I have a Father.

*OPENING PRAYER*

King of Kings and Lord of Lords; the Holy One of Israel, the Unchangeable Changer, the One who has no Beginning and has no Ending, the Almighty God – Glory be to Your Holy Name.

Father, we want to say Thank You for everything that You have done on this Campus from inception till now. We Thank You for what You did Last Year, Thank You for what You are going to do now.

Father, accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

In a Very Special Way today Father, visit Your Children, save Souls, heal the Sick, Set Captives Free and do what You alone can do.

But Please Lord, don’t let anybody leave here without a Testimony.

At the end of everything Lord, let Your Name be Glorified.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Well, let Somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

And then, I want you to find two (2) or three (3) People that you have not seen this Year and say: Happy New Year to them.

And then, you may Please be seated.

Listening to the Trstifier, she made a Statement that is going to lead me to tell you a Story and then Pray a Prayer for you before we begin.

I happened to be by the Special Grace of God, one of the first Graduands of Mathematics of this University – DMC NOTES: Referring to the then “University of Ife” but now “Obafemi Awolowo University” (OAU). That was in 1967.

On that Day, something Spectacular happened – The then Ooni of Ife, Sir Adesoji Aderemi (DMC NOTES: The 49th Ooni of Ife) was given an Honourable Doctorate Degree – And I’m telling you that it was a very Glorious Occasion. The Drummers were beating their drums, lots of dancing and it was so beautiful.

*DMC NOTES: The Ooni is taken as the direct descendant of Oduduwa, who was the first suzerain of the People. The Ooni of Ile-Ife (Ọọ̀ni of Ilè-Ifẹ̀) is the Traditional Ruler of Ilé-Ifẹ̀ and the Spiritual Head of the Yoruba People. The Ooni dynasty existed before the reign of Oduduwa which Historians have argued to have been between the 7th-9th Centuries A.D. Ooni is the title of the Occupier of the Oba of Ile-Ife town; mother town of the Yoruba People. Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ọjájá II) CFR (born 17 October, 1974) is the 51st and current Ooni of Ife. He is the Traditional Ruler and Monarch of the Yoruba Kingdom of Ile-Ife. He ascended to the Throne of his forebears on the 7th of December 2015, succeeding the deceased Oba Okunade Sijuwade, who was the 50th Ooni of Ife.*

That day, I spoke to a friend of mine – My closest friend, now of Blessed Memory that one day, I too will get an Honourary Doctorate Degree from this University.

My friend looked at me and laughed – He said that you don’t qualify as they don’t give Honourary Doctorate Degree to every “Dick and Harry”. And he was speaking the Truth.

He said that if it is something you will Study for, I know that you have the Brain but you can get other Degrees by Studying but they only give Honourary Doctorate Degrees to “Very Special People”.

And if you want to know what he meant by “Dick and Harry”? I was a thorough “Dick and Harry” – The only fellow who came to my Graduation was the Girlfriend that I finally married. Just like himself too.

I mean we left the Campus, we wanted to Celebrate – We went to the Motor Park where you can take a Lorry to Oke Igbo (DMC NOTES: “Okeigbo” is the Headquarters of Ile Oluji/Okeigbo LGA in Ondo State). And we entered into a Buka (DMC NOTES: A Buka is an Inexpensive Casual Restaurant selling already Prepared food) where one Mama (Woman) was selling Amala (DMC NOTES: Amala is a Flour from Yam/Cassava/Unripe Plantain and it is made by mixing this Flour in Boiling Water and Stirring continuously to make a Starchy Smooth Brown Dough); get some very Good Ponmo (DMC NOTES: Ponmo is Cow Skin). And when we finished, we washed it down with a bottle of Coke each.

… That was how we Celebrated one of the Greatest Events of our Life.

Years Passed and then one day, I got a Letter from this University that the Council had decided to award me an Honourable Doctorate Degree.

*So, I want to Pray for Somebody tonight or as you read now on the Label of DMC – The Miracle that you don’t qualified for, my God will give it to you today (Amen).*

Psalms 36:7:

How excellent is thy Lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their Trust under the Shadow of thy Wings.

*I have been told that the Theme for this Year’s Gathering is: “UNDER THE SHADOW OF HIS WINGS.*

Now, if we start normally the way we do, we want to define our Terms so that we will all understand what we are talking about.

We will just break the Topic into 2 Sections and then define what we mean by them. For Example:

1. What do we mean by: “Under The Shadow”.

By that we are talking of Somebody being covered by a Shadow – He is not above, not beside but under the Shadow.

2. And then it says: “Of His Wings”.

The crucial word here is “His”.

*So the most important Question we should answer today is: Who is the Fellow called “He” – Under whose Shadow of WINGS we are?*

*So, who is “He”? – We will let Him Introduce Himself to us in some Passages of the Scriptures!*

I. Genesis 17:1 – He calls Himself Jehovah El-Shaddai; the God who is More Than Enough.

That is the One under whose Shadow we are going to be inviting you to very soon.

II. In Genesis 18: 9-14 and you combine that with Jeremiah 32:27; then you  know that we are talking about the One who is the God of all flesh, the One with whom Nothing shall be Impossible.

Tell your Neighbour that: My own will not be Impossible with God,

III. And then in Exodus 15:26; He introduced Himself as the Lord that healeth thee – The Great Physician.

IV. In Psalms 24: 7-10; He introduced Himself by two (2) Titles:

– He called Himself “The King of Glory”.

To understand this, you need to know that Glory  is the Opposite of Shame.

*Which is something that should tell Somebody right away – For  the rest of your Life, no more Shame (Amen).*

– And went on to say that: “I Am the Lord of Host”.

And by saying that He is the Lord of Host, He is saying that He is the Commander-In-Chief of all Hosts.

Host is a Title that is given generally to Armies.

So, when He says that He is the Lord of Hosts, it is that He Controls the Host in Heaven (All the Angels are under His Command); all the Hosts on Earth (All the Armies everywhere under His Control) and then the Hosts of Darkness (Demons, Herbalist, Witches, Wizards).

I mean you know enough of the Bible, but just in case you are not too sure: You can read Job Chapters 1 and 2 – You will discovered that even the devil cannot do anything without getting Permission from Him.

That is the One under whose Shadow we are inviting you.

5. Then in Daniel 2:20; He was introduced to us as the Source of all Wisdom.

And since we are in an Academic Atmosphere, I’m sure, you will be interested that He Controls Knowledge.

6. In Haggai 2:8; if you combine that with Psalms 24:1; you will discovered that the “He” we are referring to is the Source of all Wealth.

He said: Silver is mine, Gold is Mine. And the Bible says that the Earth is the Lord and the Fullness thereof.

*You can never find anyone richer than Him!*

7. And then of course in Revelation 1:8; He says He is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the Ending; the One who is, the One who was, the One who is to come; the Almighty.

*So, you have a rough idea of who the “His” that is being referred to when we talk about: “Being under the Shadow of His Wings”.*

*At least you know that we are not talking of Pastor here, we are not talking of General Overseer but we are talking about “The Sovereign God”.*

– We are talking about the One who said: Let there be Light and there will be Light.

– We are talking of the One when He opens, no Man can shut and when He Shuts no Man can open.

– We are talking of the One who when He says “No”, Nobody can say “Yes” and when He says “Yes”, Nobody can say “No”.

*So, when He decides to Qualify the Unqualifier; even the Faculties (DMC NOTES: Lecturers) will cooperate by Force!*

You know, we are talking of Someone that we will call the King of Kings as one of His Names – The One who Controls all Kings in every Kingdom. For Example:

1. In the Kingdom of Aniimals, the Lion is the King.

But this King that we are talking about once told Lions: This Fellow you see coming down in your Den is my son – Don’t you ever touch him. You know the Story in Daniel Chapter 6.

And then on another occasion in 1 Kings Chapter 13, a Prophet misbehaved and He decided to teach him a Lesson. And then He said: You kill him but don’t eat him.

The Lion killed the Prophet and stood by watching. And He said: Watch over his dead body because Somebody is coming who caused him to err. Until that Fellow comes, stay here! 

2. I’m sure that you know that in the Kingdom of Fishes, the Whale is the King.

On another occasion, a Prophet misbehaved – He was sent to the Right but he went to the left. And he was stupid enough to travel by sea – Forgetting that he is dealing with the King who Controls the Wind and Sea. The Bible says that the Wind and Sea obeys Him.

*Which is Good News for Somebody straightaway – Whatever Storm is in your Life, it is ceasing today – Amen!*

And so the King of all Kings spoke to the Wind and say: Wind blow, Sea cooperate. And so, there was a Storm – You know the Story.

In the meantime, Jonah was Sleeping – You can read Jonah Chapters 1 & 2.

Finally, they threw him overboard and God spoke to the Whale – Swallow him but don’t digest him. I just want you to give him Accommodation for three (3) days and three (3) Nights.

After three (3) days and three (3) Nights, He spoke to the Whale – Alright, this Fellow is sober now; go and vomit him. But he doesn’t know how to swim, so take him to the Beach.

*I’m Introducing you to Somebody:*

– Somebody who is so Powerful.

– Somebody who is so Complete in Sufficiency.

– Somebody who is about to do something in your Life today.

*I am Introducing Him to you so that you can be ready because this is a Day you won’t forget – Amen!*

*Now, our Topic is: “UNDER HIS SHADOW”.*

*The Implications of this in a very Simple Language is that: “You are under His Cover”.*

You know, when we talk about Cover, you Probably understand a little bit about Insurance Policy.

When you take an Insurance Policy, then your car is under a Cover of Insurance Company:

– If the car has an Accident, the Company will be responsible for the Repairs.

– If the car is Stolen, the Company will be responsible for getting you a Brand New one.

*Now, this God that we are talking to you about, He is  saying that if you are one of His Own:*

*1. PHYSICALLY YOU ARE COVERED.*

*Meaning what? Because He is the Great Physician.*

I. If you need  Healings at all, all He has to do is Speak. Psalms 107:20 says: He sent His Words and it heals them.

*And believe me honestly, even as I am saying that – Somebody is getting healed (Amen).*

II. Alternatively, He might stay that I have you Covered by my Strips.

1 Peter 2:24 says: By His Strips you were Healed – Not going to be healed but already healed.

*Today, all those of you who are Children of God, who are in any form of Sickness or the other; the Cover for Healings is going to operate in your Life.*

In Mark 5: 25-34; we see the situation there that will show you the Power of this Great Physician.

Here, we have the Story of a Woman who had Issue of Blood. And she has been suffering for years and she has been transferred from one Specialist to another until she came in contact with the “He” that we are talking about.

And you know that the “He” does not transfer any cases – The moment you get to Him, you  are at the Last Bus Stop.

*And that is why I rejoice with those of you who might have any form of illment, that somehow you came here tonight. In the Name that is above every other names, you will go home with your Healings – Amen!*

*2. Mentally Speaking, if you are one on of His Own, He has you Covered?* Why

I. Because He is in the Control of Wisdom and He is the Source of Wisdom.

And in Daniel 2: 21; it says: He gives Wisdom to the Wise.

*So, you need Wisdom/Knowledge; come under the Shadow of the One who is the Source of all Wisdom.*

As a matter of fact, He says clearly in James 1: 5-6 – If anybody lacks Wisdom, let them ask.

This is important to Students as well as Lecturers – I mean you are a Lecturer and you are not Producung “Learned Papers”? You will stay where you are and Nobody is going to Promote you 

I will tell you a Story or two (2):

STORY 1: Years ago, in one of the Universities, they brought a boy to us for Prayers – The father is a Professor and the mother is a Professor. But the Product of two Professors was just a Dullard and his Brain Nothing.

And if they moved him from a Class of 30 Students to a Class of 35 Students,  his Position move from 30th to 35th. They get all manners of Teachers to teach him and he just kept failing. 

Then we Prayed a Simple Prayer. The following Examination, he came first. The Teachers said No, there must be something wrong because they said that this boy is so dull that even if we give him the answer to copy, he will copy it wrongly. So, they decided to give him another Exams and he scored higher.

*May I decree to Somebody here today or reading now on the Label of DMC that in the Name above every other names, you will never fail another Exams – Amen!*

STORY 2: I think it  was way back in 1976. As a Young Lecturer at the University of Lagos, there was this World Conference of Applied Mathematicians in Canada. For one reason or the other, two People were sent from Nigeria and I happened to be one of them – How it happened? God can  qualify the Unqualifier. Because as at this time, I have only written about twelve (12) Papers and when I got to the Place and on the Opening Night, the Man they introduced to give the Opening Paper had Published fifty (50) Papers and I said, God what am I doing here? And I mean, this Man was talking about “The Mathematics of the Rain” – I have never heard anything like that before.

So I Prayed – Father, when it is my turn to Present my Paper, Please don’t let this Man come because he is going to feel that who brought this Idiot here.

And then the day came – Who was there sitting right infront of me? It was this same Man. 

But I have Prayed All Night – God, You are the Source of Wisfom, just Glorify Your Name in my Life today.

I finished Presenting my Paper and this Great Man got up and began to Clap and then others joined him to Clap too.

*In the Name above every other names, every Members of the Faculty listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC; one day you will be Celebrated – Amen!*

*3. Materially if you are under His Cover then you are Covered.* Why?:

I. Because He Owns all Wealth.

I mean you know the Story in 2 Kings 4: 1-7 – It was the Widow of one of the Sons of the Prophet and she was Destitute. She had to run for Cover when the Creditors said: If you don’t Pay us by tomorrow, we will sell your Children as they are the only thing Worthy of any Value.

She ran for Cover: Went to the Man of God, the Man of God gave her some “Stupid Instructions” – Go and borrow Empty Vessels, borrow many of them. Take that ” Little Bottle” of oil that you have and begin to boil. He said that as soon as one Vessel is full, set it aside and them get the other.

She woke up a Destitute, by the end of the day, she had Paid all her debts and the Bible said that she lived comfortably for the rest of her Life.

*I Prophesy to Somebody here today or reading now on the Label of DMC – You are not going to die Poor (Amen).*

Because you see this God that we are talking about in John 6: 5-13; had Nothing ti feed thousands of People with except five (5) loaves of Bread and two (2) Fishes.

By the time everybody had been fed, they still  had twelve (12) Baskets Extra.

*The Quesrion is: Where was the Bread coming from? It is coming from the One called “The Bread of Life”.*

What happened to the Fish? Probably when you get to Heaven, you can ask Him and He will tell you.

But He said something in James 4:2. It tells you the reason why you are Suffering Lack – He said that you have not, because you ask not.

*Do you know that if you ask God tonight that  you don’t want to suffer Poverty anymore, He will grant your Request!*

*Of course immediately the Question that will be coming to your Mind is: Where will the Money come from? My Parents were Poor and there is no Helper.*

*Hey, your Brain is “Too Small” to understand Him.*

I have told you before that when Somebody said that I have a PhD in Mathematics, he is saying that to deceive those of you who don’t know much – Giving you the impression that there comes a Man who knows Mathematics.

But if he finds himself among fellow Mathematicians – They will begin to ask him Questions:

What is your area of Specialization? Applied Maths.

What Section of Applied Maths? Fluids Dynamics.

What Section of Fluids Dynamics? Hydrodynamics.

What Section of Hydrodynamics? 2-Dimensional Flow.

What aspect of 2-Dimensiional Flow? Nafisco Equation.

By the time they pinned him down, you will discovered that he got PhD in just a little “Pin Head” of Mathematics.

*It will take you a thousand years to know all that needs to be known about Mathematics!*

And here is a God who knows all Mathematics, all Physcis, all Chemistry, all Geography, all Subjects Known and yet to be Known and you now want to compare yourself to Him?

*When you ask Him for something, Please for God’s sake, don’t ever think of how will He do it – That is beyond you!*

I have told you the Story before – I was in the United Kingdom to Prepare our Sunday School Materials. I have finished but in those days, they have what they call “Special Tickets” (Cheap Tickets) that when you buy it, the Condition is that you must stay where you are going for two (2) weeks before you can return,

I have finished all the works that I had gone to do and I still have three (3) days to go and I have run out of Money.

And I ask God: Daddy, you know that I don’t mind Fasting but there are some Books and Tapes that I can only get here. How I wish that I have some Money so that I can buy these things. 

Few Minutes later my Phone rang and the other fellow there said: Biyi. I said that there is no Biyi here. Is that not “So, So and So” Number? I said wrong Number. And he said sorry and I said God Bless you.

To cut the long Story short, he got to know that I’m Pastor Adeboye of RCCG  – Apparently, they are talking about me and wishing to meet me. 

They came to visit, we talked and when they were going, they gave me fifty Pounds (£50) – Through calling of a Wrong Phone Number.

I took the fifty Pounds (£50), going Upstairs and I thought that God if I know that this is how quickly you will Provide for me, I would have asked for one hundred Pounds (£100)..

I got Upstairs, knelt down to Pray so that I can go to sleep but then there was Somebody knocking the door. So, I went downstairs to see who it was.

By the time I got there, whoever that Fellow was had left but he dropped an envelop through the Letter Hole. I Picked the Letter, Ii recognised the handwriting of a friend of mine that was Rich but a World Champion Miser as he has never given me a Penny before.

And what He wrote at the back is: I just feel like giving you some Money. I opened it and it was fifty Pounds (£50).

I said Lord, if I had know this is how  You will do it, I would have asked for another fifty Pounds (£50). 

To cut the long Story short, before I slept that Night, I had one hundred and fifty Pounds (£150) and then I became afraid – Oh Lord, I’m just joking,ing ooo.

Years later, He told me that if you had asked for five thousand Pounds (£5,000), I would have given you – You asked for fifty Pounds (£50) and you got it.

*Is there anybody here who will like that one day you will be able to come to this University and ask the VC: Tell me what is your Budget? – Yes for The DMC Family Members!*

*4. Maritally, if you are under His Shadow, you are Covered!* Why?

I. His Name is Father.

In Matthew 6:9; the Lord Jesus Christ was Teaching us on how to Pray. He says that this is how you should Pray: “Our Father”.

… That means that He is a “Family Man”.

II. Genesis 2:18; He is the One who said that it is not Good that a Man should be alone. He hates Loneliness.

*And if you are married and you are waiting on Him for the Fruit of the Womb – Congratulations because your Day has come – Amen*

*How do I know that? Because He wants you to be Fruitful!*

Genesis 1: 26-28, He said  clearly after He has made Man and Woman, He said: “Be Fruitful and Multiply” – It is a Command of the Almighty God.

*Because by the time I return Next Year (2025) if the Lord tarries and it is time for Testimony, you will come forward with your children – Amen.*

Some of you Probably heard the Story of one Lady  who had been Trusting God for a Partner for “Donkey Years” until she has stopped Mensurating. 

And then, we were in a Meeting like this and I said everybody should ask God for whatever they want – And she said: God, I’m not going to bother You about a Husband anymore. What is the use as I cannot have a Child? But I will serve You all the same.

And the Almighty God responded – It wasn’t long after that, a Man came to her and say: Sister, thus saith the Lord, you are to be my wife. She looked at him and said that you better go and Pray again. The Man said that I’m sure,

Don’t you want children because I can’t have any as I have already passed the Age of Child Bearing? The Man said: Glory be to God, you must be the one. He said because I already have children and I lost my wife; all I need is a mother for my children.

To cut a long Story short, they got married, the woman who said that she can no longer have a Child got Pregnant the first Month and gave birth to a Set of Twins.

*5. Spiritually, if you will come under His Shadow, He will keep you Covered.*

Covered in what Sense?

I. Because He Himself is a Spirit – John 14:24.

2 Corinthians 3:17 says: Wherever the Spirit of God is, there is Liberty.

You know the Story in Mark 5: 2-24 – This is the Story of the Mad Man of Gadara. That Man was thoroughly bound by Forces of Darkness.

But as soon as he came under the Shadow of the Wings of the Most High, not only was he Set Free, his Destiny was restored.

You know many atimes, some People will just go ahead and begin to blame the Students – That this Student is Lazy, we have spent so much on him/her and not Producing results.

They may not know that there are Forces of Darkness hindering the Child.

How many of you can remember that you Studied very hard but you get into the Examination Hall and somehow you blank out?

I have seen it several times – I have seen all manners of the work of the Enemies Particularly at Examination Time.

I mean I remembered very Clearly a case at University of Lagos – Right in the middle of the Examination Hall, a Young Man just begin to urinate and of course, there is a little bit of Pandemonium as they were calling Ambulance.

You think this is a case for the Doctor? Please call my Pastor.

*Every Evil Force working against your Destiny, I decree tonight that they will leave you alone – Amen!*

*So, when you come under His Shadow, you are Covered Physically, Mentally, Materially, Mentally and Spiritually.*

*But, let us go a little deeper because we have this Opportunity once a year.*

*1. If you are under His Shadow, your Past is Covered.*

*We all know that the Past is the mother of the Present – Whatever you are going through today can be traced to what happened in your Past.*

If you come under the Shadow of the One who said that He is the Alpha and Omega, He can Cover your Past!

He can Cover the mistake of the Past with His Blood – 1 John 1:7 says that the Blood of Jesus Christ His Son Cleanses from all sins.

That is why the Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17 – If a Man be in Christ, He is a New Creature; Old Things has Passed away, behold all things has become New. He can keep your Past Covered.

For Example, if there is a Generational Curse in your family – Don’t take that Curse lightly.

When you read Exodus 14: 1-end; you will discovered that when Pharaoh and his Army were coming after the Children of Israel – The People that has terrorised  Israel for more than 430 years. In a Single Night, God wiped them out.

*I have Good News for you – As you come under His Shadow tonight, any Curse that is still remaining in your Generation will be wiped out (Amen).*

You remembered the Story of that Young Fellow who was thirty nine (39) years Old, going to forty (40) and he came to say that he has a Major Problem,

He said that there is no Male in his family who ever exceeded forty (40) years of Age. He said that he was the Oldest Male in the family and he is thirty nine (39) years Old and about to enter forty. That was why he came,

And we Prayed and he is still alive today more than thirty (30) years later.

*Every Generational Curse that is quietly working against your Destiny, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, they will be gone tonight – Amen!*

*2. Your Present is Covered – Because He is the All-Sufficient One.*

David said in Psalms 23:1 – He said that the Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.

And so you find that it is written in Philippians 4:19 – But my God shall Supply All my Needs.

And you read in Philippians 4:13; I can do All Things, how? Through Christ who is Supplyimg all the Strength.

If I am under His Cover, it is not Possible for me to fail.

*I have said it before and I am saying it again – In the Name of the One who sent me, you will never failed another Exams (Amen).*

And you know in Psalms 68:19; the Bible says that He Daily loads us with Blessings.

*When He wants to Supply your Needs for a Day, He can use various Methods.*

*Every Miracles that are not yours, God will direct them to you – Amen!*

*3. And your Future is Covered because He Controls not just the Past and Present but the Future – His Name is Alpha and Omega.*

*And not only that, He called Himself the King of Glory.*

That is why He said in Colossians 1:27 – It is written in His Words that “Christ in you, the Hope of Glory”.

And He said in Isaiah 3:10 – Say ye to the Righteous, it shall be well with him. 

That is another way of saying that your Future will be alright.

He said in John 14: 1-3 – If you are one of His Own, if you are under His Cover, He said don’t let your Heart be troubled; He said that in my father’s house there are many Mansions; He said that I have gone to Prepare a Place for you and when I finished Preparing the Place, then I will, come and take you so that where I am, you may be also.

*If you are under His Shadow, you don’t have to worry about tomorrow because tomorrow is already taken care of.*

*He will take care of you when you are here on Earth and He will take care of you when you have to leave.*

So shall I Conclude:

*There is something very Interesting about Shadow – And that is there can be no Shadow except there is Light.*

*If every Place is Totally dark, then you can’t be talking of Shadow!*

So you read in Psalms 23:4 – He said yea though I walk in the Valley of the Shadow of Death, I will fear no evil.

Why? For though art with me,

Who is this Fellow that he said was with him?

Malachi 4:2 calls Him “The Sun of Righteousness”.

When the Sun of Righteousness is near, it is only then that you can see Shadows.

When you look at the Story of a Man in John 5: 2-9 – It tells you the Story of a Man who has been Sick for 38 years, lying on the Ground and forsaken by everybody.

And all of a sudden, while he was lying down on the Ground; he saw a Shadow cast over him. When he lifted up his eyes, he saw the Sun of Righteousness.

Because Malachi 4:2 says that the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with Healings in His Wings.

When he looked up and saw the Lord Jesus Christ, it wasn’t long after that, that he was on his feet going to the House of God to rejoice and to give Thanks.

The Mad Man of Gadara thought that he was going to die a Mad Man until suddenly the Sun of Righteousness came and the Shadow of the Almighty God fell upon him and his Freedom came.

*You see, that is why I want to make an Invitation.*

You see in Psalms 91:1; the Bible says that He that dwelleth in the Secret Place of the Most High, shall abide under the Shadow of the Almighty.

You want to abide under Hus Shadow – The Shadow of the Most High, the Almighty? Then you have to dwell or come or accept His Invitation.

Because the Invitation has been there and it will always remain there.

He said: Come unto me all ye that Labour and are Heavy Ladened and I will give you rest.

And I will conclude by reminding some of you about my own Personal Salvation.

I. Before I gave my Life to Jesus Christ, I thought that I was a Clever Boy – I was already a Lecturer at the University of Lagos and I thought that I knew quite a bit.

Like I always tell People – Fools don’t get Degree in Mathematics. A Fool might be able to maneuver himself in other Subjects, but not in Mathematics because you either know the answer or you don’t.

II. I was a Sportsman but Malaria will knock me down at least once in two (2) weeks.

III. I was earning a Good Salary as a Lecturer – At least compared to other People and because I was afraid of the Traffic in Lagos, I employed a Driver.

I will Pay him his Salary at the beginning of the Month but by the middle of the Month, I will be borrowing Money from my Driver to buy fuel.

*Things were hard because it is written that God has Ordained Hardship for Sinners.*

IV. My File at the Maternity Center at the University of Lagos is high because as I’m recovering, my wife will take over and then my children too.

Then if you check, you will see that all of a sudden, my name did not appear in the File again.

Why? I gave my Life to Jesus Christ and I became Healthy and by God’s Grace,  I have been Healthy now since 1973 till today,

V. And I stopped wasting Money because in those days, you come to my house; there is no drink that you won’t find there because I have all manners of friends – Some of which are Sailors.

When my Colleagues come to visit – They will come and say we can’t Pass infront of the house of a King without Greeting the King and so they will come to drink,

And then, I became Born Again – When they come and I say: What do you want? They will say you know our Stuffs now – “Whisky on The Rocks”; “Four Fingers” etc.

I will say that I am sorry, I don’t have that anymore. Do you want Coke or Fanta.

They will say what kind of rubbish is this? And all my friends disappeared and God replaced those friends with Brothers and Sisters and now, I have them in Millions.

On September 29th 2014, our Distiller and owner, Brad, was cutting a piece of wood for a door of our Distillery and cut his hand instead. Unfortunately, the Doctors were unable to save the pinky, but the circumstance resulted in a fantastic name for a Whiskey series. *You come under His Shadow, everything will Change!*

*ALTAR CALL*

So, I’m inviting you – You want to give your Life to Jesus Christ, you want to come under the Shadow of the Almighty; I will count from one (1) to ten (10). Before I say ten (10); Please come and Stand before us here so that we can Pray for the Salvation of your Soul. I’m counting now!

And if you used to be under His Shadow before – You are Born Again before and now, you have backsliden; you better return to Him today. You can join these People too.

Now, those of you infront, and those that are still running; cry to the Almighty God and say: Father, Please save my Soul, forgive all my sins as I want to come under the Shadow of Your Wings.

The rest of us, Please let us Stretch our hands towards these People and Intercede for them – That the One who save our Souls will save their own Souls also. Pray that God will have Mercy on them.

*PRAYER FOR SALVATION*

Almighty God, I want to Thank You very, very much for Your Words.

I want to Thank You for those People who has decided to come so that they can be under the Shadow of Your Wings.

Father, Please remember Your Promise that whosoever will come unto You, You will no wise cast out. They have come now: 

Father Please receive them, have Mercy on them, let Your Blood wash away their sins, save their Souls, receive them into the Family of God, and give them a Brand New Beginning.

And from now on, anytime they Call on You, Please answer them by Fire.

Thank You Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

*SPECIAL LIGHT UP PRAYERS*

*Brethren, we are about to Pray a Prayer and we are about to do it by Faith!*

*If you have your Mobile Phone, I want you to Switch it on – Put the Light on.*

You are going to Pray the Prayer with that Light lifted up:

1. You are going to cry to the Almighty God and say: Father, I want to dwell under the Shadow of Your Wings, Please send Your Light. 

Go ahead and talk to the Lotd.

2. And then you will Pray this 2nd Prayer with all your Might:

You say: Father, send your Light into my Life, into my Family, into my Busineas, into my Ministry – Father, send Your Light,

Thank You Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

3. Then you are going to cry unto Him and say: Father, Thank You for sending Your Light, don’t let my Light ever go out.

Go ahead and talk to the Lotd.

Thank You Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Now I will Pray for you and you have one more Prayer to Pray:

– If you are Sick, God will send Light that will bring your Healings.

– if you are Poor, He will send His Light.

– If you are Lonely, He will send His Light.

– If you are Barren, He will send His Light.

– If you are under the Yokes of the Enemies, He will send His Light.

*CLOSING PRAYER*

My Father and my God, I want to Thank You tonight – Thank You because there cannot be a Shadow except there is Your Light.

Tonight I decree into the lives of everybody here Lord or reading now on the Label of DMC: Send Your Light into their bodies, send Your Light into their Brains, send Your Light into their Homes, send Your Light into their endeavours, send Your Light into their Businesses, send Your Light into their Ministries, send Your Light into their Past, send Your Light into their Present, send Your Light into their Future, send Your Light Forever Oh Lord, send Your Light and don’t let their Lights ever go out.

Thank You my Father and my God. Glory be to Your Holy Name.
