THEME: GOD BLESS YOU – PART 3 (I WILL LIFT UP MY EYES).

Can we pray?

OPENING PRAYER

Our Father in Heaven, we Thank You for today.

We Thank You for an opportunity once more to come and hear Your Words.

Father, we are Praying for everyone that is under the sound of my voice, that as Your Word is being spoken; let Your Word transmit Light in their spirit in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

Let every thrones of darkness in the lives and hearts of men be brought down.

Let Your Word be exalted above every others.

In Jesus’ Name we have Prayed – Amen!

I want to Appreciate first of all, the Church Leadership, especially our father-in-the-Lord – Pastor E. A. Adeboye. For this rare Privilege.

… I am grateful Sir!

And I also want to congratulate our father-in-the-Lord on the Thirty Fifth (35th) Anniversary of the Holy Ghost Service.

May the Lord continue to increase you more and more, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ – Amen!

I have been told to speak on: “I WILL LIFT UP MY EYES.”

Let’s open to the Book of Genesis 13:14-18.

And it says:

14 And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:

15 For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.

16 And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered.

17 Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee.

18 Then Abram removed his tent, and came and dwelt in the plain of Mamre, which is in Hebron, and built there an altar unto the Lord.

Hallelujah!

One of the ways to know cursed People is that: They would be blind to Spiritual Realities.

If you want to know a man who is cursed; one of the markers is that the man would be blind to Spiritual Realities.

The Book of Isaiah 44:18 say: “They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; [and] their hearts, that they cannot understand.”

So, if you see those People who cannot understand the move of God, who cannot understand Spiritual Realities; it is a Sign that those People are under a curse – Hallelujah!

Most times when God communicate Words to us, it is Processed to us as Visions.

Because of the energy that comes from the Throne; the Words of God are transmitted to men as Visions.

Habakkuk 2:1 says: “I will stand upon my Watch, and set me upon the Tower, and will watch to see what He will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.”

The Lord was speaking Words, but it was transmitted to men as Visions. Men were seeing what the Lord was saying – Praise God!

“No matter how blessed a man is, the Lord must heal his Sight for his blessings to be expressed.”

A man can be blessed, yet the blessings are not expressed because, that man is blind Spiritually.

If the Lord blesses a man, and the time comes for the man’s blessing to be expressed; what God will do is that He will first of all heal the man’s sight.

The Book of Ephesians 1:3 says: “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all Spiritual Blessings in Heavenly Places in Christ:”

Every Believer who has been saved, has been blessed with Spiritual Blessings in Heavenly Places.

But how come some Believers are not living or expressing that Blessed Life?

It is simple – The Sight of Men. Hallelujah!

If you cannot see; no matter the blessing you carry on your head, those blessings can never be expressed.

The difference between a Struggling Christian and a Thriving Christian, is their Seeing Capacity.

A man can only succeed based on the level of his sight. No man can succeed beyond what he sees or is able to see in the Spirit.

Lifting up your eyes is not all about carrying your Physical eyes up. Those words are Allegorical Term.

When the Lord says: “LIFT UP YOUR EYES” – it is not for you to raise your eyes up.

It is about coming to an Elevated Position; coming to an Ascended Place.

If a man climbs up to an Ascended Place (Spiritually), what men cannot see in the Valley, they will be able to see on the Mountain.

The Book of Matthew 17:1 talks about Jesus taking His Disciples to the Mount of Transfiguration:

“And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an High Mountain apart,”

While they went up, they saw things which the other Disciples who were down couldn’t see.

So, lifting up your eyes is not all about taking your eyes up Physically; it is about a man coming to an Ascended Place Spiritually – Hallelujah!

There is a very strong connection between the blessings of a man and the sight of a man.

Let me take for instance, what happened in the Bible – Genesis 27:26-29.

The Bible says that Issac lost his sight, and because of that; he misappropriated the blessing that was meant for Esau and gave it to Jacob.

… It was a sight Problem – Praise God!

Assuming Isaac was seeing Properly at that time, there is no way he could have made mistake!

Even though some People believe it was by Divine Providence but a sight Problem caused the blessing to be misappropriated.

The Blessings of God requires Sight!

When a man is standing Spiritually, he has everything to gain in terms of what he is seeing.

When the Lord spoke to Abraham in our Bible Text, He said to him: From the Place you are standing, look.

… If you are going to stand on a different ground and look, you may not see what I want to show you.

But He said: From the Place you are standing, lift up your eyes and look Northward, Southward, Eastward and Westward; the Places you are seeing, I have given to you!

So, when men are saying: “I am a Blessed man”; the next question to ask them is “How far can you see?”

Because there are lots of men who are carrying Blessings – Blessings are hanging on their head but because their eyes are not opened Spiritually, the Blessings cannot be expressed.

I will lift up my eyes means: I will come to an Elevated Position, Spiritually.

Now, the best Question to ask at this Junction is: HOW CAN I LIFT UP MY EYES?

1. The first is by CONSECRATION.

It was until Abram separated from Lot, that the Lord gave him that command to lift up his eyes and behold the land that had been given to him.

On the account is the fact that Lot was still hanging around Abram; there was no way Abram could see what God had Prepared for him.

But at the Point of seperation is the concept of Consecration – Being separated unto God.

It was at that Point that the Lord told Abram: “Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the Place where thou art Northward, and Southward, and Eastward, and Westward:”

… Walk through the length and breath of it!

*Consecration is the first step if a man wants to have clarity of Vision.

In order to apprehend the blessings of God upon his life; a man needs to consecrate himself.

A blessing was hanging on his head, he couldn’t see it because there was a company that was not sanctioned by the Lord.

Consecration!

2. The second one is by COMPLETE OBEDIENCE.

Abram was told to move from.his father’s house unto a Land that the Lord will show him

And there was no Place in the Instructions where the Lord told him to take Lot with him.

Because he obeyed Partially, by leaving the father’s house; the Promises couldn’t be fulfilled or apprehended.

But after that he obeyed completely, and Lot was separated from him; the Bible says he had the capacity to look and see. And to behold the Land that the Lord has Promised him.

There is a connection between where you are standing and what you are seeing.

Abram was standing in the Place of “Complete Obedience”; and so his eyes were opened to Spiritual Realities.

Abram towed the Path of Consecration, and so he could see certain things that ordinary men couldn’t see – Praise the Lord!

The blessings of God are expressed in Seasons. (I will take my time here).

When the Lord says: ‘There is time for everything;’ as long as the Earth remain, Seedtime and Harvest.

These are Seasons!

And the Lord is a “Principled Deity” – He created the world with Seasons. Praise God!

No matter how blessed a man is; he cannot operate outside his Season.

The Lord’s Blessings come in Seasons!

So, it is Possible for a man’s Season to come, but because the man does not have clarity of sight, he cannot discern the Times.

Jesus talked about a Phenomenon in I John 4:35, when Jesus said: “Say not ye, There are yet four Months, and then cometh Harvest? Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to Harvest.”

Because your Vision is not clear, you have said in your heart, that it is yet four (4) Months for the Harvest.

He said No, the Season for Harvest is now – “Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to Harvest.””

A man’s Elevation will affect how he will discern his Season.

Men cannot come into their Seasons if they don’t have clarity of Vision.

The Blessings of God does not require sweat (quote me anywhere); It requires Sight, the more.

Praise God!

Hardwork is very important; but you see, men cannot be able to enter into their New Season by hardwork. It is by discernment!

When men have lifted up their eyes to an Ascended Place, they know when their times have come!

It is not by sweat, it is by Sight – Lift up your eyes means, come to an Elevated Position.

Now ask me: WHY SHOULD I LIFT UP MY EYES?

Beyond the idea of lifting up your eyes for Help – Help is Important!

That is the basic concept: Lifting up our eyes for help!

But there are higher reasons why a man should lift up his eyes;

When men gain access to Ascended Places, their sight is enhanced; because of the concept of the water that runs from the Throne.

In the Book of Revelation 22:1, the Bible says out of His Throne Proceeded clear water:

“And he shewed me a Pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, Proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.”

… That signifies Clarity of Vision.

And water (on Earth) represent the Word of God.

1 John 5:8 says: “And there are three that bear Witness in Earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.”

The water represent the Word of God – Hallelujah!

So, when men come to Ascended Places Spiritually, they have access to the following:

1. DOMINION.

Dominion is the reason why men should lift up their eyes; why men should strive for their Vision to be clear.

The Eagle is called the King of birds because it has clarity of Vision.

Dominion is not because it can see; but the height it’s seeing from.

So the Clarity of Vision we are Praying for is for God to give us Clarity of Vision for Dominion.

And water has everything to do with Dominion.

The Bible talks about the Mystery in Babylon –
Revelation 17:1-3;

That the woman was sitting upon many waters. And that was why she had the Power to give Wealth to the Earth. Because her throne was at an Elevated Position – Water!

Water is the Government of Wealth and Dominion.

Isaiah 60:5 says: “Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.”

… That is the Promise of God.

When men come to Ascended Places, they have access to the Water of Life.

What then give them Clarity of Vision? – Their eyes are very sharp and sensitive to discern their Times; to know what to do at Particular Seasons.

Water is very important!

… Why should I Lift up my eyes?

2. For Spiritual Accuracy.

The Bible talks about a Place called Eden, in Genesis 2:19.

“And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.”

This water was beneficial to Adam because Adam was right at the source of the Water.

And the Bible says Adam was so accurate Spiritually; that when the time came for Adam to name the animals, the Lord brought the animals to him.

Adam named all the animals.

The Bible says: “And whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.”

The Lord already had a name for His creatures. Adam, because of the Place he was standing, and what he was seeing; he was able to know the Mind of God concerning their names.

So when a Lion Passed, Adam said, ‘this is a lion.’

The Bible says: “And whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.”

Adam called Lion, and Lion was the name in the archive of God.

When a man is in an Ascended Place, he is Accurate Spiritually; and there are no errors in his eyes.

No man can be in alignment with God if his eyes are not lifted up – Praise God!

… Lastly, why should I Lift up my eyes?

3. In order to be in God’s Programme for this Season.

We are in very Sensitive Times, and almost everyone is living in fear. We have so many things going on.

But if you are a man that is in an Ascended Place there are things that should not bother you at all.

When Jesus was talking about a Particular breed of Believers called the Labourers, He said in Luke 10:2:

“Therefore said he unto them, The Harvest truly is great, but the Labourers are few: Pray ye therefore the Lord of the Harvest, that he would send forth Labourers into his Harvest.”

HOW DO WE KNOW THE LABOURERS?

Labourers are Persons who have capacities to see beyond the Natural.

Not just People who work – No! People who have very sharp eyes.

He said the Harvest is great, but we have few Labourers.

Why should I Lift up my eyes? – In order to be in God’s Programme

The Lord is busy recruiting men who are going to be the Heralds of the End time Revival – Not just men who are Church goers.

The Lord is looking for men who are in an Ascending Place – The Place of Fellowship; the Place of Intimacy.

When you dwell there Perpetually, your Vision is sharpened.

When men are saying there’s a casting down, you are saying, there’s a Lifting up.

We know that a Particular Pandemic is lavaging the World. But I don’t see it as an issue for the Church.

It is time for the Church to rise beyond the issue – Hallelujah

The Lord is giving men Grace.

We have more Grace to Pray now, more Grace to Study.

Why? – Because of the Season we are in.

If a man is struggling to Pray now or to Study, that means the eyes have not been opened.

The Lord has Poured out Grace for every man to stand in the gap; to stand in the Place of Fellowship.

If a man must lift up his eyes, there is no way that man will not be on God’s Programme this Season.

If you come to a Place of Fellowship, where you exchange your weakness for God’s Strength, where you Fellowship with the Father; you are mounting up with wings as Eagles, your Strength is renewed everyday.

There are issues, fear, everywhere in the world but because you are in the Place you are meant to be and you are seeing things in the right way; there is no way you will not be at an Advantage Position.

This is no time for the Church to fear. This is a time for the Church to set up for a Takeover.

We are going to conquer the ends of the Earth with the Gospel. And that is because God is taking men to Ascended Places.

Lift up your eyes oh Church!

I Pray that the Lord will open the eyes of the Church to see His Programme and Plan for this Season – Amen.

This is not a time for fear. The Church need to rise above all challenges confronting the Church now.

The Church needs to Produce the Solution we need currently to move the world to a New Level – Hallelujah!

It is only men who are Ascending that can know what God is doing now.

Please can we Pray for five minutes?

And say LORD, whatever it will take for me to come to a Place Ascension, Please, do it in my Life in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Whatsoever it will take Lord, for me to come to an Ascended Place in the Spirit, do it in my Life.

The circumstances Lord, the situation that You will bring to my Life, that will bend my knees; that will cause me to remain in Your Presence Perpetually, to know Your Will, to know Your Purpose in this time: Lord do it in my Life, in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

… Can we Pray!

Lord, bring me to a Place of Fellowship; a Place of Alignment to Your Will, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

My eyes need to be open. I need to lift up my eyes: it is where my Help comes from, my Dominion comes from!

Lord, as I lift my eyes up to You: let me understand things differently. Let me see things differently.

Can you Pray and say: Please bring me to that Place Lord.

In Jesus’ Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Eden was a Spiritual Tower. It was from Eden that the Earth was watered (was being nourished).

And the first Adam was king on the Earth at that time.

And because of the Place he was Spiritually, he had much Power and Dominion.

I am trying to emphasize on the need for the Church to come back to a Place of Fellowship, the Place of Intimacy – That is where our Power lies.

The Church is broken in the Place of Fellowship, and not in Sunday Service.

In that place of Personal Fellowship, a man is broken to know and follow the Plans of God for his Life.

Adam was Powerful in Eden until he deviated to the side of the Will and the Counsel of the devil – Adam was powerful in Eden.

My Prayer is that: “I don’t want to be in Church and miss out of your Programme for this End Time.”

May I not remain in a Church as a Worker and miss out of God’s Programme for this End Time.

The Church need to come to the Place of Fellowship, the Place of Prayer with rigour – like the Apostles of Old.

The Bible says Peter was kept in Prison and the Church Prayed without ceasing until Peter was released Miraculously.

Our last Point before I close:

ALTAR CALL

If the Lord wants to save a man – Salvation. Titus 2:11 says:

“For the Grace of God that bringeth Salvation hath appeared to all men,”

If a man has not been saved, that man cannot be said to be qualified to lift his eyes.

The first step for a man to lift up his eyes is that he will be saved from darkness to light.

So, if you are reading this Message on the Label of DMC and you have not been saved; I Pray that the Lord will touch your heart, so that you will see the need for you to be saved now, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

Micah 4:1 says: “But in the last days it shall come to Pass, that the Mountain of the House of the Lord shall be established in the top of the Mountains, and it shall be exalted above the Hills; and People shall flow unto it.”

The Lord is on a Recruitment Drive for the Last Harvest.

Can we Pray these Prayer Points:

1. Lord, whatever it will take for You to Recruit me into Your End Time Army, do it in my life, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

… In Jesus’Name we have Prayed – Amen!

2. Our Next Prayer is for the blessings of God.

Our Theme is: GOD BLESS YOU – PART 3. With the Sub-Theme “I WILL LIFT UP MY EYES.

I have told you before, that there is a Strong connection between a man’s blessing and his sight.

If a man cannot see well, there are blessings he cannot apprehend, that Partains to his destiny.

The Church needs to see! The Church need to enter into the Economy of New Knowledge. We need to know New Things.

The Old Wine Skin cannot deliver the New.

… Now can we Prayand say: LORD, You have Destinied me for Greatness, open my eyes to see the Pathway that leads to my Greatness, that leads to my Blessing, in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

In Jesus’Name we have prayed – Amen!

CLOSING PRAYER

Lord, we Thank You for Your Words this evening. Thank You for all You have done. Thank You for the answered Prayer.

And Thank You Lord, for Your Word will Profit them in their lives Personally and the Church Generally.

In the Mighty Name of Jesus’ Christ – Amen!
