TOPIC: PRINCIPLES FOR HIGH FLYERS

BIBLE TEXTS: ISAIAH 40:29-31

We want to thank the Name of the Lord for yet another awesome Congress.

And I believed that there are couple of People here including myself and those reading now from the Label of DMC who are not just going to walk, who are not just going to run but will fly because we are mounting up with wings like Eagles.

And if you are one of them, will lift up your Voice and shout a loud Hallelujah where you are? – Hallelujah!

I am so excited to be able to share with us from the Word of God.

And I want to thank our father in the Lord – The Visioner of the Holy Ghost Congress.

And I want to also thank God for the Coordinator of the PSF (Pastor Seed Family), and for this Privilege – I say Thank You, Pastor Leke.

In the Name that is above every other names, the PSF will continue to leap up and go Higher and Higher in the Name of Jesus – Amen.

This afternoon; I want to speak to us on: PRINCIPLES FOR HIGH FLYERS.

Shall we Pray!

OPENING PRAYER

Father, in the Name Jesus, we want to Thank You for Your Word that comes to us. And when it comes, it comes with Power and brings about Changes in our lives .

It doesn’t just only challenge us; but it transforms us.

We ask for Transformation by Your Word, in the Name of Jesus.

Today, I ask you, Lord that you envelope me under Your Power and Your Grace that I will speak that which You have Placed in my heart only to your children, in the Name of Jesus.

Thank You Blessed Father.

In Jesus Mighty Name we Pray – Amen.

I want to take my Bible Text from Isaiah 40: 29-31 – I’m reading the English Standard Version.

Isaiah 40:28-31 (Standard English Version)

28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the Earth. He does not faint or grow weary his understanding is unsearchable.

29 He gives Power to the faint, and to him who has no Might he increases Strength.

30 Even Youths shall faint and be weary, and Young men shall fall exhausted;

31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their Strength; they shall mount up with wings like Eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

I read Verse 31 once again:

31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their Strength; they shall mount up with wings like Eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

And I want declare to someone here listening to me or reading now from the Label of the DMC that as we get ourselves ready to wrap up the Year 2020 and enter into Year 2021, in the Name that is above every other names; God is speaking to you and He is saying to you that: “IT IS TIME TO FLY”.

And because He is saying that, He is increasing your Strength, He is causing to mount up with wings as Eagles, He is renewing your Strength, and you will mount up and you will fly High in the Name of Jesus – Amen.

I’m speaking on: The Principles for High Flyers.

Now, I have come to understand that there are levels in life.

1. The first (1st) Level that a Person can be is when the Person is under the Ground.

In other words, the Person is buried – The Person can be tied.

And when they are tied; they are on one spot; they are on Stagnation and Stagnation leads to frustration.

Humanly speaking, when a thing is buried, that is the end of such a thing.

No one can see it, because, it is under the Ground.

2. The other level is that it may be grounded.

That is: It is underground. That is: it is not functioning, it is already packed up.

And I Pray that you will not be Packed up – Amen.

3. But there is is another level called Stranded.

When someone is on the Ground – Making no Progress, just in one spot.

And I remind you about the Colt that Jesus talked about in Luke 19 : 30.

He said: If you go to that Place, you will see a Colt tied.

Sometimes, People and things can be tied, and when they are tied, it means, they are in one Place, they are Stagnant.

And stagnation, usually leads to frustration.

So it is not Good to be Stranded.

4. The Next Level is walking or moving slowly.

Walking is making Steady Progress; making Consistent Progress.

Walking is Good because the Person is making Progress.

The Bible says: Walk.

They will walk.

So, there is a Position of walking.

5. But there is another Level that is beyond the level of walking – That is the Level of Running.

Running is making Progress at a faster Pace – It is about Speed.

When you say somebody is running, he is accelerating.

6. But there is yet another Level and that is the Level of flying.

Flying comes at even a Greater Speed.

Flying is much more comfortable and very interesting.

It usually allows you to get more space, because, it is not everyone that flies.

7. But there seems to be another Level – And that is the Level of the High Flyers.

… The Level of those that Mount up with wings as Eagles.

Eagles fly like other birds, but they fly at a different Level.

That is why Isaiah tells us that – They that wait upon their God, they shall renew their Strenght and Mount up with wings like Eagle.

In other words, they are not just flying, they are High Flyers.

I Pray for someone here or reading now on the Label of DMC, in the Name that is above every other names, because it is time to fly; you will not just fly, you will fly Higher, in the nyame of Jesus – Amen.

They Mount up with wings like Eagle’s.

Now you need to understand that there are Eagles and there are Eaglets.

Eaglets are the smallest size of the Eagles as they have all the Potentials of the Eagles but there is something that is missing – They need to go beyond the Potentials.

To begin to Perform they need to get out of the Place of the Potentials and begin to actually fly High like the Eagle so they won’t be just Eaglets any longer.

To fly high is to move upward at a considerable Heights; to move Upward; to rise to Great Height.

That is the Plan of God for you and for me – To fly to levels that are High.

Deuteronomy 28:13; God speaks to us expressly: You will be Head and not the Tail.

But I like the second one, He says: You will be Above Only!

So, according to the order of God, the only option that is available to you as a child of God is to be Above Only.

In other words, God doesn’t consider beneath for you – You will be Above Only.

If you are the one He is talking about and you are hearing me right now or reading now from the Label of the DMC, can you say a big Amen to that – Amen.

You will be the head and not the tail – Amen. You will be Above Only, you will never be beneath – Amen.

None of us as children of God will ever be beneath – Amen.

Someone said rightly that your Father cannot be the Most High and then you end up as the Most Low. You cannot be in Low Places, when God has destined you for High Places – You shall be the Head and not the Tail.

To be a High Flyer, we need two (2) Things:

1. We need to understand the Person of Christ which is what brings us Salvation.

John 1:12 – The Bible says to us that to us who believe in Him, He gave the right to become the children of God.

So, God gives us the right and capability to become His children, when we receive Him.

2. The other thing that we need is the Principle of Christ which comes by learning at His feet.

Isaiah 40:29 says: Have you not known, have you not heard, hearing is access to knowledge.

We need the knowledge of Christ merged together with the Person of Christ, so that we can reach the Level that we need to reach.

Let me just quickly bump into some of the Principles that we need if we are going to be High Flyers.

1. Positive Mindset.

A Leader that I respects greatly said recently – You don’t have a mind, you are your mind.

And that is the Truth!

Many times, we say, Oh! I have a mind. I have something on my mind – No, you are your Mind.

Proverbs 23:7 – The Bible makes it clear to us that as a man thinketh, so he is.

And I beg to say that: As a man continues to think, so he remains.

So you and your thoughts are the same – Every man is a Product of his thoughts.

What are you thinking? How do you think?

These things are very critical.

If you don’t think, it you can’t get it.

And I will say it to anyone: Once you are born again, your next most important assignment is Romans 12:1-2 – Be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

The moment we renew our mind, then our lives begin to be transformed. We begin to experience the change we need.

The truth is, if you think you can, you can. If you think you can’t, yes, you can’t.

You have to change your mindset.

There are some thoughts, you need to look at and how you look at those thoughts, matters a lot.

The way you think about things matters a lot. If you can’t think it, you can’t receive it.

Many times, you hear People say: Can I?

Don’t ask such question – Ask the other question: How can I?

It is not can you but how can you.

Because then you begin to receive the answers that you need in your life.

Think positive always. Think opportunity when you see opposition because the truth is that in every oppositions, there is an opportunity of a Higher Dimension than other.

If you want to be a High Flyer then you need to operate with a different Mindset.

Eagles never flock around with other birds – They think differently; they look at things with a different eye.

They have the right kind of Perspectives – I call it a God’s Perspectives.

Have a different Mindset if you want to soar at the level that God wants you to soar.

2. You need a Clear Picture of your future.

Clarity of your Picture is very important.

Proverbs 29:18 says: Where there is no Vision, People cast off restraint.

I often say the reason(s) why some People live their lives carelessly and do other things is because they don’t have a Clear Picture of their future.

This is what I often say to People.

If you don’t have a Vision for your life, honestly speaking, you will become “Raw Materials” for those that have a Vision – They will use you to actualise their own Vision.

So, no matter how young you are, you must have a Picture of where you are going.

God said to us: “I will Pour out my Spirit upon all flesh. And your Young men shall see vision”.

So, if you are a Young Man, don’t Pride yourself in being a Young Man – Prove yourself to be a Young Man by sharing with us Vision from the heart of God that you can express yourself.

Your Vision is how you express yourself to the entire world.

… It is very important.

The Greatest Quality of eagles is their ability to see very far.

It is in seeing what others cannot see that you will be able to do what others cannot do.

So, what do you see? – It is very critical.

What do you see of your life?

Jeremiah was asked a question and Jeremiah says: I see this and this and this.

So God says: “You have seen well”.

So, if you cannot see well, you cannot live well.

If you want to live well, then get a clear Picture of your future.

3. Well defined Priorities.

These are very critical, because, High Flyers always put first thing first – For high flyers, first thing must come first.

The question now is: What is your number one Priority? What comes first in your life? What comes first in your system? What is first in your structure? What is first to you?

Because, if you don’t put first things first, other things cannot follow.

… You must have well defined Priorities.

Hear what the Bible says in Mathew 6:33 – He says: But seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and all other things shall be added to you.

Anything that we need in life is addtion, but it starts when we put the first things first.

When we make the first thing first, then other things will begin to take their shape.

… Seek first His Kingdom.

I like to read Jeremiah 9:23 – Thus says the Lord, let not the wise man boasts in his wisdom, let not the mighty man boasts in his might, let not the rich man boasts in his riches;. Let him who boasts, boasts in this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord who Practises Steadfast Love, Justice and Righteousness for in these things I delight, declares the Lord.

God is saying: You can have skills, you can have Understanding, Understand all, Understand Robotics. Those are very good things.

But He says: If you must boast, do not boast in your skills in those areas. Boast in your God’s skills.

What God’s skills do you carry?

Make a boast in your God’s skills.

The Bible says: If anyone will make a boast, let him boast that he knows Me.

Young Man, Young Woman; do you know God? How much of God do you know?

Because many atimes, People say, they know God, but the truth is that they just know about God.

You have got to know God for yourself – That is the New Generation that we are looking for.

People who know God for themselves; People who will boast in the fact that they know God.

Because when you know God, you will know Good. When you know God, He will teach you what no one can teach you. Things that are not found in books. Infact, the clarity of your vision, comes from you knowing God and working with Him.

4. A Productive Lifestyle.

Results are critical for Achievers.

Isaac was a High Flyer because he is a very Productive Man.

He became a High Flyer because he was able to outperform the competition.

When we want to fight in a competition, we do this – We go there.

But this man didn’t bother about the competition, what did he do?

The Bible says, first of all, he sowed in the land when nobody was sowing. He was busy sowing, when nobody wanted to sow.

Though the conditions were not ripe for sowing, but he didn’t bother, he just kept sowing.

He made profits to a large extent but he didn’t stop – High Flyers never stop.

The Bible says he went back and dig the well that his father dug.

And when the well was taken from him, he didn’t stop, he didn’t quarel because he had become a Master when it comes to digging wells.

He moved on to the next well, he dug that one; they came for it. He moved on to the next well, he dug that one and they couldn’t come again – They lost their Power.

My Great Advise for you when you have competition is outperform the competition.

At the end of the day, those who are Pursuing you will be forced to stopped because your Performance will stop them; your results will destroy the insults they are bringing your way.

… Have a Productive Lifestyle – God wants us to pyroduce results.

5. Have a Process-Driven Mind.

High Flyers are Process-Driven.

The Bible says in Isaiah 28:10 – For Precepts must be upon Precepts, lying upon lying. A little here, a little there.

You must be a Process-Driven Person.

High Flyers don’t jump classes -They follow the Process of success for them to succeed.

For you to succeed, you must be able to follow the Process – Line upon line and things begin to accumulate on your account.

The Quality of the Process a man takes, will determine Part of his life.

Be a Process-Driven Person, follow the Process, go through the Process because the Process will always give you the result that you desire.

6. They live a life of Purity.

Daniel, another High Flyer says in Daniel 1:8 – I’ m not going to allow myself to defile myself with what is not supposed to be for me. I will not take a Portion that is not mine. I will not take what doesn’t belong to me, because, I know anytime I take what doesn’t belong to me, I deny myself what actually belongs to me.

I may take something, but what I’m taking is less than what I should have received.

So, Daniel says: I will not defile myself.

Because, the truth is that anytime you defile yourself, you deny yourself.

Those that defile themselves deny themselves.

… So live a pure life!

Proverbs 22:11 says: He love the Purity of life and he whose Zpeech is Gracious, will have the King as his friend.

Do you want to be in the company of the Place where High Flyers are?

The Bible says: If you love purity of heart and your Speech is Gracious, you will have Kings as your friends.

So, stop looking for friendship with Kings – What should you do? Purity of hearts.

7. The Final Point that I will share with you is that they are Prayerful People.

Now, we need to Power Up – Anytime you want to Fly High, Power Up.

It takes “More Power” to Fly Higher.

A car requires Power, but the Power that a Plane requires is more than that which a car requires.

But the Power which a rocket requires is actually Greater.

That is why the rocket can go to Places where the Plane cannot go.

You need to Power Up.

Jabez was on the ground when he realised that he needs to Power Up.

He went to the Place of the Prayer – 1 Chronicle 4: 9-10.

And he called upon the Name of the Lord.

When he Prayed, the Bible says, God helped him.

I believed that as you Pray, God will hear you – Amen.

Because in Philippians 4:6 says something to us there – Be anxious about nothing.

Stop being anxious about Flying High.

Stop being anxious about your success.

What should you do?

By Prayers and Supplications, make your request known to God.

When you Pray, God empowers you, enlightens you, and enlightens you so that you can reach New Heights.

Shall we Pray!

PRAYER

Shall we lift our voices and cry unto God and say to Him: God you said in Your Words that it is my time to Fly. I want to be a High Flyer.

Lift up your voice to Him and just talk to Him – Power Up yourself in the Place of Prayer because, God says: When you Pray; you are building yourself.

Lift up your voice and say to Him: God, I am ready. You have said it is time. I am ready, I am going to Fly above Mountains, Fly above Places and be the Person that you want me to be.

In Jesus Name – AMEN!!!
