OPENING PRAYER
My Father and my God, we are saying, “Good Morning” to You this Morning.
Thank You for letting us see another wonderful day.
Thank You for IYC 2026:
Thank You because this is the third (3rd) day.
Thank You because we know, whatever is dead in our Life will arise today.
Thank You for showing us Mercy, Almighty Father.
Thank You for Strength, Thank You for air, Thank You for Peace, Thank You for Love.
Thank You for Your Cover and Thank You for Your Protection.
Be thou exalted, Almighty Father.
Lord, we are asking this Morning, whoever can shout a better Amen, New things will happen in their lives – Amen!
Father, their Amen will even be New, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.
Lord, every distraction that might be happening right now, we ask that You would take them away and help us to focus on You this Morning, in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
Thank You for this Theme – Heaven;
We ask oh God, that there will be Heaven in our hearts, in Jesus’ Name.
Heaven in our Health, in Jesus’ Name.
Heaven in our home, in Jesus’ Name.
Heaven in our accounts, in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
Lord, speak through me and remove every ounce of flesh from this Morning Session, in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
And let those who would be hearing me, including those reading the Message now on the Label of DMC; let them hear well, in Jesus’ Name.
Those who are still on the way, Father Please quicken their steps in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
And Strengthen those Yellow Bus drivers, in Jesus’ Name.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Amen and Amen!
Find three (3) People, give them a “Hi-five” and tell them: Welcome to the third (3rd) day. You will receive something New!
Something New is going to happen to me, I don’t know about you.
On this third (3rd) day I receive Life, I receive Mercy, I receive help.
And then let’s be seated.
I Pray for you, because you have woken up this Morning, and you are seeking God Almighty; You would find Him and He will see you in the Mighty Name of Jesus – Amen.
I would like to celebrate our father and our mother in the Lord – Please help me appreciate them.
Thank You Daddy and Mummy for always believing in us and allowing us to express ourselves.
And of course, my Beloved SATGO, Pastor Babasola Olukoya and his amazing wife, I celebrate her as well.
And I Celebrate all the Leadership of the Youth Movement for RCCG.
My assignment is to teach you the Characteristics and what it is that you need to have as a Youth in RCCG and as a Youth that is going to Heaven.
Anywhere you go, you need to appreciate what has been done; and make sure you leave it better – You have to be intentional about keeping your surroundings clean.
THE CORE VALUE (i-Hearts)
The Core Value of the Character of individuals that are citizens of Heaven is broken into i-Hearts.
I – Integrity: Kindly note that, because we are going to be dwelling on it.
H – Holiness:
Psalms 24:3-4 it says, Who may ascend onto the Hill of the Lord? Who will stand in His Holy Place? He said, he who has clean hands and a Pure Heart. Who has not lifted up his Soul to any idol or sworn deceitfully.
You cannot climb up if your hand is oily with sin.
You will keep falling if your hand is oily, you won’t have a grip.
Hence why He says, have clean hands first, then let God walk to Your Heart.
If they try to check your Blood Pressure, what do they start with? They start with your hand.
- How is your hand?
- Is your hand clean?
There is absolutely nothing you can do that you won’t need your hand – Look at it clearly:
☆ You want to open a Bank Account, your hand.
☆ You want to verify after making a payment, to thumbprint, your hand.
☆ You want to drive a car, your hand.
☆ You want to buy a car, your hand.
☆ You want to own your own house, your hand.
☆ You want to Propose or get a ring, your hand.
The cleaner your hand, the easier for God to use you.
In fact, if you can’t talk, you will still use your hand for Sign Language.
Your heart is another part of it.
Holiness is total Obedience across board – Especially total Obedience to God.
Luke 6:46 says, And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?
Total Obedience, not half.
1 Samuel 15:22-23 says, And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.
God prefers total Obedience or zero Obedience. There’s no half-half. You can’t be lukewarm.
Revelation 3:15-16 says, I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
If you are lukewarm He would spit you out like a sour food.
E – Excellence:
Excellence is not a skill, it is an attitude – An ability to give attention to detail.
As a matter of fact, one of my Pointers that I have here is:
- Excellence means you leave a place better than you met it.
- Excellence is you keep improving on the quality of what you have to offer.
Paying attention to details is part of excellence. Keep doing what others are not doing, especially promoting God.
And by promoting God, He will promote you.
Tell Somebody: God will promote you!
Then now ask them: “How do you plan to promote God?”
Look at the status on some People’s WhatsApp; they would post everything – They can’t even post the Daily Devotional (Open Heavens).
Even if it’s the Memory Verse, and you are looking for promotion. From who?
… Go and meet Tiktok let them promote you.
We have Examples of Excellence; Joseph is an example. Daniel is an example.
A – accountability:
The letter “A” is Accountability.
Luke 19:12-13, 15-17:
He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds. And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.
You will give Account;
- You have to be accountable in your Finances.
- You have to be accountable in the Gifts and the Talents God gave you.
You will give account of how you used it.
I have a sweet mouth – The ability to convince people to do things.
While in Secondary School and the University, I realised that this is a gift; but I would rather use it for God.
Everybody came preloaded with a Gift – Nobody came useless.
As a matter of fact, we have a Pastor in our Region that is very, very difficult to handle by other Pastors in charge of Provinces, but I love him because that energy you can Channel it to another place.
Every single Parish that is dying, send him there – That his ability to annoy the Pastor in charge of Province, He would use it to increase the Church from sixteen (16) to a hundred and forty six (146) Members. He has done it twice now.
No one is useless – Celebrate God for his life!
- You will give an account in the family that you are in. “How did you help your family?”
- You will give an account for how those wonderful Choir ministered and you were just watching them as if they were acting movies.
- You will give an account for the relationships that you entered into; and how you exited it.
Tell Somebody beside you: “Be careful how you close doors. You might need to walk through them again.”
It would shock you, the day you go for Visa Interview, the Lady you dumped is now the one conducting the interview.
Ecclesiastes 12:14 says, For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
… No matter what we do, we will give an account.
Matthew 12:36 says, But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
If you know you would have to be sorry for it, then don’t do it. Okay!
R – Resourcefulness:
‘R’ is Resourcefulness – This is something you need to Pray to God for so you can think clearly.
There will be Resources, but they would only be committed into the hand of the one that is resourceful.
A woman came to Elisha and said, we are broke, they are about to take my children as slaves. The Man of God asked, “what do you have?” She said, I don’t have anything but a jar of oil.
Put your hand on your head and say: Father, by the time I’m leaving this Convention, open my eyes, open my mind, so that I can see the resources You have put around me.
I come from a lovely, Peaceful and calm Village. My grandfather was a farmer in the Village. So I believe out of honour, my father also decided to buy some land so that he too can have a farm but his own farm is a lot bigger.
Of course my father will be eighty five (85 )years next year (2027) by God’s Grace. He is the last born of his father; so I believe there would be a plus 25 years gap between them (if not more).
So for over a hundred years, they’ve been farming orange – So he started with orange.
Later they discovered cocoa grows in that same land.
Cocoa is fantastic – Everytime you buy chocolate, that’s cocoa. There’s money in it, per ton.
While they were cultivating that land, somebody decided to dig a little bit deeper.
Tell Somebody: dig deeper!
They found out they have been sitting on gold all their lives. And my father didn’t have shoes the first eighteen (18) years of his Life. Until the Holy Spirit came and ministered into his ears, “buy land!” He didn’t tell Him what is in the land.
Again, tell Somebody: God will open your eyes to see the resources that is already around you – Amen.
T – Transparency:
Transparency is the ‘T’ that I have.
The International Children’s Bible Version of 2 Corinthians 13:8 says, “We cannot do anything against the truth but for the truth.”
Which means, pretend all you want, the truth would always come out.
Ephesians 4:25 (the same Bible Version), it says, “You must stop telling lies, tell each other the truth because we all belong to each other in the same body.”
And this is the one that I love, our Motto in RCCG, Hebrews 13:8: Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
You better Thank God that Jesus is transparent – Because He is never on holiday.
Is somebody saying, Thank You Jesus?
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and for ever;
- If He healed yesterday, He can heal today.
- If He heals today He can ensure that we are not sick tomorrow.
S – Sacrifice of Service
John 15:13 (Amplified Version) says, No greater love nor strong commitment would someone have than to lay down his life for his own friends.
*I Pray for you: Whoever needs to make a mistake so that you would succeed, let them make it – Amen!
☆ Someone else would not marry your own husband – Amen.
☆ Someone else would not steal your wife – Amen.
Alright, let’s get back to the ‘i’ – Integrity.
Numbers 23:19 (the New King James Version), it says, God is not a man that He should lie. Nor a son of man that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
Numbers 23:19 (the New Living Translation) says, t
God is not a man, so He does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change His mind. Has He ever spoken and failed to act? Has He ever promised and not carry it through?
Thank God that He is not a man. But that is a very bad testimony for mankind.
THE POINTERS IN INTEGRITY
The Pointers are many; God is a God of Integrity.
So every Youth that wants to be successful must depend on a relationship with God and connect with this same God of Integrity.
The ‘i’ in i-Hearts (Integrity) came before the others because it is the most important part of this journey of life.
What is Integrity?
Matthew 5:37 says, But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.
- Mean whatever you say.
- Whatever you are doing, do it well.
If you say ‘No’ then stick with the No.
SIGNS THAT YOU HAVE INTEGRITY
What are the signs you can use to judge if you have Integrity?
- From now on, no lies.
- No more exaggeration.
“You’ll get what you inspect, not what you expect.”
- No falsehood of any kind.
Those who have gone to forge one certificate somewhere, this is on you.
Those who have gone to change one date of birth to another, this is on you.
I can Promise you, the reason why you are not even moving forward like you want to is because of that falsehood. It is following you like a bad fart; you can put as many make-up on it, it will keep smelling.
Fix it! It might look somehow, fix it.
Once you fix the falsehood, all the People that left you behind at whatever speed; because you are now walking with the God of integrity and truth:
☆ Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever.
☆ Jesus Christ, the way, the truth and the Life.
He would push you up and beyond, because now you are walking in truth, you are not going the wrong way.
☆ Don’t do anything fake.
☆ Don’t help them do telemarketing, and tell them, “Fake it till you make it.”
☆ Don’t make false Promises.
Even me I’m on this one – Don’t come late. No late coming. There’s no African time, there’s no Nigerian time, only one time is God’s Time.
So plan to be on time.
THE BASIS OF INTEGRITY
Romans 14:12, I have told you this, and I’ll tell you again; so then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. You will!
And whatever you do against Human Beings, you do unto God, because God created them.
I know we are in a different Generation now, but God is the God of all Generations – Sun is the still the same Sun from Generations, and so is Moon.
Generations come and go; even Gen-Z are getting old without knowing.
You have to learn to honour Elders.
Not only old People; immediately the Person is passed your age or
a person who is your senior in any way; even if you don’t know the Person’s name, just say “Sir/Ma.”
And then if somebody is carrying load, do well to help.
You have to learn to honour People intentionally – Start from home.
- If you go with a bottle of wine, it means you want sweetness in their lives, etc.
“The giver of gifts has many friends”
Proverbs says.
Anything that you do against Human Beings you’ve done against God.
David said this in his confessions in Psams 51:1-4 – Although he killed Uriah, he said to God:
Have Mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
Because he had a clear understanding; “You created this man”; so whatever you do, you are doing it as unto God, not men.
That pulls in sacrifice ‘S’.
That pulls in your honour.
You might even like them, but if they are in an office, you honour the office.
THE WEIGHT OF WORDS AND PROMISES
Matthew 12:36-37 says, But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
So if you Pretend to love a Brother in his Presence and tear him down behind his back, you lack Integrity.
As a matter of fact, I would not want to be around you. Because you might be also hailing me in front and abusing me when I am not there. That one I can tell you.
It’s even annoying, we address the Pastors in their Presence as “Pastor so and so.” When they are not around you address them by their names.
If you make a Promise, keep the Promise;
If you cannot keep it, let them know.
If you would be late for a Meeting, inform them ahead.
Just be honest.
If you make a Promise turn up, even if it’s going to inconvenience you.
WHAT IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF LACK OF INTEGRITY?
Pride!
- Don’t let Pride enter you.
I hope you are not Proud?
If you are, receive Deliverance now – Amen.
Don’t let Pride remove you from what you can gain from God.
DO NOT DESPISE SMALL BEGINNING
You should even be grateful for small beginning.
Luke 17:17-19 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.
If People help you, they don’t owe you anything – Nobody owes you anything. I
f People do things for you it’s purely because God touched them.
Luke 6:38: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
… Which means, God touched the heart of somebody to give to you.
The reason you are broke right now is because you are not Giving.
- Oh, you can Pray anyhow, somebody would Pray for you – “Whatever you sow you will reap.”
- Read the Bible anyhow, somebody would buy you more Bibles.
When you sow, make sure you sow Good Things, and then find fertile ground. You will surely reap.
Once you humble yourself, God will lift you up.
So, these are the chains of Blessing!
Integrity would lead you to trust:
- Once you have Integrity, you’ll become trust worthy.
- Once you become trustworthy, you would have influence.
- Once you have Influence, you would have Followership.
- Once you have Followership, you would have Growth.
- Once you have Growth, you would have Blessings!
This is a chain reaction of what Integrity brings to your Life.
Integrity would move you from Integrity to being Trustworthy.
The second you are Genuinely Trustworthy you would have Influence.
Once you have Influence you would have Followership.
Once there’s Followership you would have Growth.
Once there’s Growth you would have Blessings.
In the middle of all of these journey, Please ensure you remain grounded on the ground.
There are Five (5) “G’s” you cannot mess with:
- You cannot play with God’s Glory.
- You cannot play with God’s Gold, which is His money.
- You cannot play with His Girls or His Gentlemen.
- You have to remain Grounded (that’s another ‘G’)
- And you have to remain Guarded.
Somebody needs to guide you through this journey of Life.
Because you’ve made your first million, you now think that you can talk to anybody anyhow. Why?
Some People go for lunch with just three (3) People and they eat your whole one year salary in one afternoon.
Here’s my conclusion;
Blessed are the Pure in Heart: for they shall see God. (DMC NOTES: Matthew 5:8)
The Vision of RCCG says:
- We are to make Heaven. And so our Theme is “Heaven.”
i-Hearts guide you on how to make Heaven;
Because you’ll be judged on every part of this whole situation.
- Take as many People with you as apossible.
But really, if you are going to tamper with the first one, then there’s no point getting into the second one.
You can’t be winning Souls if you haven’t won yourself.
GENERAL PRAYER
Grab the hand of somebody beside you, very quickly you are going to Pray with that Person.
Ask the Person, would you Please Pray with me?
Be ready, your coast is going to be enlarged.
Be ready, God is going to answer that request.
Be ready, don’t sleep on what God is going to do for you this Season.
Be ready, Heaven is going to work in your home;
Heaven is going to work in your heart.
Heaven is going to work in your hands.
Be ready, your coast is expanding.
Shout, I am even more ready than you!
Go ahead and Pray with that Person and say:
The Integrity you need God would give you.
The Holiness you need, God would give you.
The Spirit of Excellence you need, God would give you.
The ability to be Accountable, God would give you.
The Resources and the Resourcefulness you need, God would give you.
The Transparency that you need, God would give you the grace to have it.
The heart of Service, the heart of Sacrifice;
The ability to leave a place better than you met it;
The ability to honour others;
The ability to be loved properly;
That you would genuinely say, at this Convention my Story Changed.
I will no longer live a Life of Entitlement.
I will no longer live a Life where I am not hundred percent of who God wants me to be.
No more lies for me. It is only the devil that is a liar, I am not a liar.
I am ready for His Blessings.
I am willing this Season.
I am overcoming this Season.
My Testimony change this Season.
Our Testimony change this Season!
