OPENING PRAYER

Precious Spirit of God, we honour You.

And we are Grateful for the Great and Mighty Things You cause our eyes to behold in this RCCG 74th Annual Convention 2026 of Your Church.

We are Grateful indeed!

Receive our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Please speak to us at this moment and do not let us hear from Man.

Glorify Jesus in a Unique manner.

Thank You for Answered Prayers.

In Jesus Name I have Prayed – Amen.

Praise the Lord – Halleluyah!

The Lord bless you – Please be seated.

I will like to appreciate our Parents-In-The-Lord for this awesome Privilege to bring the Word at this time and at this Service.

I also want to Congratulate all the Pastors who has been Ordained today as Full Pastors.

May the Oil on your Head remain fresh until you see Jesus in Glory in Jesus Name – Amen!

We have been asked to speak on the Topic: “WHEN WE ALL GET TO HEAVEN”.

I am taking our Bible Text from Revelation 21:4.

Revelation 21:4 in the Amplified Bible Version (AMP):

And He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be death; there will no longer be sorrow and anguish, or crying, or pain; for the former order of things has passed away.

We have three (3) Points to share with you within the limit of the time that we had.

And they will be shared not necessarily in the order at which they will occur in Heaven.

When we all get to Heaven, it will be time to say bye bye to Sorrow, to Pain and to the Anguish of any kind just as we have read in our Bible Text.

It is therefore important Brethren that whatever we need to do in other to make it to that Place where we don’t grow old, we should leave this Convention to deploy ourselves into doing them like never before.

And I Pray for you and myself inclusive those reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: May we all make it to the land where we will never grow old in Jesus Mighty Name – Amen!

When we all get to Heaven, we shall be invited to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

I am going to be reading Revelation 19: 7-9 in the Amplified Bible Version:

Revelation 19:7 and 9 in the Amplified Bible Version (AMP):

Let us rejoice and shout for joy! Let us give Him glory and honor, for the marriage of the Lamb has come [at last] and His bride (the redeemed) has prepared herself.”
Then the Angel said to me, “Write, ‘[a]Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the [b]Lamb.’” And he said to me [further], “These are the true and exact words of God.”

Just as this Scriptures has told us, this Last Marriage ever to be held is for the Bride of the Lamb and the Redeemed who has Prepared himself and who receives an Invitation.

May I then respectively call on you all that we should more than before know that it is the time to awake out of sleep for now is our Salvation nearer than when we believed.

Once again I Pray for you and I Pray for myself inclusive those reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: May the Grace to make adequate Preparations for this Marriage be imparted upon us today in the Mighty Name of Jesus – Amen!

When we all get to Heaven, we will render Account.

… And we will dwell more on this Point before we Pray.

2 Corinthians 5:10 in the Amplified Bible Version (AMP):

All Believers must appear before Christ’s Judgment seat to be repaid for their actions, motives, and use of time.

Brethren, we shall give Account of how we have lived for Christ and for ourselves.

Because we were told in 2 Corinthians 5:15 in the Amplified Bible Version (AMP):

And He died for all, so that all those who live would no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and was raised for their sake.

Very importantly also, we shall render Account on how we have served the Lord Christ:

☆ Either with the whole of our Heart,

☆ Or Passively

☆ Or even Grudgingly.

According to Colossians 3:23 in the Amplified Bible Version (AMP):

Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the Soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men.

Why do some People in the Kingdom of God serve Grudgingly or not with the whole Heart?

There are some couple of reasons, out of which one of the Notable one is Offence.

It is crucial to Note that the requirement for serving in the Kingdom of God is with the whole Heart and no conditions has been attached.

And it is on this basis that we will render Account.

Our Beloved Pastors and Brethrens, it is however Instructive that the Lord Jesus has said in Luke 17:1.

Luke 17:1 in the Amplified Bible Version (AMP):

Jesus said to His Disciples, “Stumbling blocks [temptations and traps set to lure one to sin] are sure to come, but woe (judgment is coming) to him through whom they come!”

Meaning: You get Prepared for offences and learn how to tame them otherwise offences may stop you

You ask Moses – Offences made it impossible for him to make it to the Finishing Line (The Promised Land).

Apart from hindering your Ministerial Performance and Progress, as you are not able to serve with your whole Heart if carrying offences in your Heart; offences can stop you from making it to the Land where we will never grow old.

Many of us will still remember the Story of how the Founder of our Great Mission (DMC NOTES: RCCG), Pa Akindayomi when he passed on and was asked to go back to go and settled an unsettled offence in his Heart.

And it was after that, that he was able to be admitted into Heaven.

And that Grace we have heard has not been extended to any other Human Being.

Brethren/Pastor, when we remember that Man can always Change, we are able to look beyond Man and look beyond offences thrown at us and just keep on moving and serving the Look heartily – Focusing on Jesus Christ, the Author and the Finisher of our Faith (Hebrews 12:3).

Afterall, the Scriptural Standard regarding forgiving remains Forgiving the same Person seventy (70) times seven (7) times; which equals four hundred and ninety times (490) (DMC NOTES: Matthew 18: 21-22).

And why do you let Man who can shout Halleluyah today and crucify him tomorrow tie you with offences that will stop you from serving God with your whole Heart? It simply does not worth it.

I mean Man who can equally shout crucify Him today and sing Hossana tomorrow.

This makes the saying of Jesus Christ in John 4: 23-24 that He knew all Men.

Men at his best is still Man at the very best.

John 4: 23-24 in the Amplified Bible Version (AMP):

But a time is coming and is already here when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit [from the heart, the inner self] and in truth; for the Father seeks such people to be His worshipers.
God is Spirit [the Source of life, yet invisible to mankind], and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.

There was a case of a very Senior Pastors in one of our Churches in the South South. He is also a Man of means and of Social Status.

And there was a Young Pastor under him then and he was giving him hell.

And we were there in that Part of the Country.

So when the Younger Pastor dropped me at the Airport, I called him by the side.

By the benefit of that which we have received from our father-in-the-Lord over the years, I told him: “Go and befriend the Senior Pastor”.

It was a “Bitter Pill” for him to swallow but he went and did what we told him to do.

Very soon, they began to get along.

And to cut the long Story short, by the time this Senior Pastor Passed on to Glory several years after; it was this Young Pastor that was made the Administrator of the Will by the time the Will was read.

I have been sent to tell you Beloved Brethren: “Man can Change, it is only God who doesn’t Change”.

I will round up this Message with the Story our father-in-the-Lord had shared with us a number of times when he was New in the Ministry.

And just as he is fired up now, he was fired up to do the work of God then Progressively.

But there was a Pastor then who just picked on him and say unprintable things about him.

And our father-in-the-Lord went to the Founder, who was then General Superintendent; Pa Akindayomi to report the case to him.

And Baba told our father-in-the-Lord to go and beg him.

And that was a “Bitter Pill” for our father-in-the-Lord to swallow but he obeyed and went on to beg the Pastor.

It was later gathered that the Pastor said that he has made up his Mind that he was going to Hell and he has also made up his Mind that he will go with some People and that our father-in-the-Lord will be one of them.

And so when Pa Akindayomi heard what he said, he then told our father-in-the-Lord: “You see why I told you to go and beg him”?

We may be constraint to request you Pastors/Brethrens that there may be one (1) or two (2) People who had offended us badly. But you may have to leave this Convention to go and beg them because you can never tell, they too may have made up their Minds to go to Hell and to take you along.

Do you also want to make it to the Land where they will never grow old?

It is important to Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ at this Crucial Day

I will like you to rise to our feet as we Pray!

ALTAR CALL

A lot of People has given their lives to Jesus Christ during this Convention.

But in case you are still out there and you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ today; this is a great opportunity for you.

And wherever you are, just begin to make your way forward to the Altar and give your Heart to the Lord Jesus Christ.

The rest of us, I want us to Pray.

The Topic is: “When we all get to Heaven”.

Begin to talk to the Lord: Anything that will Prevent me from making it to the Land where we will never grow old; Lord Jesus Christ Please melt it and destroy it from my Life even this very moment.

Shall we go ahead and talk to the Lord?

Father, we Thank You for Your Word.

Please, receive our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Our cry to You this Last Day is that: Whatever will Prevent us from making it to that Land where we will never grow old, destroy/melt it out of our lives today in the Name of Jesus Christ
