OPENING PRAYER

The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob; the Holy One of Israel, the One who has never lost a War.

Thank You for Today, Thank You for Your Children, Thank You for the Boy’s Brigade, and Thank You for the Girl’s Brigade.

Father, accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Today, thou the Lord of Hosts, fight for Your Children.

In every areas of their lives, give them Victory.

In such a manner that the world will know that our God is the One you don’t toil with – On behalf of all Your Children here Today and those reading now on the Label of DMC; do something New, and Silence all our Mockers.

Everything in our lives that might be saying: Where is our God, Father deal with it Today.

Bless Your Children and take all the Glory.

As for the First Born Family, my Father and my God; Today do something Special for them.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Well, let Someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and say: “God will bless you Today”.

And then, you may Please be seated.

CLARION CALL ON ALL CHRISTIAN YOUTHS TO JOIN BOY/GIRL BRIGADE

I want to Thank all the Authorities of the Boy’s Brigade for the Honour that they have done on me Today.

The Almighty God will Honour you also – Amen!

As we all know, the Word “Brigade” is a Military term and we are all as Christians called to be Soldiers.

The Bible says that we are Soldiers of Christ.

According to 2 Timothy 2: 3-4; we are called to be Soldiers.

So, I will want to encourage all Youths in Particular – Christian Youths, to join the Brigade – Boys for boys and Girls for girls; afterall I am one of you now. And like father like children.

So, I am calling on all Youths in The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) all over wherever they may be – Enlist!

Join the Boy’s Brigade and the Girl’s Brigade!

They didn’t give me the opportunity to listen to the Choir but the little bit that I know about you – You are always Great and so I am not surprised at all.

As for the Youths, that was Wonderful!

I am going to ask that they will cut your Presentation from the Service for me so that I can be watching again and again.

Now Deuteronomy 21:15-17:

15. If a Man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:
16. Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:
17. But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a Double Portion of all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his Strength; the right of the firstborn is his.

First Born Family – Congratulations!

In every areas of your Life and regarding everything that is Good, Divine, Miraculous; you will get Double Portion – Amen!

You see, God is a Military Man.

Because I am sure that some People will say: What is the General Overseer doing receiving this kind of Honour from the Brigade et cetera?

God is not a Civilian.

Exodus 15:3 says that the Lord is a Man of War.

As a matter of fact, Psalm 24: 7-10 tells us that He is the Lord of Hosts.

Commander-In-Chief of all Hosts – Hosts in Heaven, Hosts on Earth and Hosts underneath the Earth; they are all under His Control.

1. On Land, He is the Original General.

One of the Major Problems of a General is what to do with the dead bodies of their Enemies – They don’t want to do the unpleasant work of burying the bodies of their Enemies and yet if they don’t bury them, they will rot and can lead to a Plague.

So, God being the “Absolute General”; whenever He wants to deal with His Enemies, He does it in such a way that He won’t have to waste time burying them.

In Numbers 16: 1-33; when He decided to deal with those who are Mocking Moses; He didn’t say that they should die – He just asked the Ground to open its mouth, the People goes inside and the Ground close its mouth again.

So, the killing and the burying was done in one swift Action of the Original General.

2. By Sea, our God is the Original Admiral.

You want to find example? Look at Exodus 14: 1-28.

He just say that how do I deal with this whole Army that needed to be dealt with?

He said, well why don’t we just let the Sea open its mouth, they go in and the Sea close on them?

As for their dead bodies, they will be enough food for the fishes.

May I decree this Morning: Every Sickness that you brought here Today, before you go, the Ground will swallow them – Amen!

And if there is any form of Divine Spirits troubling you and your family; they will drown – Amen!

3. Now, when it comes to the Air, our God is the Original Air Marshall.

When you read Joshua 10: 1-11; you will discovered that He is the first one to throw Bombs.

Joshua was fighting some People and they were trying to escape and then God decided to rain down Stones from Abroad.

You read that Story very well, you will discovered that those that God killed by smashing their heads were more than Joshua killed by the sword.

I want you to know that in the Name that is above every other names; any Witch or Wizard that is flying about trying to torment you and your Family; God will bomb them – Amen!

… So, God is not a Civilian – He is a Man of War on the Land, Sea or Air.

And because He happened to be the Most Supreme of all Soldiers; He rules by Decrees – He gives orders as you know as it happens in the Military!

Psalm 33: 8-9 says: Let the whole Earth fear the Lord, let all the Inhabitants of the world Stand in awe of Him.

Why? Because He speaks and it is done.

Once He Commands, it is a Settled matter – He rules by Decrees.

Like in Genesis 1:3; the moment He said: “Let there be Light”; there was no argument.

It wasn’t some hours later that Light came.

So, in the Name of the One who sent me here this Morning, in the lives of everyone of you; let there be Light – Amen!

I decree that Darkness will leave you alone – Amen!

Now, because He is a Soldier, Commander-In-Chief, the Most High and the Almighty God; He made a Decree concerning the First Born – He said that the First Born must have a Double Portion!

That is why I rejoice with those of you in the First Born Family – Double Promotion, Double Victories, Double Joy, Double Success!

To show you how serious God can be on the issue of the first born, there is a Story in Genesis 48: 8-20.

Joseph brought his two (2) sons to come and meet his father – Papa was Old and so he couldn’t see very well.

Who are these boys? Oh, these are my Children.

Oh God, I didn’t even think that I will see you (Joseph) but now I am seeing your Children – Bring them so that I can bless them.

And so Joseph arranged the boys – The first born called Manasseh to be where the Right hand of the father will land and then Ephraim the Younger one where the Left hand will land.

Because somehow, when it comes to Blessings, the Blessing of the Right hand is doubled that of the Left hand.

And all of a sudden father – That is Jacob; crossed his hands and Placed the Right Hand on the head of the Younger and the Left hand on the head of the Elder.

Ha, Joseph said: Papa No, this is the first born on your Right.

But Papa said that I know what I am doing.

I Pray for Somebody here Today or reading now on the Label of DMC: The Blessings you don’t deserve, may God give it to you – Amen!

So, he gave the Blessings of the first born to the second born.

And within a short Period of Time, that boy who got the Double Portion Blessings was Greater than his Senior Brother ten times – Deuteronomy 33:10.

… When God decrees, that decree is so Powerful.

Maybe the best way to illustrate this to you is to tell you that if you are the first born and you even make a mistake; because God’s Promise for the first born is so Strong; something will still happen.

I mean for example, if you read Genesis 25: 29-34 – When Esau was hungry and Jacob has already Prepared food. And the first born Esau said: Give me some food to eat.

What was it that the Younger brother asked for?

Let me become the first born – Sell me your Birthright.

… That was a very serious Demand!

Esau should have said: Ha, Ha; of all things; that is what you are asking for?

But Esau was so Stupid that he said that I’m dying of hunger now.

I Pray for everyone of you here: That kind of situation where you will loose your Blessings will never arise in your Life – Amen!

Anyway, he sold his Birthright and Jacob grabbed it.

And so, what happened? You know the rest of the Story.

By the time we get to Genesis 27: 30-37; Esau went to look for food – This time, it was his father who sent him.

But if you believed some Bible Scholars – After he got the food for the father; he decided to taste it. He was so busy eating his own Portion when the Brother collected the Blessing.

Because just as the Younger Brother collected the Blessings and was going out, Esau came in.

But the father said when he cried that Papa, Please don’t you have anything left for me?

Well, there is a remnant – You can take the remnant so and so.

By the time you get to Genesis 32: 3-end; when after more than fourteen (14) Years – Jacob had Prospered Mightily and his name has even Changed to Israel.

When he was going back home and he sent words to his brother that I am coming home – I know that I cheated you several Years ago, Please o, take this as I am coming.

Those who went and came back to him said: Sir, we told your brother that you are coming and he is comimg to meet you with four hundred (400) Bodyguards.

Jacob who got the Blessing was terribly frightened.

Because Esau was the first born – He has messed up but there was still something left about this thing called first born.

That when he was comimg to meet the one who got the Blessing, it was the one who got the Blessing who was trembling.

If a Man has four hundred (400) Bodyguards, he is not an Ordinary Man.

I remembered the first time that a President came to visit us at the Redemption City of God during one Holy Ghost Congress – He came with two hundred and fifty (250) Bodyguards.

Because he said that:

• The Place is an Open Place.
• The Program is All Night.

It is a very serious Security Risk but he said that I am going.

So they said that we will get ready!

For a President, two hundred and fifty (250) Bodyguards but for Esau, four hundred (400) Bodyguards because there is still something remnant about being the first born.

DMC NOTES: President (Dr) Goodluck Ebele Jonathan on Friday Night of 14th December 2012 Worshipped with thousands of Worshippers at the 15th Edition of the Holy Ghost Congress organized by the Redeemed Christian Church of God, at the Redemption Camp, along the Lagos Ibadan Expressway.

And by the time you get to Genesis 33: 1-9; because the Night before, Jacob whether blessed or not, Prayed the kind of Prayer that he had never Prayed before.

So by the Morning, God had intervened!

I Pray for everyone of you: God will Intervene in your Life Today – Amen!

So Esau now, God had touched his Heart – He wept, hug his brother and there was no more quarrel.

So the Junior brother now said: All these animals, you can have them as a Compensation.

Esau said: I have more than enough.

Being the first born is Mysterious and has something extremely Powerful!

So, those of you who are Members of the First Born Family, Congratulations! It is already well with you.

When we say that now there are some of you who will say that I wish I was the first born of my family.

When we talk about being first born, there is something about God – Something that makes Him Sovereign and something that is so Special about Him.

In Psalm 115:3; it says that our God is in the Heavens and He does as He Pleases.

He can grab anybody from anywhere and make him/her the first born.

I. Moses was not the first born of his family.

You remembered that when they wanted to put him in a basket and put him in a River, the Sister was there to look after him.

DMC NOTES: Miriam the Prophet features as the unnamed Sister of Moses who helps deliver him at the Nile River in Exodus 2:1–10. Miriam is also mentioned in the crossing of the Red Sea in Exodus 15:20–21. Two Genealogies listing Moses, Aaron, and Miriam as the sole children of Amram support the Identification – Numbers 26:59; 1 Chronicles 6:3.

He also had a brother also.

DMC NOTES: In the Bible, Moses’s brother was named Aaron. He was also a High Priest and Prophet, and Played a crucial role in leading the Israelites out of Egypt alongside Moses. Aaron is mentioned in Exodus 4:14 as the brother of Moses and a Levite, highlighting his Priestly role from the beginning.

But when God wanted Somebody to use, He just grabbed Moses.

II. David wasn’t the first born of his father Jesse.

He wasn’t even the 7th born but the 8th born.

DMC NOTES: The seven sons of Jesse before David, according to the Book of Chronicles, were: Eliab, Abinadab, Shimeag, Nethaneel, Raddai, Ozem, and David. Since 1st and 2nd Chronicles was written by Ezra the Scribe after the Babylonian Captivity, it is Possible that one of the eight sons died either of Natural Causes or in war.

And yet, David was the one who became King!

III. I am the Last Born of my mum but by the Grace of God, He made me the first born.

There is Somebody here Today or reading now on the Label of DMC: It doesn’t matter what Number you are; you are going to become first born – Amen!

I want you now to say: If God can now make me the first born – Because when we are talking of first born for the Family, I have already Settled that one for the First Born Family.

I need to talk to you now as Individuals because the issue of being first born is an Individual matter between you and God!

And I will just give you an illustration and we will close.

And you will find that illustration in 2 Kings 2: 1-15 – And it has to do with a Man called Elisha who asked Elijah for Double Portion.

When Elijah said: What can I do for you before I will be taking away from you?

He said: Sir, you are not my Biological father but definitely you don’t have a son – Elijah never married.

But I am the one following you about and there are many Sons of Prophet but what I want is the Blessings of the first born – Give me a Double Portion of your Spirit.

You know the rest of the Story – He got what he wanted in such a manner that his Master did seven (7) Miracles but he did fourteen (14).

He was so Powerful that even after he died, there was still enough Power in his dead bones to raise the dead.

You know that I have always Prayed that my children will be Greater than I.

And each time that I Prayed that Prayer, there has always been one (1) or two (2) People who will say: How can that be?

Infact one of my children said that the one who will be Greater than you won’t even eat at all because we know how often you Fast.

All I have always told the fellow is: Don’t leave out God out of the Equation.

So, if you want God to make you a first born Material – First born in Spirit and in Truth, you have to do certain things:

1. Your Surrender to Him must be Total.

Because in the case of Elisha as you have heard; the day God choose him in 1 Kings 19: 19-21 – The moment that Elijah threw his Mantle on him, he left everything and began to follow Elijah.

… His Surrender to God was Total?

There are some of us who may belong to the First Born Family but we are not one hundred Percent (100%) Surrendered to God.

It is not going to work – Your Surrender to Him must be Body, Soul and Spirit.

You can’t serve God and then serve any other gods – Your Surrender must be Total.

2. You must be willing to Serve God beyond the Call of Duty.

What do you mean by that?

In 2 Kings 3:11; the Bible tells us that Elisha Pour water on the hands of Elijah.

Do you know what that means?

When he has Prepared the food for the Oga (Master); he will not come to him and say: Oga (Master), food is ready and leave everything on the table and then go away.

No, he will say: Oga (Master), Please let me Pour water on your hands and let me help you even wash your hands before eating.

… He served beyond the Call of Duty.

If you want God to Single you out and make you a first born unto Himself; then you must be willing to serve Him beyond the Call of Duty.

You must be willing to serve Him more than your Neighbour is doing.

You cannot be a Special first born of God until others are calling you a “Fanatical Christian”.

DMC NOTES: A “Fanatical Christian” is someone who demonstrates an Excessive and Irrational zeal for their Faith, often to the Point of intolerance or violence. This can manifest in rigid interpretations of Religious Texts, a lack of Open-Mindedness towards differing views, and a tendency to push their Beliefs on others.

In whatever you do, you must Outshines others:

☆ You are a Choir, you will Outshine others in Singing.

☆ As an Usher? Your Case will be different.

☆ You are a Worker, you must be so Committed to God that when you travel, the Pastor will know that Somebody is missing.

Your Surrender to God must be Complete and you must serve God beyond the Call of Duty!

I will give you an Example:

The moment that I got Born Again, the first thing that I did was that I went after every Members of my Family – They must be Born Again.

And I used every Methods:

☆ I built a house and I invited then to the Opening.

That was an opportunity to Preach the Gospel to them.

☆ I bought a car, I invited them to the Dedication.

That was an opportunity to Preach the Gospel to them.

☆ I got my PhD, I invited them to the Celebration.

That was an opportunity to Preach the Gospel to them.

☆ The first house that I ever built in Life; Today is a Mission House.

It wasn’t long before People knew that this is not an Ordinary Christian.

Can they say that about you?

3. And then if you want God to Pick you Up from wherever you are and turn you to a first born in Spirit and in Truth; follow the Example of Elisha – “Be Faithful to the End”.

Elijah told Elisha that I’m going:

☆ From here to there, wait as you have tried?

He said that wherever you go then I go too.

☆ Second Time, wait as God is sending me somewhere?

He said that we go together.

☆ God has asked me to Cross River Jordan to the other side. So then you can wait here as you can’t swim.

He said that whichever way you cross, we cross together.

You want God to make you a first born in Spirit and in Truth; you must make up your Mind now that I will never look back – I am going with God all the way!

Because He says in His Words in Revelation 2:10 – He said that you must be Faithful unto Death.

It doesn’t matter the Problems you may come across on the way; you must say that I am going with God all the way!

You must say: I am a Christian, I belong to Him and I must belong to Him unto the End!

If you know what I went through in the Church – Not outside now; when the People who are supposed to be encouraging me saw the way I was going, they brought up some resistance.

Because Christmas, we will go and do something; Easter, we will go and do something.

They began to say that where is this one coming from?

During Christmas, a Pastor is supposed to sit down at home and be eating Turkey but this boy will say that we are going somewhere to hold a Program.

Easter, he won’t let us rest – He will say let us go out again.

I face Persecution – Very serious ones.

Some People even tried everything they could to get me out of the Church.

We used to sing a Song in those days but we don’t hear it often now:

I have decided to follow Jesus
No Turning back
No Turning back

… It is one of my favourite Songs.

Even after I became General Overseer, I still face Oppositions you know.

When I said that we must have The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) all over Lagos and they say that where are we going to get the buildings?

☆ There were Hotels now.

☆ When we couldn’t get Hotels anymore, what about Cinema Houses?

☆ When there were no more Cinema Houses available, what about Night Clubs?

And they said that I have lost my brains.

I didn’t loose anything – I just wanted to follow Jesus all the way and I want to serve Him beyond the Call of Duty.

So, I hope that my Children are listening now – You can’t slow down if you want to be the first born.

When you find Somebody running ahead of you, you run to Catch Up and excel.

How many of you want to be Number One (1)?

Are you ready to Pay the Price? Yes sir!

So shall it be in Jesus Name – Amen!

That is why People say that at your Age, you are still running around – When will you rest?

We will rest when we get to Heaven.

As long as I am still breathing, I will keep on Winning Souls.

As long as I am still breathing, I will keep on Travelling.

I mean by the Grace of God, the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) we are in more than one hundred and ninety (190) Nations of the world now.

And we are going to Catch Up with more Nations.

And if I go to one Nation Per Week, it will take more than three (3) Years to go round each Country.

Before I finished the three (3) Years, more Nations would have been added.

And now, you asked me to sit down at home and rest.

You are Old and if you keep going on like this, you will die.

Who told you?

I am eighty three (83) Years Old – But by the Grace of God, I am Younger than some of you who are fifty something.

Why? Because if you are running for God; He will Supply the Strength.

I have said enough – Half a word is enough for the Wise.

ALTAR CALL

So, if you are here Today or reading now on the Label of DMC; and you have not yet Surrendered your Life to Jesus Christ.

Or you claim that you have Surrendered your Life to Jesus Christ but you are Pretending.

You can’t deceive God!

To be first born, your Surrender must be Total.

So, if you really, really want to Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ; come very quickly.

I am going to count from one (1) to seven (7) – After seven (7), if you are not here; then I know that you are not coming.

Then, I will Pray and we will move on!

So come now as I am counting!

Now, those of you already infront and those of you on the way; cry to God now:

And say: Lord, save my Soul – I have come to Surrender my Life to You and I mean Business. Just have Mercy on me as I will serve You for the rest of my Life.

Save my Soul and make me one of Your Children.

Be my Lord and my Saviour.

And the rest of us, let us Stretch our hands towards these People and Pray for them.

Intercede that the One who saved our Soul will save their own Souls also.

Pray that God will give them Genuine Salvation.

Thank You Father!

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

PRAYER FOR SALVATION

My Father and my God, I just want to say Thank You.

Thank You for Your Goodness, Thank You for Your Mercy, Thank You for Your Words and Thank You for those who has come forward Today to Surrender their lives to You.

Father, Please receive them, forgive them, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash away their sins, write their names in the Book of Life and let them become Your Children.

And Please Lord, from now on; anytime they call on You, answer them by Fire.

And don’t let them backslide.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

I’m sure that there is Somebody here or reading now on the Label of DMC; who knows without doubt that this is really your Day!

If you are that Fellow, Stand on your feet and shout a really “Big Hallelujah” – Hallelujah!

I am going to Pray for you now, after which you are going to Pray!

FINAL FATHER’S BLESSINGS

My Father and my God, I want to Thank You.

I want to Thank You for bringing me to the First Born Family.

And I want to Thank You for even giving them that name – You must have a very Special Love for them.

So Please, on their behalf, accept my Thanks in Jesus Name.

Now Father, I’m Praying that the Blessings of the First Born be released on these Your Children.

Release that Blessing on the Family.

Release that Blessing in the Individuals.

From this moment onwards, whenever You want to do anything Good for them, make it Double.

Before the end of this Month (April 2025), the Evidence that this Meeting took Place, let it be seen in their lives.

And let them serve You Double.

Whatever may be their Personal Prayer Request(s), Today before the Sun Sets, give it to them.

And I Pray that together in Your Kingdom, we will be there to reign with You.

Thank You my Father.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

PERSONAL PRAYER REQUEST

Now, the Prayer that you are going to Pray is like this – You better mean what you Pray!

You are going to tell the Almighty God that I want You to make me a First Born in Spirit and in Truth and I Promise You that I will serve You beyond the Call of Duty.

Go ahead and talk to the Almighty God!!!
