OPENING PRAYER

Almighty God, the King of kings and Lord of lords, the Ancient of Days, the Unchangeable Changer.

We Worship You that for the Past forty three (43) years (DMC NOTES: 1982), we have been Meeting here, and You have done a lot of Great Things.

And yet we know You are the Unchangeable Changer – Whatever You have done before, You would do it again.

So, accept our Thanks, in Jesus’ Name.

Tonight Father, save Souls, heal the Sick, set Captives free, do Marvellous Things, and Glorify Your Name.

At the end of it, Please be Glorified again.

In Jesus’ Marvelous Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Now, if this Year (2025) is going to be your “Landmark Year”, shout a “Landmark Hallelujah” – Hallelujah!

I want you to shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and Prophesy to them and say: God will Surprise you tonight.

And then you may Please, be seated.

God Bless You – Amen!

I have Good News for you – And the Good News is that your tomorrow would be alright – Amen.

You say, “how can you be sure?”

I am sure because Jesus Christ said so that wherever He is, the only thing you can expect is Glory.

Since Glory is the opposite of Shame; I believe very firmly that there is Someone here, including those reading now on the Label of DMC, who will never know Shame again – Amen.

Now, if you are the one, no need to beg you to say Amen – Amen!

The Bible says in Colossians 1:27 – To whom God would make known what is the Riches of the Glory of this Mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the Hope of Glory:

I want you to tell your Neighbour: It doesn’t matter what would happen this Year (2025), my end will be Glorious – Amen!

GOOD NEWS

I’m bringing this Good News to you based on the fact that, when the Lord Jesus Christ was born, it is recorded for us in Luke 2:10-11, that an Angel appeared to the People and told them, “Fear Not.”

So, I want you to help me today, by telling the fellow to your right or left and say: “Fear Not”; your tomorrow would be alright.

And the Angel said, the reason I am asking you to “Fear Not” is because, I brought you Glad Tidings – That’s another way of saying Good News of Great Joy.

I believe that the Almighty God wants me to come to you today and tell the People here that, in the Name that’s above every other name: There is Someone here, including those reading now on the Label of DMC, who will never know Shame again – Amen.

1. THE SICK SHALL BE WELL.

Good News means that the Sick shall be well because the One who is in you is called the Healer.

Exodus 15:26 says, “I am the Lord that healeth thee.”

There is Someone who is called the Great Physician.

Thank God for Medical Doctors; as good as they are, they themselves would tell you, “there is a limit to our ability.”

When they can’t handle a case, they refer you to Someone that is considered Superior.

But Jesus never refers a case because there is Nobody Superior to Him.

When it comes to Healing, there is no Sickness that He can say, “I am sorry, I can’t handle this.”

But I have Good News for Someone who is here tonight, including those reading now on the Label of DMC – Whoever that fellow may be: If you have a feeling that your Sickness cannot be healed, I’m Praying in the Name that’s above every other name that by tomorrow Morning, the Sickness would already be gone – Amen.

Because Jesus had already Paid for your Healing.

In 1 Peter 2:24, when He hung on the Cross, it was so that it can be written, “By His Stripes you were healed.”

It doesn’t matter what the Doctor’s Report may be; I have enough Evidence to know that when the Doctors say “there is no more hopes” there is Someone who would say, “they are leaving me out of the Equation.”

When you include Him in the Equation, there will be Hope.

And the Hope will be, “Hope of Glory.”

All He has to do to heal you is to speak a Word.

Psalms 107:20 says, He sent His Word and healed them.

And His Word is coming to you right now.

In the Name that’s above every other name, that Word would bring Healing to you – Amen.

When we talk about the Almighty God healing all manner of Sicknesses and Diseases, we need to take into consideration the fact that there are some Sicknesses and Diseases that even Doctors cannot really know “this is the cause.”

But whether they know the cause or note, there is a God who can heal – Amen.

When I was a Lecturer at the University of Lagos, one of the Students was in the Examination Room and suddenly he began to urinate – And I mean, he was urinating furiously in the Examination Room.

And so the Examination Officer was trying to arrange to bring in a Doctor to see what they can do.

Fortunately, the boy had enough sense to say: I don’t think this
Is something for a Doctor to take care of; Please, take me to my Pastor.

They brought him, then we spoke a Word, and immediately the urinating ceased.

I have Good News for some of you who might have certain Physical Problems – Problems you are not even able to tell your friends or your colleagues: Because tonight is going to be a very Special Night in your Life; that Problem will be over now – Amen.

2. THE BOUND SHALL BE FREE.

The Good News is that whoever is bound shall be set Free.

Why? Because the One who is in you is the One who is called the LORD of Hosts.

According to Psalms 24:7-10, He is called the LORD of Hosts.

And it is written concerning Him that, at His Name, all knees must bow (DMC NOTES: Philippians 2:9-11).

All He has to say to set you free from whatever may be your bondage is a Word.

If He says, “Be free” you’ll be free!

And I’ll be giving you examples, most of which would be among Students – Testimonies.

There was a Student in the College of Medicine here in the University of Ibadan – The father had a quarrel with another Man way back in their town.

For you to know that this is a true Story, the town is somewhere in Ondo State.

And the father was cursed by the Man who he fought with.

That man said to him, “by the time I finish with you, there’ll be no Evidence that You ever came to the world.”

Some of you Probably heard the Testimony before – Within two (2) weeks, the father died.

The children went home to bury their father; among them was someone who has just returned from Germany with a new car, and a good job.

As they were going back after the burial, the car had an accident, and the firstborn died.

The rest went back to break the News to their mother – When she heard the News, she fell down and died.

They went to bury Mama and as they were on their way back, the second child had an accident and died.

To cut a long Story short; finally, it remained only one fellow – That was a former Student at your College of Medicine.

When he got back home after all others had died, he went Mental.

They took him to the Psychiatric Hospital, loaded him with drugs; and he looked a bit normal.

He went back home to get some Money to continue with his Studies – That Man who Placed the curse saw him and said, Ha! This one still remains? I’ll torture him a little before I kill him.

After the boy had been going back and forth, from Psychiatric Hospitals; somebody directed him to the Redemption Camp.

And when I saw him – Because he had not been able to sleep for fourteen (14) days; his eyes were crimson red.

We introduce him to Jesus Christ – You don’t have to Preach long for such a fellow.

He gave his Life to Jesus Christ, and the Almighty God broke the yoke.

I still remembered the day when he Graduated – He came to my Office and he was crying like a baby. He said, but for Jesus, by now I would Probably be eating from the dustbin.

I have Good News for Somebody who is under any form of Bondage – Whether from your father’s side, from your mother’s side, from your Place of work, from your husband or wife’s side – In the Name that’s above every other name, that yoke that has not allowed you to make Progress would be destroyed tonight (Amen).

3. THE INDIGENT SHALL HAVE A BREAKTHROUGH

The Good News is that the Indigent would have a Breakthrough.

Why? Because the One who is in you – Who is giving you the Hope of Glory, is the Owner of Wealth.

In Haggai 2:8, the Lord said, The Silver is mine, and the Gold is mine, saith the LORD of Hosts.

He said in Psalms 50:10, “the cattle upon a thousand hills are Mine.”

… He is a very Wealthy Man.

And then the Bible says in Philippians 4:19, But my God shall Supply all your Needs according to his Riches in Glory by Christ Jesus.

He said in His Word, 3 John 1:2, Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest Prosper and be in Health, even as thy Soul Prospereth.

But I know there are some of us who would be wondering – How can I Prosper as a Student?

Well, I told you I would tell you Stories tonight; and this time I would tell you one that has to do with me (Pastor Adeboye).

When I went for my Masters Degree at the University of Lagos, I was an Indigent Student. I was also doing Part-Time job at St Finbar College, which was just at the Gate of the University of Lagos.

There was a limit to how many hours I can do, so as not to interrupt my Studies.

But I was just barely surviving.

Then one day – Just like today;

And today is going to be the day for Someone – Amen!

I was walking on the Campus and I saw a Man – We met before when I was a Teacher at Oke Igbo Grammar School (DMC NOTES: In Osun State). We met on the Sport’s Field.

“Hello, long time no see!”

Then I took him to my Hostel, entertained him. And I asked him, what are you doing now?

He said, I am working with the Federal Ministry of Education.

I said, I see! You are the terrible People – I applied to you People for Scholarship to do my Masters.

You didn’t even call me for an Interview – Even if you don’t have to give me the Scholarship, at least you should have honoured me by inviting me for an Interview.

He said, what Course are you doing? I said Mathematics.

He said, I know we wanted to Sponsor Mathematics.

Well, you didn’t come.

To cut a long Story short, the next thing I received a Letter suddenly from him that I have been given Federal Scholarship to cover the Years I have already Studied.

And I was already about to finish.

The Money I collected was what I used to build my first house.

I have Good News for Somebody listening to me now, including those reading now on the Label of DMC – You don’t know how the Breakthrough is going to come; but in the Name that’s above every other name, because you are here tonight, or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: your Breakthrough would come suddenly – Amen.

4. YOU WILL NO LONGER FAIL.

The Good News is that the one who has been failing will no longer fail.

Why? Because the One who is in you is the Source of Success.

Philippians 4:13 says, I can do all things through Christ which Strengtheneth me.

It is Possible never to fail again.

Anybody who is a Student can fail – You can get to the Examination Hall and forget everything you have learnt.

I’m sure some of us know what I am talking about?

It has happened to me before, but that is not even the Story I want to tell you.

When Christ comes to your aid, you would surprise your Professors.

When I was doing my Masters, my Professor traveled – He gave me an Assignment to do while he was away.

When he came back and saw how much work I have already done, he said, it can’t be you alone doing this.

I said, it’s not me alone Sir. He said, who helped you?

And he was an Hindu – If I said, Jesus Christ, he is going to laugh at my face.

I said, Professor Emmanuel.

… Because His Name shall be called Emmanuel (God with us).

I only got into trouble when he said, “of which Faculty?”

Because he knew there was no Professor Emmanuel in Faculty of Science.

There is a God who can make your work in the University easy – As a Student you can surprise your Professors and as a Professor, you can surprise your Colleagues.

And I am Praying for Someone here today, including those reading now on the Label of DMC; who has been Labouring and there is nothing tangible to show for it – From today onwards, you will never fail again (Amen).

5. THE STAGNANT WILL BE PROMOTED.

The Good News is that the one who has been Stagnant will be Promoted.

This might be even more relevant to the Staff – Because you Students, as long as you keep on writing your Examinations and you Pass, you will move forward.

Since I’ve been there, I have known Lecturers who have been on the same spot for donkey years – Somehow, they’ve not been able to Provide enough Papers for Promotion.

But there is Someone through whom Promotion can come – Psalms 75:5-7 says, Promotion comes from God.

The Bible tells us that He can even Pick you up from the lowest Possible Level and Place you where you’ll begin to sit with Kings (DMC NOTES: 1 Samuel 2:8).

He is always lifting People up – Taking People higher.

He can do for you one day, what you have not been able to achieve in years.

And I will give you an example of myself – I know you are going to say, “that can’t be true.”

But in one year, I got Double Promotions.

You say, “in the University? That doesn’t happen Sir?”

Well, it happened to me – And I will tell you how.

I was at the University of Lagos, I was Lecturer Grade II. And then they Promoted me to Lecturer Grade I.

Few Months later, University of Ilorin announced that they needed a Senior Lecturer in Mathematics.

I just said, why don’t I try? After all, if I get there and they say, “you became Lecturer Grade I a couple of Months ago, you are not the kind of Person we want.”

And then the day for Interview came – And as I was sitting down, I looked at the Chairman of the Board, and
He was a former Dean of the University of Lagos.

He looked at me, “Adeboye!” I said, Sir. “Are you the one?” I said, Yes Sir. He said, I see!

He didn’t say more than that. But all the other People on the Panel got a clue – “The way this Man said he is seeing, this boy has got the job.”

So I moved from Lecturer Grade II to Lecturer Grade I, to Senior Lecturer in one year.

Now, I know some of you would say, “so it’s the Question of who you know?” That’s the Point I’m making;

• You know the Promoter.
• You know the Most High.
• You know the One who does as He Pleases in the Kingdom of Heaven.
• You know the One who when He opens a door, Nobody can shut it.

If only you will join your Faith with mine, I would say to Somebody that this Year (2025), the Promotion that you have been waiting for will come – Amen.

I can go on and on; but I want you to have time to Pray.

It’s one thing to bring Good News, it’s another thing to accept it.

It’s one thing for me to come all the way from Lagos; like I said, I’ve been coming since 1982 – I’ve reached a Stage in my Life that if I don’t come anymore, I think I’ve done my best for the University of Ibadan.

And yet, at a time when I should be sitting down at home, enjoying myself, the Almighty God still said, “you are going to the University of Ibadan.”

Why?

Because there is Somebody who must hear the Good News.

Someone who must know that if they do the right thing, this will be their Landmark Year.

But it’s one thing for me to tell you the Good News; it’s another thing for you to receive it.

God Himself said in Revelation 3:20, Even if I am Standing at your door and I am knocking on your door, saying, I have brought Good News to you; if you hear my knocking and you don’t open the door – He said, I won’t come in.

You can say, “who needs Your Good News? Who tells you I need help?”

If you say you don’t need the Good News, He won’t force Himself on you – He will leave.

My beloved Brethren, Children, Friends, Colleagues; only God knows when it’s going to be the Last Time we will meet.

Only God knows! And I am not talking of Death.

If He says, hey! Son, you’ve done enough. I’ll be Praying for you from my house.

But I am here today – We don’t know tomorrow. But we know today.

God has brought you Good News today – Will you receive it?

Because, for you to receive it – And I’m sure you will hear a little more about it the Bible Study tomorrow Morning; it’s when He is in you, that you’ll have the Hope of Glory.

• We are not talking about you knowing about Jesus.
• We are not talking about you going to Church.
• We are not talking about you Singing in the Choir.

We are talking about God resident in you; in absolute control of your Life.

ALTAR CALL

So, if you are here tonight, or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC, and you say:

“I want to receive the Good News; My head is not going to refuse Good Thing. I will Surrender my Life to Jesus totally.”

I will count from one (1) to ten (10) – Before I say ten (10) come and Surrender your Life Genuinely to Jesus Christ.

And I will join you in Prayer for your Salvation.

If you refuse to come, I’ve done my duty.

And it will be shown you at the Last Day – Because as we are Meeting here, God is recording this Meeting.

If you complain to God, He would say, “I gave you an opportunity to open the door of your Heart to Me so that I can come in; so that the rest of your Life can be Glorious.

But when the opportunity was given unto you, you refused.”

So if you don’t want that to be your future Testimony; if you want to give your Life to Jesus, come now – I’m counting…

The Choice is yours!

When you begin to hear the Testimonies of your friends, you will say: I was there that Night when they gave the Altar Call, but I refused.

I was there the Night the Man of God Preached about Good News, but I refused.

If you don’t want to refuse, come now!

Thank you those of you who are Clapping – It’s God you are Clapping for and your hands will never whither!

Okay! Let’s talk to the Lord:

Say LORD, have Mercy on me. I will not refuse Your Good News.

Save my Soul Lord, come and live in me, come and be my Lord, and come and be my Saviour.

I will do Your Will for the rest of my Life. Please Lord, forgive all my sins.

And the rest of us, Please let’s Stretch our hands towards these People and intercede for them:

Pray that the One who saved your Soul would save their own Souls also.

Pray that the Almighty God would be Merciful unto them, and He would save their Souls today.

Thank You Father.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION

My Father and my God, I want to Bless Your Holy Name.

I want to Thank You for the Good News You have brought to Your People.

I want to Thank You for those who have decided to Surrender their lives Genuinely to You; so that they can be Partakers of the Good News.

Father, Please accept our Thanks, in Jesus’ Name.

Lord God Almighty, I Pray that You will forgive all their sins and Your Blood would wash them clean.

You would Please, save their Souls; and receive them into the Family of God.

And from now on, whenever they cry unto You, Please answer them by Fire.

Please Lord, from today onwards, let them receive only Good News.

And let them serve You till the end.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Now, those of you who have just Surrendered your Life to Jesus Christ, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Very Good! I want to assure you, by the Grace of God, from now on I’ll be Praying for you.

So I’m going to need your names, your Address and your Prayer Requests.

Now, we want to Pray!

I have told you the various areas where you can need Good News.

I am going to Pray for you first; and then you would go ahead and talk to God – You know the areas where you need help:

• Whether it is Healing.
• Whether it is Breakthrough.
• Whether it is Deliverance.
• Whether it is Promotion.
• Whether it is Success;

Whatever area, you would then talk to God about it.

But now, shall we Please, Stand if you can.

If you really believe that today is going to be your own day, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

CLOSING PRAYER

My Father and my God, I want to Bless Your Holy Name.

I want to give You all Glory and Honour, for bringing Good News to Your People at the University of Ibadan.

Thank You because their Hearts are Receptive, and they’ve been waiting for this day.

Lord God Almighty today, grant all their Requests.

If they ask for Healing, Father Please Heal them.

If they ask for Deliverance, Father Please set them free.

Every yoke binding their hands, or binding their feet; so that what they have done has not Prosper; and they have not been able to make Progress;

Every yoke Father, destroy today.

Anything called Failure, Father don’t let it happen again in their lives.

Anything called Sorrow, let it become a complete Stranger to these Your People.

I am in one hundred Percent (100%) Support with each and every one of them:

That whatever they ask You today; before the Sun rises tomorrow, Please give unto them.

Let it be well with them.

And don’t let them ever forget today.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Now, go ahead and talk to God – It’s your turn to ask Him for whatever you want.

Please, talk to God – Today is a Special Day in your Life.

And this Miracle Working God is here to answer your Prayers.

Go ahead, talk to the LORD.
