OPENING PRAYER

Our Father, which art in Heaven hallow be Thy Name.

We Celebrate Your Loving Kindness and tender Mercy.

The Lord of each year, the Ancient of Days, we salute Your Majesty.

We want to Honor You indeed as our Father, the Lover of our Souls, the Lord of the Church – The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

We Thank You, as You are taking care of the old, You are taking care of the Young, as You are taking care of the Men, You are taking care of the Women, You are taking care of the Youth, the Teenagers, and the Children – What a God of Heaven You are! We are Grateful.

We Thank You for what You have done for our Women over the years.

Thank You for everything that You have given to us – All the Virtues that You have added to our lives and You’ve made us to Stand Out.

We are so Grateful.

We Thank You for another year – Year 2024.

We are saying Jehovah, You are the Lord over the years Past; You will be our Lord again in this year (2024) and we shall experience Greater and Mighty Things from You.

And Your Mercy will be much more than before in our Lives, in our Ministries in our Homes, and even in the Nations.

Father, this is our desire, even as we speak Your Mind and we bring this Message to the Women in Ministry of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

We say God, You Yourself will make it to register in our Hearts and we shall be Women of Your Right Hand.

We shall not Perish.

So shall it be!

In Jesus’ Mighty Name We have Prayed – Amen.

RCCG Women, Happy New Year!

As we move on in the New Year (2024), the Lord has laid it in my heart to share with you this Simple Message with the Theme: “WOMEN OF THE RIGHT HAND”.

I was just Studying the Bible, the Book of Matthew 25, and at the end of the day; I got to this side of the Passage: “The Right Hand”. And I thought, this will be Good for all of us.

Because my wish is that everyone of course will end at the Right Hand of God at the end of the day – Amen.

Since this is the Year of a New Life, where God is Repositioning us, this is the right time for us to know where we belong; where we are going to end – The Right Hand of God.

My Bible Text is from the Book of Matthew 25:34-46 (it is a long Passage).

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:

43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Brethren, this Passage is not new to us. But I think everybody should be aware of where he or she is supposed to be Repositioned to – Which should be Part and Parcel of our lives till the end of the Day: “The Right Hand of God”.

Which will end, according to Matthew 25:46; in Life Eternal.

… That is the reason why this Passage is coming up.

And I Pray that none of us will end on the Left Hand Side of the Almighty God, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD.

Now, let’s see the Significance of the Right Hand of God:

1. The Right Hand of God is a Place of Honour and Status.

Jesus Christ is seated on the Right Hand of God.

In Hebrews 1:3, the Lord Jesus Christ Himself is Positioned Permanently to the Right Hand of God:

Who being the Brightness of His Glory, and the express Image of his Person, and Upholding all things by the Word of His Power, when he had by himself Purged our sins, sat down on the Right Hand of the Majesty on High;

In Hebrews 12:2, the sentence there is telling us that if the Lord Jesus Christ after He has done all the things He did for us – Giving His life for us, using His Blood to wash us Clean and finally, God Positioned Him at His Right Hand.

Are we going to allow all that He has done for us to be in vain? Like father like daughters.

Brethren, the Right Hand of God!

2. The Right Hand of God represents Ultimate Strength and Power.

1 Peter 3:22 says, Who is gone into Heaven, and is on the Right Hand of God; Angels and Authorities and Powers being made Subject unto him.

Brethren no matter the Position you may be in this world, whether you are the Vice President of a Nation, the Minister of Communication or any other Position you may be in; the Right Hand of God has more Power than that; and it has Strength.

I Pray that we shall not miss it, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.

Psalms 18:45 says, The Strangers shall fade away, and be afraid out of their close places.

3. The Right Hand of God can Hold us Up:

Because of the gentleness of God who will make us great.

Brethren, the Right Hand of God is very Significant to the Women in Ministry (WIM) – The Women of the Right Hand of God.

This means generally that you are Women in the Place of Honour; Women in the Place of Power and Status; Women who bear the attributes of God.

They are the Women who take care of God’s Sheep; who are even Sheep themselves.

They are blessed women and Heaven is their Inheritance.

And they are women of Matthew 25.

All these are the Targets we want to reach in our Repositioning, and that which God wants us to be.

Brethren, what made them have this Qualities?

We should ask ourselves, because we all want to be Women of the Right Hand of God. And the reason is not hidden: it is in Matthew 25:34-46.

• The Bible says that Jesus was hungry and we gave Him food.

… I am saying so because I believe we are going to be.

• Jesus was Thirsty, we gave Him drink.
• He was a Stranger, we took Him in.
• He was Naked, we clothed Him.
• Sick, we visited Him.
• Imprisoned, we visited Him.

The next thing is: HOW DO WE QUALIFY FOR THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD?

Now that we know the Qualities of the Right Hand of God; “how do we Qualify to be there?”

We need to be Qualified, because you know, our Master, the Lord Jesus Christ has already told us, that after He finished building the Mansion He’s building for us, He will come back to take us there.

So, this must be executed everyday of our lives – In our homes, in our Neighborhood, at work, in the Church of God and in the Nations.

EXAMPLES OF WOMEN ON THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD

I will share with you briefly some Examples of Women that we believe are on the Right Hand of God.

1. CERTAIN WOMEN:

In Luke 8:1-3, And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every City and Village, Preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the Kingdom of God: and the twelve were with him. And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils, And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod’s Steward, and Susanna, and many others, which Ministered unto him of their Substance.

We have these “Certain Women” that were mentioned – Mary Magdalene, Joanna and Susanna.

Brethren, the People called ‘Certain Women’ here are those who have been delivered from their infirmities.

The Passage mentioned only three (3) Women and many others – Which means there of many others.

And I Pray we shall be among the many others, in the Mighty Name of Jesus – Amen.

What were they doing that qualifed them to be at the Right Hand? They were Ministering unto Jesus of their Substance.

He was moving from one Place to another, and this women were Ministering to Him – Rising to help at any given time.

Using their money, their time, and their Gifts – Everything God gave to them, they didn’t hide from Him.

These are the Examples of Women we should follow, as Women on the Right Hand in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

2. THE WOMAN OF SHUNEM:

She cared for the Man of God (Elisha), according to 2 Kings 4:8-11.

I believe you all are already Great; and you will continue to be Great Amen.

Brethren, many at times we have talked about Hospitality, most especially in the Women in Ministry (WIM) Programs – It is not that we are just introducing a New Doctrine, it is already in the Bible as Good Examples for us.

No Man of the devil will come to our houses, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.

We don’t frown when we see Strangers.

And that is what the Lord Jesus Christ was telling them in Matthew 25 – He said, I was a Stranger, you brought me in.

Many of us are not comfortable with Strangers – And that is not a Good Quality of Women of the Right Hand.

When we see Strangers, we should already have it in our blood that we are to entertain them.

The Woman of Shunem did not just give the Stranger food, she went on to Prepare a room for him with a bed, a table, a chair and a candle; in case the Man of God would have to Study.

Thank God we don’t use candle now. But if there are Places we still use candle, we just need to Prepare a Place for the Man of God to have Light in his room.

I believe the next thing will be food for the Man of God.

Whatever your condition may be, as Women of the RCCG, Women of the Right Hand of God; I Pray for you today, whatever you will use to make Strangers comfortable, either they are abiding with you in your homes, or they are just visiting briefly, God will Provide for you – Amen.

*It is our Custom that when Strangers come to our homes, we give them water first – That was what father Abraham did for the Angels who were Passing by.

The Bible tells us that Father Abraham ran after them and constrained them to come in.

The Woman of Shunem also constrained Elisha to stay with them.

Don’t let us develop the attitude of frowning whenever Strangers visit us, thinking, “Ha! They have come again, what are we going to give to them now?”

The Man of God, Elisha was coming repeatedly and the woman decided, okay; instead of when he comes we begin to clear things from one room for him to stay, let us have additional room in our house – Let’s build him a Chamber Permanently.

What is that telling us? When God lives with you Permanently, you can never Lack.

Because He is the Lord of the Universe – The Bible tells us in Psalms 24:1, The Earth is the Lords and everything in it.

When God comes to your house, I am telling you, you can never Lack – Amen.

So, let this be Part of your Principles and Qualities as Women of the Right Hand of God – Always embrace Strangers, give them whatever they need. It doesn’t cost much in our land to entertain Visitors.

One (1) very little orange, you can cut into four (4) or six (6) Pieces’- Present it well in a flat Plate or whatever is the fruit in Season; and give them water – Very important!

Then Prepare whatever you have at home, if the visitor is sleeping over and Present – You are entertaining Jesus.

Don’t forget that our Bible Text (Matthew 25) says, “you do it for me when you do it for the least of these my Brethren.”

Women in Ministry, from now on, more than ever before open your house for the things of the Lord – House Fellowships, Prayer Meetings, and all you can do.

After all, when you die you are not going to carry the house to Heaven but it must have served its Purpose while here on Earth.

And it might be what qualifies you as a Woman of the Right Hand, at the end of the Day.

I Pray this Message will go right deep into your veins and you will become like the Shunamite Woman, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.

3. LYDIA:

Women of the Right Hand are Generous, even to the Disciples of the Lord Jesus – Any Man of God that comes in, they are Generous to them.

Let’s see Mummy Lydia in Acts 16:14-15, And a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the City of Thyatira, which worshipped God, heard us: whose heart the Lord opened, that she attended unto the things which were spoken of Paul. And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought us, saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us.

… Another “Certain Woman”!

And I hope you will be one of those “Certain Women” – Amen.

By the time we finish this Talk, you will be registered as one of the “Certain Women”, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.

Brethren, this woman (Lydia) had not been Born Again for ten (10) years – The moment Paul and the others Ministered to her, the Bible tells us that and when she was baptized, and her household, she besought us, saying, If ye have judged me to be Faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us – Please, come to my house and stay.

She constrained them.

Some of you, when you see the Ministers of God in your Villages and Towns who have no Place to stay, you just close your eyes to the offer.

You say I am not the only woman in Town, let them go and look for a Place to stay.

“Don’t they know that they would need a Place to sleep? Why couldn’t they Pay for a Hotel Accommodation? Why didn’t they bring their food along with them?”

Somebody just got Born Again (Lydia) – She said to the Apostles, come and stay with me.

Some of us, so many things are wasting around us because we don’t share with other People.

What will you do with them at the end of the day? They will be wasted!

I always tell People that Christ would not find any of my things to use, because they would have been well used to His Glory.

Who gave you all you have anyway? The Bible says He is the One who gives us the Power to make Wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18).

Women of the Right Hand of God, no matter your years in the Service of God; even if you would be Born Again in this Meeting today, make it a duty to be found Faithfully giving to the Work of God, and all those who carry His banner.

And God will give you all you need to do that, in the Name of Jesus – Amen.

4. DORCAS:

This woman cared for Widows.

Unfortunately, there are so many widows around us now.

In Acts 9:36-42; there was a Widow named Dorcas (Tabitha). She was devoted to Good works and helping others: she made clothes for People in her Community, she was Industrious and Passionate, Selfless and Full of Grace.

This is telling us the kind of woman Dorcas was – To the extent that when she died all the Widows cried to Peter to bring her back to Life. Because they said, “she did this for us, she did that for us.”

They all had “Beautiful Testimonies” of what Dorcas did for them.

What have you ever given to people? – Don’t be so Stingy.

There are Widows all around us; most especially now that there is Economic crisis.

Some don’t have houses to live in, some their children can no longer go to School due to School fees, some have no food, among other things – Which one do you want to start doing for them from now on?

On the Judgment Day, you won’t say you didn’t hear this Message and this message will be haunting you.

I Pray that after this Message you will Reposition yourself to be a Woman of the Right Hand of God – Amen.

Let’s follow the Example of those who have gone before us – Dorcas was a Widow like others, yet she served the other Widows.

Widows are in categories – There are Widows living in Mansions, with cars to drive around and their children are doing very well.

Can you compare those Widows to the ones who have no Place to live, whose children have been sent out of School, those who have no food, and no means of Livelihood?

I Pray that all Women of the Right Hand of God will think on these things and Reposition ourselves to help the Widows who need need Help – Amen.

And I Pray that God Himself will help you, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.

5. SHIPHRAH AND PUAH (MIDWIVES):

In Exodus 1:15-21, And the king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew Midwives, of which the name of the one was Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah: And he said, When ye do the office of a Midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him: but if it be a daughter, then she shall live. But the Midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive. And the King of Egypt called for the Midwives, and said unto them, Why have ye done this thing, and have saved the men children alive? And the Midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew Women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered ere the Midwives come in unto them. Therefore God dealt well with the Midwives: and the People Multiplied, and waxed very Mighty. And it came to pass, because the Midwives feared God, that he made them houses.

The Bible says, these Midwives feared God more than Pharaoh, the King of Egypt, that God made them houses.

So many of us have contributed to the downgrades of so many children around us – Our children have clothes and shoes they are not wearing again. What stops you from Packing them well and taking to the Church to give to the children who cannot afford Change of Wardrobes so that they can be happy, appearing like other children?

This Midwives helped children survived.

What are the things you are doing for children under you, most especially those of us who:are in the Children Ministry?

These Women were in the Midwifery Ministry.

And all our Midwives should pay attention to this – In Delivery, you need to call on the God of Heaven that no child must die in the Process of Delivery in your hands. Because if they die, you will answer for it on the Last Day.

More than ever before I Pray for you, that every Woman that goes into Labour under your care shall Deliver Safely – Amen.

These Midwives did not compromise with King Pharaoh’s wicked decrees; so God built houses for them – When God builds you a house, you are on top of the world.

Everything that makes Life Comfortable would be there because He owns them. And all those things others are Struggling and saving to achieve will just come to you with ease. That is what God did for the Midwives – Shiprah and Puah.

6. MOSES’ MOTHER (JOCHEBED):

This Woman loved and Sacrificed for her baby, Moses.

These days, Women no longer Sacrifice for their children – It is a Great Mistake!

In Exodus 2:1-10, the woman kept her son, Moses for three (3) Months, at the risk of her own Life.

How much Sacrifice have you made for your children, talk more of other People’s children?

We know that you can as well spend what you give to others on yourself. But remember what Matthew 25 says – You need to Sacrifice for other People’s children aside yours.

Sacrifice your Time, your Prayers, Fasting for them. Be with them, teach them, love them.

And some of us even go as far as saying that you don’t have a Ministry.

In RCCG, you are saying you don’t have any Ministry? What do you have then?

RCCG Women are exposed to so many Ministries – You can have Youths Prayer Meeting in your house. Start with two (2) or four (4) of them. They will be able to open up to you about their Problems, and you Counsel them.

By the Grace of God, I have being in the Children Ministry for more than forty (40) years now.

When we started the Teenagers Class, we just had about six (6) of them.

They will tell me the Secrets they can’t tell their Parents – They will tell me, “Mummy, Please don’t tell my mother.”

… Because they know you as the next “god” in their lives!

At a time I had Four Hundred (400) Teenagers in my Council – “Teenagers’ Council”. They were coming from the North, the South, the East and the West.

We normally held our Meetings a Day to the Convention back then in the Night – When they’ve all arrived with their Parents, in the Night we held our Meetings.

Four Hundred (400) Teenagers in the Council: What do I do with them? I familiarised myself with them, and teach them the Scriptures, the way they should go. Then we will listen to their Challenges – School fees, etc.

That was a long time ago!

Now that we don’t come together again, we say their Coordinators should be doing it – And they are doing it in their various States.

Brethren, we have so many Children – The ones on the Streets, (The ones whose Mothers left behind).

Some of them were left behind in the RCCG Camp in Nigeria and God cared for them.

Brethren this is a challenge – To live a Life of Sacrifice!

Some of us don’t want to be inconvenienced at all – A Woman for that matter!

Sure, there will be Sleepless Nights – While others are having their siesta, you are working, thinking, and your brain is working like a clock.

“Oh! I remembered that boy or girl I met among the children during the Christmas Party, whose leg was not Straight, who was struggling to walk.”

There are many of them like that; and by the Grace of God we were able to take them to Orthopedic Hospitals – They are healed and back home with their Parents and they are happy!

How many children have you Helped?

What have you Sacrificed for this children?

You see them in your Churches, just look at them and you go away! – God wants you to do something.

Women in Ministry, Women of the Right Hand of God, the Lord will help us – Amen.

7. DEBORAH

Deborah loved Justice; she was Patriotic. A Prophetess for that matter, the wife of Lapidoth, and she Judged Israel.

Brethren, in Judges 4:4-6 the Bible says, And Deborah, a Prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time. And she dwelt under the Palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in Mount Ephraim: and the children of Israel came up to her for Judgment. And she sent and called Barak the son of Abinoam out of Kedeshnaphtali, and said unto him, Hath not the LORD God of Israel commanded, saying, Go and draw toward mount Tabor, and take with thee ten thousand men of the children of Naphtali and of the children of Zebulun?

Deborah was bold and brave. She was Strong, Supportive, respected and impeccable. She was Supported!

How many of us, with all the Degrees we have in Life – How have we used them in our Nation today, coupled with the Gifts of God in our lives?

You call yourself a Prophetess, a Prayer Warrior, a Great Sunday School Teacher; you are a Mobile Concordance and you know The Bible from Genesis to Revelation – Good! But what have you used it for?

When you see People going into the ditch, what do you do? Do you shout, walk them out of it and give them Safety?

It is very important.

You should look out for the Safety of our Nation as the Government alone cannot do it.

As Women of the Right Hand of God; we must Prevent everything that will bring Problems to our Nation, we must Prevent our children from being Drug Addicts, from being Young Parents, from joining Hooligans, from stealing ballots box.

Every evil that the children can be exposed to; like Deborah we must stand in the Place of Justice and we must make sure we Play our roles with whatever Education we have.

You cannot hide! If you hide, God knows you.

Deborah did not hide.

The Bible tells us that she arose while everybody was afraid in the City, afraid of walking in the bypass because of those snatching People’s bags.

This Woman arose!

Where are you?

Isaiah 60:1 says, Arise and Shine, our time has come. Because the Spirit of God is upon us, the Spirit of God is upon you, have you used it?

Women of the Right Hand of God what are you using your Gift for? We have to stir up the Gifts of God in us like Deborah did in her own time – She led an Army, she Judged Israel and she was on the Right Hand of God.

I Pray this will be our Portion also, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.

… And finally;

8. ESTHER:

I always see her as a Young Girl.

The Bible tells us that she loved her Nation – She was the wife of King Ahasuerus.

In Esther 4:16 she said, “if I Perish, I Perish” in order to save her Race.

Brethren, things are happening in our Nation today – What efforts have we made to ensure we save our Race?

And this our Race is wasting because we are not even bringing in offspring – New People who will take over our Legacy.

What Legacy are we even living behind, if we don’t save them in Character Morally?

We must teach them how to behave in the Society and in the Church. How to spend their money, the kind of husband or wife they should marry.

All these are very important because it will lead to the Safety and Preservation of our Generation.

How are we going to save our Generation? What legacy do you want to live behind, Women in Ministry?

The Women whose Examples we have seen, shows us the Duties and Responsibilities of the Women of the Right Hand of God.

They fulfilled what Jesus said about the People of the Right Hand of God, according to Matthew 25:34-46.

They gave food to the hungry, gave drink to those who we are thirsty, they visited those in Prison, they took in Strangers, Clothed the naked and visited the sick.

What is their Appalation?

They are “Women of Eternal Life” – That is the Last Statement in that Chapter of the Bible (Matthew 25:46).

ALTAR CALL

All those listening to me now, inclusive all those reading now on the Label of DMC; you don’t have Jesus in your Life, Ha! That is another thing entirely.

Because if you don’t have Jesus in your Life, that is the beginning of the Left Hand of God. And on the Left Hand of God is a Punishment, Fire, and Curses.

You have an opportunity today to make a Choice, to switch from the Left Hand of God to His Right Hand and it doesn’t take God up to a Minute to see save your Soul.

Lydia was saved, and the moment she got saved, she was baptized immediately. And she Repositioned herself to the Right Hand of God. she even told the Man of God, come and stay with me.

Today, your Life can Change from the Left Hand of God to the Right Hand of God.

So if you want to Genuinely Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ, Please wherever you are now, inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC kindly bow your head:

Confess unto God all your lies and behaviours of the Left Hand that you have exhibited over the years. And ask for forgiveness from God. Ask the Blood of Jesus to Cleanse you.

He cleansed Lydia, the “Certain Women” from all the Spirit of Infirmity and they became Divine Treasurers for Christ.

You can do that one today also. God can Change your Position from the Left Hand of God to the Right Hand.

Pray to Him now Sincerely, tell Him you want to be a Woman of His Right Hand, and He will show you Mercy.

And to the rest of us, what do you need to hear again? It is better for us to make up our Mind;

Most especially Women in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) – You have no reason to be a Woman of the Left Hand at all. You have every Materials, every Teachings, every Examples you need to be a Woman of the Right Hand.

All you need to do today is to say: Wherever I have missed it, Please Lord, help me to correct my Position. Let me move Completely to the Right Hand of God.

And every trace of the Left Hand of God that is still in my Life, help me today to remove them.

CLOSING PRAYERS

Our Father and our God, we Thank You for this Period.

We are Grateful to You for a New Year (2024) – What a Faithful Father we have in You.

You are always Mindful of us, from year the year, over the years; You have been nurturing us, helping us, using Your Right Hand to pick us up and to lift us Higher.

In this Year 2024 of Women of the Right Hand of God; we are Grateful again.

We therefore, Pray for all of you who have began to Reposition yourself from the Left Hand of God, by being Born Again;

That God will establish you in Faith and you will walk with Him from now on to the end of your Days.

And we also Pray Lord, for all those who have been there over the years: they have not worked the works of Right Hand of God Completely;

This Year of Repositioning, Father we are asking for Your Help and Your Mercy: that You would hold our hands and remove us Completely from Your Left Hand to Your Right Hand.

And let us satisfy the Conditions of the Women of the Right Hand, in the Name of Jesus

At the end of the Day Jehovah, let us have Eternal Life and reign with You Eternally.

We Thank You for today and we give You Praise.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
