BIBLE TEXT: 1 JOHN 5:4

PRAYERS:

Somebody lift up your hands to Jesus tonight. Magnify the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the Ending. The One who Is, the One who Was and the one who is to Come. He is Glorious in His Holiness and Fearful in Praises, He is Mightier than the Notice of the Water, Praise the Lord. (Why can’t you rise up on your feet) and begin to Praise the Almighty.

The Agbani-lagbatan, Atobajaiye, Kabioosi, The Arugbo Ojo, the Almighty who seated in Heaven, the One who break the bones, the One with Tongue of Fire, the One who cut the Spear asunder. Put your hands together for this God, He is the only God in this Place, Magnify the Lord with me. The Bible says Magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt His Name together.

Put your hands together for the Lord. The One who is Higher than the highest, the One who is Greater than the greatest, the One who is Better than the best, the One who is Wiser than the wisest, the One who is Older than the oldest – The Almighty God who reigns from everlasting to everlasting, in Him we lives and moves in Him. This God is too Great, this God is Wonderful, who is like unto this God, none is to be compared with Him, He reigns in His Shekinah Glory. He is the One that will reigns forever more. He is the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob. He has an endless Curriculum Vitae (CV).

Put your hands together for this God. We cannot stop Praising Him because we are WINNERS. We Praise Him because He has WON the Victory, we give Him Praise and Glory, the Almighty God, the One who spoke and it was done, He commanded and it stood fast. The One whose counsel reigns forever. He is God and there is no other God like Him. In Him only we lived and would be. There is no darkness but everlasting life.

I don’t know if you have some breadth inside you for the Bible says let everyone that has breadth Praise Him – Praise the Lord.

Lift up your voices and shout Hallelujah.

OPENING PRAYER:

We bless Your Holy Name. We gathered together tonight because we are on the Winning side. We thank You Lord for that You are about to do, spirit of God, I ask that You come down and speak the words of God by the Holy Ghost send from Heaven and in the demonstration of Your Spirit, Your Power and Your Glory, in the Name of Jesus.

Thank You Father. Blessed be Your Holy Name, in Jesus Mighty name we pray – Amen!

Celebrate Jesus with your hands again as you take your seat – Hallelujah.

Glory be unto God in the highest, Amen and Amen.

Once again, I want to acknowledged and say a very big thank you to Daddy and Mummy GO, Thank you sir and ma for the opportunity given to me to use this great platform to preach and also I want to give God the Praise and Glory for the Apapa family and Region 20 under the leadership and his entire team. Thank you for giving me this great opportunity to share the Words of God. Glory be to God in the Highest.

I will be out stage in the next few minutes and say few things to the Glory  of God in the highest – Hallelujah.

We are born to Win. When you look at that particular statement, it is something that has already happened.

You are not going to win, you have already won.

I didn’t hear your Amen, you have already won in the Name of Jesus.

When you look at the word and the statement “Born to Win”, you will come to understand that nobody wins except there had been a battle. Nobody wins except there had been a contests. Nobody wins except there had been a competition.

There have to be task before a Testimony. They have to be a Battle before a Victory.

But I have a Good News for somebody tonight, I say you have Cross Over in Victory in the Name of Jesus – Amen!

The Bible recorded just as my sister read as the spirit of God is one in 1 John 5:4 – “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the Victory that overcometh the world, [even] our faith.” .

Notice the word can stand for Satan himself – Obstacles. And this is the  Victory that overcoming the World and that Victory the Bible says even our Faith.

If I have any believer in the house that believes in this Jesus, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

When we say that you have already won, then why the losers?

The problem which I am going to speak on tonight with five (5) points before I leave this place, we need to ACTIVATE the Victory.

… Somebody says ACTIVATION! (2X)

The same way you get to a place and need to activate your SIM, activate your Phone, activate whatever you have to connect.

1- The first key point to activate the victory is by FAITH.

Somebody say by Faith!

The word of God clearly says and I read it clearly again in 1 John 5:4 – “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, [even] our faith.”

Habakkuk 2:4 says: “Behold, his soul [which] is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.”

It says the Just (the righteous, the born again) shall live by Faith.

Our victory is always guaranteed. We can’t enter except we work by Faith.

I give you a case study in the Bible, the book of Daniel 3:16-30.

We look at the story of three (3) Hebrew boys that decided to activate their Faith. The Bible records that in Daniel 3:16-21

16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we [are] not careful to answer thee in this matter.

17 If it be [so], our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver

[us]

out of thine hand, O king.

18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: [therefore] he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.

20 And he commanded the most mighty men that [were] in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego,

[and]

to cast [them] into the burning fiery furnace.

21 Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their [other] garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.”

They face the battle, the trial of their life.

What did they do?

They activated their Faith. They said, no to the king, we are not going to bow down. We bow down to God only,

God and God alone.

In verse 23-25

23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.

24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, [and] spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.

25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.”

I want somebody to say I am not alone (4x) the king said I can see four men (remember they were three casted into the fire but four men were seeing in the fire).

The bible says the fourth is like the Son of God.

verse 26 – Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, [and] spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come [hither]. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire.”

How did they overcame? how did they win?,

They activated their Faith and the Son of God work with them in the midst of the fire.

That is why the Bible says, when thou passes through Fire, the Fire shall not burnt you.

You are not alone!

Tell your neighbour: “You are not alone”

2- How do we activate Victory? It is by your IDENTITY.

You cannot enforce authority and force Victory without the correct identity.

The devil will always challenge your Identity.

That is what affecting us. Your true Identity will activate the victory.

Why am I saying this?

The Bible says in the book of Genesis 1: 26 – “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”

I have Good News for somebody here today, you know the underneath doubt, you have been created in the image of God. Why did you fear? Why did you turn away from anything that comes your way?

… You are God.

1 John 4: 4 says: “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”

Somebody says, I Carry God inside of me. That is your Identity, you are God.

The devil challenged the identity of Jesus in Matthew 4:4-5

4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,”

If you are the son of God, the devil knows your Identity will help you activate your Victory.

Numbers 13: 31-33

31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they [are] stronger than we.

32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, [is] a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it [are] men of a great stature.

33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, [which come] of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.”

The children of Israel when they were about to go to the Promise Land; in their own sight, they were like grasshoppers and as soon as they made up their mind in their own sight and Identity, the Bible recorded that they were now in the sight of the people as grasshoppers because once you made up your mind, you begin to fear, you don’t have the Identity of the child of God. The the enemy take the advantage of you.

You are God and the Bible says you have not gotten the spirit of fear. He that is in you, is Greater than he that is in the world.”

Somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

3. How do you activate the Victory (2x) –

YOU SPEAK THE WORD.

The Bible says in the Book of Proverbs 18: 21 – “Death and life [are] in the Power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”

Your word can create the Victory. You can speak to a situation and you decree and declare and it shall be established.

I give you a quick story in 1 Samuel 17: 45-47 – When David faced Goliath.

45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.

46 This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.

47 And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle [is] the LORD’s, and he will give you into our hands.”

David speak the Word and look at what happened. This is what brought down Goliath not necessary the Stone.

David had sent the Word ahead, spoke the Word and the Victory was activated.

In verse 46-47, David said: This day … and what happened? David picked the stone and slung into Goliath and the Word of God that spoke went ahead and decree that ‘this day, Goliath is coming down’

I don’t know if there is somebody here today, you can begin to speak it now in the Name of Jesus – “this day: My Goliath comes down.

Can I hear you shout and say this day, my Goliath comes down in the Name of Jesus.

4. Activating the Victory by Overcoming SIN.

One major facilitator of failure is the Word called SIN.

Whenever the children of Israel were in Fellowship with God, they won all their battles.

In Joshua 7:1-6

1 But the children of Israel committed a trespass in the accursed thing: for Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, took of the accursed thing: and the anger of the LORD was kindled against the children of Israel.

2 And Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which [is] beside Bethaven, on the east side of Bethel, and spake unto them, saying, Go up and view the country. And the men went up and viewed Ai.

3 And they returned to Joshua, and said unto him, Let not all the people go up; but let about two or three thousand men go up and smite Ai; [and] make not all the people to labour thither; for the [are but] few.

4 So there went up thither of the people about three thousand men: and they fled before the men of Ai.

5 And the men of Ai smote of them about thirty and six men: for they chased them [from] before the gate [even] unto Shebarim, and smote them in the going down: wherefore the hearts of the people melted, and became as water.

6 And Joshua rent his clothes, and fell to the earth upon his face before the ark of the LORD until the eventide, he and the elders of Israel, and put dust upon their heads.”

Oh my God, I Prophesy into the life of somebody here today, you will not turn your back against your enemies (2x).

A righteous man that lives has a God inside of him and free himself from sin and he never turn his back from his enemies.

The Bible says the children of Israel couldn’t stand against their enemy.

Joshua 7:12 says: “Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies, [but] turned

[their]

backs before their enemies, because they were accursed: neither will I be with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from among you.”

Why? because they were accursed. They have taken an accursed thing among them.

Look at what happened when Victory started to come back.

Joshua 8: 1-25

After they have taken away the accursed thing, (taking: backbiting, formication, adultery and all forms of sins away) then the Bible says in Joshua 8: 25-26

25 And Joshua said, Why hast thou troubled us? the LORD shall trouble thee this day. And all Israel stoned him with stones, and burned them with fire, after they had stoned them with stones.

26 And they raised over him a great heap of stones unto this day. So the LORD turned from the fierceness of his anger. Wherefore the name of that place was called, The valley of Achor, unto this day.”

Somebody says I decree and I declare, SIN shall not have dominion over me. I am a child of God in the Name of Jesus.

5. VICTORY IS ACTIVATED BY PRAISE (2X).

Joshua 6:1 – “Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in.”

That was intentional (2x). That battle in your life is intentional but you have won in the Name of Jesus.

The Bible says that they decided to build the wall of Jericho because of the children of Israel and it shows you clearly that you are a Great Terror to the camp of the devil.

The devil already fears you that you don’t have to fear.

Why? Because you have been created in the image of God – You carry His Glory, you Swim in Glory, therefore the enemy intentionally lifted a wall against your destiny, against your Joy, against your Peace, but look at what happened.

The Bible says in the book of Joshua 6:20 – “So the people shouted when [the priests] blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.”

They don’t have to pray or do any other things.

But the Word of God says in Joshua 6:20 – That was not an ordinary shout. That was the shout of Praise, the people shouted and the bible says ‘when the people shouted’ (3x), (oh you don’t shout while sitting down, you shout while standing up). ‘When the People Shouted (3x), when you hear people shouted, it is for VICTORY.

Something new is Happening, it is only the people on the Winning side that shouted. They began to shout, the Bible records.

Look at what happened in the Scripture: the wall (2x) of Jericho: wall of sickness, wall of poverty, wall of Cancer and wall of any other form of diseases. The bible says the wall came down.

Somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

And it took a man, King Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20:17 – “Ye shall not [need] to fight in this

[battle]

: set yourselves, stand ye [still], and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD [will be] with you.”

When the three (3) King’s armies came against King Jehoshaphat and God spoke and I believe that when our daddy comes, he will decree a word and we shall receive from Heaven.

Look at what happened in the Scripture in 2 Chronicles 20:17, as you walk out here tomorrow (because we are ending the Program in the morning) the Lord will be with you.

2vChronicles 20:21 – “And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should Praise the beauty of Holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy [endureth] for ever.”

The Bible says, when he has consulted with the mass Choirs (2x), he appointed Singers unto the Lord…..

Brethren, look at what, the Praise went before them (2x) and the bible says:

I will Praise Him for everlasting

Everlasting to everlasting

I will Praise Him for everlasting

Everlasting to everlasting

(Repeated)

Activate your Victory tonight and then sing that praises.

… That is our prayer.
