1. Well, let’s lift our hands to the Almighty God and begin to bless His Name. Let’s give Him Honour, let’s give Him Adoration. Let’s Praise Him, let’s Magnify His Holy Name. Praise the King of kings, Praise the Lord of lords. Give Him Glory, give Him Honour, give Him Adoration. Praise Him! He is Worthy to be Praised; Amen!
2. I want you to lift your voice loud and clear and say Father; if You are visiting two (2) people here today; please let me be one of them.

… Open your mouth and cry to the Almighty God.

In Jesus Mighty Name we Pray – Amen!

We give You Honour;
We give You all the Glory,
We give You Honour. (Jesus)

OPENING PRAYER:

Father Almighty, we give You all the Glory, we give You all the Honour, we give You Adoration. Be Glorified forever, in Jesus’ Name.

Father, we commit Your children in this Area into Your hands. In ALL their lives, Father please do something New today!

Grant their requests, heal the sick today, set the captives free today. Every door that has been shut against Your children, Father, force open today!

Every Prayer that has remained unanswered till today, answer them today!

Before the sun sets today, let Your children have their Testimonies. Let this day be a day they will never forget.

Father, meet all their Needs, let their Joy be full. And like never before, let them begin to serve You afresh.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Let somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Shake hands with one (1) or Two (2) people, say: Good morning, God bless you!

And then put your hands together for this wonderful Choir. They are very good – Very good!

God bless you; you may please be seated.

I Thank the Almighty God for bringing us here today. This is my first visit to this part of the Country.

… It is my Prayer; it will not be the last.

PSALMS 102:13; “Thou shalt arise, and have Mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.”

We want to talk very briefing about: “THE HOUR OF VISITATION”.

As a matter of fact, the original Purpose of my coming is to Pray for you (which I have already done). And I believe that the Answer is already on the way.

But then, we want to add about fifteen (15) minutes or so of the Word; because “forever oh Lord, Thy Word is settled”.

When the HOUR OF VISITATION comes for a man or a woman:

1. It always comes UNEXPECTEDLY.

When God decides to visit somebody, He doesn’t phone ahead of time to say ‘Am coming’ – He comes UNEXPECTEDLY.

In 1 Samuel 16:11-13; David was busy – singing Psalms among sheep in the bush.

When he woke up that morning, if anybody came to him and said “before the night falls, you will be a king”. He would have laughed!

But all of a sudden, somebody came and said: David! He said, Yes! “You are wanted at home”.

He said – ‘what for?’

Well, there is one old man who looks like a Prophet or something! But he said they should go and bring you urgently.

David didn’t know what was going on; (you know the rest of the story).

He arrived, the Man of God poured Oil on his head and said: “God said you will be King”.

… It came Unexpectedly!

In 1 Kings 17:8-16; the Widow of Zarephath has been going downhill (financially) daily. And it has reached a stage where she had contemplated suicide (with her son).

But just as she was gathering two (2) sticks; to prepare her last meal; her HOUR OF VISITATION came.

… It was unexpectedly!

In 1 Kings 19:19-21; Elisha was busy in his father’s farm; Ploughing the ground, with the other servants. All of a sudden a man was passing by; and threw his Mantle upon him.

He turned to see the man, and found that he was Elijah – the Prophet. Something told him; your Hour of Visitation has come!

I have a feeling that someone here today or reading; is about to get a Visitation from the Lord!

I believe that there is someone here who is in for a SURPRISE!

… The HOUR OF VISITATION always comes Unexpectedly!

2. Second (2nd) thing about the “Hour of Visitation” is that: It is always PERSONAL – It’s always for an Individual.

In Exodus 3:1-12; Moses was at the backside of the desert; he was an eighty (80) years old man. At that time, he had RETIRED (as it where!)

But then suddenly, his “Hour of Visitation” came! He saw a bush burning, the bush was not burnt!

But somebody who started in the morning as a Shepherd, ended that day becoming the Leader of a Nation.

… But the Visitation was for him and him ALONE.

You can search the Scriptures, you will never find another story of somebody who saw the bush burning – but the bush was not consumed!

.. It is PERSONAL!

In Mark 10:46-52; there was this man called Bartimaeus; he was by the road side, begging!

Jesus Christ came to town, and the Bible says ‘a great multitude’ followed Him – Great Multitude!

But by the end of that day, the only person for whom Jesus came to Town, became known! Because the only one who got a Miracle was BARTIMAEUS.

There was a Multitude. A Divine Visitation is always Personal – it’s always for an Individual.

In John 5:2-9; the Bible tells us about a Pool called ‘the Pool of Bethesda. It said that this Pool has a certain Healing Power that is evident or becomes operative whenever an Angel could come down (once a year) to trouble the water;

The first fellow to get in, will be healed!

But then, the Bible says, ‘there was a Man who had been there for thirty eight (38) Years.

Unexpectedly (not an Angel this time) because they were always expecting the Angel. But this time, the One who made the Angels came and relocated just one man out of the Multitude, healed him and left the Place!

… Because the Hour of Visitation is always PERSONAL.

I wish I could say that God has come to this Place, for a large crowd of People.

But the truth of the matter is that; He comes ONLY for one (1) Person.

… Who is that one (1) person? – The DMC Family Members!

3. The third (3rd) thing about the “Hour of Visitation” is that whenever it happens to any man, the life of the Person can never be the same – it leads to Tremendous TRANSFORMATION:

In Acts 3:1-8; we read about a man who had been lame since birth; and he was always at the Gate of the Temple, everyday to worship.

Unexpectedly, this man had a Divine Visitation. And from that day onwards, he never had to beg again for rest of his life. Because his ankle bones received strength!

And the one who couldn’t walk, became someone who could be walking and jumping for Joy.

In 2 Chronicles 1:6-15; we read about a young King called Solomon.

He was a very Special son of his father and mother – and so he was practically spoilt! He was so dull, he himself knew he was dull;

So when God paid him an unexpected visit; and God asked him what he wanted – he said he wanted WISDOM!

When that Visitation was over, Solomon became the wisest man that ever lived (apart from the Lord Jesus Christ).

So, when the “Hour of Visitation” comes, there will be a change Physically; there will be a change Mentally!

In Genesis 18:1-14; Abraham woke up one morning, and he was sitting in front of his Tent – when he had his own Divine Visitation!

That day, the barrenness that had been in the family for almost a hundred (100) years, ENDED.

So when the “Hour of Visitation” comes, it affects you Physically, it affects you Mentally, it affects you Maritally!

In Acts 2:1-4; the Bible says, on the Day of Pentecost, when the People gathered together in the Upper Room; suddenly –

… remember, the “Hour of Visitation” comes Unexpectedly:

Suddenly, the Holy Spirit came. And everyone became filled with the Holy Spirit. And began to speak in other Tongues.

Whenever the “Hour of Visitation” comes, it brings comprehensive TRANSFORMATION; Physical, Mental, Financial, Marital, Spiritual.

4. But then, probably the most important thing about the “Hour of Visitation” is that: It happens only ONCE IN A LIFETIME – only ONCE!

Because Ecclesiastes 3; states clearly, as far as God is concerned, He has a Time Table for everything: “For everything, there is a Season: for every Purpose, there is a Time!”

That is why I rejoice with you; because somehow, in the Time Table of God, like somebody said (one of the Pastors said): It is the TURN of somebody – Amen!

That is why it says: “You will ARISE and have Mercy upon Zion, because the Set Time – ‘SET TIME’ has come!

The words ‘SET TIME’ (there) is like when you set an Alarm. The Alarm will not ring one second too soon; it will not ring one second too late – it’s always SET TIME.

I will tell you just one story, and then we will Pray.

Some of you probably heard it before; because it illustrates everything about the “Hour of Visitation”.

And the Sermon is brief for a Purpose; because this is a Sermon you must remember for the rest of your life.

If it is too long, you will forget it; if it is short: you will be able to say it one by one!

“HOUR OF VISITATION” comes Suddenly, it is for Individuals, it Transforms life (completely), and is ONCE in a lifetime.

We were having what is called “Crossover Service” – on the 31st December of a particular Year.

I was Preaching; suddenly I heard God say that: There was someone in the crowd who was finding it difficult to pay his House Rent.

And God asked me to tell the fellow that by the New Year, he would become a Landlord.

Now, in Lagos (Nigeria) that doesn’t make sense, because every house in Lagos has an owner!

But there was only one fellow – ONE, in the crowd; a Messenger who was having problem paying his house rent. And who had enough Faith to believe that: “With God ALL things are Possible”!

… He was the only one who said “Amen!”.

Am sure the others would have looked at him and said: “Even if that is a true Prophecy; can it be you?”

But then, the New Year came (after the holiday) and he went to work. He saw the Chairman of the Company and went to greet him (in the Yoruba way); he prostrated – Happy New Year Sir!

And the Chairman looked at him and said: Messenger, he said Sir! Have I given you a Christmas Present? No Sir! Have I given you a New Year Present? He said No Sir!

The Chairman said: Well, Lagos State was selling some houses, I bidder for one, I won. I don’t need it – come and take the keys.

Of course, the Messenger was dazed! But then, he collected the keys and the address, and went to the address. He was expecting one small house – one little flat. He got there, he found that it was a Mansion!

Can this be true? He put the key in, the door opened. He went all over the house – he went upstairs – Am I dreaming?

The following day, he went to the Chairman. This time, he didn’t just prostrate; he rolled to the right, he rolled to the left. And the Chairman said: Messenger: “Is there any furniture in the house?” He said, No Sir! The Chairman said: I change my furniture every Christmas; the one I used last year, I don’t even know where to put them yet.

So he called one of the drivers, he said: go and load my old furniture and take them to this Boy’s House!

On December 31st he was having problem paying his house Rent; by the first week of January – he was not only living in his own house; he was also sitting on the Chairman’s furniture.

Why? – Because his “HOUR OF VISITATION” came!

It came to him SUDDENLY; it came to him ALONE; It TRANSFORMED his life completely.

And I believe that there is someone here today or reading; that the Almighty God has decided to VISIT.

In 2 Corinthians 6:2; the Bible says: “(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the Day of Salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the Day of Salvation.)”

That means, if someone is here who has not surrendered his or her life to Jesus Christ, this is your day!

This is your day because this “Hour of Visitation” we are talking about, can ONLY be made Possible by God, not any man.

There is no human way of thinking that, somebody could enter the New Year a Tenant – having problem paying his house Rent. And become a Landlord; sitting on the Chairman’s furniture.

That is why, if you are here, and you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, you should do so now!

And I will only give you just two (2) minutes to come and stand before me. So that I can Pray for your Salvation.

I will count from one (1) to five (5); if you want to surrender your life to Jesus, come now!

… After that, the rest of us will be Praying.

So if you want to come, come now – I am counting…

This is only for individuals; if you like, you can stay back. But the One who can save your soul, Who can Transform your life; is here today. And He is Calling you!

… Any one else? Because this is the final count down.

Thank You Father! If you know you are coming, come now! Because am about to Pray.

Thank You Jesus! – Ok.

Thank you! If anybody still wants to come, you can come! But we want to Pray now.

Those of you who are in front, talk to God now: ask Him to have Mercy on you, ask him to save your Soul, ask Him to forgive all your sins; assure Him that from now on, you will do His Will and His WILL alone!

The rest of us, please let us stretch our hands towards these people and intercede for them. And Pray that the One who saved our own Souls will save their Souls also.

Let us Pray that the Almighty God will forgive their sins and receive them into the Family of God.

Let us Pray for them now. Let us Pray for them (2ce).

Thank You Father!

Anyone else who still wants to come, this is your last opportunity – if you want to come, you must come now.

Thank You Jesus! In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

PRAYER FOR SALVATION:

Saviour, I want to Bless Your Holy Name. I want to Thank You for Your Words. I want to Thank You for these People that have come forward to surrender their lives to You.

Father please receive them, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash away their sins. Please write their names in the “Book of Life”. Receive them into the Family of God. And from now on, anytime they call on you, Answer them by FIRE. And let them serve you till the end.

… Thank You my Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we Pray – Amen!

CLOSING PRAYER:

Now my Father and my God; in a moment, Your children here will be crying out to You:

You have the Power to save one, and You have the Power to save all.

You have the Power to Heal one, and You have the Power to Heal all.

You have the Power to Bless one, and You have the Power to Bless all;

While they cry unto You today, Lord God Almighty, answer their Prayers.

Whatever they ask You for, my Father and my God, do it for them.

And for the rest of their lives, let them remember today for Good!

Thank You Almighty God; in Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Praise the Lord!

Now, those of you who have come forward; I want to rejoice with you. Because from now on (by the Grace of God); I will be Praying for you.

So I will need your name, your address and your Prayer request. And am sure very soon, you will begin to feel the impact of your Prayers.

But I want you to remain where you are for now. Because I want you to join the rest of us as we PRAY;

Now, all of us who believe that God will answer us today, please stand on your feet; and those of you in front can stand, too – and shout a big Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Now I want you to lift your voice to the Almighty God Loud and Clear, and say Father: I know You are here because of me. SURPRISE me today!

Go ahead, talk to the Almighty God: SURPRISE me, surprise me, Surprise me TODAY! I know this is my own “HOUR OF VISITATION”; Please, Surprise me today!
