OPENING PRAYER

Almighty God, the real Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the Ending; we just want to say Thank You for January, Thank You for February, Thank You for March, Thank You for April, Thank You for May, Thank You for June, Thank You for July, Thank You for August, Thank You for September, Thank You for October, Thank You for November and Oh God, Thank You for December.

Thank You for all You have done for us since the beginning of the Year, Thank You for Your Mercies because we know that it is of Your Mercy that we have not been Consumed.

Thank You that by Your Special Grace, since You have brought us thus far, we know that whether the devil likes it or not, we will see the New Year (2024).

Father, accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

My Lord and my Saviour, today I commit to You everybody because we all need Your Wisdom – Students need Your Wisdom, Traders need Your Wisdom, Business Men/Women, they need Your Wisdom, Pastors need Your Wisdom, Politicians need Your Wisdom.

I am saying Lord God Almighty, today as many of us Your Children, as many of us that are willing to do Your Will; You will grant us Divine Wisdom Generously so that Your Name will be Glorified in our lives.

My Father and my God; I’m committing to You, all Your Children who all these years has been Faithful in the Payment of their Tithes and in the Giving of their Offerings – In this Last Month of this Year, my Father and my God, I asked that You will embarrassed them with Your Blessings, that You will bless them so Mightily that they will say: God this is becoming “Too Much”. Father, so let it be in Jesus Name.

In Your Miraculous Way Lord, speak to everyone of us today and let our Joy forever remain Full.

Even as Your Children will be Thanking You today, my Father and my God; Please receive our Thanksgiving.

And Good Lord, Please do much more than we dare Hope for, for the rest of this Year.

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT

By the time this Message is getting to you, I will already be in my Prayer Closet, Praying for the Special Holy Ghost Congress 2023.

As you know of course that this Year, the Theme of our Holy Ghost Congress 2023 is: “DIVINE REPOSITIONING”.

That the Almighty God has made up His Mind that He is going to Reposition those of us who will come and attend this Year’s Holy Ghost Congress:

I. He is going to move the Sick People out of the Camp of the Sick People to the Camp of those who are forever Healthy.

II. He is going to move the Poor out of the Club of the Poor into the Club of the Wealthy.

III. He is going to move the Captive out of the Camp of the Captive into the Camp of the Freedom.

He is going to do a lot in our lives!

This is one Congress; the kind that we have never seen before!

This is a Congress that will make Lekki ’98 a Sunday School Stuff.

DMC NOTES: Lekki ’98 birth another dimension in the History of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and Ministry of Pastor E.A Adeboye. In 1998, while visiting the Lekki area of Lagos State of Nigeria with some foreigners, the Lord told him to hold a Service at the beach area and that became the historic Lekki ’98. The Theme of the event, which shook Lagos to her root was appropriately “Divine Visitation” where over three Million People was estimated to attend the Program and the entire Metropolitan State of Lagos State was virtually shut down. The Holy Ghost Congress as it was later named moved to the Redemption Camp the following year (1999).

This one – The RCCG Holy Ghost Congress 2023 is going to be a “Real Big One”.

And I’m looking forward to seeing you this week at The RCCG Campground for the Holy Ghost Congress 2023 in Jesus Mighty Name – Amen!

Today, we are discussing in the next few Minutes – “The Oil of Divine Wisdom”.

And our Bible Text is going to be Hebrews 1:9:

Hebrews 1:9 – Thou hast loved Righteousness, and hated Iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the Oil of Gladness above thy fellows

I’m sure that some of you will say: Hey hold on daddy; we thought that you said we want to talk on “Oil of Divine Wisdom” but that Passage you read is talking of Oil of Gladness.

You wait and see – As some Preachers will say: Just follow me as I’m going somewhere.

Wisdom is the Principal Thing – That is what the Bible says in Proverbs 4:7.

Wisdom is so Precious and Mightily Precious that Proverbs 8:11 says that there is Nothing you can compared to it.

As a matter of fact, Proverbs 19:8 says if you love your Soul, get Wisdom.

In other words, if you hate your Soul, then ignore Wisdom but if you love your Soul, you must get Wisdom – That is how crucial Wisdom is.

The Bible has a lot of beautiful things to say about Wisdom:

I. In Ecclesiastes 7:12; it says Wisdom is not only a defense, it says Wisdom gives Life – Wisdom is a Life Giver.

II. Ecclesiastes 9:16 says Wisdom is better than Strength.

The Elders has a saying: The one that says He is Strong but has no Wisdom, is worst than the Weakest.

III. Ecclesiastes 9:18 tells us that Wisdom is better than Weapon of Wars.

In other words, you can have all the Weapons in the world; if you have no Wisdom, you will still fail.

IV. And Ecclesiastes 10:10 says Wisdom is Profitable to direct – You need Wisdom for Direction.

You want to go in the right Direction in Life, you need Wisdom!

V. Proverbs 3:35 tells us that Wisdom leads to Glory; just as Foolishness will lead to Shame.

And I’m Praying for everyone of you – From today onwards, you will never know Shame again because the Almighty God will grant you Wisdom which will lead you to Glory – Amen!

VI. Proverbs 11:29 says: Wisdom puts you In-Charge

You say what do you mean by that?

Oh, the Bible says that the fool will be a Servant of the Wise.

In other words, if you are not Wise, you will end up becoming a Servant of the One who is Wise.

VII. It went forward to say in Proverbs 7:2; it says if a Servant is Wise; He will be a Ruler over sons.

In other words, if a Man has a lot of Wealth (Great Man); he has Servants and he has sons. If the sons are Foolish and the Servants Wise, the Servant will rule over the Foolish sons,

VIII. Wisdom is a Spirit.

The Bible says in Isaiah 11:2 – It calls Wisdom a Spirit.

And that is what brings you Promotion and puts you In-Charge.

For Example, consider the case of Joseph in Genesis 41: 1-44 – When Pharaoh has two (2) Dreams that Nobody could Interpret and they brought in Joseph.

He gave the Interpretations and the Solutions to the Problems.

Pharaoh said: We can’t find any better Man to be In-Charge than this Man who has the Spirit of God in him.

Now, Wisdom is a Gift from God – That is when we are talking of Divine Wisdom because there are all kinds of Wisdom.

• There is Wisdom of Man.
• There is Evil Wisdom (The Wisdom of the devil).

But I’m sure you know that is not the kind of Wisdom we are talking about – We are talking about the Wisdom that comes from God, the Wisdom that is Pure and Divine. It comes only from God.

Daniel 2:20 tells us that Real Wisdom belongs to God.

We are not talking about tricks, deceiving the People but we are talking of Grnuine Pure Wisdom that comes from God.

And it is God who gives Wisdom to the Wise.

So, when you see a Man who is “Truly Wise” and “Genuinely Wise”; you will know that He gets that Wisdom from God.

And when you read Ecclesiastes 2:26 – The Bible says that God gives Wisdom to those who are Good in His Sight.

He doesn’t give Wisdom to somebody who will use it in a wrong way.

Now, you now want to ask me – What is the Relationship between Wisdom and Gladness? What is the Relationship between Wisdom and Joy?

• When a Student Passes his exams, he rejoices.
• When a Trader succeeds in Trading, he/she rejoices.
• if a Politician wins an Election by using Wisdom, he/she rejoices.

There is a link between Wisdom and Gladness – Proverbs 10:1 says: A Wise son makes his father glad.

It means that a Foolish son makes his father sorrowful.

There is a link between Wisdom and Gladness, a link between Wisdom and Joy because Wisdom is a Spirit and one of the ways of representing the Holy Spirit, one of the Symbols of the Holy Spirit is the Oil.

You find out that Wisdom can flow just as the Oil can flow – It can flow from one Brethren to another.

Deuteronomy 34:9, the Bible says Joshua the son of Nun was filled with the Spirit of Wisdom.

Why? Moses had laid his hands on him.

… Wisdom can flow from one Man to another Man, just like an Oil.

And so I’m Praying for all of you who are my Children – In the Name that is above every other names, Part of the Wisdom that the Almighty God had given me will flow to you today in Jesus Name – Amen!

But you know what – The reason we are talking about Wisdom today, this Sunday in Particular, the Sunday that is the beginning of the Congress is that:

• Wisdom can cause you to Catch Up with those who has gone before you.
• Wisdom can cause you who has been left behind by your Colleagues to Catch Up with them and even go before them.

1. When you read the Book of Daniel – Read the whole Chapter 1.

When Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego decided that they will do the Will of God and they will not allow themselves to be contaminated by anything.

The Bible says at the end of the day that they were ten (10) times Wiser than all the other Wise Men put together.

… They excelled the others.

2. When you come to Daniel Chapter 2.

When a King had a Dream, forgot the Dream and called all the Wise Men – Come and tell me my Dream and tell me the Interpretations thereof.

And Nobody could do that saying: Your Majesty, tell us the Dream and we will tell you the Interpretation.

He said that I have forgotten the Dream. If you say that you are Wise, let’s find out. You don’t tell me my Dreams and the Interpretations thereof, I will kill you all.

The Bible says when Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego said Please just give us time – There is a God in Heaven who can give Divine Wisdom.

They went, they Prayed, they sought the face of the Lord. He revealed not just the Interpretations but the Dream thereof.

At the end of the Day, what happened? Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were all Promoted.

… Wisdom brings Promotion.

And in the coming Year (2024); in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ; all of you my children you are going to be Promoted – Anen and your Promotion is going to be Accelerated – Amen!

Because God will give you the Wisdom that will lead you to Divine Repositioning and He will move you ahead – Amen!

3. By the time you get to Daniel 6: 1-3; you will discovered that in a Strange Land, in the Land where Daniel was a Slave; he had become one of the Top three (3) Men in the Kingdom. And the King was even thinking of making him the Number one (1) of all the three (3).

You know, when you have Divine Wisdom, the Sky is not even your Limit – Heaven is Your Limit.

If you have Divine Wisdom in your Place of work, you can end up becoming even the owner of the Business.

If you have Divine Wisdom, Nothing can stop your Promotion because your Wisdom will keep you Shinning Brighter and Brighter.

You know Somebody said – If you want to Succeed in Life, find a Problem that Nobody else can solve and then you go ahead and solve it.

Provide the Solution and then before you know it, you will find yourself on Top.

I mean consider the Man who invented some Computer Programming Softwares, Bill Gates (DMC NOTES: Technically, Bill Gates didn’t invent anything genuinely New. Instead, he and Paul Allen created two High-Quality Products that Computer Companies could use: The BASIC Programming Language for the Altair 8800 and the MS-DOS Operating System for the IBM PC. It was actually one Charles Babbage, an English Mechanical Engineer and Polymath, who originated the concept of a Programmable Computer. Considered as the “father of the Computer”, he Conceptualized and Invented the first Mechanical Computer in the early 19th Century.)

He (Bill Gates) discovered something – He got a Divine Breakthrough through the Divine Wisdom of God and he became one of the richest Men in the whole world.

You know that there are several things waiting yet to be discovered – Things that can transformed the whole world.

And God is looking for Someone to get yet another Breakthrough – And I’m believing God that He will find that Someone among my children (Amen).

Now to the Oil:

The Oil of Divine Wisdom is Inexhaustible – You can have as much of it as you want.

Remember what David said in Psalms 23:5 – Thou has Anointed my head with Oil and my cup runs over.

And as I have told you before; I have once asked God: When the cup was full, why didn’t you stop? Why the wastage?

And He said: Just to let this boy knows that there is a lot more where this Oil is coming from.

You know, there is enough Oil in the Hand of the Almighty God that all of us could have an Overflowing of Oil; Particularly the Oil of Divine Wisdom!

… The Choice is yours!

And you know that when you are operating in Divine Wisdom as the Bible says, God can even cause you to surprise your Professors.

The Almighty God can make you so smart that even as a Student that your Professors will wonder – How can this be?

I have told you this Story before – That while I was doing my Research at the University of Lagos (Unilag); my Supervisor travelled. And before going, he gave me an Assignment.

By the time he came back and he saw how much I have done, he looked at me and said: Enoch, I said Yes sir. He said that I know that you are a Christian and I said Yes sir and so you won’t lie – He said, who helped you? Because what I am seeing is not your work.

I said it is true sir! And he said who helped you?

I said “Professor Emmanuel” because my Professor is an Hindu – He didn’t believed in Jesus Christ though he knows that if you are a Christian, you won’t lie.

DMC NOTES: A Hindu is a Person who believes in the Religion called Hinduism. Hinduism is an Indian Religion or dharma, a Religious and Universal Order or way of Life by which followers abide. As a Religion, it is the world’s third-largest, with approximately 1.2 Billion Followers, or 15% of the Global Population, known as Hindus.

He said I thought so. Because I know if I said Jesus, he won’t take me serious and so I say Professor Emmanuel.

But I got into trouble when he said, of which Department.

There is a Professor that belongs to all Departments, there is a God that knows everything – He knows all Subjects!

The Best of all Professors will Probably be a Professor in one Particular area of a Subject.

I have told you that when Somebody told you that He has PhD in Mathematics, don’t be deceived, it doesn’t mean that he knows all Mathematics.

If he is among his Colleagues, they will ask him:

What aspect of Mathematics, and he says; Oh Applied Mathematics.

They will say, what aspect of Applied Mathematics and he says Hydrodynamics.

And they say I see, what Part of Hydrodynamics and he says 3-Dimensional Motion.

And they say I see, what aspect of 3-Dimensional Motion, and he says Navier-Stokes Equation.

By the time they pin him down, you will noticed that all he got his PhD upon is just a very small fraction of the Subject.

And yet, there is a God who knows all Subjects.

Make Him your God today, let Him become your Partner, let Him Pour the Oil of Divine Wisdom on you and you will excel in everything that you do.

The same thing goes for Traders, Business Men/Women – Cry to God today that He will Pour the Oil of Divine Wisdom upon you.

And you know what?

Even before the end of Next Year (2024); you yourself will look back and you won’t believed how far God had Repositiined you – Amen!

But don’t forget the Condition – You have to hate Iniquities and you have to Love Righteousness in order to be able to receive the Oil of Gladness above your Fellow.

You see because Wisdom is not just getting Knowledge, it is the Correct Application of Knowledge!

Everybody knows that it is written, and even Jesus Christ said: If you ask anything in my Name, I will do it for you – That’s Knowledge.

But Wisdom says: Is there any Condition attached to this?

And the Condition is there clearly in John 15:16 – It says that you have not Chosen me but I have Chosen you. I have Ordained you that you will go and bear Fruits and make sure that your Fruits abide. Then whatever you asked the Father in my Name will be done unto you.

God is ready to answer any kind of Prayer you want to Pray if you are a Soul Winner, and if you will do His Will, He will do yours as well.

So, I’m calling on those of you who are listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC – And you want the Oil of Gladness, you want the Oil of Divine Wisdom to Overflow in your Life. First make sure that from now onwards, you will do His Will all the days of your Life and make sure that from now on, you will be a Soul Winner.

Ask yourself a Question – I Claim to be a Christian and for a whole year, I have not won a Single Soul. What kind of Christian am I?

Change your Mind today – Become an Incurable Soul Winner and I can assure you that the Oil of Gladness will begin to flow in your Life like never before. And then anything you ask, God will give you.

ALTAR CALL

As for those of you who has not been Born Again, remember what the Bible says – It says: God gives Wisdom to those who are Good in His Sight.

He is not going to give Wisdom to the Wicked and a Sinner.

The Bible says that God is angry with the Wicked everyday.

If you are a Sinner, you are Subject of His Anger and not of His Benevolence.

So, if you will Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ today, things will Change – You will qualify for Divine Wisdom and you will soon be excelling.

So, if you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ, Please come now – Come and Surrender your Life to Him.

And as you are coming, Pray that the Almighty God will be Merciful unto you, that He will save your Soul, that He will Cleanse you in His Blood and that He will give you the Oil of Divine Wisdom Generously.

Let Us Pray!

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER

My Father and my God, I’m Thanking You for all those who are coming forward now to Surrender their lives to You.

Please receive them, have Mercy on them, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash them Clean and Please let them become Members of the Family of God.

And from now on, let them begin to enjoy your Favour.

Please Lord, everyone of them and the rest of us:

• Who will do Your Will from now on.
• Who will Please You from now on.
• Who will love Righteousness and hate Iniquities.

Please anoint us Generously with the Oil of Gladness and with the Oil of Wisdom above all our fellows so that even in the coming Year (2024); we will excel like we have never done before.

Thank You my Father and my God. Glory be to Your Holy Name.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT – THE RCCG HOLY GHOST CONGRESS 2023

At long last, the RCCG Holy Ghost Congress 2023 is here!

And this Year’s Congress will be the Best thing that we have ever seen because God wants to Reposition us.

I. It means that if you have been Poor, He will Reposition you so that you can become Rich.

II. If you are Weak, He will Reposition you so that you can become Strong.

He is the One who said so – Let the Weak says I am Strong and let the Poor says I am Rich.

III. If you have been lagging behind, He is going to Reposition you.

Because He is the One who says the Last shall become the first.

I can assure you – All those who has left you behind, you are going to overtake them – Amen.

It was a long time I was this excited about a Congress – I am looking forward to December.

I know that it doesn’t matter what anybody will say; those who will not come will not come – That is for sure.

But if they don’t come, let it be because they don’t want to come and not because they didn’t hear – You don’t want to be Guilty.

That is why we want to Advertise it in every way Possible – We want to tell everyone that this one is not the kind of Congress you said you will watch on Television.

You watch on Telebision if it is impossible to come.

If People are coming all the way from Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Papua New Guinea and you are in Nigeria and you said that I will watch it on Television?

I have told you that there are certain things that cannot be transmitted by Television or on the Internet.

When God says there is Someone here; there are occasions when He is talking about those who are right there on the Spot

I have done my best and the rest is up to you!

But today, we are talking about something very Interesting – They call it: “Accelerated Promotion”.

1 Samuel 2: 7-9

7. The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.
8. He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among Princes, and to make them inherit the Throne of Glory: for the Pillars of the Earth are the Lord’s, and he hath set the world upon them.
9. He will keep the feet of his Saints, and the Wicked shall be silent in Darkness; for by Strength shall no man Prevail.

What you become on Earth does not depend on your Efforts!

The Elders has a saying: Struggling does not make you rich. To work like a Slave doesn’t mean anything.

If I put this in Yoruba – Kirakita o dola, ka sise bi eru ko da nkan; Olorun ni pe ko ye ni (DMC NOTES: Running helter-skelter don’t translate into Wealth. Even one might work like a Slave, it is only God that makes one to Prosper).

And if you think that is not true – Go to Wharf and you will see hefty men – Strong with Great Muscles, Offloading Cements or rice from the shop from Morning till Night Sweating. At the end of the day, how much are they Paid.

How many of the Labourers you found over there whoever bought a car? All lifelong, they Struggled.

Some of them are even rejoicing – Hey, I can carry two (2) bags of cements on my lefthand and another two (2) bags on my righthand. I’m a Strong Man.

And yet, there is Somebody sitting in an Office – Air conditioned, sipping tea. At the end of the day, he just Sign some Papers and his Allowance alone is more than ten year of the man’s Salary who has been Sweating.

DMC NOTES: The Apapa Wharf is home to the oldest and largest Ports in Nigeria. It is the fourth busiest Port in Africa. It is situated in Apapa, Lagos State, the Commercial Center of Nigeria. The Port was established in 1913 and construction of the first four deep water berths commenced in 1921. The Lagos Port Complex has five (5) Private Terminals and eight (8) Jetties. Apart from being well-known for its ports (Apapa port and Tin Can port), Apapa has made significant contributions to the field of artefacts. In 1907, an important bronze hoard of jewellery dating back to the 16th century was discovered near the city, and the artefact is now housed in the British Museum.

In the Name of the One who sent me – You will no longer Labour in vain.

The Bible Passage we read says that: God can Pick Up a Beggar from the dunghill and lift him up until he begins to sit among Princes.

I know the meaning of that – For the first 18 years of my Life, I had no Pair of shoes. My father was so Poor that Poor call him Poor. Because he was living among Poor People but they look at him and say everybody is talking about building a house and you too?

And yet by the Special Grace of God, I have visited Head of State – I was supposed to spend 15 Minutes and 5 Hours later, he was still saying Please don’t go.

In the Name of my God – The God who Promoted me: You shall be Promoted (Amen).

There are two (2) words there that we are asked to speak on:

1. Promotion.
2. Accelerated.
3. PROMOTION.

Well, we know what Promotion is all about.

It simply means: Lifting Up.

You are in one Place today; you are somewhere tomorrow.

… Somebody moved you up.

And according to Ecclesiastes 9:11 – The Bible made it clear:

I. The race is not for the Swift – That you can run doesn’t mean that you will win.

II. The Battle is not to the Strong – That you are Strong doesn’t mean that you will defeat the enemy.

III. The Bible made it clear that even the Bread is not for the Wise – The fact that you are Intelligent does not mean that you will have Bread to eat.

IV. It says that Riches are not to Men of Understanding – It is not your Degrees that will determine how Wealthy you will become.

I remembered years ago when I was still a Lecturer at the University. Anytime that they want to raise Funds for something anywhere, they say: Don’t invite a Professor.

Why? He has no money to give now.

God will have Mercy on we Academicians – Amen.

In a way that men cannot understand, God will Promote you – Amen!

2. But the crucial word here is the word “Accelerated”.

What is the meaning of the word Accelerated?

I will put it in the Language that every Market Women can Understand – Accelerated simply means: Rapid, Rapid.

If you put this in a Mathematical Language, you will say: “Rapid Squared”.

Or “Fast Squared” – Fast, Fast.

Scientifically, if I begin to tell you what it is; I will lose you.

This tells us straightaway that Promotion can be in Categories:

1. STEADY PROMOTION

That means Nothing goes wrong and you are working very hard in your Place of work and after so many years, you will move up to the next Stage.

After another set of Years, you will move on to the Next Stage.

… That is Steady – You go on Steadily!

And a very Good Example of Steady Promotion is the one you find in the case of Isaac in Genesis 26: 1-14.

There was Famine in the Land – Things were hard, and everybody is groaning.

But this boy listened to God, he obeyed God and the Bible says that in that same time of Famine, he sowed in the Land.

In that first Year, because God got involved, we heard that he has an hundredfold Return – That is Promotion.

But he didn’t stop there- He sowed more.

And so he was Great and he didn’t stop as he kept on sowing and kept going forward until he became “Very Great” – That is Steady!

2. When we talk about “Rapid Promotion” – It means that we are not talking about “Steady”. It is Steady alright but Steady at a Speed.

A Good Example will be David.

I. In 1 Samuel 16: 11-13 – David was in the bush when God sent for him and Anointed him.

He said: Hey, you are my New King.

But that was among his Brothers as Nobody was there except his Relatives.

But at least, you can say that he has been Proomoted – He used to be a Shepherd Boy but now he is a “Potential King”.

II. Because it took another 13 years before he moved from being King among his Brothers to becoming King of Judah – 2 Samuel 2: 1-4.

At the beginning, he became “Tomorrow King” (DMC NOTES: In Yoruba “Oba L’ola’)

But then, He moved on and became King of Judah.

It looks as if the Promise is not coming to Past but at long last it did.

III. Now, it didn’t take another 13 years before he became King over the whole Israel – 2 Samuel 5: 1-5.

That means that you become like a Chairman of a Local Government Area and then after some time, you become the Governor of a State. And then after being Governor for a Term, you become a President.

… That’s Rapid Promotion.

3. But that is not the one they asked me to talk about.

They asked us to talk about “Accelerated Promotion” – The one which is “Rapid, Rapid”.

And there are many Examples in the Bible:

I. Let’s talk about Joshua in Joshua 1: 1-9.

Joshua was what the Bible calls a “Minister”.

But a Minister in those days is not a Federal Government Minister as we have today.

A Minister is the Felllow who will wash your Clothes and iron them.

You know in those days, when a Big Man wants to Sleep, they have a Pot they put in the bedroom where he urinates at Night.

The Minister is the one who will take the Pot with all the Smelling things, go and empty it and wash it clean.

… That’s the meaning of a Minister in those days – They are not the one coming today and they close the road.

So one day, God spoke and said: Joshua, my Servant Moses is dead. The one who had been Head of State for 40 years is dead. And you “The Carrier” of Chamber Pot will now become the Head of State.

Read the Passage very well – Joshua began to shake.

What! You want to move me from Messenger to Head of State?

He was badly shaken and God had to say it three times – Be Strong and of Good Courage. I am the One talking to you.

Because the Promotion was so sudden and so Great!

The kind of Promotion that will frightened you; get ready for it in Jesus Name – Amen!

II. Or we consider Solomon in 1 Kings 1: 1-44.

The Bible tells us that David was Old but he wasn’t dead yet.

And then one of his sons said: This Man doesn’t want to die. I think I am going to become King if he is not going to die. I will just take the Kingdom. So, he Staged a Coup.

DMC NOTES: You can get to read this Interesting Story about the David son, called Adonijah born to him by his wife called Haggith who Staged a Coup against David in 1 Kings 1: 5-29.

And then the mother of Solomon was told that this is what is going on – You better go to your husband, tell him that something is about to happen. If you don’t move fast; a New King will wipe you out with your children (DMC NOTES: It was Prophet Nathan that revealed this to Solomon’ mother called Bathsheda, the former wife of Uriah the Hittite).

So, the mother of Solomon went into the King and said: Hey darling husband; you Promised me that my son will reign in your Stead (And I have searched the Scriptures and yet to find where David Promised Solomon’s mother that) – Anyway, the Story went on and on.

Before you know it, Solomon became a King.

This is a Wonderful Day in Israel – Three (3) Kings: The Original King (DMC NOTES: David), the One who decided to make himself King (DMC NOTES: Adonijah) and then the Replacement for the King (DMC NOTES: Solomon).

Solomon didn’t even know what was going on – He was a “Spoilt Boy”. He doesn’t even know the difference between his right and left.

That was why when he had a Dream and God said: What do you want? He said Wisdom now! I am a Dullard.

To take somebody who himself doesn’t even know much about his right from his left and suddenly make him King – That is Accelerated Promotion!

The kind of Promotion that you don’t Qualified for; when the Almighty God gives it to you, suddenly that is called “Accelerated Promotion”.

III. But maybe the one that you will understand without much Explanation is found in Genesis 41: 1-44 – It is about a boy called Joseph.

He had Dreams – God had showed him Dreams but the Dream almost got him killed because he didn’t keep his mouth shut as he told his brothers about it.

And the brothers said – So, you will reign over us? We will kill you and then we will see what will become of your Dreams.

They threw him to a Pit but God said No, the Pit must be dry as you are not dying inside the Pit.

They sold him into Slavery, God said no Problem; I am the Alpha and Omega. Let them do what they want.

He became a Chief among the Slaves. And then the wife of the Chief Owner lied against him and he landed him in the Prison.

He got to the Prison and became Chief Prisoner.

But in a Single Day, the Almighty God moved him from the Prison to become actually the Ruler of Egypt in one Single move of God.

If we are talking of Accelerated Promotion, that is a Good Example.

He was in Prison, he was supposed to die there – When they send you to the King’s Prison, you normally don’t come out.

But you are not in the Prison and so your case is better than that of Joseph.

So, if it is Possible for God to move a “Condemned Criminal” and move him until he becomes a Ruler – Move him to such an extent that all knees must bow to him.

You know that I have always said that if I were Joseph when that thing happened – Pharaoh said: I take off my ring wear it, this is my Chariot ride on it; wherever you arrive, People must bow.

The first Place that I would have gone to is Portiphar’s house – And I will Stand outside and say: Bring me Portiphar’s wife and tell her that Joseph is here!

I would have enjoyed Portiphar’s wife bowing down to me.

All those who says that you won’t reach your Goal, as a result of today’s Service, very soon they will come and bow before you – Amen!

But I can go on and on – There are so many Examples in the Bible.

IV. You can take the Example of Peter – A Fisherman.

He followed Jesus Christ for a while, then Jesus left and he didn’t get the Power that he thought that he will get.

And he told his People – Well, if you can’t move forward, at least I can go back to my Fishing job.

And all of a sudden, because the Holy Spirit fell – The “Failed Fisherman” suddenly became a Man whose Shadow was healing the Sick.

… That’s Accelerated Promotion!

But for you to really, really understand the meaning of Accelerated Promotion, you need to have a rough idea of the Opposite!

And the Opposite of Accelerated Promotion is Accelerated Demotion!

And I will only take one Example to illustrate that – Just to let you know: Thank God, at least if I’m not already Promoted; at least I’m not Demoted!

And you will find that illustration in Daniel Chapter 4.

Nebuchadnezzar was a Great King – He is Great among Great. So Great that he thought he should be god.

I mean this man said that even my Image alone must be Worshipped, not to talk of myself.

And then God gave him an Advise – Be careful, I’m the King of Kings, I Controlled everything. Humble yourself or else you will get into troubles.

He heard but he didn’t understand and so didn’t take the Advice.

So, he woke up one Morning King and he began to boast – Hey, look at my Headquarters that I built. Look at how Great my Strength has brought me and my Wisdom and my Understanding.

God said: Is that so? Alright Oh King, go and join the animals for seven (7) years – Eat with them, look like them; then you will know who is In-Charge.

Within a Day, the King got down from the Throne, went into the Flower Pot and began to eat Flower.

He finished that, he saw Plenty of Flowers on the field, remove his dress and join the animals.

… That is what is called Accelerated Demotion.

But after 7 years, because God is Merciful, his senses came back – Hey, what have I done?

I kicked against the Most High – Almighty God I’m sorry.

Suddenly, all his Chiefs who has been watching him walking about like a Mad Man came to him – Your Majesty, Please come.

They quickly covered his Nakedness, they took him to the Palace, Bath him and Dressed him again.

And he was back to the Throne – Accelerated Promotion.

I have seen God in Action – Believe me honestly, I love Him and I tell you the Truth, I feared Him.

I know that there are Bible Scholars and Theologians who says that you are not supposed to fear God but you are to Referenced Him.

I said Thank You. One of the names of God is a Consuming Fire,

Show me one Example of a Mad Man who got burnt? You will never find one.

If Somebody is raving Mad – All Clothes gone, Walking about on the Street Naked and then you said to him, put your hand in the fire.

He will tell you – My Madness has not reached that Stage.

The Bible says that God is a Consuming Fire – You don’t toil with Fire no matter your Anointing. Because you touch Fire, Fire will burn you.

I will give you an illustration:

I had a friend who is highly Qualified – I mean a Brilliant Lawyer/Judge. And we are very close and we normally sit together to eat Pounded Yam.

And then, I was travelling to Abuja (DMC NOTES: “Abuja” is Federal Capital City of Nigeria) – And I saw him coming out of the Aeroplane that I was going to board.

Hey friend, you are Welcoome. What happened? As I saw two People standing by both sides (Right and Left).

He just looked at me as if: Who is this?

Hello, it’s me!

And then one of them whispered to me – He has lost his Memory.

He couldn’t even remember who he was, he couldn’t recognise any of the children as everything has gone!

1. You need to learn Humility.
2. You need to know that there is a God who can lift up and He can bring down.
3. You need to realised that it is not by Strength that any Man Prevails.
4. You need to know that it is not by your Ability that you are still alive today.
5. You need to know how many Enemies will not want you to wake up when you went to bed Last Night.

The Bible says that it is of the Mercy of God that we are not Consumed.

It is because of His Mercy was renewed over you and over me; that is why we are still here.

Cooperate with God and He will give you Accelerated Promotion!

Resist Him and He can give you Accelerated Demotion!

ALTAR CALL

If you are here and you have not yet surrendered your Life to Jesus Christ, I beg you – Surrender to Him today as He Controls tomorrow.

And the Bible says that our God is in the Heavens and He does as it Pleases Him – You can’t determine how he will act.

So, if you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ, come and Surrender to Him now.

I will Pray with you.

I will count from one (1) to seven (7) – Forget about your Position, come and Surrender to Him.

I’m counting now!

Those of you I front, let’s go to the Lord in Prayer and talk to Him – Ask Him to be Merciful unto you, ask Him to save your Soul, and ask Him to Help you.

Tell Him that you will serve Him from now on.

Go ahead and ask for your Salvation.

The rest of us, let us Stretch our hands towards these People and call on God for them.

And say: Please Lord, have Mercy on Your Children, save their Souls Lord, forgive all their sins and write their names in the Book of Life,

Thank You Father.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION

Ancient of Days, I want to Thank You for Your Words.

I want to Thank You for Your Holy Spirit that is here today and Thank You for Your Power that is already manifesting even in our midst.

Lord, accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Please receive Your Children here, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash them Clean. Lord give them a Brand New Beginning.

As they have decided to Surrender their lives to You, Please receive them all.

Please Lord God Almighty, as You write their names in the Book of Life, let them become Part of Your Family.

And from now on, anytime they cried unto You, answer them by Fire.

Lord God Almighty, Your Children will be crying unto You today; whatever they ask for, Lord God Almighty grant unto them.

And let this Month be a Very Successful Month.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!

Shall we all P.ease Stand on our feet?

If God spoke to you this Morning, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

CLOSING PRAYER

My Father and my God, I want to bless Your Holy Name.

Thank You for speaking to us today, Thank You for Loving us, Thank You because there is no doubt about it – You are a Merciful God.

Please accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

If we have done anything at all that could lead us to Accelerated Demotion, Father Please forgive us in Jesus Name.

If we are Guilty of Pride in any form whatsoever, Father Please forgive us.

And this Morning my Lord and my Saviour, concerning all Your Children who will humbly follow You, who will humbly serve You for the rest of their lives; let the Promotions begins now.

Let their Promotion be Rapid and let it be Accelerated.

Father, before the end of this Year, let all these Your Children have Testimonies of Accelerated Promotion.

Let it be well with them.

Lord, in Your Kingdom don’t let us be missing.

Thank You Almighty God.

1. This is a Prayer of Forgiveness.

You are going to ask God to forgive you if you have forgotten that Promotion only comes from Him.

Then ask Him to forgive you.

Even though I am not there yet but Thank You because I am not eating with the animals.

3. Finally, you will cry unto Him and say: Father, beginning from now, Accelerate my Promotion.

Go ahead and begin to talk to the Almighty God now!!!

OPENING PRAYER

God of the Whole Universe, the Kimg of Kings and the Lord of Lords, the Desire of Nations; we Worship You.

Father, we are asking that You will do what You alone can do today and let this Day mark a Brand New Beginning for the Nation of Nigeria and for everyone of us.

Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!

Well, I’m reaching out to you today from the Holy Land (Israel) – You can see that I’m not in a Church Setting.

I am right now in Jerusalem because there is a World Conference to mark this Year’s Feast of Trumpets.

And it has blessed the Almighty God to make my “Humble Self” the Main Speaker during this Conference (DMC NOTES: Watch Out for our DMC Coverage of this Message).

It’s a Week-Long affair but by the Grace of God, I will be back home before the RCCG October 2023 Holy Ghost Service.

The Topic that we are considering today is: “FREE INDEED”.

Because today, we are Celebrating the Day of our Independence – And Independence of course is talking about Freedom!

John 8: 32 & 36:

32. And ye shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you Free (I Pray that any of you who may be in any form of Bondage, you will be set Free today)
33. If the Son therefore shall make you Free (The Son here means the Lord Jesus Christ), ye shall be Free Indeed.

The Bible teaches that Man is a Triniity – He is made up of Body, Soul and Spirit.

You live in a Body, you have a Soul but you are actually a Spirit-Being.

And so when we talk of you being Free, it means then that we are talking about Freedom in the three (3) aspects of a Man.

It means for example in 3 John 1:2; it is written that I wish above all things that you will Prosper and be in Health even as your Soul Prospers.

You cannot claim that you are Free Indeed if you are in Bondage Physical, in Bondage Material and in Bondage Spiritual.

For Example:

1. It doesn’t matter how Wealtthy you are, if you are Sick; then you are in Bondage.

I mean you might be the Richest Man on Earth, but if today you have Sickness or Disease that requires urgent and continuous attention of the Doctor in ICU; you will be tied down in the Hospital.

DMC NOTES: Medically, ICU means “Intensive Care Unit” – And Intensive care refers to the Specialised Treatment given to Patients who are acutely unwell and require critical Medical care. An Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Provides the critical care and Life Support for acutely ill and injured Patients.

I. I mean you remembered the Story of this Man in John 5: 2-9 – The Man who had an Incurable Disease. And only once a year, an Angel will come and troubled certain water and the first Fellow to get into the water will be healed.

There were many of them there – They couldn’t go home because they don’t know when the Angel will come.

… They were in Bondage.

II. You know the Story of Naaman in 2 Kings 5: 1-14 – He was a Successful General, he was Famous, he was Wealthy but he was a Leper.

And that “Single But” destroyed every other thing – He was in Bondage.

Oh, as Wealthy as he was; he couldn’t embrace his children until God Stepped in.

2. You cannot say that you are Free Indeed if you are Poor.

I know that some People don’t want to hear us talk about you Prospering.

But if you are Poor, it is not going to be long before you realised it.

Proverbs 22:7 says: The Borrower is a Servant to the Lender.

If you are owing the Bank, and you say that you are Free; who is deceiving who? Because the Borrower is a Servant to the Lender.

You have a house, you haven’t Paid the Mortgage; then you are not the owner of the house. The Bank can come any day and say that they want to claim that house from you.

I. I mean you know the Story in 2 Kings 4: 1-7 – It is the Story of the Widow of a Son of the Prophet. She was a Child of God but she was Bankrupt.

And so, when the Creditors came; they said: If you don’t Pay our money by tomorrow, we will sell your two (2) sons into Slavery in other to recover our money.

II. And when you considered Daniel 4: 1-end – And you will find there the Story of Nebuchadnezzar.

He was a King. Infact he waa the Greatest King of his time – Wealthy and Powerfull. But when something went wrong and he lost his Mind; of what use is all his Wealth?

If they call him – Your Majesty, it will be Probably be animals talking.

I Pray for everyone of you today – Physically you will be Free, Mentally you will be Free and Spiritually you will be Free (Amen).

3. You are not Free If you are still afraid of something.

I. The Bible tells us that anyone who is in Fear is in Torment – 1 John 4:18.

So, if you are still afraid of Witches, afraid of Wizards, afraid of going back to your Village, afraid when you wake up in the Morning, afraid when you go to bed at Night, afraid when you go to your Office because you are scared someone might have put something on your seat when you are not there – Then you are not Free Indeed!

1 John 4:18 says: Fear has Torment.

So, there is this saying that says: There are more Prisoners Outside the Prison Walls than those who are Inside.

In other words, you are not in Kirikiri Prison but there are some People even in Kirikiri Prison who are freerer than you. Because someone is in Kirikiri Prison and is safe, Born Again, Whole Physically, Whole Mentally, Whole Spiritually. He might be better than you outside who is Wealthy, Famous and you can’t even Sleep at Night because of Fear.

DMC NOTES: Kirikiri Maximum Security Prison is a Prison West of Apapa, Lagos State, Nigeria. It is named after the rural Kirikiri Community in which it is situated. A part of the Nigerian Correctional Service, its Official Capacity is 1,056. It was first established in 1955.

That was why when God wants to set the children of Israel Free in Egypt – You can read the Story in Exodus Chapter 12.

The Bible said that when God was setting His People Free:

I. He made sure that not a Single Feeble one among them – He healed them all.

… “National Healing” – In a Single Day, He healed a Whole Nation.

And I Pray in the Name that is above every other name; that God will heal our Nation – Amen!

II. Not only that, He asked them to collect the Salary that the Egyptians owed their fathers for 430 years – The People left loaded with money.

Why? You are not Free Indeed if you are Poor.

You can go down History Lane and check what happened to the Black Man in America when they said: Now, all Slaves are Free. You can go anywhere you want, you can do whatever you want.

But they had no Land, no money – They had Nothing. And so they are Free and Hungry; Free and Nothing to use to established the Freedom.

So, they ended up becoming Laborers for the very People they said thar they were Freed from.

Everything that you need to establish your Freedom, may the Almighty God made it available to you today – Amen!

But that is why you need to come to the Lord Jesus Christ – Because the Bible says that you will know the Truth. And the Truth is just what I have just shared with you briefly.

And the Truth is the Lord Jesus Christ!

And He says: If you know the Truth, the Truth will make you Free. And if the Son shall make you Freem you shall be Free Indeed.

What do they mean by that?

I. When Jesus Christ sets you Free, He heals you too.

1 Peter 2:24 says: When He went to the Cross for you, He took Stripes to make sure that by His Stripes, you might be Healed.

So, if there is any of us who are already Born Again and you are in any form of Sickness; today in the Name that is above every other names – That Wonderful Name of Jesus Christ; receive your Healings (Amen).

II. When He saves your Soul, He make sure that your Needs will be met from now on.

Philippians 4:19 says: But my God shall Supply all my Needs according to His Riches in Glory by Christ Jesus.

The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 8:9: That even though Jesus Christ was Rich – He is the Lord, Silver is His, Gold is His, the Earth is of the Lord and the Fullness thereof.

But it says that because of you, He became Poor, that you through His Poverty might be made Rich.

Propsperity is embedded in your Salvation!

Oh, when we say that He will Supply all your Needs – The meaning of Wealthy is actually that all your Needs are met.

God has His own Wonderful way of making sure that you won’t need to borrow!

I can give you Example:

1. Before I was Born Again as a Lecturer at the University of Lagos; I had a Driver because I have just come down from Upcountry and I was afraid to drive in Lagos; that I Paid regularly.

But by the Middle of the Month, I was borrowing money from my Driver to be able to put fuel in the car.

But when I became Born Again, things Changed.

2. Before I became Born Again, I had many friends who will come to my house and there is hardly any kind of Alcoholic Drink that you won’t find in my house.

So, those friends were coming and they will say that we can’t pass by the house of the King and don’t say hello to the King.

And then they will come and then I will entertained them – What will you take? Oh, “Scotch on the Rocks”; “Four Fingers” – Some of you don’t know that I know that kind of Language.

DMC NOTES: “Scotch on the Rocks” with a twist is a Scotch Whisky with ice and a little slice of Lemon skin. The Lemon skin is twisted and rubbed along the rim of the glass for an immediate taste and aroma of lemon before the Scotch reaches your tongue. The term “On the Rocks” came from an Old Scottish Tradition of using chilled stones from the Mountain snow to cool the whisky. In the 1940s, it was coined and was described as adding ice to the Spirits. On the other hand, the “twist” derived its name from the thin strip of a Citrus Peel without Pith and meat. It is twisted on the drink’s surface to release the Lemon’s Oils and aroma.

DMC NOTES: “Four Fingers” is named after an unfortunate accident – The 1205 Distillery Four Finger Series commemorates the literal blood, sweat, and tears that went into building this company. On September 29th 2014, our Distiller and owner, Brad, was cutting a piece of wood for a door of our Distillery and cut his hand instead. This accident resulted in him losing his pinky and the knuckle of his ring finger. Unfortunately, the Doctors were unable to save the pinky, but the circumstance resulted in a fantastic name for a Whiskey series. Let’s raise a glass of your favorite “Four Finger Whiskey” to Brad’s finger.

Then I became Born Again, then I discovered that as a Child of God, I’m not even allowed to entertain People with Alcohol – Because the Bible says that you give Alcohol to somebody who is about to Perish.

DMC NOTES: Proverbs 31:6 says: Give Strong Drink unto him that is ready to Perish, and Wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.

And so my friends will now come and I will say what will you take? And they will mentioned what they want. And I will say sorry, I don’t have that anymore. I have Coke, Fanta, Bitter Lemon. And they will say what kind of joke is this?

Very, very soon, all my friends disappeared and then I began to have friends who do not love me for Alcoholic sake.

Now, I have friends all over the world – I have brothers, sisters, children, sons and daughters; who love me for my sake.

And of course, that saved me quite a bit of money.

3. Before I was saved, I was regularly Sick – At least once in two (2) Weeks, Malaria will knock me down.

You can go to the University of Lagos and find out from the Health Center – Ask for my File.

Because as I will be getting out of one Sickness, my wife will take over. When my wife is getting over, one of the children will take over.

When I got Born Again, the Almighty God chased Sickness out of my family.

And I never needed to borrow from my Driver again,

God will see to it that all your Needs are met!

A Rich Man is not one who has Control of many Banks. A Rich Man is one who is not coming to you to beg for food, not begging you for Clothes.

… All his Needs are met.

And in the Name that is above every other names, I decree that from today, you will never borrow again – Amen!

And then, when Jesus Christ saves your Soul, suddenly He destroys Fear from your Life.

How does He do it?

Hebrews 2: 14-15; tells us that He became Flesh so that He will be able to die. And by Death, He destroyed the one who has the Power of Death (That is satan).

So that, all those who are in Bondage because of the Fear of Death may be Free.

What I am saying is that the moment you come to Jesus Christ, you don’t have to be afraid of Death anymore.

Am I saying that you will never die?

If Jesus Christ tarries, you will die at the Appointed Time,

If you belong to Jesus Christ, He Himself made it clear – He said that I will build my Church (And you are Partakers of His Church) and the Gates of Hell shall not Prevail against His Church.

The Elders of Hell will never be able to Prevail over you,

And He will keep you alive till it is time for Him to take you Home.

When you walk through the Valley of the Shadow of Death, you won’t even have to fear evil.

And the moment the Fear of Death is gone, you will know what is called Freedom and Freedom Indeed.

In Philippians 2: 9-10; the Bible says clearly: At the Name of Jesus, every knees must bow – Things in Heaven, on Earth or underneath the Earth.

• In other words, Witches that fly in the sky must bow to the Name of Jesus.
• Mammy Water Spirit, Evil Force and it doesn’t matter where they are coming from; at the Name of Jesus, they must bow.

And you know what?

They recognised you! All those evil forces would say clearly: Jesus will know and we know His Children.

When Jesus Christ comes into your Life, Fear disappears!

And the Bible tells us in Ephesians 1: 19-22 – It tells us that Jesus Christ is seated far above Principalities and Powers.

And God has put everything under His feet – All these evil forces are under your feet if you are a Child of God because the feet is the Lowest Part of the Body.

So, even if you are at the lowest Part of the Body of Jesus Christ, all these evil forces are still under you.

Oh, we used to sing when I was a Younger Christian – We say: All those who has been saved will shout Hallelujah.

We say why? Because we can step on Death, Demons, Evil Forces.

And you know what? The evil Forces know it.

In case you don’t know, so know now.

So, when you are in Christ, then you know the meaning of “True Freedom” or “Free Indeed”.

And you know that what is applicable to the Individual can become applicable to a Nation because a Nation is made up of Individuals.

That is why you must join Forces together as much as Possible as to bring Salvation to our Nation by bringing as many Souls as Possible because whosoever the son shall set Free shall be Free Indeed.

That is why you have a responsibility to keep Praying for your Nation, to keep Praying for Individuals that are yet to be saved – That God will save their Soul.

And the more of us that are saved, the easier it will be for everyone of us to say that we are now Free Indeed.

You can be enjoying Independence from the Colonial Masters and still be a Slavery to Sickness, Poverty, Terror, Forces of Darkness.

But if you will come to the Son, the Son will set you “Absolutely Free”.

I am wishing you a very Good Celebration!

But more than anything else, I wish all of you who are already in Christ – Freedom and Freedom Indeed!

ALTAR CALL

For those of you who are yet to Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ, I invite you to come – Come and taste the Lord and see that He is Good.

You can always use me as an Example – If you consider all my responsibilities, if you consider how many thousands of Kilometers I have to travel Day and Night; and you consider the fact that by the Special Grace of God, my Blood Pressure (BP) remains Normal.

Then you will know that it Pays to belong to Jesus Christ.

Because whatever the Son shall set Free, shall be Free Indeed – Fear from Sickness, Poverty, Fear (Fear Physically, Materially and Spiritually).

That can be your Portion too if you will Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ; then you can begin to enjoy that from this moment onwards.

So, if you want to Surrender your Life to Jesus Chris; if you will bow your Head now – Call on Him to save your Soul, then He will do so.

And I will Pray for you even right now.

So, those of you who want to give your Life to Jesus Christ, will you go to the Altar? – And move very quickly.

And Pray as you are moving forward that the Almighty – The Truth l, will set you Free today, that He the Son will set you Free Indeed.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER

My Father and my God, I want to Thank You.

I want to give You all the Glory and Honour for Your Words and I want to Thank You for those who are moving forward now to Surrender their lives to You.

Father, Please receive everyone of them, Oh Lord save their Souls, let Your Blood wipe away their sins and let them become “True Children” of the Living God.

As they join Your Family today, my Father and my God, let them become “Absolutely Free”, let them become “Free Indeed” and let them enjoy that Freedom until we all see You in Glory,

Thank You my Father and my God.

For in Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Pray the Lord – Hallelujah!

For the rest of us, we now go ahead and thank the Almighty God for the Freedom that we have enjoyed all these years. And Pray that we will continue to enjoy that Freedom Forever.

GENERAL PRAYERS

1. As we learnt Last Friday Night (1st September 2023, during The RCCG September 2023 HGS); the Secret of Multiple Wonders is Gratitude.

God has been Good to us and if we want Him to do more, then we should Praise Him for what He had already done.

He did Extremely well during our Convention (The 71st RCCG Annual Convention 2023) and we need to Praise Him.

So, let’s go ahead – Let’s Worship Him, let’s be Grateful to Him.

Let’s give Him Glory, Honour and Adoration. Bless Him Mightily – Bless the Ancient of Days, the Unchangeable Changer.

Oh, we Worship You Lord.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Worshipped – Amen.

2. Lift your Voice to Him and say: Father, You have been Good to me; but Please do more.

I need more Miracles, Signs, Wonders, Help, Favour – Lord God Almight, do more.

OPENING PRAYER

Ancient of Days, we Worship You. Alpha and Omega; we bow before You. The Unchangeable Changer, we Worship You.

Father, may Your Name forever be Glorified.

Thank You for the Past, Thank You for the Present, Thank You for the Future.

Thank You for Your Provisions, Thank You for Your Support, Thank You for Your Defence, Thank You for Security, Thank You for Life – Father, accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Today, my Father and my God, even as we begin in our own New Year (RCCG Calendar Year); Please Glorify Your Name again.

Heal the Sick again, set the Captives Free again, save Souls again.

For every Members of our family, my Father and my God, do something Wonderful, do something Miraculous, do something Glorious.

And for all Your Children who are Ordained during the Last Convention (The 71st RCCG Annual Convention 2023) from all over the world; Father Please pour Fresh Oil on them and let it be well with them.

And for our Students who are Graduating from the Redeemer’s University; my Father and my God, let it be well with them. Let them be Outstanding and let them serve You till the End.

And for all of us, my Father and my God; I Pray that this Month (September); will be Very Special for us.

As for Your Children who has been Faithful in the Payment of their Tithes and in the Giiviny of their Offerings; this Month (September) Father, embarass them with Your Blessings – The kind of Blessings that they will say: God, this is becoming “Too Much”; Father pour it upon them.

And I Pray that all of us will serve You till the End,

Thank You Almighty God.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have have Prayed – Anem.

Well, let Someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Shake hands with one ((1) or two (2) People and tell him or her – This New Year will be Glorious for you (Amen).

And then you may Please be seated!

This Morning, we have been asked to discuss – “UNCOMMON MIRACLES”.

Acts 19: 11-12:

11. And God wrought Special Miracles by the hands of Paul:
12. So that from his body were brought unto the Sick Handkerchiefs or Aprons, and the Diseases departed from them, and the Evil Spirits went out of them.

My Prayer for you this Morning is that God will give you “Uncommon Miracles” – Amen!

When they said that we are to discuss “Uncommon Miracles”; we see here two words – “Uncommon” and “Miracles”.

“Miracles” being the Noun and “Uncommon” being the Adjective.

So the Principal word here is “Miracle” but the word “Uncommon” there is very, very Significant.

What is Miracle?

Miracle is the Divine Intervention in the affairs of Men.

It simply means that God Controls the Universe by certain Laws.

Like the Law of Gravity – That says that whatever goes up must come down.

• And it is by that Law that River flows downhill.
• It is by that Law that ensures that if you Ordinarily try to walk on water; you will sink.

But when God wants to Perform Miracle, He Suspends the Law, comes in, does what He wants to and then He restores the Law.

For Example – When Jesus Christ was walking on water; He Suspended the Law of Gravity.

And when Peter jumped out of the boat – As long as he focus on Jesus, as long as he was connected to Jesus; the Law of Gravity was also Suspended for him.

You know the Story – But when he took his eyes off, the Law of Gravity shows that it can still be very Active. So the Poor fellow began to sink.

But as soon as he get connected to Jesus Christ again, when he cried for Help; Jesus Christ held him by the hand and the Law does not become Applicable to Peter also,

If you read the Story very well – Both of them walked back to the boat as Jesus Christ didn’t carry him. He just connected to him so that he can enjoy the same Suspension of Law of Nature.

So, as many of you that are connected to Jesus Christ; you will enjoy Miracles today – Amen!

But then the Adjective “Uncommon” suggests that Miracles are in Categories:

1. There are Miracles they regards as “Common” – “Common Miracles”.

Miracles that are so Plentiful that you don’t Pay “Too much” attention to them!

For Example:

I. Many of us don’t know that it is by the Miracle of God that we breathe in and breathe out.

And so what is Miraculous here in “Breathing In” and “Breathing Out”?

Until Coronavirus came – When the Enemies began to attack the Ability to Breathe.

If you ask anybody who suffered from “Coro”; they will tell you that it is a Miracle to be able to breathe in and breathe out.

That is why the Bible says in Psalms 150:6 – Let All Things that has breadth, do what? Praise the Lord!

II. Another thing that we call “Common Miracles” is the Ability to Sleep.

Many of us don’t know that it is a Miracle that you can just jump on your bed and fall asleep. But there are Millions of People all over the world who can’t Sleep.

Those who manufactured Sleeping Tablets is in a Billion Dollar Business – Some People, they have to swallow all manners of Sleeping Tablets and yet they can’t Sleep for three (3) hours.

The Bible says clearly in Psalms 127:2 – It says that it is only the Beloveth of the Lord that God gives Sleep.

Thank God that there are some of us – We can Sleep almost Standing Up. People like me,

Many People don’t know that when I want to do a “Long Prayer”; I go for a walk.

You don’t know the reason? – If I go on my knees, and I say that I want to do All-Night Prayers, I will just wake up in the Morning and discovered that I slept.

III. There is something called “Waking Up” – Many of us don’t consider it as a Miracle.

Many of us don’t know that when you fall asleep; the Enemies don’t want you to wake up.

Oh, no sir! I have no Enemies?

If you are Nobody, then you might not have too many of them.

Let me assure you – Even Bartimaeus, who was a Beggar had Enemies. He discovered the day he was crying for Help to Jesus Christ for Help that all of a sudden, everybody gang up against him.

There are some People who hate you even for being Poor – Not to talk of People who hate you for being Rich.

Some People hate you for being a Beggar because they considered you as a Nuisance. So when you Sleep, they wished this Fellow will just go.

I remembered years ago when Area Boys were really terrorising People in Lagos. Somebody suggested – Throw them into the Ocean.

Thank God we said No, we won’t do that. Rather, we will take them, put them in a Camp and see what the Almighty God can do with them.

And today, they have a Big Camp in Epe (A Town in Lagos State Nigeria) – We have more than four thousand (4,000) of them.

And among them, we have People who have been Transformed so that they are now Missionaries Abroad.

And the Bible says in Lamentation 3: 22-23 – It says that it is of the Mercy of the Lord that we are not consumed; its Compassion fails not because the Compassion is renewed every Morning.

When you wake up in the Morning, it is the Mercy of God that made you wake up – It is not everybody who slept yesterday who is awake today.

So, if you slept yesterday and you are awake today; that is a Miracle!

IV. Another “Common Miracle” is the Ability to eat.

All you need to do is to see some People who are “Extremely Wealthy” and they can’t eat.

Oh, Solomon told us – And he should know because he was “Extremely Rich”.

He said in Ecclesiastes 5:19 – That when God gives Riches and you have everything that you want and He gives you Power to eat Part of it.

He said that it is the Gift of God!

And then he went on to say in Ecclesiastes 6:2 – He said that when you are Wealthy, when you have everything but God does not give you the Power to eat thereof but Strangers eat and you the owner cannot.

He said that it is an Evil Disease!

You may not believe me – Maybe because you don’t have much Money.

But there are Wealthy People that they can’t eat Salt; some of them can’t eat beef. But they can buy a thousand cows but they dare not eat the beef.

There are Wealthy Peoole who cannot eat Goat Peppersoup.

Then, there are some of us – We don’t have the Money but we can eat.

People like me can eat anything – From “Boli” (DMC NOTES: “Boli” is Roasted Plantain) to Pounded Yam; any moment, any time.

They call all these Miracles “Ordinary” or “Common”:

• Who wants to Praise God because he or she can breathe?
• Who wants to Praise God because he or she can Sleep?

I met a Man – He has fourteen (14) houses in Ibadan (Cqpital City of Oyo State) but couldn’t Sleep.

He came to me and said that I heard that if you Pray for me; I will be able to Sleep – Pray so that I can begin to Sleep like Normal People and I will give you the fourteen (14) houses.

I said don’t worry yourself – Give your Life to Jesus Christ, I will Pray for you, you will be Sleeping and keep your houses.

… I don’t want fourteen (14) houses and I can’t Sleep – I Preffered the Ability to Sleep.

2. We now begin to consider Miracles that we say: These are Miracles now – Which is above Ordinary!

That is when we see those who are considered Incurable being cured – We say that is a Miracle.

I. In Mark 1: 40-45 – When a Leper came to Jesus Christ and said: Please, I know you have the Ability to heal me if you will do so.

And Jesus Christ did so and told him to keep his mouth shut – Don’t tell anybody.

He said: How can I keep quiet?

Because that Fellow who had an Incurable Disease and got cured definitely will tell you I received a Miracle.

And I am decreeing today or as you read now on the Label of DMC – Everyone of you that the Doctors had said that we can’t handle your case; receive your Healings (Amen).

II. When Somebody who had been under the Control of Demons and then all of a sudden; you came along the Lord Jesus Christ and He took away the Demons – You will know how to say Thank You because You will know that you have a Miracle.

In Mark 1: 23-27; the Bible tells us about a Man with an Unclean Spirit and he was in the Church.

He has been coming to the Church all along and the Demons had been there. And then one day, Deliverance came.

Anyone of you who has been coming – We see you under those “Beautiful Dresses”; there are lots of things that are hidden.

Any one of you who had been under the Bondage of satan; you will be Free today or as you read now on the Label of DMC – Amen!

3. And then we moved from there to some Miracles that we could called “Extraordinary”.

And that is represented Particularly when Help comes at the nick of time – When you are desperately in need of Help and the Help comes just in time so that you are not Disgraced or Embarrassed!

Psalms 46:1 tells us about our God – The Ever Present Help in times of Trouble.

I mean if you considered the Story in 1 Kings 17: 8-16 – It talks about a woman who has a son and they had only one Meal left. And the woman was ready for what she will do Next – Prepare this Last Meal; myself and my son will eat it and she has made arrangements that afterwards, we will kill ourselves (Commit Suicide).

And then the Man of God arrived and the Last became the First.

Some of you here or reading now on the Label of DMC may not understand that at all – You don’t know what is it to be in a very tight corner.

In a situation that unless God showed up immediately, then it will be “Too Late”.

If God showed up, then you will know that you have had a Miracle!

And I’m Praying for everyone of you listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC – Many of you in need of “Urgent Help”; before I finished Preaching, the Help will come – Amen!

Occasionally, I tell you some Stories and some People wondered why I kept on repeating the Stories – If you received a Miracle at the nick of time; you can’t forget it.

I remind you of the time the Convention was on – The crowd had already gathered and we had trusted God and told everybody to come and God will feed them.

And then, all of a sudden; all Money dried up and Nobody knew that there was no Money left in my Pocket.

And then my wife came in the Morning and said: Darling, we will need #5,000 today – #5,000 of those days of when the Naira was Stronger than the Dollars.

Don’t worry – Those days will Return (Amen).

I know that you don’t believed me – If the Lord that I served is still on His Throne; those Glorious Days will Return (Amen).

Maybe when that happened, you will know that there is a God of Miracles!

And then I asked my wife – When do you want it? Is it today or now?

Do you know the meaning of that kind of Question?

Nothing in the Pocket!

And she said: What is the difference between the two? Ha, a lot of difference.

She said: Today – Okay, Good!

What am I going to do? The crowd had gathered at the Redemption Camp and I had no Money – Almighty God, you had to do something.

It wasn’t long after that, that one Man came – He was just driving Past and saw all that was going on at the Camp and branched.

He said: What is going on? I said that we are having a Convention.

Oh, that’s beautiful. He said Next Year, I will be Part of it. I said: Hey, we are talking of today and you are talking of Next Year.

If God does not come through today, who knows whether there will be a Next Year.

And then, he puts his hands into his Pocket, brought out an Envelope and said in the meantime – And he gave me an Envelope and left.

I opened it, #1,000 – I said Oh God, one down, four to go.

It wasn’t long after that, that the Representatives of the Youths came – Pastor David Kuo (DMC NOTES: Now Retired AGO) was the Youth Leader then.

I saw an Envelope in his hand and then he began to Preach – Daddy, we see all the Good works you are doing. You are feeding us with the Word of God, it shouldn’t be your burden feeding us with Material.

… Give me the Envelope and you can Preach later.

Finally, he gave me the Envelope – I opened it; #2,000. I blessed them and they left.

… Three down; two to go!

It wasn’t long after that I sent for my wife because other Sources came – I could swagger and say: By the way, how much do you say you need?

In the Name of the One who Called me – Everyone of you in Need of Help; you will get that Help today (Amen).

4. And then we now come to the Topic of Today – “Uncommon Miracles”.

That is a Miracle that are totally Unusual!

The Bible refers to it as Special – God Performed Special Miracles by the hands of Paul.

When you read Joshua 10: 12-14 – The Bible tells us that Joshua was fighting the battle of the Lord and the Sun was about to Set. And if the Sun Sets, the Enemies will escape.

I decree to Someone here today or reading now on the Label of DMC – Your Enemies will not escape (Amen).

So, Joshua raised his hands to God – Ha, I don’t want those Enemies to escape.

So Sun, don’t Set; Moon stay where you are as I still have works to do.

The Bible said that the Sun Stood Still for almost a Day!

And in case you think that it is just like that and nothing happened – When Science got to a Stage; Man wanted to send Man to the Moon and they had to do some Calculations.

They discovered that a Day was missing from the Day the Sun and the Moon began to move together.

And then, they had to do some Research – And Somebody who wasn’t a Christian but had read the Bible said: There is a Place in the Bible that they said the Sun Stood Still for almost a Day.

And so, they went back to the time of Joshua and they discovered that Oh yes, there was a Day – It was just that it was not exactly 24 hours. It was 23 hours 45 Minutes.

So, there is still 15 Minutes missing.

And the same Fellow said there seems to be a Story of a King who was Sick and God decided to heal him.

And there was a Sign – God said that I will let the Sun go back for 15 Degrees.

And they put the time then to the time of Joshua and get 24 hours – And the Calculation becomes easy.

I’m a Scientist but I’m also a Child of God and so I know the Truth.

Joshua said to the Sun – Don’t Set until I finished my Assignment.

In the Name that is above every other name; the Sun won’t Set today until you get your Breakthrough – Amen!

Now the Bible wrote it there – It said that there had never been a Day like that before after.

I decree for Someone today or reading now on the Label of DMC – What God will do for you today; it will be something that has never happened (Amen).

5. Let me move even a Step further – You know that there are Miracles and there are Miracles. But there are Miracles that are difficult to Share.

God can give you a Miracle that you yourself will know that if I tell People that God did this for me, they won’t believed me.

… Miracles that are difficult to Share!

Read Genesis 21: 5-7 – Sarah said: Who will ever believed that Sarah will give birth to a child to Abraham?

Do you know what she was saying?

I was 90 years Old, my husband is 100 years Old; who will believed that God can Perform a Miracle and give a Child to a Couple like that?

And I am bringing this one forward because this Particular Month (September) is Specifically for those Trusting God for the Fruit of the Womb – It doesn’t matter what Science may say; a Testimony that will be difficult to believe, God is going to give it to you (Amen).

When I began to see the way People reacts when I share some Testimonies, I decided that there are some Testimonies I will just keep to myself.

I Parked my car somewhere in Surulere (A Town in Lagos State Nigeria) . And then, I finished what I wanted to do and I went to my car and about to open the door.

And I felt a very “Big Hand” Slammed me against my car – It flattened me against the car.

I was about to say: Who did that? When all of a sudden, one car came round the corner, flashed pass me so closely that I could feel the wind on my dress.

If I had moved just one Centimetres (1cm) back; I won’t be here today.

But when you tell People that kind of Story, do you know what they will say?

A hand Slammed you against your car in Surulere ? – Yes!

Is it during the Day or at Night?

Are you saying that God came down from Heaven? And with His Mighty Hands Protected you from “Instant Death”?

Or are you saying maybe some Angels walking about helped you?

They will tell you: Sir/Ma, we don’t believed you!

One Young Man shared a Testimony sometimes ago – Poor boy, and they don’t believed him.

What he said was that his wife had died and he told them to Embalmed her and not to bury yet as he will be with them as soon as Possible to use the Handkerchief that we had Anointed.

And then before he could get Permission from work, and by the time he got home; she had been dead for eleven (11) days.

And then, He got there, carried the baby of the woman, went in to where she was laid and put the Handkerchief on her and say: Come back to Life – Who is going to take care of your Child,

Of course, Nothing happened; so he said that I have exercised my Faith.

So, he turned, the baby with him crying and turned towards the door.

Suddenly, he heard a Sound behind him and by the time he turned; the woman was sitting up in bed,

… They didn’t believed him – Will you believed that kind of Story?

There are Testimonies that are difficult to share!

In the Name that is above every other name; that kind of Miracle that you have to think hard before you Share, will begin to happen to you from today – Amen!

We are serving a God who can do Wonders.

We are serving a God who can do Miracles upon Miracles – Miracles that you won’t even believed.

With all Humility – I know Him. He is my Daddy.

And I know what He can do – He can Perform “Uncommon Miracles”.

That He can Pick a Mathematician – An Applied Mathematician for that matter.

Because in Mathematics – You Prove it, we will Believe it.

And Christianity says – You Believed it and we Proved it.

Mathematics and Christianity are Parallel Lines and they are not supposed to meet.

And God still go ahead and grabbed a Mathematician and bring him to a Level where he could wave his hands and Handkerchiefs will become Anointed and the Handkerchiefs will go and Perform Miracles.

… I know Him!

And I’m telling you that He is here today or as you read now on the Label of DMC – About to Perform “Uncommon Miracles”.

ALTAR CALL

But He can only Perform these Miracles only for those who are His Own.

That is why those of you who are not a Child of God, you don’t know what you are missing.

I am telling you – When a Mathematician tells you that this is True; you better believe it because we live by Proofs.

I know Him – He is here today:

• He is ready to cure the Incurable.
• He is ready to make the One without Wombs to have children.
• And He is here to do what no Man will believed.

But you must Surrender your Life to Him if you want that kind of “Uncommon Miracles” in your Life!

So, I’m going to give you an Opportunity – If you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ; I will count from one (1) to five (5).

If you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ – I will Pray with you, He will save your Souls – That is one of the Miracles that He does. And He will Change you Completely.

So, if you want to come now, come as I begin to count.

Now, those of you already infront, talk to the Lord Jesus Christ – Save my Soul as I want to be one of Your Children. Have Mercy on me, forgive all my sins and wash me with Your Blood so that I an become Part of the Family of God.

And the rest of us; Please, Stretch your hands towards these People – And ask that the Almighty God will save their Souls – The One who saved your own Soul should save their own Souls also.

And that God will give them Genuine Salvation.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER

Oh Father, we Thank You for Your Words – We give You all the Glory, all the Honour for Your Words and for these People who has decided to come forward for Salvation.

Please Lord, save their Souls, have Mercy on them, let Your Blood wash away their sins, write their names in the Book of Life.

Let them become Your Children and let them begin to enjoy “Uncommon Miracles”.

From now on, anytime they Call on You, Please answer them by Fire.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

How many of you believes that God will answer your Prayers today or as you read on the Label of DMC?

Then Stand on your feet and shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

You will lift your Voice to Him (God) and say: Father, I Thank You for the Miracles of the Past – Miracles of Breathing In and Out, Sleeping, Waking Up, Eating etc. But I need “Uncommon Miracles”.Please, Perform them for me!

Go ahead and speak to the Lord!!!
