The Holy One of Israel, we Worship You. We know once You Speak it is done.
You are not a Man that you should lie; neither the son of Man, that You should repent.
You are the One Who said we should be Fruitful and Multiply. – It is a Command, it is a Decree.

Bible Text: Exodus 12:37
And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were men, beside children.

*Today, I have not come to Preach a long Sermon to you; because whatever we would have talked about, we’ve already mentioned it either on Friday Night (June 2023 Holy Ghost Service) or Sunday Morning (June 2023 Thanksgiving Service).

When we are talking about “Understanding God”, one of the things we said about God is that, “Delay does not mean d/Denial.”
When God makes a Promise, Heaven and Earth could pass away, the Promise of God would still be fulfilled.,
That’s God!
When He Promised Abraham in Genesis 12:1-3, that his Seed would become a Blessing to the whole world.
When again and again He appeared to him, either in Genesis 15; Genesis 17; and Kept on talking about his children being like Stars of Heaven.
And for Twenty five (25) years Abraham remained barren; it would look to Man as if God has lied.
But delay doesn’t mean Denial.
That’s why I read to you the Passage I read in Exodus 12:37 – The Day the Great Grandchildren of Abraham were leaving Egypt, the Bible says they counted, “about six hundred thousand on foot that were Men, beside children.”
If there are six hundred thousand Men, you can be sure children outnumbered their Parents – At least two (2) or three (3) to one.
Then you will know that the crowd that left Egypt that day were in the Millions.
He Promised a Man who was apparently barren that his children would be like the Stars of Heaven. Today the Bible says, everyone who is a Christian is of the Seed of Abraham.
So if you count all the Christians from the Time Jesus Christ died and rose again till today; all the Christians – Dead and Living, add to these Millions of Jews, you would see how Awesome our God is.
… I sang a Song that, “There is none as Holy as the Lord;”
The Holiness of God is founded on the fact that, it is impossible for God to lie – A Holy God will never lie.
And He is the One Who said, you are going to be Fruitful – Amen.
And He is the One Who said you will Multiply – Amen.
Whether the devil likes it or not, it is a Settled matter – Amen.
All I want you to do this Morning is that, I want you to make a Decree concerning your Fruitfulness and it is going to be Settled – Amen!
The only Person for whom the Decree cannot work is somebody who is not a Child of God.
ALTAR CALL
So if you are not a Child of God, you are not Born Again and you are here, or reading now on the Label of DMC; then you need to Genuinely surrender your Life to Jesus Christ right where you are.
So, if you want to surrender your Life to Jesus Christ, come now!
Because today, we just want to issue a Decree. And He is Unlimited, He is Completely Unlimited – No Circumstance can limit Him.
If you want that Unlimited God to show Himself on your behalf, come and surrender your Life to Him – He will save your Soul and everything will Change.
Thank You Father!
Now those of you who are ready to Genuinely surrender your Life, cry unto Jesus Christ to Please, save your Soul.
Ask Him to forgive all your sins. Tell Him you will serve Him for the rest of your Life. And He will grant your Request.
The rest of us Please, Stretch your hands towards them – Pray for these our New Brothers and Sisters:
Ask that the Almighty God who saved our own Souls would save their Souls also.
Let’s Pray for them for just one (1) Minute. And then I will Pray for Salvation.

Save their Souls Lord; let Your Blood wash away their sins. And let them become Children of God.

This Month (June 2023); we are talking about, “Understanding God.”
Bible Text: Psalms 24:1
The Earth is the LORD’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
OUR GOD IS THE ALL-SUFFICIENT ONE
According to Genesis 17:1 – He said that my Name is Jehovah El-shaddai; the God Who is More Than Enough.
He owns everything – The Earth is the Lord’s; the Fullness thereof, they are all of the Lord.
Sliver and Gold, they belong to Him – According to Haggai 2:8.
The Cattle upon a thousand hills, they belong to Him – According to Psalms 50:10-11.
HE IS THE OWNER OF CRUDE OIL.
Because we bring it out from the Earth. And the Earth is the Lord’s and the Fullness thereof.
He is the Owner of Silver, He is the Owner of Gold.
When they are talking about Dollar or Pound Sterling, they call them “Hard Currency.”
There is no Currency as hard as Sliver; no Currency as hard as Gold; no Currency as hard as Diamond – My Father owns them all.
So, if He wants something, He doesn’t have to turn to you for help – You need to understand that!
That is why He says in Psalms 50:12 – If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.
He says, there’s no need for me to tell you, I need food – I own everything! If there’s anything I need I’ll create it.
WHAT UNDERSTANDING DO WE GET FROM THIS?
It is not God Who needs you; it is you who needs God – Get that one clear!
And all of a sudden, ways will begin to open unto you – Amen!
Let’s take one (1) or two (2) Examples very quickly;
In 1 Kings 17:8-16, it is not Elijah who needed Help, it’s the Widow of Zarephath.
“Oh, the Bible says the Brook dried up, that’s why Elijah has to leave Cherith – There was was no water there anymore.” So what?
When you read 1 Kings 19:4-8, when Elijah needed food God sent an Angel to bring not just food, but water.
“Oh, the Widow of Zarephath gave him water, gave him food.”
Who needed help? It’s not Elijah!
The God Who has been taking care of Him (Elijah) can continue to take care of Him. The God Who has been sending birds can send an Angel.
When you read 2 Kings 4:8-17, it is not Elisha who needed help; it’s the Shunamite woman.
When the Shunamite woman said, “come and eat in my house” Elisha told her “who told you I am hungry?” The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.
This woman has to compel Elisha to come and eat.
When you read the Story, you would find out that Elisha had Connections:
He is connected to the King, he is connected to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forced – He is highly connected.
He told the woman, do you need Help? I can tell Big, Big People.
So, Elisha was not in need! It was the Shunamite woman who needed a son – It was the Shunamite woman who needed something money cannot buy.
When you read Luke 5:1-7 – The Story where Peter fished all Night and caught Nothing.
And Jesus came and said Please, can I use your boat?
You say, “you can see there, Jesus needed a boat.”
The One Who can walk on water can Preach on water! He needed no boat to Preach.
… He can stand on water there and do His Preaching.
Who needed Help? It was Peter who fished all Night and caught Nothing!
Who needed a Miracle, so that by the end of the day he had two (2) boats full of fish? It was Peter!
So when God ask you to give Him something (we are talking about Understanding God) He is merely setting you up for a Blessing.
You are the one who need God; He is not the One Who needs you.
When He says, “honour me with the Firstfruits;” He is saying, honour me – He is not the One Who needs your money.
Naira is counterfeit Currency in Heaven – They don’t spend Naira in Heaven. They don’t spend Dollar there; they don’t spend Pounds there!
The ground there is Gold Brethren!
So when He says, give me your Firstfruit, He is saying Honour me so that I can do something for you, that you won’t even have enough room to contain it.
When He asks you to pay your Tithe He is simply saying to you – With all your Efforts, there are devourers dealing with you; there are enemies you don’t know, there are things you are spending more on that are Fruitless Efforts.
Before I became a Christian, I know how much I was earning. And by the middle of the Month, I was borrowing money from my Driver – I hired the Driver, Paid him salary; but before the middle of the Month; Devourers would have devoured whatever I had left. I had to borrow money from my Driver.
And then I became Born Again. And one of the first things I discovered was that friends who have been Paying me visits stopped coming because there was no more Alcohol to give.
There are things you spend money on that you’ve considered been Sociable – Devourers who come in disguise of friends; who are Nothing, other than Consumers of your Good.
If you become a True Child of God they would drop you!
Useless Visitors would no longer come; Useless Expenses would no longer come.
God said, I will cause Devourers to leave you alone.
God does not need your money; it is you who is in need of Him – Understanding God!
When He says, Pay your Tithe He is saying, you are the one who needs Open Heavens – “Do this and I will Open the Windows of Heaven.”
That’s what He said!
Some of us think we are Clever and we think we are Playing games with God (cheating Him); not knowing that we are cheating ourselves – Understanding God!
Anytime they say it’s Offering Time, you should be rejoicing: because you are being given an Opportunity to be blessed.
I don’t want to talk long – “A word is enough for the Wise.” That’s what they say.
But I will remind you of a Story you’ve heard before:
I went to visit one of our Pastors a long time ago when I was still a Lecturer at the University of Ilorin (DMC NOTES: Capital City of Kwara State, Nigeria)
And at that time we were spending Pounds and Shillings. i had ten (10) Shillings in my Pocket.
Let me try to use modern language – I had about a thousand Naira (#1,000) in my Pocket that I wanted to give him. He was a Pastor, and I am a Lecturer. I was a rich man by Comparison.
I had about a thousand Naira (#1,000) in my Pocket that I wanted to give him: then I got to his Place. And I thought he would entertain me with shall we say at least a bottle of Coke of about a hundred Naira (#100)
I got there, greeted him, he greeted me. I thought he would say, Oga you travelled all the way from Ilorin (Kwara State) to Ondo (Ondo State).
Even if he had to borrow the money to entertain me with just one bottle of Coke of one hundred Naira (#100); he could have done so. But he didn’t!
So he greeted me and greeted me till it was time to go. I Prayed for him and then he escorted me to my car, and I also greeted him and greeted him and kept my one thousand (1,000) Naira (#1,000) in my Pocket.
After I left, I go to the next Petrol Station, I bought two (2) bottles of Coke for two hundred Naira (#200). The balance remained in my Pocket.
Who was the loser?
Stand on your feet!
Because from today onwards, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, you will never lose again – Amen!
Now, those of you who have not given your Life to Jesus Christ, who is losing?
When Jesus says, surrender your Life to me, does it mean there is Nobody in His Church?
Does it mean there are no People who are getting saved all over the world every day?
“Let Him leave me alone, I want to live my Life my own way.*
Who is losing?
Understand God: when you give your Life to Jesus Christ, it’s for your own benefit.

So if you haven’t done so, and you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ you better do so now!
Stop wasting your Life!
Come and surrender to the Only One Who can turn the Tides for you.
You deny Him of your Life, He will deny you of His Blessings.

Okay, cry unto Jesus Christ and say, I surrender my Life to You. Please,save my Soul Lord, and I will serve You for the rest of my Life.
Go ahead, talk to Him.

He said concerning David – He said: I have found a Man who will do all my Will.
That means that He was seeking!
And when you talk about David; ask any Child and said who is David?
I. He may say the King.
II. He may say the Giant Killer.
III. But almost all over the world, everybody agreed that the most important thing about David was that he was a Musician – He knew how to Praise God.
To make your Promotion certain, I want you to spend the next five (5) Minutes Praising God, Magnifying His Holy Name, giving Him Glory, Worship Him, Adore Him, Lift Him High – He is an Unlimited God.

That kind of Blessings that they will say: God, this is becoming “Too Much”; God give unto them.
I Pray that every Day of this Month of June 2023, that it will be Days of Miracles for Your Children.
I Pray that we will Serve You till the End.
Thank You Almighty God.
Father, I Pray that even before the Sun Sets today; Your Children will have Testimonies.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
Well, let Someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!
Shake hands with two (2) or three (3) People – Tell them that your Miracles will come “Suddenly” – Amen!
And then you may Please be seated!
This Morning, we are talking about: “THE UNLIMITED GOD”.
Our Bible Text will be: Jeremiah 32:27:
Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
When God asks a Question; He is Probably even not expecting an Answer from you because He is the Answer Himself.
The Lord God of all flesh is asking the flesh – Is there anything “Too Hard” for me?
We are talking about “The Unlimited God” – Two (2) words here: “Unlimited” and “God”.
“God” is the Noun and so we will Probably start by defining “God” because there are all kinds of God around and so we need to know which one we are talking about.
The God that we are talking about is the One who is in Genesis 1:1.
Genesis 1:1 says: In the beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth.
So, who is God:
I. The Creator of All Things.
II. The One who was there at the very beginning.
And then the word “Unlimited” is the combination of two (2) words – “Un” and “Limited”.
I. “Un” is another word for “Not”.
So, Unlimited means “Not Limited”; Unpleasant means “Not Pleasant”; Unhappy means “Not Happy”.
II. Or that word “Un” could also means the Opposite.
So, Unlimited means “The Opposite of being Limited”.
So to understand “Unlimited”; we need to understand “Limited”,
To be Limited in the Language of the Market Woman is to say: Thus far you can go and no further!
That means that you are Limited.
If Somebody is Lame, we will tell the Fellow – Well you can crawl but you can’t Stand, you can’t run, you can’t jump.
And so, the God that we are talking about is the One who is not Limited, who cannot be hindered, who cannot be Stopped from doing whatever he wants to do!
He is not Limited by Oppositions.
In Isaiah 43:13; He said that I am God. Who can deliver out of my Hand? He said that if I said that I want to work, who can hinder me?
… That’s the God we are talkimg about!
He is Unlimited by Circumstances.
It doesn’t matter what the situation may be, He is not Limited.
In Genesis 18: 9-14; when He said that a ninety (90) years old woman will become Pregnant and the woman laughed; the woman had a Good cause to Laugh – She has not menstrurated for forty (40) years; the husband was a hundred (100) years old man and yet God said that nine (9) Months from now, you will have a baby boy. And the woman laughed.
God said that do you know the One who is talking? Is there anything “Too Hard” for the Lord?
Tell the Fellow next to you – My own will not be “Too Difficult” for God (Amen).
He is not Limited by Time because He Controls Times and Seasons – Daniel 2: 20-22.
So, there is Nothing called “Too Hard” with God because He is not Limited by Time.
You can read John 11: 1-44 – I mean that the Sister of Lazarus said if you have been here earlier, my brother won’t have died.
He said: Don’t worry yourself; I am never Late.
No sir, you don’t understand. By now, he is already sinking.
He said that is no Problem with me!
In the Name that is above every other name; everything that the enemies has considered “Too Late” for you will be done today – Amen!
Now, because He made Heavens and Earth, He is not Limited by Resources.
Psalms 24:1 says that the Earth is the Lord and the Fullness thereof.
Haggai 2:8 says: Silver is mine, Gold is mine.
Psalms 50: 10-12; it says that even the Cattle upon the thousand Hills; they are all mine.
He is Unlimited by Age – He doesn’t grow Old.
Daniel 7: 9-10 calls Him the Ancient of Days.
He has been around for very, very long time and yet according to Exodus 3:14, He still calls Himself “I am”.
Because He is not Limited in Age, He is not Limited in Strength.
Isaiah 40: 28-31 tells us that He is never tired.
And it says that even if you are a Young Man and you wake up in the Morning feeling Fresh and Strong; you will grow Weary – That is why you Sleep at Night.
Because He is Unlimited:
Whatever you need, He can Supply.
Bible Scholars (Those who knows the Bible very well – Professors); they know Hebrews, they know Greeks, they know everything and they tell us that when God said in John 14:14 – If you ask anything in my Name, I will do it.
That He is actually saying that if you ask for something that I forgot to create; I will create it for you.
That if all of a sudden you think of something that I never created and you say that you want it; I will create it for you.
Someone challenged the Professors once when they said that one – He said: Okay, suppose I asked God for a cow with four (4) heads, will God create it for me?
The Professor said: What do you want to do with heads? Why don’t you just ask for four (4) cows?
But if really you are that Stupid and you are so interested in the head of the cow and you ask Him for a cow with four (4) heads? He will create it.
In John 6: 5-13; the Bible said that Jesus Christ had a crowd coming to Him – He has been Teaching them and they are hungry and so on and so forth.
He called one of His Disciples and said: Where are we going to get food for these People?
The Bible said: But He Himself knew what He will do.
I have Good News for Someone – God already knows how He is going to solve your Problems!
He took five (5) loaves of Bread and two (2) “Small fishes” as the Bible called it and used it to feed five thousand (5,000) People and there were twelve (12) Baskets Leftover.
Somebody said that where is the Bread coming?
He Himself is the Bread of Life – So, He just kept on creating more Breads as He was breaking the Bread.
In the Name of the One who called me – Before the end of this Month, you will have More Than Sufficient (Amen).
Because He is not Limited in Time and Age; He can move any Mountain.
Psalms 90: 1-2 tells.ls us that from Generation to Generation; He said before the Mountains were brought forth, He is there.
He knows the Foundation of every Problems!
One of my sons was Preaching on Friday Njght (During the Youth Presentations at the RCCG June 2023 HGS) – And He said that before your Problems started, God has a Solution. He created the Solution even before the Problem.
A friend of mine said something very funny but so true – He said that what use is the ear lobes?
Ask the Scientists; they will tell you all these things has no real Purpose.
It is there for you to hang your Spectacle because God knew before you were born that some of you will wear Glasses.
He has a Solution for every Problem(s) before they started!
Every Mountains that has been Plaguing your family; God will reveal the Solution today – Amen!
But then, I can go on and on because you know the Joy of every son is to boast about his father.
And when you give me a Topic like this, if you don’t hold me tight; we will be here till tomorrow because I’m Proud of my Father – He will do anything; absolutely anything!
Let me just tell you this Story!
We wanted to start a Church in a Particular Country and I told our Ambassador there – Please, we have come, we want to start a Church here in Israel. He laughed and I said: Why are you Laughing?
He said that everybody knows that America is the best friend of Israel – Yes sir.
He said that the Government of Israel has told America – We know that you are a Christian Country. You can have the “Roman Catholic”, you can have Anglican, you can have “The Methodist”, you can have “The Baptist” but we don’t want to hear about anything about this Pentecostal something. Don’t bring that here.
So, he said that if they said that to America and you are coming from Nigeria of all Places and you say you want to start a Pentecostal Church? He said forget it.
I said that my own will be different.
Tell your Neighbour that when it comes to Miracles; my own will be different!
And so being a Diplomat, he became Diplomatic – If you are not going to listen to reason; then he said what do you want me to do?
All I want you to do is to help me Submit the Application and leave the rest to my God.
He Submitted the Application and six (6) Months later; we were Registered.
One more time; tell your Neighbour with all Faith – My own will be different!
But you see, that makes Him (God) a very “Great Friend” – If He is your friend; Oh you got it made!
Because Psalms 46:1 says that He is the Ever Present Help in the Time of Trouble.
… Anytime that you need His Help, He will be there!
And He can Help you in a manner you cannot ever Dream Possible or Imagine.
1983, we were about to go and host the first ever Convention at the Redemption Camp – Everywhere was Jungle in those days and we were Struggling to build “Little Camp” on some thirteen and half (13½) Hectares of Land.
And all of a sudden, there were these “Little, Little Pest Birds” – Tiny, Tiny Things and they just came by the hundred of thousands; they cover every trees around us. And within a day, they had finished all the leaves and trees.
And the Problem was that they were defecating everywhere, turning the whole “Little Camp” to a very, very smelly Place. And there was Nothing that we could do – They were so tiny.
And one of the “Little Boys” around said: I have a “Dane Gun” and he will Shoot it to their midst. Dozens will die but it looks as if – If one dies, hundreds will take its Position.
DMC NOTES: The “Dane Gun” was originally a type of long-barreled flintlock musket imported into West Africa by Dano-Norwegian Traders prior to the mid-19th Century. The term is now used Chiefly by Europeans living along the West African Coast to generally describe any indigenously made firearm of this type.
God, what am I going to do? People are coming for the Convention? Look at these Birds!
And He (God) said: Leave it to me.
And all of a sudden, Mighty Eagles from no where came by the dozens and they were just killing these birds.
Within hours, not a Sungle one of those birds remained. And then the Eagles flew away!
I decree into the Life of Somebody today or reading now on the Label of DMC – If God has to send Somebody from Heaven to come and Solve your Problem(s); so shall it be (Amen).
It will not be right for me not to tell you as a Man of God that He is also a “Dangerous Enemy”.
You can’t run from Him – Where are you going to run to? Where are going? He is there!
David said that If I get wings and I fly away, You (God) will be there waiting for me. If I said that I want to go to the bottom of the Ocean, he (David) said that there Your Hands will find me (DMC NOTES: Psalms 139: 9-10)
His Arms are Everlasting Arms.
You remembered that funny Fellow called Jordan.
God asked him to go to the East, he said that I’m going to the West.
And then funny enough, he decided to go by boat.
And God said that I made the Sea – The Wind and the Sea obeyed me.
So, He (God) started a “Little Storm” and until they threw that Fellow out of the boat, the Storm didn’t stop.
Some People say why do you keep on saying: Be Holy, be Holy? Because I know Him as He is my Daddy.
When He is your friend, then no Oppositions. But if He becomes your enemy, you are downfall.
Just one more Story and then I will Close:
One Man came to The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) when we were in the Old Auditorium (At Ebute Metta – National Headquarters Parish).
He had swallowed a Charm to make Money and for one reason or the other, Money didn’t come and he had made a Promise to die after seven (7) years.
When he saw that it was about two (2) weeks to seven (7) years and something was biting him inside; he ran to the Church.
When he told us the Story, we said that is no Problem, our God is a Great Deliverer. Will you give your Life to Jesus Christ? He said Yes sir.
We Prayed a Simple Prayer, he vomited the thing.
Whether you believed it or not, as soon as he vomited the thing, the thing looked like a crab and tried to escape (It was still alive then). We had to chase it to kill it and then set it on Fire.
For about two (2) weeks, our Brother was coming – Rejoicing that I have my Life back.
Then all of a sudden, we didn’t see him again and so we decided to Follow Up. And he said that they told me that I swallowed that one wrong.
Meaning what? You swallowed another one?
And then, this time around Money came but then seven (7) years came.
Seven (7) may seems like a long Period but ask Somebody who is in debt, who borrowed Money from the Bank; he will tell you that seven (7) years can fly.
When another seven (7) years was about to end, He had a Brain Wave – Ha, demons can operate only in Africa. I will run to London – The cold Weather there won’t allow them to touch me.
He died on the Plane.
You don’t run from God – He is Unlimited; Unlimited by Space.
And like Somebody would say – If you know that you can’t beat them, join them!
You can’t beat God – He is a Great Friend. He is my Friend.
You are on His Side if He is your friend – He will Solve your Problems in a manner that you can’t even Dream Possible!
I don’t want to tell you the Story of how I get my PhD – I Solved my PhD Problem by God showing me the Crossing of the Red Sea.
He said that the Sea Parted into two (2) – The children of Israel Passed through on Dry Land and the Sea came back together.
God said: Take your Problems and let me help you to Solve them – By then I had one hundred and eighty six (186) Simultaneous Equations.
Anybody who knows anything about Mathematics will know that is a Serious Problem. And I didn’t even know what to do and I had been on this thing for eighteen (18) Months.
And then He (God) said: Bring your Equations – I spread it before Him and He said put this on the Right, put this on the Left.
… You think that God doesn’t know Mathematics?
And all of a sudden, after I separated it; I saw that all the Equations on the Right has something in common and all those oj the Left has something in common.
And the Equations contradicted quickly – Five (5) hours later, the work that I had been doing for eighteen (18) Months was over.
That’s God – He is my friend!
Let Him become your friend and Promotion will come easily!

So, those of you who will want to surrender your Life to Him, you want to Cross Over to His Side – Stop resisting Him.
Come now – Come and Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ. Let me Pray for your Salvation and everything will Change for the better.
I will count from one (1) to ten (10) – Come now!
Those of you who are already infront, talk to the Lord that I have come to surrender to you; Help me. I am Limited but You are Not.
Save my Soul, let me become one of Your Children and then Your Unlimited Power will become available to me – Just save my Soul Oh Lord and I will serve You for the rest of my Life.
Please, the rest of us let us Stretch our hands to our Brothers and Sisters and intercede for them.
Pray that the One who saved your Soul will save their Souls also.

Saviour of Mankind, I want to Thank You – You are Unlimited: Unlimited in Power, in Resources, by Age, by Circumstances. Please accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.
These Your Children has come forward Lord – They said that they have come to surrender their lives to You.
Please receive them, have Mercy on them, let Your Blood wipe away their sins, save their Souls Lord, receive them into the Family of God.
And from now on, anytime they cry unto You, answer them by Fire.
From today onwards Lord God Almighty, remove every Limitations from their lives and let them serve You to the end.
Thank You my Father!
And Lord God Almighty, Your Children are going to cry unto You – You are “The Unlimited God”; this Month (June 2023), Prove to everyone of us that You are Unlimited.
Lord God Almighty, no matter the Opposition that they might be facing; even before the end of this Week, let them taste Your “Unlimited Power”.

You know that I told you that a time will come when my children will do all the Preaching and I will just come at the end and I will say: God Bless You all and then you will go home fully satisfied. We are getting close to that Period!
By the time we get sufficiently fulfilled by these Young Ones, and then I will have the Freedom to travel a little more because wherever I go now, I had to hurry back for the Holy Ghost Service (HGS) Night.
But when we have enough of these Young Ones to deal with the Topic; I can fly in from Australia or New Zealand or Japan or wherever and they will just bring me in by Technology and I will just say: God Bless You my children.

Tonight, I will just add a little bit to what my children have already said.
Bible Text: Proverbs 9:10
The Fear of the LORD is the beginning of Wisdom; and the Knowledge of the Holy is Understanding.
Now, my children who spoke before me have defined Understanding eloquently, theologically, grammatically, you know!
But I want to define Understanding the way the Market Woman can understand.
You see, there is a link between Knowledge, Understanding and Wisdom (from our Bible Text).
But you see, to understand someone is to know, as much as Possible how he thinks, how he acts and how he reacts to certain situations.
Maybe a simple illustration would clear the matter, because if you understand someone, then you will behave in such a manner that, that someone would be able to do for you whatever you want.
If you understand somebody, you can get whatever you want from him or her.
I have told you a Story before, something that happened in 1963 (that was 10 years before I became Born Again). So you would understand the kind of Person I was then.
A girlfriend of mine came visiting from out of town – I won’t tell you the State she came from. And I had Prepared very hard to receive her. I Prepared very good Pounded yam, combination okro soup, bush meat, etc.
When she arrived, we sat at Dinning Table and then I opened the dishes. She looked at everything: Pounded yam, okro soup, all kinds of meat.
And she said, “you only Prepared Pounded yam?” I said yes. She said, don’t you have garri? I said, garri? She said yes. I said, I have garri. And then she said, do you have “Tinko?” I said yes, I have.
… Now, “Tinko” for those of you listening Abroad or reading now on the Label of DMC, is “Dried Beef.
So I went, got garri, got a bowl of iced water, then got a big chunk of Tinko. And she was enjoying herself soaking garri. I ate my pounded yam alone! But by the she finished the meal; she was satisfied and I got what I want.
After that, anytime she visited, I didn’t bother Preparing Pounded yam. I got garri, Tinko because now I understand her.
Tonight, somebody will begin to Understand God, so that from now on, whatever you want from Him you will get – Amen.
The Bible says in Isaiah 40:28, that it is not easy to say you want to Understand God.
Understanding of God at the very best is going to be Limited. However, the Word of God encourages us to want to Understand Him.
The Bible says in Proverbs 25:2, It is the Glory of God to conceal a thing: but the Honour of Kings is to search out a matter.
We are encouraged to do a Research into this God, so that we can Understand Him and then we can know Him more.
Because when you know Him, according to Daniel 11:32 – When you know Him, you would be Strong and then you can do Exploits.
HE DOES NOT THINK LIKE WE THINK.
But we need to know straightaway that His ways are not our ways, neither His thought our thoughts – Isaiah 55:7-9.
He does not think like we think, He does not behave the way you think He will behave – You expect Him to come from the left, He would come from the right. If you think because He came from your back yesterday, it would be your back that He will come from next time, you would make a big mistake.
Elijah was a hairy man, People respected him as a Prophet. When they saw Elisha that he was bareheaded they never thought this man can have any Power.
… That is the first thing you need to know about God – He does not think the way we think.
In 2 Kings 5:1-14, Naaman said, “I thought the Man of God will come out, Pray for me, lay his hand on my Leprous Section and then Cleanse me.” – That’s what he thought!
But God came from another direction and told him, “go and take your bath.”
Thank God he obeyed!
There is somebody here today or reading now on the Label of DMC; in a manner you are not expecting, my God will surprise you – Amen.
HIS WAYS ARE NOT OUR WAYS.
I. For Example, the way we think as Human Being is that if you want to increase in Wealth, you must keep accumulating. But that is not what He said.
In His own case He says in Proverbs 11:24, if you want to Increase you must scatter. He says, the little you say you have, scatter it!
We don’t think that way – What we have we want to hold.
But you would discover, if you ask the Elders, they will tell you that even the devil knows that trick – That if anybody has made a Charm for Wealth, the Witch Doctor will tell him, “when the money begins to come, begin to scatter it.”
If you swallow a Charm to make money, they expect that at least once a week, you must throw a Party.
Proverbs 11:24 says, There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to Poverty.
In Matthew 13:3-9, the Lord told us the Story of the Sower. He said, the Sower went to sow: because he was just scattering the Seeds, some fell on Stony Ground, some fell among thorns, etc.
God wants to scatter.
Some of the scattering might not Produce Fruits; but a few would land on Good soil. And the Harvest from the Good soil will take care of whatever fell on wrong soil.
Because the Bible makes it clear in Hosea 8:7, For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk: the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the Strangers shall swallow it up.
The Harvest is always much more bigger than the seeds down.
The reason some of us are still where we are Financially speaking, is because we have not Planned to scatter.
So, you have to Understand God now – He expects you to scatter and then you will increase.
In 1 Kings 17:8-16, a Widow said, I have only one Meal left. The Man of God said, give it to me; do my own first and then see what will happen.
If doesn’t make sense that if you have only one (1) Meal you should give it out. The woman by Faith obeyed, and for years she was Supernaturally fed.
May I Prophesy to someone – That Spirit of Stinginess that has been hindering your Prosperity may it depart from you tonight – Amen.
II. He says, if you want to have Dominion, then you must be under Authority.
Our own ways of thinking is that if you want to have Authority, then you want to be above everybody – You don’t want to be under anyone.
But He says in His Word, if you want to have Authority, you must be under Authority.
Luke 7:2-10 tells us of a Centurion who came to Jesus Christ and said, my Servant is sick. Jesus said no Problem, I will come and heal him. He said, no Sir! You don’t have to come. Speak a Word only and my Servant shall be made Whole.
He said, because I am under the Authority of Cesar that is why I have Authority over some Soldiers. For I also am a man set under Authority, having under me Soldiers, and I say unto one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my Servant, do this, and he doeth it. (Luke 7:8)
And I know You Jesus, You are under the Authority of Your Father in Heaven, Command the demon tormenting my Servant to go!
Just say a Word here, and the demon would let go of him.
The Bible says, Jesus marvelled at his Faith and told the People, go home, by the time you get home, the Problem would be solved – Amen!
When I joined the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); with all Humility, I was the most Educated. I was a Lecturer in the University.
My father-in-the-Lord (God bless his Memory forever): he didn’t go to School, but he knew the Bible by heart.
And the Almighty God told me: With all your PhD, you are to be under the Authority of this Man.
I Thank God today that I surrendered; that I agreed to be under the Authority of that Great Man. That today when I command demons, they obey!
And I am using that Authority which I gained by being under his Authority to command that every demon that followed you here tonight, will not go back with you – Amen.
Why must I learn to be under Authority; to exercise Dominion? It is because your enemies do not fear you but they will fear the One backing you.
In Acts 19:11-17, the Bible says when some People saw Paul casting out demons by sending his handkerchief, they said he was using the Name of Jesus – “So we will go and do the same thing.” They saw a Madman and said, “in the Name of Jesus that Paul Preaches, get out of this man.”
The demon said, “I know Jesus, I know Paul: who are you? Who is the one backing you?” And you know the rest of the Story – The demon beat them, tore their clothes and they ran out.
The demon was saying, “the reason why when Paul sends an handkerchief here I will run is not because of Paul; but because of the One under Whose Authority he is Operating.
The Problem with many of us Christians is that we are too independent – If you really want to Understand God, He expects you to be under Authority.
…. Do I hear an Amen from someone? Amen!
III. God says, if you want to be Victorious all the time, the thing you must do is that you must surrender.
How can I surrender and still be considered a Winner? It depends on who you surrender to.
He is not asking you to surrender to your enemy; He is asking you to surrender to Him.
James 4:7 says: Submit to God, then you can resist the devil and he will flee from you. Submit!
Submit your Marriage to God and He will deal with that Strange Woman;
Submit your Business to God and He will deal with the Devourers;
Submit your Future to the Lord and anyone that tries to mess around with your Future will have to fight the God Who is behind you.
Because it is written in Psalms 68:1 – Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.
The Problem is that most of us are fighting our battles alone. And if you are fighting your battle alone, you are bound to lose.
You can’t fight the devil alone – The devil has been around for thousands of years before you were born.
He had defeated some Great men in the Past.
If you don’t believe me ask somebody like Samson? You don’t believe me, Study the Life of Moses very well?
There was a Sermon I Preached several years ago called, “The Joker’s Card.” Ask the people in the Media (Tape Ministry) to find it for you – The moment the devil discovers your Weakness he can wait til the last minute before he can bring it out and defeat you.
But if you are one hundred Percent (100%) Submit to God, you will resist the devil and the devil will flee from you!
There had been several situations in the Past when we had Prayed, Fasted, quoted the Bible; when we had done everything, until one day God would Minister to us and say, “why don’t you Submit this Problem to Me?”
When you Submit the Problem to Him; you can go to bed one night, by the time you wake up the following day, the Problem is over.
I Pray for someone here tonight or reading now on the Label of DMC: Whatever Problems you brought here, as you leave the Problems at the feet of the Lord Jesus Christ, by tomorrow the Problems will be gone – Amen.
My son (Pastor Leke) was talking on a deeper note; he said that if you are on the Love Side of God then you have won!
The Question is: How can I be on the Love Side of God?
I have discovered that Secret, but how do I access it (knowing Who God is)?
The Lord Himself says, “I love those who love me.”
That surprises you?
How much Love of God are you going to enjoy? It depends on how much Love you are willing to show Him.
When He says, “Draw near to me and I will draw near to you” (James 4:8); He is saying, you take the first step – Take one step towards me. And I will take a Giant step towards you.
Like I Shared with some of my children in Israel (RCCG Israel Tour 2023 With Daddy and Mummy GO); you take a step. How big will your step be? How big your step is determined by how long your legs are.
And so the step you take towards God is going to be Pretty small. And then He takes a step towards you! And how long are His legs? Extremely Long! So His step would be a Mighty one.
Take a little step of Faith and see God move.
When we talk about Faith, which we discussed last Night during the Holy Communion Service – You can read full Text of the Message on the Label of DMC. We find that many of us who claimed to be men and women of Faith, we might not even know what Faith is.
Let me remind you of one (1) or two (2) People who have taken small steps toward God, and God has taken Giant Steps towards them.
I have told you the Story of a woman, she was barren. She heard that God has been using us, we have Special Anointing in the area of the barren becoming Fruitful. She heard that we were going to hold a Program at Alagbado (A City in Lagos State Nigeria) so she went there.
She thought the Program was going to be in the Evening, whereas I went there in the afternoon because I was visiting the Churches in Lagos.
By the time she arrived she said, “what about the Crusade I heard would take Place here?” They told her, the Man of God has come and gone!
She fell on the Ground and began to cry. So the People asked her, “why are you crying?” She said, I told God I am not going to ask the Man of God to Pray for me; I just want to see him from a distance. She said, now he has come before I could arrive. Now I know God doesn’t want me to have children.
Then somebody told her, we heard the Announcement that tomorrow he is going to so and so Place. She asked for the Address, somebody gave her the Address. She was in the Church very early in the morning.
And then it was time for the Program and all Pastors were dressed alike. I used to dress like our Pastors then. So she asked somebody, “who is the General Overseer among them?” They told her, he is the one who will Preach.
And so it was time to Preach, I mounted the Pulpit, she touched the fellow next to her, is that the General Overseer? The fellow said Yes! She said, now I know I am going to have my baby.
Nine (9) Months later the Baby has come.
Now, that is Faith! – She took a small Step of Faith and God took a Giant Step towards her.
In the Name that’s above every other name, I am going to Decree that because you came tonight or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC, the Almighty God will move towards you – Amen.
WITH GOD DELAY IS NOT DENIAL
Why? Well, He works according to a Timetable.
One of my children mentioned Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 while Ministering tonight. But many a times we think He is late. One thing we need to understand about God is what He says in His Word (Psalms 90:4) – As far as God is concerned, a thousand years in His own sight is like a Watch of the Night. Just like an hour.
Now, when a thousand years is one hour, how long is one Minute?
Many atimes you are are expecting a Miracle from God and it seems to be delayed. Understand that what You are calling a “Long Delay” is a very short Period of time with Him.
The beauty of it however is this, Psalms 46:1 says He is a Very Present Help in trouble.
So, for those of you who feel you are suffering a delay; in the Name that’s above every other name, your Help will come tonight – Amen.

… I want to say Amen to it before I tell you.
He says “Suddenly”, the Wind will begin to blow in your Favour – Amen.

I will tell you a Story very quickly – You know that when I became the General Overseer in 1981; there were quite a few People in the Church who thought that my Appointment was “Rigged”.
They thought that because the old man wasn’t Learned, that I used my Position as a Lecturer in Mathematics to maneuver him.
But then God began to do something – Every Month we had a Seminar. And on the first day of the Seminar (every Month), a woman would deliver in our Maternity Center and it will always be a Boy.
First Month, Second Month, Third …
After some time it became clear to even my enemies that, this cannot be Mathemtically Calculated.
That this is the Hand of God!
The reason God asked me to tell you that Story is that there’s Someone here or reading now on the Label of DMC:
A Miracle is coming your way that even your enemies cannot deny – Amen.

Now this is mine to claim – So I am saying Yes to this one: Amen Lord!
Daddy said Miracles are in Categories – Regular Miracles, Special Miracles, etc.

A Miracle is coming your way that would shake the Ground – Amen.

The Lord asked me to tell Someone here tonight, or reading now on the Label of DMC. He says your Opponents are far, far Stronger than you.
He says, but My Blood will speak for you – Amen!
Now this one is for a Young Fellow.
The Lord says there’s a Young Fellow here or reading now on the Label of DMC – He says it takes only one Person to bring the name of a family to Limelight.
He said you shall be that one – Amen!
GOD IS SOVEREIGN
When we are trying to Understand Him, we need to know that God is Sovereign – He does as He Pleases (Psalms 115:3).
So, He reserves the Right to Change a Prophecy to a Decree:
A Prophecy is when God says, “I am going to do the following” and He did not put a Time Limit.
I mean, like in Genesis 12:1-3, He Promised Abraham:
“Oh I am going to bless you; I am going to make you Great; I am going to make your name Great; you will be a Blessing and through your Seed the whole Earth shall be blessed.”
But He didn’t say when?
So, that was a Prophecy – Years Passes and Nothing happened.
We got to Genesis 15,; God brought Abraham out, “can you count the Stars? He said No! God said, so shall your Seed be!
Years Passes! We got to Genesis 17, and God said, Abraham your wife is still going to have a son. Infact, at this Stage Abraham said: God let’s stop this joke.
But then came Genesis 18:1-14, and God said, Nine (9) Months from now your wife will carry a baby – Amen!
This time it wasn’t a Prophecy, it was a Decree, because the time for it to come to Pass was Limited.
There are many of us who have been collecting Prophecies; but in the Name that’s above every other name, tonight God will turn your Prophecies to a Decree – Amen.
One of my children tonight said: Many of you have been seeing Signs that tonight you will receive a Wonder;
… So shall it be, in Jesus’ Name – Amen!
You see, from the moment God speaks, it is already done!
Anytime He makes a Promise, it is a settled matter!
The Bible says in Psalms 33:8-9; For He spake, and it was done; He Commanded, and it stood fast. But many a times He didn’t put a time limit.
I am glad to tell some People that my Daddy has put a Time limit that this Particular Month of June, 2023 will be a Month of Miracles for some People (DMC FAMILY first) – Amen!
Let me Close with this – I haven’t finished, but in the Future maybe God will bring us back to some of these things.
God is the Almighty and you would wonder: Someone like Him, what else can He need?
You need to know something very, very significant about God and that is that:
HE LOVES CELEBRATIONS.
Oh, He loves Celebrations!
In Exodus 23:14-16, He said at least three (3) times a year all His Children must come and Celebrate.
He said there must be a Feast of Unleavened Bread, there must be a Feast of First Fruit and there must be a Feast of In Gathering by the end of the year.
Some of you might not fully Understand a Secret that you are getting now – That is why, in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); there are three (3) Big Events: In March, Special Holy Ghost Service; in August, Annual Convention and in December, the Holy Ghost Congress.
God loves Celebrations: and when you read John 2:1-11, the Bible says the first Miracle ever that Jesus Performed was at a Wedding.
Now, that alone is Good News for somebody;
Because Jesus is going to be at your Wedding this Year (2023) – Amen.
But do you know what? His Greatest Celebration takes Place on Heaven every time a Sinner gets Born Again.
Luke 15:10 says every time a Sinner is saved there is Joy in the Presence of Angels.
Some People think that what that Passage is saying is that, when a Sinner gets Born Again, the Angels begin to dance.
No! It didn’t say there is Joy “among” Angels; it says, there is Joy “in the Presence of Angels” – Angels are watching the One Who is Celebrating.
Everytime a Soul is saved Jesus Christ dances – He gets up from His seat and dances. Why? Because He is the Redeemer. He knows the Price He Paid for the Salvation of Souls. And each time He sees that His Labour had not been in vain, He dances.
Do you know that anytime somebody Genuinely gives his or her Life to Jesus Christ, they make God happy? They bring Celebration to the Heavens.
And because of somebody here tonight or reading now on the Label of DMC, there is going to be Celebration in Heaven – Amen.
Because of someone who came here tonight as a Sinner or reading now on the Label of DMC; but who is going to surrender his or her Life to Jesus Christ, there is going to be Celebration in Heaven – Amen.
That is why I always ask you to clap when Souls are coming to be saved. Because by so doing, you are joining the Lord in Celebration.
ALTAR CALL
So, if you are here tonight or reading now on the Label of DMC, and you have not given your Life to Jesus Christ; and you want Heaven to rejoice because of you, come forward and surrender your Life Genuinely now.
And believe me honestly, there will be Celebration before the Angels in Heaven, as you surrender your Life to Jesus Christ today.
Now, those of you who are ready to Genuinely surrender your Life today, cry to Jesus Christ; tell Him, that Wonder of Salvation (that one of my sons spoke about) I want it to happen in my Life tonight.
Save my Soul Lord, turn me from being a dog to a son. You are a Wonder Working God: save my Soul and let everything become New for me. Forgive my sins and I will serve you for the rest of my Life.
…. Go ahead talk to God!
And the rest of us, let’s stretch our hands towards these our New Brothers and Sisters and intercede for them – That the One Who saved our Souls would save their own Souls also.
Pray for them! Brethren, intercede for them that the Saviour would intervene in their lives tonight; wash away their sins with His Blood, write their names in the Book of Life, and bring them into the Family of God.
Thank You Father! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

My Father and my God, I want to say Thank You very much for Your Word
I want to Thank You because You are a God of Wonders.
Thank You for these People who have come to surrender their lives to You. Father Please, receive them, in Jesus’ Name.
Perform Your Wonder of Salvation in their lives; let Your Blood wash them Clean. Save their Souls Lord and turn them to “True Children” of the Living God.
Receive them into the Family of God. And from now on anytime they cry to You, Please, answer them by Fire!
And Please, don’t let them ever backslide.

Well, those of you who have just Genuinely surrendered your Life to Jesus Christ, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

OPENING PRAYER
Immortal, Invincible, the Only Wise God, the Almighty – Glory be to Your Holy Name. Please accept our Worship in Jesus Name.
Thank You for all You have done for us since the beginning of the Year; Thank You especially for the Miracles You are about to Perform tonight – Father, accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.
As we gather together Lord to dine with You, we Pray that the Miracle of the Holy Communion will work for us tonight.

Our Theme you know for the Holy Ghost Service for this Month of June 2023 is: “UNDERSTANDING THE GOD OF WONDERS”.
And tonight, as we come together for the Holy Communion; we will want to take a look at John 6: 53-54. But if you could read through the whole Chapter, you will really be Blessed!
John 6:53-54:
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of Man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath Eternal Life; and I will raise him up at the Last Day.
One of the things that we need to Understand about God is that “He is a God of Faith”.
Hebrews 11:3 tells us that: It is through Faith that we understand that the “worlds” were formed by the “Word” of God.
That when God wanted to create the “worlds”; everything He created, He Himself did it by Faith because He just Spoke the Word and it happened!
The Bible tells us that Jesus Christ in Hebrews 12:2 was called “The Author and Finisher of our Faith”.
So, everything that we are talking about in our “Christian Race” is all about Faith:
I. We started by Faith.
II. That we are going to “Finish Well” by Faith.
III. That by “His Stripes” we were Healed is by Faith.
IV. That our God shall Supply all our Needs is by Faith.
V. That our Tomorrow will be alright is by Faith.
VI. That we are “More Than Conqueror” through Him that loves us is by Faith.
VII. That Satan is under our feet is by Faith.
VIII. That we can do “All Things” through Christ is by Faith.
Infact, Faith is so Important in our Christian Life that another Word for a Christian is “A Believer”.
I’m sure that you know that a Believer means “One who has Faith or one who Believes”.
Hebrews 11:6 says: Without Faith, it is Impossible to Please God.
Romans 14:23 tells us that: Whatever is not of Faith is sin.
In other words, you can’t say that you are Holy if you don’t have Faith because whatever is not of Faith is sin.
And so, you can imagine how glad I was reading in the Book of Matthew 8: 5-13 – When the Centurion came to Him (Jesus Christ) for Healings for his Servant who wasn’t even Present. And Jesus Christ said that I come as I am your Servant
He said: No, just speak a Word and my Servant will be made Whole.
In the Name of Jesus Christ – I speak a Word to you tonight: This will be your Month of Miracles – Amen!
You see when you read 2 Kings 4: 1-7; it tells you the Story of a Widow who was Bankrupt and went to the Man of God for Help.
And the Man of God said: What do you have in the house? She said just a little Pot of Oil.
And the Man of God said: Go and borrow Empty Vessels, borrow many and then begin to Pour out the Oil and set aside that which is Full.
The Woman believed!
She went home, borrowed many Vessels; began to Pour out the Oil because she believed what the Man of God has spoken.
And therefore when she began to Pour the Oil, the Oil begin to flow.
… She believed and she got her Miracle!
And she even got much more – She was able to Pay all her debts in one day and she has enough to live on for the rest of her Life because she had Faith.
To every Man, to every Woman and to every Child of God who will believe it – This will be your Month of Miracles (Amen)!
It was Faith that finally got Naaman his Miracle – You know the Story in 2 Kings 5: 1-14.
“Go wash in River Jordan seven (7) times.”
At first, it sounded to him as Foolishness – What kind of Nonsense is this?
This Man who called himself a Man of God has been told that I have Leprosy:
I. I thought that he will come out, Pray for me, lay his hands on the Places where the Leprosy is, call on his God.
II. I thought that he will Pray but he didn’t come out, he didn’t even see me and he didn’t even Pray.
And to add insult to the Injury, he asked me to go and wash in one “Dirty River” (River Jordan).
But the Bible said that He was angry!
He was right to be angry because what the Man of God said, to “Human Mind” was Foolishness.
But when he finally said: Okay, let us wait and see – He (Naaman) demonstrated Faith by digging himself not five (5) times, not six (6) times but seven (7) times.
Because when He dipped the 6th time, he was still a Leper.
But when he dipped himself the seventh (7th) time; Faith jumped into Action and he came out of the River with the Skin of a Brand New Baby.
For everyone who will believed; in the Name that is above every other name; this will be your Month of Miracles – Amen!
So, when Jesus Christ said: Eat my Body, drink my Blood; that doesn’t make sense!
… Eat your Body – We are not Cannibals; drink Your Blood – We are not Witches!
It didn’t make sense when He was here on Earth.
And then to make the matter even more Complicated, He now took Bread, broke it and said: Alright, this is my Body. And say: Hey, drink this Wine; this is my Blood.
Ha, we are not Crazy – Bread is bread; Wine is wine.
But when the God of Faith speaks; when the Almighty, the God of Wonders speaks; the Incredible begins to happen!
He said that when you eat my Body and you drink my Blood; then you have my Life in you.
The Bible says that: If the Spirit that raise Jesus Christ from the dead dwells in you; the same Spirit will quicken your Mortal Bodies.
I have the Faith to believe that after tonight Holy Communion Service; the Life of the Almighty God Himself will Penetrate through into your Bodies – Amen!
Some of you who are Old have heard this Story before.
A High Chief of Ondo Town became Paralysed from waist downwards. And because he was a very rich man, they took him to the Best Hospital in London. They tried everything and Nothing happened.
One day, the Chief Surgeon in the Hospital came to Him with a very long Sharp Needle in his hands and say: Chief, look at me – Chief was lying helplessly on the bed.
And he drove the Needle through his thigh all the way through. And he asked the Chief: Do you feel anything? The Chief said No.
He said: Chief, go home. Stop wasting your Money here as there is nothing anybody can do for you here as you will never walk again.
So, they brought the Chief home. And the Chief has one small girl living in the house who said to the Old Man – If only you can get to the Redemption Camp, there is a Man of God there. He will Pray for you and you will walk again.
And they brought the Old Man – He was fairly heavy in size and even heavier because the two (2) legs were Paralysed. It took four (4) Strong Men to carry him to my Living Room.
And I shared with him the Place that I just quoted to you – If the Spirit of Him that raised Jesus Christ from the dead dwells in you, the same Spirit will quicken your Mortal Body (DMC NOTES: The quoted Bible Text can be found in Romans 8:11).
And I asked him if he will give his Life to Jesus Christ and become a Believer?
He surrendered his Life to Jesus Christ, we Prayed a Simple Prayer. They carried him in but he walked out by himself.
… By Faith!
I want you to come to the Table tonight with your Faith at the Highest Point Possible because tonight you are not going to eat an “Ordinary Bread”; you are not going to drink an “Ordinary Wine”.
Yes, it is Bread made of Flour and the Wine itself “Ordinary Wine”, no Alcohol in it.
But by Faith, because Jesus Christ said: This is my Body; by Faith because Jesus Christ said: This is my Blood.
The same Faith with which God created the Heavens and the Earth is going to be Operative tonight and Someone will leave here shouting for Joy – Amen!
That is for Believers – Anyone who is not Born Again is not a Believer.
You have to be a Believer to believe that the Blood that Jesus Christ shed at Calvary is still available to wash away your sins.
The first Step to show God that you are a Believer is that you are to surrender your Life to Him!
ALTAR CALL
So, if you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ, you want to become a Believer – Come now, the Lord is waiting for you. He is ready to save your Soul, He is ready to give you a Brand New Beginning.
Come tonight and come in Faith! We will Pray for your Salvation and the Almighty God will save your Soul and everything will Change for the better.
I am going to count from one (1) to four (4) – So, if you want to come; you have to come very quickly because tonight is a Night when Faith will begin to work for you and Miracles will begin to happen.
I’m counting now!
Those of you already infront, let us talk to the Almighty God and say: Father, I have come in Faith; save my Soul tonight, forgive all my sins, turn me to a “True Believer”, a “True Child” of God and I will serve You for the rest of my Life.
And the rest of us, let us Stretch our hands towards these People and intercede for them.
Pray that the One who saved your Soul will save their own Souls also; Pray that the Blood that Cleanse from all sins will Cleanse them too from their own sins; Pray that the Salvation that made you Brand New Creature, will make them Brand New Creatures in the Lord.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION
Ancient of Days, I want to say Thank You – Thank You for Your Words, Thank You for Revelations and Thank You for these People who has come forward to surrender their lives to You.
They cannot see You but they believed that You are here; they believed that Your Blood can wipe away their sins.
Father, Please honour their Faith; out of Your Mercy, wipe away their sins, save their Souls tonight, make them Brand New Creatures for You Lord, receive them into the Family of God.
And from now onwards, anytime they Call on you; answer them by Fire.

ADMINISTRATION OF THE HOLY COMMUNION
Tonight, when you eat the Bread, your Prayers will be that the Almighty God who has sent His Words to you tonight will let that Word increase your Faith.
Because the Bible says that Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
You have already heard the Word tonight – As you take the Bread, Pray that the Word of God you have heard will increase your Faith to the Point where you will be able to get your Miracle instantly.
The Lord Jesus Christ; the very Night in which He was betrayed took the Bread and when He has given Thanks, He broke it saying: Take, Eat; this is my Body broken for you; do this in Remembrance of Me.
In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit – Amen!

When you drink the Wine tonight; I will want you to put into Action one of the things that we Understand about God – That “He is a God of Suddenly”.
When you drink the Wine tonight; you are going to say: Father, as I drink this Wine “Suddenly” let my Miracle come.
After the same manner also; He took the Cup when He has sup, saying: This Cup is the New Testament in my Blood, Please do ye as oft as you drink it in Remembrance of Me.

As soon as you have taken your Offering, you dance to the nearest Basket and drop it with Joy.

Almighty God, we give You all the Glory; Ancient of Days, we give You all the Glory; the One who has been before the Mountains were brought forth, we Worship You; the One who is the Light of the world – A Light that shines in Darkness and Darkness cannot overcome it, Glory be to Your Holy Name.
Thank You for the Salvation of our Souls, Thank You for the Preservation of our Souls, Thank You for Provisions, Thank You for Healings, Thank You for Health, Thank You for Miracles, Thank You for Signs and Wonders, Thank You Reversing the Irreversible, Thank You for doing the Impossible, Thank You for Proving again and again in our lives that You are the Almighty God, Thank You for the Tremendous Privilege of saying that God is our Daddy.

Thank You for all the battles that You have fought for us in the Past and Thank You for the Victories.

Well, you may want to shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and tell them that God will take over your battle – Amen!
And then you may Please be seated!
We want to continue with our Series: “For Whom The Heavens Open – Part 16.
As we also take that same Bible Text: Joshua 5: 13-15.
Joshua 5:13-15:
AND. it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?
]And he said, Nay; but as Captain of the Host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the Earth, and did Worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his Servant?
And the Captain of the LORD’S Host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the Place whereon thou standest is Holy. And Joshua did so.
We have been looking at this Particular Bible Text now closely for like two (2) weeks now.
After we have looked at the fact that the Angel have introduced himself as a Captain of the Host of the Lord – Which gave us the incline that Angels are in Categories: Seraphims, Cherubims, Arch Angels, Angels that can Stand in the Presence of God et cetera et cetera.
And then, we moved on to the Question that Joshua asked this Angel after he has said who are you – Are you for us or are you against us?
Please, it is informative that we said that as Mighty as Angels are, they are not to be Worshipped as they are our Servants.
We will need Probably to also take a little Note about the fact that Joshua saw a Man with a Sword in his hands and he Challenged him.
The Almighty God didn’t ask you to run from the Enemies!
Because by the time Joshua was approaching this Man, the Man already has a Sword in his hand drawn.
As a Good Soldier of Christ, you are not to run from the Enemies – You are to face the Enemies squarely.
We have done some Teachings on that before but I just feel a Leading of the Lord to mention it to you once again.
When the Almighty God says that you are to put on the Whole Armour of God; because you are not wrestling with Flesh and Blood; there was no Provisions made for your back.
In the Armour of God, there is something for your Head, something for your Chest, something for your Loins, something for your Feet. There is a Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God in your hands, Shield et cetera et cetera.
But there is no Armour for your back!
It is because you are not to turn your back to your Enemies.
The Elders has a Saying that: It is he who runs that will be Pursued!
Stop running – Stop even saying it with your mouth that Witches and Wizards are Pursuing you. It is an insult to God!
If you are truly Born Again, Greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world – There is no Weapon formed against you that will Prosper!!
… Stop running!
What the Word of God says is that you are to resist the devil and not to run from the devil.
When you resist the devil, he will flee – That is what the Bible says.
The Almighty God has given you enough Assurances that you are going to win!
Whether the Enemies likes it or not; you will Laugh Last – Amen!
That is very Important!
It is important for someone in Particular today, it is important for everyone of us and those even reading now on the Label of DMC; concerning our Future: All those who are Pursuing us should be running from us. We are not to run but take your Stand or Stand firm.
The Bible says that having done all these things, Stand – Stand even in the evil days because all the battles that you are seeing now, they are going to end up in Testimonies (Amen).
And then we looked at the Question that Joshua asked – Are you for us or are you against to us?
And that Section opens our eyes to the fact that there are four (4) Possible ways that God could relate to us when we are fighting a war:
God could be against us – If He is against us, we have lost without any doubt.
God could be Neutral – If He is Neutral, if He leaves us alone; we will lose.
God could be with us – If He is with us, we will win. We will fight but we will win because He will Supply the Strength.
But that the best of all is that God could be for us – In that case, He will take over the fighting and then all we have to do is then Watch and see Enemies coming against us one way and fleeing seven ways.
Now, when He takes over the fight:
You will win even when the battle is by the Land because the God you served is “The Original General”.
And I think that I must have told you before that one of the Greatest headache of all Generals is what to do with the Dead Bodies of their Enemies.
They don’t want to do the “Unpleasant Job” of burying their Enemies; they don’t want to waste time digging Graves to bury their Enemies – They simply want to Pursue the rest of the Enemies and wipe them out.
But if they leave these Dead Corpses all over the Place, they rot and that could then affect the Army; even of the Victorious General.
So, the General has an “Unpleasant Task” of making sure that anything that can boomerang against the Army is taken care of.
When it comes to God, if He is fighting your Enemies by Land, He does two (2) things at the same time – Not only to kill them but to bury them!
Numbers 16: 1-34; Moses was minding the business of God, God was Prospering His Works by Moses hands. And then some People decided to gang up against him – Korah, Dathan and Abiram.
And they said: Ha, Ha; what is wrong with this Moses? We were all there at the beginning. Is he the only one hearing from God? We hear from God too.
And they ganged up and they got some People to Support them.
It is interesting that you take Note of this Particular aspect of the Story because God said that sooner or later, People are going to gang up against you.
He said so in Isaiah 54: 15-end – He said: Surely. That means that without any doubt; they will gather against you.
If you are succeeding, they will gang up against you!
And it may Interest you – Some of them might even be your Relatives because the Word of God made it clear: A Man’s foes will be they of his Household.
But He said that they that gather together against you will fall for your sakes.
Meaning what? If you are in a Meeting where they are ganging up against a Man of God, run!
Run because God has Predicted it before you were born that they will gang up against you but that those who gang up against you He has decreed what will be their End.
Never, never join in a Plot against a Man of God!
Because these People (DMC NOTES: Korah, Dathan and Abiram) gang up against Moses – What have I done? How can you be angry with me because God is speaking to me?
And they say where I (Daddy GO) come from – How can you be angry against someone that God has Chosen to bless?
If you are upset because God is Prospering a Man, you are fighting against the One who is Prospering him and not him. And the One who has Called him will defend him.
When God decided to move, He just told Moses to Step aside – It is not your fight as it is mine and I will do it in my own way.
And God spoke to the Earth – Remember Psalms 24:1 says that: The Earth is the Lord and the Fullness thereof.
God spoke to the Earth – The Earth opened its mouth and swallowed all these Plotters (Korah, Dathan and Abiram).
Not only them, but their entire families, with all their friends and all those who joined in ganging up against Moses.
When God takes over the fighting, you will win on Land – Amen!
You will win by Sea – Exodus 14: 1-end.
Again, you will see the way God shows that He is the “Original Admiral”.
This time around, not only did He wipe out all His Enemies, He did it in a Place where He won’t have to worry about burying them – The fishes were there to do the rest of the job for Him.
So, if the Enemies against you is “Mammy Water” – Enemies from the Sea; don’t worry yourself, God has enough fish to deal with them.
The Bible says in Mark 4: 35-41 – It says that the Wind and the Sea obeys Him. Because He made them.
When the Almighty God wanted to get the Children of Israel through the Red Sea; if the Red Sea refused to Part; the Ground under it will Shoot Up because the Ground will obey His Maker.
You go round the world, you will see some very beautiful Islands where People go on Holidays. Find out how are those Islands created? It is because there were eruptions almost every time. The Volcanoes of the Earth come out of the Sea and they become an Island.
If God wants to make a Way for you in the Sea, and the Sea says: No, I’m not giving way; the Ground under the Sea will Shoot Up.
If the fight is by Air, you will win because your God and my God is the “Original Air Marshall”.
Psalms 2: 1-5 says: What is wrong with these People who are ganging up against the Anointed of God? Have they forgotten that there is Someone seated in the Heavens.
It says that the One seated in the Heavens shall Laugh – He will look at them and Laugh and says what is wrong with you?
You claimed to be the Power in the Air, don’t you know that there is Someone higher than the Highest?
In Joshua 10: 10-11; we see clearly that our God is the first one to throw bombs.
That when some People ganged up against Joshua – Not one King, not two; when they say that this boy is succeeding too much, he is making too much Progress, let us deal with him.
God said: Alright, let us see.
And the Bible tells us that God began to send some big stones, breaking their heads; that by the end of the Day, those whose heads were broken by the bombs that the Lord threw, were more than Joshua killed with the Sword.
So, who are Witches? Who are Wizards? Who are those People who fly at Night? In the Presence of the Most High God!
I’m sure that some of you will remember the Testimony of a Woman who came with her Husband to the Church.
They came to the Church, the Tides turned for them and suddenly we didn’t see the wife anymore.
What’s happening? We followed up and the Woman said: I’m not coming to your Church again because since I was coming, I could no longer fly at Night.
Well, I decree that just in case there is anyone that you are dealing with Witches and Wizards; they won’t fly again – Amen!
When God takes over the battle, you will win by Land, by Sea, by Air and you will win Physically.
Joshua 5: 2-9 – It tells the Story of some People by the Pool of Bethesda waiting for the turning of the Pool once a Year. So, the first Fellow to jump in, will be healed.
There was a Man who has been there for thirty eight (38) years – When the Lord went to him and say: Will you be made Whole?
Pay attention to what he said – He said that I have been here for a long time; anytime the Angel came to stir the Pool, I will be on my way to the Pool but before I get there, Somebody would have been there before me.
What was he saying? I have tried for thirty eight (38) years, I have been defeated by someone else thirty eight (38) times.
But because on that Day, Heaven opens unto Him and the Original Physician came to visit him – There was no more defeat.
There were several other People who were sick there but the Heavens opened to only one Particular Person – He didn’t have to Struggle anymore.
Victory came to Him where he was.
My Prayer for Somebody listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC is that your Victory will come to you in your house today- Amen!
That Day, he won Physically hands down without having to fight!
If God takes over your battle, you will win Materially.
2 Kings 4: 1-7 – It tells us the Story of the wife of one of the sons of the Prophet who was Destitute (Heavily in Debt).
The Creditors has come and they have said: You don’t Pay our Money, we will sell your Children.
And you need to read these Stories with Understanding – Try and see with the eyes of the Spirit what happens on that Day.
Those Creditors came Gluttony: You are finished Woman. Pay us or your children are gone.
DMC NOTES: Gluttony means Greedy or Excessive Indulgence or lack of Self Restraints.
They knew that she couldn’t Pay – It is like a Bank coming to say: Unless you Pay that debt, you are gone or that house you used as Collateral, will be gone.
And even as they are saying so, they are thinking of their friend to whom they will sell your house.
This Widow was fighting a battle that she couldn’t Possibly win but the Almighty God took over.
God must have said to her – My “Little Girl”, let’s surprise them. By the time they will come, we will be ready for them.
By the time they came back, she said: How much do you say I am owing?
Okay, this is your Money.
They must have wondered – Where do you get the Money from?
And the Bible tells us – Not only was the debt Paid, the Woman never has to borrow again.
I still don’t know how God will solve your Problems, but I Pray that the Heavens will open unto you and all your Needs will be more than met – Amen!
When God takes over your battle, you will win Spiritually.
Because if it is a Demon that is bothering you:
I. He has taken care of a Demon before – Mark 4: 23-27.
He came into a Temple, and there was a Man there with an Unclean Spirit – God got rid of him.
Which incidentally, should remind you why you should not be ar home on Sunday but in the Church. So that when Jesus Christ comes in, any Unclean Spirit troubling you will just be sent out!
II. If the demons are more than one, if they are even seven (7) as in Luke 8: 1-3 – In the case of Mary Magdalene.
Just one word from Him and seven (7) of them were gone.
And you who has been a Chief among the Witches and Wizards will become a “Divine Treasurer”.
III. What if the demons are in Legions – You know the Story in Mark 5: 2-20.
There was a Man who has a Legion of demons.
But when the Lord of Host came, all He said was “Go” and all the demons were gone and this Man won.
So, if God takes over your battle, you will win by Land, win by Sea, win by Air, win Physically, win Materially and win Spiritually!
We will continue next time from here.
But I can assure you that when God is fighting for you, your Victory is sure!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for those who heard Your Words and have decided to Surrender to You.
Father, Please receive them, have Mercy on them, let Your Blood wash away their sins, save their Souls, receive them Oh Lord unto the Family of God and from now on, begin to fight their battles for them and make them Winners all the way.
And Please Lord God Almighty, all those who are Your Children, who are fighting any battle – Physically, Materially or Spiritually; this very Day Lord, give them Total Victory.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!
Now, I rejoice with those of you who has given your Life to Jesus Christ today. I want to assure you that by the Grace of God that from now on, I will be Praying for you.

OPENING PRAYER
God of Abraham, God of Isaac, God of Jacob; the Holy One of Israel; the Lion of the Tribe of Judah; the King of Glory; the Lord of Host; the One who has never lost a War – We bless Your Holy Name.
Thank You for defending us all these Years Lord; Thank You that You were there Protecting us while we were fast asleep because You never Sleep, You never Slumber.
There are many Nights when the Enemies didn’t want us to wake up. But by Your Grace, we are still alive and well today.
Please accept our Worship in Jesus Name.
Lord God Almighty, as we gather together again to learn at Your feet; Please reach out to us, let the Heavens open and send Help to us Lord.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
Well, let Someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!
And Please shake hands with two (2) or three (3) People and say: God will fight for you today – Amen.
And then we may Please be seated!
We are continuing our Series on: For Whom The Heavens Open – Part 15. And we will continue with our Bible Text: Joshua 5: 13-15.
Joshua 5:13-15:
AND. it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?
]And he said, Nay; but as Captain of the Host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the Earth, and did Worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his Servant?
And the Captain of the LORD’S Host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the Place whereon thou standest is Holy. And Joshua did so.
In the Last Series (Part 14 of this Series); we are looking at the Categories of Angels.
We discussed about Angels that are called: Seraphims; and we talked about Angels called Cherubims.
Incidentally, just for you to understand how Strong a Cherub can be; the Bible tells us in 2 Samuel 22:11 that when God wants to travel (Probably coming to the Earth) and He is coming Probably in the Shape of a Man; He uses a Cherub as a Horse – He rides on a Cherub!
Someone who is Strong enough to carry the Almighty God – That Fellow must be Pretty Strong!
Like I have said before, if you ever see Drawings showing Angels as “Little Baby” with wings; just smile because what you are seeing are Demons and not Angels.
By the Grace of God, I have happened to see Angels before and I can tell you that an Angel is “Big Enough” to carry a 747-Plane in the Palm of his hand.
… A 747-Plane will just be like a Toy in the Hand of an Angel.
DMC NOTES: The Boeing 747 is a large, long-range wide-body airliner manufactured by Boeing Commercial Airplanes in the United States. After introducing the 707 in October 1958, Pan Am wanted a jet 2+1⁄2 times its size, to reduce its seat cost by 30% to democratize air travel.
The Bible teaches us that the first thing an Angel will tell you when you are seeing him is – “Fear Not”.
There is no way that you will see a “Real Angel” that you will not Fear.
When we talk about “Somebody Huge”; you have not seen “Hugeness” until you have seen an Angel.
My Prayer is that: One of these days, God will show you an Angel – Amen!
And of course, you will be frightened; but he will tell you: Don’t be afraid; I am here as your Servant!
And so we spoke about Angels – About Seraphims, about Cherubims, about some Special Angels like Gabriel who could Stand in the Very Presence of God.
We gave a warning that you must handle children with care because their own Angels have direct Access to God.
And we talked about the fact that Angels excel in Power and that an Angel can kill about 185,000 Soldiers in one Night.
But we warned you that you are not to Worship Angels!
That if you know of Organisations where they Worship Angels, maybe you will gently correct them because Angels are your Servants once you are Born Again. And you don’t want to Worship your Servant.
So, there might be a little bit of error if you hear some People saying that they are Worshipping Angels.
And you Probably hear a lot of People giving all manners of names to Angels.
I will advice that you will limit yourself to only those Angels that were named by the Bible – The Bible mentioned Gabriel, it mentioned Michael.
So, when you begin to hear of “Angel Raphael”; and so on and so forth; don’t be deceived.
… That is very important!
Now, we said that when Joshua saw this Angel, he asked him certain Questions:
Who are you?
Why are you here?
And the Angel said: I am a Captain, a Commander in the Army of the Lord and I am here to take over this fight from you – I am not here as an Observer.
And he said to Joshua: I am about to take over, so we need to settle one thing first and foremost- We need to know who is in Charge. Therefore then, put off your Shoes.
This is very, very Informative!
You see because when you Study the Scriptures very well, you will discovered that Servants do not wear shoes in those days – Only sons wear shoes.
In the Story of the Prodigal son – When the Prodigal son came back home; he said to his father – I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Just take me back as one of the Servants.
The father replied and said: No, you are my son. You were lost but now you are found.
And to let you know that you are still my son, he said to the Servants: Give him shoes to wear.
Not only give him Clothes to wear; not only give him food to eat; give him shoes to wear.
And so I say: “True Sons” of God, you can go into the Presence of God your Father wearing shoes – That is very Important!
So, you don’t have to walk through the Streets of Lagos or whatever your City might be bare footed – It is not a Sign of Respect to God!
If you are a son, then you are a son and you can wear shoes – That’s quite an interesting information that I just feel that you should know!
And then the Second Question is: Are you for us or against us?
And that Question is opening our eyes to certain information – Some of them we Probably have learnt before but some may be New and might not know.
There are four (4) ways that God could respond to you when you are fighting a battle:
The first one is that God could be against you!
If God is fighting against you, you are going to lose – There is no way that God can fight against you and you will win.
Exodus 14: 21-25 – The children of Israel were by the Red Sea; Pharaoh and his Army were Pursing them.
God gave Instructions to His Servant (Moses) – Raise your hands against the Sea. He did that and the Sea opened.
The children of Israel went into the Middle of the Sea on Dry Ground and then Pharaoh and his Aemy followed them into the Middle of the Sea.
That should tell you that something is missing here – Because if you are Pharaoh and you suddenly see the Sea opening to the People you are Pursuing; you should have “Enough Sense” to say: I think that I better leave this People alone.
But the English have a Proverb – They said that whosoever the gods wants to destroy they first of all make them hard!
If you are Pursuing Someone and the Fellow has ran to take hold of the Lord of Host; leave that Fellow alone.
Because, you keep Pursuing that Fellow can only mean Destructions to ypu.
Because when the Army of Pharaoh get to the Middle of the Sea; suddenly God began to work on their Chariots so that the Chariots can no longer run the way it should run.
It was only at that Sea that they realised and they said: Hey, let us run back because it is certain that God is fighting against us. But by then, it was “Too Late” because the Sea came together again and they were all drowned.
And how do I know that God is against us?
I. 1 Peter 5: 5-6 tells us that God resist the Proud.
When Pride begin to take over your Life, you are putting yourself into a situation where God will be against you.
II. When you begin to attribute to yourself the Glory that should be given to God.
III. When you begin to think that your Success in Life is as a result of your Ability.
IV. When you begin to boast – Don’t you know who I am?
You are asking for Divine Resistance.
In Daniel 4:37 – Nebuchadnezzar was once boasting that there was no King like him. After God dealth with him, he opened his mouth and say: Whoever exalts himself before this God is able to abase.
God can knock the Fellow down.
In Luke 18:14; it is written: Whoever exalts himself shall be abased.
It is the one who humbles himself that shall be Exalted.
Learn this Lesson and become Humble!
Because if you ever start to believe that: There is no one like you, you are the Best, you can do this or you can do that; the Almighty God might want to teach you a Lesson and that Lesson might not be Pleasant.
Somebody said: Maybe I should Pray that God should Humble me!
That is a “Dangerous Prayer” – He expects you to do it yourself.
Because when He decides to Humble some People in the Old Testament; the Bible says that He got them walking around in Circles for four hundred (400) years to Humble them.
You don’t want to walk in Circles for four hundred (400) before you learnt Humility.
The Bible says you can do it yourself – Humble yourself in the sight of God. Without Him, you can do Nothing.
The Word of God says clearly in 1 Samuel 2:9; by Strength shall no Man Prevail.
Humble yourself and begin it right now! And it may amaze you how the tides in your battle will turn in your Favour – Amen!
God could be Neutral – He can just be Watching you: Not fighting against you but He will just be a Spectator!
Like some of you will want Him to be – Let Him sit down in His Heavens minding His own Business and leaving me alone on Earth and let me mind my own Business.
But if God remains Neutral, you will lose!
My father used to tell me that when a Lion wakes up in the Morning, it Prays.
His Prayer is: God show me the animal I will eat today and leave the two of us alone – Don’t help me and don’t help the animal.
Why? The Lion knows that if God does not help the animal, the animal is as good as dead.
If the devil ever Prays – Thank God I believed that he won’t Pray. The Prayer he will Pray is that God show me that Christian that I will destroy today and leave the two of us alone!
Remember that the Bible calls him Someone who walks about like a Lion seeking whom he will devour.
I Pray that God will not leave you alone – Amen
Because if He leaves you alone, the Enemies will finish the rest.
You don’t believed me, ask Samson!
In Judges 16: 18-21; all that God did waa leave Samson alone.
He woke up from Sleep – Samson, Samson, Samson; the Enemy is here?
He said that is no Problem, I will go out as ever before.
And the Bible says that He didn’t know that God has departed.
God wasn’t fighting against Samson – He just left him alone because his Cup was full.
If you keep on sinning and you seems to be getting away with it; it might be that God has left you alone!
If God leaves you alone, the Enemies will finish the rest!
There is something very Instructive in Exodus 17: 5-13.
The Amalekites came to attack the children of Israel while they were on their way to the Promised Land.
Moses went to the Top of the Hill, he took Aaron and Hur with him. And he told Joshua, Please lead the little Army that we have.
If you loose Contact with God, the battle will turn against you!
Many of us might not know the reason why during our Conventions, you don’t normally see me during the Day – Somebody has to be on the Hilltop raising up his hands to the Almighty God and saying: Lord, help us.
You can’t have Millions of People gathered together in a Place with hundreds of thousands of them being children in an Open or Porous Place and the Meeting Advertised.
So, the Enemies knew that you are Gathering, the Enemies know the time and so there has to be a Force beyond Human Ability keeping the Enemies at bay.
You need to understand this Simple Principles – That is why we need to appreciate our Leaders a little more.
When you are in your various Parishes and things are happening – Congratulations! But there is Someone somewhere Praying!
What happens when God is with you? Then you will win!
You will fight – No doubt about that. But He is fighting with you now and so Victory is certain!
In 1 Samuel 17: 34-51; when David was about to face Goliath and there was Nobody ready to face him.
But he (David) went to the King Saul and said: I know what I am talking about – I have killed a Lion before, I have killed a Bear before.
It is not me that killed them – That God that was with me, that was fighting with me then; He is still on my Side. He will take care of this Goliath also.
Remember what King Saul said: Go and the Lord be with you.
You know the end of the Story!
If God is fighting with you; you will win. Without any doubt, Victory is sure! Because He will Supply you with Strength.
Isaiah 40: 28-31; the Bible tells us that there is a God who is never tired.
No matter how Strong you are as a Young Man, you will get tired!
But there is Someone who is always giving Strength to the Weak – His Name is “The Almighty God”.
I. If you are connected to Him, no matter how fast you run, you won’t get tired – Amen.
II. It doesn’t matter how long ypu walk, you won’t get weary – Amen.
III. He says that you can even fly with wings as an Eagle.
So, occasionally when you see a Man of God who seems to be tireless – How does he do it? Today he is here, tomorrow he is in that Place?
It is because there is Someone he is connected to. Connect to that Person and He will be renewing your Strength from Day to Day – Amen.
What if God is fighting for you? Then you will win even without fighting.
Romans 8:31 says: If God be for us, who can be against us?
Who is that enemy who will wait to fight you if He sees the One behind us as the “Consumimg Fire”.
Even a Mad Dog will recognise a Fire.
In Deuteronomy 28: 1 and 7; the Bible made it clear that when you have surrendered completely to God, then the Enemies that comes against you will be smitten before your face.
He didn’t say that you will do the smittening, the Enemies will be dealth with by God.
It says that when they come in one way, they will flee seven ways!
Which is one of the Major reasons why those of you who are yet to be on the Side of God, do so urgently.
So, that is why you will begin to live the rest of your Lives as if there are no Enemies.
Because whether they like it or not; let them gang up against you, the Lord will smitten them. They will come against you in one way and flee seven (7) ways.
Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ – You will gain a lot by doing so because He will now begin to fight your battles for you and your Victory will be Certain.
ALTAR CALL
So, if you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ, this is an opportunity again to do so – It is either you go before the Altar near you now or anywhere you are or reading now on the Label of DMC – Stand Up and make Him know that you are surrendering to Him.
And you Pray a Prayer and say: I am surrendering to You, I want you on my Side.
Please save my Soul, let Your Blood wash away my sins and I will serve You for the rest of my Life.
And I will Pray with you now – And God will save your Soul.
PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER
My Father and my God, I want to Thank You once again for Your Words.
I want to Thank You once again for all those who has decided right now to surrender their lives to You.
Father, Please receive them, have Mercy on them, let Your Blood wash away their sins, save their Souls, receive them into the Family of God and from now on, fight their battles for them.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
Well, I want to Thank God for those of you who has given your Life to Jesus Christ. And I want to assure you that from now on, by the Grace of God, I will be Praying for you.

My Father and my God, we want to say Thank You!
Thank You so much for the Salvation of our Souls; Thank You for keeping us in Your Love.
Thank You that thus far You helped us. Thank You because You are not tired of helping us.
Please, accept our Thanks, in Jesus’ Name!
Eternal Rock of Ages we are here because we need Help.
We need Help from You – Many of us in the Physical aspect of our lives, some of us in our Marriages, some of us in our Emotions and definitely, all of us need Help Spiritually.
Lord God Almighty, we are Praying that during this Trip (RCCG Israel 2023 Tour with Daddy and Mummy GO), whatever You have to do so that all our Needs would be met, Please go ahead and do it.
If You have to Chastise us, if You have to rebuke us; whatever You have to do, Almighty God, we are in one accord today saying, just have Your way Oh LORD.
At the end of it all, just take all the Glory.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Those of you I can see and those of you I can’t see (laugher) inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC – Shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and say: Welcome to the Holy Land!

Well, we (Myself and my wife) have been coming to Israel for quite some time now.
The first time we came was in 1995 – I think since then, this is the twenty-third (23rd) visit
We used to come every year, then it became every two years. And then Coronavirus came, and told us to sit down at home. So, the last time we were here was 2019.
WHY DO YOU KEEP COMING?
That’s the Topic for tonight: Why are you here?
… Of course they’ve told you that the fact that you are in the Holy Land does not mean that everybody here is Holy!
John 1:37-39:
37 And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.
38 Then Jesus turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, What seek ye? They said unto him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master,) where dwellest thou?
39 He saith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where he dwelt, and abode with him that day: for it was about the tenth hour.
What do you seek? What brought you here?
I. You want to have a Holiday and you chose to have it in the Holy Land?
II. Or you just want to come and have some fun?
III. Or you want to visit some Places you have not visited before?
IV. Or you just want to repeat some journeys?
… Why are you here?
In Matthew 2:1-5, the Bible tells us that some Wise Men came from the East to the Holy Land. And the reason they came? They wanted to see Jesus Christ!
In John 12:20-23, some Wise Men came from the West; and the reason they came? They wanted to see Jesus Christ!
In Mark 1:40-45, a leper came to Him and said, “I know You can make me Clean if You are Willing.”
You know the rest of the Story – Jesus Christ touched him, healed him, told him to keep his mouth shut. But he said, “I can’t keep quiet.”
So the Leper came – Not just to be Healed; but so that he can become a Witness.
Are you here because you are Sick and you believed God can heal you? – I join my Faith with yours: You shall be Healed – Amen.
… But if Healing alone is why you are here, then you have missed the Point.
Because you can stay in Nigeria and be healed. You can wait till we visit your Country at the Holy Ghost Service or Festival of Life (whatever they call it there) and God can pick you out of the Crowd and heal you.
You don’t need to travel all the way to the Holy Land!
But if you came to the Holy Land so that for the rest of your Life you can be a Witness; that’s a different issue indeed!
In Matthew 8:5-13, a Centurion came to Jesus Christ and all he said he wanted is a Word!
Maybe you are here because you want to hear a Word; you are here believing that somehow before this Programme is over, God would say something to you;
I Pray that you would hear something from Him today – Amen!
So, when you visit the various Centers – unfortunately, I won’t be able to go with you to visit these Centers: so that I can talk to you at each Place. Because when we came in 1995, at each center we had a Bible Study.
But I can give you a Summary (at least on some of the Centers you are going to visit) and guide you as to what you should expect at each Center.
THE MOUNT OF TRANSFIGURATION
Let’s start with the Mount of Transfiguration.
I don’t know if you have visited already or you are yet to visit.
But if you read Matthew 17:1-9, on the Mount of Transfiguration certain things happened:
I. The People saw the Glory of God.
II. They heard the Voice of God.
III. They saw two (2) People coming to talk to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Actually, they came to encourage Him, because of the days ahead – Things He had to go through before the Cross.
So, if you have not been to the Mount of Transfiguration, when you go there, go there with the determination to see the Glory of God. Don’t just climb the Mountain!
Remember, in Exodus 33:17-23, Moses said to God, “Show me Your Glory.”
When you get a Glimpse of the Glory of God, it will show when you get back home -The People at home (without being told) would say, Yes! Something happened to you when you went to the Holy Land.
By the time Moses came back his face is Shinning, that People had to cover their own faces with veil before they could look at the face of Moses.
I would encourage you to go to the Mount of Transfiguration (if you haven’t been there) expecting to hear from God because God speaks!
It was Probably the first time People like Peter, James and John ever heard directly from God.
There are very few People in the world who have ever heard from God audibly.
Most of the times, when Prophets say they are Prophesing, they say they do so based on an Inner Witness.
You would hear them say, “we are led by the Spirit of God to say the following …”
Which is why there are very few “True Prophets” in the world today.
It is better to hear directly from Him – That way, no Prophet can deceive you.
And there is a Promise in John 10:27, Jesus Christ says, “My Sheep hear my Voice, and I know them, and they follow me:”
So, the Potential is there!
One of the reasons for going to Mount of Transfiguration should be, “LORD, You spoke here, let me hear from You: Even it’s a whisper, even if it’s a rebuke. If all You tell me is that there are Restitutions I should make, let me hear from You”.
And with all Humility, let me tell you – There is not anything so comforting than hearing His Voice. It is so comforting; even His rebuke.
IV. And then of course, on the Mount of Transfiguration, Moses and Elijah were seen talking to the Lord Jesus Christ – They came to encourage Him.
The Mount of Transfiguration is a Good Place to go when you need God to encourage you.
… So if you haven’t gone, when you go there, go with a Purpose.
THE GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE
Matthew 26:36-50, in the Garden of Gethsemane; you know the Bible tells us that Jesus Christ Prayed.
… And by the way, maybe we would be able to mention this when we go to our main Theme – “Abba Father.”
You would notice that on the Mount of Transfiguration, He took only three (3) People – Peter, James and John.
In the Garden of Gethsemane, He took three (3) People: Peter, James and John and left the other People aside.
Probably, that will underline the Foundation for the Topic of tonight; that maybe all of us didn’t come for the same thing.
A Multitude can come on Pilgrimage, and there could be only a handful who would get the real stuff.
But your own visit should not be a jamboree.
In the Garden of Gethsemane He took these three (3) People aside and He was Praying.
You know that’s where He Prayed until His sweat became like blood.
And the three (3) ‘Chosen Ones’ were sleeping!
He came back first, second and third time, waking them up
So when you go to the Garden of Gethsemane, go there to Pray, with the Decision that God would answer your Prayers according to His Will (in God’s own way)?
Because the Lord Jesus Christ Himself while Praying said, not my Will but Thine Will be done.
When you go to the Garden of Gethsemane, go to the Almighty God and say, I have come to ask for certain things; but do for me only what is best for me! “Let only Your Will be done in my Life”.
Go to the Garden of Gethsemane to Pray one Particular Prayer (amongst all other Prayers): “God wake me up!”
Because He woke up the ‘Big Boys’ (Peter, James and John). They were sleeping!
And when you read Romans 13:11 and Ephesians 5:14, you would see the need for God to wake you up:
I. When He wakes you up He would give you Light.
II. Why must He wake you up? – Because the End is near. Nearer than many of us may think.
And I am sure at one time or the other, you have heard me say before that, “a Sleeping man doesn’t know he is Sleeping until you wake him up!”
So you are in Israel thinking you are doing Great. Whenever you feel “I am hundred Percent a Child of God; I am okay with God”; always ask yourself a Question: “who is Marking my Paper?”
That is your Opinion! What is the Opinion of the Almighty God? What does He think about you?
He needs to wake you up so that you can see yourself as He sees you. It makes a lot of difference!
… And that can happen in the Garden of Gethsemane.
And you can go there and ask God to Pray for you.
Because He had Prayed for Peter before that occasion.
You know the Story in Luke 22:31-32 – He told Peter, “Satan wants to have you, but I have Prayed for you.”
Thank God He had Prayed in advance!
Could you imagine what would have happened to Peter?
I mean, can you imagine Peter, the one who boasted that, “even if I have to die with you, I will” – Falling asleep on that critical day?
Thank God it is His Prayer that is carrying some of us – Ask Him to pray for you!
Years ago when the Holy Ghost Service (HGS) first got to the Redemption Camp (Lagos-Nigeria); we used to hold it at Ebute-Meta (DMC NOTES: Ebute Meta is where the RCCG National Headquarters Parish was Located) when we were smaller.
There was this Particular Night, the Choir was singing; which is an Invitation for me to come out from my little Office. And I knew I had not Prayed enough. I was not satisfied! And I was afraid of going to face the crowd.
When we say ‘the crowd’ then, we were talking of about six thousand (6,000). And believe me honestly, that was a crowd then!
Not only was it a crowd, it was a crowd of a handful of Witches and Wizards (Laughter).
Because, as I walked into the Auditorium I can always sense there is a Witch on the Left; there is a Witch to the Right.
On one occasion God asked me to call them out.
“God, how am I going to pass through the Valley of the Shadow of Witches (now) and go and Stand before these People?” Physically, I wasn’t even strong. I haven’t Prayed enough because I felt I wasn’t even adequate.
And He spoke to me, “Oh, so you think it is your Prayers alone that has been doing what has been happening? Son go, I have Prayed for you.”
Go to that Garden of Gethsemane, ask God Pray for you. Even if that is the only thing you got for coming to Israel, that would be enough!
But that’s not all that you can get in the Garden of Gethsemane – if you go with the right attitude.
You know, it is in the Garden of Gethsemane that Judas Iscariot came and kissed Jesus Christ and finally, we discovered the enemy in Action.
You can go to the Garden of Gethsemane and say: God show me my Enemies.
Reveal the wolves in Sheep Clothing – Show me the “friends” that I think I can rely upon hundred Percent, but they are just waiting for the right time to strike me!
*In the Garden of Gethsemane (for those of you who have been there before) is where you see an “Empty Grave” – A Place where the Lord was buried and He came out.
Matthew 28:1-7 told us what has happened;
Very early on the Lord’s Day – The first day of the week, the women were coming to anoint His Body. They were discussing, “who is going to roll away the Stone?” When they arrived, they found that the Stone had been rolled away.
Because an Angel descended from Heaven, rolled away the Stone, sat on it. And then told the frightened women “hey, He is not here, He is Risen!”
I told my children who came with me in 1995 (in particular): when we got to the Garden of Gethsemane and they are eager to go inside. I said, Stop! The Young Man leading the Team then was Bayo Adewale (he is no longer that Young now).
I said, you can’t just go into that Place like that – Jesus went in there like a Lamb, He came out a Lion.
When you enter into that Place, cry to God for Transformation.
Afterall the Bible says in 2 Corinthians 3:18 that as we behold Him, so that we can be Transformed into His Image.
When you go to the Garden of Gethsemane (I know they would allow you enter into the Empty Grave); maybe down a Minute, because of the crowd. As you go in, cry to God “I am going in, don’t let me be the same Person that would come out”.
You must Pray that Prayer – Don’t just go and see the Empty Tomb.
Of course, you go to the Garden of Gethsemane to hear Good News – That He is Alive!
Revelation 1:18 says, I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of Hell and of Death.
He is Alive – Go there and ask God for one thing in addition to Transformation.
When the Angel rolled away the Stone, he sat on it.
What the Angel was saying is, “Whoever is going to roll this Stone back would have to deal with me first”.
Cry to the Almighty God: I have come to this Garden too, every obstruction to my Life, let is be rolled away Permanently – Amen!
SHILOH
Then of course, there is Shiloh.
Do you know what Shiloh represents?
At least you know the Story from 1 Samuel 1:1-20 – That is where Hannah went and an end came to her Barreness.
Now, if you are trusting God for the Fruit of the Womb, of course Shiloh is the best Place to go – You would cry to God and say: You did it here before for Hannah, do it for me now.
But like I have always said, Barreness is not always just the issue of Physical Barreness, it actually means “Fruitless Efforts” – You are making efforts, instead of getting results, you are not getting any.
So, you can go to Shiloh and cry to the Almighty God – Father, put an End to my “Fruitless Efforts”. Don’t let me Labour in vain anymore.
In Luke 5:1-7, Peter fished all night, caught nothing – Fruitless Efforts! Just one word from God and all was well.
But there is something more about Shiloh that really has Nothing to do with Barreness or not – It is that, at long last, God Noticed Hannah.
She has been coming for years, but on that Particular occasion, the High Priest (Eli) saw her – And he thought that she was drunk.
… Just noticing her – That is when the Breakthrough came!
So, you could go to Shiloh and ask God: Please, Notice me this time: I might be coming for the first time or coming for the twenty third (23rd) time: God Please, Notice me.
THE MOUNT OF OLIVE
The Mount of Olive is the Place where Jesus Christ left for Heaven – Acts 1:1-12.
*You can call it Mount Oliver or it is also called the Mount of Olive.
There is something Special about that Mountain – The Angels said to the Apostles: “Ye men of Galilee, why Stand ye gazing up into Heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into Heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen Him go into Heaven.”
When He returns, He will land on Mount Olive.
So, when you go to Mount Olive, be reminded that the Lord would come again because many of us have forgotten – The way we are living now, it is as if He is not coming again. He is Coming!
Around the time we got Born Again we were expecting Him every day.
As a matter of fact, when we want to greet ourselves in those days (in Yoruba dialect) we would say, “Eku f’oju so na” – That is Greeting you for expecting His (Jesus Christ) Return.
Oh my God! I had to Plead with many of my Christian Brothers and Sisters who were Students, to continue their Studies because they said “what is the use? The Lord may return before we Graduate.”
I always told them, “Let Him meet you Studying” – That’s how I managed to get Christian Students to continue their Studies.
The Expectation was so high that many of them felt, “why are we wasting time? He would soon come.”
Being reminded that He is going to come again, according to Revelation 22:10-12 means we would Check our ways.
When you go to Mount Olive remember what God says:
And He saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the Prophecy of this Book: for the time is at hand. He that is Unjust, let him be Unjust still: and he which is Filthy, let him be Filthy still: and he that is Righteous, let him be Righteous still: and he that is Holy, let him be Holy still. And, behold, I come quickly; and my Reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
If you remember that Passage alone, you would not be put to sleep by those who are Preaching that Grace alone can do everything.
He didn’t say: my Reward is with me to give to every man “according to his believe in Grace Principle would be” – No!
” … According as his work shall be!”
Thank God for Grace. I never Play down His Grace.
Paul said clearly in 1 Corinthians 15:10; But by the Grace of God I am what I am: and his Grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I Laboured more Abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the Grace of God which was with me.
God is coming to reward your work! It is up to you to pay attention or ignore.
Going to Mount Olive should be to go and re-dedicate yourself to a Life of Purity, a Life of Holiness, a Life of Commitment to serving God.
Because in Matthew 25:13, He says: Watch therefore, for ye know neither the Day nor the Hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
You don’t know!
THE UPPER ROOM
This is another Place you Probably would visit.
You know what happened in the Upper Room in Acts 2:1-4 – The Disciples were gathered together in the Upper Room and they were in one accord. That’s where the Holy Spirit fell.
If you go to the Upper Room just to go and see it, then I Pity you because the Upper Room is where you should go to ask God for Power.
In Acts 1:8; the Bible says, But ye shall receive Power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you.
You go there (Upper Room) to ask Him for Power. And not just to ask for Power; you go there to ask God to fulfill all His Promises to you.
Because He says you will receive Power after the Holy Ghost is come.
When they were in the Upper Room, He fulfilled the Promise – The Holy Ghost came and Power came!
If you follow the Life of Peter from then on, you would know he wasn’t the same Peter.
There are some of us who would say, “but we’ve been there.
I mean, we are already baptised in the Holy Spirit anyway, and we are Grateful to God – He has fulfilled the Promises He made to us: Is there anything else we can expect when we go to the Upper Room?
Sure! You can go there and asked God that you want your Battery to be Recharged!
Because in Acts 4:23-31, the Bible tells us, the Disciples gathered together again and they Prayed again. The Holy Spirit came again and shook the house again! Their batteries were recharged!
SOW IN THE HOLY LAND: IT IS THE BEST SOUL
Now let me Close with this Personal Secret being revealed to those of you who are in this Team and all those reading now on the Label of DMC – That makes you Special!
Some of us come to the Holy Land (in addition to all that we have told you) to SOW.
What? Yes! You see, if you Study Matthew 13:3-9, it tells us the Story of the Sower who went to sow. And He told us how some Seeds fell by the wayside; some on thorns, some on rocks. And some fell on Good soil. One Produced 30 folds, one 60 folds, another 100 folds.
But there is somewhere in the Bible where it talks about God Multiplying you a thousand folds. He didn’t mention that one!
Well, like my son Leke said, “Keep Digging!”
There can be no soil better than the Holy Land – You don’t have to get a Ph.D in Mathematics to realised that.
And I can give you Testimonies upon Testimonies of People who have been coming all these years and have Promised God something on the Holy Land: “We will do this for You! We’ve seen all these Miracles You did.” And they are just inspired ooo!
You know, one man said he came and he made up his Mind that he would give God his house. And the house is somewhere in Ikoyi or Victoria Island (Lagos-Nigeria). So it is not a small boy’s house.
Then in one of the Holy Ghost Services (whether here in the Holy Land or somewhere else) and the Word of God just came! He made a Promise.
And you know, like all of us – Many atimes we make a Vow and we forget.
And the Word of God came, “there is someone here who Promised me something, he hasn’t done it. You are delaying your Blessings.”
He said he is the one!
So after the Programme, he came running to me (they wouldn’t allow him). He said, “if I am going to die, I will die: I must reach the Man of God.”
Finally I saw the movement, so I beckoned to him, he came. And he said, this is what happened. I said alright, do what God asked you to do. Nobody compelled you: it is between you and Him.
Anyway, he did what God told him to do.
You know, as Government come, Government go. And all of a sudden a New Government came! And his Land that they had been taken away from him in Abuja (Nigeria) was restored.
According to him, that Land alone, is more than one hundred (100) times the house he gave to God.
And then, they offered him another Land ten (10) times the one that they restored to him.
Don’t think I am about to take an Offering because I didn’t know why God is asking me to tell you this. Because I have never mentioned Offering in any of the Pilgrimages before.
There is no better Soil than the Holy Land! If only it is because the Footprints of the Lord Jesus Christ (the Lord of Harvest) is on this Land; it makes the Land Special.
Look at the Magic of Agriculture on this Land; look at the Breakthroughs Economically, Medically, etc in this Land.
A couple of years ago we were at the Celebration of the 75th Independence Anniversary of Israel in Abuja (Nigeria);
When the Ambassador was speaking he said, “75 years ago my father heard of his Radio the announcement of the establishment of the Nation of Israel” (And he showed us a very old Radio). He said, from that time to now, we have reached a Stage where we now Produce water from the air. He took a cup, waved it and the cup became full of clean water.
There is something Special about this Land – We don’t need to decieve ourselves: it is a Land of Miracles.
Shall we bow our head, Please?
PRAYER SESSION:
I think you want to talk to God and say LORD; whatever may be the reason why I came, just have Mercy on me. Don’t let me return the way I came.
Thank You Father!
I need Your Help – In every facets my Life I need Your Encouragement. I want to see Your Glory afresh. I want to hear You more clearly than ever before.
Show me Your Glory again LORD. Wake me up! In every areas of my Life where I am Sleeping, wake me up Lord.
Answer my Prayers according to Your Will. Fulfil Your Purpose my Life; recharge my Battery, empower me like never before and Single me out Lord, for mighty Breakthroughs.
Oh LORD, let me hear a Clear Word from You before I go back. Put an end to every Fruitless Efforts in my Life, make my Emptiness Full.
Thank You Father!
Help Your Children Lord; help us all. Let’s hear Good News. Remove every Obstructions to our Miracles, to our Joy, to our Progress. Every Obstructions to our Fruitfulness, remove Permanently.
And let us remember that You are Coming Again and let us be Prepared.
Thank You Father!
Answer our Prayers according to Your Will Lord. If there are Wolves in Sheep Clothing, expose them and let Your Name be Glorified.
… Let’s bring our Prayers to a Close.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

And so our Father and our God, we want to say Thank You once again for bringing us to the Holy Land.
Thank You for all those who have arrived; Thank You for all those who might still be on the way.
And Lord God Almighty, kindly meet all our Expectations. Do what You alone can do in our lives so that at the end of it all, Your Name would be Glorified.
Thank You Almighty! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – AMEN.

OPENING PRAYER
King of Kings and Lord of Lords, the Father of all fathers; the Ancient of Days, the Unchangeable Changer, the Controller of the Future – We Worship You. Please accept our Worship in Jesus Name.
My Father and my God, I’m committing all Your Children into Your Hands – Everyone of them here today or reading now on the Label of DMC; lay Your Mighty Hands on them.
Let Your Anointing flows through them and do something Marvellous in their lives.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
We want to thank all those who made this Day Possible and I believed that He will do something today in your Life that He has never done before – Amen.
John 14: 21 AND 23:
He that hath my Commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my Words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
Because you are Young Adults, the implications is that the Greater Part of your Life is still ahead.
I have Prayed for you before I left home this Morning that in the Name that is above other names, none of you will die Young – Amen!
And if you don’t die Young, it means that I won’t die Young and I will be around for quite a while – Amen!
And I am just eighty one (81) years old now.
From what I have seen over the years, I know that there are Struggles ahead and Battles to be fought.
Somebody said that if you don’t want to have Enemies, then you must be contended. But if you want to be Somebody in Life, you want to be Successful in Life, you want to reach the Top in Life; then get ready for Battles.
And he gave a very Good illustration – If all that you have is one shirt and one trouser or two, a 3rd-Hand Bicycle, living in One-Room Apartment somewhere in Mushin (DMC NOTES: Mushin is a Low Earner Income Area in Lagos State Nigeria); then at Night, you don’t need a Bodyguard.
What are they Guiding? Who is coming to steal a 3rd-Hand Bicycle?
If however you go to Ikoyi or Victoria Island (DMC NOTES: Both Ikoyi and Victoria Island are Highbrow Cities areas in Lagos State Nigeria); you will discovered that most of the houses there are like “Small Prisons” – Surrounded by High Walls and some of them even with barb wires on top of the Walls.
Why? Because you go beyond those Walls, you will see cars of all kinds, you will see Treasures that People will intend to steal.
And People also will struggle with you in the Place of work, in the Offices and everywhere.
There will be a little bit of Struggle if you want to be Distinct!
I used to be a University Lecturer and when we look at Results of Jamb and we have Cut-Off Points. And we say that Cut-Off Points shall be say 270.
And then all of a sudden, you find that at that Level of Cut-Off, there are at least a hundred (100) Students with 270 and we have room for only one more.
… Somebody has to come out of the crowd to fit in.
Is there anybody here listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC who wants to be Outstanding in Life? – The DMC FAMILY MEMBERS!
Let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!
So, I want to tell you a Secret or two (2) – This is a Hang Out and I Hang Out!
Maybe next time that we are Hanging Out, we will bring food along so that we can hang out for the whole Day and take things easy and not be in a hurry.
If you are Holy, God will be by your side all the time!
He said: Be Holy for I am Holy – Birds of the same feather flocks together.
That is why Holiness is the Master Key!
But apart from the Masker Key – “Holiness”; the other Key that can guarantees your Future, that will guarantee that your Future will be absolutely alright is “Evangelism”.
I am going to Prove it to you in a moment.
The Master Key is Holiness – Be Holy for I am Holy”.
But there are Keys and Keys – I have spoken to you about that in the Past!
I. Faith is a Key – A Very Powerful Key. If you believe, all things are Possible to him that believes.
Faith is Important – Without Faith, it is Impossible to Please God.
But Faith is limited – There are limits to Faith because the Bible says that Faith worketh by Love.
So, Love is even more Powerful Key than Faith!
The Bible made it clear that you can raise the Dead, you can do whatever but if you don’t have Love; you are wasting your time.
… So, Faith is Limited by Love!
II. And Love is limited by something the Bible called “Dissimulation”.
Love must be without Dissimulation!
DMC NOTES: Dissimulation means – To disguise or conceal under a False Appearance; dissemble: to dissimulate one’s true feelings about a rival. Acting in bad Faith; Deception by Pretending to entertain one set of intentions while acting under the influence of another.
The only Key that has no Limits at all that can open any Door is Holiness!
But next to Holiness is “EVANGELISM”.
Let me just spend some time showing you how that is – And it is so important.
If you are committed to Evangelism, your Victory is Guaranteed – You can’t lose a Battle if you are committed to Evangelism!
Why? John 15:14; Jesus Christ said that you are my friends if you do whatsoever I Command you.
And then Proverbs 8:17 says: I love those who loves me; those who seek me early will find me.
And then the Bible Text that I read to you – John 14: 21 and 23; it kept on saying:
I. Do what I asked you to do, you will be my friends.
II. And if you are my friend, my Father will love you.
III. And if my Father loves you; Romans 8:37 says that you will be More Than a Conqueror – That means that you will win all battles.
People have wondered how with the crowd that God has been Pleased to surround me with – Churches in over one hundred and ninety (190) Nations of the world; how come that with all these responsibilities, your Blood Pressure (BP) is normal?
Because I know that at the end of the Day, I will win – It is not Possible for me to lose a Battle.
Why? Because I am committed to Evangelism – That is the Secret!
You are Evangelising, God will love you and if God loves you, you will be More Than a Conqueror!
More Than Conqueror means that you will win without a fight!
That is why you don’t find me anywhere saying anything when all manners of People are speaking rubbish against me.
I don’t bother wasting my time to reply them because I know that at the end of the Day; I will Laugh Last!
… Evangelism is the Secret!
In 2 Corinthians 12:15; Paul the Apostles said that I will gladly Spend and be Spent for the work of God.
And the Almighty God said that in that case – Well, let us make you Special.
Acts 19: 11-12; the Bible says that God Performed Special Miracles by the hands of Paul so that from his body; Aprons and Handkerchiefs were taken to the Sick and the Sick were healed and those who were Demonised were Set Free.
How beautiful will it be if your Handkerchiefs can cast out demons?
And believe me honestly – I have said it again and again and it is going to come to Past – That a Day is coming when you as a Member of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); and you are walking about in the Market Place and Somebody bumps into you accidentally; that Fellow will receive a Miracle (Amen).
Because if you will take Evangelism seriously, Anointing will flow from you!
You have heard the Story – I travelled Abroad and came back from America and was very tired. And one of my daughters came to me and say: Daddy, Please help me.
What is the Problem? Her Grandmother is sick. They operated on her and because of her Old Age, the Place operated upon refused to heal. And it was in her Stomach – So that whenever she ate, the food will just be coming out.
And the Doctors said that there is very little they could do because the woman was Old. So, they put her in a Very Special Room.
And the Grand daughter said that all I am asking for is for you to come and Pray for her. And it was quite a Distance from Lagos.
I said that I am sorry – I’m tired. But get me an Handkerchief – I Prayed over the Handkerchief and said: Take it to your Grandmother.
She took it there, lay it on her and by the following Morning, they couldn’t even find the Place they operated.
I Pray that you believe – That a Day is coming that your Handkerchief will raise the Dead (Amen).
How? Evangelism! That is the Secret!
Some time ago, one President’s Daughter was getting married and I was invited to come and Preach. And I accepted it because it will give me an opportunity to Preach the Gospel.
After I finished talking to the Husband and Wife, I talked to the People Present and I made an Altar Call.
Someone contacted my son and said: What kind of Man is your father? Making an Altar Call in a President Daughter’s Wedding?
… The reason I came is so that I can be able to Preach the Gospel!
Evangelism is the Secret!
And then, there is this issue of Distinction – The issue of being the Best among Equals!
Which is what you are going to become – Amen!
In Acts 5: 14-16; the Bible said that God Performed Great Miracles by the hands of the Apostles.
Everyone of the Apostles Performed Great Miracles.
But then, it went on to Single Out Peter – That in his own case, his Shadow was healing the Sick.
Oh, the Other Apostles too were Good and Performing Miracles but there is Somebody who was Special, Different and Distinct.
Why? If you read Acts 2: 1-41; you will discovered that on the Day of Pentecost; while others were also talking, the One who Preached that Sermon was Peter.
Give Him the opportunity, there he goes – He Preached one Sermon and won 3,000 Souls; the next Sermon he won 5,000 Souls and the next time he Preached he won uncountable number (The Bible called it Multitudes).
By the Grace of God, I don’t have anything to be Proud of because every things I did is by the Grace of God!
But I have always loved to be Distinct even when I was in the Primary School – If I come Second, I will cry because I wanted to be the first.
Is there anybody here who want to be first in everything? Let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!
Some time ago, I was speaking at the University of Lagos – All big, big Dons were there and I had an opportunity to boast because the boasting will lead to Salvation.
I told them that Standing before you is the first Man who got MSc in Mathematics of this Great University – They clapped.
I said I then went on to be the first Man to get the PhD in Mathematics of this Great University – They clapped.
I said today, I am becoming the first Man ever to get three (3) Post Graduate Degrees of this University – I worked for the MSc, I worked for the PhD and they dashed me the DSc.

I. To get one Honourary Doctorate Degree is a very Great Achievement because they don’t give Honourary Doctorate Degree to any Dick and Harry.
II. To get two (2) Honourary Doctorate Degrees means that you are Special.
III. To get three (3) Honourary Doctorate Degrees, then you must be “Extra Special”.
IV. You go through the who wide world – From the beginning of History; the number of People with five (5) Honourary Doctorate Degrees, they are less than one thousand (1,000).
V. Your father (Pastor E.A Adeboye) has eight (8) Honourary Doctorate Degrees.
When the number of Honourary Doctorate Degrees got to seven (7); I said that is enough and I said I don’t want more.
Then Oral Roberts University – This is the first Pentecostal University in America and first in the World. They said that we must give you one. I said that I am sorry and I am not interested as I have seven (7) and it is enough.
They said: You are not coming, we will bring it to you!

And I know that you will believe me because you are Believers – My cry to my God had always been: Lord, let my children be Greater than I.
… So, you are going to be Greater than I. But the Secret is Evangelism!
They didn’t give me Honourary Doctorate Degree in Oral Robers University because of my MSc in Mathematics; they gave me because I Preached the Gospel.
They didn’t give me Honourary Doctorate Degree in the University of Toronto in Canada because I had PhD in Mathematics – No! No!! No!!!
Most of the Honourary Doctorate Degrees they gave me is either “Doctorate of Divinity” or “Doctorate of Theology”.
Preaching the Gospel makes you Distinct – You Stand Out among several People.
Let me give you maybe two (2) more Points:
When you are Preaching the Gospel, you Stand a very Good Chance of “Universal Recognition”.
I was saying Loud and Clear “Amen” when Mummy was Praying that you will not end up as “Local Champions” and you must be known throughout the world.
In Acts 19: 11-17 – This is the Story that you know about Paul casting out Demons and so on.
And there were seven (7) sons of Sceva – A Jew and Chief of the Priests; who said that we know the Method that you are using. You just say in the Name of Jesus, be healed and the Fellow will be healed.
So, they saw a Mad Man and they say in the Name of Jesus that Paul Preached, come out!
That one said: Jesus Christ I know, Paul I know; but who are you? And beat the hell out of them.
There was a time I visited an African Country and I wanted to say hello to the President.
The Vice President heard that I was around and was at the Airport and told me that the President was not around.
And over there in the Lobby where we were waiting over, the Vice President came and asked me to Pray for him there – I lay my hands and Prayed for him.
We went into the Country, did what we came to do and then left.
The day after we left, the President heard that I had been around. And because he didn’t travel, he said that how come? It can’t be? Daddy GO was in my Country and he didn’t visit me?
I was told that he wasn’t in.
And then he found out that the one who told me that he wasn’t in was his Vice President – Ha, he fired up the Vice President.
You know – God bless Africa. He fired him first before consulting with the Assembly.
Do you know what the Vice President said – He said no Problem, he has laid his hands on my Head.
He said: You fired me? I am the one taking over your Position.
Evangelism can give you “Universal Recognition” – Just keep on Preaching the Gospel, and you will get to a Level that you can’t even Dream Possible (Amen)!
Finally, if only you can keep on Preaching the Gospel, all your Needs will be met.
I am not the One who said so – It was Jesus Christ in John 15:16.
He said that you have not Chosen me but I have Chosen you and Ordained you; that you go and bring forth Fruits and make sure that your Fruits abide.
He said then anything you ask the Father in my Name, will be given to you.
That is a way of saying that: All your Needs will be met. All you need to do is win Souls and you will be amazed as to how quickly God will be answering your Prayers!
God is not answering Adeboye’s Prayers because he went to Bible College – I never went to Bible College. But it will be Good to go. It is only in my own situation, God was in an hurry.
He is not answering my Prayers because I can Fast – Yes I do Fast once in a while forty Days and 40 Nights or a little more.
But I know People who has Fasted more than that – I knew Somebody who has Fasted for seventy Days and seventy Nights.
So, what is the Difference?
I. How come he will just Pray a “Small Prayer” and the next thing that you will hear is Testimony?
II. How come he will just see you and say: “God Bless You”; and suddenly Doors begin to open?
Because of that “Simple Secret” – Evangelism!
In Luke 6:38 – He said: Give and you shall be given.
Many People used that Verse when they want to collect Offerings.
It is true for collecting Offerings but it has a “Deeper Meaning” – God says: Give me what I want and I will give you what you want. Give me Souls and then I will make sure that what I will give you, it won’t be just enough but it will be running over!
Win Souls and see God embarrassed you with Blessings!
I know Him – I have been working with Him for quite a while.
And by the Grace of God, I have children, People that the Almighty God saved through my Preaching; who are ready to do anything I ask.
And some of them have embarrassed me with so many times that I have ceased asking.
And so, when I didn’t ask, they Guess.
I have told you of three (3) of my Men – They got Born Again through me and when I want to go on Holiday once a Year, they come along with me.
And when they say: Let us go Shooping in the early days; I will go with them and they will load me with all kinds of things.
And when I don’t need things anymore, they will say let us go Shooping and I will go with them.
And when I won’t say that I want to buy anything and they will be watching me – If I looked at anything twice, they will buy it.
So, I stopped going out with them.
Keep winning Souls – God will embarrassed you with Blessings!
Some of you can bear me Witness – I got to the Altar at the Redemption Camp during one Divine Encounter Program and I announced to my Children – Please, don’t buy me more cars, I don’t need more cars.
They didn’t say anything!
I got home – From the Altar to my house, there were two (2) Brand New cars waiting for me. One Mercedes X-Class and the other a BMW Series 7 or something.
And I told the boys who brought the cars – I said I don’t want more cars. They said that we have already bought these ones.
And one of them said: Just sit down in my own, drive round the Redemption Camp with it and then give it out.
The other one said: Please sir, don’t just drive round the Redemption Camp with mine, drive it to Ebute Metta (DMC NOTES: Ebute Metta is where the The RCCG National Headquarters Parish is located in Lagos State Nigeria).
God can embarrassed you with Blessings if you are doing Evangelism!
I am not doing anything else – I am not a Business Man; I am not a Politician but I am just a Preacher of the Gospel.
Everywhere I go, I Witness.
I. If I had more time, I could have told you Stories of boys who went on Witnessing and ended up getting married to their Converts.
II. I could tell you Stories of girls who went out Witnessing and ended up marrying their Converts.
Many at times you are in the Church – Looking Right, looking Left and saying: God, where is my Partner? Your Partner may be out there and not yet saved but waiting for you to come and Evangelise to them!
III. Some of you has been Praying – How you can “Japa”?
If I had time, I can tell you of the Story of a Driver who Witnessed to his Boss.
The Boss got Born Again, the Boss became an Ambassador and then travelled Abroad.
And as an Ambassador, she has the right to choose who will be her Driver – So, my Little Boy “Japa”.
DMC NOTES: “Japa”, a Yoruba slang which means: “To run, flee or escape”. And it has taken root in the Minds of Young Nigerians and become something they aspire to, in hopes of a better future in a more Structured System.
Finally, the Bible says in Colossians 1:27 – It says: Christ in you, the Hope of Glory.
If Christ is in you, you can’t keep quiet – It is not Possible.
Out of the Abundance of the Heart, the mouth will speak.
Ask my wife – She will tell you that before I became Born Again, as much as I love her; as soon as I returned from the Place of work, I just say: Hello Darling, how was your work? That might be the last time we will talk.
And then I became Born Again, I can’t keep quiet anymore because the One who is inside of me want me to speak; want me to tell others about Him.
And when Christ is in you; it doesn’t matter what is in the Future; your Future will be Glorious!
ALTAR CALL
And so, if you are in this “Huge Crowd” or reading now on the Label of DMC; and you are not really sure if Christ is dwelling in you. But you want to surrender your Life to Him, you want Him to come into your Life and Control your Life – This is a Good Opportunity.
Now, there might be some of us – Who may think that I am already Born Again. But you are Born Again and you are still living in sin.
I. Maybe the Salvation you got is different from the Salvation I got.
II. Maybe you want to come and say that the kind of Salvation You gave to Adeboye, that is what I want.
That Salvation that will cause me to hate sins; that Salvation that will cause me to Witness everywhere that I go.
If you want to get “Genuine Salvation”; so that you will be sure beyond all doubts that on the Last Day, you will make it to Heaven – From everywhere, begin to come now!
I am going to count from one (1) to twenty (20) because I know that some of you will be coming fro, afar off.
I am counting now!
Those of you already infront – Cry to the Lord and say: Have Mercy on me, save my Soul, let Your Blood wash away my sins and I will serve You for the rest of my lives. Be my Saviour and be my Lord.
And if you are a Backslider, call on Him and say: By Your Grace, I will never Backside again and I will do Your Will for the rest of my Life.
And the rest of us – Let us Stretch our hands towards our New Brothers and Sisters and intercede for them.
Pray that the One who saved our Souls will save their own Souls also.
Pray that the Lord will have Mercy on them, that He will forgive them and that He will give them a Brand New Beginning.
Talk to the Almighty God.
Thank You Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER
Saviour, I want to Thank You for Your Words and I want to Thank You for bringing these People forward today for Salvation.
Please receive them in Jesus Name, have Mercy on them in Jesus Name, let Your Blood wash away their sins in Jesus Name.
And Lord God Almighty, as you save their Souls, receive them into the Family of God.
And from now on, anytime they Call on You, Please answer them by Fire.
Father, in a short while, I will ask them to cry unto You – I am going to ask that every Requests here tonight or as you read on the Label of DMC; my Father and my God, grant it in Jesus Name.
Miracles Lord God Almighty that will turn each and everyone of us to “Celebrities”; Father grant unto us today.
Let it be well with Your Children and let them be Greater than I.

OPENING PRAYER
Our Father and our God – Immortal, Invincible, the Only Wise God.
The One who has no Beginning and no Ending; the Beginning of All Beginnings, the Ending of All Endings; the One who said: Let there be Light and there was Light; the One who cannot be resisted – We Worship You.
We Thank You for everything that You have done for us in the Past; we Thank You for what You are doing now; we Thank You for what You will do tomorrow.
We Thank You for the Assurance that with Christ in us, our Hope can only be “Hope of Glory”.

As we continue our Series on: “FOR WHOM THE HEAVENS OPEN – Part 14.
And our Bible Text is: Joshua 5: 13-15.
Joshua 5:13-15:
AND. it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?
]And he said, Nay; but as Captain of the Host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the Earth, and did Worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his Servant?
And the Captain of the LORD’S Host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the Place whereon thou standest is Holy. And Joshua did so.
We have learnt in the Past that when the Heavens Open:
I. Divine Visitation can be Expected.
II. We have learnt that an Angel could come down to Pay a visit – Bringing at times Good News.
III. But we said that at times, God Himself could come.
And for God to come because He is seated in Heavens doing whatever Pleases Him:
He has to Stand Up from His Throne which will cause His Enemies to be scattered.
Then He will zoom down to the Earth and take the Shape of a Man and then begin to move towards His “Desired Destination”.
That as He is going round, moving towards that “Desired Destination”; He will be distributing Miracles along the way.
Then we said that when He finally arrived at His “Desired Destination”; there will be an Earthquake, which will lead to some Miracles there too.
That if He now chooses not just to arrive but to step into that house or Particular Place; then Failure will say bye bye to whoever is in that Place, Fruitless Efforts will end.
And then we said that if He chooses not just to enter in but to abide in. Then He could see to it that it doesn’t matter how many times the Enemies may want to Launch an attack against that Person/Family; because He is residing there, He will see to it that the Joy of that Particular People will remain Permanent.
And now here in the Bible Text that we took (Joshua 5: 13-15); we see a very interesting situation!
Joshua was by the City of Jericho – And as you Probably know, the City of Jericho was surrounded by a very Mighty Wall.
And Joshua as the Leader of the children of Israel on their way to the Promised Land, was around the City of Jericho Wall, trying to think of a Strategy to take the City of Jericho because they just have to take the City of Jericho if they are going to continue on their Journey. And the Wall was extremely Big.
And then, while he was there Surveying the Wall of Jericho; suddenly the Heavens Opened!
Joshua saw a Man – And the Man definitely wasn’t like an “Ordinary Man”. He was there with a Sword in his hand and the Sword was drawn.
… He was a Man who looks as if he is ready for a fight.
So, Joshua went to him and say: Sir, who are you? And why are you here? Are you here to help us or you are here to fight us?
Well, the Man answered and said – Well, I am not quite an Observer and I am not really here to tell you whether I am here to fight for you or to fight against you.
I. I am here to let you know that I have come to take over the fight.
II. I have come for your Information not as an “Ordinary Angel” but as a Commander in the Army of the Lord.
And the Bible said that Joshua fell on his face and said: Okay, if you are here to take over the fight, what are your Instructions sir?
And the Angel said to him (Joshua) – Well, let us settle the issue of who is in Charge before we go a Step further.
Could you sir remove your shoes so that you know who will be giving Instructions from this moment onwards.
An extremely Interesting Story indeed!
Let us begin by looking at the answer of this Angel to Joshua – “I am a Commander in the Army of the Lord”.
That tells us one thing straightaway – Angels are in Categories!
We won’t want to go “Too Deep” into the Theology of Angels.
But it will be very, very Instructive to know that: Angels are in Categories! – If only it is for you to be able to appreciate that there is Order in Heaven.
When you go through the Scriptures; you will come across Angels with different names and with different Titles:
I. The first one we come across you will find in Genesis 3: 22-24.
When God was driving Adam and Eve out of the Garden of Eden. To make sure that they will stay out; He sent an Angel called “CHERUBIMS” with a Sword of Fire.
So, we can see that Cherubims are Angels who are Fighters – They fight and you don’t want to mess with them!
… Their Sword could be Fire!
II. Then as we go further in the Scriptures, we come across the Angels called “SERAPHIMS” – In Isaiah 6: 1-7.
They cover the Throne of God – Because Isaiah said: I saw the Lord seated on His Throne, high and lifted up and his train filled the Temple. And then I saw the Seraphims; each one had six wings – They needed two (twain) to fly but they had to cover their faces and feet with two (twain) each because they are very close to the Glory of God.
And the Glory of God if you get too close to it can just wipe you out.
But these Angels (Seraphims) are in a very, very Special Positions as they cover the Throne of God.
And when Isaiah cried saying: Woe is me, I am undone. Because all of a sudden, I have seen myself to be a Man of Unclean lips, abiding with People of Unclean lips.
It is one of the Seraphims that God sent to take a coal of Fire from the Altar of God and bring it to Isaiah, touch his lips with it and decreed that his sins has been removed.
III. And then as we Study the Scriptures more and more; we discovered that there was once upon a time that a “Cherub” was Anointed Specifically to cover the Throne of God – His name is “SATAN”.
He was so beautiful, extremely Magnificent – And he was given the Special Assignment of covering the Throne of God. And from there conduct the Mass Choir of God.
But Pride came and he fell.
You can read about that in Ezekiel 28: 12-15.
IV. Then as you Proceed further, you begin to come across other Angels:
When you read Luke 1:19; we come across an Angel called “GABRIEL”.
And when he was introducing himself to Zechariah, he said: I Stand before God Himself.
I am not just an “Ordinary Angel” I am close or high in Rank – I can Stand before the Very Presence of God Himself!
Which incidentally could imply that – Not all Angels can come into the Very Presence of God Himself.
And which according to the Word of God in Matthew 18:10 – It brings us a Great Warning to be careful of how we deal with children because to all these “Little Ones”, are “Assigned Angels” of such a High Rank that they can Stand before the Presence of God.
And the Lord Jesus Christ said that:
Be careful that you don’t make any of these Children stumble because their Angels will report you.
Be careful how you live before your Children because they are watching you.
Be careful that you don’t say that you are a Christian before them and you are behaving Contrary to what you are Preaching to them because they want to copy you.
And if in the Process of copying you, they ended up missing Heaven, then their Angels will report you to the Almighty God!
V. And there is another Angel that is called “MICHEAL”.
And you can read about this Micheal in Daniel 10:13 – He was introduced to us as a Chief among Angels.
Not even an “Ordinary Chief” but a “Chief Prince” – That is a Serious combined of Titles: “A Chief among the Princes of Angels”.
I’m just giving you an Introduction into the Theology of Angels.
But you need to know that:
A. Angels are “Very Strong”.
I mean in the case of Micheal for Example – When satan was trying to disturb the Messenger; when a Principality was trying to disturb another Angel from delivering a Message to Daniel.
It was Micheal that came and handled the situation.
B. The Bible tells us that Angels excel in Strength – They are very Strong.
Psalms 103:20 tells us that the Angels of God excel in Strength.
As a matter of fact, 2 Kings 19:35 tells us that one of these Angels can kill one hundred and eighty five thousand (185,000) Soldiers in one Night.
… That is Power! – 185,000 Soldiers Versus 1 Angel.
So, when you consider that God has these Angels by the Billions, then you understand why if you are on the Side of God, you are secured – He has more than enough Angels to take care of all your Enemies!
If all the People in the world were to gang up against you and the Almighty God decides to help you; He has enough Angels to make sure that they sleep and never wake up.
That’s God! Because not only is He called the Almighty God; He is also called the Lord of Host.
That means that He is the Commander-In-Chief of all these Angels and they will obey Him – Those who rebelled against Him has been chased out of Heaven.
And by the Special Grace of God, if you are a True Child of God; even the Leader of those chased out Angels out of Heaven is under your feet.
Now, it is very essential that you know that those Angels, as Powerful as they are and as Strong as they are; they are not to be Worshipped!
In Revelation 19:10; when an Angel has brought some information to John the Beloveth and John the Beloveth felt that may be let me Worship this Person.
He said: No! Don’t do it. I am nothing but your Servant.
You don’t know who you are if you are a Child of God; and you don’t know what you have – You have tremendous Power because you have Angels at your disposal.
Hebrews 1: 13-14 made it clear – Angels are to serve You if you are a Child of God or saved.
They are nothing but “Ministering Spirits”.
Do you know what that means? – Your Servant waiting for your Command.
The Almighty God love you so much that He says that He will give an Order to His Angel to carry you in their Arms so that you will never dash your foot against a Stone!
God cares so much for you that He does not want you, when you are walking to accidentally knocks your feet against a Stone.
I have said this before – If I am going on a Walk – Which I do Regularly at Night. And all of a sudden, I Strike my foot against a Stone; I will stop and ask God:
I. What do You want to tell me Lord?
II. What am I doing wrong?
III. Where are the Angels to see to it that I don’t knock my foot against a Stone?
I know this may sound Childish, but almost invariably, I get answers.
And I have seen situations before when I stopped like that and then I looked, and I will see a Snake Passing by. And occasionally, it could be a Poisonous one.
My Prayer is that you will get so close to God that His Angel will be constantly by your side – Amen!
Then Joshua asked another Question – Why are you here? Are you for us or are you against us? Because I can see you with your Sword drawn.
This Simple Question highlights the Possible Divine Response to you when you are involved in Warfare.
There are four (4) Possibilities of God responding to you when you are fighting a battle:
I. He could be against you.
My Prayer is that He will never be – Amen!
II. He could be Neutral – Just watching to see how far you could do this thing on your own.
III. He could be with you – But you have to fight and He will be Supporting you.
IV. He could fight for you.
In the case here – In the Question that Joshua asked the Angel: Are you for us or are you against us?
We find a Question you need to ask yourself today or as you read now on the Label of DMC – You have been fighting a battle for quite a while now; are you Winning or are you Losing?
You need to find out – God are you fighting for me or are you fighting against me?
It is my Prayer that God will answer you because the answer will show you whether you need to put certain things aright in your Life because if He is fighting against you, there must be a reason.
And if He is fighting against you, you are bound to lose!
I Pray that before this Day is out or as you are reading now on the Label of DMC, in one way or the other; the Lord will be fighting for you – Amen!
ALTAR CALL
Which brings me to that “Big Invitation” again – If you are not yet Born Again; Jesus Christ said: If you are not for me, then you are against me. There is no Neutral Ground.
You can’t begin to say that God is minding His Own business and I am minding my own – No, it doesn’t work that way. It is either you are for Him or against Him.
And if you are against Him, you are in serious trouble.
So, if you will love to surrender your Life to Jesus Christ today; I beg you to indicate to God wherever you are now or reading now on the Label of DMC – That I don’t want to fight against You but to take over my fight. I surrender my Life to You, save my Soul and I will serve You for the rest of my Life.
Pray that Prayer and I will Pray with you now – He will save your Soul and things will begin to Change.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER
And so Father, I just want to say Thank You.
Thank You very much for Your Words, Thank You because I know that there is Power enough in Your Words to settle the Problems of all Your Children.
As for all those who has decided to surrender their lives to You now; Father Please receive them, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash away their sins.
Receive them into the Family of God and Lord God Almighty, from now on; take over their fight.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
So now, I want to say Congratulations to those of you who has given their lives to God today. Because from now on, by the Special Grace of God, I will be Praying for you.
