OPENING PRAYER
Almighty God, the All-Sufficient One; the One Who can do and undo. We bless Your Holy Name!
We thank You because You are the God of Miracles. Oh You can make Something out of Nothing. Glory be to Your Holy Name!
Today, as we Your Children have come before you again, do something Mighty in all our lives; meet all our Needs Lord and take all the Glory.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!
Well, wave to one (1) or two (2) People and say: Good Morning, God bless you!
… And then you may Please, be seated.
We are moving on to GOING HIGHER – Part 20.
And our Bible Text this time would be I Kings 18:7-8; and I will encourage you (at your own time) to read it all the way from Verse 1 to 8.
But I will be reading 1 Kings 18:7-8:
7 And as Obadiah was in the way, behold, Elijah met him: and he knew him, and fell on his face, and said, Art thou that my lord Elijah?
8 And he answered him, I am: go, tell thy lord, Behold, Elijah is here.
… BEHOLD, ELIJAH IS HERE!
After the battery had been Charged for three and half (3½) Years; now, the battery is ready for Action.
The man who started off as completely unknown; the one that when they were introducing him to us in 1 Kings 17:1, they simply said: “Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the Inhabitants of Gilead”
… They didn’t even mention the father’s name.
He is now the one who said: “Go and tell the King, I AM HERE.” – I like that!
I. Go and tell the King: the one who spoke and the Heaven was shut is here!
II. Tell your Boss; the one who speaks and Food will become multiplied is here.
III. In case you don’t know – Go and tell your Boss; the one who Raised the Dead is here.
… Elijah is here!
I want to Decree in the Name that is above every other names; that after today, you will send a Message to ALL your enemies roundabout and say: ‘Hey, come! I am here’ – Amen!
GOD CAN MAKE SOMETHING OUT OF NOTHING.
Hebrews 11:3 says: All the things that you see were made from things that never appeared.
God just spoke,and out of nothing came the Sun, the Moon, the Earth and the Fullness thereof.
God can make something out of Nothing!
1 Samuel 2:8 says: God can Pick the Poor from the dust, Pick a beggar from the dunghill, and turn him to somebody who can begin to dine with Kings.
Why? – Promotion comes from Him!
Psalms 75:5-7 says: Promotion comes from God.
So, I have Good News for those of you who right now might be considered as nothing – After today, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, you would one day (very soon) be able to say: I AM HERE; and the world will pay attention Amen.
In 1 Samuel 16:1-5, the Bible said: When Samuel arrived at the City of Jesse, the Elders heard and they trembled.
“Samuel has Arrived! – And the City began to shake.
And this was the boy, who, not too long ago in 1 Samuel 3:1-10, who didn’t even know the Voice of God.
… He had to go to someone and ask him: ‘Who is Calling?’
But in the hand of the Almighty God, that little boy now has become a City Shaker.
In 1 Samuel 17:22-37, when Goliath was terrorising Israel for some forty (40) days, David said:
“David is here, don’t let anybody fear anymore. David had come!”
WHO WAS DAVID?
I. That’s the boy in 1 Samuel 16:11-13, who was Ignored. A boy that they would not.even Present for Possibility of being chosen as a King.
Now he arrived at the Battlefront, everybody was shaking and David said: Hey, let nobody’s heart fear, I will go and destroy the destroyer.
In Acts 5, you can read the Story all the way from Verse 1-16.
But particularly from Verse 14-16, the Bible tells us that:
Whenever Peter was going to come into a Town, the People in the Town would asked: “Is he coming in the Morning, or in the Evening?”
Why? – They wanted to know where the Sun will be when he arrives. So that they will know where his shadow will be!
And then they will send to all the Town’s roundabout: ‘Have you sick People, have you People that Doctors cannot heal?’ – Bring them quickly!
Why? Peter is here!
So we can lay them down that the Shadow of Peter may fall upon them.
… And everyone that the Shadow touched, got healed.
WHO WAS PETER?
I. This was the Man, who failed as a Fisherman.
You know the Story in Luke 5:1-11 – He fished all night, he failed.
… He was a failed Fisherman!
But now, they could announce: Peter is here! And the sick will begin to rejoice.
I Pray in the Name of the One Who sent me to you: One day is coming, when you go to any City at all, the whole City will be trembling with Joy – Amen.
… Knowing that before you leave, there will be no sick Person left!
In Acts 8:5-8, Philip entered into Samaria, and the Bible said: ‘There was great Joy in the City’.
Philip is here! – Demons began to fly out; Miracles began to happen, tremendous things began to happen.
Why? – Philip is here!
WHO WAS PHILIP?
When you read Acts 6:1-5, you will know that we are the ones who gave big Titles to People like Philip – Deacon.
He was just a Table Server – Somebody who waits on the other People; who distribute food. (Laughs)!
But when God Picks Nothing, He can turn that Nothing to Something.
As my God Lives, you will not die Unknown – Amen.
In Acts 19:11-17, the Bible says: God Performed Special Miracles by the hands of Paul – So much so that they were taking his handkerchiefs and aprons to the sick and the sick were healed; and demons saw his handkerchief coming and they fled.
So much so that, when some People tried to copy him and told a madman, demons, get out; the demons said: ‘Jesus I know, Paul also I know.’
Very soon, the devil will say: ‘We know you’ – Amen.
I still remembered like yesterday, the Story when I went to visit Malysia.
DMC NOTES: Malaysia is a Southeast Asian Country occupying Parts of the Malay Peninsula and the Island of Borneo. It’s known for its beaches, rainforests and mix of Malay, Chinese, Indian and European cultural influences. The Capital, Kuala Lumpur.
And as I was driving Past, there were quite a few of my children at the Airport.
Because there were quite a few of them, I couldn’t come out of the car because I was not quite sure if I will be able to handle the crowd.
But as I was driving Past, I was waving from my window. And a man was there, who somehow managed to brush his hand against our hand as we were driving past.
… He was sharing his Testimony later; he said, I touched his hands and he ran home!
Because he had a son who was born lame and had not walked (I can’t remember for how many Years).
He ran home with that hand, and laid it on the child – “I command you in the Name of Jesus Christ, now get up and begin to walk!”
And the child began to walk.
I Pray for you, my beloved Children; very, very soon, anybody who touches you would receive a Miracle – Amen.
Sir, why are you saying this? – It’s because, you see, Paul whose handkerchief now began to cast out demons said it himself in 1 Timothy 1:15 – He said “I was a Chief of Sinners.”
If he (Paul) was a Chief of Sinners, it follows that, the worse Person amongst us would Probably be at the same level with him – If he was Chief.
You are not worse than he! And God Picked him up – Picked Nothing, and turned him to Something.
So that when Paul says, ‘Paul is here!’ The People there would know, Miracles have arrived.
You too can say ‘I am here’. Why? 1 Peter 2:9-10 says;
I. YOU ARE CHOSEN. “You are a Chosen Generation.”
You didn’t choose yourself, God chose you!
The Lord Jesus Christ says in John 15:16: “You have not Chosen Me, but I have Chosen you.”
You know it’s not everybody who heard the Gospel the day you heard the Gospel, who surrendered their lives.
There are many People who have heard the Gospel before you; and there will be many who will hear the Gospel after you.
“Jesus Christ said: Nobody can come unto me except my Father draws him.”
Thank God you are Chosen – Chosen for Salvation.
… You are not just Chosen;
II. YOU WERE CHOSEN TO BE ROYALTY.
The same Passage I am talking about now (1 Peter 2:9-10) calls you “Royal Priesthood” – You are Royalty!
Revelation 1:5-6 says that Jesus has made us KINGS. The King of kings Himself made us KINGS.
… We are Royalty! – Royalty by DIVINE DECREE.
You might not come from a Royal Family of your Town or your Country but if you give your life to Jesus Christ, you are of the Royal Family of Heaven.
If you are a Prince of God, you have the right to say: “I am here.”
… Not just are you Royalty;
III. YOU ARE A PRIEST.
Revelation 1:5-6 says Jesus Christ has made us Priests and Kings.
… You are a Priest of the Most High.
You are a Priest just like Samuel; so you can say: “Hey, I am here.”
… You are not just a Priest; 1 Peter 2:9-10 says;
IV. YOU ARE HOLY.
“You are a Holy Nation.” If you have given your life to Jesus Christ, you are Holy.
Why?
1 John 1:7 says: “The Blood of Jesus Christ has cleanses you from all your sins.”
That Blood has wiped away all your sins.
That Blood has removed everything that can obstruct your Prayers.
That Blood has removed everything that can cause you to make a Decree and it fails.
… You are Holy!
… But why can I say ‘I am here?’ He went further to say:
V. YOU ARE A PECULIAR PERSON.
You are Perculiar!
Oh, People may look at you and think you are small. They may look at you and think you are Ordinary.
No, you are not! You are Perculiar.
WHAT MAKES YOU PECULIAR?
I can spend an hour on that! But just one (1) thing might be enough.
Do you know ‘How big is God?’
I don’t know if you have ever asked that Question.
According to Isaiah 66:1; the Bible says: Heaven is His Throne, the 6earth is my footstool:
In other words, if He is sitting in Heaven, His leg will go all the way to the Earth.
The Bible says: “The h6eavens of Heaven cannot contain Him.”
… That’s how BIG He is.
But do you know that 1 John 4:4 says that “Big God”; that “Almighty God”, is dwelling in you.
Woooow! – You are Perculiar!
“Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.”
When they look at you, they see you as a “Small Boy”, “Small Girl” – They don’t know what is inside.
Like they use to say: “Great Wonders comes in Small Packages.”
You are Loaded! – The Almighty God Himself, is dwelling in you.
Ask the Elders, they will tell you that: When the Herbalist has reached the peak, he would swallow the Ifa Oracle.
So that wherever he goes, when he is boasting; he is not boasting of his Externals, he is boasting of what he has swallowed.
DMC NOTES: Few Notes About the Ifa Oracle:
Ifa is an Ancient African Divination Tool and the Spiritual Foundation for Candoble, Santeria and Vodun. It is a Yoruba Religion and System of Divination. Its literary corpus is the Odu Ifá. Orunmila is identified as the Grand Priest, as he is who revealed Divinity.
Ifa (Orunmila), god of Divination, fate, and wisdom, informs mortals of the wishes of Olorun, the sky god, the god of Destiny. He was appointed by the supreme god to Protect and rule the People.
Ifa has an attendant, Odu, and a Messenger, Opele.
Ifa, the Oracle of Divination, is named after the deity who controls it.
I am sure you have heard that story before; when we sent Children out in two’s to go and Witness. And we told them: “Wherever you go, don’t argue with them. Just ask them, any sick fellow here? Bring forward and we will Pray!”
And two (2) of our little ones (one boy, one girl) went to Ota (A town in Ogun State Nigeria) and they entered into the house of the man who was the Chief Babalawo in Ota Town (A town in Ogun State Nigeria) that day.
And they began to talk to him about the Power of Jesus.
And the man looked at them and said: Well, you are little kids, so I will spare you.
He said, why don’t you look up. Do you know the house of who you are? Can’t you see all the charms on the walls?
And the little ones said unto him, Sir, is there anyone here that is sick? Have you a Problem you could not solve with all your Powers?
And this Man had been married seventeen (17) times. Sixteen (16) wives had died because the Witches and Wizards who gave him Powers said he would always come for his Salary.
And they always come for their Salary whenever his wife was Pregnant. And the wife would be the Salary!
This time, he had fallen in love with the seventeenth (17th) one, and she was Pregnant and was bleeding.
He said to the little ones, I have a Problem that I can’t handle.
They said, bring the Problem. And they Prayed for the woman, and then they left!
Within minutes, they heard somebody calling them – It was the Herbalist.
My children come back! What happened? The Bleeding had stopped!
… And they were little children: but the One inside them wasn’t little.
Child of God, “Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.” You are Perculiar! You can tell the world ‘I am here.’
The Passage (1 Peter 2:9-10) also says;
VI. YOU ARE NOW A ‘PEOPLE’.
… You were not a People before!
In Matthew 15:21-28, the Bible tells us that there are two (2) Categories of People: Children Of God and Dogs.
Before you gave your Life to Jesus Christ, you were regarded as a Dog.
But when you gave your Life to Jesus Christ, the Bible says: “But as many as received Him, to them gave He Power to become the sons of God.”
You are a Child of the Most High!
But you know what?
The biggest reason why you can say: “I am here” (in that 1 Peter 2:9-10) is that;
VII. YOU HAVE OBTAINED MERCY.
Ephesians 2:5-9 made it clear: It is by Grace that we were Saved.
Like I said earlier on; There were many People who heard the Gospel at the time you heard the Gospel; they just did not not obtain Mercy. But you obtained Mercy!
It is that Mercy that brought you Salvation; it is that Mercy that has kept you up till this moment.
It is because you know you have obtained Mercy that you can Stand before any enemy and say, ‘I am here!’
The Bible says in James 4:7: If only you will submit yourself unto God: You can resist the devil himself, and he will flee from you.
If you can resist the devil, who is a Witch, who is a Wizard, who is a Herbalist – They are all TOYS in the hands of the devil.
If you can deal with their Master himself, then you can deal with any enemy.
I am Praying for you today, that from now on, you will never be afraid of the enemy – Amen.
As a matter of fact, you will challenge and say: Hey, I am here! You want to fight? Come!
Several years ago, I Preached a Sermon “LET THE LIONS COME” – I would tear the Lions to Pieces. Not me, but the One in me!
You know the enemy will always use you and then abandon you:
- You don’t believe me? – Ask Goliath!
He used Goliath, and then abandoned him!
2 You don’t believe me? – Ask Judas Iscariot.
He used Judas Iscariot, and then abandoned him.
But if you come to Jesus Christ, He will chase the devil out of you, fill you with the Holy Spirit and you too will be able to Stand tall and say:
“In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, I AM HERE.”
Shall we bow our heads in Prayers?
ALTAR CALL
Anyone who would want to come to Jesus Christ today; you want to surrender your Life to Him so that He can FILL YOU to Overflowing with His Power, come!
If you are in a Church Setting, Please run to the Altar now and cry to the Almighty God and say: Lord, save my Soul. Come and dwell in me so that I too can tell the devil: ‘Oh, Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I am here!’
As you are crying to Him for Salvation; I am asking that all those who are already Born Again.Those who have the Greater One indwelling them; to Please, Pray for all those who are seeking Salvation now. And say: Oh Lord God Almighty, have Mercy on these People – Save their Souls like You saved our own. Come and dwell in them too, so that they too will be able to Stand Strong before the enemy.
Please do it for us Lord!
Thank You Father!
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER.
My Father and my God, I want to bless Your Holy Name once again for Your Word.
Thank You for the assurance – Assurance that You are dwelling in me and dwelling in all the children of God.
As for these People who have come to You now; Lord, Please receive them, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash away their sins.
Bring them into the Family of God. And Please, come and dwell in them so that:
I. When they speak there will be Power.
II. When they cry unto You, You will answer by Fire.
Thank You my Father!
And I am Praying Lord God Almighty, for all Your children; that from now on, they will be the ones challenging the enemy!
They will ask them: ‘Do you want to fight? Come! You will soon discovered that Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world’.
Please Lord, Prove in the lives of all Your Children that we are More Than Conquerors.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!
All those of you who gave your Life to Jesus Christ, I rejoice with you.
And I want to assure you that from now on by the Grace of God; I will be Praying for you.
And if you will just let me know your Names, your Address and your Prayer Requests. I assure you that I will be interceding for you.
Meanwhile, it will be a Good Idea if you will locate a Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) near you.
Talk to the Pastor there – Tell him that you have given your Life to Jesus Christ. And he will tell you what to do next,
Congratulations!
… Now, for the rest of us, who are already Children of the Most High God – From now on, demonstrate the fact that you are Peculiar Person:
Chase the devil out of your Churches, Chase the devil out of your Families, Chase the devil out of your Surroundings.
… Let them: YOU ARE HERE!
And the Almighty God will give you Mighty Testimonies, in Jesus’ Mighty Name – Amen!
