Let us pray!
OPENING PRAYER:
Almighty God, I want to bless Your Holy Name for these wonderful children of Yours – who are graduating now.
THANK YOU for being with them throughout their stay at YOUR OWN University; that Unique University that is named after You – the REDEEMER.
I Thank You for keeping them alive. I Thank You for giving them wisdom and understanding to go through the University, and come out successful.
And now Lord God Almighty, I’m committing them into Your Hands – as they go into the world.
Father please, go with them; Prosper them, stand by them. Anoint them Yourself – so that they will keep on succeeding.
And Lord God Almighty, even as I share with them for the next few minutes;
Open their hearts Lord, so that they would hear – not just with ordinary EARS; but with their hearts!
Help them Lord, to follow the Simply Instruction I’m about to give them.
So that at the end of their days, they will be people on top and not people below;
And they will become a BLESSING: a Blessing to their families, a Blessing to the Church of God, a Blessing to Redeemer’s University (RUN) and a Blessing to the whole World.
Thank You my Father and my God; in Jesus’ Mighty Name we have prayed – AMEN!
I am going to be talking to you on DILIGENCE.
And the Passage is Proverbs 22:29;
“Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.”
I will read the Passage again, because that is the Text for the little Sermon I’m about to preach now.

“Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.”
- DILIGENCE PROPELS PEOPLE UPWARD.
If you are DILIGENT, there is no way you will not end ON TOP.
Proverbs 12:24 made it clear: “The diligent hand shall bear RULE:”
It is written, and you can’t argue with that! It is written, IT IS WRITTEN.
- DILIGENCE OPENS THE DOOR TO PROSPERITY.
Proverbs 10:4 tells us that the diligent one shall be made rich.
You want to prosper? And I am talking now, not just to one (1) person, EVERYBODY; BE DILIGENT.
And you know what?
- DILIGENCE OPENS THE DOOR TO FAVOUR.
Proverbs 11:27 tells us that if you are diligent, you will begin to enjoy FAVOUR.
… And FAVOUR makes life easy; it makes success easy.
And I’m sure you probably have heard me talk about the difference between LABOURING and FAVOUR.
JACOB LABOURED for fourteen (14) years – before he could get the woman he wanted to marry.
The first (1st) seven (7) years, he got a wife, but not the woman he wanted.
And LABOURED another seven (7) years before he got the woman that his heart desired.
But ISAAC found FAVOUR; he didn’t even know when his father was arranging for him to get a wife.
He just went for a stroll and saw somebody coming, with the Servant of his father:
Who is this beautiful woman? The Servant of his father said, that is your wife. REALLY? Yes! Okay, wife shall we go to my tent? FAVOUR!
I’m praying for everyone of you listening to me today (and reading now on the Label of DMC); May you begin to enjoy the FAVOUR OF GOD -Amen!
… Because it makes life EASY.
And it is DILIGENCE that would lead to FAVOUR.
That Favour that you get when you are diligent, is as a result of the Reward of God for the diligent.
Hebrew 11:6 says God is a Rewarder of those who DILIGENTLY seek Him.
You seek God DILIGENTLY, He would REWARD YOU:
- He would Reward you with GOOD HEALTH.
Exodus 15:27; “And said, If thou wilt DILIGENTLY hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes,”
… He said he won’t even allow you to be sick.
- If you are Diligent God would Reward you with SO MANY BLESSING.
Deuteronomy 28:1-13; “if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day,”
He promised you that He would Bless you so much, you would be running away from the Blessing.
… And the Blessing would be running after you and CATCHING UP with you.
- He would Reward you with VICTORY WITHOUT A FIGHT.
In Deuteronomy 28:7 He says when certain forces choose to gang up against you; you won’t even have to fight.
He says, they will be SMITTEN before your face. They come against you one (1) way, they will flee seven (7) ways.
- He would Reward you with PROSPERITY.
He said that you will be so prosperous, you will be LENDING TO NATIONS – you will NEVER BORROW.
- He would Reward you with PROMOTION.
He says you would be ABOVE ONLY and not beneath. You would be HEAD, you won’t be tail.
When you seek God DILIGENTLY, He REWARDS you: with good health, with Victory, with Prosperity, with Promotion.
The Bible says in Psalms 34:10; “The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want ANY GOOD THING.”
Not those who seek God CASUALLY, but those who seek God DILIGENTLY. Deuteronomy 4:29.
So I want to ADVICE all of you who are listening to me (and reading now on the Label of DMC) young or old.
Follow the example of those who are diligent, and copy them.
Proverbs 13:20, the Bible says “if you walk with the wise, you SHALL BE WISE.”
But He says “the companion of FOOLS shall be destroyed.”
I am sure, if you look around you, you would find at least one (1) person that you would say:
“Ah, now I know your secret – it is because you are DILIGENT; I will follow your example.”
You would follow the example of the diligent, you would become diligent.
And when you are Diligent, your way to the Top is GUARANTEED; and your VICTORY would be without a fight.
So I am encouraging those of you who are listening to me today (and all those reading on the Label of DMC):
… BE DILIGENT, AND IT SHALL BE WELL WITH YOU.
