Why don’t you lift up your hands to the Almighty God and just bless His Holy Name. Give Him Glory, give Him Honour, and worship Him. That He has kept you alive to see this day. Bless His Holy Name. Give Him Glory, give Him Honour; worship Him, Magnify the King of kings, the Lord of lords. Worship the Ancient of Days. Praise Him; Praise Him. He is worthy to be Praised, He is worthy to be Adored. Thank you Father; in Jesus Mighty Name we have Worshipped!

OPENING PRAYER:

Our Father and our God, we want to bless your Holy Name. We want to thank you for Nigeria. Thank you for peace in our time; thank you that we can still gather together like this, to celebrate you. We worship you. Please accept our thanks in Jesus Name.

Our Lord and our Saviour, Prince of Peace; we pray that your peace will continue to reign supreme in Nigeria. That where there is war, we will declare peace.

And we pray for all your children who are listening or reading all over the world this particular moment; send peace to our homes, let it be well with all of us. Have mercy on Nigeria, oh Lord; and let the coming year be a Glorious one.

Father we commit the coming Elections into your hands; just take absolute control. In Jesus Mighty Name, we have prayed. Amen!

Let somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

That is Abuja Hallelujah. Well, I know for sure that there is somebody here who will see the New Year. Now, if you are the one, let your Hallelujah be the loudest – Hallelujah!

… I knew that one will catch you; because people in Abuja want to see the New Year.

I want to ask for permission to stand on the existing Protocol because they have given me only twenty (20) minutes to preach. Even though I know from experience that the Program here says twenty (20) minutes; they will give me more than twenty (20) minutes.

So  let me just say: my brothers and sisters, fathers and mothers; God bless you all – Amen!

BIBLE TEXT:  JOHN 14:6:

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

As you can see, and I have told you; Jesus Christ has many Names.  Now, we want to discuss one of the Names.

Last year, as the Almighty! But we going to be looking at it from a very different perspective, today.

You see, when I was younger; am still young (am only 76), the young ones among us had great joy in what we call “Appellations”.

You call your son “Ade”, but he will call himself “Adesco”. There was one whose name was Felix Folorunsho. But he calls himself “Afili Folly”. There was another one whose name was Rufus Agunloye, but he calls himself ” Arufi Agolly’.  But probably the one who got the big cake in those days was the one whose name was Solomon Bamgboshe, but he calls himself “Sokoloko Bangoshe”.

So when you want to send Ade on errand, and you want him to go cheerfully; you don’t call him Ade, you call him “Adesco Meme”.

And you wonder what has this got to do with our Topic of today? Someone, asked the Lord Jesus Christ, everybody calls you one name or the other; some say you are a Teacher, you are a Prophet. We understand your Father calls you Emmanuel; and so on. What would you love to be called? And He said: I am the Way, the Truth and the Life.

That’s the Name He calls Himself! Three (3) Mighty Names.

Unfortunately, each one will take three (3) hours to digest. And so we will only look at the first one within the short period we have. THE WAY!

Jesus is the Way!

Meaning what? He is the way into; way to what? Oh! Several things, but we will simply say:

1. The Way into Freedom.

Because the Bible days in John 8:32 – “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

So Jesus is the Way into Freedom. Like He said; Am not just the Way, Am also the Truth. And then in John 8:36, the Bible says: “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”

You see, when we talk about Freedom, there are some people who think they are free, but they are not Free Indeed!

There are lots of Very Important People, who have problems that money cannot solve. They have problems that medicine cannot handle. They have problems that are completely beyond the power of Science.

But there is no problem beyond the Power of Jesus Christ. He is the Way into Freedom.

And I will just give you some little, little Stories to buttress my points. Because I don’t have enough time to handle it all through the Bible.

But you remember a man who according to Mark 5:1-15; he was a man who was controlled by Legion of demons. There is no way that man could have been free, except that he came in contact with the Way! Just one (1) Word from the Way; and all the demons left him.

I give you an illustration; some of you probably heard the Testimony of a woman who was living in a town somewhere in the North here. In the Capital of a State. But she had this peculiar sickness that; whenever you switch on electricity in her house, instead of the current flowing in the instruments, the current will be flowing through her.

For example, you switch on electric iron, instead of the Iron getting hot, the woman will be getting hot. And the iron will remain cold. You switch on the fan; instead of the fan rotating, the woman will be rotating. And so on, and so forth.

So, they brought the case to us. And I said they should go and bring her. And they said; No sir! She cannot even pass through a street where there was electricity. And that there was a time they wanted to take her to the hospital in Pick-up Van; as soon as they tried to start the engine and the current had to flow from the battery; something picked her up and threw her out of the vehicle.

So, she was living in the Capital of a State, but there was no electricity in her house. Now, even if you take such a fellow to hospital; demons don’t appear on X-ray and there is nothing the Doctors could do to help her.

Well, I went to see her, and I told her I know someone who can set her free. Of course, you don’t have to preach long in a situation like that. I preached; she gave her life to Jesus. We prayed a simple prayer, and she was set Free. After the prayer, we switched on the light, the lights came on. We put on the fan, the fan began to rotate.

And I have a feeling within me that there might be someone here today, or reading: who needs to be totally Free – If you are that one, shout Jesus – Jesus!

So, now; No. 1 Jesus Christ is the Way into Freedom.

2. He is the Way OUT of Problems:

… He is the Way into Freedom; He is the Way out of Problems.

Like I said earlier on; there are problems in this world that it doesn’t matter how intelligent you are, you cannot solve them. There are problems money cannot solve. There are problems Position cannot solve.

But there is no problem that Jesus Christ cannot solve! Am Born Again today; I am a child of God today, because I had a problem that all formulas of a Mathematician could not handle. But when I came to Jesus Christ, He solved the problems for me.

For instance, Jesus Christ is the Way OUT of Sorrow. You could be speaking to someone who is well dressed; who will smile at you when you say: Good evening but deep inside, they are dealing with sorrow.

I am praying for somebody here today or reading; that in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, your sorrow will end today – Amen!

… In Luke (I think I am having some problem with the Light here); there is nothing wrong with my eyes. It is the Lighting that is faulty.

In Luke 7: 11-15; the Bible tells us of a widow who had an only son; and the only son died. And they were going to bury the boy.

Nobody needs to tell us that, that woman was in sorrow. And I mean, she had her days of Joy;

1. There was a day she got married, she was happy then.

2. There was a day she gave birth to this boy; definitely she had joy then.

But then, the devil came on to change her Joy to sorrow. First by killing her husband. And now coming for her only son that she had. And I can assure you that as they were going toward the burial ground, she was getting deeper and deeper into sorrow.

Because, without any doubt; she realised that there were people among those who were following her, who pretended to be weeping with her, who must be saying: Why is your case so bad? Are you the only one in town? There must be some things you have done wrong; that is why God is punishing you for. She knew that!

She also knew that the moment they got to the burial ground and they bury the boy; all the sympathizers will go home. Then she will go back to her loneliness. But then, she met Jesus Christ, and the tides turned.

I have Good News for somebody here today or reading; because you came; whatever sorrow you brought here, you won’t take it back home, in Jesus Name – Amen!

I was invited to come and preach in Ikoyi (Lagos, Nigeria); and those of us who know Ikoyi, know that is where the high and mighty live.

And I was going to preach on: “Oh that men should Praise the Lord”.  Because the Big ones were there. And then when I was asked to wait in the room of the Hostess; while the others were gathering. And I saw the splendour of the Room. Five (5) Living Rooms, joined one to another. Each one in Ascending order of Glory!

I wanted to change my topic entirely. But then, the Almighty God spoke to me and said, No! Talk to them about: “You Need a Miracle”.

I was to learn later on that she had only one (1) son, and the son was into drugs. That he was so deep into drugs, that when the mother refused to given him extra money to buy drugs, he planted drugs in his mother’s travelling bag so that they could arrest her in London.

… Everything looked nice and glossy; but deep inside, there was sorrow.

But that day, as I preached, the young man was there; he gave his life to Jesus. And suddenly, the desire for drugs disappeared! And the mother, from that day on, knew Joy.

If you want to have Joy for the rest of your life; do I hear you shout Jesus – Jesus! And then;

3. Jesus Christ is the Way FORWARD; The Way Forward.

Many at times in life, you would find yourself in a situation when you don’t know what to do next. You have tried everything you know and yet you know that you are not getting any success. And for years, many people find themselves going round in circles; particularly in careers, in businesses.

You have done your best, but there is nothing to show for it. And we live in a world where; how hard you work is judged by the results you produce. Whereas there are several people who are working hard and there is nothing to show for it.

In Luke chapter five for example. Luke 5:1-7; we find the story of Peter. He was a fisherman, and he fished all night; and he caught nothing. He wasn’t lazy, but he was still considered a failure.

And then, Jesus stepped into his boat. And all of a sudden he saw that: there is a Way Forward. He had been failing all along, but all of a sudden; Instant success came.

… When Jesus steps into your boat, your forward motion becomes Accelerated!

May I pray for someone here today or reading; that after tonight, your promotion too, your Forward motion, will be accelerated in Jesus Name – Amen!

Some of you hear the Testimony of one of my sons. He came and said: daddy, I have been on one (1) spot for more than twelve (12) years. I have applied to many Organization now. They have asked me to come for more interview. Please pray for me because I want to move forward.

And I prayed that the Almighty God will let the Interview go very well. Then he left. The following day, he came back excited. He said: Thank God, your prayer worked very well. I said, what happened? He said: I got to the place, and they asked me to go to the board room. And they asked me only three (3) questions.

He said: I prepared HARD for the Interview; but they asked me only three (3) questions

1. What is your name?

2. What post have you applied for? And he said: Deputy Managing Director.

3. When are you ready to start?

So I said, Congratulations! He said, No! daddy, speak another word. I said: ok, your Promotion will be Rapid! So he left. The following day he came back; he was shaking. What is the problem again? He said: I got to the place to resume work and they told me; Young Man after you left, our Managing Director resigned. Are you ready for the Job of a Managing Director?

I said, so congratulations! He said, No! Speak another word. So I said: The One who started a good work in your life will complete it. And the following day; whether you believe it or not. He came back.

This time he was almost speechless. He said: I got to the place of work again this morning, and they said I should go to the Board Room. I went to the Board Room. And I met the same people I have been meeting. And they said: young man, we have discovered the reason our Managing Director resigned; our competitors gave him a job, the same job we have for him. But they doubled his salary. Now, we don’t want you to leave us. So we doubled your salary.

So he came back, I said congratulations! He said; speak another word. I said, you want to take over the Company from the Owner?

If you want your Progress to be rapid from now on; let me hear you shout Jesus – Jesus!

… So, Jesus is the Way into Freedom, the Way out of Sorrow, the Way Forward;

4. He is also the Way Upward.

Because He said in John 12:32 – “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”

Jesus is always drawing people upward. Jesus never pushes people down. You know the Bible says in Psalm 75: 6-7

6.  For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

7. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

God is the Promoter. And Jesus Christ said: “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”

I will give you a quick illustration (and I hope am still within my time); some years go, I went to visit a country in Africa. And I wanted to pay a courtesy call to the President. And somebody who knew him said: we can arrange that; but you can be sure of maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. So I said, that’s more than enough. I just wanted to pray for him and his country.

And then we with him and we started talking. And the President arranged for us to be drinking tea as we were talking.

It was on a Monday morning. And as we were together for some two (2) hours. In the meantime, the cabinet was waiting; because they were going to have a cabinet meeting.

And then, someone, one of the cabinet Ministers said: Who is it that is with the President; holding meeting with him for two (2) hours on Monday morning? He is one Pastor from Nigeria. He said; Pastor? Not even a Bishop!

If you want God to move you upward; you want the Almighty God to promote you beyond your peers. Do I hear you shout Jesus – Jesus!

So, He is the Way In, He is the Way Out. He is the Way Forward, He is the Way Upward. And I like this one (don’t worry I will soon be closing);

5. He is the WAY where there is no Way.

When everything looks hopeless, when there is no human way of getting out of your situation; call on Jesus. He will show you that He is the Way where there is no way!

Just one example will do; John 11: 39-44 is the story of Lazarus; a friend of Jesus Christ. You know the story. He died and he has been buried four (4) days. When they got to the tomb and Jesus Christ said they should take away the stone; the sister said to the Lord. sir, this is too late. There is no way out!

You see, if you had come early before he dies, we know you could have healed him. If you arrived when he has just died, we know; we heard the story of Jairus daughter. If you had arrived before he was buried, we know what you did for the widow of Nain. But this case, he has been dead; he has been buried four (4) days – so there is no way out!

Jesus Christ said: all you need to do is believe and you will see the Glory of God.

You know the rest of the story! He asked them to move away the stone. They moved away the stone, and He called Lazarus out of the tomb.

You have already heard; am sure some of you have heard the Testimony of one of my sons. I was visiting the country where he was. And because we are closed, u expected to see him at the Airport. And he was not there. So I asked the others: where is so and so? Oh! Sorry sir, he is sick; he is dying. Where was he? They told me the hospital. So I said I would branched there before going to the hotel.

Now, in that hospital, there was a room where they out people that they were sure will die. They keep them in a particular room. When you go into that room, you are likely to come out “Leg first”.

You see, this my son had a little problem. There is something, I think the doctors call it PSA. If the PSA in a man begins to read above ten (10); they begin to suspect that the fellow might have cancer. By the time your PSA is reading twenty nine (29); no doubt, you have cancer. If your PSA is reading two hundred (200) and above; that’s serious trouble. They begin to talk about terminal cancer. By the time my son got to hospital, his PSA read Four Thousand (4,000). So they just took him to go and join the others, in the room.

So, when I asked for permission to go and pray, they said: you can’t do any harm there. Their case is beyond hope.

… There were quite a few of them there in the room. And I prayed for my son.

Now, you know in some foreign countries, you don’t just go about praying for people. If you pray for somebody, he could sue you; if you pray without permission.

So I prayed for my son alone! And I got out of the place. That was a Saturday. By Wednesday the following week, my son was discharged; completely whole. But the beauty of it is that he was not the only one discharged; everyone in that room was discharged that day.

And so, that gives me the confidence to say that: those of you who are here or reading; no matter how many of you that your situation might look a bit hopeless. Because you are here or reading: Before you enter the New Year, you will find a Way Out!

Now, if you believe that let me hear you shout Jesus – Jesus!

Now, let me close. Jesus said in that John 14:6, He said – “I am the way, the truth, and the life: then He added, “No man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

That is a very serious statement; a statement some people would debate. But it comes from the mouth of the one who says He is the Truth. He did not say; I tell you the Truth. He said: I am the Truth itself.

So what is He saying? He says: Am not just the Way, I am the “ONLY WAY” to the Father.

The Bible says in Acts 4:12 that: “Neither is there Salvation in any other: for there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

The Bible says His Name shall be call “Saviour”. Mathew 1:21 says – And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17 that:  “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

In other words, if you come to Jesus, if you surrender your life to Him. The Blood of Jesus Christ has enough Power to cleanse you from all sins. The Power that is in the Name of Jesus Christ is enough to erase all your past records; it doesn’t matter how evil you have been. And to give you a brand new beginning.

If you give your life to Jesus Christ before you leave this world, when you close your eyes in death. He will be there to hold your hands and lead you all the way to Heaven. Because He said: in my Father’s house there are many mansions.

My father in the Lord, who was an illiterate but who had all manner of revelations of God; told me clearly that; if any man closes his eyes here on earth, in death; without Jesus being there to hold his hand and lead him on, he will not even be able to get to Heaven. He said because the Glory of God is so Mighty that even the angels had to cover their faces with their wings. Otherwise, the Glory of God will just wipe them away.

So, if the Angels were to come for you, they will get to a certain stage, and tell you: we can’t go further. But the Son, the Lord Jesus Himself, if He comes for you, He would hold your hands and together you will go with Him into Glory.

That is why David said in Psalm 23:4. He said: “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: WHY? for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

If the Lord is with you, holding your hands; then you will be able to go straight to Heaven. If you close your eyes without Jesus being there to lead you, you won’t go to Heaven.

You can argue, but one thing you will discover, is that: on the day of death, there is no argument. All your Theologies, all your Theories, all your Philosophies will be useless on that day and all the degrees. It does not matter all your influence; on the day of death they will become completely helpless. The Bible says: there is no strong man on the day of death.

And I close by telling you again, the story of one young man, who came to us and said: sir, I hear that you are a Prophet. I said: am not a Prophet, I am a Pastor. He said, but I hear that whatever you say comes to pass. I said; He has been Faithful, He talks to me once in a while: that doesn’t mean I am a Prophet. He said: can you tell me my future? I said, that is easy; all you nerd to do is to answer a question. He said, what is the question?

I said: Are you Born Again? Are you a child of God? Have you given your life to Jesus Christ? He said No! I said: Ah! Your future will be TERRIBLE. He said, how do you know? You have not prayed, you have not even asked me what is my name? I said: No, I don’t need to pray. There is no Prophesy that can cancel the Word if God.

It is written in Isaiah 3:11 – “Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.”

That it is written. Even the devil does not contend with what is written. He said ok! Supposed I say: am Born Again, I am a child of God, I have surrendered my life to Jesus? I said: then your future will be GLORIOUS! He said, how do you prove that again?

I said: it is written in Isaiah 3:10 – “Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.”

May I ask you, my brother, my sister; Are you Born Again? Are you a child of God? Have you surrendered your life to Jesus Christ? Because if the answer is No; God have mercy on you. But you can do so today. You can surrender your life to Jesus Christ today. You can let His Blood wash away your sins today. Today can be a New Beginning for you. But the choice is yours. God is not going to force you.

Shall we bow our heads please? Jesus Christ said: I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. Now that all heads are bow. Please let all eyes be closed. Because this is a very crucial moment.

If there is anyone here or reading now, who will say: Pastor, please pray for me. I would love to surrender my life to Jesus Christ. I want Jesus to save my soul. I want His Blood to wash away my sins. I want a Brand New Beginning from this day forward.

If you want me to pray for you, would you please just raise your hand. That’s all am going to ask you to do. You raise your hand, and then I will pray that the Almighty God wound save your soul.

God bless you, God bless you. Please keep the hands up there, just for about a minute; because I want the others to join you. I can see so many hands up today. I thank God for your lives, please keep it up; keep it up.

And as you keep the hand up, talk to the Almighty God yourself; for just a minute or two (2). Say: Lord, you can see my hand: Am lifting it up to you as a sign of surrender. Please save my soul. Forgive all my sins. And I will serve you for the rest of my life.

… Just keep it up for another one (1) minute and after that, I will pray for you.

If anyone still wants to decide; decide very quickly now. There are dozens of people all over the place, so join them. Let this day be your own New Beginning.

And those of you who are already sure of your Salvation, please intercede for your brothers and your sisters who are lifting up their hands for Salvation today. Pray that the One who saved your soul will save their own souls also. Intercede for them for just one (1) minute. Pray that God will give them Genuine Salvation. That God will give them a Brand New Beginning. That from today onward, things will be different. Please pray for them three (3) seconds more.

And this is the final calling; if anybody wants to surrender his or her life to Jesus Christ and you have not raised your hands yet. You please do so now. Please do so now. This is the last call.

I can see a new hand waving over to my left, God bless you. Glory be to God! I can see another one coming to my right, Glory be to God. Thank you Father. Now let us pray.

GO PRAYS:

Father, I just want to say thank you for your Word. I want to thank you because daddy, you are the Way, the Truth and the Life. I want to thank you because there is Power Mighty in your Blood: Power to save, Power to cleanse from sins, Power to give a New Beginning.

And am asking Lord God Almighty, you can see all the hands that have been lifted up to you, as a sign of surrender. Please save these souls, forgive all their sins, and write their names in the Book of Life. And from now on, anytime they call on you, please answer them by fire.

And I pray that they won’t backslide. I pray that in your kingdom, none of us will be missing. Thank you Almighty God. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed. Amen;

Let somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Now, those of you who lifted your hands for salvation, congratulations! I want to assure you that from now on, by the grace of God, I will be praying for you.

… While your hands were lifted, they will give you cards. If you don’t mind fill in in the details; your name, your address and prayer request. They will collect the cards; pass them on to the Vice President (Prof. Yemi Osibanjo). And I am sure He will let me have the copy. And I promise you, I will be praying for you.

Now, before I leave; before I came here at all. I have asked the Almighty God to give me a Special Christmas Present. And the Christmas Present I asked God is that: Any prayer you pray here today: that God would answer it immediately.

So, if you don’t mind, would you stand on your feet, and ask God for something Special – A Miracle that you will remember this day by, for the rest of your life.

Go ahead, ask Him. He will grant your requests. I have already prayed for that one. So go on, talk to God.

… And am sure you will take three (3) or four (4) minutes to call on Him.

Ask for something Precious, something only God can do. If He is a Way out of problems; a Way out of debts; a Way out of sickness; a Way out of sorrow; a Way out of stagnation; a Way out of fear.

Just go on and talk to God, ask for something Special and He will grant your request.

Today in Rivers State, please let the Divine wind of God blow; whatever may be the problems of this particular State, end it today. And in the lives of your children gathered here today; do something New!

They came by faith, Father please touch them. Please Father honour their faith. Father, at the end if it all; take all the Glory.

We promise you we will give you all the Glory. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

I want to thank God for my Elder Brother, Revd Dr. Uma Ukpai. There are Evangelists and there are Evangelists. I think once in a Generation, God will just give you an Evangelist. And in my Generation He gave us one – Revd Dr. Uma Ukpai. I met him for the first time, Forty (40) years ago. And when I met him today, I said; after all these years “He is still marching on”.

So when I got a letter from him some months back, I said; he has never asked for something like this before. So whatever we will put aside to be here will be put aside.

And then today, I met his son. I met the one who is the “Elisha of Elijah”. I want to thank God for the Evangelist who will be taking over from Reverend. Let’s thank God for the Convener.

Let me thank Mama Uma Ukpai for the great job she is doing taking good care of my Elder Brother.

And I want to thank God for all the great men of God on this Altar. May the Lord bless your Ministries.

BIBLE TEXT: 2 KINGS 2:8-15

8. And Elijah took his mantle, and wrapped it together, and smote the waters, and they were divided hither and thither, so that they two went over on dry ground.

9. And it came to pass, when they were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me.

10. And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.

11. And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

12. And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.

13. He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and went back, and stood by the bank of Jordan;

14. And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where is the LORD God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither: and Elisha went over.

15. And when the sons of the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.

Later on tonight, we are going to be praying a prayer. And it is a very simple prayer: “God of Elijah where are You?

But before we pray that prayer, may I introduce to you: THE GOD OF ELIJAH?

If we are to talk about the God of Elijah, we will write a whole book. My Elder Brother, Revd. Uma Ukpai is coming to talk in details tomorrow and Sunday. So let this small boy, say the little he can.

Who is this God of Elijah?

1. He is the God who can turn a nobody to somebody; without the Help of anybody.

How do I know that?

The first time we hear about Elijah was in 1 Kings 17:1 – “And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.”

… That is the introduction about Elijah.

Now, there is something not right about the introduction. The Jews, no matter how you were, they will always mention the father’s name. For example, Bartimeus, the son of Timeous. Even though he was a beggar, still he was the son of somebody with some value. That’s why they mentioned his name.

But Elijah was lower than the lowest. “Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead… And they continued without mentioning his family name. That is to tell you he was a “Total Nobody.”

But when the Lord God of Elijah picked him up, he became somebody.

I have Good News for someone here today (or reading); by the time you leave this world, the world will know about you.

In 1 Samuel 2:7-8, the Bible tells us about this God of Elijah: – He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among Princes, and to make them inherit the throne of Glory.

In 1 Samuel 6:12-13; He picked up a shepherd boy that even his father had no regard for. He said: I have found David, a man after my heart.

… The God of Elijah can turn a nobody to somebody.

In Luke 5:1-11, He picked up a fisherman who had failed as a fisherman. In Acts 5:14-15; the shadow of that failed fisherman began to heal the sick.

… That’s the God of Elijah!

I have Good News for someone here tonight (or reading); the God of Elijah will make you somebody!

How Do I know? If you ask me I will tell you. Because I am a classical example. My family was so poor that the poor in our village called us poor. The first Eighteen (18) years of my life I had no pair of shoes.

But not too long ago, I went to visit a Nation, it was the Vice President who received me at the Airport. On our ways I asked after the President, he told me the President travelled (and he lied), I prayed for him. After I had left, the President heard about my visit and wondered why I didn’t come to pray for him. He was told his Vice President lied to me. He sacked him. And the Vice President said, there is no problem, the Man of God has placed his hands on me. And very soon I will be taking over from you.

There is somebody here tonight (or reading); very soon that is going to be your Testimony, in Jesus Mighty Name.

… If you are the one, let me hear you shout hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Who is this God of Elijah?

2. He is the One who can SHUT and who can OPEN.

The Man Elijah stood before King Ahab and said; from now on there shall be no rain, except at my command. Immediately, the heavens were shut!

In Revelation 3: 8 He said: “… I have the key of David, i that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;”

This God of Elijah can shut the womb of a woman. In Genesis 29:31; “And when the LORD saw that Leah was hated, he opened her womb: but Rachel was barren.”

But then in Genesis 30:22-23; this same God of Elijah remembered Rachael, He opened her womb.

So the closing and the opening of wombs is in the hands of this God of Elijah. Your fruitfulness is in His hands.

Yes, there is the law of Harvest. But you will only reap what you sowed if it rains. If God shut the Heavens, there will be no harvest But if He opens the Heavens, there will be harvest.

May I prophesy to someone here tonight (or reading); The God of Elijah will OPEN the Heavens for you – Amen.

I tell you a story of how God can open the Heavens in a single moment; so that you know that Malachi 3:10 is still valuable: “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of Heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.”

… Never you listen to all those who said you should not pay tithe.

I told my children last week when we are in the West Coast of Africa Tour the story of a young Arab Boy  boy who got converted and gave his life to Jesus Christ. And because of persecution, he ran away from his country and went to London. He was working in a restaurant and so paid poorly; But he kept on serving God. A day came, the God of Elijah remembered him.

… God will remember someone here today (or reading), in Jesus Name.

Then one day, a wealthy Arab came to London loaded with money and wanted to buy houses but he could not speak good English – so he will see a house, go to the owner and point to the house and say: “House me I buy”. And the landlord will say get away from here who told you I want to sell my house. Tired and hungry, the man saw the signboard of a restaurant and went in to sat down; grumbling to himself in Arabic’s saying: “Stupid people, I want to buy a house but they don’t want to sell”.

And then this Arab Boy went to him to serve him and heard him grumbling in Arabic. So he spoke back to him in Arabic: What is the problem? The rich man said; you speak Arabic? The boy said yes. You speak English too? The boy said Yes. The rich man said please come and interpret for me. The boy said if I go with you I will lose my job. He said it is only for three (3) days and I will pay you. The boy said how much? He said: One million Pounds per day. The boy said to him, please don’t go away, he went to the owner of the restaurant and said bye bye. The owner said if you come back I will not employ you again – the boy said “I will never come back again.”

There is somebody here today (or reading); the God of Elijah is about to open the Windows of Heavens for you. And you will cross the Border of Poverty forever – Amen.

Who is this God of Elijah?

3.  He is The Great Provider. How? In 1 Kings 17:2-10; as soon as Elijah made his pronouncements, God said to him, go to the Brook Cherith. I have commanded Ravens to feed you twice a day.

… God can provide for you using even BIRDS!

In Numbers 11:31; The children of Israel need meat. God rained down quails. The force with which God commanded the wind made the quails to  be found all around the camp of the Israelites.

In Matthew 17:24-27; the Bible tells us that when Jesus need to pay his Tax, He used a fish. He can use a fish. At least those of you in Rivers State can understand that!

After a year, the Brook dried up. God sent Elijah to the house of a widow; with only one meal left. She heard only one command “Go and prepare the meal for me first….”

… But the God of Elijah, who is the Great Provider; changed the LAST meal to the FIRST meal.

Psalm 24:1 says this God of Elijah is the OWNER of the whole earth. In Haggai 2:8 He has all the Silver and the Gold. In Psalm 50:10 He says all the cattle are mine.

I have told you this story before. I was traveling First Class to the United Kingdom (because somebody bought the ticket for me). And there was a very wealthy man, with lots of gold on his fingers and neck. If you sell all the gold on him, you could buy me; if I was put up for sale.

But I needed to preach to him. And if I go direct I might lose him. So I started by telling him about my Father. That He is very great; He is rich is gold, silver and diamond. I told him that All the cattle ranges belonged to my Father. By now he was interested in DOING BUSINESS!

He asked me “who is He?” I realised that if I say Jesus, I might lose him. So I said, my Father is Chief Emmanuel, the Oil Magnet He deals on Crude Oil, among other things.

He is the one who said, I will supply ALL your Needs, according to my riches in Glory.

… There is somebody here (or reading); it does matter how mighty your needs may be; The God of Elijah will supply all your needs in Jesus Name.

Who is this God of Elijah?

4. He is the God who can Raise the Dead.

In 1 Kings 17:17-24; the child of the widow Elijah was staying with died. Elijah called on his God, and the boy came back to life.

Mark 5:35-43, is the story of Jarius whose daughter died. Jesus brought her back to life, and the people said, maybe the girl was truly sleeping!

… May I Prophecy to somebody here tonight (or reading) that from now on; Nobody will gather in your house to mourn with you – Amen!

In Luke 7:11-15, Jesus waited until somebody was dead and on the way to be buried. He brought the young man back to life. And the scientists said, he was in comma about to wake up. When the breeze blew on him, he woke up.

That is why when Lazarus was sick and they told Jesus; he said I will wait, then I will let them know there is someone called the Resurrection and Life. Lazarus was dead and buried four (4) days before Jesus showed up. And there was no more controversy.

May I prophecy to somebody here tonight (or reading); It doesn’t matter how dead your womb, your marriage, your finances, your aspirations; in the Name of Jesus Christ, they will come back to LIFE!

I don’t know if you have heard the Testimony of one (1) of my sons. He came to the Camp for a week long Program. As we were about rounding up the prayers, I told everyone to lift up their handkerchiefs. This young man was still in the Camp when he got a call that his sister had been dead. He traveled down somewhere there in the East. The sister has been dead for eleven (11) days and was embalm in the house.

He took his handkerchief, took the son of sisters into the room where she was embalmed. He placed the handkerchief on his sister and said: sister, wake up. Nothing happened, the little boy also called his mother. But nothing happened. As he was leaving the room; when he got to the door, he heard someone sneezed. He turned, it was his sister.

May I Prophecy to somebody here tonight (or reading); every good thing that has been killed in your life shall be resurrected, in Jesus Name.

Who is this God of Elijah?

5. He is the God who Answers Prayers by FIRE!

1 Kings 18: 30-39, is the story you know very well. As a matter of fact, if are asked; who is the God of Elijah? People will say He is the God that Answers by Fire.

Elijah said to the Prophets of Baal, call on your gods and I will call on my God. The God that answers by FIRE, let Him be God. You know the story.

Our God is the God who can shame your enemies. He knows how to frustrate enemies. He is the God who can silenced mockers permanently.

Elijah prayer for less than two (2) minutes; when you read you the full story you will know.

“… the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Thank you for hearing me always “.

And the FIRE FELL!

In Jeremiah 33:3; He said: “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

In Isaiah 55:6, the Bible says: “Seek ye the LORD while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near:”

… You must SEEK HIM! Which creates a little bit of problem.

How do I seek Him? How do I know when He is near? You turn to the right, will He be there?

But when the God of Elijah wants to show up, He will answer IMMEDIATELY by Fire.

The Text we read at the beginning, in 2 Kings 2: 1-15; before he Elijah left, he asked Elisha “What do you want?” Double Portion! You this greedy boy; well, if you see me when I am going, you will have it. He said, then I already have it. Because I will definitely see you.

… How many of you wants to see the God of Elijah? He will manifest to you in Jesus Name.

I was telling my children in the West Coast of Africa that It doesn’t matter what you asked the Lord God of Elijah; He will give it to you double!

In 1979 I went to America for the first time to attend Kenneth Hagain Camp Meeting and I saw Miracles happening. People came from all over the world and I liked what I saw. I made up my mind “I must see Pastor Kenneth Hagin”. And I got an appointment with him.

As soon as those who came from Nigeria heard that am going to see him, they joined the wagon. So we are in the office of the great Man of God and he said yes, what can I do for you? Those who didn’t book the appointment began to talk first: one of them said I want permission to be selling your tapes in Nigeria; another one said I want permission to be selling your books; another one said I want permission to be distributing your magazines.

Finally he turned to me and said young man what do you want? I said everything that is in you that makes you the you that you are is what I want. He was shocked and I knew that I have asked for a hard thing. He said that are you sure of what you said? I said yes.

So he called his Secretary and said this man wants tapes, give him tapes; this one wants books, give him books; this one wants Magazines, give him Magazines. And he asked them to follow the Secretary to his office. Then he turned to me and said young man kneel down. I saw his hands coming to my head, that was all that I remembered. When I woke up, I was on the floor, his hands were on my head and he was praying furiously. By the time I got up, I knew I got what I wanted.

And I Prophesy to somebody here today (or reading); the God of Elijah is going to answer you by Fire!

Who is this God of Elijah?

6. He is the Way Maker – He is the One who makes a way where there is no way.

In 2 Kings 2:8, Elijah rolled together his mantle and smote River Jordan and it parted.

In Exodus 14: 21-28; He is the same God of the Israelites who said to Moses; just raise your hand to the Red Sea and it parted.

In Joshua 6:20; when a high wall blocked the way of the Israelites, all they did was to shout and the wall fell flat.

He is the Way Maker, because He Himself is the WAY. John 14:6 – “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Acts 12: 5-11 tells us of how Peter was in prison, to be killed the next day. God sent just one Angel who loosed the chains and freed Peter.

May I decree to somebody here tonight (or reading); every door you knock from now on, will open on their own accord.

I told my children in the West Coast of Africa that in 1975, when I went to Israel for the first time. I told our Ambassador we needed approval to plant a Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Isreal – He laughed!

Then he said, everybody know the closest Nation to Israel is America. And they say, you have  Catholic, Anglican, but the Pentecostal, no way! And you came from Nigeria to start a Pentecostal Church? I told him my own is DIFFERENT. He laughed even more.

… Tell your neighbour, My own will be different!

Well, he said ok, what do want me to do for you? I told him: Just help submit our Applications. He agreed! And six (6) months later, we were registered.

… Because the God of Elijah will MAKE A WAY!

In the Mighty Name of Jesus, from now on anywhere you turn; doors will opened for you – Amen

Let me close with this; Who is the God of Elijah?

7. He is the Unchangeable God.

In Malachi 3:6, He says: “For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.”

What exactly do you mean? Whatever He has done before, He can do again.

How do you link that to the God of Elijah? If you read 2 Kings 2: 8, Elijah smote the Jordan with his Mantel, it parted way. And in verse 13 of that same 2 Kings 2, Elisha took the same Mantle and smote the Jordan and it parted.

… Telling you, whatever the God of Elijah has done for the father, He will do for the son.

If you have ever heard of the Testimony of great thing for Rev. Una Ukpai, you can be sure you are next in line. And if he has ever done great things for a little boy like me, then expect your own today – Amen.

I tell you a story and then we close; My father in the Lord told me this story: Things were very hard for him then. His wife sold bottles in Oyigbo Market. If she doesn’t sell bottles, they won’t eat. And Papa was restricted to the Prayer Room. And God told him: tell your wife to prepare a pot of soup. God said she should just be dishing, BUT DON’T LOOK into the Pot.

Mama will dish beef today, chicken the next day. It went on for days until the poor woman was taken over by curiosity and she looked into the pot. And it stopped!

Has He done it for me? Yes! Years ago when I was still lecturing. I came to the Onitsha for Ministrations. On going back, I needed fuel. I went through Asaba, there was no fuel. I got to Benin, there was no fuel. I said alright, I will get fuel at the depot in Ore.

By now, my gauge was reading EMPTY. And I wanted to be in Lagos so I can go for my lectures the following day. God, what do I do? Son, take your eyes off the gauge and drive on.

… In the Name that is above every other names, He will speak to you – Amen.

I drove on an empty tank from Ore to Surulere. When I parked my car, it was then I looked at the gauge – it was EMPTY.

What He did for me, He will do it for you tonight. That God has not changed. He is still ready to turn a nobody to somebody.

… If you are the one let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

Bur before we call on Him, you need to do something about your Salvation.

He is a Great God; who can change a nobody to somebody. He can shut and open wombs, He is the Great Provider, He is the God who can raise the dead, He is the God who answers by Fire, He is the Way Maker, and He is the Unchangeable God.

… But don’t let anybody deceive you; He is a TOUGH GOD.

If you want to relate with Him, you must relate like Elijah did; He was an Oh Yes Man of God. Elijah, go to the Brook Cherith, Yes Lord. Elijah now go the house of a widow. Yes Lord.

…. You cannot be if you are not ready to respond to Him COMPLETELY.

He is a Merciful God as well as a Consuming Fire. I have been walking with Him for several years now. And I have discovered, if He loves you; HE WILL TAKE NO NONSENSE FROM YOU!

So if you have been playing Church with Him; deceiving yourself. You have to make up your mind today to surrender your life to Jesus. If you don’t want to, then don’t call on the God of Elijah.

I am going to  count from one (1) to ten (10). Before I say Ten  (10) come and and join me here; if you want to surrender your life to Jesus one hundred percent (100%); Come Now! Am counting…

He does not just want to be your Savour; He wants to be your Lord. The God of Elijah is calling you. He wants to transform your life. He can change a nobody to somebody. But you must surrender your life to Him.

… Keep Clapping, God bless you for clapping. Your hands will never lack again.

Now those of you already in front and those of you on the way, cry to Jesus: Lord please save my soul, have Mercy on me, forgive all my sins as I will serve you all my life. Please give me a New Beginning – Go ahead to talk to the Lord.

And the rest of us, let us stretch forth our hands towards these people and intercede for them. Let us pray that the One who save our souls will save their own souls too. Please pray for them

Final count down; those of you coming please hurry up. I know some of you are coming from afar. Thank you Father. Glory be to your Holy Name. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

GO PRAYS: Father and my God; I thank you for these your children who have come out. Please remember your Promise that whosoever that come to you; you will no wise cast out. Please receive them, forgive them, let your Blood wash away their sins, save their souls, write their names in the Book of Life, receive them into the family of God and don’t let them backslide again. And from now on, anytime they call on you, answer them by Fire. And in your Kingdom, don’t let them be missing. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

And those of you who have come forward, Congratulations. Let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah! Because of you, Jesus is dancing in Heaven. I will need your Name and Address. As a Man of God, I promise I will be praying for you.

… Stay where you are, am going to pray for you first;

CLOSING PRAYERS

My Father and my God I want to thank you for your Words. Thank you My God for all these your children. I want to commit them into your sincere hands. When they cry to you; no matter the difficulty they came here with: Answer them by Fire!

By the time this evening is over, let them have an evidence that you have visited them. If they came here with sickness, my Father let your fire consume them. If they came with bondage, my Father let your fire consume.

Any form of BARENESS; whether physical barrenness, financial barrenness, career barrenness. Please let your Fire Consume that barrenness.

I have told them that as the God of Elijah; You can open closed wombs. I asked that every closed womb here (or reading) be opened. I have told them you are the Great Provider; every form of debts in the lives of these your children, before the New Year let them be Debt-free after. Every form of Poverty; let your Fire Consume them.

Daddy, what I am saying is: Don’t let them enter the New Year with any form or sorrow or problem. Because you are the God of Elijah, today in the lives of all these your children; both old and young, Prove yourself Mighty! And we will give you all the Glory.

Thank you my Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed. Amen.

Now you are going to pray a prayer; both old and new convert. Say; GOD OF ELIJAH, where are YOU?

… Go ahead, cry to the Lord God of Elijah; Lord where are You?

I want to rejoice with the children of God in Abuja; their Holy Ghost Service is beginning to look like that of Lagos.

…and I understand that there are thousands of you who are standing by the road. Those of you who are standing, I want to encourage you. Because blessings come from above; so it is likely to reach those who are standing, before those who are sitting.

But that tells us something straight away: before this time next year, we MUST EXPAND this Auditorium. Amen!And that is going to be the work of all of us.

I will not tell you exactly what I will do; I will only tell you MATHEMATICALLY. When the mathematician say: more than two (2); it could be ten (10); it could be more. By the Grace of God, for the expansion if this Auditorium; my wife and I will give more than Twenty (20) Million Naira. And that is to challenge you to make sure that by the time we come next year, the Auditorium would have been SERIOUSLY EXTENDED.

I want to thank God for the mighty Testimonies we have heard tonight. I listened to all of them in the Prayer Room.

And may I make a suggestion to those of you who are trusting God for the fruits of the womb; when you get home tonight, tell your husband: LET THE FIRE FALL (Laughter all over the Camp Ground). Fire will fall; then Fibroid will be dissolved; and Babies will come out. Amen!

Let’s get to work, because tonight is going to be very Special. The Holy Ghost Service tonight is going to be in three (3) Parts; So get ready!

The first part is going to be an Outreach; to those who are yet to be saved. After that, we will have a Session that will be Pure Bible Study. And then, we will move on to the third part; which will be the Miracle Session.

PART ONE (1)

1 CORINTHIAN 1:26-29. While you are opening your Bibles; let me thank the Almighty God for the First Lecture we had tonight. That was a beautiful one. And we give God the Glory for it.

26. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:

27. But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

28. And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to naught things that are:

29. That no flesh should glory in his presence.

That is the Text we will be using for the Bible Study as well as the Miracle Session of today.

But, for the Outreach Session, we will be looking at Romans 9:27: “Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:”

I want to talk to those of us who are here tonight, who are yet to be Born Again; those of us who are yet to surrender our lives to Jesus.

We want to start with you: GOD HAS A CHOICE! He says: even if the children of Israel are like the sand of the sea. ONLY a REMNANT shall be saved.

Meaning What? Not everybody will be saved; Not everybody will be saved; NOT everybody is going to Heaven. God has a CHOICE! He does not just save everybody with a sweeping of His hands;

He can! He so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son; But He attached a CONDITION; That whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life. God has a CHOICE!

Proverbs 8:36: “But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.”

In Luke 22:31-33, Jesus said: Simon, Satan wants to have you; Satan wants to choose you. But I have prayed for you.

I pray for everyone here tonight (or reading); That the Almighty God will pray for you. Amen.

In other words, Satan also has a choice. As a matter of fact, according to John 13:21-27, He got Judas Iscariot; he wanted Peter. God  prayed for Peter; and Satan couldn’t have him. And Satan said OK, if I can’t get Peter, then let me take another fellow – so he got Judas Iscariot. Even though Judas Iscariot was warned; He was WARNED!

In Matthew 26:24-25, Jesus said: someone is going to betray me; Judas Iscariot opened his mouth: Is it me? God said: You have said so. God has a choice, Satan has a choice!

In Luke 23:39-43; the day Jesus Christ was crucified, there were two (2) thieves crucified with Him: one on the right, one on the left. Jesus got one, Satan got the other. Because one of the two (2) thieves said to Jesus: Remember me in your Kingdom. And Jesus said: You are welcome! The other one just kept on laughing at Jesus; Satan got him.

And then there is a passage in the Bible; one of the STRANGEST Passages in the Bible. You would find it in Matthew 15:21-28. A woman came to Jesus Christ, asking for help. And Jesus said: “I cannot give the bread of Children to Dogs”. Two (2) Categories of people in the world; some are Children, some are Dogs (by Divine Definition).

How can anybody be called a Dog? Well, let us find out the people who are in the categories of “DOGS” (as far as God is concerned). So that you may be able to check: Am I a Son or am I a Dog? Because if I ask you right now: How many children of God are here? All hands will go up; But God knows those who are His own.

WHO ARE DOGS?

Revelation 22:15 says: “For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.”

And who are these DOGS?

A.  Sorcerers (that is witches and wizards); you may say: am not one (1) of them.

B. Whoremongers (Harlots); Thank God am not one.

C. Murderers; you say: I have never killed anybody. Even though the Bible says: Anybody who hates his brother without a cause, is a Murderer.

D. Idolater; you say: I don’t worship idol anymore. But then, He said: in the same group as all these “DOGS”; are LIARS!

And that is frightening; because you hardly find anyone who is not a True Child of God: WHO DOES NOT TELL LIES; Business Lies, White Lies, Black Lies, Exaggerations. He said: All these people are DOGS – according to God, not according to Pastor’s definition. God’s Definition!

Then, WHO ARE SONS? John 1:11-12: You say: oh, then am qualified. I believe in Jesus; I believe in His Name; otherwise you won’t find me here.

But then He says: If you really want to know those who are Sons of God; and those who are pretenders. Check 1 John 3:8-10. He tells us: that is a very simple way of finding out who is a child of God, and who is a child if the devil. He says: Anyone who is still committing sin is of the devil; and He says: the devil sinned from the beginning. He that is BORN OF GOD; does not sin. Because the SEED of God remains in him.

The seed of a Cat is a cat! No matter how hungry a Cat is; A Cat is NOT going to eat leaves. Because they don’t eat leaves in its generation. There is something inside a Cat that says: You don’t eat leaves, you ONLY eat meat!

A child of God WILL NOT SIN! There is something in him that will tell him: You CAN’T do it! It is called THE SEED OF GOD. So, you have a choice; Do I want to remain a Dog or do I want to become a Child of God? You have a Choice!

But before you choose, let me tell you a little bit more about the “Dogs”; about sinners; about people that the Bible calls THE WICKED ONES (the same TITLE for the same group of people). Psalm 7:11; it tells you the danger that the one who is sinning is in. “God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.”

God is angry with the one who is sinning; on A DAILY BASIS – that is enough to frighten anyone. In fact, according to Proverb 16:4. So if you are a sinner; you are reserved for the day of evil. Oh, What does that Mean? When you read further, Proverb 11:8; God reserves the sinner: the Dog (the same tittle for the same person). For the Day that the Righteous one (His children); will need deliverance. And He will say to the danger that is coming the way of His children; Danger, hold on, leave my Son alone; I will give you a substitute.

Let me just give you maybe one (1) or two (2) illustrations very quickly;

1. A king decided to throw Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego into the fiery furnace (you will be hearing more about that later).

And so he makes the fire seven (7) times hotter. And the he got his strong Soldiers to take the three (3) Boys and throw them into the Fire. The Fire was so HOT; it killed the Soldiers! As for Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego; they went into the Fire, they came out: WITHOUT A TOUCH! WHY? Substitution! Some people had paid for them.

2. I give you another example. They grabbed Daniel, threw him into the Den of Lions. The Lions saw Daniel coming, and said: Thank God for Food.

God said: No, don’t touch him, Tomorrow I will feed you. The following  morning, Daniel came out of the Lion’s Den (without a scratch). And there were some wicked people in reserved. God said: bring them; husband, wife, children. He said to the Lions, “This is the FOOD I promised you”.

When you are a sinner, you are in danger! You are in danger of being used as a Substitute for the children of God. When death wants to swallow a child of God, God will say: Leave my child alone, I will give you a SUBSTITUTE.

… SO THINK! Before you choose tonight.

You can cross over from the group of Dogs into the group of Children of God. The beauty of it is that; Jesus Christ made a Promise in John 6:37. He said: if you choose to cross over to His side, He won’t reject you. He said; anyone who comes to me, I will in no wise cast out. It doesn’t matter how bad you have been. It doesn’t matter how terrible you have been. He said: If you choose to cross over, I will receive you.

In James 4:8, the Bible says; if you decide to draw near to God; God will draw near to you. He is the Almighty! He made the wicked for the day of trouble. But if you make up your mind and say: God, am crossing over to your own side. He will say; you are welcomed!

Jesus made an invitation long time ago in Mathew 11:28-20: Just come, He said; I will receives you. But if you reject His invitation while you are here on earth. You will live on a daily basis in danger – God is angry with the wicked daily. You live in danger because you don’t know when God needs a substitute to replace his son that would have been swallowed by trouble.

I beg you in the Mighty Name of Jesus; who brought you here tonight (or made you to be reading): CROSS OVER TO THE SIDE OF GOD. Well, does it means that everybody who has heard me tonight (or reading); will WILLINGLY come and surrender their lives to Jesus. No!

Why do I say NO? Because God has a choice; only those who are His choice will COME. Jesus Christ said: Nobody comes to me except my Father draws him. They came all over the world. They took all the troubles to come. Well, they still go home as sinners – if God does not draw them, that is what will happen. But those that God will save, even the moment I began to speak; they knew: This is my day of Salvation.

And if they come to Him tonight, He will save their souls. There is power Mighty in the Blood of Jesus Christ; to wash away all your sins. It doesn’t matter how bad you have been; I have seen the Almighty God TRANSFORM lives beyond recognition.

This one (Daddy GO) standing before you is a Living Testimony of His Saving Power. I was rotten as a young man, but one day I heard a message like this. The Preacher wasn’t begging; he was LAYING IT PLAIN: “Choose God or perish”. I had enough sense to decide; “I don’t want to perish”. I chose God! And He changed my life. And He will change your life, too.

If any man be in Christ, he is a New Creature; old things are passed away. I’m going to count from one (1) to twenty (20). If you are still living in sin and you have heard (or read)  this message and you want to surrender your life to Jesus Christ;  Before I say twenty (20) come and  stand before the Altar,

If by the time I say twenty (20) you are not here,  I know you are not coming, and I won’t wait any further. I have already done my duty. I have made the thing plain. I have told you the truth as it is. If you want to give your life to Jesus; and change from being a DOG and be a SON: COME NOW. Don’t kneel down, because there is a crowd coming behind you. Tell those people in front to stand. Stand! I am counting…

ALTAR CALL

Thank you Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed.

GO PRAYS: Saviour, I want to thank you for your Words. I want to give you all the Glory and Honour for these people who have responded to your Word. Please remember your Promise; that whosoever will come unto you, you will in no wise cast out.They have come to you now.

Father please receive them in Jesus Name. Save their souls; let your Blood wash away their sins. And please Lord God Almighty, write their names in the Book of Life. Receive them into the family of God. From now on, let them be sons and daughters of the Most High God. And anytime they call on you, please answer them by Fire and let them remain yours forever. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

Now, those of you who have come forward, let me hear you shout hallelujah.

I want to rejoice with you, because from now on, by the Grace of God I will be praying for you. And so, the Counsellors will give you some cards which you are going to fill quickly ( your name, your address and your prayer request). And I promise you; I will be praying for you. So while you are doing that, we will wait for you because you are the VIPs of tonight.

Congratulations!

Now, those of you who gave your lives to Jesus tonight (or while reading); Please on Sunday, go to the nearest Redeemed Christian Church of God in your Town or State. And we have made arrangements to have a Very Special Party for you in all those Churches.So, whether you are in FCT, from Nasarawa, from Niger – Any of the States where you come from; just go to the nearest Redeemed Christian Church of God there on Sunday. Tell the Pastor: I gave my life to Jesus Christ at the Holy Ghost Service in Abuja on Friday Night. And I can assure you that you are in for a very good time.

PART TWO (2): BIBLE STUDY

Ok, now we want to go on to the Bible Study. You see, in 1 Corinthian 1:26-29 (We Read earlier); The Bible tells us the set of people that could be DIVINELY CHOSEN. He described them for us in details.

1. THE FOOLISH:

According to 1 Corinthian 1:18-25; the preaching of the Cross is to them that perish, FOOLISHNESS. When outsiders hear us talk about Salvation through Jesus Christ; they consider us to be FOOLS.

But the Bible says: The foolishness of God is wiser than the wisdom of men. So the first kind of person that you will find among those who are Divinely Chosen are the FOOLISH!

2. THE WEAK: The second, are the Weak. But we are talking of human perspective. Because according to 1Corinthian 1:25; the Weakness of God is stronger than men.

WHY? Because, according to John 15:5; Jesus Christ said: Without Him, we can do nothing.

According to Isaiah 40:30; the Bible says: “Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:”

3. THE DEBASED: The third type of person you will find among those who are Divinely Chosen are those people that are debased – the unworthy, the people who are very, very low in human estimate.

But when you look at Genesis 2:7; we will find that God can pick up ORDINARY DUST of the earth and turn it to a Living Soul.

4. The DESPISED: So the fourth group of people that you will find among the Divinely Chosen are; The Despised – the people that the world has no regard for (The Despised)!

In 1 Samuel 16:12-13; we see an illustration there. David, despised by even his Father (when they wanted to pick a King). The father did not consider him fit; But God CHOSE him; He chooses the Despised.

5. THE NOTHINGS: Finally, the fifth person you will find in that group of the Divinely Chosen ones are the Nothings – those who are not ANYTHING!

But then, you will find that in 1 Samuel 17:34-50; the Bible says: God used ordinary stone to kill a giant. He can pick NOTHING and use it to defeat the something.

So, before you begin to pray “God choose me”; you need to understand that the people He would choose are: The Foolish, The Weak, The Unworthy, The Despised, and The Nothing.

Now, WHY?

WHAT IS THE WHY OF DIVINE CHOICE?

1. The All Wise God chooses the Foolish so that; He can pour His Wisdom into them.

Daniel 2:20-22; it says: Wisdom belong to Him and He gives wisdom to the wise.

James 1:5 says: “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.”

When I entered the University in 1963 at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; a Professor of Mathematics said: “Every Mathematics you thought you have learnt, forget it. Erase it:  Let  me pour genuine Mathematics into you”.

So God chooses the Foolish so that He can pour Divine Wisdom into them.

2. The Almighty chooses the Weak so He can pour Strength into them.

Isaiah 40:28-39; if you are already wise, you don’t need God. If you are already strong (in your own opinion); you don’t need God. He is looking for the Foolish so He can pour His Wisdom into them. He is looking the weak so He can pour His strength into them.

3. The King of Glory chooses the Despised; so that He can Glorify them.

Psalm 8:4-9; it says: What is man, that you are mindful of him? Oh God, what is man? If you already think you are Glorious; then you don’t need God. He needs someone who is Despised; someone who is debased, someone nobody regards; so that He can GLORIFY!

4. The All Sufficient God chooses those who are Nothing; so He can prove His All Sufficiency .

In Psalm 23:5, David said: He looks for somebody who has nothing, so He can pour His riches, His Sufficiency into them; so that they can have more than sufficient. So, What are we Saying? Do you want to be Wise? Then, be a fool for God; then He will give you Divine Wisdom.

… And I can give you illustrations (only we still have a long way to go tonight).

But I have shared my Testimony with you before; when I was preparing for my Ph.D  in Mathematics. And I ended up with One Hundred and Eighty Six (186) Simultaneous Equations and I didn’t know what to do next. I brushed the thing aside, and I decided to Study the Bible and go to bed. And I read about the Crossing of the Red Sea, and God spoke to me and said: Son, that is the solution to your problem.

“How can the Crossing of the Red Sea be the Solution to a Ph.D. Thesis of 1974?” He said; BRING YOUR EQUATIONS!

I pray for someone here today; The Wisdom of God. The superior Wisdom of God will be released to you tonight.

And quickly, I spread all the equations before Him (quite a lot); spread all over my bed. And He began to say: Put this one on the left, put this one on the right (repeatedly).

… I know some of you think that God doesn’t talk to people anymore. Before you leave here tonight (or finish reading); He will talk to you. Amen

By the time I finished, I was amazed. Everyone on the left had something in common; everything on the right had something in common. But because I doubled them together; I didn’t see that!

He said to me: Solve the ones on the left separately. Solve the ones on the right separately: And bring them together. He said: That is what happened at the Red Sea. The Sea parted, my children passed through, I closed the Sea again.

Five (5) hours later, the work I had been labouring on for Eighteen (18) Months; five (5) hours later, My Thesis was ready.

The Wisdom of God shall be made available to you, in Jesus Name. But that Wisdom is for the Foolish.

A. He gives Strength to the Weak.

B. He chooses the weak so He can pour strength into them.

C. He chooses the Despised so He can glorify them

D. He chooses those who are Nothing, so that He can show that He is the All Sufficient God.

WHY? So that ALL THE GLORY will be His own ALONE!

1 Corinthian 1:29 said that: No flesh shall Glory in His Presence.

1. If you are already wise in your own sight and He chooses you; then, whatever is happening you will say; IT IS MY WISDOM.

2. If you are already strong, whatever happens you will say; IT IS MY STRENGTH.

3. If you are already famous, whatever happens, you will say; YOU CAN SEE.

That is why I hear some people say: If God doesn’t choose me, who else will He choose? That is why I tremble when I hear people say; My Church, my Business – You have Nothing! You came to this world empty. Whatever you are today; IT IS GOD and GOD ALONE!

… If you agree with me say AMEN – Amen!Then, when does He Choose?

THE WHEN OF DIVINE CHOICE

Ephesian 1:3-6 says: He has chosen us in Christ, before the foundation of the world. Before the world began, He had chosen who He will choose. So that you are here today, is not an accident. He chose you to be here tonight. You are not the only one who heard about this Program. Some wanted to come; Forces bigger than them would not allow them. But God has chosen you for the Special Blessings of tonight.

… That is why NOTHING can stop you. Amen!

He chooses before the foundation of the earth. In Jeremiah 1:4-5 He said: before I formed you, I knew you. When you were yet in your mother’s womb I already ordained you. I was telling some of my Pastor not long ago. I said: You don’t owe me anything. No, No; No!

“But Sir, you are the one who ordained us”? I say: If God has not ordained you before you were born; the day I was pouring Oil on your head: it was ordinary MOISTURE. Nothing will happen.

But if He has chosen you before you were born; the day we are pouring the Oil: Will be a day you will never forget because something will happen that will from that day onward make you COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. He chose you before you were born.

Roman 9:10-13. The Bible says: When Jacob and Esau were still in the womb; they haven’t done anything (whether good or evil). God already said: Jacob I love, Esau I hate; the younger shall be greater than the elder. The elder shall serve the younger. They were not yet born.

Aren’t you glad God has chosen to love you? And there is nothing anybody can do about it. Whether the devil likes it or not, if He has chosen to love you; You are Loved!

Glory be to God! Hallelujah.

That brings us to; THE SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD: When we talk about Divine Choice, you need to understand; the God who does the choosing is a: “GOD YOU CANNOT QUERY”. Psalm 115:3: you CANNOT query God.

If He does something and you don’t like it, SUE HIM; Let us see who will be your Judge and let us see who will be your Lawyer. But there is Beauty in His Sovereignty!

Revelation 3:7;

Which is Good news for somebody here today (or reading); Anybody who says you will not reach your goal: IS WASTING HIS TIME.

In Isaiah 43:13, the bible says: “Yea, before the day was I am He; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it?”

But then, that brings us to a very crucial point in Roman 9:14-16; He said: I will have Mercy on whom I will have mercy. When it comes to Divine Choice, thank God for the Mercy of God. It is of the Mercy of God that we are not consumed. He said: I will have Mercy on whom I will have Mercy; you can’t query me – that is what He says.

And then, there something beautiful as we study this thing (I am about to bring the Bible Study Session to a close).

And that is; that this Almighty God, as Mighty as He is. As Sovereign as He is: DECIDED TO LIMIT HIMSELF. In other words, if you really understand; if you know how to deal with Him; You can get Him to do certain things for you.

For example, in Proverb 8:17; it says: “I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.”

Ok, Lord I know you can choose who you want to love. You said Jacob I love, Esau I hate; the elder will serve the younger. But you say if I love you; you will love me. No problem.

There we go! You say those who seek you early will find you. I Will Seek You Early. Because He binds Himself by His words. And then He says: it is not of Him that runneth; it is of God that showeth Mercy.

But He says in Matthew 5:7: “Blessed are the Merciful: for they shall obtain Mercy.”

OK, if  it is your Mercy that is going to determine the thing; you say if I show Mercy, I will obtain Mercy.

I know God is Sovereign, I know He can choose and not choose. And I know when He chooses someone, it is for a Purpose. So if you fulfill that Purpose, you can get anything you want from Him.

Jesus said so in John 15:16: Some of my children say: Why are you so hungry for souls? Everywhere you go, you want to make ALTAR CALLS; Anywhere! You want to know the REASON? Because I want God to answer ALL MY PRAYERS. Because He said so; Go, win Souls, make sure the souls abide.

I don’t care what anybody will say about me; I will Win Souls, I will establish Churches where the Souls will grow. Then I will go to God and say: I have done my part; Over to you Lord.

In the Book of Jude; the only chapter of Jude, and verses 20-23; there is great advice there that I want to pass to you. It says: keep yourself in the love of God, keep loving Him; keep asking for His Mercy (because you need it) Without His mercy, you won’t make it.

Then it says; you too, must show Mercy to those who are yet to be saved; Show Mercy! There are several people near you that are still heading for hell. Show them Mercy. There are people who need your help, show them Mercy.

When they say they need your help; the first help you must give them is Jesus Christ; Show them Mercy. “So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.”

If you are sure you want the Almighty God; the One who can Choose and not choose, to show you Mercy tonight; am just going to give three (3) minutes to Cry to Him and say: Father, Show me Mercy tonight and I  Promise you I will do everything in my Power to make sure that unbelievers are converted onto you.

Go ahead, for three (3) minutes talk to the Lord and we will come  to the Last Session of this Meeting.

Thank you Merciful Father, in Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed.

GO PRAYS: In the Name that is above every other names; you will obtain Mercy from heaven. And that compassion for the lost; compassion that will not allow you relax as you seek to bring all sinners to Christ; receive it in Jesus Name. And I pray that from now on; everywhere you go, the Mercy of God I will open doors for you.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed. Amen! Now, let somebody shout a Big Hallelujah.

PART THREE (3) MIRACLE SESSION

Glory be to God! I will be calling on you from time to time to stand up and pray, because God will answer prayers here today.

When I ask you to stand to pray, of course you know am talking to the young ones. The Elders can sit don’t and do their prayers sitting down. I have always said; if you fall asleep, No Problems. The Bible has said that: the old men I will dream dreams.

But those of us who are young; we will stand up and pray. And you are young, if you are younger than Daddy GO – am only 76; so if you are less than 76; when I ask you to stand, You Stand! If you are older than 76, you are Old. So, those of you who are younger than 76, let me hear you shoot Hallelujah.

The Question now is;

WHO WILL GOD CHOOSE TODAY?

1. He will choose someone whose TIME HAS COME. Yes, there is someone “Chosen before the foundation of the world as we learnt in our Bible Study. But there is a TIME for Manifestation on the earth. Yes, the one He will chose has been chosen before the foundation of the earth; but there is a time when the manifestation will come here on earth.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 says: To everything there is a season. Psalm 102:13 says: “Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.”

Tell the fellow next to you: IT IS MY TIME!

In Mark 5:25-34; the woman with the issue of blood has been suffering for twelve (12) years. But one day, her Time Came!

In Luke 13:10-13; the woman who had the spirit of Infirmity; the one who was bound by Satan and been bound for Eighteen (18) years.  Then the day of her manifestation came; just one word from Jesus Christ and she was Free!

John 5:2-8 (that our Brother preached on); the man by the Pool of Bethesda had been there for Thirty Eight (38) years. Suddenly, his Time came, and everything CHANGED!

In John 9:1-7; the Man who was born blind had been blind for Forty (40) years. Then all of a sudden HIS TIME CAME!

I decree to somebody here (or reading) today; before you walk out of here (or finish reading): YOUR TIME WILL COME! Oh, I know you will say: But daddy how do you know? Daddy, how are you so sure?

Well, Daniel 2:20-22 tells me that: God CHANGES Times and Seasons. He is SOVEREIGN; He has the Power to do as He likes and He can change Times and Seasons!

In John 2:1-11; in the wedding in Cana of Galilee; when the mother of Jesus came to Him and say: They don’t have wine. He said to her: MY TIME has not yet come. But in less than one (1) hour after that; the TIME came. He ACCELERATED TIME!

Last Friday, at the Holy Ghost Service in Lagos, I heard Testimonies; and one of the Testimonies brought tears to my eyes; It was the Testimony of a Woman who had been barren for Twenty Nine (29) years.

And I told the people when I was preaching, I said: when we hear these Testimonies, you need to understand: When this woman got married, she thought that: Less than a year she will have a child. First year went, nothing. Every year they said Happy New Year, she would say: This is my year. At the end, nothing happened. And then God moved; Twenty Nine (29) years later; He gave her THREE (3) CHILDREN at a go!

PRAYERS: Stand on your feet, and lift up your voice to the Almighty God and say: Father, Let my TIME come Now! Open your mouth and cry to the Almighty God;

Thank you Almighty God. Thank you Jesus. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed. So shall it be in Jesus Name.

I want you to do something by Faith; just turn to your neighbour left and right and say: I BELIEVE MY TIME HAS COME! If you believe that; Shout a Big Hallelujah.

Who will God Choose tonight?

2. THE FOOLISH: The Foolish who believes in Miracles. WHY? Because Miracles don’t MAKE SENSE. There is no sense in Miracles. Miracles are completely unscientific. They don’t make sense

When I was a Lecturer at the University of Lagos, I had a friend; very good friend. Mathematician like myself. And then one day he sat me down (when I have been preaching to him). He said: Listen, you are a scientist, and I said yes sir. He said; and you want me to believe that a woman conceived without meeting a man? I said, yes Sir. He Laughed!

And then gave birth to a son, this Son you call Jesus? I said, yes sir. And this Son is so important that the Angels came down from Heaven to come and announce His Birth? I said, yes Sir. And he said; then an ordinary King wanted to kill Him and His Father (who sent His Angels to come and announce His Birth) told Joseph, “Wake up, Run”? I said yes sir.

He said; this Son, this your Jesus grew and was performing Miracles, including Raising the dead? I said, yes sir. And then they wanted to kill Him; He couldn’t even defend Himself. And then after He had been dead for three (3) days; three (3) days, my friend? I said, yes sir. After three (3) days He suddenly rose from the dead? I said, yes sir. His Father brought Him back to life.

He said tell me; If His Father knew He was going to raise Him from the dead, Why did He allow Him to die in the first place? I said: sir, I agreed with you; the whole story doesn’t make sense.

But when I pray for the lame and the lame begins to walk! That doesn’t make sense. When I pray for people who are blind; and suddenly they began to see! That doesn’t make sense. When I pray and the dead rise; when doctors say there is no hope. That doesn’t make sense!

… Miracles DON’T MAKE SENSE; But Miracles do happen!

And there is somebody here today (or reading); the kind of Miracles that will baffle all Scientists; you will receive it, in Jesus Name. God will choose the Foolish who believes in Miracles.

In 2 Kings 7:1-11; Elisha said, in a city where people were so hungry, women were eating their children. Elisha said: Within Twenty Four (24) hours, there will be so much Food that nobody will want to buy. The Counsellor of the King; the Great Adviser said: How can this be?

It is NOT a Miracle UNTIL people say: HOW POSSIBLE?

In Daniel 3:14-30, Nebuchadnezzar said to Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego: which God can deliver you from the fiery furnace; which God? He will choose the Foolish who will say; I don’t understand how you will do it. But let it be according to your Word.

In Luke 2:26-38, the Angel told Mary: You are going to have a boy. May said; I don’t have a husband yet. And am not married yet. I don’t even know a man. But the Angel said that doesn’t matter; with God All Things are Possible. Mary said; I don’t understand! But let it be to me according to your Words.

In John 11:40; Jesus Christ said to the sister of Lazarus, when she said to Him: Lord, he has been dead for four (4) days. It is too late. He said: I say to you, if you believe, you will see the Glory of God. I don’t know how God is going to solve your problems but if you are Foolish enough to believe in Miracles; by this Time Next Year, YOU WILL TESTIFY!

When I became the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God and left my mansion in Ilorin (Nigeria) because as the Head of the Department (HOD) of Mathematics then, I was living in a Mansion. There were many houses in Ilorin then, nobody to occupy them. My Boys Quarters then had four (4) Bed Rooms. And I ended up in Mushin in Lagos; in one (1) bed room. I was crying to God; God please my family will soon be joining me. Give me a boy’s quarter so that my family can have somewhere to live.

He spoke to me Loud and Clear! He will speak to somebody here (or reading) tonight. “Son, don’t ask for a house, because I have decided to BUILD YOU A CITY FOR YOU.”

If I didn’t know His voice, I would have said; What does that mean? Are you going to drive the people in Lagos away and give me their houses? But I knew what He said; I believed Him. I didn’t know how. And when I told those who are close to me; they smiled! They said, Amen! But you know that kind of Amen! Keep on deceiving yourself; we hope nothing is wrong with you.Today, the story is different; I am the one laughing now.

PRAYERS: Lift up your voice to the Almighty God, and say: Father, I believe in your Miracles. But if my Faith is not enough; please help my unbelief. Go ahead and talk to the Almighty God.

Thank you Jesus, thank you Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed. So shall it be in Jesus Name.

So, who will He Choose today?

3. The Weak, the Helpless, the one who TRUST IN GOD TOTALLY; The one who is so helpless that as far as he or she is concerned, “If God says it is done; IT IS DONE!” Because in Luke 1:37, when the Angel said to Mary; “With God Nothing shall be impossible”; it is a Great Statement.

In Jeremiah 32:27, the bible says: Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?” When you meet those who are strong, and they face a Big Problem and you say you are putting your trust in God Alone; they begin to tell you: “Heaven help those who help themselves.” Next time you hear that; ask them to show you where it is written: Because it is. NOT in the Bible.

In 2 Chronicles 20:20;

It takes the weak, the helpless; who believes, who trusts in God: To be chosen for a Miracle.

For example, in 1 Kings 17:8-16; God sent His servant to a Widow who had only one meal left. And when the Man of God said to the widow; go and prepare my own first. After that you can prepare for you and your son. The widow was thinking; maybe this Man didn’t hear me: There is only enough for one meal. But then, she heard the Man of God say; Your Pot will never be empty again. And she BELIEVED! She never lacked again.

When you read Luke 4:25-26; it is written there, that there were many widows but God CHOSE that one. Because God knows that she is Weak, Helpless; BUT she will believe me.

PROPHECIES: Thank you Father;

1.  The Lord asked me to tell someone here (or reading); He says THE DOOR that He shall open unto you, SHALL REMAIN OPEN.

2. This is Good News! Daddy says there will be Five (5) Levels of Healings here tonight: There will be Physical Healing, there will be Mental Healing, Emotional Healing, Financial Healing and there will be Spiritual Healing. Whichever of the Five (5) that you want. Or if you want everything; you can have it all.

3. The Lord ask me to tell you to shake hands with Five (5) people and say: WELCOME TO A HIGHER LEVEL.

Psalm 33:8-9 (that is where we were); Once God speaks, please No doubting. Because it will come to pass. It will surely come to pass.

Some of you remember the Story; am telling it because of those who have never heard it before. It was in December 31st of a particular year. We were having the Cross over Service. When God spoke and said; that there was someone in the crowd who was having problems paying his house rent. And God said: in the New Year, You will be a Landlord.

In the Crowd, and this was in Lagos; only one fellow had enough Faith to say Amen! And he was a messenger who was having problems paying his house rent! All the others said; that doesn’t make sense. How do you become a Landlord within a week, in Lagos? But the boy said Amen!

The following week, he went to the office and went to greet the Chairman of his Company. He Prostrated (like we do in Yoruba land); Happy New Year Sir. And the Chairman looked at him and said: nessenger, did I give you a Christmas Present? The boy said, no sir. “Did I give you a New Year Present?” No sir. He said, well Lagos State was selling some houses, I bid for one, I won. I don’t need it – Come and take the keys. He gave the boy the keys, he gave him the address. The boy got to the place; he was expecting one small flat and saw a storey building. He put the Key in the lock, the door opened. He went upstairs, went round.

The following day, he went to the Chairman; this time he didn’t just prostrate; He rolled to the left, he rolled to the right. And the Chairman said; messenger, sir! Is there any furniture in the house? No sir. The Chairman said; I change my furniture every Christmas. The one of last year, I don’t know where to put it. So, he called one of the drivers; driver, go and load the furniture.

Last week he was having problems paying his house rent, this week he was living in a whole house that belonged to him; Sitting on the Chairman’s furniture.

PRAYERS: Stand on your feet, lift up your voice to the Almighty God and say: Father, Make me a LIVING EXAMPLE of your ability to do the Impossible. Go ahead and talk to the Almighty God.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed. So shall it be in Jesus Name.

Who will God Choose Today?

4. THE DESPISED; the despised who is still SERVING GOD. Who is still PRAISING GOD in hope.

Many at times you don’t know the meaning of the word DESPISED; It is when people look at you and say: This fellow is calling himself a human being? You have probably heard the story of the sister who prayed and said; God, send anyone to me and I will marry him. Shortly after, she finished praying; a brother came and said: sister: thus said the Lord, you will be my wife. The sister said; Oh God, I asked you to send anyone; NOT ANYTHING.

Whatever will cause anybody to curse you ANYTHING; The Almighty God will take away from your life.

Now, you know the meaning of Despised; The one that people will look at and say: Everybody is talking and you are talking.

In Genesis 16:1-5; when it looked as if Sarah can never have a child. She told her husband; go into my house maid, let her bear a child for us. As soon as she became pregnant; she Despised her Mistress. “Look at you; you call yourself Madam. You can’t even produce a child.” “Look at me, they call me a house Help; but see what God has done”. Sarah knew she was despised. But she was still serving God. Because if you read Genesis 18:1-14; when God visited their house, Sarah was the one who prepared the Good Food. The husband prepared the meat, but Sarah prepared the bread. She was still ready to serve God, in spite of the Mockery. By the time we get to Genesis 21:1-6; she said “God has made me to Laugh”.

In the Name that is above every other names, you too WILL LAUGH SOON!

She said: Who would have thought that Sarah would have a child? There are people here (or reading) today, that people may never think you would become somebody. In the Name that is above every other names; YOU WILL NOT DIE UNKNOWN.

David said in Psalms 38:1-15; Psalm 71:10-14 and Psalm 33:20-22 (Refer)

It gets to a stage in life when people begin to describe you by your problems; “You don’t know that sister that should have been married long ago? You should know her.” “You don’t know that sister in the Choir that has been married for Twenty (20) years, no child?. “You don’t know that brother who is always shouting: JESUS, JESUS, but don’t have promotion for Ten (10) years?”

When you get to that stage where you are despised; You are QUALIFIED to be chosen!

I have told you the story before, of one of my daughters. We had Program like this. It was time to pray the final prayers, I said: Let everybody ask for something Special from God. And she said to God: am not going to bother you. I have asked; nothing has happened. When I could still have children; I asked for a husband, you didn’t answer me. Now, I have passed child bearing age. So, let us forget. But Lord, I just want to assure you; I will serve you all the days of my life. That was her Prayer!

It wasn’t long after that; that a brother came and said: God said you are to be my wife. She laughed! What’s wrong with you? You better go and pray again. And the brother said; I have prayed, you are the one. She said, don’t you want children? Because I can no longer have children; I have already passed that stage. The brother said; Glory be to God. You are the one. Because I have children. It is just that I lost my wife. I need a wife who will be a mother to my children. So you are the one. So they got married, and the very first month of their Marriage THE FIRE FELL! And when she gave birth, it was a Set of Twins (2 Boys). Oh Lord!

PRAYERS: Stand on your feet and lift up your voice unto God and say: Father, I will Serve you forever, Please put an end to Every REPROACH in my life. Go ahead, talk to the Almighty God.

Thank you Father, Glory be to your Holy Name; In Jesus Mighty Name, we have prayed. So shall it be in Jesus Name.

Who will God Choose Tonight?

5. It is the fellow who is NOTHING. But who will diligently call on God; Who is All in ALL. Because He said He has chosen the things that are not; The NOTHING!

PROPHECIES: Thank you Father.

1. The Lord says there is someone here tonight (or reading), He said: All Losses shall be dramatically RESTORED. The Nothing; He will choose the Nothing and Not the one who is “All in All”.

Thank you Father, thank You Lord.

2. The Lord said there is someone here (or reading). He said; I made you a STAR; and you WILL SOON BE SHINNING FOR ME. It doesn’t matter what darkness around you may appear to be. He made you a STAR and you will SHINE! He said He will choose somebody who will Nothing, but who is wiling to call on the One who is all in All.

In Mark 20:46-52; we have here the story of Bartimeaus. He was a beggar. And if you read the story very well, a great multitude. And then, there was this man by the road side; Who cried for mercy. Someone who understood that; THE MERCY OF GOD would make all the difference.

“Jesus, thou Son of David, have Mercy on me”. I am NOTHING, You are EVERYTHING. Have Mercy on; he cried! And the One who is All in All heard! You have prayed already; you are praying. At least now you are better than it used to be. There are cries, and there are CRIES!

In Matthew 15:22-28, when that woman came to Jesus and cried HELP ME; my daughter is seriously vexed by the devil. HELP ME. Jesus called her a DOG – NOTHING! She said; I agree, I am Nothing. But I am not going home without my Miracle. She kept on crying. The Disciples said: This woman is too loud, too noisy; Lord send her away. She said;  am not going anywhere, I will cry.

… Somebody is going to cry tonight and God is going to answer.

NOTHING, who will cry DILIGENTLY. Hebrew 11:6

Brethren, there are Prayers, and there are PRAYERS! There are the Prayers of Ladies and Gentlemen; they are the prayers you pray with your hands in your pocket, as if you are talking to your equal.

There are prayers you pray; when you forget who you are in the society: Because YOU NEED HELP. When the problem is BIG ENOUGH; You don’t mind disturbing God. You will disturb Him; YOU WILL CRY!

Particularly because He Promised in Matthew 7:7-8; He said: ASK! And He is not a liar; and He said: Ask till YOUR JOY IS FULL. Many of us have lost our Miracles because; YOU ARE TOO DIGNIFIED. When you are NOTHING, you have Nothing to loose. When you are completely helpless. When you are at the Last Bus Stop; YOU WILL CRY and God will HEAR.

I think we just finished the Convention, and of course, I was tired and I was hurrying to where I will go and rest for a while because during the Convention, it will be a Miracle if I get two (2) hours of sleep a night. But Convention over, am going home now. And am going to somewhere, where I can at least sleep maybe for three (3) or four (4) hours; And the Crowd was BIG.

And as we were driving away, somebody was crying: Daddy GO, Daddy GO. And of course, the crowd around said; Let the old nan go and rest now! He kept on shouting; I knew if I stop, the crowd will mob me. So I told the driver to drive on. And I said; as soon as you drop me, go and pick him. So the driver dropped me immediately and went back to pick him where he was. Because he shouted so LOUD, everybody saw him and they brought him. “What is your problem?’ He said: am a Graduate, I looked for Job, I couldn’t get a job. Am married, my wife has given birth to a set of twins; And we have not eaten for three (3) days. He said; it is not even my hunger that is the problem; The twins.

I said; before we do anything further, EAT! Let us get food for you, food for your wife, food for the children. Before we even sit down talking; where do you come from, etcetera. And then we were able to link him up with the Pastor in charge of his Province; Please do, this, do that. And then he got settled. When you are at the Last Bus Stop, the prayer you pray is different from when you have Plan A, Plan B.

PRAYERS: Stand on your feet! If you are desperate for a Miracle. Open your mouth and say:

Father, Help me tonight. Go ahead, talk to the Almighty God; HELP ME TONIGHT! I need help. And then tell Him the AREAS where you need Help.

Thank you Jesus; in Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed.

G.O DECREES: He will Help you, the Almighty God will Help you. The God I serve will Help you. In Jesus Mighty Name.

Who will God Choose Tonight?

6. Without any doubt, He will choose THE WORSHIPPER.

Why do I know He will choose a Worshipper? Because He Himself said so in John 4:23-24; the Bible says: He Himself is looking for a Worshipper; so wherever He finds a Worshipper; That one IS CHOSEN. No Doubt about that! In Acts 13:22; He said; He has been looking; but He found someone.

WHO IS DAVID? David is the one who said in Psalm 108:1; It doesn’t matter what is happening when am alone in the field. Whether they call me to the house when a Prophet came or not.

I have made up my mind; I will praise the Lord. In Psalm 34:1-3; He said; He will Choose the Worshipper!

In Mark 10:46-52; the secret of Bartimeaus is not so much that he cried for help; it is what he was saying: “Jesus, Thou Son of David…”

I don’t know too much  about other Tribes; but in Yoruba Land: You want to get something from a man; if you just know the history you begin to call him: “The son of so and so; the son of so and so”. You are likely to get what you want.

When I was a small Boy, my father had two (2) wives. He was a very poor man, but I don’t know how he managed; but he still had two (2) wives. And he ended up with a lot of children. And whenever it is time to pay school fees; he picked a quarrel with the wives, so they won’t be bold enough to ask for school fees. But my mother managed to get my school fees all the days I was in primary school.

HOW? As soon as resumption is near (because I was sleeping with my father on a mat in his room); my mother will come early and begin to EULOGISE my Dad. “You are the Son of so an so /3 times. When your father threw a party, he fed the Military, he fed the Civilian. When the bird flew for days, he couldn’t see the end of your father’s farm”. And I used to wonder; where is the Farm?

“The owner of my head, the husband of my bosom…” And very soon you will hear my father begin to say; that is true, that is correct – it’s a Man you are calling. And my mother will keep on pumping him and he will be getting swollen headed. Very soon, you will hear him say: It will be well with you in this house.

Finally, it is my father who will ask my mother; what can I do for you, today? Does it mean he has fallen into the trap again? And my mother will say; we all know that things are hard; but your son is going back to school. “That is no Problem”; is what my father will say. No Problem? He hasn’t got a kobo in the house; but he will go and borrow because she was “Worshipped”!

I have always told my people; if you pray and nothing happens: Try Praise. If you have been asking for something again and again; you have not gotten it. Stop praying! Begin to Praise God. And see Him in action.

I have told you the story before. There was a wedding in one of our Churches. It was time to sign on the DOTTED LINES; the husband signed, passed the pen to the wife. Suddenly, somebody called the husband (he was the only one who heard the call); and answered. Those of you who are from the Yoruba Land; you know what that means. He fell from the Chair immediately, and died! And there was commotion in the Vestry. And the Pastors began to pray all manners of prayers – they bound, they loosed, they prayed in tongues, they prayed in understanding. The boy got cooler. After Thirty (30) minutes, the Senior Pastor there remembered; Daddy said if prayer fails, Try Praise! So he told the people, stop praying; begin to Praise God.

And he ran into the Church and told the people, He said; we will join you very soon, please continue to sing and to dance. He ran back to join the people in the Vestry. And they began to Praise God:

Suddenly, the man on the ground sneezed, opened his eyes and said: Where am I? They said: get up first, we will tell you.

STAND on your feet; I want you to spend just Five (5) minutes PRAISING GOD like you have never done before.

In Jesus Mighty Name was have Worshipped. Amen. May the Lord accept our worship in Jesus Name.

PROPHECIES: I think your Praise has done something.

1. Because He said there is someone here; He said I DELAYED your Miracle; To make it MORE GLORIOUS. But there will be NO FURTHER DELAY.

Thank you Daddy; Let me say Amen to this one before I tell you.

2. He said there is someone here tonight (or reading), He said for years to come, it will be from one JOYFUL INCIDENT to Another.

3. Daddy said there is someone here, He said you will understand; He said; I will Help you RECOVER ALL.

IN CLOSING, who will He Choose?

7. He will choose SMOOTH STONES.

In 1 Samuel 17:39-40; When David got to the brook, he choose Five (5) smooth stones; there were other stones there. He chose SMOOTH ONES; Five (5) smooth stones. WHY FIVE (5)? because Goliath had Four (4) Brothers. So he choose Five (5) stones: One (1) for each Giant. But he chose SMOOTH ones; NOT just any stone. You will say a stone is a  stone; That is true! But when God has to choose; He will choose SMOOTH ones.

Ephesians 5:27 says: Don’t believe those who say you can live any kind of life and you will still be acceptable to God. It is as if it is not the same God we are serving.

He chose SMOOTH STONES; He chooses those who don’t mind STANDING ALONE; the others can criticize. In 1 Kings 18; 22 Elijah said I alone remain; Let others begin to to what they like. But me; others can do it. Not me!

In 2 Kings 2:1-5; How come He chose Elisha? Let all other sons of the Prophet watch; It is this boy who is a SMOOTH STONE – that is committed to God.

I told the Workers at the Meeting on Wednesday; one young man said something that struck my heart: “Daddy, pray for me; I DON’T want to be an ORDINARY CHRISTIAN”

I said; that was my cry too, when I was young. I don’t want to be ordinary! For the stone to be SMOOTH; it needs some Polishing!

In Acts 21:8-14; A Prophet came and told Paul; don’t go on this journey. There is danger there. Paul said; I must go for God. “If you go, you will suffer”. He said; suffering? Am not only ready to suffer for Him: am ready to DIE for Him. In Philippians 1:21, Paul said: “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.”

In 2 Corinthians 12:15; Paul said:  I will spend my money, I will spend my time. I will spend my energy, I will spend my resources for Him.

In Daniel 1:8 – end; All others were eating and drinking of the King’s meat and wine. But Daniel said; I refuse to DEFILE MYSELF; Joshua 24:15; Joshua said; All of you can do what you like. He said: But as for me and my house, WE WILL SERVE THE LORD!

Nobody wants to preach Holiness anymore; I WILL PREACH IT! You have to be Holy. Nobody wants to talk about Consecration anymore; I will talk about it and I will LIVE IT. Nobody wants to talk about Fasting; I will Fast – You will see it that I AM FASTING. WHY? I want to be Chosen. Thank God He has chosen me.

I give you one (1) more illustration, and then you pray the last prayer to round this Session. And the fellow concerned is here (seated somewhere); When he got Born Again, he was a Professor at the University of Ibadan.

To get him Born Again and he kept on smoking; Oga, you are Born Again, you should stop smoking.

He said “Show me where it is written in the Bible: Thou shall not smoke?’ I said; It is not in the Bible. He said: “When you asked me not to Drink alcohol anymore, I agreed; because you showed me in the Bible; Thou shall not drink” I saw that! Smoke? He was a Chain Smoker: as soon as he dropped one (1), another one (1) was lite! Then one day; himself and his wife came to visit me where I was writing our Sunday School pamphlet. And when they came, AUTOMATICALLY, I moved every discussion to a Bible Study; we studied smooth stones. And because he was a scientist; he understood that the stone has to be SMOOTH so that when we send it through the sling, “Its Strides destroy will be FLAWLESS”. He knew what that meant.

On his way home (without his wife knowing); the last packet of cigarettes that he had on him:  he threw it out of the window. It was two (2) weeks before the wife even discovered. “What is happening? No smoking in this house anymore, WHY? He said; I want to be a SMOOTH STONE.

It is not written; Thou shall not wear a beard. That is just one (1) example.  Anointed of God; they perform Miracles. They do great things for God and I thank God for their lives; and I love them.

But have you observed that majority of Heads of States are CLEAN SHAVER? That is Fine! Am not asking you to shave your beards; am not saying when you shave your beards; that is when God will accept you. No, No; No! Am just saying; There are certain things that are not written in the Bible; “THOU SHALL NO”.

I remember in those days, when we want to Pray (to make sure that we will not fall asleep); We knelt on GRAVELS.

WHY? God wants to Choose one (1); and I want to be that one (1). A stone is a stone; a stone is already harder. But NOT every stone will kill a Goliath!

And God is looking for just ONE fellow to stand in the GAP. I want to be that one (1); I want to be a SMOOTH STONE! Let others live their lives. Let them go about the Christian live the way they like, No Problem! But just leave me alone, let me be a SMOOTH STONE.

I wish there is enough room at the Altar. I would have asked you to come to the Altar now and spend some ten (10) minutes or so CRYING TO GOD; “Father, Make me a SMOOTH STONE”; Smooth outside, smooth inside. One Hundred Percent (100%) Committed to you.

In Jesus Mighty Name, we have prayed.

GO PRAYS: When God chooses, He GLORIFIES. He will choose you; and His Glory will cover your life. He will choose you and fill you with His Wisdom. He will choose you and remove all the Reproaches in your life. He will choose you and He will Promote you. When He chooses, those who are Nothing; He turns them to something Very, Very Special.

In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, you will become Special. And by His Grace you will be a SMOOTH STONE in His Hands. He will use you to destroy all the Goliath in your Family. By Winning Souls for Him, He will destroy all the Goliath in your City; You will not die Unknown. He will make you great.

The Anointing to Serve Him, the Anointing to be a Very Special Vessel of Honour; He will give to you today; and every reproach in your life will disappear. It shall be well with you. God will answer your prayers, and you will have Major Testimonies. And ALL the Prophecies of Tonight shall be fulfilled in your life. So shall it be in Jesus Mighty Name, we have prayed. Amen!

And as I use to tell you, when it is time for Thanksgiving: “What you give to Him  is important; but it is not as important as how we dance, how we rejoice. Because He loves a cheerful Giver”. So, cheerfully, like never before; because you will agree with me that The Holy Ghost Service of Tonight has been DIFFERENT. We have never had it like this one, before. And the TESTIMONIES will also be different!

So, we want to sing, we want to dance, we want to rejoice; as we give Him our Thanksgiving offering.

NOW go ahead, ask God for something SPECIAL. Something Great. Something which ONLY God can do. Ask Him now for something you want Him to do before Christmas. And then tell Him that you will win several souls for Him before Christmas. Remember your relatives that are not here, include them in your prayers. Ask for Miracles for them too. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed.

I want you to stand up and lift your hands to the Almighty God; because I want to call on His Anointing to come down HEAVILY on everyone of you.

They have brought their Thanksgiving Offerings to you, Father please receive it, bless it oh Lord, sanctify it and use it for your Glory. Father, if you are looking for Divine Treasurers, Choose these your Children. If you are looking for billionaires; who will build your Kingdom here on earth: Choose these your children.

Every Miracle they have asked for before Christmas Day; Father, do for them. As a matter of fact, my Father and my God: Before the end of this Month, Let them Testify. And what they ought to have asked for that they didn’t ask for; Father release onto them. And now, my Father and my God, you see all these that are lifted to you (every one of them); ANOINT, OH LORD their hands and their entire body in Jesus Name. Including the DRESS they are wearing; Father Anoint, in Jesus Name.

The Almighty God will go with you; It shall be well with you. Every door you knock at shall he opened unto you. Everywhere you turn, there will be OPEN DOORS. Wherever you go, you will find FAVOUR with God; you will find Favour with men. God will DEFEND YOU. He will FIGHT your battles for you. Concerning your Miracles; There will be no More DELAYS! OPENING PRAYERS: And so Father, we just want to Worship you. Ancient of Days we want you to know that we love you. The Holy One of Israel, the Great One of the Lion of Judah we bow before you. Tonight in this Place do something new – Do something Miraculous, save souls, heal the sick and set captives free.

Everyone here and all those who might be listening to us (or reading) all over the world; we pray that in your own Miraculous Way you will touch all of them. Let this particular Day be a day we will nerve forget.

And please Lord, heal this land. Let there be Revival again. Do something here tonight that will serve them permanently and setting them aflame for you in Jesus Name.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

That is not bad for Alabama’s Hallelujah, now let us have an Heavenly Hallelujah!

But I know without any doubt that there is someone here tonight (or reading) that will surely see the New Year.

I want to thank the Almighty God for bringing us here today. This is my first visit to your great city and by the Grace of God, it will not be my last visit.

I want to thank all the Great men of God who has cooperated to make this great meeting possible – The Lord will bless all your Ministries in Jesus Name.

Because our time is limited here tonight, we will go straight to the Word of God.

BIBLE TEXT: 1 KINGS 17: 8-16

8. And the Word of the LORD came unto him saying,

9. Arise, get there to Zarephath which belongeth to Zidon and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee.

10. So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold the widow woman was there gathering of sticks and he called to her and said, fetch me I pray thee a little water in a vessel that I may drink.

11. And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her and said, bring me I pray thee a morsel of bread in thine hand.

12. And she said, as the LORD thy God liveth, I have not a cake but an handful of meal in a barrel and a little oil in a cruse and behold I am gathering two sticks that I may go in and dress it for me and my son that we may eat it and die.

13. And Elijah said unto her, fear not; go and do as thou said: but make me thereof a little cake first and bring it unto me and after make for thee and for thy son.

14. For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, the barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth.

15. And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah and she and he and her house did eat many days.

16. And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail according to the Word of the LORD which he spake by Elijah.

We are talking about “Divine Visitation”.

The importance of a Visitation is determined by who is visiting. If a messenger visits Birmingham today, nobody will know when he comes in and go out. But if the President of USA is visiting this town today, everybody will know.

Now the One visiting Alabama today is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords. He is Greater than the greatest, Stronger than the strongest and Older than the oldest. When all Presidents has come and gone, He will still be on the throne.

He is the one visiting today and He is visiting someone in particular.

Now who is that fellow?

If you are the one let me hear you shout Hallelujah!

We have chosen the story of the widow of Zarephath to illustrate what happened when God pays a visit.

1. The first thing that you could expect from Him tonight is that what used to be empty in your life will become full.

Because by the time the servant of the Most High God arrives in the house of the widow of Zarephath, she had nothing left – the barrel was almost empty; only a little bit of oil left but within the twinkle of an eye; what was empty became full.

That is because the One who was visiting according to Genesis 17:1 is the God who is “More than Enough”.

In Luke 5: 1-7; we see another example of a man who is a fisherman called Peter. He had fished all night and caught nothing – his boat was empty. But he had a “Divine Visitation”; God paid him a visit and all of a sudden, the boat that was empty before suddenly become full. Not only was it full, it was overflowing such that he had to call on the second (2nd) boat to come and help him.

May I Prophesied to someone here tonight (and reading) that by the time you leave this place, your Blessings will be Overflowing.

In John 9: 5-13; the Bible tells us the story of Jesus Christ Ministering to a crowd and it was time for these people to eat and there was no food except one little boy who has a little meal. And by the time that little meal was handed over to Jesus Christ and He blessed it, prayed and gave it to His disciples to distribute; the Bible tells us that 5,000 men ate and there was still twelve (12) baskets left over.

When God pays you a visit, what was empty will become full.

As a matter of fact, He said in Psalms 23:5; He said: Thou anointed my head with oil, my cup runneth over.

When I became the General Overseer of RCCG in 1981, our Headquarters Church was 95fts in length and 45fts in width – so you know how big that was. Yet if we gather every member of the Congregation we will not fill that building. I prayed, fasted and did everything that I knew: I will call a Special Meeting, people will come and be full. But as soon as I finished, the people will disappeared.

God what do I do? Because if you are looking at what could kill a Pastor, it is to come to Church and find many empty seats (its a killer).

I attended all manners of Ministers’ Conference, I traveled all over the world from Nigeria to South Korea to a man who has a Mighty Church. I learnt at his feet; learnt everything he has to teach, came back and nothing happened.

Then one day, something said to me: Go back to the Bible to find out how it happened at the beginning. Then I discovered that things changed the moment the Disciples had a “Divine Visitation”.

I cried to the Almighty God and the Holy Spirit began to visit us.

Now by the Special Grace of God my problem is not the crowd again but my problem is how to accommodate them.

And right now we are building an Auditorium that is 3Km long and 3Km wide. We haven’t finished it yet and it is already too small.

Am praying for someone here today that everything that is empty in your life from this day onwards will become overflowing.

2. The second (2nd) that happened when God paid us Divine Visitation as you can find in the story of this woman is that: Her Harvest became Accelerated.

What do you mean by that?

Well the Bible says in Galatians 6:7; that when you sow, you reap but in Genesis 8:22; the Bible makes it clear that there is a Seed Time and then Harvest Time. In order words, you sow then you wait before harvest will come. There is a Time between Sowing and Harvest.

But in the case of this woman, the very day that she sowed was the day she began to harvest – not a year later because the One who was visiting her was the “Lord of Harvest” Himself.

The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 3: 6-7; that Paul sowed, Apollos watered but it is only God who gives the Increase.

This woman sowed and the very day she sowed she began to reap.

May I Prophesied to someone here today because I know that you have been sowing for a long time and you have been waiting for harvest and you haven’t seen it yet but because God is visiting you today; your harvest will begin.

Some years ago, we went to a Nation and we wanted to start a branch of RCCG there. We met an elderly American Pastor there and got talking. He asked me what we came for, we told him and he laughed. Then he said maybe we can go and try other places. We asked why? He told us that he has been in that particular Country for almost 30 years as a Missionary and even now that he wants to go back home he has only four (4) converts. He said this is a hard soil so don’t waste your time here. I looked at him, was sad for him but I said sir in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, my own will be different.

May I say to someone here today where others have failed, you will begin to succeed – Amen!

Today, by the Grace of God alone not by our efforts because the man was correct that the land is hard. But because God visited us; today in that particular Nation we are recognized as the official fastest growing Church there.

From this moments onwards, you will no longer labour in vain. The moment you begin to sow by the Power of the one visiting today, you will begin to reap – Amen.

3. The third thing that happened when God paid a Divine Visitation to that woman is that: she said she was about to eat her last meal with her son and then die.

Now she didn’t say that we will eat our last meal and then wait for death. She didn’t say that we are eating this last meal then starve till we finally die. She was actually saying that we will eat this last meal and commit suicide.

But God paid her a visit and the date of death changed to life. Why? Because the One who was visiting according to John 11:25 is the “Resurrection and Life”. When life visits you, death must give way.

So am Prophesying to someone here today; it does not matter what the doctor may say; you won’t die young – Amen.

In Marks 5: 35-43; the only daughter of Jairus had already died before Jesus visited. But when He visited, death vomited the daughter and she came back to life again.

In Luke 7: 11-15; in the story of a widow called the “Widow of Nain”. They were already going to bury her only son. He hasn’t just died but they were on their way to the burial ground. Then Jesus Christ visited and instead of going to the burial ground because the boy was brought back to life, the women went back home rejoicing with her son.

In John 11: 39-44; the Bible tells us that Lazarus not just died, he has been buried for four (4) days. But then when the Resurrection and Life visited, even the one who has been dead for four (4) days came back to life.

Whenever God visits, death is robbed of it’s victims.

Some years ago, we went to a city in Europe; a country that had almost 100% forgotten God. A country where the worst of things are welcome – you can do practically any evil and its ok.

So we want to start a Church there and to get brethren together for a Revival. The atmosphere was cold, it was like we are in a graveyard. You could not even get them to shout Hallelujah. Even myself, the atmosphere was almost sinking my Faith. They brought a man from the Hospital with all manners of gadgets tied round in an ambulance. The doctor allowed him to be brought because they knew you cannot make the situation worst. He was lying down when singing was going on in great pains. By the time they gave me the microphone, as I was just preparing to preach; he could not bear it again and asked to be taken back to the Hospital. And they began to go but by the time they got to the door; the Power of God hit him: he sat up, threw away all the gadgets, stood upright and began to dance.

And there was a great uproar because God was visiting; the one they thought will die, they saw him dancing. The excitement was so great that I could not preach again. I just made the Altar Call that you have seen what my God can do and that they have seen the evident that Jesus Christ is alive. Will you come and surrender to Him?

Today, that particular town is the Headquarters of all the Countries in Europe because God came and changed death to life.

May I Prophesied to someone here today (reading) that everything that is good in your life that has died shall come back to life. And if you have any appointment with death that the enemy has already arranged for you; that appointment will be postponed – Amen.

PROPHESY: The Lord asked me to tell someone. He said the word retardation is a common word in your family. He asked me to tell you that from now on, things will change.

4. The fourth thing that happened when God paid that woman a Divine Visitation as you can find in the story is that for a woman to contemplate suicide then it can only be that she is hopeless.

She had looked around and there was no one to help. There was serious trouble in the country: it has not rained for Months, she looked round, only one meal left and she said let us end it all. But then God paid her a visit and where there was hopelessness before, there was hope suddenly.

Why? Because the One who was visiting according to 1 Timothy 1:1; He said that as long as Christ is in you, you have the “Hope of Glory”. In other words, if Christ dwell in you, you have the assurance that it does not matter what is happening, your case is not hopeless. There is still hope for you because the one we are talking about according to Jeremiah 32:27; is the God of all flesh and there is nothing too hard for Him to do. The Bible says in the book of Ezekiel 37: 1-10 that He can even speak to dry bones and they will live again.

So it doesn’t matter how terrible your situation may be, I can assure you that as long as you are still breathing and Christ still in you then there is hope for you – Amen.

There is this story of one of my sons who himself was a Medical Doctor and each time I visited their country, he will be there to received me.

But on this particular occasion, I was visiting the country and when I looked around at the Airport, he wasn’t there. So I say what happened, where is my son? They said your son is in the hospital dying. So I say that before going to the hotel could you take me via the hospital. We got there and they have a room where they put hopeless situations. When anyone goes in there, he can only come out dead. That was where my son was.

There is something in human being called the PSA. When your PSA is reading 20 or so, they say you have Cancer. By the time it reaches 200 or so, they say you have Terminal Cancer. By the time they got my son to the hospital, his own PSA was reading 4,000 and so they knew there was no hope for him again. And so they put him in that room.

So I went in and wherever I go by the Grace of God, God goes with me. So I prayed for only him and left. That was Saturday morning. By the following Wednesday, not only was my son discharged and completely well; everyone else in that room were discharged as well.

So I can Prophesied to all of you here today (reading) and say that in the Name that is above every other names; it doesn’t matter the doctor’s reports; death is cancelled over you – Amen.

PROPHECY: The Lord says that there is someone here today, He says that your situation is so bad that you are close to bankruptcy. He asked me to tell you that very soon you will be lending money to people.

5. The fifth thing about this Divine Visitation is that you don’t need to be there: That the woman was considering to kill herself and her son cannot be a happy woman – she must have been in sorrow.

But the moment God paid her a visit, her sorrow changed to Joy.

Whenever God pays a visit, tears are wiped away and sorrow will change to Joy.

Why? Because the Bible says God is the Giver of Joy. Ecclesiastes 2:26 says that God gives a man good in His sight wisdom, knowledge and Joy. And then Psalms 16:11 says that in the Presence of God, there is the fullness of Joy.

So when God walks in, sorrow walks out. As a matter of fact, the Bible says in Revelations 7:17; it says that God will wipe away all tears from their eyes. Isaiah 25:8 says that He will swallow up death in Victory and wipe away all tears. And then Jesus Christ said in John 16:24; He said ask until your Joy is Full.

… In other words, God is not stingy in giving you Joy.

And am saying to someone here today (or reading) that you will never weep again – Amen

In an occasion like this, we are having a Program and it was time to pray. And when I asked everyone to be praying, I was praying too. And as I was thought when I was a small boy by my parents I was told you close my eyes. Then I heard God say: “son open your eyes”. So I opened my eyes. And He pointed to me a lady in the crowd. She was weeping profusely and God said go and tell her: “Stop Crying”. So I left the stage and went to her, tap her and said my daddy asked me to tell you “Stop Weeping”.

Suddenly, she brightened up because she realised that at long last, God had heard her.

… God will hear someone here (or reading) tonight.

And I went back to the stage, finished the Program and went. Apparently, she has been barren for years and the relatives of the husband has told her if you don’t give birth we will drive you out. That was why she was weeping so profusely.

About a year later, I was in the Program when this same lady came and stood before me. She opened her mouth and called Jesus three times. Finally, when she saw that I was getting restless because of the queue of people still waiting to see me she said that I was the lady weeping last year. She said I was barren and now it was my own turn to weep because as at that time, she was carrying babies on both hands.

May I Prophesied to someone here today (or reading); whatever is causing you sorrow will end tonight – Amen.

6. The sixth thing that happened to that woman when she was paid a Divine Visitation was that she had a brand New Beginning.

Why? Because the One visiting her is the One who according to Revelations 1:8; the One who is called the Alpha as well as the Omega. The One who has the Power to change everything inside out.

In Revelations 21:5; He said behold I made all things New. In Isaiah 43:19; He said behold I will do a New Thing.

We have several examples in the Bible to show that when God steps into your life; all things become New: Failure can change to Success, Sorrow can change to Joy and everything that was evil before, can change for good.

In short, He can make all things New.

And if you know my Testimony, you will know that it is true. I am a classical example of God making all things New.

As a younger man, at as that time I was a sportsman and a Photographer. And if you combine the two, you will have a dangerous young man.

But I ended up with many girlfriends. Occasionally, two (2) of them will jam at my place and had to find how to explained one to another. But among all those girls, I have one that is special to me – we did all sorts of things together.

But then after some times, we parted – she went her way and I went my way. Got married to my wife of 51 years and she got married too.

In the meantime, Christ came to my life, things changed and I became a Pastor. I was still lecturing at the University and her husband transferred to same town. She now has a child born lame (never walked). Then someone said there is a Pastor somewhere there; if you take the child there, she will walk. So she came to the Mission’s House; asked to see the Pastor, came to my Living Room, we saw, greeted and she said I want to see the Pastor.

… So I said: “Yes, can I help you?” I am the Pastor. She said you the Pastor? You will pray and God will answer?

She didn’t know that if any man be in Christ, he is a New Creature.

When you allow Christ to visit you, He will make all things new.

We pray a simple prayer and the child began to walk.

I want to decree to someone here today (or reading) that because of this Meeting, everything in your life will become New! – Amen.

7. The seventh thing we will note about the Divine Visitation that woman was paid was that this widow was singled out for Preservations.

Because the Bible says in Luke 4: 25-27 that there were many widows in the land at the time of Elijah but only one woman got a Divine Visitation.

One thing that could happened during a Divine Visitation is that the crowd maybe much; the Program might be organised for one fellow.

Why? How can this be? In Psalms 115:3; the Bible says that our God is in Heavens and does as it pleases Him – you cannot query Him.

PROPHESY: The Lord asked me to tell someone here. He said you should relax and that the storms still obey me. So it does not matter the storms you are going through now, there is someone called the “Prince of Peace”. When He says “Peace be Still”; every storms will be still.

In John 5: 2-9; the Bible tells us that there is this Pool called the “Pool of Bethesda” and there were many sick people beside the pool – some lame, withered etc. They were all waiting for the stirring of a Pool of water because the first person to jump in when an Angel has come to stir the Pool will be made whole.

Jesus Christ went there; out of the great multitudes, He healed only one: He saw one man there who has been there for 38 years, went to him, made him whole and left the place.

You cannot query God. He is the Almighty. He does as He pleases.

So occasionally, you are in a meeting and later on you begin to hear Testimonies and you wondered what happened? I was at the meeting too?

It may be probably because the Almighty God who does as He pleases decided to zero in on just one person.

Several years ago in 1975; I think there was this meeting in Canada of the World Applied Mathematicians. There were two (2) people sent to represent Nigeria. By the Grace of God, I was one of them. And we arrived in Canada at night and it was very cold. It was my first visit out of Africa and I don’t know how some people survive in a freezer.

We were many, lined up for registrations and I was shivering. All of a sudden, a woman who coordinating the registrations got up, started walking down and passing by many people. When she got to me, she stopped and said what is your name? – I told her. She asked again, where are you from? – I told her. She turned back, went to the table where they were doing registrations. Few minutes later she came back with a cup of very hot tea and gave it to me. I finished everything. By the time I finished, she came back as she has gone to register for me. She brought me my documents and asked someone to lead me to where I will stay. The others were looking at me – thinking probably what is so special about him.

… But God singled me out for a Miracle.

I pray that God will “Single you Out” for a Miracle today! – Amen.

In Conclusion, God is Sovereign; He does as He pleases. But God is not arbitrary. Even though He is Sovereign, He acts according to certain Principles.

For example in Proverbs 8:17; He said I love those who loves me; those who seeks me early shall find me. And then He said in Matthew 11: 28-30; He said: “Come unto me all you that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest”.

But you have to come to Him for Him to give you rest.

He said in Revelations 3:20 that I stand by the door of your heart and knocks. If any man hears my voice and open the door for me; I will come in and dine with him and him with me.

Meaning what? The Lord is in Birmingham Alabama today. Since I started speaking, He has been knocking at the door of the heart of someone saying open to me and let me come in; let me become your Partner and Lord as well as make ALL things NEW for you.

But He won’t knock forever. If He knocks and you refuse to open your hearts to Him, He will move away.

Some people say that when He is the Almighty God, why does He has to wait for me to open the door of my heart for Him? Why don’t He just break down the door?

He is not a burglar. He is a gentleman. He won’t force Himself on you particularly because He knows that sooner or later; a day is coming when He will sit in His Kingdom and you will knock at His door and He won’t open to you because He will say when I wanted to enter your life, you didn’t allow me.

I don’t know who this person is but there is someone here today (or reading) who must surrender his or her life to Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ has sent me all the way from Africa yo come and tell you. Allow Jesus Christ to come into your life today. If you allow Him, everything will change.

That widow could have said to Elijah: Get away Man of God; am not in that situation. I have only one meal left. Elijah could have gone to another widow.

If you do not open the door of your heart to Him to come in; you will be the loser. Elijah was being fed by birds for almost a year. Elijah was not the one in need but the widow.

You are the one who needed Divine Visitation but you must open the door of your heart to Him to allow Him to come in.

So am going to give you an opportunity. If you have not thoroughly surrendered your life to Jesus Christ and not living at His commands because if He comes into your life; He won’t come in as a tenant but a landlord. The moment He comes in, He will be giving you instructions. You cannot allow Him in and be sinning – He won’t tolerate that.

So if you want to surrender your life to Jesus Christ now; I will count from 1 to 5 for you to come and surrender your life.

And if you say that you are already born again and still living in sin; you are deceiving yourself. Come now to get a genuine Salvation. He that is born of God does not sin.

So if you are not sure of your Salvation; please come now. This is your day; tomorrow might be too late and so don’t waste this opportunity. This is the greatest decision of your life.

For those of us in front, please talk to the Almighty God in your own language – Just tell Him to have Mercy on you, save your soul and forgive you all your sins and that you will serve Him all your life.

Now the rest of us; kindly stretch forth your hands to these people and pray for them. Pray that the One who saved your soul will save their own souls too. Pray that the Almighty God will be Merciful to them and He will wipe away all their sins.

GO PRAYS: My Father and my God, I want to say thank you – thank you for your Words and thank you too for these people that has come to respond to the altar call.

Father, please remember your Promise that whosoever will come to you, you will no wise cast out. They have come to you now Father please receive them in Jesus Name. Save their souls, let your blood wash away their sins and please write their names in the Book of Life.

And I pray that from now on, my Father and my God; each time they call on you, you will answer them by Fire. I pray that you will never backslide. Please uphold them to the very end. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed.

GENERAL PRAYERS

Father, please visit me and make everything New for me: Everything that is empty in my life, make it Full, Accelerate my Harvest, Postponed the date of my death, Cancel the doctors’ reports, every hopeless situation in my life turn around for better, wipe away all tears and don’t let me ever cry again. Single me out for Miracle today and let my tomorrow be alright.

Tell Him exactly the Miracle you want from Him tonight: tell Him to touch you from the head to the toe. Ask Him that whatever that is Good in your life that the enemies has destroyed, tell Him to bring it back.

Tell Him to visit you as you are tired of living in vain: let me begin to succeed like never before, let me begin to know your Fullness of Joy, Single me out for a Divine Touch. Do something that I will never forget. Let this day be a New Beginning for me. By the time the sun rises tomorrow, let me begin to sing a New Song of Victory, Success and Joy. Just turn the tides around for me.

2. Preambles: The Bible says that you are to love your neighbour as yourself. So join your hands with your neighbour now and asked: God visit him or her. Meet all his or her needs. Solve his or her problems. And let the Joy of tonight go all over. Let this day be an unforgettable day for him or her.

GO PRAYS: And so my Father and my God; I want to say thank you. Thank you because your Words says if two (2) of us shall agree as touching anything we ask on Earth; it will be done for us by our Father in Heaven.

Tonight, am in Total Agreement with all your children; please visit them, grant their request, meet all their needs and let their Joy overflows. Let every one of them leave here singing a New Song. Before the sun rises tomorrow; let everyone here have a Testimony.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR GIFT FROM GOD WITH THANKSGIVING

It is our custom that from the Month of October that we give opportunity for people to ask God for Christmas and New Year Gifts from God. And before the 25th of December, something will happened to assure you that God has visited you.

It is also our custom to always want to say thank you to Him. And it is not the money that mattered as you can never pay for the Mercies of God. There are some Prophesies that came out that you cannot pay for. What mattered to God is that we want to show God that we are grateful and we do it by singing, dancing and rejoicing and then give something as a token.

… Now go ahead to ask God for your Christmas and New Year Present. Please make it something so big. Remember that He is the All Sufficient God as He has more than enough.

CLOSING PRAYERS:

My Father and my God, the All Sufficient One. What you can do in a year, you can also do in a day.

Your children has asked you for Miracles before Christmas Day and am joining my Faith to theirs; Lord am saying that before next Sunday, grant them their request that they may know that you controls Time and Season. Before next Sunday, surprise them.

Some of them may think that what they asked for you is too big but I know that you are bigger than the biggest; much more than they have asked you for, Father please do it for them. Let it be well with them. And when you have done it for them don’t let them forget you.

Father bless the offerings of your children, sanctify it and use it for your Glory. And I pray in your Name that these your children will never borrow again.

And now as you go, my Father in Heaven will go with you. Everywhere you turn; doors will be opened to you. On your way home today, there will be Miracles at home waiting for you. The Almighty God will defend you and He will fight your battles for you. The Only One who can promote you will answer your prayers by Fire. It shall be well with you and you too will serve God to the end.

And in this land beginning from now; there will be Revival and you too will serve God to the end.

So shall it be for you in Jesus Mighty Name we prayed –  AMEN!

OPENING PRAYERS:

King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. The One who is Higher than the highest, the One who is Greater than the greatest, the One who is Stronger than the strongest, the One who is Older than the oldest, the One who is Wiser than the wisest; the All Sufficient God. Glory be to your Holy Name.

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the Miracles that you have performed in this particular Venue. Thank you for the Festival of Life (FOL). Thank you for what you have done and thank you for what you are going to do tonight. Please accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Tonight we are here again, please Father prove yourself: save souls, heal the sick, set captives free, let there be Miracles, let there be Signs, let there be Wonders, let there be Testimonies and in this land, let there be Revival.

Father, am praying that everyone here will go back home with at least one major Testimony.

By the time we finished here tonight let everyone of us sing a New Song.

And then you may please be seated.

Let me first thank the Almighty God for bringing us together again to be blessed by Him. Then let me specially thank our great elder brother, the Arch Bishop of York – thank you for coming and thank you for that message. And I also want to thank all those who has Ministered before me – the Almighty God will Honour your Ministries.

Now how many of you are attending the Festival of Life (FOL) for the first time. So wave your hands so that I can see you.

… Oh well you will get a First Time Miracle in Jesus Name. Because you are so many, I have to explain some things very quickly so that we can all flow together in the same wavelength:

1. When the Almighty God wants to speak to a Group of people, no matter how many; He addresses Himself to Individuals. So if you hear as we go along that there is someone here and at the end of the day the someone gets to be hundreds or thousands of people; don’t think that we have made a mistake as that is how God speaks.

For example He says in Revelations 3:20: Behold I stand by the door and knocks. If any man hears my voice … And He was talking to a Congregation.

John 3:16 says that for God so loved the world that He gave His Only Begotten Son that whosoever – Again He is talking to the whole world but addressing them as if they are just an individual.

So if you hear there is someone here and at the end of the day they are more than one; it is not a mistake as that is how the Holy Spirit speaks.

For example, there is someone here tonight (or reading) who will never weep again – Amen!

Where is that one? Now wave your hands and shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

2. The Holy Spirit flows like a river. The Bible says that at the last day of the feast; Jesus Christ stood up and say that if any man thirst let him come to me and drink. And He says that out of His belly shall flow “Rivers of Living Water”.

And that the Bible says that He meant the Holy Spirit – the Holy Spirit flows like a river.

Those of us who are from Villages when we go to the Village river to fetch water to be used in the house. When it is your turn to dip your bucket to bring out water; if you hesitate the river won’t wait for you as it keeps on flowing.

So if tonight as we continue, the God who knows all things decide to mention your particular case and at that time you dose off or you are thinking of the jollof rice you left at home. And then the fellow next to you say amen and then you woke up and say what did he say; by then it will be too late. So tell the fellow next to you and tell him/her don’t dose tonight.

3. In some Nations of the world (also in UK); you have some restaurants whereby everybody will pay the same amount but when you get in, they say eat all what you can. And so they will spread the table with all manner of food and everyone will eat until they are satisfied.

Occasionally, when you go in there; you will find some people who will just take one spoon of rice, one little bit of meat and still pay same price. I used to wonder why are these people here? Because when I go to such a restaurant, by the time I leave they will know that someone has visited.

… And from the way you responded, it means am not alone.

And the reason why am telling you this is that tonight God has spread a table before you – on the table there is Salvation, Healing, Miracles, All Signs and Wonders.

… So how much of it do you want – ALL!

4. When you go to the scriptures; you will discovered that most of the people that got a Miracle from Jesus Christ got it by Faith.

Somebody will come to Jesus and say I want you to do this for me. He will asked you: do you believed that I can do it? Then He will say: be unto you according to your Faith. Or your Faith has made thee whole.

The Miracles that God will performed tonight and I can assured you that they will be many and it will be for those who believed that they can have it.

I want you to know that without any doubt that God is here. How do I know that He is here?

1. Because He said that where 2 or 3 people are gathered together in my Name; I will be there.

… And we are more than 2 or 3 here now.

2. When I was coming, I brought Him with me and am saying that with all humility. Because He promised me when He called me into Ministry that wherever I go, He will go with me.

… So right now, the Headquarters of the Almighty God is here.

So God is here by His Grace and His servant is ready. The question now is: when do you want your Miracles? NOW!

… Let me hear you shout Hallelujah. So we are ready.

We will break our discussions into three (3) parts:

1. Part 1 will be an Outreach Part. We will talk to those who are yet to give their lives to Jesus Christ. And the reason we will do that first is that in the past we normally leave the altar call to the very last moment but God spoke to me that Miracles are for God’s children.

So there are several people who miss out of the First Time Miracles because it is at the end of the Service that they surrendered their life to Jesus Christ.

So we will start with that to settle their case first.

2. Part 2 will be a little Bible Study. There are some of us who are already children of God: they are born again and we know that. There are some of us who are not looking for Miracles, Signs and Wonders as God has done more than sufficient for us but we need to know Him more and we need to grow in Him. In a Gathering like this, it gives us an opportunity to learn more about this God that we are talking about.

3. Part 3 is required after we have cleared Part 1 and 2 as it will take us to the Miracles Section. That one will be a bit longer and the time for us to shout and rejoice.

PART 1: THE OUTREACH

BIBLE TEXT: PHILIPPIANS 2: 9-11

9. Therefore God has highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the Name that is above every name.

10. So that at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow in Heaven and on Earth and underneath the Earth.

11. And every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the Glory of God the Father.

The Almighty God made all things including you.

In Genesis 1: 1; the Bible says in the beginning, God made the Heavens and the Earth.

In John 1: 1-3; the Bible says that in the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God and the Word was God – The same Word from the beginning.

Then it went on to say that by Him were all things made.

… How many things? ALL THINGS!

And then there was nothing made that was not made by Him.

Now at the beginning when God created everything, the Bible says that everything was very good. If you read Genesis 1:31; the Bible says that God looked at everything made and behold they were very good. As a matter of fact in Marks 7: 32-37; when the people saw Jesus Christ in action, they concluded by saying that He has done all things well.

When God created man, He put him in the Garden which He prepared for him. In Genesis 2: 8-17; God planted a Garden and that Garden was wonderful as it has all manner of foods that are edible. And God put the man there and said just eat as much as you can – just one thing: there is a tree don’t touch it but the rest is yours.

So when God created man originally, he has everything for free.

But then sin came in Genesis 3: 1-7 and suddenly the same man who has everything at his disposal ran into problems because as soon as sin came, the One who loved man and made man in His own Image became upset. So in Genesis 3: 8-19; curses came; He cursed the woman, man and the serpent that caused the problem. And the man who has been living a sweat less life; God said unless you sweat you won’t eat.

The woman who could have been delivering babies without pain, God said no, no; now you have to labour before you can deliver. Not long after that the Almighty God chased man out of the Garden – I gave you a beautiful Garden just for you to maintain, you disobeyed me and now get out (Genesis 3: 23-24).

It was not long after that death came. And it was not even an ordinary death but murder.

In Genesis 4: 1-13; when the first two brothers born by the same father and mother was asked to prepare offerings for God. God accepted the offerings of one of them but rejected the offerings of the other and the elder brother murdered his own younger brother.

From that moment on, things became hard and difficult for man.

But then Jesus Christ stepped into the Show to settle what has been put wrong and to reverse everything.

In 1 John 3:8; the Bible says the Son of God was manifested to destroy the works of the devil. So Romans 5:12 says: sin came by one and so death came to all. The same Romans 5: 15-19 says: Life came by Jesus Christ, a free gift from God. And now through Jesus Christ, all men can have life again.

In Revelations 5:9; the Bible made it clear that Jesus Christ paid a big price for you to be redeemed from your sins. He says by His Blood, He has shed it for you to be redeemed from your sins. When Jesus Christ paid that price, God now gave Him a reward which was in the text that we read.

As a result of dying for your sins, mine and the sins of the whole world; God highly exalted Him and gave Him a Name which is above every names. And then said that at the Name of Jesus; every knee must bow.

The truth of the matter is that some people will bow to the Name of Jesus Christ willingly – bow to Jesus Christ after they have listened to a little sermon like am preaching now. But some will only bow by force.

So whether you bow willingly or you bow by force; sooner or later you will bow.

… Its makes sense therefore that you bow willingly and not by force.

For example, I know that many of you are VIP’s; so let take examples of VIP’s who had the opportunity of coming voluntarily and the other by force.

The one who bow voluntarily, you can read about him in Acts 8: 26-28. He was a very important man, a great ambassador of the Kingdom of Ethiopia. He was travelling when God sent someone to tell him about Salvation. He heard about the Salvation and turned to the man that told him what is stopping me? So he surrendered Voluntarily and was baptized. He was the first fellow to brought the Gospel to Africa.

There was another VIP – his name was Saul of Tarsus. He was highly educated and am telling you that he hated Christians like no man business. But then in Acts 9: 1-9; as he was travelling to go and persecute more Christians, God hit him on the way, He knocked him down from his horse and by the time he hit the ground he said: Lord what do you want me to do?

So some people will surrender willingly but some needs a little bit of force. But sooner or later, they will submit.

There was a Governor in one of our States in Nigeria and the Almighty God sent me to him to surrender his life to Him and proclaim a fast in his State because trouble is coming. He smiled, said people will say law and order has broken down and wanted to give me money – which I rejected but that I came to tell him the truth. I left, sooner trouble came, he was arrested and kept in Maximum Security Prison in Kirikiri (Nigeria). Then I read in the newspaper weeks later that he was the one leading Bible Study in the Prison – I smiled … If you don’t bow to Him on the throne, you will bow to Him in Prison.

I want you to bow to Jesus today if you have not yet bow to Him as He will give you rest as recorded in Matthew 11: 28-30 – Come to me all you that are troubled and heavy laden and I will give you rest.

… Come to Him and everything will be New.

In 2 Corinthians 5:17; the Bible says that therefore if any man be in Christ, He is a New Creature, Old things are passed away; behold all things have become New. Come to Him and you will become a member of the family of God.

In John 1: 10-12; the Bible made it clear that Jesus Christ came to His own but His own received Him not. But to as many that received Him, He gave them Power to become Son of God. And if you become a member of the family of God, you will be free from Generational Curse – that is, the curse operating in your family when it comes to you will jump because you have now transferred to a New Family – The Family of the Almighty God.

Come to Him and then you will suddenly discovered that everything in your life begin to go well again.

If you want to do so then you have to do it now.

Why? Because 2 Corinthians 6:2 says this is the “Accepted Time”, today is the “Day of Salvation”. You never can tell how many of us here (or reading) will be alive tomorrow – Only God can tell. God has brought you here (to read) because He wanted to save your soul, He wanted to give you a brand New Beginning and He wanted you to become one of His own children as part of the family of the Most High God.

He wanted you to come so that from now on when you cry to Him, He will answer your prayers quickly because the Words of God made it clear that the Hands of God is not shortened that He cannot save you, neither is His ear heavy that He cannot hear you but as long as there is sin between you and God, He won’t hear you.

Tonight, we will be praying some serious prayers but if your sins are not yet forgiven, He won’t even hear. So if He doesn’t hear, how will He answer?

So I want to appeal to you if you are here tonight (or reading) and you are yet to surrender your life to Jesus Christ, you are not yet born again, His Blood has not yet washed away your sins; am going to count from 1 to 10, come and let me pray for your Salvation so that everything will be New and you will begin to enjoy the blessings of being a child of God.

The Bible says: Taste and see that the Lord is Good. This is your opportunity and you might be the only fellow. Don’t waste your time, don’t wait for anybody as it is  your life and your choice. Today is the Day of Salvation and tomorrow may be too late and you may not have another opportunity like this but the Lord is calling you now. He will give you a New Beginning. All knees must bow to the Name of Jesus. And if there are some of you who are born again before but you have backslidden.

If you have gone back to do those things you said you won’t do again, you better come too quickly so that I can pray for your restorations. If you say that you are born again and you are still living in sin, then you are deceiving yourself. He who is born of God does not commit sin because the seeds of God remains in him. If you know that you are not sure of your Salvation or you have backslidden, come quickly as the Lord is waiting for you.

Now those of you that has come forward, I want you to talk to the Almighty God for just a moment that Lord I have come to surrender my life to you, have Mercy on me, Save my soul, let your Blood wash away my sin and I will serve you for the rest of my life. So go ahead to tell Him in your own language.

And for the rest of us let us stretch our hands to these brethren. Let us intercede for them. Let us pray that the One who save your own souls will save their own souls too. That the one who kept us safe will keep them safe.

GO PRAYS: And so my Father and my God, I want to thank you – thank you for your Words and thank you for these people who has responded to come forward and surrender their lives to you. Father, remember your Promise that whosoever will come to you; you will in no wise cast away. They have come to you, Father please received them in Jesus Name. Have Mercy on them. Let your Blood wash away their sins, save their souls today Lord and write their names in the Book of Life.

And am praying Lord God Almighty that they will never go back to the world. I pray also that from now on, anytime they call on you, you will answer them by Fire. Thank you Almighty God, in Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

PART 2: BIBLE STUDY

BIBLE TEXT: REVELATIONS 19:16

On His robe and on His thigh He has a Name written, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

When we say that our theme is: HE REIGNS OVER ALL.

Who is He?

The “He” is the Almighty God. And one of His titles is Kings of kings.

That means when you gather all kings together, He is King over them. His throne is Higher than theirs. Psalms 91:1 calls Him the Most High – He that dwelleth in the Secret Place of the Most High shall abide under the Shadows of the Almighty. Ecclesiastics 5:8 says He is Higher than the highest. So if you gather together all the kings, and you say this king is higher than this king, He is still Higher than the highest of them all. Isaiah 66:1 says Heaven is,my throne and the Earth my footstool. So any king on Earth whose throne is here on Earth, the throne of that king is under His feet because the Earth is His footstool!

In Daniel 4:25; the Bible says that He rules in the Kingdom of men – and we will talk more about this when we get to the Miracles Section.

Now the beauty of this is that if you are a child of God then you are a King or Queen.

How? You are made one. Revelations 1: 5-6 says Jesus Christ has made us to be Kings and Priests. So according to 1 Peter 2:9; you are a Royalty. He says that you are a Royal Priesthood.

But you need to understand that you are a king or Queen at His Pleasure. Revelations 4:11 says that all things that He created were created at His Pleasure.

If you remember this, you will understand that yes you are a king but there is still a King above you. As a matter of fact that King made you a King or Queen at His Pleasure.

So you will remember a story in Esther 1: 1-22. It talks about a king who decided to hold a very big party. And then one day, when he was slightly drunk; the Bible says his heart was merry then he requested for his Queen to come and show her beauty to all his guest. And the Queen sent back to the king that I won’t come because am having a party of my own too. The king said: you are a Queen because I am a king – you are a Queen at my Pleasure. Now you know the rest of the story. By the end of the day, the Queen was no more – she was sent away from the Kingdom.

You are a King or Queen but your Crown belongs to the King of kings. Revelations 4: 4-10 tells us about the 24 Elders who are in Heaven around the throne of God. They all have a “Golden Crown”. But whenever it is time to worship God; they will take off their crowns and lay the crowns at the feet of the Almighty God to say: yes we wear a crown but you are the One who puts it on our head.

How many of us will take note of these things because there are some of us who were great (quote and unquote); when it is time to worship the Almighty God we do it with all our hearts. Then we get promoted, then we become important, then we become VIP’s. And when it is time to worship God, we find it difficult to do so.

There was a King for example you know his name – David. You know he didn’t deserve to be a king but God made him king. So when there was an opportunity to worship God, he danced with all his Might. And his wife saw him dancing and say look at you dancing – you are a king and a king must behave himself in a decorum manner. He said am dancing for the One who made me king and you have not seen anything yet. When your father was made king and he misbehaved, He took the crown from him and gave it to me. Now I have not Praised Him yet; I will Praise Him a little more later on.

There might be one or two people here that will realised that we don’t deserved to be where we are today and we will want to show the Almighty God that we appreciate all what He has done for us.

… If there is anyone like that here, let me hear you shout Hallelujah!

You are a King and it means that you can rule by decrees. He said you can decree a thing and it shall be established to you.

But remember that the One who made you King can unmake you. In 1 Samuel 2: 7-8; it says that He lifts up one and bring down another. He brings a beggar from the dunghill and promote him until he begins to sit among Princes. And He can also bring down a King and put him a little down into the dust.

For example in 1 Samuel 10: 1-11; He chose a farmer boy called Saul  and made him King. But by the time we got to 1 Samuel 15: 1-29; when that king became too big to be controlled by God, when that king could not obey God completely; God says no problem I can move you aside and put someone else there.

I pray for all of us here today that God will not replace you!

In Psalms 119:89, the Bible says forever oh Lord thy Word is settled. Yes that is true but Psalms 115:3 also says our God is in the Heavens, He does whatever that He pleases  – He is the Most High, He can do and undo.

For example in 1 Samuel 2: 30; He said to a man called Eli that I said indeed you and your father’s house will stand before me forever but now I said be now far from me. I change my mind because those who honour me I will honour and those who treat me lightly I will also know how to deal with them.

Many times you will hear people telling you just one side of the Gospel. You need to add the whole Counsel of God together if you want to enjoy Him for the rest of your life. For example there is this theology going round that as soon as you are saved you don’t need to bother yourself again about your life as you will still make it to Heaven. Am sure that you have heard it too. They call it “GRACE UNLIMITED”. And one of the passage they quote when I tell them that Grace can be abused and you can do something that will cause God to change His mind. They said Romans 11:29 – the Gifts and Calling of God are without repentance. I say yes I know that but we are not talking about Gift now, we are talking about God. We are not talking about the Calling but we are talking about the Caller. The Gifts may remained, the Fire may be gone.

Judges 16: 18-end, Samson says that I will go as before. The Bible says that He did not know that the Lord has departed from him.

I pray that the Lord will never depart from you.

All they say is that but later on his hair grew again and he was able to pull down in a night the building. Yes I know but when they plucked out his eyes he never got his eyes back.

The Gifts may remained. There might still be some people who are performing Miracles, jumping up and down on the stage; when God has already gone. It is not by Miracles, Signs and Wonders. Even the devil can Perform Signs and Wonders. He says that by their fruits you shall know them not by their Gifts. The Caller nay be gone while  the Calling remains. In 1 Samuel 16: 1; God said to Samuel why are you weeping for Saul? Have made up my mind that he is no longer my King. Do you know that while God has said that He is no longer His King, he is still sitting on the throne for some 13 years?

Have always told my children that when the Power has gone, the fan will still be rotating. After the Power has gone, the water in the fridges will still be cold.

I pray for you one more time that the Almighty God will never depart from you.

They also said in Hebrews 13:5; I will never leave you and I will never forsake you. They say that is in the New Testament. I say I know that but I also know that in the New Testament, there is also Revelations 3: 15-16 where the Almighty God said I wish that you are either hot or cold. But if you are lukewarm, I will spill you out from my mouth.

Compare Scriptures with Scriptures. Don’t let anyone deceives you. Because the Festival of Life (FOL) is not just where we come and get Miracles but it is to be an Agent of Revival to us.

PART 3: MIRACLE SECTION

There are various types of Kingdom. Let me assure you all that there will be more Healings here tonight than before.

1. Kingdom of Darkness – The Kingdom of Darkness is a highly organized Kingdom.

Ephesians 6:12 talks about the Kingdom that has Principalities, Powers, Rulers of Darkness and Spiritual Wickedness – all in the Kingdom of Darkness.

But God reigns over all of them. Why? Because Ephesians 1: 19-21 says Christ is seated far above all Principalities, Power, Might, Dominion and names in this world and in the world to come.

Believe me honestly, if you are a true child of God, there is no witch that can touch you because you are seated with Jesus Christ in the Heavenly Places and all these Principalities and Powers are under His feet. And I know what am talking about – I have shared the Testimony with some of you: Before I was born again, there was a little quarrel between my father and other members of the clan and they told my father that they will see how long I will live before I die.

The meaning of that is simple: when they say we will use you as breakfast it means you won’t see tomorrow morning. So when they told my daddy, he came home told my mother and I ran. For 13 years I didn’t dare go back because I didn’t want to be used as breakfast. Then I met Jesus Christ, surrendered my life to Him. Now when am coming home, I announce so that the witches and wizards may run away.

I decree to someone here today that from now on when the forces of darkness see you coming they will run.

How do I know that? Because the Bible teaches that even Satan himself must get permission from God before he can attack a child of God. You read Job 1: 8-12; when God said to Satan that have you considered Job my servant and Satan said that is he worshipping God in vain? You have made an edge all about him that I cannot touch him.

I pray that the edge the Almighty God has made round you will remain intact forever.

The Almighty God said ok, you can take all what he has but don’t touch his life. Some will say God allowed Satan to take all he (Job) has. Read the whole story very well; at the end of the day, God gave Job twice more. Someone said if Satan had been wise he would have left Job alone – he bothered Job and Job ended up with double of what he used to have. And God gave Job an extra 140 years to enjoy all these blessings. So I don’t think Job was short changed at all.

When you read 1 Samuel 16:14; the Bible says that it was an evil Spirit from the Lord that troubled King Saul.

No demon can attack you as a child of God without “Divine Permission”. And then if you are a child of God, God is not going to use you as an example or something like a “Guinea Pig” for the devil.

Job was a great man but he was a servant. You might not be as rich as Job but you are a son. And there is difference between a son and a servant.

… Do I hear somebody shout Hallelujah?

In Marks 1: 23-27; the Bible says when Jesus Christ cast out devil with authority, He commanded the Unclean Spirits and they obeyed Him. In Marks 5: 1-15; the demons in that demonic man of Gadarenes begged Jesus please send us into the swine – they took permission from Him.

And I can assure you today that if any demon go to your Father in Heaven to take permissions to trouble you; the permission won’t be granted.

PROPHESY:

1. This is a Good News for a particular family. The Lord said that I will build a New Honeymoon to your Marriage.

2. The Almighty God asked me to tell someone here today that from now on; I will make life easy for you!

2. Let me move on to our own Personal Kingdom – Kingdom of our Body.

The Head is the King of this Kingdom and the rest of our body are members of the Kingdom. In Jeremiah 32:27; the Almighty God said: I am the God of all flesh, is anything too hard for me?

So He reigns over your flesh. Don’t be discouraged by what doctors may say. Doctors are wonderful people: they are trained and I respect them but they are not your Maker. They are limited in Knowledge and they are limited in Ability. There are Places where their knives cannot reach but the light of God will go there. Just a Word from the Almighty God – I believed am talking to someone here:

In the Name that is above all names receive your healings now!

In Marks 3: 1-5; the Bible says Jesus entered into a Temple and find a man there with a withered hands. Then He spoke a Word: Stretch forth your hands. The Bible says that it was restored and made whole like the other one.

PROPHESY: The Lord said to me that there is someone here; your situation is like that of withered hands – the things you used to find easy to do is now very difficult to do and everything seems to be crumbling. The Lord asked me to tell you that everything will be restored whole.

Matthew 8: 1-4 tells us about a leper who came to Jesus Christ (this God of all flesh) and said I know you can make me clean but what am not sure of is whether you will do so or not. Jesus said am willing – so He touched him and instantly he was made whole.

Because He is the God of all flesh, He can cure the incurable. It doesn’t matter the name they call it: whether they call it cancer, hypertension or diabetes; in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, receive your Healings.

In Acts 3: 1-8; the Bible tells us of somebody born lame. He was deformed from the womb. But in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, he got up and he was jumping, leaping and praising God.

Why? Because God reigns in the Kingdom of his body.

Which brings us to Genesis 18: 9-14. It tells us about Sarah who was long passed child bearing age. In fact the Bible according to Romans 4: 16-21 referred to her womb as dead but the God of all flesh can reverse the irreversible. The womb that was dead came back to life.

May I prophesy to someone even though they say that your womb cannot produce again; in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ even before the end of this Month you will shout for Joy.

In John 9: 1-7; there was a man who was born without eyes. He was born completely blind but the God of all flesh turned ordinary mud to eyes. He has done it before and He can do it again.

In Marks 2: 1-12; they brought a man to Him that was paralysed from head downwards and He gave him a complete body overhaul. So even if that is what you need; because He reigns in the Kingdom of your body so shall it be in Jesus Name.

PROPHECY: I hope some elders will listen carefully to this because the Lord says that I should tell you that with or without your cooperation’s; I will reach out to your Next Generation.

… I think the Next Generation should shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

In John 11: 39-45; the Bible tells us the story of Lazarus who has been dead and buried for four (4) days. The One who reigns in the Kingdom of human body restored everything back. The flesh had rotten, the blood has changed to blackened water and maggots have done their works. But He spoke a Word and suddenly everything changed.

When you try to imagine the story of the resurrection of Lazarus; it is mind boggling because as soon as He spoke, the maggots vomited what they have eaten; the blackened water became blood again and the rotten flesh changed back to normal. Not only was he raised from the dead, the sickness that killed him had disappeared from his body entirely.

I stand here as a Representative of the Most High God and speak a Word to all bodies here present (and reading); BE RESTORED IN JESUS NAME!

You have heard this story about my wife in Canada. We just finished a Program and some people struggling to seat on the General Overseer’s chair but this woman just went straight to my wife’s chair, knelt there and cried to God – Almighty God, the woman who sat here doesn’t need her tubes and womb anymore, transfer them to me. When she was sharing her Testimony, she already has two (2) babies.

… Anything that is missing in your body today, receive it afresh in Jesus Name!

PROPHESY: Daddy says that there is someone here today; He says I should tell you: I was faithful to Joseph, I will be faithful to you.

Now if you are the one; I think your amen should louder than that.

Maybe you don’t understand the Prophesy: Joseph had a dream and it appeared as if the dream will not come to pass. Circumstances around him shows that I know that you will be great but now in prison. Now He says I was faithful to Joseph, I will be faithful to you.

3. The Kingdom of Rulers – there they call Him the King of Kings.

Among men, there are Rulers – you have Kings, Queens, Presidents, and Mayors etc. And in the Kingdom of Rulers, He reigns because in Daniel 4:25; He said that the Most High rules in the Kingdom of men and gives it to whosoever He pleases. That is Good News because I know that it will soon please God to make someone of you here (or reading) a Ruler.

The interesting thing here is that in Proverbs 21:1; He says the heart of a King is in the Hands of God and He turns it like “Rivers of water”.

So Esther 6: 1-13 shows us one of the ways God reigns over Kings – He can take away their sleeps. In the text, when the Almighty God wants to start to perform His Miracles, a particular King could not sleep.

May I decree to someone here (or reading) that, that throne that is supposed to help you and refused to do so will no longer be able to sleep.

Or He could give them dreams that will compel them to come to your rescue. For example in the story of Joseph in Genesis 41: 1-44; it was the dream that Pharaoh had that brought Joseph out of the prison and he woke up one day a Prisoner and by midnight the same day as the Prime Minister of Egypt because a King dreamed.

I pray that somebody important that can help you will have a dream about you tonight in Jesus Name!

And He controls how long they live. In Isaiah 38: 1-5; a King was to die but he cried to God and God said that I give you an extra 15 years.

Or He can cut short the life; if a particular King is to be too troublesome, God can deal with him. In Acts 12: 20-23; Herod was terrorising the children of God from preaching the Gospel. He killed one, threw Peter to jail but God brought Peter out. Then one day, he was sitting down and was making oratory and people said this is no longer man speaking but the voice of God. God struck him and said let us see who is in charge.

He simply showed him that He rules even over the Kingdom of Ants – He just told the worms to eat him up. One moment he was sitting on the throne, the next moment he was on the ground. Before they could check what was happening to him, only bones remained.

But the one I found most interesting is that He controls their favours.

In Esther 5: 1-3; the Bible tells us that there was this King that Esther was married to. You don’t go to His Presence except he sends for you – you go to him without him summoning for you, he doesn’t have to do anything before you die. All he needs to do is to look at you, takes his eyes off you and the Guards know that means cut off his head.

Esther went unsummoned, when the King saw her he said my Queen what do you want? Ask up to half of my Kingdom.

… Now that is Divine Favour.

I have Good News for someone here today, in the Name that is above all names the One who reigns over kings will make you find favour with Him.

PROPHECIES:

1. The Lord says that there is someone here today; He said very soon your childhood friend will come to your aid.

The Lord asked me to tell you a story: There is this one of my sons who was am electrician. I invited him to University of Ilorin to help correct the electrical issues on the house allocated to me. When he finished I ask him how much to pay. He said you are my daddy just give me transport fare back to Lagos and pray for me. Then I said you don’t need prayers – God bless you.

God bless you means may all the forces in Heaven, on Earth and underneath the Earth begin to work for you.

… So again I say: God bless you!

So I say to my son, God bless you and gave him the transport fare. And then two (2) weeks later, he was driving a new car. I asked him how did it happened: he said he took a bus to a Lagos Terminus from Ilorin, saw an old schoolmate and they talked. He told him that he worked with the Presidency. He gave him contract that he bought the new car from.

Now the Lord asked me to tell you that story because there is someone here (or reading); very soon an old classmate will link you to your breakthrough.

4. The Kingdom of the Universe – Our God reigns Universally. He reigns over the sun, moon and stars.

For example, He was the One who commanded the first sunrise in Genesis 1: 1-3 when He created the Heavens and the Earth and everything was dark; He said let there be light and there was light.

When you get to Joshua 10: 12-14; you will found out that He can tell the sun: sun don’t set and the sun didn’t set for almost a day. Moon don’t rise; stay where you are and the moon stay put. In Isaiah 38:8; He spoke to the sun: sun retrace your steps. You may not get full impact of that – sun don’t set yet could mean

I. God saying to someone here today that I will elongate your life time.

2. God saying to someone here today that they said you are getting old, you will suddenly start getting younger.

But the Bible now say in Psalms 11:33; He said that from the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, the Lord’s Name shall be Praised.

Meaning what? Daniel 2: 20-21 says that He controls Time and Season. The One that controls the rising of the sun and the setting of the same is the One who controls Day and Night. And it is when you add day and night together that you have a Season.

Meaning what? Psalms 30:5 says weeping may endure for a night; what is going to happen in the morning? JOY comes in the morning. It means that it doesn’t matter what Season you are in now, Glorious Days are ahead.

Isaiah 3:10; the Almighty God said: say ye to the righteous that it shall be well with him.

How many of you expects a Glorious tomorrow: let me hear you shout Hallelujah!

PROPHECY:

1. The Lord says that there is someone here today he said I will see to it that someone high up will settle your problem.

2. You know some of you don’t believed that God has a sense of humour. When I was a younger Christian, you are considered Holy when you look sad – all the time you must from your face look sober, then we know that you are a true brother. But I found out in the Bible that “God shall laugh”. Why am I telling you that? God just reminded me of something and hope you pay attention to it.

When we are young Christians and our English not too good, if you are going to have a Festival and someone asked you how many days to your Festival; you will say Day of Festival, Eve of Festival and a day before the Eve of Festival. There is what we call a day before the day before the Eve of Festival – we don’t know how to put it in English.

It may sound like a joke to you but write it down because the Lord said that there is someone here today, this coming Sunday will be the day before the day before the Eve of the Day of your Breakthrough – Amen!

… Common shout Hallelujah to the Almighty God!

5. Cross Kingdoms.

Because He reigns over all, He can transfer someone from one Kingdom to another as all the Kingdoms belongs to Him.

For example in Colossians 1: 12-13; the Bible says He has translated us out of the Kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of His dearest son.

In Marks 10: 46-52; He transferred Bartimeaus from the Kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of Light.

In Acts 13: 6-12; He transferred a sorcerer from the Kingdom of Light into the Kingdom of darkness because he suddenly became blind. Thanks God he said it is for a Season.

In Daniel 4: 28-33; He  moved somebody from the Kingdom of Rulers into the Kingdom of animals and he was there for 7 years. Something interesting about these 7 years is that in those 7 years nobody took his crown as God preserved the crown for him.

Which is why am rejoicing with someone who got born again tonight because your Blessings that should have been taken away has been preserved for you. Now that you are a child of God, then you can go ahead to claimed it in Jesus Name.

Then in the same Daniel 4: 34-37; when that King came back to his senses, the Almighty God transferred him from the Kingdom of animals back to the Kingdom of Rulers.

In Genesis 49: 1-7; there was a young man called Levi, his father cursed him on his death bed and say that he will be scattered (won’t amount to anything). But in Numbers 3: 5-12; the Almighty God transferred him from the curse to be “Super Blessed” because God said bring Levi near me as I have chosen him to be my first born. Why? Because in Exodus 32: 21-26; when God said who is on the Lord’s side? Levi said: I am on the Lord’s side. So God said: Ok; I cancel your curse and replace it with Blessings.

May I decree to everyone who is truly on the side of God today that every curse that may still be lingering in your family are all destroyed now.

In the story of Paul who used to be Saul of Tarsus in 1 Corinthians 15: 9; he himself said: I was a persecutor of the Church, now am an Apostle.

The Almighty God grabbed him from the Kingdom of hell into the Kingdom of the Most High God.

Whereas in Acts 1: 15-20; we found Judas Iscariot who has been one of the people Jesus Christ sent out in two’s ending up in hell – he moved from the Kingdom of Light to the Kingdom of darkness.

But the Good News is that it is possible to finish well. It is possible to be moved to the Kingdom of Light and stay put there.

In 1Timothy 4: 7-10; the Apostle Paul said that: I have finished well.

… My Prayers for all of you is that God who made you Kings and Queens will see to it that you finished well in Jesus Name.

Now it is time to Pray:

1. Now we want to thank the Almighty God that He has brought you here tonight and for all you have already heard.

2. Father, just send Help to me by whatever means possible – whether by animals, fishes, birds or man.

3. Father, let there be no more storms in my life – it is either you still the storms or you divert them. You reign over all the elements with even the winds and seas obeying you.

4. Father, since you reign over the Kingdom of Darkness, just command Light into my life so that forces of darkness will leave me alone.

5. Father, since you are the God of all flesh; make me whole – body, soul and spirit.

6. Father, let me find Favour with you and all of those in authority.

7. Father, turn the tides in my favour permanently that my Season of Rejoicing may begin.

8. Father, please let me Finish Well.

… In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed.

GO PRAYS: In the Name that is above all names, God will send Help to you. Beginning from tonight, there will be no more storms in your life. If you are in a storm right now, before the sun rises, the storms will be gone. Any future storm coming your way will be diverted. In the Name of the One who said: I am the Light of the world; from today onwards there will be Light in your life.

Every yokes of the enemies in your life will be destroyed. And today, in the Name that is above every other names, you will find favour with God and men. The doors that you knocked at, that has remained closed shall now be opened unto you. Where those people in authority has said No, now they will say Yes. The tides will turn in your favour. Your Season of Rejoicing will begin and you will finished well, strong and Gloriously.

Now raise up your hands – The Lord asked me to do this. And if it is Him, you can be rest assured that it is going to work.

Father, all these hands that are lifted up to you; anoint them. The anointing for Healings pour it upon these hands. The anointing for success, pour it on these hands. From this moment onwards, whatever these hands touch let it prosper.

Now lay those hands on your head and with your own mouth command Healings to your own body – Healings from the top of your head to the sole of your body; Healings from your head, eyes, ears, mouths, tongues, throats, intestines, wombs, back, legs, joints. And claim Healings for your people not here (and reading as well). From wherever they may be right now, let your Healing Power flow over them and let there be Mighty, Mighty Testimonies.

… And so shall it be. In Jesus Mighty Name we pray!

My Father and my God, I thank you because it is done. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed.

THANKSGIVING OFFERING

Right now we should say thank you to the Almighty God for what He has already done – I think He deserves it.

When it comes to Thanksgiving, what we give is important, no doubt about that but more important is how we give it. We must show God that we really appreciate Him for what He has done. In any case, He says that He loves a Cheerful Giver. So we will sing, dance and give our offerings to Him.

Please stand on your feet now. It is time to ask God for our Christmas and New Year Present. Don’t ask God for something small; don’t insult Him by asking Him for something Minor. Ask God for something big for Christmas and something even bigger for New Year.

Tell God it is for you and you will return all Glory to Him and testify to show the world how good you are. Tell Him that you will play a Major Role in bringing Revival to this land. Just grant my request and I will tell the whole world that you reigns over all.

… Thank you Father, in Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

CLOSING PRAYERS

My Father and my God, I want to say thank you – thank you for a Glorious Night as only you can do this Father please accept our thanks in Jesus Name.

Your Words says that if two (2) of three (3) shall agree as touching anything on earth it will be done for us by our Father in Heaven. Father am in Total Agreement with your children; everything they have asked for tonight, long before Christmas Day give unto them. Even something bigger before New Year Day give it to them. Something to cause them to forever remember tonight Father please do it for them.

Bless their offerings, sanctify it and use it for your Glory. Give them hundred folds returns.

Now as you go, may the Almighty God go with you. He will bless you in the morning, He will bless you in the afternoon, He will bless you in the evening and He will bless you in the Night time.

Everywhere you go, God will go with you. Everywhere you turn, there will be Open Doors. Your Joy will have no end. And in the Mighty Name of Jesus, you will never know sorrow again. And you will serve God forever.

On your way, there will be Miracles. At home, Miracles will be waiting for you. And anytime I hear concerning any of you, it will be Good News and you will serve God forever. So shall it be. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

What a Mighty God we serve.

OPENING PRAYERS:

So the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob; the Holy One of Israel, we worshipped you. We bow before you.

We thank you for this Special Gathering. And we are asking Lord that in the next few minutes in the lives of all those who are gathered here tonight and all those watching and reading all over the world; please do something new.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

… Let somebody shout Hallelujah. You may please be seated.

I want to start by thanking the Organisers of this wonderful celebrations. I salute your courage because it takes some lots of courage to invite a Pastor from Africa to come and preach to this Great Gathering. Glory be to God.

I have been asked to speak to the next Generations. In order words, my address is to the young ones. The older ones are however welcome to join us. They can pray for us because of their age. Their prayers to Heaven is like a “Local Cord” because they are very close to the Heaven.

… So we welcome the elders here.

Now my definition of a young one is anyone who is younger than I. And since am 76 years old; anyone younger than 76 years old is a young one.

… So let all the young ones shout Hallelujah!

BIBLE TEXT: DANIEL 3: 14-18

14. Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, is it true O Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods nor worship the golden image which I have set up?

15. Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery and dulcimer and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?

16. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego answered and said to the King, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.

17. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace and He will deliver us out of thine hand O King.

18. But if not, be it known unto thee O King that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

The theme for this Great Gathering is “DARE TO DREAM”.

The word “Dare” am sure you all understand is a challenge to you.

So the only word that needs a simple explanations is the word “Dream”.

What do we mean by the word “Dream” because there are all manners of dreams?

The bible says that there are some dreams that comes as a result of multiples of business. There are dreams that comes because you ate too much. There are dreams that disturbs your sleep and you call them nightmares.

The dream that we are however talking about tonight is the dream that is “Inspired by God”.

It is a dream God whispered into your ears saying my sons and daughters; you can be greater than this.

For example, Joseph when he was a young fellow like all of us had two (2) dreams in which God told him that you are going to be great; you will be the Leader of a Great Nation; you are going to be a Blessing to the world.

… That is the kind of dream that we are talking about now.

I have been asked to encourage you to listen to God and begin to dream “Great Dreams” that will make you leave this place knowing for sure that you are not created to be small.

The Purpose of God for your life is that you will be very Great

… If you believed that, let me hear you say Amen – Amen!

Now, why did I choose the text that we read?

When we asked you to “Dare to dream”, we are simply asking you to “Dare Believed” that God can do the Impossible.

Because the Bible says that with God, Nothing shall be Impossible – Luke 1:37.

And in Jeremiah 32:27; God Himself said that behold I am the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?

So “Dare to Dream” means “Dare to Believe that with God, nothing shall be Impossible”.

For example, God can raise the dead!

I saw the beautiful presentations about our Crown. They showed us Miracles that can be performed by Technology. But do you noticed that they didn’t say anything about raising the dead?

Only God can raised the dead!

When you go into the Scriptures, you will see that He has raised the dead at several times.

There was a case of Jairus’ daughter that has just died – in Mark 5. Then the son of the widow of Nain who was on the way to be buried – in Luke 7. And then there is a big one about Lazarus who has been dead and buried for four (4) days but God brought him back to life.

Am saying all of these to let you know that He can raised “Dead Dreams” because there are some of you here that has some “Great Dreams” before but the dreams are dead now.

… In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, before you leave here tonight, the “Dead Dreams” shall rise again.

Do you know the story of Moses? He knew that he was made to be a Deliverer. In Exodus chapter 2; he tried to do it on his own strength but failed. And then he became a fugitive for 40 years. At the age of 80 years, his dream of being a Deliverer was dead but then God came to him and say it is now my time: you can now go and bring my people out of Egypt.

I have Good News for someone here today, if there was once a time in your life when you have Great Dreams but the dream(s) have now been forgotten; because you came to this Feast or reading the text, that dream(s) shall rise again.

And then, God is not only able to raise the dead, He can also reverse the Irreversible.

He can do what you think can never be done because there are some of us who has Great Dreams but the circumstances in our lives have said to us there is no way this dream can happened.

But God can reverse the Irreversible. He told Abraham that you are going to be the “father of many Nations”. Initially, Abraham believed but when he has passed the age and nothing seems happening; when God spoke to him again that can you count the stars in Heaven as so shall be your children/seeds be. After several years and Abraham didn’t have a child and God still said to him: you will still be the “father of many Nations”; Abraham laughed and said God let us forget this joke.

But God is not a Joker. Whatever He says that He will do, He will do it.

It doesn’t matter how impossible that your dreams may appear to you now; the One who can make dry bones live again can still make your dreams come back to life.

Several years ago, when I was a little child, the Bishop came to our Village and I saw his beautiful dress. I told my mother that when I grow up, I will be a Bishop. But after I left home; I left the Church and became a very rotten young man. I was as removed from God as anybody can be.   But God did not forget my dream. One day, I heard a sermon: Jesus Christ saved my soul and today I have “Concentrated Bishops”.

I have Good News; what you think cannot be reversed, what you think cannot be changed will be reversed and changed in your favour in Jesus Name.

How do we know that a Dream is from God:

You will know it is from God when the Dream(s) is/are so big that it will take Only God to bring it to pass.

If your dream(s) is/are something that you can accomplished on your own then that dream is not from God. The Dream(s) must be so big that Only God can bring it to pass.

For example, there might be dreams that even the biggest Prophet may tell you “this is too hard”.

Do you remembered the story of Elisha? When Elijah was about to leave, he asked him what do you want young man. The young man said to him that he wanted a double portion of his spirit. Elijah said that it is a “Hard Thing”. It was hard for Elijah but it is not hard for God.

Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego said to the king that the God we served is able to do “ALL THINGS”.

One day I had a little dream as i was praying to God. I was living in the slum in Lagos State (poorest part) in a one-room and so praying to God to build for me a small house. And God said: Don’t ask me for a house; I will build you a City. When I told my people, they laughed at me.

How will you know if your dream is from God?

… When people laughed at you.

If you tell them your dream(s), they must laughed at you. And then you will tell them: “Wait and See”.

Today, by the Grace of God; I have a little city – very little city that is just about 30,000 hectares and it is the fastest growing city in my country.

Whenever God gives you a dream and people begin to laugh at you; just tell them wait and see.

I will tell you one of my dreams quickly and then see how you will react. One of my dreams is that am going to the Moon.

Hehehe … a 76 years old man? You want to go to the Moon?

… I will say to you: “Wait and See”

If you pray hard and you stay in contact with me; when am going to the Moon, I will take you along with me

… Let somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

But then Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego said our God is the Almighty. But if not!

But you will say, what are you saying? You just told us that He is the Almighty and you are talking in doubt again!

What they are actually saying is this: God is the Almighty. He is also the “All Wise” and at times His Wisdom will limit His Mightiness. Occasionally, you may ask Him for something and He doesn’t give it to you.

Why? Because He has something better and something bigger for you.

Jesus Christ said in the Garden of Gethsemane: Father all things are possible for you; take this cup away from me. But not as I wish but your Wish be done. And God didn’t rescued Jesus Christ from the death – He allowed Him to die and then rise up again and then have a Name that is Above every other names.

The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 2: 7-8; it says that when we are talking of the Wisdom of God, the mystery, the kind of Wisdom that people in this world do not understand. It says that if they had known they won’t have crucified the Lord of Glory.

What am I trying to teach you: if you dream a Big Dream and the dream does not seems to be coming to pass; CONGRATULATIONS, because something bigger is going to come after that.

Several years ago, there was a Christian Camp in Nigeria – 40 hectares of land, a beautiful camp and they wanted to sell it for one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). I didn’t have the money and so I get my people together: we pray, remove our shoes. We said it is written that everywhere the sole of our feet has touched, to you have I given you. So, we prayed and God didn’t give us the land but gave it to someone else. We wept and cried: God your Words is forever settled. Why do you allow this to happen?

We didn’t know that He has a bigger Plan for us. Today, instead of 40 hectares, we have 30,000 hectares!

Dare to Dream. Make the dream very big and then see the Almighty God fulfill the dreams.

One of my dreams is that I want to raise at least one dead person per day.

You say that is a big dream … just wait and see.

What must I do so that my dreams may come to pass?

1. Believe God – Hebrew 11:6 says without Faith, it is impossible to Please God. So you must believe Him.

2. Don’t just dream, you must be ready to work hard. The same Hebrew 11:6 says that God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

… So you dream, you believed God and then you work hard!

3. Under no circumstances must you Displeased God because He is the Only One that can bring your dream(s) to pass.

You remembered the story of Joseph? When he landed in Portiphar’s house and as a slave he became the overseer. The wife of his Master tempted him and she said lie with me. Joseph said one thing: I cannot do this and offend God!

You must not offend God. No matter how impossible your dreams may appear; as long as you are in good rapport with the Holy One of Israel; the dream will surely come to pass.

But then, let me just tickle your mind a little as very soon we will pray.

Do you know one of the dreams God gave me way back in 1975 is that one day, I will have three (3) Private Jets. This is at a time that I have never seen the inside of an airplane. I told my friends and they all laughed at me.

Don’t limit the Holy One of Israel! You won’t die small. You are going to be great. There is Greatness in you because the One in you is Greater than the one in the world.

There is only one thing that I want you to do tonight. If you are still living in sin you need to give your life to God because if you are still living in sin, your dreams won’t come to pass. So I want you to come to God tonight; come to Jesus Christ and let us pray together so that He can save your souls and His Blood will wash away your sins.

Once your sins are gone, the sky won’t be the limit for you as Heaven will be your limit.

So in the next two (2) minutes before I pray for those who are sick and those who needed breakthrough, please come quickly so that I can pray for your Salvation first. No matter how big your dreams may be, if God is by your side the dream will come to pass.

For those of us that are already in front and those that are still on their way; Cry to God and say: Lord Jesus save my soul, let your blood wash away my sin. Every sin that can stand between me and the fulfilment of my dreams, let your blood wash away now.

And for the rest of us, let us stretch our hands to our brother and sister and pray for them. Let us intercede that God will forgive all their sins and give them a brand new beginning in Jesus Mighty Name.

GO PRAYS: And so my Father and my God, I want to thank you for all these people who has come forward today.

They have come to you Lord, please receive them, have Mercy on them, let your Blood washes away their sins, save their souls Oh Lord and received them into the family of God.

From now on, anytime they call on you answer them by fire.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

Stand on your feet now as we pray for two (2) minutes: Ask that God will give you a Big Dream – a dream so big that Only God can fulfill it. And that the dream will be fulfilled before next year. Dream a dream to raise the dead, do Mighty things for God and to be Mighty Tools in the Hands of God so that when you come for next year “Feast of the Tabernacle”, you will come with Testimonies.

CLOSING PRAYERS

Preambles: I want you to “Dare Believed” that before you go out of Israel, all your Problems will be over.

My Father and my God, I want to thank you because you are the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and there is nothing that you cannot do.

And so am committing everybody here tonight and those reading to your Hands; it does not matter the nature of their sickness or diseases before the end of this Program, heal them all in Jesus Name.

Whatever may be the Problems your children brought to Israel, don’t let them go back with the Problems in Jesus Name. Everyone in need of a breakthroughs give them breakthroughs tonight in Jesus Name.

My Father and my God because you have given me Big Dreams in the pass and you have fulfilled them; give these your children Big Dreams and fulfill  every of them so that by next year “Feast of the Tabernacle”; they will all return with Mighty Testimonies.

So let it be Oh Lord. In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed – Amen!

He is worthy to be Praised. Magnify His Holy Name. Thank you Father; Thank you Lord.

It is to you Lord that we are dedicating this Headquarters. We are praying that from today onward: It will become a Headquarter of MIRACLES, a Headquarter of Signs and wonders, a Headquarter of Testimonies, a Headquarter of Revival, a Headquarter of Answered Prayers.

Lord God Almighty, we pray that this Province as well as this Region, from this day onward: will have Absolute Dominion. And in every area of everyone who will worship in any or these Churches gathered together to form a Province and to form a Region. I pray Lord God Almighty that: All their MOCKERS will be Silenced.

And today in a very Special way in the lives of those who are here (and reading); Do something New, save Souls Lord, heal the sick, set the captives free and let everyone of us go home singing a New Song.

… That means you must be “Very Special”.

BIBLE TEXT: Genesis 27:26-29

26. And his father Isaac said unto him, Come near now, and kiss me, my son.

27. And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD hath blessed:

28. Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine:

29. Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother’s sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.

This morning we are talking about: the “FATHER’S BLESSING”.

Two Words: Father and Blessing.

So we will start by looking at the word: FATHER.

The word Father is not a NAME, it’s a TITLE; and it means several things.  Several things are rolled together into the Title.

For example; when you hear the word President: he could also be called the Head of State. He could also be called the Commander-In-Chief. He could also be called Number one (1) Citizen etc.

1. A Father primarily means “Your Source”.

Without a Father, you can never ever have a son – it is not possible.

In Isaiah 51:1-2, the Lord was talking to the children of Israel. And He asked them to remember Abraham, their father: the rock from which they are hewn.

…The SOURCE is where you came from.

2.  The Father is also to be the PROVIDER.

He is the one to provide for all his children.

In 1Timothy 5:8, the Bible says that: “If anyone will not provide for his own family; he is worse than an infidel”.

In other words; even those who are not Christians. They know that they have a duty to provide for their own family.

That is why in The Redeemed Christian Church of God, we do not encourage any BOY to marry until he has something to show us; with which he will provide for his family.

So, father is a Provider.

In Matthew 6:11; When the Lord was teaching the disciples how to pray. Take note; “He referred to God as Our Father, which art in Heaven”. He then said: “Give us this day, our daily bread”.

In other words: “Provision for the family should come from the father”.

3. The Father is also to be the PROTECTOR – the one who protects the family and defends the children.

In the same Matthew 6:13; in the prayer that the Lord taught the disciples how to pray: He included there “Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil”.

So, the father is someone who should be there when the enemy tries to attack.

4.  The Father is also to be a TEACHER.

Before you go to school at all; your father is supposed to have taught you some basic things.

And then, there are some things teachers can never teach, which you learn from your father.

In Genesis 18:17-19; God said something concerning Abraham. He said: “The reason I am treating Abraham as a friend is because I know he is going to teach his children the way of the Lord; he will guide them to do what is right”.

5. Now, a Father is also supposed to be a FRIEND!

In John 3:25 and John 5:10; Jesus kept on referring to the relationship between His Father and Himself “The Father loves the Son; the Father loves the Son”. He said it twice there.

In Matthew 3:16-17, the Bible says when Jesus was coming out after baptism; when the Holy Spirit came upon Him. There was a voice from heaven: The Father spoke and said: “This is my Beloved”.

So your father is supposed to be your friend.

Then in response to all the responsibilities of the father. The son too also has some responsibilities:

1. He must Honour the father. The Father is someone who must be honoured.

Malachi 1:6; God said: “The son honoureth the father”. And then He asked: “If I be your father, where is my honour?”

In Matthew 6:9; when the Lord was teaching the disciples how to pray; the first (1st) thing He said after He said “this is the way you should pray; He said “When you have said Our Father, which art in Heaven”.

… What is the next thing He said? “HALLOWED BE THY NAME.”

The honour to your father is very, very crucial.

That is why you shouldn’t listen to anyone who says that you should not honour the Lord with your First Fruit.

Because if He is your father, “He must be honoured”.

And then of course, if a child is going to grow properly in the home of the father; if he is going to enjoy the security that the father provides then “He must obey the father”.

If a father asked you to sit down, don’t go out; because of his age and experience and he knows that there is danger out there. And you say: “well, he is saying his own; am going out”.

… No problem, go! you will meet what you are not supposed to meet.

2. The father must be OBEYED.

In Matthew 6:10, in that same prayer, Jesus said “Thy will be done on earth, even as it’s done in Heaven”.

In Luke 22:42; when He was facing the toughest situation or decision in His life; Jesus Christ said: “Father, if it were possible to take this cup away from me; but not my will but Thine Will be done”.

Now! So before we go and talk about the BLESSING; before we go to the second (2nd) word.

Because your father is your SOURCE; when he blesses you; he blesses you from the very foundation.

When you receive a blessing from God; it goes right into your foundation. “He deals with everything that has to do with you”.

Because he is your Provider; when he blesses you, he blesses your provision and blesses your Resources.

Because he is your Protector; when he blesses you, you have security guaranteed.

Because he is your Teacher; when he blesses you, he gives you Divine Wisdom.

And then, of course because he is your Friend; when he blesses you, any relationship that is going to bring you into trouble, he disallows it.

And then of course, like I said: “You must honour him; you must obey him.

Now what is BLESSING?

The best way to understand what is BLESSING; it is to understand what IT IS NOT.

A blessing is the opposite of a CURSE.

And what does a curse do?

A curse basically destroys! No matter how great a man is; if a curse is placed on him he will soon become NOTHING.

In Genesis 49:1-3, the father of Reuben pronounced a curse on him; because is something he did years before. He said: you are my first born; you are supposed to be Excellence in Power. Everything about you is supposed to be Excellent. He said: “But you will not amount to anything”.

And from what  he said that day onward the future of Reuben was completely destroyed.

2.  A Curse can change a destiny dramatically.

Daddy told the story of a man in his village who was the “Best Brain” they ever had in that village: when Daddy was growing up (talking about 1950s).

The man was brilliant. If he comes home at the end of the year crying; the reason is because he came second position.  He could not understand how he could come second. Brilliant was loved by the teachers and everyone.

Daddy said “they thought then that he was going to be the first Professor in their village”.

Then one day, the man beat up his mother and she said: “Unless you didn’t suck these breasts; that’s when you will proper”.

… It wasn’t long after that; that he came back from school one day and said that he is not going to school anymore.

Ok, what do you want to do? He said wanted to be (I think the correct word will be) “Agbero” (Tout). He said he wanted to be following the driver about. Why? Because in those days in daddy’s village; only two (2) lorries went. (Daddy’s village was very “BIG”; and it is still VERY BIG). Only until recently they couldn’t even find it on the map of Nigeria. So the roads were not tarred, and those days when the Lorries are climbing hills; the fellow (the Apprentice) had a big log of wood that he must use to shock the lorry because if the lorry wants to go back, he will use that shock. And then when they park the lorry, they also shock it with that log of  wood.

Now, he said the reason he wanted to become an Apprentice is that: when the lorry is moving, the lorry will be going; the Apprentice will wait and pick up the log of wood. Then run after the lorry: throw in the log of wood and then SWING inside.

… He said he loved the SWINGING.

… Daddy prays that: we will never be cursed. (Amen).

And people said well, maybe as an Apprentice one day he too will become a driver; you never can tell. A driver might end up owning a lorry. Maybe his future can still be alright.

One day he just woke up and said: he doesn’t like being an Apprentice anymore – he wanted to be a Musician.

… They said ok. No problem; a Musician can make it.

For a while he was a Musician. And then after a while, he just came back and said: No, I don’t want to be Musician anymore. He said he loved SAWING. You know, in those days when you want to make a plank, you cut down big trees. You dig a hole (there was nothing called ELECTRIC SAW in those days).

You dig a hole; a man will be inside the hole, another will be up. You put a plank in there. And there is a huge Saw.

The one down will pull it down; and the one up will pull it up.  By so doing; after about two(2) or four(4) days, they may make one plank. But when they are doing it, they will be saying “hold it, hold it.”

In his old age, he ended up a NIGHT GUARD.

… He would have being a PROFESSOR, but a curse came on him.

Daddy decree again: In the Name that is above every other names; even if there is a curse on you already, “It will be broken today”. (Amen)

Now, just before we talk about blessing; so that you can understand fully;

“A curse flows down wheel”. It is like a river. Once somebody is cursed; everyone in his life is in trouble. That is why you hear the word “Generational Curse”.

In 2 Kings 5:30-27, when Elisha cursed Gehazi. He said: “The leprosy of Naaman will cleave on you and on your seed forever”.

It is only recently now, that science is beginning to discover what is is called: GENETICS, called GENES. They call it ” Genetics Problems.”

In other words, if there is a particular problem that afflicted a grandfather, it is likely to surface again in the life of the father and the son.

Our parents knew this long ago, that is why when someone comes to a man and say: I want to marry your daughter. The man will say: Thank you very much, you can go and come back in seven (7) days time for an answer.

Within that seven (7) days, they will go and find out the history of their family. If there had being a leper before in that family because the leprosy is going to show up again sooner or later. If somebody had ever gone mad in the family before; then craziness is on the way.

… A curse is not a joking matter at all.

Daddy decree that because you came (reading) today, “No more curses in your life”. (Amen).

And so, What is a Blessing?

A Blessing is a summon to ALL FORCES: in Heaven, on earth, underneath the earth; to support somebody so that THAT FELLOW CAN SUCCEED.

Just as a curse is a summon to all EVIL forces to fight against somebody so that HE CAN FAIL.

A BLESSING is a summon to all forces in Heaven, on earth, underneath the earth to support someone so that he can succeed.

If you look at the text that we read; the man of God pronounced the blessings on his son; talking about the blessing of dew of heaven, fatness of the earth, human beings bowing down.

A blessing is a summon to all forces to help someone to succeed.

A little blessing; no matter how little will achieve a great deal.

For example in Genesis 27: 38-40. Esau came in after his brother Jacob had already collected the blessing. And he cried to the father: don’t you have a little blessing left over? And even just a remnant; just give it to me.

The father said: Alright, you can have the remnant. But by the time you get to Genesis 32: 3-6, you will discover that with that remnant, Esau became a “Great Man”. Because the day he was coming to meet with Jacob, the Bible says: he was coming with 400 men – he had 400 Bodyguards.

And like I told my Pastors not too long ago; the first time a President came to the Holy Ghost Congress. Because it was open ground. It was all night, all the Security Forces told him “you can’t go”. It is too much of a risk for a President to attend a meeting at night in open space; where there are rouges everywhere and they are not going to check everyone coming. But the President insisted he wanted to come. So they did what they thought they could do. And he came with 250 Bodyguards.

… But that was the President. If the President has 250 Bodyguards and you have 400, who is greater?

So Esau got just a remnant and yet he became great – so much so that by the time we get to Genesis 33; (you can read it there); when Jacob came and said: You can have this, you can have that. But he said: Brother, I have enough; keep your own.

No matter how little; daddy is praying: there is somebody here (reading) today who will get a FATHER’S BLESSING. (AMEN).

Because a blessing, no matter how little, will summon help from quarters you cannot imagine; just to come and aid you: to come and push you forward, to come and cause you to succeed.

Daddy has told this story before: One of my sons here, when I moved from University of Lagos to University of Ilorin. He was an Electrician. And I got to Ilorin, they gave me a big house.

In those days there were mansions in Ilorin, nobody to live in them. So as a Lecturer, in the University, they gave me a big mansion. The boys’ quarters had a 4 bedroom; so that will tell you how the main house was.

But nobody had lived in the house for a long time. So everything was out of order – particularly the electrical. So daddy summoned that his son in Lagos “Come over and help me”. He went, he put everything right. And when he finished, daddy said: Alright now, so how much am I going to pay you? He said: how can I charge you? You are my daddy. He said: only pray for me and give me enough money to travel back to Lagos, because I don’t have transport money.

Daddy told him: son, you don’t need prayer. “I bless you in the Name of the Lord” (Amen).

Two (2) weeks later, he bought a brand new car.

Now, you say: How could that happen? Because when he came down in Ido (Lagos); he met a classmate. They were in Technical College (or whatever they call it) together. Long time no see. Where are you now? That one said: I’m working at Dordan Barracks. What about you? Well, I’m still practicing Electricals. He said come and see me tomorrow. So he gave him a big contract. And out of it he bought a brand new Car within two (2) weeks.

Daddy is decreeing to somebody here (reading) today; within two (2) weeks you will have a Testimony (Amen).

… So, Esau got a little blessing;

But what about the man who got the Big One; Jacob himself?

He became a Nation. His name was changed from Jacob to Israel. And by the time you get to Exodus 12:37; out of this young man alone came a crowd of more than Six Hundred Thousand (600,000) men. Because the Bible says when Israel was leaving Egypt; there were Six Hundred Thousand (600,000) Foot Men, not counting children.

Daddy is praying that: there will be somebody here (reading) today who will also become a Nation. (Amen).

Now, just like a Curse; Blessings flow down wheel. When somebody is blessed, everything following will be blessed in his generation. That 8s why you hear of “Generational Blessing”.

Daddy says his father was blessed; he was a very poor man. But a blessing came upon him and that blessing is what daddy is enjoying today.

Daddy says: “He is sure you know that when they call him Adeboye, that’s not his name; that is his father’s name. His own name is “Adejare”.

And as soon as his father got the blessing, everyone of note in the family today is called “ADEBOYE”.

Daddy’s children are called ADEBOYE; his grandchildren ADEBOYE.

… All back to one man.

Blessings flow down wheel.

God said to Abraham in Genesis 22: 2-3; He said: “I will bless you; you will be a blessing. And then through your seed shall all the Nations of the earth be blessed”.

In other words; He said “The blessing is not going to stop with Abraham; it will flow all the way down.

Now, as Daddy begins to round up. He says he 8ß sure we know by now he is a Mathematician; he doesn’t know how to preach long.

And he is sure we also got the point.

A curse will not come upon you without a reason – It does not matter how wicked anybody may be; it does not matter how much they hate you: “If you have not wronged them, and they pronounce a Curse on you; It is not going to stick”.

The Bible says so in Proverbs 26:2. It says:

“A curse without a cause will not come”.

Daddy says he comes from a village; and probably we know the reason his village didn’t grow much is because some TOUGH occult people are there.

There are some tough witches and wizards. In those days if they could say they want to use you for breakfast that means you won’t see the following morning.

As tough as they were; when they want to test an evil charm for example, a charm that will make someone mad; they will put their food where a goat can eat it. And when the goat has eaten the food; then they will use the charm on the goat. And suddenly you will see the goat behaving mad because they will say: Goat, you ate my food.

…”There must be a reason”.

If the goat refuses to eat the food, and they throw the charm on it; it is not going to work”.

“A curse without any cause will not come”. It will amaze you to hear that:

“A Blessing without a cause will not come”.

In Genesis 27: 1-4; Isaac said to Esau: am old, am about to die; in order that I might be able to bless you: “Go and fetch me an animal from the bush. Make a nice meal for me. When I eat it and my stomach is sweet; I can then pronounce a Blessing”.

…You know the story.

So there are many people who will want the Father’s Blessing; but won’t do anything that will prompt it.

“God bless you” can be a greeting; it can be a blessing!

Daddy told his Pastors in the Ministers’ Conference before the Convention. He said that he was walking around in the Camp as usual, praying. And several people must have discovered that; well, if God helps you, you might encounter daddy while he is walking. So when they see daddy and greet him, he will say: God bless you! And continue his journey so that they won’t disrupt his prayers.

And then there were these two (2) boys. They were going out in their “Kabu- Kabu” Bus for business very early in the morning. They saw daddy; they stopped and greeted daddy.

Daddy responded with “God bless you, God bless you”! (So that they could leave him alone).

And they went to their vehicle and began to drive away. And after some time, they stopped and they went back to daddy (Running). And they gave daddy money.

… Daddy says that is the first time anybody did that. So he said: “God bless you”.

Now, the “God bless you” of the second time is different from the “God bless you” of the first.

The first one was “a don’t disturb me”; the second one is “God bless you” indeed!

And daddy has always told this story: Daddy was in Heathrow Airport and was travelling back to Nigeria. He had two (2) CARRY-ON bags;

… You know when you are travelling ECONOMY there is a limit to what they can allow you in (in baggage). Anything that is heavy is normally put in the Carry On; so that what is in the Carry On us more than what is in the bag.

Daddy had checked in and was carrying his two (2) Carry On and he saw two (2) is his sons.

The first came to daddy and said: daddy good morning. Daddy responded. The second one can nearer to daddy and collected the two Carry On bags from him.

He said: “Let me help you carry those!”

So daddy said “God bless you”.

The first one said: daddy you did not say God bless me. Daddy responded: “What for?”

Blessings won’t come without a cause.

Daddy is closing now;

The greatest blessings come from a father to a son when the son “will SURRENDER completely to the father”.

Genesis 22:1-18; God said to Abraham, take your son Isaac, go and offer him as a sacrifice unto me. He got there; as they were going, the boy said to his father: I can see the wood, I can we the fire, I can see the knife; “Where is the lamb for the sacrifice”?

The father said: Don’t worry, “God will provide”.

And they got up to the place. The father prepared the Altar and then began to tie up the boy. And the boy suddenly realised ” Ooh, I am the Lamb!”

Now at that time, according to Bible scholars; Isaac was around fifteen (15) years of age. And Abraham was about a hundred and fifteen (115). If Isaac wanted to run, do you think his father will be able to catch him?

The only reason the father was able to bind him is because: “he surrendered”.

And then God spoke from Heaven (if you read it from verse 15-18).

God said: Abraham, I have seen that you have proven to me that you love me. And so “I renew my covenant that I will bless you”.

And then God now tuned to the boy who surrendered to his father and said: “Your daddy will be blessed; but you will be multiplied”.

When a sinner surrenders completely, he gets the kind of blessing that: “Not only will it last forever, it will be outstanding to others”.

For example (and that is the last one) when Jesus Christ was in the Garden of Gethsemane, he said:

“Father, all things are possible for you; I am your Son, you love me, I love you. Take away this cup from me; He said: not as I will, but thy Will be done”.

The Bible says in Philippians 2:9-11. It says: “God has highly lifted Him and gave Him a Name that is above other names. So that at the Name of Jesus, every knees just must bow. Including things in Heaven, including things on earth, including things underneath the earth”.

He got a Name that nobody can compare with.

Because He said to His Father: “I surrender, I surrender completely”.

Brethren, if you don’t know how to surrender completely to the Almighty God, you may get some blessings; but you might not be able to get the blessing that is ABOVE ALL.

When your father says: God bless you; How far that blessing will go will be determined by: “How totally surrendered you are to him”.

Daddy says He can give us several examples from his own life.

Just one example will do; and then we will pray.

Daddy has told the story before; some of you heard it:

When the Redeemed Christian Church of God was still extremely poor (we will be rich one day, in Jesus Name).

His Father in the Lord called the meeting of Workers -of all children of God. That is anyone that is not born again after service, is asked to go. Those of them who are already born again, he asked to stay.

And then he made an announcement. He said: we have a very urgent need that must be met within one week. So he said everyone of them, particularly those who we àre workers should go and close all their Savings Account. Every money they had should be given to the Church. He said it was urgent.

… So they left.

Daddy and Mummy went, closed their Accounts (there wasn’t much there, that was all they had). They closed the Accounts (how much do you expect a Lecturer to have).

They brought the money the following Sunday. After Service Baba said: Praise God, the need has being met and so they all rejoiced.

He said: By the way, how many of you closed your accounts like I asked you to? Daddy raised his hands and his wife raised her hands. They looked around, nobody else. And immediately Daddy began to think: “I hope I have not joined madness to Christianity”.

And then God spoke that that will be one of the He will give you (Amen)

Daddy prays that we will be hearing from God as from today.

He said: son, you are not mad. This is just a set up. When I take you to where am taking you, nobody will be able to complain. Because if they open their mouth to complain, I will ask the question: “When the Test came, how many of you passed”?

And so, in conclusion: Come and surrender your life to Him now as I count from 1 to 10.

For God to pronounce His blessing on you, you have to forsake the life of sin first. That is mandatory.

Ok now those of you surrendering your life to Jesus, talk to the Lord. Ask Him to please forgive all your sins. Tell Him you are sorry for everything you have done wrong. And that if He will just save your soul today you will serve Him from this moment onward.

Call on Him. Ask Him to be your Lord, your Saviour. Promise Him you will serve Him for the rest of your life.

… And the rest of us, please let us stretch our hands towards these people and intercede for them. And pray that the Almighty God Himself will save the souls of these people; give them genuine salvation. Will give them a brand new beginning.

Let us pray for them brethren. (And if anyone still wants to come, you can still come before I pray). But I will be praying very soon. So make sure you hurry up.

if you want to give your life to Jesus Christ, this is your day.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed.

Daddy Prays:  Father, I just want to say thank you, thank you for your Words. We thank you for these people who have responded to the Altar Call.

You made a promise Lord that: whosoever will come unto you, you will in no wise cast out. They have cone, please receive them. Forgive them. Let your Blood wash away their sins. Please Lord save their souls today. Write their names in the Book of Life.

Father I pray that as from now on, any time they call upon you, you will answer them by fire..

Please Lord God Almighty, am committing everyone here (reading) today into your hands. All those who are true children of the Living God: “Bless them”. In all areas of their lives, Prosper them. Anywhere they turn, my Father and my God let them find Open Doors.

All forces in Heaven; forces on earth; forces underneath the earth; from this moment onward, let them begin to support your children. Let this day be a day they will never forget.

And am praying Lord God Almighty that “The more you will bless them; the more they will serve you”.

Thank you Almighty God.

Father, in a moment am going to ask them to cry unto you. Some of them will tell you the particular areas where they need urgent Blessings, urgent Miracles; as they talk to you Lord; before the sun set today, Turn their requests to Testimonies.

Thank you my Father. In Jesus Mighty name we have prayed. Amen!

Now those of you in front, I want to rejoice with you. I want to promise you that as from now on, by God’s Grace: I will be praying for you. So I will need your names, your address and your prayer request. (The Counsellors please help me with that)

But in the mean time I want you to join in the Final Prayers.

I have asked Him that whatever you ask Him today, He will give it to you today.

… So the rest of us are we ready to pray? (YES).

Stand on your feet and shout Hallelujah.

Everyone of us; we all need Blessings in different areas.

Some people don’t want money, they already have more than they need; but they need Fruit of the womb.

Some want Healing. Some want Promotion. Some want just Peace of mind.

Whatever area where you know you need DIVINE BLESSINGS URGENTLY; Lift up your voice to Him and say:

FATHER, THIS VERY DAY, BLESS ME LORD. (Go ahead talk to the Almighty God).
