Well, let me hear Somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

As one of my children used to say: if your Hallelujah is the loudest, your Miracle will be the biggest – HALLELUJAH.

Let us Pray!

*OPENING PRAYER*

King of Kings and Lord of lords, the Ancient of Days, the Unchangeable Changer, the I Am That I AM, the One who never grows Old.

Glory be to your Holy Name!

Accept our Worship, in Jesus’ Name.

Father, it is unto You we are Dedicating this Building:

From this moment onwards, let this become a Miracle Center. 

When a Sinner comes here let the Sinner the Saved.

When the Sick comes here let the Sick be Healed.

If the Captives come here, let them be Set Free.

If the Poor comes here let the Poor Prosper. 

If the barren comes here, let the barren become Fruitful.

If the Stagnant comes here, let the Stagnant get Double Promotion.

Every Prayers Prayed here, answer by Fire!

Let Testimonies be many in this Place. 

From now on, let Revival begin right here. 

And today Lord God Almighty, let everyone here or reading now on the Label of DMC, receive a Miracle.

At the end of it all, take all the Glory.

*Even as we Dedicate this Place to You in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit – Amen.*

Well, let someone shout a “Heavyweight Hallelujah” – Hallelujah.

Shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and tell him or her: My Miracle will be bigger than yours  today – Amen.

… And then you may Please, be seated. God Bless You!

When they told me that I should come here and Dedicate this Building, I didn’t know what I was coming to see – But I must confess, this is Beautiful.

*And the Almighty God will Bless those who had Contributed; and build Mansions for them in Heaven – Amen.*

Usually, when I come to Dedicate a Place, I come in, I Pray the Prayer I have just Prayed and then I go – That’s Dedication (laughs)!

Matthew 21:12-13

12 And Jesus went into the Temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the Temple, and overthrew the tables of the Moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, 

13 And said unto them, It is written, My House shall be called the House of Prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.

*The Almighty God says, His House shall be called the House of Prayer – Not only because it is a House where People will come to Pray, but a House your Prayers will be answered.*

Because in Psalms 65:2, the Bible says of God, O thou that hearest Prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

When you come into the House of God, you are not there just to Pray in vain; when you Pray in the House of God He hears you.

*How come He hears Prayer in the House of God? Are we saying that He cannot hear Prayers when we Pray at home? No!*

But you see, God said something in Isaiah 55:6. He said, Seek ye the LORD while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near:

And that creates a Problem. 

The Problem is, how do we know when He is near? Because you turn to the right you can’t be sure whether He is on the right or on the left.

I mean, like Job said, I look to the right, I can’t see Him. I look to the left I am not sure He is there. I look to the front and back. But one thing is certain, when you come to His House He is at home. So you can be sure He is near. 

And so, those who believe He is near them right now let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

When you come to the House of God to Pray, you are sure He would hear because He is at home. He does not travel out of His House. 

*… And when you go to His House to Pray He Hears and he Answers.*

For Example, in Mark 3:1-5; it tells us that Jesus came into the Temple, and even without the man (whose hand was withered) saying a Word, Jesus decided to attend to him:

Because He knows that when you come to His House you have come to Pray. And He is saying alright, don’t even bother opening your mouth; let me solve your Problem.

*And I know there is Someone here today or reading now on the Label of DMC, even before you ask God will answer you – Amen.* 

That is why in Mark 2:1-12, there was a Man who was Paralysed from neck downwards. 

This man told his friend, “just get me to His Presence, if I can get to His Presence my Problem will be over.”

*And I am Praying for everyone of you here today, inclusive all those reading now on the Label of DMC; beginning from now your Problems are over – Amen.*

Because when his friends took him to were Jesus was and they knew Jesus was inside the House, and there was no room in the door or window, they broke the roof just to get him to His Presence.

He said, “if I can just get to where He will see me, I know my Problems would be over.” 

Of course Jesus saw him! They carried in him but he walked out.

*Every Problem that came with you to this House this Morning will not go back with you – Amen.*

Also, we find in Matthew 8:16; the Bible tells us, when Jesus had come into the house of Peter he saw the mother-in-law there, and she was sick of fever. But as soon as He came in He did something about the fever. 

And the News spread, “Jesus is in the house of Peter”. And everybody around – Those who were sick, those who were Possessed, those who had one Problem or the other, they began to come. Because they knew, “if we can get to the House where He is, our Problems would be solved.” 

They came in Multitude – They all went back with Testimonies.

*In the Name that’s above every other name, you will not leave here today without a Testimony – Amen.*

And you have to understand the fact that the People came to Him – The Power to heal is there, the Power to set the Captives free is there, the Power to make the Poor rich is available but you have to come to Him.

Oh! He said, “My House shall be called The House of Prayer.” Yes! But you have to come to Him.

“But He is the Almighty.” I know!

“Can’t He just solve my Problem over there in Heaven, without me having to come to Him?” He can do so but He doesn’t do so anymore.

Why? Because way back in Genesis, when He looked down from Heaven and He said, “I don’t like the way things are, why should this man (Adam) be alone? Let me help him – Let me give him a wife.” And He gave him a wife (Eve).

When trouble came and Adam ate what God said ‘don’t eat’ – and God said Adam why have you done this? He said, “I didn’t ask You for a wife, You were the One who gave me a wife. Before You brought the wife I was a Good Boy and so it’s Your fault”. 

God said, is that so? Okay! 

From that day He said, unless you ask I won’t give. 

So He is here today, ready to solve all your Problems but you have to ask.

Some People say Sir, but I have been asking without getting. 

He said in Isaiah 59:1-2, Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

God is Strong as ever, He is not deaf. But as long as there is sin in your Life, He said, he won’t even hear you. 

And if He doesn’t hear you how is He going to answer?

That is why you have to take this matter very serious – If you are still living in sin and you are expecting God to answer your Prayers, you are wasting your time.

I know that some of us even say “I am Born Again.” But you say you are Born Again and you are still living in sin. Who is deceiving who? “He that is born of God does not sin.” He can’t even do so. 

It doesn’t matter what some Pastors and telling you – Now they say that once you say you are Born Again you can keep on enjoying and doing whatever you like. That if you die you will just go to Heaven Straight.

Ask them, which Heaven are they talking about? Because there is one Heaven that I know, where God lives: and there is no room for any unclean thing. 

Especially the Younger ones, you are the ones they are focusing on – They call it “Unlimited Grace”. 

Most of the time those who are saying you can live anyhow, that once you are Born Again you are forever saved; that Grace will take care of every situation.

Many of them, it is because they are afraid of their Secrets. So that when their Secrets become exposed they will be able to say, I told you about the risk. 

And whether you believe it or not, like God told us at the beginning of the Year (2024), the Wind is already blowing – I am sure you are beginning to see some Secrets.

He made it clear to me: son, don’t waste your time, Nothing can stop this Wind that is blowing. 

And you haven’t seen anything yet and you haven’t heard anything yet. 

If you think that you can continue to live in sin and expect the Grace of God to abound, the Word of God says clearly – God forbid!

So, if you are not absolutely sure of your Salvation; if you know you are still living in sin – Don’t deceive yourself, Genuine Salvation will cause you to hate sin. That is what it does.

If you are Genuinely saved you will hate sin. You cannot be Genuinely saved without Repentance. 

And Repentance means, “I won’t do it again ever.”

That is what it means, “I won’t do it again.” 

Believe me honestly my Beloved Children, because your Future is still before you – Don’t let anybody mess up your brain. 

God is Holy, His Name is the Holy One of Israel. And as Powerful as He is, as Merciful as He is, as Loving as He is even His Name is Love. 

But the Angels are not crying: Powerful, Powerful, Powerful. 

They are not crying, Merciful, Merciful, Merciful.

They are not crying, Loving, Loving, Loving.

*… What are they crying? Holy, holy, Holy!*

Please my Beloved Children, let’s use this opportunity to settle the issue of your Salvation – That kind of Genuine Salvation that He gave to somebody like me more than fifty (50) years ago, and I am still talking about His Holiness up till now. 

That is the kind of Salvation you need. 

The Salvation that will get you to where God wants you to be.

*ALTAR CALL* 

So, if you really, really want Genuine Salvation; it is not a matter of “what would my friends say?” This is the matter between you and God. 

Today is a very Special Day in your Life – If you want to give your Life to Jesus; if you want Genuine Salvation, don’t wait for anybody. You might be the only one, it doesn’t matter. So come quickly now.God Bless You!

*… Those of you who are clapping, your hands will never wither – Amen.*

Thank You Lord!

Go ahead talk to the Lord now. Say Lord Please, have Mercy on me. Save my Soul. I want Genuine Salvation Lord. And I Promise You, I will do Your Will from now on. 

Go ahead, talk to Him!

Now the rest of us let’s Stretch our hands towards this Brethren and intercede for them. 

Pray that the Almighty God will save their Souls, that He will give them Genuine Salvation.

Pray for them, that they will not go back into the world of sin. 

Pray for them!

Thank You Father. In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

*PRAYER FOR SALVATION*

Saviour, I want to Thank You for Your Word. Thank You because You Promised that whosoever would come unto You, You would in no wise cast out.

This is Your Children have come: Father Please, receive them, save their Souls, have Mercy on them, let Your Blood wash away their sins.

Lord Please, write their names in the Book of Life, receive them into the Family of God and don’t let them ever go back to sin.

And I am Praying Lord God Almighty, that from this moment on, anytime they call on You, You would answer them by Fire. 

And let them serve You till the end.

Thank You Almighty God.

For in Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Now, those of you who have come forward to Genuinely Surrender your Life to Jesus – Congratulations!

I want the Promise you that from now on I will be Praying for you. So I need your names, your Address and your Prayer Requests.

Very soon you would be receiving Miracles – Then you will know somebody is Praying for you somewhere.

Those of you who believe I am in the House of God today and He is going to Hear and Answer your Prayers, Stand on your feet and shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

I am going to Pray for you now. After that you would be a Praying for yourself.

*CLOSING PRAYER*

My Father and my God, I want to Bless Your Holy Name.

I want to Thank You for this Wonderful Day. Please, accept our Thanks in Jesus’ Name. 

Father, this is Your House: The House where You Hear and Answer Prayers.

Whatever Your Children ask for today Father, give unto them.

Answer their Prayers; Give them their Miracles; Give them Testimonies.

Do something Special for them!

Please Lord, Glorify Your Name.

And I Pray that in Your Kingdom, none of us will be missing. 

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Now, you are going to ask God for a Dedication Miracle – Miracle that you will remember today by for the rest of your Life.

Forget everybody around – Just focus on God and cry unto Him and say: Almighty God, give me a Dedication Miracle.

Go ahead, talk to the Almighty God. Talk to Him now!
