Ancient of Days, we give You all the Glory.
The Unchangeable Changer, we give You all the Honour.
The Builder Himself, we Worship You.
Accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.
Thank You for Building this Your Church.
Thank You for the Great Things You had already done.
Thank You for Greater Things that You will do.
Father, accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.
Almighty God, in a way only You alone can do it; continue to build Your People.
We are asking that this Particular Parish from today will become a Miracle Center:
If a Sinner come here to Worship, let the Sinner be saved.
If any Sick fellow come here to Worship, heal that fellow.
If the Barren comes here, let the Barren becomes Fruitful.
If the devil chases anyone into this Building, let that fellow become immediately delivered.
If the Failure come here to Worship, let the Failure begins to Prosper.
Every Prayers Prayed here, Father answer them by Fire.
Almighty God, I Pray that everyone who has come here to Worship today will go back home with a Testimony.
Let the Miracles begin now.
As we Dedicate this Building to You in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit – Amen!

So when she said that she is not going to say much but forget time, I can understand.
We had an Agreement – The Agreement was that from the time that I entered into the Church till the time I go; everything together will be one (1) hour.
But it is only 15 Minutes that I have left now.
But the biggest Sermon ever Preached – Which is the Sermon on the Mount, lasted only for 15 Minutes. So we have enough time.
So within 15 Minutes, God will Perform Miracles in your lives – Amen!
This is a very beautiful Building!
I am delighted to be here – I didn’t know that there is something like this hidden from the road.
It shall be well with you – Amen!
Let us go quickly to the Book of Psalms – Psalm 127:1.
Psalms 127:1:
Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the City, the Watchman waketh but in vain.
… Except the LORD keep the City, the Watchman waketh but in vain.
God is a Builder:
- He builds Houses.
The Bible tells us in Exodus 1: 15-16 that because the Midwives in Egypt feared God, God rewarded them by building Houses for them.
So, let me start by saying: As many of you that feared God, God will build Houses for you – Amen!
- But God does not build just Houses, He builds Homes.
A house is just any Building whereas a Home is a Place People go to rest after they have laboured during the day.
A Home is usually where you have families living together – Where you have married People enjoying their rest after they have laboured.
- That is why God is also a Builder of Marriages.
When you read Genesis 2: 18-25, it was God who said that it is not Good that a Man should be alone.
Marriage is the idea of God.
- He is a Builder of Marriages so that Houses can become Homes.
So I am decreeing: In the Name that is above every other name; your Houses will become Homes – Amen!
And those of you who are yet to be married, I will want to decree that before the end of this Year; your own God’s Chosen Partners will show up – Amen!
- God doesn’t just build Homes, He builds Families.
When a Man or Woman is married but there is no Child, you can’t call that Man father and you can’t call that Woman mother.
Married Man yes; married Woman yes but father and mother only comes when there is at least a Child.
And in Matthew 6:9, when Jesus Christ was going to teach the Disciples how to Pray; He said that this is how you should Pray: “Our Father, who art in Heaven”.
He could have said: “Our God, who art in Heaven”.
He could have said: “Our King, who is in Heaven”.
And He would have been correct.
But He wanted us to know that God is a Family Man – That is why He said: “Our Father”.
On the basis of that alone, I decree that: In this Particular Parish, there will be no Barrenness – Amen.
Every Man will end up a father – Amen
Every Woman will end up a mother – Amen
Because God made a decree in Exodus 23:26 – He said that there shall be no Barren People among my own People.
And I am speaking as His Mouthpiece to say: In this Particular Parish, there will be no Barrenness – Amen.
So, if you have been trusting God for Fruit of the womb, take the Word of God for it: “Very soon, you will come and name your Child” – Amen.
- And God doesn’t just build Houses, He doesn’t just build Homes, He doesn’t just build families; He builds Cities.
In Hebrews 11: 8-10, the Bible tells us that Abraham went out when God told him to go out.
And the Bible says that he was looking for a City whose Maker and Builder is God.
That is why when I came in and I saw a Traditional Ruler in our midst, before I came to sit down, I went to pay homage.
I am using him as a Point of Contact that God will build you Cities – Amen.
I am decreeing that from this day onwards, all forms of Terrorism, Banditry et cetera et cetera will stay away from your Cities – Amen.
Because when God builds a City, that City will be secured and saved.
When God told me way back in 1981 when I was Praying and leaving my job at the University of Ilorin (Acting Head of Department of Mathematics).
And in those days, there were more Houses that People could live then.
And so at my University of Ilorin Quarters, my Boy’s Quarters had four (4) Bedrooms – That will give you a rough idea of what my own House will look like.
And then, I left that to come and live in a room in Mushin.
And I had to cry to God – I am not asking for a Mansion, but just a Boy’s Quarter because my wife that I left behind in Ilorin will be coming to join me and we had some children.
Boy’s Quarters – One room for me and my wife, one room for the boys among my children, one room for the girl and then if He likes, one room for the visitors.
And God said: Son, don’t ask me for a House because I have decided to build you a City.
All my laughed at me when they heard me.
And they have a right to laugh:
☆ Is he going to drive the People in Lagos away?
☆ Where will the City comes from?
But I know that God is a Builder of Cities.
So when some time later that He took me to a Piece of Land along the Lagos Ibadan Expressway – The Headquarters of Highway Robbers at that time; and He gave me 4½ Acres of Land. And said: Son, that is the City; I believed Him.
Why? Because I know that He is the Builder of Cities.
And today by the Grace of God, what used to be a Camp has become a City.
And it is a different City – It is a City that has everything Supplied by God:
☆ A City that has its own Water works.
☆ A City that has its own Electricity.
☆ A City that has everything that you could asked for inclusive its own Security.
☆ A City that during the Period of Coronavirus, the only fellow who was attacked by that terrible disease is a woman who was living in the Camp but she wasn’t a Member of the Church – Her Child has a house in Camp and she came there to live.
The entire City was just going round and we were enjoying ourselves – Our air was fresh and no disease.
Now, I am going to use that to make a Decree – You see because when I come to Dedicate a Building like this, I just come to Pronounce some father’s Blessings on you
The real job I have already done when I Prayed before I started Preaching.
So the rest that I am doing now is for Somebody – Somebody who has received one big Promise from God; a Promise that seems impossible.
Because you are here Today or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: Before the end of this Month that is coming, you will Testify – Amen.
- And then He builds Churches.
When my daughter was talking that they went here and there and they have Problems. And then at a stage, People looked at us: Aren’t you greedy? Why are you building something so big? I was smiling.
When my son who introduced me was saying that they call him “Arch Bishop”; I was wondering what they will call me? Arch Pastor now! (DMC NOTES: The Introduction was done by Pastor Kayode Pitan (PICR RCCG Region 20, Head of The Favoures Family and Assistant Continental Overseer, Continent 3).
God builds Churches.
He said in Matthew 16:18 – He said that “I will build my Church”.
And by the way, He added: “The Gates of Hell shall not Prevail”.
So if you see some attacks on The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) from right, left and center; and if you see People criticising the General Overseer for what he said and for what he didn’t say; don’t be surprised – He said that: “The Gates of Hell shall not Prevail”.
That means that there will be attacks.
There are horrible things that will happen in other Denominations and Nobody talks about it – No Problem.
You should expect attacks because the One who is building you have told you in advance.
But he has told you that whatever may be the attack of the attackers, it will not Prevail – Amen.
There was a time even in our own Age when some People never Preached their own Sermon on Sundays – They will wait for us to finish and then they Pick our Sermon and they began to criticise us by turning the Sermon up and down
And People said: Why don’t you answer them?
I say why? When God wants to fight for you, why do you want to fight for yourself?
I decree to everyone of you: You will laugh last – Amen!
- But then He goes beyond that – He builds Individuals.
… Yes, He can build you.
Because when we talk of a Church, it is the People that comes in that we call the Church and not just a Building.
I mean if all of a sudden you make up your Mind that you don’t like Adeboye and The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) anymore; and you don’t go into any of the Churches; the Church will close down.
Do you know what? He is going to build you – Amen!
Many of you think that you are the one building yourself.
When we talk about Praising God and giving Glory to God, there are some People who will say: Why should I Praise God?
But all you are is through Him:
☆ You say that I went to School before I became a Doctor.
☆ You say that I studied hard and that is why I am a Professor today.
☆ You say: What are you talking about? I am the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a Company because I used my Brain – Yes sir!
☆ You say: I built myself – Yes Men!
But I have always tell you the Story of a Man when I was at Ilesha Grammar School in the 1950s – A completely Mad fellow.
He will sit at the Gate of the School, drinking Palm Wine which we the Students usually buy for him.
And when he has finished drinking a cup of Palm Wine, he will say: Which History do you want to hear? British or European History?
Oh European Hostory – Okay from what Year to what Year?
And then he will begin to tell us that from this Year to this Year, this is what happened:
☆ It was the hunger in seventeen something that led to the French Revolution.
☆ And then the French Revolution led to the French Revolutionary War.
☆ The French Revolutionary War led to the Napoleon War.
Do you know why? He was a Professor of History but something went wrong.
He knows all the History but:
☆ Ask him: What is your name? He can’t remember.
☆ Where is your house? He doesn’t know.
… Something went wrong Upstairs.
Nothing will go wrong with your Brains – Amen
The Bible says in Jeremiah 18:6 – It says that God is the Porter and you are the Clay.
When He formed Man, He just took something from the Ground and built Somebody out of it – He built Individuals.
And Romans 9: 18-21 says: How can something formed begin to talk to Somebody who formed him? Saying why have you done this?
Do you know that God has the ability to make a Particular Person a Goat?
He could have formed you as a snake instead of you.
… He is the Builder of Human Beings.
I tell you: He is not just a Builder, He is an Architect!
No Good Builder builds without a Picture of what he has in Mind!
The Bible says in that Passage that we read earlier in Hebrews 11: 8-10 – He said that Abraham was looking for a City whose Maker (The word Maker there is an Architect) and Builder is God.
… Our God is an Architect.
Before we were born, God has a Plan – Ask Jeremiah and he will tell you.
Jeremiah 1: 4-5 – He says: Before I formed thee, I knew thee; when you are still in your mother’s womb, I have finished the Pattern of what you are going to become.
If you ask yourself: How did I get to be in this Church this Morning?
You will be amazed how He has moved you from one Point to another – You met Somebody that told you that Daddy GO came to Christ Church several years ago and he said to those of us who are there something that happened years ago.
By His Plan, God brought you here this Morning.
Whether you believed it or not, He has a Plan for your Life!
Nobody will ever have believed that I will be a Pastor.
Many atimes when I met some of my old friends – I met one of them that we Graduated the same day way back in 1967 in London recently.
She came to our Redemption Camp over there in London. And her children were there and so she couldn’t talk much because she knew me very well.
But she kept on saying: Adeboye, na wa o – You a Pastor? Na wa o.
The children didn’t know the full meaning and I didn’t bother to tell them.
Many of my friends who knew me can’t believed when they begin to talk about how humble I am.
They will say: “No be Adeboye na him dem dey talk about? (DMC NOTES: Meaning: Is it not the same Adeboye they are talking about?) – God na wa o!
Because in those days, when I introduce myself – Because if you meet Somebody for the first time and you introduce yourself, they don’t pay attention.
Many of the time, they don’t even remember what you have said.
So to make sure that the fellow that I am introducing myself to won’t forget my name in a hurry; I am going to say: “Here you meet from the Department of Mathematics of the University of Nigeria Nsukka; and then I will give you my name”.
You can’t forget that in a hurry:
☆ That this fellow is a Mathematian.
☆ And there is only one University of Nigeria – There are no two.
Other Universities were named after Towns – University of Ibadan, University of Ife but there is only one University of Nigeria.
That is how Proud I was!
You can’t meet me and forget the name because I will surround the name with several things.
Now, I don’t even want Photographers to take my Pictures.
Why? Because Somebody had a Plan for me before I was born.
He choose Somebody who under normal circumstances should not even be a Christian at all.
If you are thinking of two (2) things that are in total opposite direction – Mathematics and Christianity are the two (2).
Why?
☆ Mathematics will say: Prove it and I will believe it.
☆ Christianity says: Believe it and I will Prove it.
But this Master Builder has a Plan – He is the Architect!
He has a Plan for your Life and whether you like it or not, His Purpose shall be fulfilled – Amen!
Except one thing – He is the Porter and you are the Clay.
And you read that Book of Jeremiah Chapter 18 that I mentioned earlier.
The Bible says that when the Porter was working on the Clay, he has a Particular Picture in Mind – The Clay becomes what he wants in his hands.
He will say that this is not what I Planned to build but this Clay has proved Stubborm.
He will say: Alright, if I want to build a Lion and it refuses to be a Lion; I can start afresh, I can build a cat afterall a Lion is still a cat.
If I want to make you a Lion and you are Stubborn, Struggling and not yielding; no Problem then I can make you a cat.
If while I am still trying to make you a cat, you still continue Struggling, no Problem, I can make you a rat.
That I won’t make something out of you, forget that one – I will.
Everybody is made to become an Example – I have just given you an Example of a Professor who became a Mad Man.
Beloveth Children, God brought you here this Morning or made you read the Full Text of the Message Transcript on the Label of DMC today to inform you that:
☆ He wants to build you.
☆ He wants to make you Great.
☆ He has a Plan for your Life before you were born.
Please don’t let Him Change His Mind!
When you read 1 Samuel 2:30, He said to a Man called Eli: I said indeed (It is me who said so) that you and your father’s house shall stand before me forever (Your family will be a family of Pastors/Prophets). He says but now I Change my Mind.
He said that your Children that You are thinking that will succeed you will be begging for food in the House of the Lord.
And if God says that I Change my Mind, who is going to query Him?
If He Changes His Mind and you don’t like it, sue Him and then let us find out who will be the Judge and who will be your Lawyer?
The Almighty God is speaking to Somebody today inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC: He brought you here or made you read now; not just because of a Church Dedication but He brought you here or made you read because of your Future!
☆ If you like: Stop Struggling with Him – Surrender your Life to Him and He will do what He Planned to do for you.
☆ Refuse to Surrender – You will be the one who will suffer it.
ALTAR CALL
So, if you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ, I am going to count from one (1) to ten (10) – Come forward to Surrender your Life to Him.
Tell Jesus that I won’t struggle with You anymore – Be my Saviour, be my Lord and then just do whatever You want to do with me.
I am counting now!
Those of you already infront, let us begin to cry to God:
Lord have Mercy on me, save my Soul, I want You to be my Lord and Saviour.
It is Your Will that I want in my Life – Make me one of Your Children and I will do Your Will for the rest of my Life.
Help me Lord – That Good Plan that You have for my Life, Please don’t Change it Lord.
Go ahead and talk to God.
And the rest of us, Please Stretch your hands and talk to God about these People – Intercede for them:
Pray that the One who saved Your Soul will save their Souls also.
Thank You Father!
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
PRAYER FOR SALVATION
My Father and my God, I want to say Thank You.
Thank You for Your Words and Thank You for these Your Children who has come forward to Surrender their lives to You.
Father, Please receive them in Jesus Name.
Have Mercy on them, forgive them, save their Souls Lord, let Your Blood wash away their sins and let them become True Children of the Living God.
Don’t Change Your Mind concerning Your Goodwill for them in Jesus Name.
Please Lord God Almighty, from now on; anytime that they call on You, answer them by Fire.
And I Pray that from this moment onwards, they will serve You till the very End.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Praise the Lord – Halleluyah!
CLOSING PRAYER
My Father and my God, I want to Thank You:
I want to Thank You for this very Special Day,
I want to Thank You for this Special Building,
I want to Thank You for all those who contributed one way or the other into the Building of this House.
Father, accept my Thanks in Jesus Name.
Father, I am asking that before these Your Children will leave here, they are going to be asking You for a Dedication Miracle:
Whatever they ask for Father, give unto them.
Whatever may be your Request, before the Sun Sets today, Father turn it to a Testimony.
Please Almighty God, build them up.
Build Houses for them.
Turn their Houses to Homes.
The Single, let them be married.
In their lives, let there be no Barrenness.
Build their Cities
Build their Churches,
Build them Individually.
In all areas of their lives, show them that You are the Great Builder.
And as the Architect of the Universe, whatever is Your Plan concerning them and Your Good Plans for these People; bring it to Past.
Don’t Change Your Mind.
From now on, anytime that I hear concerning any of them; let it be Good News.
And let them serve You till the very End.
