OPENING PRAYER
Ancient of Days, we Worship You.
King of kings and Lord of lords, we Thank You for the Salvation of our Souls.
We give you all Glory and Honour for making us Your Disciples.
Father Please accept our Worship in Jesus’ Name.
Father, Tonight we are saying unto You that in Your own wonderful way, You would make us Unstoppable.
That from this moment onward, whenever the Enemies see us coming, they would run!
And I am committing Your Children who are here Particularly Tonight, inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC, into Your Hands:
Everything they need to be Overcomers, release unto them.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Well, let Someone shout hallelujah – Hallelujah.
Shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and say: Good Evening Disciple of the Lord.
And then you may Please be seated.

I have always said that the only fellow who gives an excuse is a Failure.
I apologize for coming late Tonight – I don’t want to give an excuse.
But the Elders have a saying, “If you are a Tenant and you give birth and you name the baby ‘Kolawole’. The day you quarrel with the Landlord, he will change the baby’s name from “Kolawole” to ‘Kolajade.'”
It is my Landlord who kept me.
And he didn’t come alone, he came with his Mum.
And I just couldn’t afford to leave them there to attend to you – After all you are Disciples of Jesus Christ.
- You are Soldiers of the Lord.
- And you are highly Disciplined.
And I know it will be well with you – Amen.
Therefore, I am going to be brief Tonight, by summarizing what I would have spoken to you about.
But before I go to the Word of God, I want to remind you that when we started the School of Disciples (SOD), it was to Produce Commandoes for Jesus Christ.
We came to the School of Disciples in those days, to become: not just “Ordinary Soldiers” of Christ, but Commandoes.
- We came to learn about who a Disciple of Jesus Christ should be.
- We came to learn about our Enemy, so that we will know how to deal with him.
- We came to learn about our Weapons of Warfare.
And we came every month conscientiously.
For ten (10) years we would Study in the day Time, and work at Night. We Prepared our own food by ourselves.
The first Dinning Hall which now is what we use as Children’s Kitchen, we built it at Night. The following Morning we did Manual Labour.
We cut grass so low, that everybody would know, a Disciple has worked here.
We cleaned in such a manner that in those days we call it ‘Disciple Clean.’
When we swept, People would know, Disciples have swept here.
I remember one of the initial Members of the School of Disciples was a Chief Judge of Ogun State.
And then it was time for Manual Labour – When they finished, we would go round to inspect.
And I went through where he had been cutting grass and I saw a grass that was about 5cm high. I called him, “Sir, did this grass grow after you have worked here?” He laughed!
He said No Sir. But the last time I cut grass was when I was in Secondary School.
And now he was a Chief Judge, and by far older than me.
We did all those things with Joy.
Many atimes we would be ready to go, but then a trailer would drive in with cement.
Because we were building then; we would suspend our going till we have offloaded the cement.
We came because we wanted to become “True Disciples” – We didn’t come because we wanted to become Pastors.
We came because we want to be toughen; we wanted to become Commandoes for Jesus Christ.
Some of you are now afraid of demons.
In those days, we were so determined that, if any demon would be stupid enough to come near a Disciple, the demon would know that he had made a mistake.
This Accelerated School of Disciples (SOD) that you are doing now, I am not quite sure whether it is really of God – I am going to talk to God about it:
Because we must be Revived – And we must be what we were meant to be at the beginning.
Where I was sitting in my Office attending to my very, very important Guests, I saw the People who were singing on Television. And I saw some of you sleeping – It’s not 11:00pm yet.
Around 11:00pm was when we began the Night Sessions of digging Foundations, and laying blocks back then – I mean, we were Disciples.
I listened to the Lecture on Discipline yesterday, given by our National Overseer, Pastor Sunday Akande – Because he was one of the Foundation Members of the School of Disciples.
And I was wondering whether those we call Disciples know the meaning of Disciples anymore.
Because a Disciple is Someone who follows Jesus Christ Regimentally.
I can’t imagine that after all these years, Disciples would say they are having their Convention, and this Auditorium would contain them.
I know majority are sitting at home saying, we can watch everything that is going on on Dove Television.
We are not to watch, we are to be the People watched.
The Elders have a saying: “The one you are going to watch does not watch!”
I rejoice with those of you who are here in Person; because I am decreeing in the Name that’s above every other name, you will be Unstoppable – Amen.
And I hope all the Disciples listening to me by Television, inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC would pay attention to this:
… With the exception of those who are Old – Who cannot come because of Old Age.
Those of you who are just sitting down at home, you better check yourself.
Next time there is Disciples’ Convention and you are not right here in Person, I want you to know that you would be disgracing the Lord Jesus Christ.
When the Lord of Hosts; when our Captain is Marching, you can’t be sitting down at home drinking tea.
Very quickly, let’s look at Revelation 12:10-11:
- And I heard a loud voice saying in Heaven, Now is come Salvation, and Strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and the Power of his Christ: for the Accuser of our Brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God Day and Night.
- And they Overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their Testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the Death.
WEAPONS OF OUR WARFARE
There are three (3) Major Weapons of our Warfare. And I am sure you know them:
- THE NAME OF JESUS:
According to Philippians 2:9-11 – Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a Name which is above every name: That at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in Heaven, and things in Earth, and things under the Earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the Glory of God the Father.
- THE WORD OF GOD:
By which Jesus Christ defeated Satan.
Matthew 4:4 – But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that Proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
- THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB:
And they overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their Testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the Death – Revelation 12:11
- The Name was a Gift given to the Lord Jesus Christ:
“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name” – Philippians 2:9
- The Word was Himself:
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his Glory, the Glory as of the Only Begotten of the Father,) full of Grace and Truth – John 1:1, 14
- The Blood was the most Expensive:
Whether you know it or not, the Blood of the Lamb was the most expensive of the three (3) Weapons.
Because according to the Book of Leviticus 17:11, the Bible says:
For the Life of the flesh is in the Blood: and I have given it to you upon the Altar to make an Atonement for your Souls: for it is the Blood that maketh an Atonement for the Soul.
The very Life of the Lord Jesus Christ was the Blood that He shed for us.
Now, the Unstoppable Army has access to the Blood.
The Blood that saved your Soul has qualified you to become a Member of the Army of Christ – We are chosen to be Soldiers.
The Bible says: They over came him (the devil) by the Blood.
You want to be an Overcomer? You must have access to the Blood.
It is a very expensive Weapon because it costs Jesus Christ his Life.
- Thank God for the Name: but the Name was given to Him as a Gift.
- Thank God for the Word: Well, that is His Personality. He was the Word from the Beginning.
- But the Blood: The very Life that He had to pour out for our Salvation, was the most expensive of the Weapons of our Warfare.
Being Most Expensive, it automatically means:
- Most Powerful.
- Most Effective.
- And the Enemy is afraid of it!
But those who overcame the devil did so by:
I. The Blood of the Lamb.
II. The Word of their Testimony.
Why? The Bible says, out of the abundant of the heart, the mouth speaks (DMC NOTES: Matthew 12:34 or Luke 6:45)
It is what is in you that will come out of you in time of crises.
Talking about their Testimony:
1 John 4:4 says, Ye are of God, little Children, and have overcome them: because Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
Romans 8:37 – Nay, in all these things we are more than Conquerors through him that loved us.
III. They don’t even mind dying.
- They overcame by the Blood.
- By the Word of their Testimony.
- And they didn’t count their lives as something that they are not ready to lose for Christ.
The Army that would be Unstoppable must be an Army that, according to Revelation 2:11:
- Faithful to Death.
- An Army that is willing to die for Jesus Christ.
An Army that is not only willing to suffer, but to die (if need be) for Jesus Christ.
I just want to give you two (2) Examples, and then I’ll let you go ahead and Pray – The Holy Spirit would tell you all the other things.
Several Years ago, when I was in Ilorin Kwara State, we were talking one day, and they told me that there is a Particular Town in Kwara State where there is no Church at all.
And I asked them, why not? They told me, if you go there to Preach, they would stone you.
I said, is that so? Stoning – That’s all?
I remember I came back home to Lagos, went to my father-in-the-Lord – Baba, there is this Particular Town where there is no Church at all. I want your Permission to go there.
… I didn’t tell him about the Stoning or no Stoning.
He said to me, why are you asking me for Permission?
- Didn’t the Lord say we should go to the whole world and Preach the Gospel?
- Is that Town not Part of the whole world?
I said, it is! He said, Permission granted.
And I said, Thank you Sir.
There are maybe one or two People here who were with me in Ilorin in those days.
I gathered them together, and we headed to that Town.
By the Grace of God, today, that Town has at least a Provincial Headquarters of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
Because I was ready – I was looking for an opportunity to be Stoned; so that when I meet Stephen in Heaven and he is beginning to show me his scars, I can tell him, “Oga, thank you that you went ahead of us but look at me too, they Stoned me.”
But as God would have it, they didn’t stone us but they reported us several times to the Community Head (The Bale). And we kept telling the Bale, “We are not causing any trouble; we are just telling them that Jesus loves them.
We have not said anything against anybody.”
… But that was minor!
I will tell you one more Story about another Disciple.
When Boko Haram became Notorious in the North; in a Particular Town; all Churches, Particularly Pentecostal Churches, closed down, except the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
And so the Boko Haram People decided that they would kill the Pastor since he refused to go.
And they went to his house. The wife just delivered a Set of twins.
Some of you have heard the Story before.
But the Pastor wasn’t in when whey came.
So they decided, alright, we will leave him a Message that will tell him, “we are serious, and that we don’t want any Church here.”
So they took the twins and slaughtered them – And left their corpses with the wife.
Of course, the wife was almost running Mental due to the shock.
When I heard the Story, I said: my son, you can come to the South as you have Paid a Great Price.
Do you know what he said to me? “Daddy, you didn’t teach us to run from Darkness – I am not leaving here.
If anybody is going to run, they are the ones who would run for me.”
That is what a Disciple is supposed to be!
That is the kind of Person we are talking about.
People who would say to the devil, “you are wasting your time if you think you can move me.”
There is a God who is ready to stand by those who belong to Him – Those who are His Disciples.
I might as well tell you the Story Tonight – If God wants me to repeat it tomorrow (DMC NOTES: On Friday 4th July 2025 during the RCCG July Holy Ghost Service), I will repeat it for the bigger crowd.
In Ijebu Igbo (not far from here); there were Idol Worshippers, because the Kabiyesi (DMC NOTES: Meaning King) gave his Life to Jesus Christ and became a Strong Disciple of Jesus Christ.
The Forces of Darkness there said, “it is the Naughty Pastor in that his Church that is causing the trouble.
So they got one Man; fully armed with all manner of charms to go to the Church and deal with the Pastor.
And he went into the Church.
But as he entered and took one step towards the Altar, he fell.
So he got up, “What kind of nonsense is this?”
He began to move towards the Altar the second time and he fell again.
When he got up the third time, he ran out of the Church because he knew, God is here!
And he realized, this Pastor is a Representative of the Almighty God.
You want to know who that Pastor is?
He is the one who spoke to you about Discipline – DMC NOTES: He is Pastor Sunday Akande, the National Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
He didn’t lift his hand, and he didn’t say anything – He just waited and the Lord of Hosts showed up.
But the Lord of Hosts would only show up for those who would be Unstoppable.
- Somebody who has access to the Blood.
- Somebody that has a “Sure Testimony”.
- Somebody who does not care what is Life. Who would say, you want to kill me? Go ahead and kill me.
- Somebody who would say, I belong to Jesus; I am not looking back – I am Marching Forward.
Are you one of the Unstoppable? Yes, for the DMC Family Members!
You can’t even say Yes!
And you know what?
I like you for speaking the truth because if everyone had said Yes; whereas you know you are not ready to lay down your Life for Jesus; that would be lying.
So let me ask the Question the other way: Are you ready to become one?
Are you ready to be Unstoppable?
PRAYER
Stand on your feet, and tell the Almighty God:
I am laying my Life on the Altar Tonight – I want to be a Living Sacrifice.
I want to be one of those People who would be Completely Unstoppable.
Give me the Grace Lord, and I will serve You till the very End.
Don’t Pray that Prayer if you don’t mean it.
But if you mean it, go ahead and talk to God.
Let the Almighty God know, if there is only one Disciple left that will be Unstoppable, let it be me, Lord.
I lay my Life on the Altar for You today.
I am not going to be a Disciple by word of mouth anymore.
I want to be a Disciple in Spirit and in Truth.
Give me the Grace Lord; And I will serve You till the End.
Go ahead, cry unto Him.
CLOSING PRAYER
And may the Almighty God grant your Request.
So that from Tonight onward, you would become Unstoppable to the enemy – Amen!
