Year’s Conference?”

My answer is: I want to go to the Mountain Top!

The Question in our Bible Text is: Who is to ascend the Hill? Who is to climb to the Mountain? Because Deuteronomy 28:13 makes it clear, it is Possible to reach the Top. Since the Lord shall make me the Head and not the Tail; above only and not beneath.

… I want that Promise fulfilled in my Life before I die – Amen.

Because, like I told you before, for each morning and night spent, the time is running out. Every day we live, we are a step closer to Death or to Rapture. And we better become what God wants us to before it is too late.

I want to go Higher! And there are Advantages to be on the Hill of the Lord.

1. Up there the Air is Cleaner:

Those of you who have ever been to Mount Camel (in Ifewara, Osun State of Nigeria) the air is Cleaner!

I want to go Higher, I want to go to the Mountain Top. I want to breathe Fresh air.

God said to Elijah in 1 Kings 19:1-15, and you would find again and again, “the Word of the Lord came to Elijah.”

That means he couldn’t hear God where he was, until he got to Mount Horeb.

That’s the implication – God says, come up Higher, leave Jezebel alone down there.

If the Lord gives us Permission to visit Israel again, one of the Mountains we are going to visit is going to be Mount Horeb, the Mount of Transfiguration, Mount Camel.

The Air is Cleaner on the Mountain top.

I don’t want to stay with Demonic Pastors below. Maybe by the time of Ordination, they were Clean and somewhere along the line they backside.

I remembered sometimes ago, they brought a Demon-Possessed man for Deliverance.

The Pastors in his Church were casting and binding, then I opened the door and the Demon-Possessed man said, “what are you doing here? You don’t belong here. Leave me and these Pastors alone and let me deal with them. You don’t belong here!”

I Pray in the Name that’s above every other name; by the time this Conference is over, Demons would see you and say, “you don’t belong here” – Amen.

The Air is Cleaner up there; I want to go where the air is not Polluted by Demons, by Adulterers and those who claim to be serving God but are actually serving Money.

2. The Water there is Cleaner:

Invariably, all River has its Source at the top of the Mountain.

3. The View up there is Clear:

You can see better at the Mountain Top.

You can see things before you, you can even see things that are Past and things that are to come.

I want to be at that Level where if there is a Prophecy and all others agree, I will stand alone and say, “sorry ooo, God has not told me anything.”

Do you know the meaning of that? – It means, “I can’t lie.”

And like a Great Man of God says: When God said, “Faith cometh by hearing and hearing the Word of God”. God didn’t put a comma there! Meaning you hear the Word of God over and over again.

I was just a Worker in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) then; when we attended Workers Meeting in the evening one of those days, I felt Pressed to use the toilet. And as I sat on the toilet seat, suddenly at the back of the door I saw my first Vision;

I saw in the Vision that the Service was going on at the Ebute Meta (DMC NOTES: This is the National Headquarters Parish of RCCG situated in Lagos State Nigeria).

I saw the Altar and the Choir was singing the Last Verse of the Hymn that Preceded the Sermon.

As they were singing, the door to the Vestry opened, two (2) People – The Preacher and Interpreter joined the Service. The Preacher Preached and the Glory of God came down Mightily. And the Vision disappeared!

This was so vivid that I told my father-in-the-Lord. And he put his hands on his head and said, Oh God!

He called the other Pastors and asked me to repeat what I just told him. They also put their hands on their head and said, Oh God!

I was frightened.

Papa said: At the beginning, that’s what we used to do. The Preacher and the Interpreter always Prayed in the Vestry and joined the Service during the Hymn to Preach. And the Glory of God flowed. He said, but we stopped a long time ago. And maybe God is reminding us of what we fell off.

In the Name that’s above every other name; anything we used to do that made the Glory of God come down but that we stopped, that has slowed the work of God; God will remind us again – Amen.

When we visit the Mount of Transfiguration, we will see Moses, Elijah and the Lord Jesus Christ. We will see the Glory to come and the Glory Past – Amen.

If you read 2 Kings 6:8-17, the Bible told us the Story of Elisha and his Servant.

The City was filled with Soldiers, Chariots and Horses. The Servant came to the Man of God afraid; that one Prayed that God should open his eyes. The Bible says, the boy saw Horses and Chariots of Fire round about them on the Mountain.

Where was Elisha – In the Valley below? – No! He was on the Mountain! Where were the Horses and Chariots of Fire? On the Mountain!

The boy began to see the Horses and Chariots of Fire on the Mountain Top.

I Thank God that He has given me another opportunity to come to this Conference – so I can begin to see Beyond what I have seen before – Amen.

4. I want to be Closer to God: the Great I AM THAT I AM.

In Exodus 17:12-13, the Amalekites attacked the Children of Israel. Moses climbed to the Top of the Hill; Joshua and others were fighting below.

I want to get to that Level that I won’t have to fight, but just send those who would fight – Amen.

Is there anybody who is tired of fighting? Yes, The DMC FAMILY MEMBERS!

Tired of Struggling before they cast out Demons; tired of having to Pray for ten (10) hours before they can heal headache.

Is anyone here or reading now on the Label of DMC ready to just raise his hand and Miracles happen? – Yes!

The Closer you are to God, the better!

David said in Psalms 121:1, I will lift up my head to the Lord. Where is my help coming from? Above!

The Bible says Heaven is God’s Throne, the Earth is His footstool.

• I want to go Higher so I can have a Change of Level.
• I want to go Higher to Change from being a Receiver to being a Giver.

In Acts 29:35, the Word of God says it is more blessed to give than to receive.

Unfortunately, many of us are still in the Receiving Business.

But I want to go Higher.

Thank God He has helped me to this Stage; but I want to go much Higher.

I think it was President Kennedy of America who said to the Peace Corpers (as they call their Youth Corpers): “Don’t ask what your Country can do for you; ask what you can do for your Country”.

There are many of us who are still asking – I want to get to that Stage where I won’t be asking anybody for any kind of help. Rather I will be asking, “how can I be of help to you?”

Oh, majority of Pastors today are busy complaining – We can’t build more Churches because there is no money. We will write to Daddy GO to help us.

When we joined the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), we never asked anybody for help. We spent and were spent! And yet we kept on building Churches.

I’ve told you, in the early years when we started a Church in United Kingdom, we didn’t ask anyone for help (they didn’t have any way).

We used everything available – Like telling the Anglican Church, “Please, can we hold our Services here after you are done (in the Basement)?”

When the Basement couldn’t contain us any longer, we asked to use the Auditorium. Their service was 10-11am; had ours from 12 Noon.

We had no Money then, and we were not waiting till we have our own Place of Worship.

I still remembered that one of our Churches in London started in the Mall (their Market Place) – When the Mall closes.

Our Pulpit then was made of empty crates. The Vestry was one corner of the Mall.

We didn’t ask – We were not expecting anybody to give us.

We spent and were spent!

I want God to do a Miracle again – Amen!

When we first got to this Camp Ground for our Convention, to feed the People we said we would eat together.

We said, every Area bring your own food, we’ll combine.

Some Areas had Problem, complaining and murmuring. So I got out one day (in the first Auditorium) and said: the God Who made me your Pastor would help me to feed you – Both Spiritually and Physically. And that was thirty (30) years ago!

I got to the Prayer Room to Pray with the Pastors. After we were done God spoke to me,”Son, when do you want to start feeding your People?” I said Daddy, I wasn’t sure You were listening. He said, can’t you start now? I said, where will I get the Money from.

Those days we were about ten thousand (10,000) People.

The Lord said, tell them now. I said No! I am not sure Daddy.

During the next Month’s Holy Ghost Service, He still said, tell the People. I said, Lord not now.

And He said Son, you are about to miss a Miracle.

And I said okay! If I sell my car (Second Hand) sell my wife’s car (Third Hand), it would be enough to feed the People for three (3) days. Afterwards I would tell them, you may go home now, God has answered your Prayers.

I told them, “God would feed you from now on.” And He has not failed till now.

I don’t need to remind you of the Prices of foodstuffs in the Market.

But it doesn’t matter how many Millions will attend our Convention; my Father will feed them – Amen.

*I want to be able to feed every Poor Person in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) – Not just during the Convention.

I want to go higher!

And I know someone is here now or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC who wants to say, “Daddy, Next Year, whatever it would cost I want to Sponsor the Convention – Amen.

I want to move from being a Receiver to a Giver because the Giver’s hand is always on Top.

I want to move from being blessed to the one who would bless.

Because Hebrews 7:7 says, And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better.

I want to move higher.

I always groan in my Spirit when People say, “Daddy, we don’t know what to give you because you have almost everything.”

I say to such People, Misery will not kill you. Everybody can be a blessing to others.

In the Name that’s above every other name, from today onwards you will be a Blessing – Amen.

There is Nobody so big that can not be blessed! You just don’t want to give. But your orientation must Change from today.

I have told you about one of my sons from Abeokuta – He came to me and said Daddy, I want to give you one of my houses in Abeokuta, I have two (2). I said to him, I don’t need a house in Abeokuta, I live in the Redemption Camp.

When he insisted, I asked him to go and Pray about it – That there are Pastors in Abeokuta who needs it. When he returned, he came with the keys and documents.

Later on when I was going to hear from him, he said, there are many soils to sow. I have surveyed the soil, you are the best soil.

Well, I collected the keys from him and gave it to someone who needed a house in Abeokuta.

One day, he came that I should follow him somewhere in Lagos – It was a whole Estate that he asked me to Dedicate for him.

I called him Clever Boy! – You sowed a house to get an Estate.

You can be a blessing to anyone. I want you to Change Levels, get to that Height where you can bless anybody no matter how great they are.

I want to go Higher, why? Because Genesis 1:28 says I am to have Dominion.

You can’t have Dominion if you are on the Ground.

Dominion means on Top. The Top controls the bottom.

“But Daddy, you are already a General Overseer: what else?”
I am not talking of Dominion over you; I mean Dominion over myself.

The Bible says he one who conquers himself is greater than the one who conquers a city.

I want to conquer myself! I don’t want to struggle ever again to obey God. I don’t want to ever reason together when my God speaks – It is Yes Lord, all the time.

In 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, Paul the Apostle said, But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have Preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. I have absolute control over myself!

… Alright! Then comes the Question:

CAN EVERYONE CLIMB TO THE TOP?

If the answer is YES,

God won’t ask the Question, “who would ascend to the Hill of the Lord?”

He knows not everybody could go to the Hill.

I have said, this is a Solemn Assembly (as it were) it is not for frivolous talk. Just tell them, “leave me alone because I want to Pray, I will chat later”.

It is not Possible for all to climb the Hill. It is not everybody who got to the bottom at the Mount of Transfiguration who got to the Top. The Twelve (12) Disciples got to the bottom, but only three (3) Disciples go to the Top.

Who are those who will climb during this Conference? They are the People that Jesus calls, Disciples.

In Matthew 13:1-22, Jesus was speaking in Parables; the Disciples asked, Master why are You speaking in Parables? He said, so that the Multitude will hear but never understand.

Your ears are blessed!

One great Man of God said the word ‘Disciple’ means a Student, a Learner.

If you think all of us are hearing me, you must be kidding.

Some People think I am taking too long. Well, this is a Solemn Assembly, Nobody would force you to do anything. It is in Ministers Conference that we apply rules. In Solemn Assembly you Pray and leave quietly without disturbing others.

Who are those to Climb the Mountain?

Colossians 3:1-7 says, they are:

Those who focus on things Above and not beneath: focused on Anointing, the ability to do Mighty Things for God, not on Titles.

Those who have blessed ears – They may be young or old.

I had a Session with my Grandchildren about doing Mighty Things for God. I wasn’t even sure they understood me. I tried to make them understand.

Then I asked them a Question: How many of you would like to do Mighty Things for God? Their response shook me!

You might be young and yet be Higher for God, whatever it is going to cost. And I know the way to the top is narrow, it is not for everyone.

Matthew 7:14, makes it clear, Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

The way up is costly, because in Matthew 18:8-9 the Bible says, Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

I told my children during our Family Devotion not too long ago of the Story I told some of my Elders years back – I spoke of a Vision of People going to Heaven (a narrow path). People were Rejoicing and walking towards the gate. Suddenly the gate was closing. A man saw it and began to run to get to the gate before it is fully closed.

So this man saw the gate sliding – Closing gradually. By the time he got to the gate, there was no room enough for his full body. He begged and squeezed himself in; but his hand was out, as the sliding gate wedged his hand.

And the Angel at the gate said: Sir, you are blocking me from closing the gate. It’s either I open the gate for you to go out or I cut off your hand.

… Which of the options do think the man would choose? – Cut off the hand!

If you say “cut off the hand” it means you are ready to climb Higher. Tomorrow we are going to start with your hand.

“Who shall ascend into the Hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart;”

We want to pray now. The Elders and my wife (Mummy GO) would come and sit on the chairs here. We are going to spend one (1) hour Praying – Pray as you go, but don’t disturb us.

We are going to spend Quality Time Praising, and when we are satisfied, then we can begin to discuss on going Higher.

Say: Help me Lord to Pay the price, whatever it will cost.

Let’s go to God in Prayer!
