I bring you greetings in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Today is a great day in your life: you will Lift Up Your Eyes to the Hills, and the Lord God of Heaven will respond to you swiftly – Amen.
Let us Pray!
OPENING PRAYER
Heavenly Father we Thank You very much for this Special Holy Ghost Service.
Thank You for this Year 2021, which You have separated for our Victory, for our Triumph, and for us to recieve Help.
Lord we ask that You send Your Word again into every hearts; that You send Your Word into every Soul. That Your Word will be grafted in the Tablet of our hearts.
Lord we ask, that Your Word will come with Fire, like a sharp sword – Penetrating to the inner Places of our heart.
And let Your Word bring forth Light, drive out every darkness; bring Strength to Your People, bring Life to Your People, bring Joy to Your People, bring Victory to Your People.
Thank You Father, for You will send us Your Word!
Lord I yield my lips, my heart, my everything to You: Holy Spirit, You are the Great Teacher! You are the Author; I ask that You take over, and speak to everyone under the Sound of my Voice and all those reading on the Label of DMC.
Speak to everyone that will read this Message. Speak to everyone, and let there be life!

We take our Anchor Scriptures from Psalms 121:1-8:
1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the Hills, from whence cometh my Help.
2 My Help cometh from the LORD, which made Heaven and Earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The LORD is thy Keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The Sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the Moon by night.
7 The LORD shall Preserve thee from all evil: he shall Preserve thy Soul.
8 The LORD shall Preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
May the Lord bless the reading and hearing of His words, in Jesus’ Name – Amen!
“I WILL LIFT UP MY EYES UNTO THE HILLS.”
What is it to Lift up your eyes to the hills?
The Writer of this Psalm lives in Jerusalem. And Jerusalem is a City that is surrounded by Hills.
One of the Hills is Mount Zion; another Hill is Mount Morah – where Isaac was sacrificed.
So Lifting Up his eyes unto the Hills – And before the Temple was built, the fathers have the habits of going to the Hills to set up Altars and cry to God.
So, Lifting Up Your Eyes to the Hills is synonymous with:
- Lifting Up your eyes to the God of Heaven.
- To make a Demand, to look up to God for Help.
To Demand for Help means to Lift Up your eyes to the Hills – Beyond the Sky.
And what is Help?
Help is Support, Assistance, Aid, Benefit. Some Services rendered in your favour.
Or, the lending of hand – Which means, giving a hand to assist you; to Help you accomplish something that you desire or to deliver.
We will therefore Lift Up our voice in Prayers of Demand; lifting our eyes to the One Who lives beyond the Hills, and the Sky for Help!
Looking up to Him fot “Divine Assistance”; for “Supernatural Support”.
WHERE IS OUR HELP COMING FROM?
Our Help is not coming from Men – Who have no Continuity; or from great Rulers or Politicians – Whose reign are Timed and Limited.
Our Help is not to come from Kings – Who have no Power over life or death; Or Great Men – Who have no Power over the Present or the Future.
They have no Power over circumstances and situation. Or Power over Seasons and Years.
These are mere men, who have no Power over Mortality or Corruption!
So, Looking Up to them means you can only get “Limited Help”. And your Help can only be as far as their Strength can go! And your Help is Limited to their Limitations.
But we will Lift Up our eyes to the Hills; our Help is coming from the Lord Who made the Heavens and the Earth!
… The Maker of Heaven and Earth, by implication.
The Lord the Maker of Heaven and Earth is our Helper.
Helping us means: Even if He has to create or recreate again for us to get through whatever we are doing; He will not fail.
… His Help can never Fail.
And also, even if He has to Uncreate – That is, destroy what He has created, in order to help us or protect us – He will do it.
The Lord will not allow our feet to slip! He will not allow us to stumble and fall – No and never.
The Lord is our Keeper – The Lord our Keeper does not Slumber or Sleep.
No! Not for a split second. The Lord is our Keeper and Protector; Watchman and Guard.
He is our Shield and Shelter from the scorge of daytime, from the sun, He will shield us, from the raging storm, and from the moon time at Night.
The Lord, Who is our Maker and Master of all Creation, shall Preserve our Spirit and our Body, from all manners of evil.
The Lord shall Preserve our Movements; our Travels, in and out! Up and down. From this time forth; and He said ‘and for Evermore!
The Lord our Helper is:
- Immortal and Eternal.
- He is Unlimited, in Time and Space.
- He has Absolute Power over life and death!
- He is Limitless in Power and Authority; He is Limitless in Knowledge and in Wisdom; He is Limitless in Wealth and in Riches!
He doesn’t need to go for any Research, He knows everything.
He is limitless in Glory and Majesty.
He is not subject to anything in Creation. Rather, He is over all Creation.
He is our Helper, the Omnipotent One! The All Powerful, All Knowing and All Present Maker is the Heaven and the Earth.
And having such a Person as your Helper, is the Greatest Help you can ever get!
I have observed some People and Persons, who seems to always get Help, wherever and whenever they needed Help.
They seems to have a “Sacred Contract” that Predisposes them to getting help always – Everytime they needed Help.
There is a commitment to them, by the All Powerful and All Knowing One to always Help them.
And my Prayer for you and for myself, is that: You and I will join in this Family of People that never ever lack Help – Amen!
… If you believe you are going to be Part of it, let me hear you say Amen – AMEN!
HOW DO I KNOW?
It seems to.me that there is an “Everlasting Contract”, there is a “Sacred Contract”, there is a Covenant;
God seems to be Covenanted to helping some People.
Hebrews 13:5-6 says: “Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I Will Never Leave You Nor Forsake You.”
So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my Helper; I will not fear.
What can Man do to me?”
… Now, the Amplified Version (Hebrews 13:5) says:
Let your Character [your moral essence, your inner nature] be free from the love of money [shun greed—be financially ethical], being content with what you have; for He has said, “I will never [under any circumstances] desert you [nor give you up nor leave you without support, nor will I in any degree leave you helpless], nor will I forsake or let you down, just RELAX, My hold is on you (assuredly, I will never leave you).
What a comforting Translation of that Scripture (in the Amplified Version)!
The Covenant of Help is Real – God made a Covenant to be a Helper of some certain Group of People.
Are you Part of them? Do you want to be Part of them?
COVENANT OF HELP FROM GOD TO JACOB.
In Genesis 28:15, God said to Jacob:
” Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this Land; for I will not leave you (for I will not abandon you) until I have done what I have spoken to you.”
What a comforting assurance from the One Who does not sleep nor slumber!
From the Limitless One, from the Greatest One, from the One that Rules the Earth; The One that is Immortal and Eternal.
Yes! The President of a Nation can say: “I will not leave nor abandon you.” What if death takes him?
We are talking about the God Whom death cannot take!
Who has some Authority over death and life.
The Covenant of Help from God to Jacob is: JACOB, I AM WITH YOU.
Not “WILL BE” with you! “I AM WITH YOU;” will ALWAYS be with you. And I will keep you, Preserve you wherever you go.
Why Am I with you?
To Help you, to Support you, to Assist you, to Defend you, to Protect you, to Preserve you, to Push you, to Boost you, to Motivate you, to LIFT you up – “I AM WITH YOU!”
I want God to be with me always; but it has its Implications.
If God is with me always, will I do some of the things I do?
If God is to be with you always: Sitting in front of the car with you, sitting by the corner side in your bedroom, in your Sitting Room, while you are walking around, while you are with your friends.
He said “I AM WITH YOU, JACOB.” I Am with you, I will always be with you wherever you go – Woow!
Every room you enter, every Water you enter; when you fly in the Air – “I AM WITH YOU.”
Do you want Him to be with you? – Then Absolutely, Clean Up!
THE COVENANT OF HELP FROM GOD THROUGH MOSES TO ISREAL.
In Deuteronomony 31:6-8:
“Be strong and of Good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not LEAVE YOU nor FORSAKE YOU.
In this journey of life, I believe God is with me. And I believe God wants to be with you.
If you are not experiencing the Presence of God, start doing something about it right now.
… You need His Presence wherever you go!
Then Moses called Joshua and said to him in the sight of all Israel – “Be Strong and of Good courage, for you must go with this People to the Land which the Lord has sworn to their fathers to give them, and you shall cause them to inherit it.
And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”
Oh, this consciousness that God is with me; that God is always with you, is Important:
- It will STOP you from doing all the nonsense you use to do when nobody is around.
- It will give you the confidence to stand before anybody.
- It will free you from FEAR.
Because the consciousness that God with with you, neutralises Fear, it dissolves Fear!
DO YOU KNOW AND DO YOU ACCEPT THAT GOD IS WITH YOU?
If you do not know and accept that God is with you, you will say you don’t know!
Now I want you to know: He wants to be with you, wherever, whenever, in anything you are doing.
THE COVENANT OF HELP FROM GOD TO JOSHUA.
He told him in Joshua 1:5 – “No man, no President, no Ruler, no King, shall be able to stand before (against you) all the days of your Life.” I’m with you!
… As I was with Moses, even so I will be with you.
He will Help you when you get to the Red Sea. He will Help you when you get to Jordan. He will help you when you are fighting Jericho.
He will Help you when there is no food. He will make a Way where there is no Way. He will bring water for the Rock.
… Because He is with me to Help me.
AND IN REVELATION OF HELP TO THE SAINTS AND THE RIGHTEOUS.
Psalms 37:25 is KEY – about God helping the Righteous. And it says:
“I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the Righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.”
… And in Psalms 37:28:
“For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his Saints; they are Preserved for ever: but the Seed of the wicked shall be cut off.”
So the Lord is not in a business of abandoning His Own.
Are you feeling Abadmoned, Rejected and alone? -No! GOD IS WITH YOU!
In Isaiah 41:19-14, God said:
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will Help thee;
… I will lift up my eyes unto the Hills, from whence cometh my Help?
“Yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall Perish. Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought.”
I will never forget the Deliverance of the Lord: some Years ago – Some Powerful People in this Nation decided that it was time to cut off my life. But God was ahead of them!
My Helper came to me right in the midst of the trouble. Before the trouble appeared, He had given me instructions – “ESCAPE FROM THEIR SNARE.”
… Many Years ago, I escaped!
Eighteen (18) Armed men came looking for me, they met my absence!
Many years ago, I escaped! They were confused, and all they tried to take from us, we recovered.
Let me tell you: “If God be for you, who can be against you?
I have had Projects that were Naturally Impossible in my location, in my condition; but when I looked unto God, He always sends me Help.
I Testify today: GOD HAS BEEN MY HELPER – He wants to be your Helper too!
“For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, FEAR NOT;
Don’t fear tomorrow, don’t fear the future, don’t fear the unknown – The Immortal, Eternal One, the Limitless God, the Boundless One, is with you, to Help you.
“For I the Lord will hold your right hand saying: let’s go, I will Help you.” Says the LORD and thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.”
Now look at the People that recieved from God: People like us; “Ordinary People” like ourselves.
Asa, the King of Judah found Help against a million man Army of Ethiopia. When his own Army was just made up five hundred (500) “Ordinary People”!
In 2 Chronicles 14:8-9; “And Asa had an Army of three hundred thousand from Judah who carried Shields and Spears, and from Benjamin two hundred and eighty thousand men who carried Shields and drew bows; all these were Mighty Men of Valour. Then Zerah the Ethiopian came out against them with an Army of a Million Men and three hundred Chariots, and he came to Mareshah.”
And in 2 Chronicles 14:11: And Asa cried out to the Lord his God, and said, “Lord, it is nothing for You to Help, whether with many or with those who have no Power; Help us, O Lord our God, for we rest on You, and in Your Name we go against this Multitude. O Lord, You are our God; do not let man Prevail against You!”
… Tonight you will cry to the Lord!
“And in Your name.” Woow! He knew the secret of the Lord.
And in 2 Chronicles 14:12; So the Lord struck the Ethiopians before Asa and Judah, and the Ethiopians fled.
The Lord will arise for you, Scatter them, disorganise them, in the Name of Jesus – Amen!
Jehoshaphat found Help against the overwhelming Armies of the three (3) Nations: Moab, Ammon, and Mount Seir.
In 2 Chronicles 20:1-4;
“It happened after this that the People of Moab with the People of Ammon, and others with them besides the Ammonites, came to battle against Jehoshaphat. Then some came and told Jehoshaphat, saying, “A great Multitude is coming against you from beyond the sea, from Syria; and they are in Hazazon Tamar” (which is En Gedi). And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord, and Proclaimed a Fast throughout all Judah.
So Judah gathered together to ask Help from the Lord; and from all the Cities of Judah they came to seek the Lord.”
We are gathered today to ask Help of the Lord.
We ask Help of the Lord concerning Nigeria. We ask Help of the Lord concerning the City we live in; concerning our Work, concerning our Marriages, concerning our Home.
They gathered to seek Help of the Lord.
2 Chronicles 20:22:
“Now when they began to sing and to Praise, the Lord set ambushes against the People of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated.”
As the Lord rises for your Help today; your enemies would be defeated, in the Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.
As the Lord rises for your Help today, all your Needs would be supplied, in the Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.
Hezekiah found Help when Sennacharib led an overwhelmingly strong Army to take over Jerusalem.
Hezekiah said in 2 Chronicles 32:8; “With him (Sennacharib) is an arm of flesh; but with us is the Lord our God, to Help us and to fight our battles.” And the People were strengthened by the words of Hezekiah King of Judah.
Hallelujah! In Nigeria, God is fighting the Battle of the Church.
WATCH OUT: The Lord is fighting our battles already. And the Lord is giving us the Victory.
The Lord will fight the Battles of your family, The Lord will fight the Battles in your Career; and you will win – Amen!
He will fight the Battle, but He will deliver the Victory to you!
So, He said: But with us is the Lord our God, to Help us and to fight our battles.” And the People were encouraged by the words of Hezekiah king of Judah – 2 Chronicles 32:8.
In 2 Chronicles 32:20-22. Let us see what the Lord did:
Now because of this; King Hezekiah and the Prophet Isaiah, the son of Amoz, Prayed and cried out to Heaven. Then the Lord sent an Angel (just an Angel) who cut down every Mighty Man of Valour, Leader, and Captain in the Camp of the king of Assyria.
The Lord will dispatch His Angels tonight, to cut down all your enemies, from any direction – Amen; Pull down all the barriers, all the barricades. everything stopping you from actualizing, the Lord will pull them down – Amen; everything stopping you from rising, the Lord will Pull them down – Amen; every Opposition that say you will not make it, the Lord will Pull them down – Amen!
And this is the Night!
So what happened? – The Angel came down, struck those men. And one hundred and eighty five Thousand (185,000) Men died.
… They slept and never woke up!
So he returned shamefaced to his own land. And when he had gone into the Temple of his god, some of his own offspring struck him down with the sword there.
22 Thus the Lord saved Hezekiah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of Sennacherib the king of Assyria, and from the hand of all others, and guided them on every side.
HOW DO YOU ACTIVATE THE COVENANT OF EVERLASTING HELP?
How can I be part of this Covenant? I need Help quickly. I need Help like yesterday; in my work – shame is already coming, I need Help. I need Deliverance in my Marriage, indeed Help to Pay my bills.
Listen, Psalms 115:11 says: “You who fear the Lord, trust in the Lord; He is their Help and their Shield.”
Psalms 37:30-31 says: “The mouth of the Righteous speaks wisdom, And his tongue talks of justice. The Law of his God is in his heart; None of his steps shall slide.”
Psalms 37:39-40 says: “But the Salvation of the Righteous is from the Lord; He is their Strength in the time of trouble. And the Lord shall Help them and deliver them; He shall deliver them from the wicked, And save them, Because they trust in Him.”
And Psalms 124:7-8 says: “Our Soul has escaped as a bird from the snare of the fowlers; The snare is broken, and we have escaped. Our help is in the Name of the Lord, Who made Heaven and Earth.”
Psalms 146:5-6 says: “Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his Help, Whose Hope is in the Lord his God, Who made Heaven and Earth, The sea, and all that is in them; Who keeps truth forever,”
And don’t forget – For He has said: “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5-6).
So take these Seven (7) Steps if you want Help from Above?
- Go to God in True Repentance by Faith, and become a child of God.
Repent of your sins, confess and forsake them. Run away from those evil things. Believe the Lord Jesus and accept Jesus Christ, the Son of God as your Lord and Saviour.
Choose to follow Jesus for the rest of your Life.
- Keep having the Law of God written upon your heart.
How do you do that?
Study the Word of God, Meditate on it, be in Bible Study, be in Fellowship, hear the word Continuously.
… Read, Study!
- Walk in the Fear of God.
That is, be conscious that God is with you. And start honouring Him, by refusing to do whatever He does not want, and doing only what He wants.
- Speak in Faith and Love.
Speak Righteousness, speak Wisdom.
How? – Make the Word of God your conversation.
… Always speak in Love and Faith.
- Trust in the Lord and make Him your Hope and Confidence.
See: Men will fail, men will die, things will change, circumstances will collapsed; but God is an Unchanging God in a Changing World.
… Make Him your Confidence!
- Trust in the Name of the Lord.
There is only one (1) Name that death fears – JESUS.
There is only one (1) Name that circumstances obey – JESUS.
There is only one (1) Name that Rules, both in the Natural and Spiritual – That Name is JESUS.
Believe the Name of the Lord and Call on that Name, whenever there is a Need.
- Believe God enough, to boldy and Fearlessly declare God as your Helper.
Believe God enough, to say: ‘Look, God is my Helper;’ I know He will not abandon me, I know there is a way for me, I am going to make it, the Lord is with me – Boldly declare it!
Joshua and Caleb spoke boldy, Gideon spoke boldly, Jehoshaphat spoke boldy, Hezekiah spoke boldy;
David spoke boldy, and he confronted Goliath. He had a Bold Declaration. No wonder, God kept to his Psalms.
ALTAR CALL
I know you are ready to give your life to Jesus Christ, I know you are willing to surrender. I know you want Help from Above.
Before we activate the Covenant of Help, those of you who want Help from Above, Please indicate wherever you are reading this Message on the Label of DMC.
Those of you who are surrendering your life, say after me:
I (fix your Name) MAKE A COMMITMENT TODAY TO ACCEPT THE GOD ALMIGHTY AS MY GOD AND FATHER.
I AM SORRY FOR ALL MY SINS, I REPENT SINCERELY OF ALL MY WRONG. FORGIVE ME OH LORD, AND DELIVER ME FROM ALL UNGODLINESS.
I CONFESS MY FAITH IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. I BELIEVE, THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD. AND I ACCEPT HIM AS MY SUBSTITUTE, AS THE LAMB OF GOD WHO CAME TO TAKE AWAY MY SINS.
I BELIEVE THAT JESUS DIED TO TAKE AWAY MY SINS. AND HE ROSE FROM THE DEAD IN VICTORY OVER SIN, OVER DEATH AND OVER SATAN.
I THEREFORE CONFESS, AND ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS MY LORD AND SAVIOUR. I ALSO RECIEVE FORGIVENESS FOR ALL MY SINS.
AS GOD HAS PROMISED; THAT IF I CONFESS MY SINS AND FORSAKE THEM, I SHALL HAVE FORGIVENESS FOR ALL MY SINS.
AND I CONFESS, IN THE NAME OF JESUS: I AM FORGIVEN AND MY SINS ARE CANCELLED.
THANK YOU FATHER, THANK YOU JESUS CHRIST. I AM NOW A CHILD OF GOD. AND I BELIEVE THAT I HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.
BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST, THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD.
HALLELUJAH, I AM FORGIVEN. HALLELUJAH, I AM SAVED.
… I will Pray for you!
PRAYER FOR SALVATION.
In the Name of Jesus Christ, and by the Authority on the Blood of Jesus, I declare: YOUR SINS ARE FORGIVEN.
Because of your Declarations today, your names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
Because if this Confession and this Faith of yours; you receive Eternal Life.
Thank You Father!
Preserve these ones, so that at Your Appearance Lord, all of us shall be together with You.
In Jesus’Name we Pray – Amen!
Now, for everyone Activating the Covenant of Everlasting Help with God, I am going to say this Prayer;
… Which I believed that everyone should say after me:
I want you emphatically, with all your consicousness, with all your conviction, say this Prayer.
Because, from today, Help will begin to come to you from Zion Above.
Say: I (DMC Family Member) DECLARE TODAY THAT I BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD, AS MY SAVIOUR, WHO DIED TO TAKE AWAY MY SINS.
I ALSO CONFESS JESUS CHRIST AS MY LORD. I UNDERSTAND THAT BEING A CHILD OF GOD, THE FATHER IS COMMITTED TO HELPING ME ALWAYS.
AND ALSO, I DO COMMIT TODAY, TO WALKING IN THE FEAR OF GOD AND IN FAITH. THEREFORE, I WILL NEVER LACK HELP.
AS IT IS WRITTEN, THE LORD WILL NEVER LEAVE NOR FORSAKE ME. HE WILL BE WITH ME ALWAYS, WHEREVER I FIND MYSELF.
THE LORD WILL BE EVER PRESENT WITH ME, TO SUPPORT ME AND ASSIST ME, IN ALL THAT I DO. HE IS MY SUSTAINER, MY DEFENDER AND PROTECTOR.
I TRUST IN THE LORD, THE MAKER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH. I WILL NOT BE STRANDED. NOR WILL MY OFFSPRING EVER BEG FOR BREAD.
NO POWER OF THE ENEMY, OR ADVERSE SITUATION WILL EVER OVERWHELM ME. BECAUSE THE LORD IS ALWAYS WITH ME, TO HELP ME AND TO SUSTAIN ME.
NO MAN, NO ENEMY SHALL BE ABLE TO STAND BEFORE ME, ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE. THE LORD WILL NEVER LEAVE ME NOR FORSAKE ME – HE DOES NOT FORSAKE HIS CHILDREN.
THE RIGHTEOUS HAS NEVER BEEN FORSAKEN, NEITHER THEIR SEED BEEN LEFT TO BEG FOR BREAD.
HE HIMSELF HAS SAID: “I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU.”
SO I BOLDLY DECLARE TODAY: THAT THE LORD IS ALWAYS WITH ME, AND WILL ALWAYS BE WITH ME, AND WILL BE MY HELP.
MY HELP IS IN THE NAME OF THE LORD; EVEN JESUS – THE NAME THAT IS ABOVE ALL NAMES. I AM SECURED AND I WILL SUSTAIN IN THAT NAME, JESUS .
