OPENING PRAYER

Father Almighty, we Worship You – You are the Mighty God, You are the Great I Am, You are the Everlasting Father. Glory be to Your Holy Name.

Thank You for what You have done for us in the Past, Thank You for what You did Last Year (2023) and Thank You for what You are about to do this Year – Please, accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Father, I’m Praying that before this Gathering is over, Your Children will be Soakingly wet in Your Anointing.

I’m Praying that by the time Your Children will leave here; anybody that touches them by Accident will receive a Miracle.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Glory be to God!

Well, shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and say: Good Evening, God Bless You.

And then, you may Please be seated.

I want to Thank the Almighty God for the Grace for us to gather again this Year.

And I’m believing God that if Jesus Christ tarries, I will see you again Next Year!

I’m believing God that by this Time Next Year (2024), the crowd will fill this Auditorium – Amen!

Very briefly, let us go to the Book of Joel 2: 23-29:

23. Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first Month.
24. And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.
25. And I will restore to you the years that the Locust hath eaten, the Cankerworm, and the Caterpillar, and the Palmerworm, my Great Army which I sent among you.
26. And ye shall eat in Plenty, and be satisfied, and Praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my People shall never be ashamed.
27. And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my People shall never be ashamed.
28. And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will Pour out my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall Prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29. And also upon the Servants and upon the Handmaids in those days will I Pour out my Spirit.

Today, we want to talk very briefly about “The Rain”.

When we talk about “The Rain”; the first thing you will think about is Refreshing.

When the weather had been very hot and suddenly the Rain falls; everybody feels cool.

For Example, during the Last RCCG Holy Ghost Congress 2023, when the Heat became almost unbearable; I spoke to my Daddy – Daddy, we need Heavenly Air-Condition.

And the Rain fell in December – And it cooled down everywhere.

So may I start by Prophesying to Someone Inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC; that every “Abnormal Heat” in your Life will be gone today – Amen!

And you know that one of the Greatest Sources of Fresh Water is the Rain.

When it rains, the River flows and we get Fresh Water.

But Probably, the most important benefit of the Rain is to be found in Isaiah 55:10 – The Almighty God was talking about the Rain.

And He says that it is the Rain that enables the Earth to bring Seed for the Sower and food to the Eater.

It tells us Straightaway that the Greatest Opponent of Famine is the Rain – When it rains, there will be food to eat, there will be Seed to Plant so that the following Year, there will still be food to eat.

And then it says in Amos 4:7:

It says that when He is angry with the People, He will Rain on one City and keep the other City dry.

And then, the City that had Rain will have food and will have water; while the City that had no Rain will have no food and no water.

And then, those who Lack Rain will now have to go to those who have Rain to get food and to get water.

I’m Prophesying to Someone tonight Inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC; before this Time Next Year, your Colleagues will be coming to you for food and they will be coming to you for Refreshments – Amen!

You know that in every family; there is Somebody that is called “The-Go-To” Person.

Somebody you go to when you have a Problem, Somebody you go to when you have a Need!

I decree that in your family, you will be The-Go-To” Person Person – Amen!

Now, I don’t want to give a Long Lecture on ” The Rain” because I’m sure that they have gotten Mighty Preachers Lined Up to talk to you about that.

But there are all kinds of Rain because the Theme is not “A Rain” but “The Rain”.

“The Rain” means that there can be more than one Rain and there is a Particular Rain that you are talking about.

Because you see, when God was angry with Sodom and Gomorrah, He rained Brimstone and Fire upon them – That is also a Rain.

We are talking about the kind of Rain that brings Blessings – You know that the Bible talks about Showers of Blessings!

So, just as I Prayed at the beginning, before you leave this Place; you will be Drenched with the Showers of Blessings – Amen!

The only thing that I want to emphasis tonight because without doubt Rain is going to fall and it is going to fall Abundantly – It is that how much Rain that a Person can soak in; is determined by how dry the Person is.

When there is Rain on any Part of the Ground that is not thirsty, the Rain will just fall and then flow off.

But when a Piece of Land is thirsty, and the Rain comes; it will grab the Rain and soak it in.

I will just tell you a Story and then it will be Time for you to Pray!

You see, when you read the Book of Acts of the Apostles Chapter 6, from Verse 1 downwards.

The Bible tells us that when the work of God began to expand and there were Problems about the Distributions of Materials, Somebody brought a Suggestion that they should appoint some People who will be helping with the Distribution of food.

And then the Bible said that they choose seven (7) People and they mentioned certain names – One of the names they mentioned was Stephen.

Then they said that: Stephen, a Man full of the Holy Spirit and Power!

Now, you may just read that one and gloss over it. But the heart of a Mathematician in me asked the Question: What do you mean?

On the Day of Pentecost, they were all filled and everybody was full.

So, how come now that you are talking about a Man full of the Holy Spirit?

And then, I got the Understanding – “There is “Full” and there is “Full” – Full differs from Full.

The tyre of a car is full of air but the amount of air you put into the tyre of a car is not the same that you put into the tyre of an Aeroplane.

The tyre of a car is about to carry just a “Small Car” that will carry maybe about five (5) People.

But the tyre of an Aeroplane is about to carry a Giant; carrying at times as much as five hundred (500) People, travelling at an Extraordinary Great Speed.

And from my little Knowledge of Mathematics, I know that there is something called “Kinetic Energy” – Which is a Multiplication of the weight and the square of the Speed with which that thing is travelling.

DMC NOTES: Kinetic Energy is the energy of Motion, observable as the movement of an Object or Subatomic Particle. Every moving Object and Particle have Kinetic Energy.

And when I calculated the Kinetic Energy of a Boeing 747 Plane, travelling at a Speed of about 500Km/Hr Landing, the Force with which it lands is not like a car just travelling on the road.

And yet when that massive Plane lands; it lands on its tyres – The tyre bumps up and down and says to the Plane: Is that all you can do?

DMC NOTES: *The Boeing 747 is a large, long-range wide-body airliner manufactured by Boeing Commercial Airplanes in the United States. After introducing the 707 in October 1958, Pan Am wanted a jet 2+1⁄2 times its size, to reduce its seat cost by 30% to democratize air travel.

There is a difference between soaking in the Rain Casually and Soaking it in that even in a crowd, He will Pick you out just as it Picked out Stephen!

A friend of mine Phoned me Last Night – We are about the same Age.

Why are you calling me so late?

He said that I just wanted to ask you a Question – Where do you get all these Strength from?

He said because I have been following you – You just finished a Congress, then you go this A-Fishing thing you said that you are doing up and down – Preachimg, Laying Hands on the People and you are still bouncing.

I’m going to Pray for my Father to release the Rain

How much of it that you soak is up to you.

Stand on your feet!

I will ask you to first Pray and cry to the Everlasting Father.

And say: Everlasting Father, soak me in Your Rain.

Go ahead and talk to the Almighty.

I’m not asking for a Drizzle Lord, I’m asking that You will soak me in Your Rain – Drench me in Your Rain.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

I will Pray for you now and after that, we will have some five (5) Minutes to Pray in the Spirit and see what God will begin to do from now on.

SPECIAL PRAYERS FOR THE OUTPOURING AND SOAKING OF RAIN

My Father and my God, I just want to bless Your Name – Everlasting Father, how Great thou Art.

I Thank You for soaking me in Your Rain so that all these Years, my Father and my God; You have kept me bouncing for You.

Behold these Your Children:

These are the People Lord God Almighty that will carry the Gospel to every Nook and Cranny of the whole world.

These are the People who will go where Angels feared to tread.

These are the People who will go and even when all those Radical People of other Faiths, when they just see them coming; they will bow and say “Jesus is Lord”.

Here they are tonight; Please Daddy, release Showers of Blessings.

I Thank You for “Massive Drops”; I Thank You for the Dews of the Earth.

But tonight Father, release the Showers.

As many that are Thirsty among them, my Father and my God; soak them in Your Rain, and Drench them in Your Power like You have never done before since the world began.

Release the Rain tonight!

Father, release the Rain tonight; Almighty God release the Rain tonight.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

It is up to you now – Go ahead and begin to Pray in the Spirit. Call on the Almighty God in the Language of the Holy Spirit and the Rain will come!

The Rain of Power, the Rain of Refreshing, the Rain of Fruitfulness, the Rain of Miracles, the Rain of Signs, the Rain of Wonders, the Rain of Anointing from the Almighty God!

Open your mouth and blast away in the Holy Spirit!!!
