OPENING PRAYERS

Father Almighty, we give You all the Glory, we give You all the Honour, we give You all the Adorations. Please accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Thank You for thus far You have led us; thus far You have kept us; thus far You have Preserved us. We thank You because we know what you did before, You will do it again. Please accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Lord God Almighty; we are asking that this morning you will send Help to all of us. That everyone of us in Need of Help one way or the other; You will send Help to us urgently.

We are Praying Lord God Almighty for all Your children all over the world today; Please send Help to us.

And we Pray that very, very soon, we will be Singing and Dancing and Praising Your Holy Name when all these Problems are over in Jesus Name.

Thank You Almighty God. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Well, let someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

We will today be looking at Exodus 14: 13-18:

13. And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the Salvation of the LORD, which He will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. (I am Praying for someone or reading now on the Label of DMC that from today onwards, your Victory shall be Permanent – Amen)
14. The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your Peace (I am Praying for someone that you will hold your Peace)
15. And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:
16. But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
17. And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me Honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his Chariots, and upon his Horsemen.
18. And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gotten me Honour upon Pharaoh, upon his Chariots, and upon his Horsemen.

1. The first (1st) thing you do when you come across a Mountain, an Obstacle that is blocking your Way, a Problem you were not expecting, a crisis like the Present one that the world has not seen before – The first thing you can do when you come across a Mountain is to “Turn Back” and say I am not continuing the Journey since there is a Mountain blocking my Way.

You find an example in Numbers 14: 1-4 – The children of Israel were on their Way to the Promised Land – They were at the very Border itself.

Moses has sent some Spies to go and spy the land; they came back and said Oh, the land is wonderful, there are Giants on the land but they said sorry, the Giants are too big for us, the Cities were too “Well Fenced” – We can’t take the Land.

So, the People said then in that case; if we can’t go forward then we better go backwards. Let us make for ourselves a Captain and go back to Egypt.

My Prayer for you this day is that the Problem that will send you back to Egypt; the Problem that will take you away from Jesus Christ will never come across your Path – Amen!

2. The Second (2nd) thing of course one could do if he comes across a Mountain is to go round it – To see ok, this is a Mountain blocking my Way, let me go round the Mountain and then find a Way at the end of the road.

In Numbers 32:13; the Bible says that the children of Israel tried to go round the Mountain for forty (40) Years till all adults among them were dead in the wilderness.

The Problem that will cause you to keep going round and round and round; the Almighty God will not bring your Way – Amen.

3. The third (3rd) Option is to climb the Mountain.

Climbing the Mountain as you will probably have discovered when you try to climb a Hill could be quite an assignment.

But climbing a Mountain might be a Solution because in Exodus 17: 8-13; when the Amalekites suddenly blocked the Way of the children of Israel to the Promised Land. Moses climbed a Hill and took Aaron and Hur with him.

And from the Hilltop; they controlled the battle.

That is why you heard some People saying when they are fasting: I am on the Mountain – That means they are climbing the Mountain.

There was a young man years ago: Every time you see him he will say that I am on a Mountain.

I once asked him: Don’t you ever come down at all?

4. The fourth (4th) Possibility or Option of course is that: You can bore a hole, dig a tunnel through the Mountain.

Like the example we were faced with in today’s Bible Text.

Because by the time you go on to Exodus 14: 21-28; when Moses lifted up his hands against the Red Sea; the Red Sea parted; the children of Israel passed through; they arrived on the other side of the Red Sea and then of course the Red Sea came together again.

When you bore a hole through a Hill or Mountain; the Mountain remains but you are on the other side of it.

… The Red Sea is still there thousands of Years after the children of Israel walked right through.

I have made it abundantly clear to us – those of you who will remembered: Coronavirus is not going to disappeared completely.

Just like Cholera, like Ebola; it will just subsides.

… And in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ; it will subsides soon – Amen.

… But that it will leave the world completely – That will take a very “Special Miracle” of God.

But the Good News is that by the Special Grace of God; those of you who are listening to me now (or reading on the Label of DMC) by the time we will finish today, you will know that you will come out at the other end of the Mountain – Amen

And when you come out; I hope you will not forget to sing Praises unto the Lord.

NOTE: I will soon return back to this Option four (4) because that is the real discussion for today!

5. The fifth (5th) Option is that you “Dynamite the Mountain”.

You can get some very huge explosives and blow down the Mountain.

This is what happened in Joshua 6: 1-20 – The Bible made it clear that the Wall of Jericho completely block the Way of the children of Israel to the Promised Land: There was no Way that they could go round it, there was no Way they could walk Pass it.

So, they have to blow it out. And they did that by giving a very Big Shout of Hallelujah in Joshua 6:20.

And that is why you found me from time to time calling on everybody to shout a very Big Hallelujah because in the Process of shouting, you breakdown the Walls of Jericho.

6. Option 6 of course is that if you are really, really Spiritual. You can turn the Mountain to somewhere when you have done the climbing; you can even turn it to Habitation – You can sit on top of it; you can build a house on the Mountaintop.

And those of you who has had the opportunity of travelling to Highland Nations; you will find out that the wealthiest People build their houses on Mountaintops.

In 2 Kings 4: 18-37; when the Shunnamite woman needed a Miracle urgently and then she had to go to Elisha – She found him sitting down, living on top of Mount Carmel.

7. The seventh (7th) Option is to fly over the Mountain.

Isaiah 40:31 tells us that: They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their Strength. They will mount with wings as Eagles – That is they will fly as an Eagle: Fly over the Mountain. That is the Greatest Option of all.

And I believed that God will give us an opportunity sometimes in the future to look at that Option because it is a very beautiful Option indeed.

In other words, the Mountain will be there but it is none of your own business – You are flying above it.

You are not climbing, you are not blasting it out, you are not digging a hole through it – You are just flying above it.

And if you have had the opportunity to fly during the Daytime across the Mountains; you can see that Mountains can be beautiful.

… It all depends from which side you are looking at it from.

Well, there are quite a lot of Good Things that will come out of this lockdown – Many, many People will at the end of the lockdown will be grateful to God for it.

Some People for instance who has not had opportunities to spend with their husbands or wives; children whose parents are always gone – Now they are to lockdown together.

I was talking to one of my sons who is always having some little, little Problems with his wife and children: How are you now?

He said: Well, what can we do? – We are compulsorily together.

I said thank God for the “Compulsory Holiday”.

But today; I want to talk to you briefly – Just for few more minutes on certain situations that you can’t dodge; certain situations, certain Problems that you just must Pass through; certain Mountains you must just bore your Way through

In Isaiah 43:2; the Almighty God said that: When you Pass through the Waters, I will be with you; when you Pass through the Rivers, the Rivers will not overthrow you; when you Pass through the Fire, the Fire will not burn you.

He didn’t say that the Rivers will dry up; He didn’t say that the Fire will be quenched!

I mean if you will ask Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego; God didn’t put out the fiery furnace – The children of God went into the Fire but they came out alive.

I am not just talking about Coronavirus; I am talking about some situations in your Life that you will just have to bore your Way through the Mountain.

Now, I want to tell you what you need to do to bore your Way through the Mountains and still come out on the other side:

1. You must Trust God.

I. Trust God the Father – The Maker of the Heaven and the Earth.

He is the One who spoke here to the children of Israel through Moses: Tell the children of Israel to move forward.

Trust the One who was before the Mountains were brought forth – Psalms 90:2.

Trust God knowing fully well that nothing happens without God knowing it – Nothing takes God by Surprise.

There is no Problem that you are facing that is a Surprise to God; There is no Challenge that you are encountering that God never saw coming – He knows the End from the Beginning so trust God the Father.

II. Trust God the Son because when God said to Moses: Tell the children of Israel to move forward; the question they could have asked him is – Forward to where?

But trust God the Son – The One who said in John 14:6 that: I am the Way!

He is the Way where there seems to be no Way – He will make a Way in the wilderness; He will make a Way even in the Red Sea.

The Way you didn’t even know exist; the Almighty God knows how to make a Way.

… And He will make a Way for somebody today – Amen.

III. Trust God the Holy Spirit because if you read the story in our Bible Text; after Moses lifted his hands to the Red Sea – The Bible said: An East Wind blew through the Red Sea.

And when you read Acts 2: 1-4; you discovered that the Holy Spirit came in as a “Mighty Rushing Wind”.

… The Wind is going to blow for you and it will create a Path where there is no Path before – Amen.

2. The Second (2nd) thing you must do is to remember God’s Mercy and His Faithfulness.

Because according to Lamentations 3: 22-23; the Bible says that: It is of the Lord’s Mercy that we are not consumed.

It is because He is Merciful that is why you are even alive today.

It says that: His Mercy is New every Morning and Great is His Faithfulness.

He brought you thus far: He is not going to disappoint now; He is not going to abandoned you now.

Remember His Mercy – It is by His Grace that we are saved at all. It is by His Grace that we are still alive.

Every night that you slept, the enemies does not want you to wake up the next day.

At night, when you become completely helpless; when you don’t even know what is going on – There is someone who doesn’t sleep, who doesn’t slumber watching over you in Mercy.

… And not that you deserved it – Just out of Mercy.

Remember when Bartimeaus was crying out for Help, he said: Thou Son of David have Mercy on me.

I am not saying that I deserved a Miracle but out of Mercy.

And the Bible says: God is rich in Mercy.

Remember His Mercy, remember His Faithfulness because in 1 Samuel 17: 34-37; what gave David the Assurance that He will defeat Goliath is that he says: I have faced a lion before, I won; I have been attacked by a bear before, I won.

… God is Faithful!

The One who helped me before will Help me again and I will defeat Goliath.

I want you to at this moment throw back your mind: As God helped you before? Have you been through some challenging situations before?

The Problems or Challenges that you are facing now may be New but God remains the same!

He says in Malachi 3:6 – He said: I am the Lord, I Change Not!

It is written in Hebrews 13:8 – Jesus Christ the same Yesterday, Today and Forever.

If He has healed you before, He will heal you again. If He has delivered you before, He will deliver you again. If He has seen you through before, He will see you through again.

… Trust God, Remember His Mercy, Remember His Faithfulness!

3. The Next Thing you will do is: Believe not only God; Believe His Prophets.

Because in 2 Chronicles 20:20; it is written: Believe God and you shall be established; believe His Prophets and you will Prosper.

The children of Israel didn’t hear from God; they only heard from Moses.

And Moses said unto them: Fear Not; Be Still and See the Salvation of the Lord. The enemies you have seen today, you won’t see them again.

… It was Moses who said that.

The People didn’t hear God saying to Moses this is what you must do – They only heard what Moses said.

I am not claiming to be a Prophet – I have told you again and again that I am not a Prophet but a Pastor.

I told you at the beginning of the Year: This Year, the world will behave like a child in Convulsion – I told you.

But I also told you: Those of you who are my children in particular that you are going to Pass through the things without a Problem.

… Those of you who are genuinely my children will Pass through a Sea without even a touch of water on you – Amen!

When Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego came out of the furnace; even the smell of fire is not even on them.

I want you to believed me because my Father does not lie – You will come out of these Problems Safe and Sound – Amen!

4. And then of course, you must take a “Step of Faith”.

Because I want you to put yourself in the Position of the children of Israel:

I. Yes Moses spoke – He told them tomorrow will be alright.

II. Yes, they saw the Wind blowing, a Path Opening up in the Red Sea – They saw what they have not seen before. But it took an “Act of Faith” on their Path to walk right into the middle of the Red Sea because on their right hand was a huge wall of water, on their left hand was a huge wall of water but they March On!

It is written in four (4) different Places in the Scriptures: “The Just shall Live by Faith” – Habakkuk 2:4, Romans 1:17, Galatians 3:11 and Hebrews 10:38.

… God said it four (4) Times: “The Just shall Live by Faith”

So relax, Live by Faith. God can’t fail you – God the Father is on the Throne; God the Son is Sitting down by His Right Hand Side watching you; this is the Dispensation of the Holy Spirit right now.

… Remember His Mercy, remember His Faithfulness; believe God, believe His Prophet and then move forward!

It is written in 1 Peter 5:7 – Cast your Cares upon Him, for He Cares for you.

Whatever Problem(s) that you are facing now, put it into the Almighty God.

… And once you cast your burdens upon Him; leave it there – He is “More Than Enough” to handle whatever may be your Problems.

Once you Pray; leave the rest to God – He will answer all your Prayers?

Oh, but some of us may say: I have Prayed, I have been waiting and not received answers yet – Well not too long ago we studied in our Open Heavens Devotional – Tuesday 12th of May 2020 with the Topic: The Visionary Christian Part 2; the Angels said to Daniel: The very day you Prayed, God sent an Answer. Oh, there was a delay for twenty (21) days but the answer came.

Let me conclude: You said well I’m not even sure that daddy GO is a Prophet – He is not, he is a Pastor.

But I know that you know that Isaiah was a Prophet – No doubt about that. He Prophesied about the Lord Jesus Christ more than anyone else.

He is the one who said: Behold a virgin shall conceived – And if he is not an established Prophet, they would have killed him but it still came to Past.

He was the one who Prophesied: By His Stripes you are going to be healed – That is Isaiah

Now, the sane Isaiah said in Isaiah 3:10: Say ye to the Righteous, it shall be well with them.

So, even if you don’t believed me, believe Isaiah that your tomorrow will be alright.

However, if you are not Born Again; the same Isaiah said in Isaiah 3:11. He said: Woe to the wicked, it shall be ill with him.

He said that if you are not on the side of Jesus Christ; you have not surrendered your life to Him – He said you are looking for trouble.

ALTAR CALL

So, may I appeal to you: If you want to Pass through whatever Challenges that you are going through now; you better cross over to the “Right Side” – Cross over to Jesus Christ.

He is the One who can make a Way where there seems to be “No Way” – His Name is “THE WAY” and so surrender your Life to Him now!

What are you gaining from sin anyway? – Cross Over to the Side of the One who can see you through.

So, all over the world: Wherever you are listening to me now (or reading on the Label of DMC); if you want to Cross Over to the Side of the Lord Jesus Christ; you want to surrender to Him then will you please bow your head wherever you are now.

Cry to Him that: I’m surrendering my life to You now; Please have Mercy on me and I will serve You for the rest of my life.

I am saying bye bye to a life of sin – I want to live as a “Righteous Person” and I know that you are the Way not only to my Problems but you are the Way to Heaven.

… So, Please save my soul today and I will serve you forever.

And the rest of us: Please, let us Pray for these People: Pray that the One (The Great Saviour Himself); the One who said: No one can come to the Father except by Me – Will receive them now; that He will have Mercy on them; He will save their souls and give them a Brand New Beginning.

Let us Pray for them for one (1) more minute and the Almighty God will answer all their Prayers today – Amen.

Thank You my Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER

Saviour, we want to give You all the Glory and Adoration.

We want to Thank You for Your Words; we want to Thank You for everything that You have done for us in the Past; we want to Thank You because You are the Same Yesterday, Today and Forever and that whatever You have done before we know that You will do it again.

And we want to Thank You for these People who are surrendering their lives to You now – Please remember Your Promise that whosoever will come unto You; You will no wise Cast Out.

Please, receive them, have Mercy on them, Save their Souls Lord, write their names in the “Book of Life”. And Please Lord make a Way for them where there seems to be “No Way”.

And Lord God Almighty; I’m committing all Your children here (or those reading on the Label of DMC) into Your Hands – All those who are listening to me or reading now all over the world: Please see us through; Help us Lord God Almighty to bore through every Mountain on our Paths and very soon, let us be on the other side of the Mountain Shouting and Praising You.

And Lord God Almighty; if anyone is in any form of sickness or disease or ache or pain right now; Lay Your “Mighty Hands” on such a fellow. Let Your Healing Power flow through them and make them “Completely Whole”.

If there is anyone now faced with a “Mountain of Sorrow”; Great Comforter Please Comfort them and let them know that tomorrow will be alright.
