OPENING PRAYER
Ancient of Days, we Thank You.
King of kings and Lord of lords; the Alpha and Omega.
The God of Last Year (2024), the God of this Year (2025) and the One who has been with us all these years. Thank You (7 times)!
Thank You for all You have done for Your Church since the last time we met.
Thank You for what You are still doing.
Thank You for what You are going to begin to do from Tonight.
Father, accept our Worship in Jesus’ Name.
This Ministers’ Conference is unto You O LORD; take absolute Control. Let it be the Best we have ever had.
Let all Needs be met, and let Your Name for ever be Glorified.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Well, let Somebody shout hallelujah – Hallelujah.
Several years ago, I was invited to a Conference – And the Theme of the Conference was, “The Gathering of Champions.”
I said well, I think I should go;
Because in the Gathering of Champions, there are Categories of Champions:
I. Former or Ex Champions: Those who used to be Champions.
II. Champions: Those who are currently Champions.
III. Potential Champions: Those who are sure they will become Champions.
When you have a Meeting of Overcomers, you have to belong to at least, one of the three (3):
- Former Overcomers: That’s backsliders.
- Current Overcomers:
- Potential Overcomers: Those who are sure they would become Overcomers.
So I want you to ask three (3) or four (4) People – Before you sit down: “Are you an Overcomer?”
Shake hands with them by Faith and say: Welcome to you Overcomer!
Finally, before you sit down, one of the ways of knowing a Current Overcomer is the way they shout their Praises – Hallelujah!

This is not a Ministers’ Conference that anybody should miss a Word.
Our Main Bible Text for the Ministers’ Conference is 1 John 4:4:
Ye are of God, little children, and have Overcome them: because Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.
GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU
By the Grace of we will be answering these Questions:
- Who is He that is in you?
- Where does He dwell?
- What should we do to make sure He keeps dwelling?
You are an Overcomer strictly because Someone is dwelling in you.
Tonight we will look at Psalm 18:1-3:
1 I will love thee, O LORD, my Strength.
2 The LORD is my Rock, and my fortress, and my Deliverer; my God, my Strength, in whom I will trust; my Buckler, and the horn of my Salvation, and my High Tower.
31 I will call upon the LORD, who is Worthy to be Praised: so shall I be saved from mine Enemies.
In the Name that’s above every other name, by the end of this Ministers’ Conference, God would have delivered you from all Enemies – Amen.
… Including the highest of them all – Amen!
We want to Thank God Tonight, because according to Psalm 107:1, we should give Thanks unto the LORD, for He is Good: for his Mercy endureth for ever.
If God has been Good to you, let me hear you shout hallelujah – Hallelujah.
Give Him Thanks if He has been Good to you, because the Book of Lamentations 3:22-23 says, It is of the LORD’s Mercies that we are not consumed, because his Compassions fail not. They are New every Morning: Great is thy Faithfulness.
- If you know how Enemies wish that when you sleep, you don’t wake up the following Morning, you will Give God Praises.
- If you realize that according to the Word of God in Romans 9:15-16, that you are not here because you want to – So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth Mercy.
If you know that it is only for the Mercy of God that brought you here Tonight, I think you should shout hallelujah – Hallelujah.
I mentioned in one of our Thanksgiving Sunday Services about a fire incident that happened in Lagos Nigeria.
Those of you who are from Abroad, while here you can ask to be taken to the site in Lagos, where a tanker lost control on the bridge, landed in an Estate.
DMC NOTES: The Parish is: RCCG, The Fulfilment Centre, Zone 6 Youth Province 2 situated on Plot 2, Block 21A; Abba Sangoe Road on CMD Road Magodo Lagos State Nigeria.
Burnt the first house, jumped over the second house, landed on the third house and consumed it. The house it jumped over happened to be a Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
How come it landed on the first house, and jumped high the second house, and landed on the third house? Mercy!
If God has been Merciful to you, do I hear you shout hallelujah? – Hallelujah.
WHY SHOULD WE THANK HIM?
I can give you several reasons, but at least one thing is clear; ln Luke 17:12-19, when Jesus Cleansed ten (10) Lepers, only one (1) came back to say “Thank You!”
And as he entered into a certain Village, there met him ten Men that were Lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have Mercy on us. And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the Priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were Cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice Glorified God, And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him Thanks: and he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten Cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give Glory to God, save this Stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy Faith hath made thee Whole.
From His voice you can guess the agony on those who are Ungrateful: “Were there not ten Cleansed? but where are the nine?”
He was saying, “What a waste of my Miracle working Power – I Cleansed ten (10) only one (1) returned to say Thank You!”
Do you want God to say, “Look at all I have done for the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in the past one (1) year, how come that they can’t even come back to say Thank You?”
Between Last Year (2024) and now (2025); between last Ministers’ Conference, the Convention itself, it was a huge Success:
- Millions came, Millions were fed.
- Hundreds of thousands of children – Not one was missing.
- We were announcing the Birth of children as if it’s fun.
After that He moved on: every First (1st) Friday of the Month – He has been here for the Monthly Holy Ghost Service. And all manners of Testimonies He has done during the Holy Ghost Congress, the Special Holy Ghost Service.
And there were those who were doing everything they could to make sure we decrease. Now look at us!
Brethren, Victory depends on Him being Present in you.
Tonight, you should Thank Him that: Wait a Minute, He hasn’t left us! Because when He leaves, the enemy takes over. The moment Light goes out, Darkness take over.
- The moment He left Samson, the first thing was that he lost his eyes.
- The moment He left King Saul he became mad.
Thank God I am not Mad!
One of the Signs of knowing that somebody is mad is that he begins to do those things Normal People don’t do.
When you see a Madman naked, laughing:
☆ He is laughing at you because he thinks: with all the ‘heat’ you are still wearing clothes.
☆ He thinks you you are the one who should be laughed at.
When Nebuchadnezzar was crazy, he started eating the food of animals.
When Nebuchadnezzar got up from his Throne and started eating from his flower pot; it wasn’t long after that, he looked out of the window, and he saw animals grazing outside. He said, “It’s like the grass outside is greener than the one inside.” So he went to join them.
And it wasn’t long after that, he saw that the animals were not wearing clothes; and he removed his clothes.
Somebody said, “Madness comes slowly – One little step after the other.”
But He hasn’t left me; and He hasn’t left you – Because we are not crazy.
Do you want to Praise Him for that? Yes, Sir.
He hasn’t left my Family; and He hasn’t left your Family.
Because when He leaves a Family, they don’t last longer.
It wasn’t long after He said to Eli in 1 Samuel 2:30 that He is no longer interested in Eli and his family; It wasn’t long after that, they all died – The two sons died, Papa Eli himself died.
I am sure you are Grateful to God – He hasn’t left your Family yet.
It doesn’t matter what your children have been doing, He hasn’t left you yet.
Why? Because He is Merciful, He is Patient, and He believes maybe after this Ministers’ Conference you will put things right in your Home.
The fact that He has not left you; that He has not left your Family, don’t you think you should shout hallelujah? (Hallelujah).
He hasn’t left the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
How do we know?
In Hosea 4:17, He said, Ephraim is joined to idols: let him alone.
And in Hosea 5:9, He said, Ephraim shall be desolate in the day of rebuke: among the tribes of Israel have I made known that which shall surely be.
I Thank God that if People are accusing me, they are accusing me for:
- Preaching Holiness.
- Insisting that if you live in sin you might not make it to Heaven.
- Saying that Heaven is a Place; going to Heaven is a journey.
I know the difference between Potential and Kinetic – Going to that Place is a Journey.
I know a Place called the Land of the Endless Day.
I know a Place where there is no Night there.
And I am on my way there!
I know that where I am right now, Physically speaking: If the Power People take off the Light, there’ll be Darkness.
I know that Paul, the Apostle of Grace; the one who wrote that we are seated in Heavenly Places with God.
He is the one who said, I’ve not yet attained, I’m Pressing on.
We are on a Journey.
I know the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 10:12, Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
I know the Bible says, those who think they know don’t know as much as they think they know.
I know that after you have known all you think you know, after that PhD in Theology, then you are just beginning to enter into the School of “Revelatory Knowledge.”
I know there is a Level of Knowledge that we don’t learn in the School of Theology or Bible College.
Jesus Christ Himself said to Peter, where did you get this Information? – Flesh and Blood did not reveal it to you (DMC NOTES: Matthew 16:17).
I know Revelation; in all your PhD in Theology, you are just about to enter into “Revelatory Knowledge” – The knowledge that we don’t learn, but is revealed to you.
I know the Lord Jesus Himself said there are things only God can reveal (DMC NOTES: Matthew 11:27).
I know Word of Knowledge – A Gift that enables you know what only God can Possibly know.
For the Bible says in John 8:32 – And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Peter said, I don’t know all these deep Theology Paul is Preaching. I don’t Understand them. But one thing I know, 1 Peter 1:15-16, But as he which hath called you is Holy, so be ye Holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye Holy; for I am Holy.
I am only talking to those of you who want to go to Heaven with me.
I will see you on Heaven, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.
God has not left His Church; because all the accusations are not enough to stop His Church.
I mean, if there’s no Heaven, then there can be no Hell.
How do you know God has not left the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG)?
Thank God they didn’t accuse me of being the one who is Preaching Holiness and Practicing sin.
If they say there are one or two Pastors that have been doing dirty; I think that is for the good of the Church.
It is when the rest of us are White that the stains brought on us become seen.
I’ve told you before of a Man of God who pinned a White Cardboard on the wall. He made a dark spot on the White Cardboard and asked the People, “what so you see?” They said, we see a black spot!
What about the large area surrounding the black spot? “We see a black spot.”
Glory be to God!
If Jesus Prayed all Night before He chose twelve (12) Disciples, yet one became a devil – That means, we are doing Greater works than He did.
By the Grace of God the White is more than the back; and we Pray the Wind blows and expose all tarnishing the image of the Church.
But God has not left us.
Do you think Ungrateful People do last long?
Consider Samson in Judges 15:1-end.
But we notice that after he killed a thousand People with the jawbone of an ass, he didn’t say “Thank You” to God. He was just boasting!
Almost immediately, he became thirsty, then realized he has become an Ex-Champion.
But God intervened.
God will intervene in your Life, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.
But Samson still died at a young age – Simply become Ungrateful People don’t last long.
Why?
I think you need to realize that Life is a Series of Battles.
Take a look at Israel and see what happened in Exodus 14 – They had a very great Victory.
Shortly when you get to Exodus 15:1-12, they were Praying, Singing, dancing and Praising God.
But it wasn’t long after that, another war at Mara – DMC NOTES: Exodus 15:22-26.
Another battle came, but for God they would have lost the battle.
In Exodus 17:1-17, Oh, the battle at Mara became so small; there was no water.
Life is a series of battle.
The African Elders have a saying: You are traveling in the jungle and rain begins to fall. You see a hut by the road, you branched there, they welcome you to stay. Then the rain stops; you leave the hut without saying Thank You to the owners.
They won’t quarrel with you, they’ll just smile.
Why? “Another time the rain will bring you to this hut, then you will know it is good to say Thank You.
Let’s go ahead and Thank Him for thirty (30) Minutes.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have worshiped – Amen.
