BIBLE TEXT: MALACHI 4:2
Beloved, I want to welcome you to this Great Event that is starting today.
The Great Event put together by our father in the Lord, Daddy E.A Adeboye- to impact your life.
And the Theme for this Programme is: THE BRIGHT AND MORNING STAR.
It is interesting to note that the Old Testament ends with Christ as:
“The Sun of Righteousness rising with Healing in His Wings” – Malachi 4:2
And the New Testament closes with this Title – “I Am the Bright and Morning Star.”
The commencement of the First (1st) Advent was heralded by the appearance of a Shining Star that directed the Wise men to the Birth Place of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Whenever God is about to cause a Major SHIFT in the affairs of men, the Morning Star will shine forth.
Apostle Paul witnessed a MAJOR Turn Around in his life when he encountered the Shining Light of the Bright and Morning Star – on the road to Damascus.
For God to have given our father in the Lord, Daddy E.A Adeboye; “The Bright and Morning Star” to be the THEME for this Year’s YOUTH Convention; it is because God is about to cause a SHIFT in the affairs of men.
And those who will KEY into every aspects of this Programme from the beginning to the end, are going to be: SHINING like the Brightness of the firmament
According to Daniel 12:3; the Scriptures says there: “And they that be Wise shall Shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.”
Jesus Christ Himself is the Bright and Morning Star. According to Revelation 22:16.
He is:
- The Gift and the Giver of the Morning Star.
- The Promise and the Promise Giver of the Morning Star.
- The Power and the Power Giver; The Light and the Light Giver; The Life and the Life Giver; the Love and the Love Giver.
So, I want everyone of you to get ready for what God is about to do in your life.
This Greatest Gift and Giver of Light is WILLING and READY to SHINE His Light upon your darkness.
Weeping may have endured in the Past Years of your life; but you are about to break forth into Joy, into singing – According to Psalms 30:5.
God has inspired our father in the Lord to Prepare every aspects of this Programme;
And I Promise you, your life will never remain the same again, if you “KEY IN”.
So, on behalf of our father in the Lord, Pastor E.A Adeboye, our Coach – the General Overseer of this Mission (The Redeemed Christian Church of God);
I DECLARE this Year’s YOUTH CONVENTION, with the Theme ‘THE BRIGHT AND MORNING STAR” Open!
