OPENING PRAYER
The Holy One of Israel, we Worship You; the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, we bow before You; the One who reigns forever, the One who sits in the Heavens and from there Controls the Earth, Glory be to Your Holy Name.
We acknowledge You Father, that You are Higher than the Highest; that You are Greater than the Greatest; that You are Stronger than the Strongest.
We acknowledge You Lord God Almighty that You are Older than the Oldest, that You are Wiser than the Wisest.
We acknowledge You that before the Mountains were brought forth that You are God; that from Everlasting to Everlasting, You will always be God.
We acknowledge You Lord that You are the Very Present Help in times of Trouble.
Glory be to Your Holy Name. Lord.
Thank You for what You have done in the Past, Thank You because that we believed that the Heavens will open today and that You will send Help to us.
Please accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.
Please Lord let our tomorrow be alright.

Well, shake hands with two (2) or three (3) People – Just tell them: God Bless You Mightily (Amen).
We will continue with our Series – For Whom The Heavens Open as we go to Part 13 of the Series.
We are looking at the Bible Text – Joshua 5: 13-15.
Joshua 5:13-15:
- And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?
- And he said, Nay; but as Captain of the Host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the Earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my Lord unto his Servant?
- And the Captain of the LORD’S host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is Holy. And Joshua did so.
We have been looking at this Series – For Whom The Heavens Open.
When the Heaven opens, Divine Visitation is Automatic – But God may send down an Angel or He may come Himself.
That when God comes Himself, it automatically implies that:
- He may have to “Rise Up” on His Throne in Heaven.
- And then, He will come down in the Shape of a Man.
- And then He will begin to walk towards the “Very Place” He has in Mind to go.
- And then we said that when He arises, His Enemies are scattered.
- And when He is Passing by, He distributes Miracles.
- And then we said what now happens when He arrives during the Last Series (Part 12) and we said that when He arrives:
I. There will be an Earthquake and Foundational Problems will be taken care of.
II. Doors will Open – And that when He opens a Door, no Man can shut it.
III. And then, there will be Freedom at Last – Because His Anointing automatically will destroy yokes.
IV. And then you can then move Forward, make Progress and there will be no more Limitations for you.
V. We said that you will even go ahead and turn all your Enemies to Servants.
VI. And you will Humiliate your Arch Enemies.
So, we will continue from there today – And we said that we have seen all that could happen when God decides to come.
- Now, what if He arrives and He does more than just arriving and He steps in – What if He decides to step into your house today?
As we see in Luke 5: 1-11; when He stepped into the boat of Peter, He didn’t just arrive, He stepped in.
Because it is one thing to arrive at a Man’s house, it is another thing to enter.
The moment He stepped into the boat of Peter, all his “Fruitless Efforts” ended.
The Man said that he has Laboured all Night and caught Nothing.
But the moment Jesus Christ stepped in, his Breakthrough came – He has so much Blessings suddenly that it was beyond his Capacity to contain them. He has to send for his friends to come and help him carry the Blessings.
And if you read that Passage very well; you will discovered that after that Blessings came; Peter was frightened. The Bible said that He fell at the feet of Jesus Christ and said: Please Go – Go away from me.
The reason he said: Go away from me was because the Bible said that He was frightened, he was afraid.
There are Blessings and there are Blessings!
Thank God that many of us has experienced Blessings of God but there are Blessings that can frightened!
There is a Level of Blessing that will cause you to tremble; and there is a kind of Blessing that you don’t even know what to say!
There is a Blessing that you want to tell God that “This is more than I can cope with!
Many of us has never experienced that kind of Blessings before.
But I have a feeling that I should Prophesy to Someone listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC – That this very Month of the Year (May 2023); you will experience that kind of Blessings (Amen)
You see, Psalms 68:19 tells us that when God wants to bless; He loads us with benefits.
God is not a Miser – He has Promised us again and again that: Do my Will and then step aside and see me act.
In Malachi 3:10, He says that if you bring all the Tithes into my House, I Promise to Open the Window of Heaven. He Promised that Heaven will open and He will Pour in a Blessing.
I know that many of us will say – Where is that Blessing?
Take my word for it – God is not a Man that He should lie. He had never Promised without fulfilling it.
It is just one thing that many of us overlook – You know that He said in His Words that for everything, there is a Season and for every Purpose of God, there is a Time. And you never can tell when your Time will come!
I will love to join my Faith with yours and Promise you that your Time will come today – Amen!
When God decides to come in; all of a sudden, Miracles that will frightened you, Miracles that will be Continuous by Loads, coming in daily till you will say: There is no more Room to contain it and He will say that I haven’t started will begin.
All you need to do – In 1 Kings 17: 8-16; the Widow of Zarephath had only one Meal left, then the Man of God came in and every day; she had more than enough to Prepare for the Man of God, to Prepare for herself and to Prepare for her son everyday.
I am sure if you are to ask that Woman, she will tell you – I was frightened.
But then the Bible made it clear that she wasn’t the only Widow – There are Widows in the Land and it was only to that one that God sent for that Particular kind of Miracle.
The Woman was willing to put God first and Probably on the Last Day, when some Widows will begin to say: God You knew there were many Widows in the Land but You sent to one Fellow and didn’t sent to us.
Probably God will ask them – Are you willing to do what she did?
I hope some of you are listening to me now or reading now on the Label of DMC – Maybe God will inspire you to do something for Him that Nobody will be willing to do so that when He does for you, when He Performs that Miracle that will become frightening and anybody want to complain, He will say to them that I am a “Just God” and I am not a Respecter of Person.
When God gives you a Miracle that will frightened you like He did in the Case of Peter; it is always because He knows the Future!
Read the Story very well – In Luke 5: 1-11; the Bible said that Peter forsook all and followed Him.
God knew in Advance that here is one Man who will love me more than anything else in the world.
I Pray that God Himself will work in each and everyone of us and bring you to a situation where we will qualify to receive a Miracle that will frightened us – Amen!
- Now, what if He chooses to stay? Because it is one thing to arrive, it is another thing to come in and it is another thing to stay.
I. If He chooses like in the Story we read in 1 Kings Chapter 17, reading from Verse 8 and taking it to Verse 24 this time instead of Verse 16 (1 Kings 17: 8-24).
You will discovered that you are dealing with an Enemy who is Relentless.
Every Child of God by now should know and the Bible made it abundantly clear that you are not wrestling with flesh and blood but you are fighting with Forces that you can’t see.
A. And whether you believed it or not, on a Daily basis; your Adversary, the devil is walking about and seeking who to devour.
B. Whether you like it or not, the devil is going to be around until God decides to Imprisoned him – And that is not today as it is going to happen in the Future.
So Victory today, does not mean that the Enemy is not going to attack tomorrow.
One of the things that Children of God needs to know is that the Bible says that after you have done all; Stand and be ready!
As a matter of fact, the more God begins to bless you; the more you should be Steadfast because the Enemy is not going to like what God is about to do for you!
Like I have always said – If all you have is a Second-Hand Bicycle, two Shirts and Probably two Trousers; you don’t need a Body or Security Guard to guide you – Who is going to steal from you as you have Nothing Worthy of the attack of the Enemies.
But when God begins to Prosper you; when this kind of Miracle that frightens, the Blessings that frightens; begin to come into your Life, then the Enemies are going to be angry. And if they fails once, they will want to try again.
In the case of the Widow of Zarephath; the devil had thought that he has gotten the Woman and the son ready for Total Destruction.
The Woman said so – Only one Meal and myself and son will die (Commit Suicide).
God came in, He stopped the Enemy then; but then after some time, the Bible says that the son fell sick and died – Death came calling again.
But because God was resident, the Ressureection and Life resident; He chased out Death.
I Pray in the Name of the One who sent me – Death will not visit your Home anymore (Amen).
II. When He chooses to stay; He puts Sorrow Permanently away from your Residence.
In Psalms 40: 1-3; when He hears your cry, and He Stretches out His Mighty Hands to snatch you out of the Miry Clay – He will put a New Song in your mouth.
There are all Kinds of Songs but definitely, the Song God will put in your mouth will be Songs of Victory, a Song of Joy.
III. When He chooses to stay, things will begin to get Better and Better.
I can go on and on, but I am sure that by now, some of you will begin to say that when are we really to get to our Bible Text that we have been reading.
Well let me take a Peep at that Bible Text now and see why are we reading that Bible Text again and again.
You see, we have said that:
I. God could send an Angel when the Heaven opens to announce Good News like in Judges Chapter 13 and Luke Chapter 1.
II. But God could send an Angel to frustrate the Plans of the Enemies like in Chapter 6 or Acts Chapter 12.
But the Angel He sent this time in Joshua Chapter 5 wasn’t an Ordinary Angel – He was a Commander in the Army of God!
That tells you one thing Straightaway – There are Angels and there are Angels. Some Angels are more Powerful than others.
In Psalms 24: 7-10; that the Almighty God Himself is called the Lord of Hosts, the Commander-In-Chief. But He has some Little, Little Commander under Him.
And occasionally, when an Ordinary Angel can’t even handle your situation; He will send a Commander.
You know the Story in Daniel in Daniel 10: 1-14; Daniel was Praying, God heard the Prayer, sent an Angel with the Answer. And then there was a Principality that blocked the way of the Angel.
I’m not saying this one to frightened you but I’m saying this to Prepare you because God is about to bless you.
And you need to be Prepared for the Great Days ahead.
You need to be Prepared – Why? Because like you all know, if you jump from a Storey Building, you will not be as hurt as if you are Pushed.
If you jump, you Prepare for the Landing; if you are Pushed, Great Days are ahead. And if Great Days are ahead, anybody who knows about Boxing knows very well that if you used to be Featherweight and suddenly became Heavyweight, the Opponent will Change. Nobody is going to ask Heavyweight to go and fight a Featherweight.
But thank God, whenever a Principality is blocking the way of an Angel, God has a Commander that He could send.
When Daniel has been Praying and an Angel was bringing the Results and a Principality blocks the way; God sent another Angel – He sent a Commander!
I don’t know who God is talking to today – You have been Fasting and you have been Praying for days, at times for Months and it looks as if God didn’t hear. He has heard you!
It may look as if the answers aren’t coming – The answer is on the way.
There might be a Principality blocking the way; it might be because of the size of the Miracles coming.
You can take just one Example – The Bible says in Luke Chapter 1 from Verse 5 onwards.
Zechariah and his wife – Both of them were blameless (Their Prayers not hindered by sins). God said so and yet for years, they Prayed for a Child and the Child didn’t come.
Didn’t God heard the Call of His High Priest? The One who could come to the Holy of Holies?
He heard but God has His Timetable. God has made up His Mind that the son they were waiting for can only be six (6) Months older than the Lord Jesus Christ.
And when the Time came, the Greatest Man in the Old Testament was born by these People.
The Delay to your Prayer might be because of the size of the Miracle coming.
And I’m believing God for those of you who are listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC – I believed God that the Commander among the Angels that is going to come out of Heavens to Pay us a visit is going to arrive today (Amen).
Because the Heavens opened and Joshua lifted up his eyes at a time. He had a Problem and there is no way he could handled it himself.
He was standing before the Wall so High, so thick that according to Historians, even if that Wall is to be Pushed down; it will be as High as it was – The width is as long as as the height.
And in any case, the Bible said clearly in 1 Samuel 2:9; that by his Strength shall no Man Prevail.
… There are certain Problems your Strength cannot handle. It is going to require the Commander from the Almighty God.
And my Prayer for you today – This very Special Day or as you read on the Label of DMC is that the Commander will arrive and suddenly God will take over your battle – Amen.
And I will begin to tell you what to do so that you can have Victory at Last.
Which is why I don’t even think that you need to be told that you need to be on the Side of God.
Because it doesn’t matter how Great you think that you are; there is a Wall you can’t climb over, there is a battle you can’t find yourself.
It doesn’t matter how Powerful you think you are; there are some Powers that are higher than yours. And when they decide to gang up against you, you will fail. Unless you have Somebody who is the Commander of all the Host in Heaven, on Earth and underneath the Earth to fight for you.
I will tell you a Story quickly.
Years ago, I sent my children in two’s to go and Witness from house to house.
And they went to a house in Sango Otta (A City in Ogun State Nigeria) and didn’t know whose house was it. They just met a Man there and began to Witness to him.
Then he looked at them and said – Well, you are small, small children; I will forgive you. Don’t you look round, see what is on the walls. I am the Head of all the Secret Societies and Herbalist here.
And I have told my children never to argue – So they said Yes sir. But do you have a Problem that you could not solve (Personal Problems).
He was shocked and said: I do have.
He was in Agreement with the Witches that they will supply him all the Powers he needed and once a while, they will come for their Salary.
The Salary they have been collecting is that anytime he got married and the wife Pregnant, they will come and said we want our Salary and the wife will begin to bleed till she dies.
He was married to the seventeenth (17th) wife and he has fallen in Love with this one and now the wife is Pregnant and was bleeding. And he has tried all his charms and Nothing could stop it.
Now, the boys said: Now, you have a Problem, you can’t handle it; let show you that all Powers in Heaven and on Earth belongs to Jesus.
Bring the wife, they brought her and they Prayed for her and the bleeding stopped and the Man gave his Life to Jesus Christ.
Don’t wait till you have a Problem that you can’t solve – Come to Jesus Christ today and He will save your Soul and fight your battles for you!
Shall we Pray!
For those of you who wants to give your Life to Jesus Christ, wherever you are, Signal to Him that you want to surrender to Him.
Ask Him to save your Soul, ask Him to Please forgive your sins, come into your Life and begin to say and Promise Him that you will serve Him for the rest of your lives.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER
And so my Father and my God, I Thank You for Your Words; I Thank You very much for those who has decided to surrender their lives to You today.
Father, Please receive them, save their Souls, forgive their sins, let Your Blood wash them Clean, receive them into the Family of God and take over their battles Oh Lord and begin to fight for them.
And I ask You to Please give them that Grace that from now on, anytime they Call on You, You will answer them by Fire.
Thank You Father.
And for all of us who has been expecting Miracles that will frighten us; let this Day be your Day.
