OPENING PRAYER
Almighty God, we Worship You.
The God of all flesh: The God Strong, Mighty, the Lord of Host Himself – We Adore You.
Thank You for what You have done Today,
Thank You for a New Beginning in Uganda,
Thank You! Thank You!! Thank You!!! because from now on; things will never be the same again.
Accept our Worship in Jesus Name.
Father, I Pray that before this Day is out, everyone here will have a Testimony:
A Testimony of an Encounter with the Almighty God.
So let it be Lord!
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Well, let Somebody shout Halleluyah – Halleluyah!
I want you to look at Somebody at your right and left and say: Thank God you are here; your tomorrow will be alright.
And then, you may Please be seated.
I want to start by Congratulating my daughter (DMC NOTES: Bishop Patience Kokundeka Museveni Rwabwogo).
Congratulations Bishop!
If you know what has happened to you just now, you will keep on rejoicing forever.
I Congratulate your husband (DMC NOTES: Mr Odreik Rwabwogo who married her on 20th July 2002).
I Congratulate all your Children.
But Probably more than anyone else, I want to Congratulate Papa and Mama (DMC NOTES: Referring to the Parents of Bishop Patience Kokundeka Museveni Rwabwogo – Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and First Lady Janet Museveni) for bringing into the world the one who is now a Bishop – Congratulations
I was surprised when I saw the Program and they said that I will be Preaching.
I said how can you tell a Pastor to Preach when a Bishop had already Preached?
And not an Ordinary Bishop – The Bishop who Performed the Consecration today is a Bishop among Bishops.

DMC NOTES: The Bishop that Performed the Historic Consecration into the Episcopal Office of Bishop for Bishop Patience Kokundeka Museveni Rwabwogo is renowned American Evangelist and Missionary Bishop LaDonna C. Osborn, the daughter of late renowned Evangelist Dr T.L (Tommy Lee) Osborn and Sister Daisy Osborn.
Well, since I am under Authority, and they say that I should say something; I will just say a little, beginning from where the Bishop who spoke before me spoke.
She has told you that there are several duties that you must begin to do now that you are a Bishop.
Because the moment you become Someone carrying the Double Portion – Because that is what you asked for and that is what you get; everything that you say and every decrees that you say will be established.
That is a very good thing but it is also a dangerous thing – And so, you have to watch what you say from now on.
I will talk to you for few Minutes about what will be happening to you and to the People connected with you from this moment onwards:
A Bishop is a Man/Woman – Because of the enormity of the Anointing of God upon them, they can Practically “Make” and “Unmake”.
That is why Bishops are not many.
You cannot be a “True Bishop” unless you are highly Disciplined.
And I will show you in the next few Minutes why.
But I rejoice with you because I believed that what you have asked God for – That Double Portion that He showed you in a Vision is already yours now (Amen).
- I rejoice with you because Nobody must treat you lightly from now on.
Because the Word of God is clear in Psalm 105: 14-15 – God Himself Commanded: “Touch not my Anointed, and do my Prophet no harm”.
Do you know that, that decree of God is so Powerful that one Anointed Person cannot even touch another Anointed Person very lightly.
If you read 1 Samuel 24: 1-end; you will remembered the Story of where David had the opportunity to kill King Saul and he said no I won’t do it – I can’t touch an Anointed Man of God.
But what I will do is that I will cut a little Piece of his dress so that I can show him that I have the opportunity to kill him but I didn’t.
The Bible told us that when he cut just a little bit of the hem of the Garment of King Saul’s Cloth who was chasing him to kill him, the Bible says that his Heart smote him.
Do you know the normal Translation of that?
If you don’t want to put it in English or in Theological terms – He cut the hem of the dress of an Anointed Man of God and he has a minor Heart Attack.
… That is not a joking matter!
So, you could have imagined what could have happened if it wasn’t just the hem of the dress – Suppose he has cut a little bit of his flesh.
Our New Bishop is not the same Fellow who came in that is going out now.
So, those of you who thought that you can talk behind her Negatively, I hope that you are not getting ready for a little bit of Heart Attack?
So Congratulations ma!
- But let us take the Passage that you seems to love so much – That is 2 Kings 2: 9-15.
Elijah said to Elisha: I am going to be taken away from you.
The Young Man said that several People has told me that today and I have told them that I know.
I may look Stupid but I am not that Stupid I know.
Three (3) times Elijah told Elisha to wait – God had sent me somewhere.
Elisha said: Wherever you are going, we are going together.
We are going somewhere and I am not going to end this day empty handed.
May I decree to Somebody here Today or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: You won’t go to bed empty handed – Amen.
You know the Story!
Anyway they crossed River Jordan and then Elijah turned to Elisha and said: Alright boy, you are rather Stubborn. I am going to be taken away from you but what can I do for you before I go?
And the boy said: This is what I have been waiting for – I want a Double Portion of your Spirit.
And Elijah looked at the boy and said: What? You have asked for a very hard thing.
I Pray for Somebody here Today or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: The Hardest Prayer that you can ever Pray, make sure that you Pray it before you leave this Place because God is going to answer you – Amen!
But if there is a Prayer that you have been Praying for years that has not been answered yet; Pray it today!
Remember that the Bishop who consecrated my daughter said in the Passage she read to you – She said: “This Day”.
What does that mean to you?
It means that this Particular Day, Sunday 23rd of August 2026:
☆ Something is about to happen to Somebody.
☆ Something that will make this Day a Day that you will never forget.
Who am I talking to? The DMC Family Members!
Anyway finally, Elisha got what he wanted.
But the moment that Elisha got what he wanted, he suddenly realised that he has a Problem.
Because now he is loaded with Power.
But where his Ministry is required is on the other side of Jordan and he can’t swim – He was a farmer’s boy like me.
And then the first Miracle that happened after he got the Double Portion was a Miracle for himself.
That very day that he got the Miracle, he crossed over River Jordan.
My dear daughter, your Ministry is just about to start!
And before the Sun sets today, you are going to cross over to your Destiny – Amen!
And Somebody is going to benefit from that.
Because as soon as Elisha crossed over River Jordan, the People who were there at Jericho and who were watching all the drama when Elijah and Elisha was crossing over River Jordan.
As soon as he got to the other side, they didn’t even say: Sorry o, your father had gone.
They said that we have been waiting for this Day – Our City is beautiful but we have Problems.
We have Problems of Barrenness and Death – Please help us.
I don’t know if I have enough People here with Faith to agree with me that from this Day onwards, Uganda will Change and Change for the better – Amen!
☆ Barrenness will disappear – Amen.
☆ Premature Death will be no more – Amen.
Because you know the Story:
The Bible says that Elisha told them okay – You have a Problem, I think that I remember where your Problem started from.
I think that I remembered a Man called Joshua who passed through Jericho before when that Wall fell.
He placed a Curse on Jericho saying: This your City here must not be built. Anyone who tried to build this Jericho, death!
But Somebody did not pay attention and so went ahead and build Jericho anyway.
And from that moment onwards, Jericho began to suffer all manners of Problems.
I am not sure that there might be Somebody here or among those reading this Message now on the Label of DMC who has been suffering what they called Generational Curse; today because you have a New Bishop, it will come to an end – Amen.
And when Elisha finished dealing with the People in Jericho, the Bible tells me that all their Problems ended in one day according to the word of Elisha.
Before our New Bishop gets back to Town; all the Curses that has been Pursuing you in your family is going to be over – Amen!
Because from now on, when she speaks, it is going to be done – Amen.
And I am sure that even though she is not going to do the Prayer here – I am sure thar when she gets into the car, before getting back to Town, she is going to Pray that whatever can be the Curse(s) that has been hindering the Progress of Uganda should be over – Amen.
And as she says it; so shall it be – Amen.
And even before she added her own, because by the Grace of God; I happened to be her father.
And I don’t know how they did it that I will be the one who will Pour the Oil on her head – Let me do my own first.
I decree concerning Uganda: Every Generational Curse(s) must end today – Amen.
- Then the next thing that Elisha did was to be found in the same 2 Kings 2: 23-24.
The Bible says that as he just finished Blessing a whole Nation and cancelling any Curse upon them. And then some boys came and began to mock him.
And he wasn’t aware of the Power that he was carrying and he didn’t know thar his word is now fire.
So he just looked at those boys who were mocking him and just placed a Curse on them.
And you know the rest of the Story.
As soon as he finished speaking, the Bible says that two She-Bears came out of nowhere and killed the Mockers.
I have Good News for Somebody who is here today or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: Whatever is in your Life that is causing People to say where is your God, is going to end today – Amen!
What do we mean by asking: Where is your God?
It is in the nature of a Man to look for that bit of your Life that is not good to describe you.
I. I mean that if you should be married and you are not yet married and they want to talk about you in the Church.
They will say that you don’t know that Sister who should be in her husband’s house but she is still living in her mother’s house?
II. Or if by now you should be the mother of two (2) or three (3) children and you haven’t gotten one child yet.
When they want to describe you, they will say that you mean you don’t know that Sister who is married but still barren?
III. Or you might be Somebody who has been working like an Elephant and you have been eating like an Ant.
When they want to talk about you, they refer to your Special Problem.
IV, if you ask any Child in the Sunday School that who is Bartimaeus?
They will say: That Blind Man.
God has opened the eyes of Bartimaeus more than three thousand (3,000) years ago, but ask a Sunday School Student: Who is Bartimaeus? They will say Blind Bartimaeus.
V. Who is Naaman? Oh that Leper.
They want to describe you by that little Problem in your Life.
All those who has been mocking you and all those who has been saying: Where is your God; because you came together or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC, before this Month is over, you won’t even see them anymore – Amen!
With a Double Portion of the Anointing, Mockers were Silenced!
So you have with you now Somebody who will become a Silencer of Mockery – That is why you should rejoice!
- Not only does she cancel Curses and Silence Mockers; she becomes from this Day onwards a Destroyer of Poverty.
How can becoming a Bishop suddenly turn you to a Destroyer of Poverty?
Some of you are not excited about that – No Problem.
I know that some of you has been well taught that if you want to make it to Heaven, you must die in Poverty.
This is not in not in my own Bible.
And I have said this I think when I was talking to the Ministers the other day (DMC NOTES: On Friday, 21st August 2026) – If you think that Poverty is a Good Thing, don’t be a Christian.
Because when the Bishop who did the Consecration was talking to us, she told us that when the Bible was talking to us about the Passage that Jesus Christ read – He didn’t say that He has come to make People Poor.
There is nothing Glorious in Poverty – Don’t let anybody deceive you.
I know that there are some People who Preached nothing other than Prosperity – Leave them alone.
But you can make it to Heaven and be rich here on Earth.
I have said it that Jesus Christ is not Glorified when your Landlord says that you call yourself a Christian and you can’t Pay your House rent.
And I Pray for everyone of you inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC: In the Name that is above every other name, you will not die Poor – Amen!
And if you really want to know the Truth of what I am saying, go and ask Papa (DMC NOTES: President Yoweri Museveni) – He doesn’t want Poverty for Uganda
In 2 Kings 4: 1-7, the Bible says that there was a Widow of a Man of God
The husband believed that the way to Heaven is Poverty – So he knew how to borrow money and he died with a load of debt for the wife and the two (2) children.
And everyday when they have been asking that woman – How are things Sister? She says: The Lord is my Shepherd and I shall not want.
Until one day, the Creditors came and said: Ma, if you don’t pay our money by tomorrow, we will sell the only thing worthy of sale in your house – Your two (2) boys.
That day, she ran to Elisha and said to the Man of God: Sir, you know my husband and you know that he feared God – He was a very Good Man of God but he died Poor. He believed in Poverty and the Creditors have come to sell my two (2) sons.
You know the Story.
By the time Elisha with his Double Portion Anointing finished with that woman, not only was all her debts Paid; she never borrowed again.
Whether you say Amen or not, I am decreeing in the Name of the One who sent me: You will never borrow again – Amen.
If you want to know one of the reasons why Africa is still suffering, it is because we owe some People and we in Africa should not owe anybody.
God has so much blessed us that everything that we needed has been Provided.
And I am decreeing in the Name that is above every other name: Any debt owed by Uganda will be Paid mysteriously – Amen!
And none of you will die Poor – Amen!
Why will Sister (Bishop Patience Kokundeka Museveni Rwabwogo) suddenly destroy your debt?
Because she will make a decree and God will back it up.
If God says to you here now that from now on, you will always have “More Than Enough”; some of us will say: How is that going to happen?
But like I told the Ministers: When God speaks, don’t try to understand how He will do it.
The One who made Heaven and Earth does not have to think on how to make you rich.
The only Problem is that you don’t want to be rich
And when you refused to be rich, remember that the Bible says that: The Poor is the Servant of the rich (DMC NOTES: Proverbs 22:7).
And we were all created equally – And God didn’t say that I will make this one Poor and I will make that one rich. No!
What the Bible tells me is that: The Blessings of the Lord maketh rich and adds no Sorrow (DMC NOTES: Proverbs 10:22).
I don’t know if I will ever come back to Uganda but God may make a way
By the next time that I will come: Those of you who are Tenants will be Landlords – Amen!
I will tell you a Story:
Years ago, on New Year’s Eve, we are having what we called Cross Over Service.
And suddenly God spoke to me and said: There is Someone in the crowd who is having Problem Paying his house rent. In the New Year, he will become a Landlord.
Now to say that in Lagos, it is either you know God or something is wrong with you. Where is he going to get a house in Lagos?
But there was only one Fellow there – A Messenger in a Company; he was the only one who said Amen.
When I was making the Announcement, I myself didn’t know how it could happen but it is none of my business; if God says that He is going to do something, He will do it.
And there is Somebody here or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC who will become a Landlord before the end of this Year – Amen.
New Year came and this Young boy went to greet the Chairman – As the Chairman and as we do in Nigeria, he Prostrated and say Happy New Year sir.
And the Chairman of the Company looked at him and say: Ha Messenger, have I given you a Christmas Present? The boy said No sir. Have I given you a New Year Present? No sir.
He said that Lagos State Government built some houses that they wanted to sell, I bidded for one and I won but I don’t need it. Come and take the keys to the House.
If I tell you the whole Story, I will take your time.
But do you know that within two (2) days, he was living in a Storey Building and he was sitting on the furniture the Chairman was using the Year before.
When we are talking about God, Please learn to believe Him.
In the Name that is above every other name, you won’t die Poor – Amen.
Why? Because you have a New Bishop – When she decrees, it shall be established.
- When a Man carries a Double Portion Anointing, he doesn’t just become a Blessing to the Poor, but he also becomes a Blessing to the rich.
You see, many of you don’t know that rich People has Problems too.
Many of them, the bigger they look to you, the bigger their Problems.
In Africa, the Elders has a saying – They say that: “The bigger your Head, the bigger the Headache” (DMC NOTES: “Bí orí bá tóbi, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni ìrora orí a máa tóbi sí”).
Big People has big Problems – And unless Somebody Intervenes, it is them that they have the Blessings that does not go with Sorrow.
And that is the kind of Blessings that you are going to have – Amen!
I will just tell you a Story from the Scriptures and then we will round up:
In 2 Kings 4: 8-17, Elisha was just Passing by and the Bible says that there was a Great Woman.
If God says that Somebody is Great, then the fellow must be Great
She saw Elisha Passing by and she said: This is a Man of God, I must give him food.
She came to Elisha and say: Sir, you must come to my house to eat.
Elisha looked at her and said: Who told you that I am hungry?
The woman said that it is not a Question of hungry or not hungry; you are going to eat in my house.
The Man of God said that I don’t go about begging for food as the Lord is taking good care of me.
The woman said: You don’t understand, I am not letting you go until you come to eat in my house.
Okay, if you insist and she said that I insist.
And then Elisha went and tasted the food.
And I am telling you: When God says that Somebody is Great, the food taste differently.
When Elisha ate the food and he saw that it was so good, every time that he was Passing by, he will Branch – Hello Sister, I just want to say how are things? And the woman will say that the food is ready.
After some time, the woman said that instead of giving this Man an “Occasional Lunch”, why don’t I build him a little room so that he can come in, eat Lunch and Dinner and then Sleep over and feel comfortable?
And so Elisha began to live in the house of the Great Woman whenever he was Passing through the Town.
And then one day, God spoke to Elisha: Man of God, you are comimg here to eat all the time; you didn’t even find out if this woman has any Problem?
And so Elisha called her: Have you any Problem?
Problem? The woman said that I don’t have any Problem – Everything that anybody can have, I have them.
But God told me that there is something missing.
So Elisha called his Servant to help him find out.
And that one came back and said that she has no Child.
You can be rich but you can’t buy a Child.
There are big People having Problems that money cannot solve.
You know the rest of the Story – Elisha spoke.
He is carrying a Double Portion of Anointing and when such Person speaks, it is done.
☆ Woman, within the next one year, you will carry a baby boy.
The woman laughed – Man of God, don’t deceive me. I have believed God for a Child and I have Prayed and nothing happened. And so I have settled with God that it is alright.
There might be one (1) or two (2) People here today or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: Maybe it is because of you that God is asking me to Preach.
That Problem that money cannot solve, will be solved today – Amen.
☆ Many of us don’t know that big People has big Problems.
☆ Many of us never thought that they could have a Problem until one day the Doctors tell them: Sorry sir, there is nothing more that we can do.
At that time, they will realised that money can be useless.
But a Man of God can speak a word and that Problem will be over.
So, if there is anyone here or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: Maybe you have a Sickness that they say cannot be cured or maybe you have a Problem; that Problem will be gone – Amen.
I was invited to come and Preach in a house in Ikoyi – Ikoyi is the Place where the High and Mighty in Lagos lives.
And while they were getting ready, they told me to sit in the Living room while they settle down.
And where I was sitting in one of the Series of Livng Rooms, all of them in ascending order of Splendour. I was sitting in the very first one – The one that if I have it, I will say that I have arrived.
When I looked at the Splendour of the Place, I wanted to Change my Sermon Topic – I was going to talk on “God is a Miracle Working God”.
But when I saw what I saw, I said maybe what I should say is: “Oh that Man should Praise the Lord”,
But then God spoke to me that I brought you here because she has a Problem.
She is rich but she has an only son and that one is on drugs.
And that drug was so terrible in the Life of that boy that on one occasion that boy asked for money to buy drugs and the mother refused, he Planted drugs in her Luggage knowing that she was going to London
So at the Entrance Point in London, they found the drugs and arrested the woman.
But she was so big that she was able to maneuver her way out.
But every day, she agonised over this boy but nothing they did could cure him.
That day, that boy gave his Life to Jesus Christ.
Whatever Problem that is in your Life that money cannot handle; I Pray for you today that before you get home, that Problem will be solved – Amen!
Let me Close:
- A Man with a Double Portion of Anointing can show the faces of God:
☆ God is Holy
☆ God is Love
☆ God is Merciful
☆ God is a Consuming Fire
Through the Story in 2 Kings 5: 1-end, Elisha showed us that God can be full of Mercy.
And if He decides to show you Mercy like He did for Naaman, He will follow you all the way through.
When He arranged for Naaman to come to the Man of God so that he can be cured of that incurable disease; Naamam was very arrogant: Me, you want me to wash in this your dirty water of River Jordan?
But God Persuaded him and the Servant said to him: If they ask you to Pay, won’t you Pay? All they asked you to do is to humble yourself.
Do what the Man of God says and you will be Clean.
And a General listened to an “Ordinary Corporal” and obeyed. And God healed him.
But that same day, there was one small boy called Gehazi who said: My Oga refused to collect a very good Honouranium, I will follow this Man and go and collect something.
He went to collect something and he collected Leprosy.
Why? Because the Man of God with the Double Portion of Anointing – The same mouth that says: “Go and wash and be clean” is the same mouth that says: “May the Leprosy of Naama cleave on you”.
The Leprosy was already in Jordan but the Man of God says: Hey, you are toiling with my God, let’s show you a little bit of His size .
The woman that has just been consecrated, she is going to go round this Nation and she is going to go round to other Nations.
She is going round to tell them that: Jesus is Love and God is Love.
But she is also going to add that the reason that I am Preaching to you is that:
☆ This same God is a Consuming Fire
☆ The reason that I am Preaching to you is so that you don’t go to Hell.
Because believe me honestly:
☆ It doesn’t matter who you are; if you touch fire, fire will burn you.
☆ It doesn’t matter how Great you are and it doesn’t matter the Position you occupy; you touch fire, fire will burn you.
Particularly if the one who is Preaching to you is Somebody with Double Portion of the Anointing.
So, I am going to encourage you – No matter how Great you are, Come to Jesus now and surrender your Life to Him.
Because Somebody is comimg to you very soon: Hey, don’t go to Hell Fire. God is Good and He is kind but He is dangerous.
It is a dangerous thing to fall into the Hands of the Living God (DMC NOTES: Hebrews 10:31).
ALTAR CALL
So Please in the next 2 to 3 Minutes, I want to appeal to those of you who are here or among those reading this Message now on the Label of DMC and you have not yet given your Life to Jesus Christ; within 2 Minutes, come forward.
Let me Pray for your Salvation and things will Change for the better for you – You cannot afford not to Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ.
So Please come.
There is Nobody here that is small – Everybody in this Hall must be Somebody in this Nation.
So come and give your Life to Jesus Christ and let God give you a New Beginning.
I am counting now!
Now, those of you infront, talk to God.
Call on Jesus Christ and say: Be Merciful on me.
Just have Mercy on me as I know that I have sinned and I want you to forgive me.
I want You to become my Lord and Saviour,
I want to be one of Your Children,
I want all the Decrees to come to Past in my Life for good.
Say: Lord, save my Soul and I will serve You for the rest of my Life.
And the rest if us, if you know that you are saved; Stretch forth your hands towards them and intercede for them.
Pray that the One who saved your Soul will save their own Souls also.
Pray that these People will remember this day as the day that their lives Changed.
Thank You Father!
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
PRAYER FOR SALVATION
My Father abd my God, I want to bless Your Holy Name.
I want to Thank You for these People who has come to receive You.
Lord, remember Your Promise that whosoever will come to You, You will no wise cast out.
Please receive these People, have Mercy on them, save their Souls and write their names in the Book of Life.
From this moment onwards, whenever they cry unto You, Please answer them by Fire.
And let them begin to enjoy all the Blessings of belonging to the Family of God.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Praise the Lord – Halleluyah.
Now, before I go back to my seat, I want to Pray for you and then Pray for this Nation (Uganda).
PERSONAL PRAYER REQUEST
But I want you to talk to God yourself:
What is that Problem in your Life that has been waiting for Solution that has not been Solved?
Talk to God for 2 Minutes
Tell Him that on this Day, the Almighty God by the Power that is in the Double Portion Anointing, help me solve the Problems.
Is it Physical Problem, Marital Problem, Financial Problem, Emotional Problem or you lacked Peace of Mind – Whatever is it, ask God.
Go ahead and talk to God.
Thank You Father.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
CLOSING PRAYER
My Father and my God, I want to Thank You.
I want to Thank You for this Day – This kind of Day that comes only once in a Lifetime.
I Thank You for these Your Children who are here or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC.
I know my Father and my God that there is no Problem that You cannot solve.
So I am decreeing Daddy that before they get home, you will solve their Problems and You will give them Testimonies.
Father Lord God Almighty, I am Praying that before the Sun sets, they will have cause to rejoice.
That they will remember this Day for the rest of their lives to Praise You for this Mighty Miracle that they have asked You for and You have given them.
Father, let it be well with all of them.
And Lord, I am Praying for this Beloveth Nation Uganda:
Lord God Almighty, in every areas in the lives of the Inhabitants of this Nation Uganda and all the Nations represented here; Lord God Almighty, I am asking that You will Intervene vigorously.
That things will get better and better and better in this Nation in Jesus Name.
