We want to Bless the Name of the Lord for the Rendition of the Choir; and we believe that the God of Heaven will continue to bless them – Amen.

OPENING PRAYER
Father in Heaven, we Thank You for another Privilege to come and study.
Thank You, each time we stand together on this Platform; the Wisdom of God comes into Play.
We worship Your Name for Your Everlasting Power!
Thank You: You are the deepest, You are the tallest, You are the widest.
We Thank You for being the Son of the Living God.
Thank You for the Privilege Lord Almighty, to enjoy the Blessings of the Father.
Today, we have come at the feet of Jesus; and wherever Jesus appears, there is Blessing.
Lord, as we gather around Your Table today to study and to look at the Light that lights everyone that comes to the Earth; we Pray that You will teach us.
Let the Word of God bring Salvation, Healing and Deliverance; let there be illumination in every areas that is clouded.
I commit my head, my mouth unto You; I will not do Violence to Your Word. And I will not disappoint the expectation of my father that put me on this Podium.
From this Particular Study, everyone that will link together or reason even as they read now on the Label of DMC will be blessed.
By the time You are using my mouth, I will receive my Blessings.
Thank You King of Glory. Thank You Lord of Lords.
Everyone that requires Healing, let them be healed.
Those who are confused with life, let light be shed abroad in their hearts.
Those who dodn’t know what else to do; Jehovah God, guide them into fullness of Yourself.
Thank You Father!
At the end of the day when we finish our race, let us end with You.

Today, we are going to look at: “NEW SEASON WITH SOMETHING SPECIAL FROM GOD.
Or you may simply say: “God has Something Special for your Life.”
Genesis 37:1-11 is the Main Bible Text.
But I’m going to limit myself to Genesis 317:1-5:
1 And Jacob dwelt in the land wherein his father was a Stranger, in the land of Canaan.
2 These are the Generations of Jacob. Joseph, being seventeen years old, was feeding the flock with his Brethren; and the lad was with the sons of Bilhah, and with the sons of Zilpah, his father’s wives: and Joseph brought unto his
ther their evil report.
3 Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age: and he made him a coat of many colours.
4 And when his Brethren saw that their father loved him more than all his Brethren, they hated him, and could not speak Peaceably unto him.
5 And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his Brethren: and they hated him yet the more.
The Lord bless the reading and hearing of His word, in the Name of Jesus – Amen.
Let me say to you: It doesn’t matter what you are seeing, it doesn’t matter what you have Packaged in your Dream;God has a much more BETTER Package than you can ever imagine.
The Story of an Evangelist comes to me: He had two (2) children. Whenever he travelled he brings them cookies and candies.
But on one occasion, he forget to buy those things. And so when his children rushed to greet him, he said: Today, I didn’t buy any cookies.
… But after now we will go to the Store so you can pick ANYTHING you want.
And so after, he took them to the Store and they got to the Cookies Section; the Children said: Ah, see cookies.
But the father said: “Let’s walk round and examine the Store.”
They got to a Section, two (2) Bicycles were hanging on the wall. The Children looked at the bicycles; the father said: “Do you like it?”
And the children said: Yes of course!
He said: ‘Go and get it.’ And their Daddy Paid.
Now, they were expecting cookies, but their daddy gave them.something much more than cookies.
… Now, God has something MUCH MORE.
The Plan of God for us is MUCH MORE than we can ever imagined!
We may formulate our Plans, we may have something we want to do: but I like you to know that God Himself has a Special Plan for us; He has something MUCH MORE better!
And the LIFE OF JOSEPH illustrates this truth.
The Life of Joseph DEMONSTRATES FOUR (4) FACTS and I will be zeroing in on those Four (4) Facts today.
It doesn’t matter how depressed you are, it doesn’t matter what the critics may have been saying to you, it doesn’t matter what you even think about yourself; it’s a New Season and God has something Special for you.
- THERE IS A SPECIAL PERSON INSIDE OF YOU.
You are a “SPECIAL PERSON”!
Joseph was different – If you read the Story of his life, in Genesis 37:1-4, you will notice Plainly, that Joseph STOOD OUT among his brothers.
He stood out in obeying the Commandments of God, in honouring his father, in Character. Then his father gave him a Special attires but his Brethren hated him!
May I say to you: Being DIFFERENT is Socially Unacceptable. People want you to just follow the crowd.
May I say to you: The secret of the crowd is Popularity – The world tell you get along and you must get along to go along!
And these are the things the world is crying for: “Everyone to fit in.” – Everyone wants to be accepted.
But I want to say to you: It is very okay to be DIFFERENT.
While the world is talking about conformity, the Bible gives us a different Message. The Bible warns us against conformity.
Romans 12:1 says: “Do not let the world Press you into the mould.”
… That’s my own interpretation.
I mean, you need to be different because you are DIFFERENT.
But those who want to follow the Normal Crowd; they worship with the Saints, they also Groove with Sinners.
… This ought not to be so!
Daniel at the age of seventeen (17) took a Stand which is equivalent to ‘Social Suicide.’ – He determined in Daniel 1:8: “He would not go along the Path of others.”
He did the same thing when there was a decree that they should not Pray to God but the King – Daniel chose to be different!
As a result, God blessed him.
All I am saying is: “Don’t fit into anybody’s mould – YOU ARE DIFFERENT!”
And if you are living your Life as such, you are sure of receiving the blessing.
Make up your mind, because you are different, and that He loves you!
You are going to His Heaven to live with Him Eternally.
So realize and recognize that you an individual and you are Unique!
There is a SPECIAL PERSON INSIDE OF YOU: Infact, you are Special, because the Greater One lives in you.
1 John 4:4 – Different!
2 Corinthians 5:17 says: “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a New Creature: Old Things are Passed away; behold, all Things are become New.”
… So, there is a Special Person inside of you!
- THERE IS A SPECIAL PLAN FOR YOU.
Genesis 37:5; now this Verse tells us that Joseph dreamt a dream. In his dream, the Lord revealed the future to Joseph.
In that dream, God showed Joseph that all Resources (that is the Sheaves) and all Rulers (that is the Stars of the world) would bow at his feet.
So, God has a Special Plan for the Life of Joseph; and He has a Special Plan for your Life.
Sadly, many People lack Faith and Patience to access God’s Plan for their lives.
God has something for you to do, which no one else can do: He wants to work THROUGH you; He wants to work AROUND you; He wants to work FOR you!
Because you are very Unique and Special; He has something only you can do. And it would not be done unless you do it.
You might as well know upfront, that there are those around you who will want to stiffen your dreams.
You might want to know that there are those who hate you because you have a dream.
Notice how the brothers of Joseph reacted to him in Genesis 37:19: “And they said one to another, Behold, this Dreamer cometh.”
There might still be those who lack the Faith and Vision, they will tell you that your dream is inconceivable, impractical, impossible, cannot be done!
Alexander Graham Bells, the Person who invented Telephone – His father in-law told him that: “Telephone is a Toy that no one will Play with”.
That was before Telephone was invented but look at what we have today!
A famous British Scientist, Lorde Carbon said: “Radio has no future.” But look at what we have today.
A British Royal Astronomer, George Fidel said: “Computer is absolutely WORTHLESS.” But look at what Computer has become today.
In 1899, Charles Dwell, a Director of the United States Patent office made this Statement: “Everything that can be invented has been invented!”
… That was in 1899! – He was so convinced that he was ready to give up his job. He said: “We have done everything we need to do”.
Well, the very Next Year (1900), after he had made that statement; R.A Fachen sent Human Voice over Radio Waves for the first time.
In 1901, the first Mecedez Automobile was Assembled!
In 1903, the Wright Brothers Successfully flew Power Airplane!
In 1904, the Photo Electric cell was Developed!
All of these were done just five (5) years after the man who was an Authority in Science – Mr. Dwell said: “Nothing has been left to be invented”.
But regardless of what your critics say: Never let anyone KILL YOUR DREAM.
Proverbs 29:18 says: “Where there is no Vision, the People Perish: but he that keepeth the Law, happy is he.”
It was the truth – that God had Plans for Joseph, that sustained him when he was a slave in Egypt, and when he left the Prison.
May I say to you that: What you are going through is with the Knowledge of God; and it is Part and Parcel of the Plan of God for your life.
Now, it may look like hell on Earth but that is Part of the things God had Packaged.
Always remember, you are a Special Person, created for Special Purpose.
Often, during these “Trying Times”; when it looks as if our Dream is all we have got; you need to know that you are a Special Person.
Because the Special Person is inside of you, and you have a Special Plan.
- THERE IS A SPECIAL PROBLEM FOR YOU.
Genesis 37:18-36; the life of Joseph was full of Problems and Trials.
Have you ever asked: ‘Why this?’ – It is because your Future is Great!
Look at Genesis 37:18 – His brothers conspired against him. And in Verse 21, he was thrown into a Pit. In verse 24, he was sold into Slavery.
In Genesis Chapter 39, Joseph was falsely accused of Rape (which he was innocent of). And in Genesis Chapter 40, he was thrown into Prison.
Joseph was FORSAKEN by his family; FORGOTTEN by his friends. And FRUSTRATED by his Failure.
Please, remember that all these things that happened to Joseph were just the Plan of God! – God was working on him.
This is a “Bitter Pill” to swallow, but it is true. Life is unfair – it’s not fair to anyone
If the Lord’s Glory Himself (Jesus Christ) came to the Earth to do Good, to heal, to deliver and to bring Light. If He was Crucified, then what makes you think that life will treat you fairly?
While all these things were happening to Joseph, who was not guilty at all (other than obeying the word of God).
That can be found in Genesis 50:20 – The brothers forged a letter, and they said: before our father died, he said you should forgive us.
… He laughed!
He said: You meant it for evil; all what God has Prepared for! All the steps were leading to something else.
Okay! Now I remembered Romans 8:28 – “And we know that ALL THINGS work together for Good to them that love God, to them who are Called according to His Purpose.”
Let me say this: When God said all things would work together; there are Packages that God has put in Place in order to take you where you are going.
Maybe He wants you to eradicate something, maybe He wants to show you how to manage that Particular level He is taking you to.
When you look at Joseph; while he was going through all the Problems; God was teaching him Different Stages of Development.
There is a difference between growing OLD and growing UP – Some People are growing old but they are not growing up.
So, we need to remember that God is doing great things in our lives, and He is always working to bring us Greatness.
When you know this, anytime you are in a Storm, you will remember that God is working for you.
Anytime you are having challenges, God is guiding you –
Psalms 37:23.
Whenever you are going through a Challenge, God is Guaging you; He is measuring your Growth.
God is far more concerned about how we react to what we face than what we face – Psalms 105:17-19.
God is growing You!
God is not concerned about delivering you out of the mess; but he wants you to grow out of that mess.
So that you will become a Master and also be able to help others.
Remember, whatever you face (anything in this world) – Whether Deep Valley or Dark Situation; it doesn’t matter how heavy the load may be: God is merely allowing them in your life, so that you can be Strengthened and help you become like Him.
The question is: HOW ARE YOU RESPONDING TO PROBLEMS THAT COME YOUR WAY?
Sir/Ma, you have delay, you have been disappointed and jilted, you look ostrished like they did to Joseph.
People who are supposed to show you love, hate you; the People who are supposed to help you look away from you.
… God is working out something in your life!
- THERE IS A SPECIAL PERSON WITH YOU.
In Genesis 39:2, 3, 21 and 23; repeatedly it is written: “The Lord was with Joseph.”
In everything Joseph faced, he had a Helper and a Companion – You also have a Helper and a Companion.
Three (3) times we are told in Genesis 39, that the Lord was with Joseph.
… Let’s see how God was with Joseph:
I. In Genesis 39:1-3, God was with him in SERVITUDE.
How can a Prophet to be, the Deliverer of a whole Nation, a Prime Minister be in Servitude?
Even though he was a Slave, Joseph conducted himself like the Ruler God intended him to be!
Instead of him being cripy, complaining and whining, and belly-chanting and fuzzy about situations; he just SERVED Potiphar and did the job he could do.
… What a Lesson!
If you ever expect to Rule, then you must first learn to SERVE.
People want to attain Leadership Position today, not because they want to serve. They are looking for what to grap and the juicy benefits of the office without nothing to offer.
“You will never be OVER, until you first learn to be UNDER!”
Joseph learnt Humility as a Servant. He CONDUCTED himself.
Sir/Ma, how can you be employed by the Government and you say: “I cannot sweat while working for the Government?”
… And you expect to Prosper with the Salary?
How can you be in an employment you are supposed to resume work by 7am; yet by 10am you are still at home rolling on your bed, or still tying towel – gisting with the children who are on holiday.
… He SERVED!
II. In Genesis 39:7-19; God was with him when he was SEDUCED.
Potiphar’s wife tried everything to seduce Joseph, but he stood STRONG in the Lord, and fenced her off all her advances.
God was teaching Joseph that no Price can be Placed on Clear Conscience – Clear Conscience is Priceless.
… He lose his clothes, oh yes! But he kept his Conscience.
God was teaching Joseph a lesson on Purity and Self-control – Both are essential to those in Leadership Position.
III. In Genesis 39:31-33; God was with him in SUFFERING.
Even when Joseph was forced to endure shame of a False imprisonment; GOD was with him and God blessed him.
Of course you know the rest of the Story: God turned tragedy, temptation, torment, trouble, into great Triumph.
God brought all of Joseph’s Dream to Pass – Teaching Joseph what God can do through all these!
And his life is a Lesson to us all.
Please, on your own, Read 1 Peter 5:6-7.
Joseph never QUIT on the Lord; he never stopped believing, he never stopped trusting, he never stopped Dreaming until the Lord brought to Pass everything in his Life that God wanted him to be!
Oh, it was very rough! Yet Joseph never weavered. He did not compromise. And did not flinch at what the Lord allowed him to go through.
… And he was Victorious in the end.
What have I said this far? – ONLY FOUR (4) THINGS:
- You are a Special Person;
- There is a Special Plan for you;
- There is Special Problem, and
- A Special Person is with you!
I don’t know Sir/Ma, what you are going through; but this is a New Season. And a New Season with Special Things for your Life.
I heard about a Young Person who has a Team. He went to watch a Football Match. By the time the Young man got there, it was already four – Zero (against his Team).
And so as the Young Man sat down near a Fan of the Winning Team; he looked at the boy and said: “You know, your Team has lost it!”
And the Boy looked at the Young Man and said: “Even our Team has not started dribbling!”
And at the end of that Game, the Team of the Young Man won 5 – 4!
It reminds me of the Match Nigeria played years ago. We were 0 – 4 (against NIGERIA). But we won that Game.
It’s not over yet!
You may be going through issues. It’s not over yet. Look at Him, the One Who was Crucified!
Keep your Dream Alive. Look to Him: because you are Special.
There is a Special Plan – Yes!
There is always a Special Problem.
Of course, a SPECIAL PERSON IS WITH YOU.
Jesus affirmed that in the Book of Matthew 28:20 – He said: “I will be with you forever.”
Hebrews 13:5; He said: “So that we may say, the Lord is with us.”
And you have Him by your side, you have Him with you – Look to Him alone!
In the Psalms 34:5 – “They looked unto Him, and were Lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.”
I believe God, you will not be ashamed. It doesn’t matter what happened to you; there’s something God Packaged you for – Amen.
A New Season with Special Blessings; A New Season with Something Special for your life.
ALTAR CALL
Are you willing to CONNECT with God? Are you willing to COLLECT from Him?
And if you are Willing; for those who are already Born Again, all you need to do is ASK: “Let this Season be over
Those who are not Born Again, Please, I want you to give your Life to Him today.
I beg you in the Name of Jesus, surrender your life to Him. So that the Purpose and the Plan of God can be fulfilled in your Life.
And those of you who are Born Again, what are you waiting for? God can lead you from that trial to triumph!
Because it’s a New Season; with a New Package of Blessings.
You may be facing Problems; but there is Someone in you – The Greater One lives in you! – 1 John 4:4.
Those of you who are yet to give your Life to Jesus, I beg of you: Please, surrender your Life to Him today.
Bow your Head and Pray with me.
And those of you who are Born Again, Pray and tell the Lord: Please, let Your Plans be fulfilled in my life despite all I’m going through now.
Yes I’m depressed, I’m lonely, I’m going through issues but Lord, let your Plan come to Pass in my life.
Bow your head, I’m going to Pray with you now:
For those who want to give their lives to Jesus, say after me:
Lord Jesus, I surrender my Life to You now. Forgive all my sins. Please my Father, I have come to You and I repent of all my sins. Come into my Life, be my Saviour and give me the Grace to serve You for the rest of my Life. I have made up my mind to go with You.
Thank You for accepting me and saving me.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name – Amen!
PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER
Father in Heaven, we Thank You for all the People who have Prayed that short Prayer.
And l Thank You for the People of God who are asking for their Portion from You, Who can do Exceeding and Abundantly.
Let Salvation be the Portion of those that gave their lives.
Let the Spirit of iniquity leave them; let the Blood of Jesus wash away their iniquities.
And let the Glory of God come in and take over their hearts for Salvation. Give them the Grace to serve You oh God!
For all Believers who are watching this Telecast and reading now on the Label of DMC; as they are saying, ‘Oh God, now I know, I’m Packaged for a SPECIAL THING’ – fulfil the dreams You have for them as You did for Joseph.
And Lord, let all of us make it and fulfil our Purpose on Earth and make it to the Kingdom of Heaven.
