OPENING PRAYER

Father Almighty, we bless Your Holy Name.

That Wonderful Name of Jesus, we give You all Glory, we give You all Honour, we give You all Adoration that thus far You have helped us.

We Thank You because we know that You will continue to help us – Please, accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Our Father and our God, we are Praying again that as Your Words will be going forth today; the Power that is in Your Word will Perform Healings in the Life of Your children and will do even what Human doctors cannot do.

We Pray that the Power in Your Words would bring Deliverance to Your children and that as far as all Your children are concerned; in all their homes there will be shout of Joy.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!

We want to continue our Study on the Wonders of God.

I know that someone may say ha ha; for how long will that take you?

If you are talking about the Wonders of God; that is a Topic that you cannot really exhaust because the Bible says in Daniel 11:32 – The Bible says they that do know their God shall be Strong and shall do exploits.

The moment I read that Passage after I became Born Again; it became clear to me that if I’m going to do exploits for my God then I need to know that God.

And the more I tried to know that God; the more I discovered that He is truly Wonderful.

So, all I’m trying to do is to share with you as much of Him that I have learnt as Possible.

My Belief and my Faith is that as you know more and more of Him; you will be doing more and more exploits for Him in Jesus Mighty Name – Amen.

Today, we are going to look at: THE WONDERS OF HIS WAYS.

BIBLE TEXT: “Isaiah 55:8-9

8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

9 For as the Heavens are higher than the Earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Without any doubt; we know that our God works Wonders according to Exodus 15:11

It says: Who is like unto You Oh Lord amongst the gods? Who is like unto You – Glorious in Holiness, Fearful in Praises; doing Wonders.

… He is a Wonder working God – That is what we know!

The bit that we want to add to our Knowledge is (I’m sure many of us already know too): Is that He works in “Mysterious Ways” His Wonders to Perform.

1. For Example: When you read Exodus 14: 1-28; when He looked down from Heaven and He wanted to put the bondage of the children of Israel to a Permanent End.

When He decided that alright: These People will never again be in the bondage of Egypt; He did something that you will wonder why should He approached it this way?

Because the children of Israel has been rejoicing: Thank God we are free and then He led them by the way of the Red Sea.

And then He spoke to Pharaoh and said: What have you done letting these People to go? Hey, Pursue them; they are beside the Red Sea – Capture them there and bring them back.

The Bible said that when the children of Israel looked back and they saw the Egyptians coming; they were sore afraid.

… That is the kind of fear that tears you into Pieces.

But by the time God finished; they looked back and then say: Ha, Ha; Thank God for God!

There might be someone that I’m speaking to today or reading now on the Label of DMC; who is afraid of one thing or the other – I have Good News for you: That fear is just one of the “Mysterious Ways His Wonders to Perform.

When He wants to Perform a Wonder; He will Parcel the Wonder in a Container that will look frightening!

2. Let me take another Example in John 6: 5-13.

When He wanted to feed a Multitude of People – He had already arranged for a boy to bring his Lunch along.

When He told the Disciples: Feed these People; don’t let them go out hungry.

One of them said that: Where are we going to get the money to Provide the food for all these People?

The Bible says: He knew what He would do!

Are you in Need? Are you facing the situations that you don’t even know where you can find resources to meet the Needs? – Relax, my God works in “Mysterious Ways”.

He knew that there was a boy there with a Lunch – He orchestrated it.

It takes God for a boy to surrender his Lunch but God in His “Mysterious Ways” got the boy to surrender that Lunch and He used that Lunch not only to feed everybody but to give that boy Extra twelve (12) baskets of food to carry back home.

In John 2: 1-11; when they ran out of wine at the wedding in Cana of Galilee. And the mother came to Him and said that they have run out of wine – Even the mother of Jesus had no idea how the son will supply the wine.

The servants who were standing there had no idea how filling the Pots with water is going to solve the Problem but they just obeyed Him.

At the end of the day as usual with Him; He Produced a wine so Good that even the MC (Master of Ceremony) said we have never tested it as this before.

I have Good News for you: Whatever may be your Needs right now, as you are reading on the Label of DMC; even not very long from now will become a Major Testimony – Amen!

But I want to take some very Special Cases because I have a Leading that my God will be talking to Specific People this Sunday:

1. I want to take first the case of King Hezekiah in Isaiah 38: 1-8.

King Hezekiah was one of the Kings in the Bible that the Bible says: This was a Good King – He loved the Lord, He served the Lord.

And all of a sudden, he fell sick – So sick that even God sent a Prophet to go and tell him: Put your house in order because you are going to die.

Then the man turned his face to the wall and the Bible said that he wept sore and said: Lord, I have served you well within my ability, I have done what I thought I should do to You; how come I’m dying so early?

Now, the Bible says in Psalms 33: 8-9 – The Bible says: Once God has spoken, it is done.

In order words, even if the fellow is sick unto death; the fact that God has said: Put your house in together; you are not going to live, you are going to die – That is Death Sentence.

But the Almighty God was just setting up this Young King because the same God who will never lie told His Prophet: Go back and tell him – I just want to give you an Extension of Life (Fifteen (15) Extra Years).

You see; it is written: Once God speaks, it is done.

But don’t ever forget that this God is also Sovereign – Psalms 115:3 says: God is in the Heavens, He does as He Pleases.

So, He allowed King Hezekiah to be sick so that He can show this Young Man: I appreciate you; I will give you Fifteen (15) Extra Years.

You see the Bible says in Proverbs 10:27; it says: The fear of the Lord Prolongs days.

You are doing His Will and you are sick now and the doctors has told you that there is no Hope – God News: The God who works in “Mysterious Ways” is going to give you an Extension of Time – Amen.

I know a Great Man of God, who was working for God – Going round the world, Preaching the Gospel and all of a sudden he woke up one morning and his heart became erratic and they had to rush him to the Hospital and to Prepare him for Heart Surgery.

And I got a Phone Call – Because of the part of the world where he was, Daytime there is Nighttime here.

So, I got a Phone Call in the middle of the night: Your friend is going in for Heart Surgery – Please Pray.

And I could hear God clearly saying: Relax son!

That same God is saying to someone here today who is listening to me or reading now on the Label of DMC and you think that maybe the End has come – I say in the Name that is above every other names: Relax!

Oh yes: They opened him up, they Performed the Surgery and so on and so forth – When they put him together finally and he woke up; the first thing he asked the doctor was: Okay, is the Operation Successful?

Alright, with this Operation now; how many years do I have to live?

The doctors said: For the next thirty (30) Years, you will still be going about Strong

If a simple sickness is going to lead to an Extension of Life for thirty (30) Years – I’m sure that there will be several People who will say let that sickness stay away.

… He works in “Mysterious Ways!

2. Let me take another King – King Jehoshaphat.

King Jehoshaphat was a very Good King and God call him King – He loved the Lord, He served the Lord.

I mean this King has a Natural Mass Choir so that he can Worship God anytime he wanted.

But His Kingdom was very small and he hadn’t got much money.

And God looked down from Heaven: How can I make this boy rich?

So, He entered into the heart of three (3) Kings; who are very wealthy with Mighty Armies and their Soldiers were the kind of Soldiers who go to war loaded with Jewelries.

He told the three (3) Kings: Gang up; go and swallow up this little boy.

And they came.

And because Jehoshaphat ran to God: God what will You want me to do? How can I handle this?

God said: Don’t worry yourself; you are not going to do any fighting – Just get your Choir together and let them begin to sing.

You know the rest of the Story: They began to sing, to Praise God, to tell God Your Mercies endures forever.

And then the three (3) Kings began to fight against themselves and they wipe themselves out leaving behind the expensive Jewelries which took three (3) whole days for the Poor Nation to harvest.

3. Let me give you more Examples – David.

God told Prophet Samuel to go and anoint a King for Him in the house of Jesse.

Jesse Presented all his sons and they were all rejected until they sent for David to come from the bush.

When David was anointed as King by Samuel, he returned to the bush.

But when God decided that He needed to groom David in the Palace as the King in the Making; He hit Saul who had been rejected with a disease.

Then one of Saul’s servant told him: King but I know a man who is a very Good Man, who if he Plays for you, you are likely to be well.

And in that “Mysterious Way”; they brought David into the Palace to be Playing the harp to soothe the King.

And they began to observed the ways of Royalty: The boy who was Shepherd Boy; the boy who was going to be King tomorrow – God brought him to the Palace by making the King mad.

But God didn’t stop there – Okay, this is my King, I have anointed him, he is learning the Way of Royalty but Israel needed to know that while the King who was still on the Throne is behaving in this erratic manner; my New King is already here.

How will I revealed this boy to the Nation? – And He raised up a Goliath.

And for forty (40) Days; Goliath was tormenting the Nation, terrorising them until one day David appeared on the scene.

And by the end of that day; the head of Goliath was hanging in the hands of this boy

By the time David finished Goliath; everybody knew that this is our “Future King” – Even King Saul knew: Oh, you mean this boy who is singing for me is the one who is going to take over my Position.

When God wants to reveal you; when He wants to show that you are Special to Him – He is Most likely going to do it during Crisis Period.

I can assure you that many of you will come out of this coronavirus Pandemic shinning Brighter Star – Amen!

4. Oh, I can take several other Examples.

We can take the Example of Moses.

I mean you know the Story of Moses – You can read the Story in Exodus Chapter 2 – Or if you like, read Chapter 1 first and then read Chapter 2 (Exodus Chapters 1 and 2).

And you will discovered how Moses as a child that Pharaoh said that he is going to kill ended up being raised in the Palace of the King himself.

It was Pharaoh who fed Moses, it was Pharaoh who sent Moses to School, who taught him all the ways of the Egyptians.

He didn’t know that this is the man who is going to be responsible for drowning him, this is the man who will be responsible for delivering the children of Israel out of my hands.

… He didn’t know but God works in “Mysterious Ways”.

When God sent me to one Head of State several years ago and I was explaining to him the Plan of God for his Life – I told him: You studied in Britain when our Country was one of the Colonies of Britain. It was Britain who Provided you with everything you needed to obtain Independence for your Nation.

… God works in “Mysterious Ways” and He is working His Purpose out in your Life.

There is someone listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC; the crises that you might be going through is just a Preparation for God to reveal your Real Purposes in Life unto you – Amen.

I can assure you that this Pandemic is not as dangerous as you think – God is working something out for you. By the time He finishes; Oh, you will look back and say: Thank God for the Pandemic – Amen!

5. Or shall we take a look at Job.

When you read Job 1:1; the Bible describes Job as: A Perfect, Upright Man who feared God and hated evil – That is the Testimony of God for Job.

And yet when the devil says: Oh let us test him and you will see that he will curse You to Your face in Job 1 and Job 2.

The Almighty God says go ahead!

Why? – Because God knew Job will Pass the examination. He knew!

God will never allow any Problem(s) come your Way that you cannot solve. He will never allowed you to be tempted more than you are able to handle – That is what the Bible says!

And Job Passed beautifully because in Job 19: 25-27; Job said: I knew that my Redeemer lives – Let anything happen that may happen: I’m not going to fail Him, I’m not going to deny Him.

And after he Passed the examination; the Bible says in Job 42:12 – God blessed the latter end more than the beginning.

Someone said: If the devil had known that God was going to bless Job double, he would have left Job alone.

Are you facing some serious challenges? – Get ready for shouts of Victory – Amen. Because the bigger the Problem, the bigger your Testimony will be!

He works in “Mysterious Ways” – He has something Great in Store for you anytime you see the Storm gathering.

6. Let me take just one (1) Example so as to give us time to Pray and meditate on what we have just heard or read on the Label of DMC.

The Bible stated it clearly in John 11: 1-6:

When Lazarus was sick and they said to Jesus Christ – The Statement was clear: The one whom You love is sick – And not a Stranger.

And Jesus Christ must have smiled: Yeah, they said my friend is sick – My friend is about to have a Major Testimony

So He delayed: He delayed not only till he died but until he has been buried four (4) days then He arrived.

He arrived late:

I. To show everybody that He can reverse any irreversible.

Oh, He is the God of all flesh, there is nothing too hard for Him.

I hope you are listening to me now even as you read on the DMC Label and I hope that you are already being encouraged – God is at work behind the Scene.

II. He wanted to Prove to the whole world that whatever He has done before, He can do it again.

That if He could handle dry bones in Ezekiel 37: 1-10; if He can bring dry bones back to life then what is the Problem of bringing somebody who is not yet dry bones back to life – He has only been buried for four (4) days.

And when He arrived; I’m sure that He shook everybody – When He shouted Lazarus come forth and He came forth.

… There must have been great celebrations in the house of Lazarus that day!

As the Lord lives – The God I serve; even before the end of this Year; there will be Great Celebrations in your house – Amen!

But then somebody said: Why then did He weep? – Because He wept in John 11:35.

Theologians has given several reasons why He wept:

I. He saw Human Beings around Him weeping, wailing and He wanted to show them that He is Human Beings.

II. But one Elderly Pastor gave a reason that I agreed with one hundred Percent (100%).

He looked at them and say: What do I do now? I must bring this man back to Life.

How I wish these People will look at where this man is – I must bring him back to life and say: Why don’t you leave him where he is because he is already in Heaven enjoying.

But if I don’t bring him back; they will say: Look at what He has done to His friend.

And occasionally you and God will say: No to the Particular Request – It is because in His “Mysterious Ways”; He knows the end from the beginning; He knows what you are asking for maybe you shouldn’t be asking for it.

Maybe He knows that if you get what you want now; the end result might not be what you expect.”

Oh, He cried and say: Lazarus come forth! – He came forth and there was a lot of jubilation.

But He who has come from Heaven, who knows how beautiful Heaven is wept because if these People had known what Heaven is like; they would not have interrupted the sojourn of my friend, the man I love who is already resting in Heaven!

Oh, I remembered years ago we were holding Congress – We used to call it “Christ The Redeemer Congress” at Olivet Grammar School in Oyo town of Oyo State Nigeria.

And all of a sudden around 5 O’clock, one of the women who came there was feeding her child and the child just suffocated and the woman became careless and the child died.

And we said: No way God, we will not accept this and we began to Pray.

And I mean that we were Praying – Not the kind of Prayer you put your hands in your Pocket and you are strolling around.

If we are talking of Prayer Warfare, we were Praying – Ourselves and some of our Foreign Visitors from America et cetera et cetera.

Then suddenly at 2am – We have been Praying since 5pm; the boy became Warm again – The boy who has been terribly cold before.

Ha, an excitement rose and all manners of tongues continued – Hey, God was going to answer our Prayers at last and I heard God saying clearly: You insist that I bring this boy back to life and I said: Yes my Father.

He said: Will you give me a Guarantee that you will Follow Up this boy for the rest of his life because he is with Me now so that he will end up again in Heaven?

How am I going to do that?

I said: Lord, I’m sorry I can’t give that kind of Guarantee.

So, sadly I turned to my People: Let the boy go and he became cold again.

God works in “Mysterious Ways” and there is Nothing that He cannot do.

If you ask Him for something and He didn’t give it to you, it is because in His Infinite Wisdom He knows that what you are asking for is not Best for you.

Include in your Prayers from now on: Father, for the rest of my Life let Your Perfect Will – Absolute Perfect Will be done whether I like it or not!

ALTAR CALL

Those of you who might think that you can live this Life without surrendering to Him; you are Limiting the Holy One of Israel.

In your own best Interest today; surrender your Life to Him and He will work His Purpose out in your Life in His Wonderful Mysterious Ways.

So, if you are there or reading now on the Label of DMC and you want to surrender your Life to Him; you will Please bow your Head and cry to Him and say: Lord, I don’t understand my Present, I don’t understand my Future – It doesn’t matter; I’m surrendering everything into Your Hands. Just work out Your Perfect Will in my Life; save my Soul and I will serve You for the rest of my Life.

Cry unto Him now and I will join my Prayers with yours for the Salvation and of your Souls so that the One who works in Mysterious Ways might begin to fulfill His Purpose for your Life.

Talk to the Almighty God, cry unto Him: Ask Him to save your Soul, ask Him to forgive your sins, ask Him to just take over your Life completely.

Oh Thank You Father.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER

Ancient of Days, I want to Thank You once again for Your Words, I want to Thank You that You works in “Mysterious Ways” Your Wonders to Perform.

I want to Thank You for those that are hearing this Message or reading now on the Label of DMC but who has decided that: Yes, I will surrender my Life to Him completely.

Please Lord God Almighty: Receive them, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash them clean, write their names in the Book of Life and give them a Brand New Beginning.

And for the rest of us Lord; we submit everything into Your Hands; just work out Your Purpose in Your Own “Mysterious Ways” in our lives in Jesus Name.

And I Pray Lord God Almighty that all those things that might be frightening us right now will turn out for our Testimonies and Your Glory in Jesus Mighty Name.

Thank You Father.

OPENING PRAYER

Almighty God; You are Worthy to be Praised: King of Kings and the Lord of Lords we Worship You.

Thank You for bringing us to the Last Quarter of this Year, Thank You for everything that You have done for us in January, Thank You for what You did in February, Thank You for what You did in March, Thank You for what You did in April, Thank You for what You did in May, Thank You for what You did in June, Thank You for what You did in July, Thank You for what You did in August in Particular, Thank You for what You did in September and we bless You in advance for what You will do for the rest of the Year.

Please accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

My Father and my God, I’m Praying especially for Your children born in the Month of October – Even as October is the Tenth (10th) Month of the Year; the Month of “Double Grace” – I Pray that all their Blessings will be doubled.

And I Pray Lord God Almighty that You will give everyone of them a New Beginning.

I’m Praying especially for Your children who has been Faithful to You in their offerings, in their Tithes; in this Month of October, bless them Double.

All the Promises Lord God Almighty that You have made concerning each and everyone of us; long before the end of the Year fulfill them.

I Pray Lord God Almighty that as we Praise You today, as we Thank You today, as we Worship You – You will do something Extraordinary in our lives.

Please, Lord God Almighty; let our Victory over every kinds of Plague be Permanent today in Jesus Name.

Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!

I want to Thank God for His Mercy, His Grace, His Goodness over all of us so that we are still around to see the Last Quarter of the Year 2020.

And I know that the Almighty God who has kept us thus far will keep us till the very end in Jesus Name – Amen.

This Morning, our Bible Text is going to be: Habakkuk 3: 17-19:

17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:

18 Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.

19 The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.

This Man of God is saying: It doesn’t matter what is happening; I will Praise God.

And when I Praise Him, He will respond – He will respond Mightily!

The African Elders has a Proverb. They said that: It is in time of trouble that you will know your “True Friends”.

There are those who will Praise God only when everything is “Smooth Sailing”.

But the “True Friends” of God are those who will Praise Him regardless of whatever may be happening.

The Period of the Lockdown had exhibited the kind of Friendship some People have for God.

You know; there was a time some People say: Oh, we have been looking for You Jesus Christ; we didn’t find You on time.

He said: Oh, you are not seeking me; you are seeking for the bread and fish.

What is the kind of Friendship that you have for God?

You are going to demonstrate a bit of it today!

Are you going to be able to say like Job said in Job 13:15?

He said: Though He slain me, yet will I trust Him.

… I am going to Praise God regardless of my Present situation Job said.

Or like David said in Psalms 34:1?

He said: I will bless the Lord at all times; His Praise shall continually be in my mouth continually.

He said in Psalms 108: 1-4 – He said: God, my heart is fixed (Like Concrete); I will Praise You, I will Sing Praises to the Lord.

He said that: The reason I’m going to Praise You Non Stop regardless of whatever may be happening to me is that I am convinced Your Mercy is Great above the Heavens.

It doesn’t matter what is happening; he said: I know that You are a Merciful God.

And Beloveth; according to Lamentations 3: 22-23 – It says: It is of the Mercy of the Lord that we are not consumed.

And he says: It is New every Morning.

Every time you wake up in the Morning; it is because of the Mercy of God.

Oh yes; there has been a time of terrible Plague but like I was sharing with someone: Why don’t you look at the “Complete Picture”?

Oh, so many cases has been confirmed – That seems to be the only one thing that some People are looking at – Why don’t you look at so many cases that has survived? Why don’t you compare the number of deaths with the number of those who has been infected?

If you look at the “Complete Picture”; you will say: God, You are Merciful.

That even in Your Anger, even in Judgement; you still remembered Mercy.

And He said: Great is thy Faithfulness.

But for the Faithfulness of God: If this Pandemic had been killing everybody infected; what shall we be saying now?

But His Mercy is there Preserving everybody.

He said: I will Praise Him – It doesn’t matter what is happening.

If the fig tree is not blossoming; if there are no Animals on Earth anymore; if my Business has failed; if everything is crumbling – He said: I will still rejoice in the Lord my God; I will Praise Him.

And David said: My heart is Fixed – It doesn’t matter what is happening; I’m going to Praise God because His Mercy is High above the Heavens.

And you know what?

Acts of Apostle Chapter 16, Verses 25 to 34 (Acts 16: 25-34) – In Prison, Lockdown, Chained (Chained Hands and Feet); Paul and Silas said: It is time to Praise God.

If you can Praise Him in Prison; if you can Praise Him when death seems to be threatening that by tomorrow morning you might be dead; if you can Praise Him so loudly that Other Prisoners, Other People in Lockdown can hear you; if you can show them that you are different from them because you are a child of God and you are not “Fair Weather” friend of God but a child of God who will Praise Him anytime, anyhow – He will send an Earthquake that will break down the doors of the Prison, destroy the yokes, turn your Jailer to your servant.

So, I believed Paul and Silas were saying: Yes, we are in Prison but we will Praise You until this Place will Shake; we will Praise You until You will Set us Free; we will Praise You until our enemies will become our servants.

And if you read the whole Chapter (Acts Chapter 16); they are saying: We will Praise You until those who put us in Prison will come and beg us to come out.

And when you read Mark 1: 40-45 – There was this Leper that came to the Lord.

And when you talk of a Leper; you are talking about somebody really in trouble:

1. It was not just only incurable; he is not even allowed to come into the Community of People.
2. Lepers don’t get married – Who is going to marry a Leper?
3. Lepers don’t get Promotion – If he gets Promotion, it may be “Chief Leper”.

But he came to the Lord Jesus Christ, fell at His Feet and said: Since I know that You have the Power to solve all my Problems; I will Praise You until You do something about it.

Before He (Jesus) spoke at all, he (Leper) was already on his knees – I will Praise You until You cure the Incurable; I will Praise You until You make me “Completely Whole”; I will Praise You until You give me something to Testify about.

Because after the Lord Healed him, he went about all over the Place telling Others.

I believed that there is someone who will say today or while reading on the Label of DMC that: The Almighty God, I will Praise You so much that You will give me something to Please You more about. I will Praise You until You give me a Breakthrough to Testify about – Amen.

And when you read: 2 Chronicles 20: 1-25; we saw the story of a King surrounded by three (3) Mighty Kings.

And how did he fight the battle?

He didn’t do any fighting, he just did a lot of Praising.

So, I believed that there will be somebody here today who will also say to the Almighty God: It doesn’t matter how many forces surrounding me and trying to destroy me and taking over my Government, my Kingdom; Lord I will Praise You until my enemies will destroy themselves and Wealth will Change Hands!

Oh, Jehoshaphat and his little Band of Singers Praised the Almighty God – That the Almighty God looked down from Heaven and say: Alright, if in the midst of a battle you can’t Possibly win, you choose to Praise Me? – Watch Me Fight!

I love my daddy – The African Leaders. When they want to eulogise my daddy (God), they will say: When He decides to fight for you; at the end you too will become frightened when you see what He has done to the enemies.

It took Jehoshaphat and his People three (3) days to carry the Wealth of the enemies into their Territory.

I know that somebody is going to Praise God this morning until God will use your enemies to finish themselves and then their Wealth will become yours!

In Matthew 15: 21-28; the Bible tells us of a woman whose daughter was grievously vex of the devil.

She fell down at the feet of the Lord Jesus Christ saying: I will Worship You until the siege against my daughter is lifted.

I will Worship You until the siege against my Future is lifted because my daughter represents my Future.

The devil has chosen to grievously vex my daughter but I know that You are the Lord of Hosts, I know that You are the King of Glory, I know that You have never lost a War – I will Worship You until the siege is Lifted.

Are you under a siege? Do you have a child that the devil seems to have completely taken over? Is there someone Precious to you that the doctors have said: Well we can manage but we can’t cure? Have you children that you are “Worry Sick” about what they will become in Future? Have you a Child on drugs? Have you a child that is keeping Bad Company?

Ah, you can solve the Problem today by refusing not to let God go – By Praising Him, Worshipping Him; until the siege is Lifted.

And they say: Half a word is enough for the Wise!

What kind of Love do you have for Jesus Christ?

Are you a “Fair Weather friend” or a “Friend Indeed”?

If you will Praise Him today like you have never done before; you will get results today that you have never gotten before – Amen.

And before we go to Praise Him because this is “Praise Sunday” – The Sermon is not going to be long so that you can have Plenty of Time to Praise Him.

ALTAR CALL

If there are some of you who are out there or reading now on the Label of DMC and you have not even yet surrendered your Life to Jesus Christ – Ah, you better do so because the Word of God is clear.

Even if you are enjoying now? If you think that you can never be in trouble?

Hey, the Word of God is clear: There is someone called the Adversary who walks about like a roaring Lion.

And that is the devil – He is constantly looking for who he will devour.

Everyday, he is capturing more and more People.

If He hasn’t captured you yet; you better run to Jesus Christ.

If he has captured you already; you better run to Jesus Christ.

If you Worship the Almighty God; dramatic Changes will happen in your Life too.

So, if you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ; bow your head and cry to Him and Call on Him the Lord of Host, the One who never lost a War to Please save your Soul and take Absolute Control – Not only of your Past but your Present and Future.

I will join my Prayers with yours and the Lord will save your Soul and you will begin to enjoy Total and Absolute Victory over every form of forces of darkness.

.. So, talk to Him now!

And the rest of us who are already sure of our Salvation; kindly Pray for all those seeking for Salvation now that the Almighty God will rise up; save their Souls and put an end to every form of darkness in their lives.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER

King of Glory, Lord of Host – The Lord Strong, the Lord Mighty in battle; I Worship You.

And I’m Calling on You Lord God Almighty on behalf of all those who are seeking for the Salvation of their Souls today; wherever they may be; Father Please receive them, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash away their sins, write their names in the Book of Life, receive them into the Family of God, take them beyond the reaches of the forces of darkness in Jesus Name.

Please, Lord God Almighty; don’t let them ever backslide again.

And all of us; as we begin to Praise You today; Lord God Almighty Please arise, fight our battles for us, give us Total Victory, turn our enemies to our Footstool.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Let someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Today is the Day of Thanksgiving – So, go ahead to Praise Him.

Praise Him regardless of what may be happening to you and He will Prove to you that His Mercy is New every morning.

OPENING PRAYER

King of Glory, You are Worthy to be Praised.

Jehovah El Shaddai, You are Worthy to be Praised.

The All Sufficient God, You are Worthy to be Praised.

Please accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

We want to Thank You Lord God Almighty because we know that You have heard our cries concerning our Nations.

We Thank You very, very much because we know that You have taken Absolute Control now.

Please Lord, we are Praying that as you have turned the tides against the virus; the tides will remain Permanently turned.

We are Praying Lord God Almighty that everything anyone could have lost during this Lockdown – Particularly Your children; restore to them seven (7) Folds.

And speak to us again today Lord.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!

We are continuing with our Study on: “The Wonders of God.

And today, we want to talk about: THE WONDERS OF DIVINE PROMOTION.

Our Bible Text will be in: Psalms 75; 5-7

5. Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
6. For Promotion cometh neither from the East, nor from the West, nor from the South.
7. But God is the Judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

The Wonders of Divine Promotion include the fact that:

1. God can Promote anyone – Absolutely anyone.

In 1 Samuel 2: 7-8; the Bible says that it can Pick up a beggar from the dunghill – You can’t go lower than that: A beggar who is living on the dunghill.

God can pick up a beggar from the dunghill and keep Promoting him till he begins to dine with Kings – That is some very serious Promotion.

… God can Promote anyone.

And my Prayer is for everyone listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC that your Promotion will come rapidly – Amen.

2. He (God) Promotes the “Most Unlikely Person”.

1 Corinthians 1: 26-29 tells us that the People God will choose are usually: The Foolish, The Weak, The Base, The Despised, The Nothings.

In other words; People that the People of the world would consider as: Foolish, Weak, Base (Useless), Despised (People will look down upon them and say: How can these be the one to be Promoted?) and The Nothings (Those who are Nothing).

And a Classical Example; you will find in 1 Samuel 9: 1-21.

The Bible says: God Promotes these People for His Own Purpose.

In choosing a King, the first (1st) King of Israel, the Young Man that He told Samuel that this boy is coming to you – I want you to anoint him to be Captain over my People.

That is the Purpose I’m making him King.

The boy said when he was told that God is going to anoint him as King; he said: Ha, Ha; my Tribe is the smallest Tribe in Israel, my family is the smallest family in our Tribe – How can you talk of me becoming King?

I have Good News for those of you who are listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC: In the Name that is above every other names; that Position that you cannot ever thought you can be in; may my God put you there – Amen.

I’m going to mention some cases in the Scriptures for you to illustrate my Points:

But I want you to know from the word go that:

1. If God Promotes you; it is not for your “Selfish Reason”.
2. If God Promotes you; it is for His Purpose.
3. When He Promotes you; it is so that you can serve others.
4. When He blesses you; it is so that you can be a Blessing.

I am telling my children in one of our Morning Devotion – I said: A tree does not Produce fruits for itself to Produce.

You will never find an Orange tree sucking Orange; you will never find a Mango tree eating Mango.

… The tree Produces fruits for others to benefit – Please, put that in Mind.

CASE NO 1: Let us start with Moses.

According to Exodus 2: 11-15; Moses was a Fugitive – He was running away from Pharaoh because he has just committed murder.

But by the time we get to Exodus 7:1; God said: I have made you a “god” to Pharaoh; I have elevated you to a level so far above Pharaoh that one day; he will look at you and think it is “God” talking to him.

But do you know the Purpose why God Promoted Moses?

Exodus 12: 30-36 – It was so that he could deliver a Nation!

Because He Promoted Him; that is why in Exodus 14: 21-28 – Just by lifting up his hands at all; it could clear a Way through the Red Sea for a whole Nation.

By the time we get to Exodus 17: 8-13; you will discovered that the hands of Moses determines the Conqueror of wars.

When the Amalekites came to fight against the children of Israel; it was the hands of Moses; the hands of an “XY” Fugitive that determined the way the war was going.

Like I said: The Wonders of God is that He choose the “Most Unlikely Person” for Promotion.

Can you imagined the hands that has killed before now becoming so Powerful that when it is lifted up; Victory is won?

May I decree to somebody listening to me today or reading now on the Label of DMC: That my God will Promote you so much so that when you lift up your hands in Blessing People suddenly they will become Victorious – Amen.

CASE NO 2: David.

Do I need to tell you that David was Nobody?

1 Samuel 16: 11-13; the Bible tells us that when God wanted to appoint a King in his family; He choose the only one that nobody will bring forward for consideration.

All the big ones, so big that even the Man of God made a mistake thinking that this one must be the one that God will choose.

As a matter of fact; as I used to tell People: That Man of God made seven (7) mistakes in one (1) day.

He saw the biggest one and say: This is the one.

God said: No, No, No.

Then they brought the second (2nd) – Oh, I’m sorry that I made a mistake the first time; this must be the one?

God said: No.

It was after he has made seven (7) mistakes that God said: Wait a minute; the Person won’t bring him out but I have already decided that he will be the one I will Promote.

Have you been Forgotten? Have you been Sidelined? Are your Relatives saying that there is Nothing Good that can ever come out of you?

I have Good News for you: God will Promote you – Amen.

Do you know that when God Promoted David, it was so that he could single handedly deliver a Nation from Terrorism?

1 Samuel 17: 1-51; for forty (40) days, Goliath terrorised Israel.

But when the Shepherd Boy that was Promoted by God to be King came to the scene; the Terrorist was silenced.

You know the Bible says in Ezekiel 20:30 – God said: that I sought for a Man (Just one Man) who will stand between the Gap between Me and the People so that I won’t destroy them.

He said: I found None.

Maybe, God is waiting for you; maybe you are the one God is waiting for – The one that God will Promote.

If you are the one; may God find you today – Amen.

And then when you look at 1 Samuel 22: 1-2; the Bible tells us that when David went to dwell in the Cave of Adullam – All the brothers, all members of his family, those who despised him, those who won’t Present him for considerations came to join him.

And all those who are distressed, all those who ate bankrupt, all those People who are discontented, displeased gathered themselves together to him and he became Captains over them.

It wasn’t long that he turned all these riffraff to what the Bible called: “The Mighty Men of David” – You can read about them in 2 Samuel Chapter 23..

When God Promotes a Man, it is so that he can help others to fulfill their Destiny.

When God Promotes you; it is so that you can help others to become who God wants them to be.

That is one of the reasons that I thank the Almighty God for The Redeemed Christian Church of God.

That is one of the reasons I don’t say a word when People begin to criticise me that we Plant so many Churches.

Because in the Process of Planting so many Churches; several People who would have remained in one (1) Big Church doing nothing other than Singing, hearing Sermons and going home – And of course Giving Offering because that is one of the Points they criticise us on.

They becomes themselves Pastors because they become enabled by the Special Grace of God to become People who will be Anointed to cast out devil, to heal the sick.

Many of them wouldn’t have discovered their Purpose in Life but for the fact that they are “Sent Out”.

The Purpose of God Promoting you is to help Others to become what God Planned for them to become.

I am Praying that those of you who will be Promoted as a result of the Word of God that you are hearing today or reading now on the Label of DMC; you will remembered when you get to your Throne to help Others fulfill their Destinies.

CASE NO 3: – Let us consider Elisha.

Elisha was a farmer boy – You know very (1 Kings 19: 19-21).

And then the Almighty Promoted him and all of a sudden according to the Word of God in 2 Kings 2: 9-15 – This farmer boy became one of the Greatest Prophets of the Old Testament.

This fellow became so Mighty that because he requested for a “Double Portion” of the Spirit of Elijah, he Performed double the Miracles that Elijah Performed.

Elijah Performed seven (7) Major Miracles while Elisha Performed fourteen (14) Miracles – The 14th one even after he died.

But then: Why is it that God choose this farmer boy for Promotion?

Nobody would have thought that a farmer boy will become such a Great Prophet.

Oh, if you read 2 Kings 2: 19-22; so that he can begin to destroy curses on Nations.

Jericho has been under a curse for years; the farmer boy became a Prophet and in a Single Statement, he destroyed the curse upon them.

If you read that Section: 2 Kings 2: 19-22; the Bible says that the River or the water of Jericho was healed from that day onwards according to the word of Elisha.

I’m Praying for you who will be Promoted today as a result of Sermon: From now on, when you decree on a curse to be broken it will be broken – Amen.

But when you read 2 Kings 4: 1-7; you will see Elisha sitting down in his house, making a decree and a “Destitute Widow” never had to lack again.

You know the Story: The Widow came to him – I am bankrupt, the Creditors have come to Close Up on me and my children.

And he didn’t move – He just said: Go and do the following and the Widow never had to lack again.

I’m Praying that when God will Promote you today; all the Needs of those who will come to you for Prayers will be instantly met – Amen.

You know: 2 Kings 5: 1-14 tells us the Story of Naaman – That Great General who has leprosy.

But because God has Promoted a farmer boy to a Mighty Prophet; he decreed Power into River Jordan so that when the General went and wash their; the reproach was let behind in River Jordan.

We can go on and on to consider all the other Miracles, Signs and Wonders that God Performed through Elisha but just one more.

In 2 Kings 13: 14-19; the Bible says that even when Elisha was dying, he was still decreeing the future of a Nation through the King – Oh King, do this, do that and he said this is what will follow.

You know that if God Promotes you; you can decree the future of your Nation!

I know that nobody believed me – I believed situation around us might not suggest that the Prophesy can ever come to Past.

Oh, I know that it doesn’t look likely – Not with all that we are hearing, not with all the corruption.

We thought that there was corruption before; now we are beginning to discovered “Corruption Squared”.

But I want you to know that there was a time in 2 Kings 7: 1-11; at a time that things were so bad in Samaria – That women were eating their children because of hunger.

A Man of God Prophesied (Elijah Prophesied) and said that within twenty four (24) hours; nobody will want to buy food because food will be surplus.

The Highly Intelligent Counsellor of the King said: How can this ever be?

The Man of God said: You will see it happen but you won’t Partake of it.

So, if you don’t believed my Prophesy – That is no Problem, just keep your doubt to yourself!

But as the Lord lives, the tides is going to turn for Nigeria – Amen.

And if you claimed it for your Nations, how glad I will be because sooner or later the Earth shall be filled with the Glory of the Almighty God even as the water covers the sea – Amen.

CASE NO 4: The case of Joseph.

If you read Genesis 37: 2-11; you will discovered that Joseph was not the first (1st) born – He wasn’t at all.

How God could Promote this boy is still an amazement to me because if you read that Passage very well; you will find out that this boy wasn’t the best boy – He will always report evil things about his brothers.

… He was always bringing evil reports to his father!

And yet the Almighty God decided that he will be the one who will rule, that his brothers will come and bow down to him.

… He was given Preeminence!

We are talking about: The Wonders of Divine Promotion.

When he was sold into Slavery in Genesis 39: 1-6; he became the Head of Slaves. He became a Slave so highly Placed that the one who bought him according to the Word of God, left everything in his Charge.

The Bible says that the only thing that Portiphar knew about was all he ate – Joseph was in control of everything.

When he was thrown to Prison for refusing to sin against God in Genesis 39: 19-23; he became the Head of all Prisoners.

So, when God Promotes you, you are Promoted!

The Bible says that the Jailer left everything in his hands.

And like I have said before: If you are the Prisoner in Charge of the Prison; then the Prison cannot be such a bad Place at all because you will decide what you want to eat and how you are going to eat it.

My son was talking about one drug baron who owns the Prison into which they put him – He was in charge of the Prison.

Can you imagine?

He decides the food he wants to eat, he decides who lives and who dies.

But when God Promotes you; He takes the “Most Unlikely” Fellow and put him in Charge.

But God puts this Man in Charge in Prison so that he could interpret dreams for the Servants of Pharaoh who came to Prison.

Remember that if you are Promoted; you are Blessed so that you can be a Blessing.

You are Promoted so that you can Help Others.

And so, it is not surprising in Genesis 41: 1-44; he ended up becoming “The Controller of Egypt”.

He has Proved his worth as The Chief of Slave, he has Proved that he can be trusted with Promotion when he became The Chief Prisoner.

Now God said: Now you are ready, you can now take over the Greatest Nation of that time.

And like he said in Genesis 50: 15-21; he told his brothers when they finally came and bow down before him and said that we will be your Servant – Those who has said that you won’t reign over us.

He said: Ha, don’t worry yourself. God was just working His Purpose on us so that I can save many Souls alive.

If God Promotes you in your family; it is so that you will Help your family.

If He Promotes you in your Village; it is so that you can Help your Village.

If He Promotes you in your State; it is so that you can Help your State.

If He Promotes you in your Nation; it is so that you can Help your Nation.

Let me conclude:

1. Divine Promotions is not a matter of Titles.

Please, let us take note of that.

This is important Particularly for those of us interested in Spiritual Matters.

You can be a General Overseer and not have the Powers of a Deacon.

In Acts 8: 5-8; Philip was Deacon but the Miracles, Signs and Wonders that he Performed in Samaria, he brought Joy to a whole City.

There were some Apostles who didn’t do ten percent (10%) of what Deacon Philip did.

And like I have said before: Anybody can call himself a General Overseer – Very Simple.

All I need to do is just go to the Supermarket, buy a big keg of Olive Oil, gather your family members together, sit down and say: Today, I hereby ordained myself as General Overseer. And then pour all the whole bottle of oil on yourself – No Problem.

But are you Promoted by God – Not by Title?

2. Don’t forget that your Promoter is God and not Man.

Don’t ever forget that if you are Promoted by God; He is the One who Promoted you and so don’t dance to the tune of Men.

In 1 Samuel 15: 16-24; when King Saul became King – That “Most Unlikely” fellow that the Almighty God Promoted to be King.

As soon as he got to the Throne; he forgot the One who put him there and he began to dance to the tune of men.

God sent him on an errand, he failed and gave an excuse that: “I feared the People”.

That is why I’m begging those of you who are listening to me now or reading now on the Label of DMC; who in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ will be Promoted Spiritually – Don’t say because you want to be Popular lower the Standard of God. Don’t Preach the Sermons that will trickle the ears of Men.

Make it “Absolutely Plain”; make it only what God wants to hear. But be Preaching encouragement to Members, to put in the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth.

3. Don’t forget that God is Sovereign

He can do and undo, He can Change His Mind.

Each time we read 1 Samuel Chapter 2; we love to quote Verse 8 and ignore Verse 7 – We should take both of them together.

And 1 Samuel 2: 7-8 says: The Lord makes rich and makes Poor, He lifts up one and Pull down another.

It is now we now get to: He can take a beggar from the dunghill and continue to Promote him until he begins to Play with Kings.

… He can bring Up and He can bring Low!

There is that saying that: It is the same White Men who made Pencil and they are also the one who made eraser.

In 1 Samuel 2:30; He said to Eli: I said indeed that you and your father’s house will stand before me forever; but now I say be it far from me because those who honours me, I will honour and those who despise me shall be lightly esteemed.

He said: I said it.

Oh Yes, it is written forever: Oh Lord, thy Word is Settled.

But If the One who said it now say I am the One who said I’m not saying so anymore.

… He Promotes and He can demotes.

4. Please, never forget that God always has a Substitute Ready.

You can never hold God to ransom.

If He Promotes you and you think that without you He cannot do anything; if you become an Obstruction to Him – He will just show you that the day I choose you, I also Prepare a Substitute. In case you get there and you forget me, I will just move you out of the Way and bring in the Substitute

When you read 1 Samuel 13: 13-14; the Bible tells us that Samuel said to King Saul: Ha, your Kingdom would have lasted forever but because you refused to obey God completely; He has found another flow to take over.

God does not have to look for a Substitute; He doesn’t Search.

For some thirteen (13) Years; King Saul was still sitting on the Throne but David was already the King – One was carrying the Title, but the Other was the one already approved by God.

Right in the house of Eli, little Samuel was already living – The one who will take over is already there waiting.

King Saul didn’t even knew that the boy they brought to come and be Playing the Harp to soothe him when demons come to trouble him – He didn’t know in time that this is the fellow to take over from him.

It took some time before he looked at the boy and said: Hmmm, the way this boy is behaving; this is the way I was behaving when all was well between me and God – He is likely to be the one to take over.

He tried to kill the boy but he never died.

My Prayer is that God will Promote you – Amen.

When He Promotes you; don’t forget:

1. That He Promoted you so that you can Help Others.
2. He does so because you not really Qualify.

… Never forget that one.

If you realised that it is those that did not Qualify that God will Promote; you will stop struggling for Positions.

Anytime I tracked round the world; and I have the opportunity to speak with Ministers in many Nations – They always have one thing that they want me to address.

And that is: There is No Unity among them.

And I have always explained to them: The Problem is not that you don’t want to be United; you all want it.

The Question is: Who is going to be the Head! – You are United.

I always tell them: If you realised that God will choose the foolish ones; you won’t want to be the Head.

If you become the Head; it is an obvious thing that you must be the “Most Foolish” of all.

If you realised that God will only choose the Foolish, the Nothing, the People that are Base – You won’t struggle for Position.

Let God choose you, let Good Promotes you, let Him Promote you quietly, stay in the Background and do Mighty Exploits for God.

ALTAR CALL

Finally, maybe God has been trying to Promote you and the reason He has not succeeded in doing that up till now is that you have been resisting Him.

Maybe He has been telling you: Come to Me and surrender your Life to Me.

The Bible says that if you will humble yourself under the Mighty Hands of God; He will lift you up.

Many of you think that you are Great already; you don’t even know the meaning of Greatness.

Why don’t you come to Him now, surrender to Him, let Him begin to lift you up.

When God Promotes, He Promotes Everlastingly.

So, if you are listening to me now or reading now on the Label of DMC and you have not yet surrender your Life to Jesus Christ; maybe you want to do so now and I’m willing to Pray with you.

So, if you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ will you bow your Head now and let me Pray for your Salvation.

Call on Him and say: Lord, I’m humbling myself before you now; Please save my Soul – I’m surrendering to you, I’m surrendering completely.

You can lift me up at your own leisure but save my Soul today so that I can serve you.

The rest of us: Let us talk to the Almighty God and Promise Him: Father, if You Promote me, I will use the Position to serve You and to serve Your People.

Let us talk to the Almighty God.

Thank You Father – In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER

Ancient of Days we want to Thank You once again for Your Words.

We want to Thank You for all those who are humbling themselves now and crying unto You for Salvation.

Please receive them Lord, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash away their sins. Please, write their names in the Book of Life and let them serve You for the rest of their lives.

And as many of us that will say: Lord if You Promote me, I will use that Promotion to serve You; if You will Bless me, I will be a Blessing.

My Father and my God; Please Promote us.

We are asking for Your Own Promotion – We are not looking for Titles, we are not looking for Promotions that come from Man.

Rather, we are looking for the Promoting that comes from You.

Please, Lord Promote us, answer our Prayers today and let Your Name be Glorified.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

OPENING PRAYER

Father Almighty, we give You all the Glory.

King of Glory, we Worship You because You reigns forever.

We are Grateful for Your Love for us, we are very Grateful for Your Kindness, for Your Mercy, for Your Support.

We Thank You Lord God Almighty for keeping us alive: We Thank You for Health, for Strength, for every Blessings that we have received from You.

Father, Please accept our Thanks in Jesus.

Almighty God, we are Praying today that as Your Words will be going forth; You will empower Your Words to bring Healings, Deliverance, Victory, Joy to Your People Oh Lord.

Father, we Pray that by the end of this Service; there will be many, many People Glorifying Your Name.

In Jesus Mighty we have Prayed – Amen.

Well let someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

We will continue with our Series on: The Wonders of God.

Like we have said again and again; our God is Wonderful.

And Wonderful means: Full of Wonders.

… And so from time to time discovered New and more Attributes of God.

Today, we will be talking about a very, very important Attributes of God and it is about His Standards: THE WONDERS OF THE STANDARD OF GOD.

Our Bible Text will be: Matthew 5:48:

Be ye therefore Perfect even as your Father which is in Heaven is Perfect.

The Bible describes our God as Perfect!

Perfect means: Without any fault at all; absolutely Good; Excellent.

As a matter of fact; the Bible says in Mark 7:37 that: He has done all things well.

Everything about our God is Perfect!

… So, He is Perfection Personified.

And when you considered all the things that He made available to His children; you will understand what we mean about our God is Perfect – He has Perfect Standards, He gives Perfect Gifts.

For Example:

1. In James 1:5; the Bible says that when He gives Wisdom; He gives Liberally.

The Bible says: If anyone lacks Wisdom, he should ask God and He will give that Wisdom liberally – Not Stingily.

He wants His children to be Wiser than their Teachers.

According to Psalms 119:99; He says: He wants you to have more Understanding than your Teachers.

I mean that: He is saying that as a Student, your Teachers will not even know what marks to award to you because your results will not just be one hundred Percent (100%); it will be one hundred Percent (100%) Plus.

… You are to daze your Teachers.

2. In Isaiah 40:29; He not only gives Strength but by the time you look at Isaiah 40:31; He gives Strength continually – Strength that won’t fade.

He said: Those that wait upon the Lord shall renew their Strength.

The Kind of Strength that He gives is the kind of Strength that will amaze People – “Perfect Strength”.

In Judges 14: 5-6; He gives so much Strength to Samson that he could take a Young Lion and tear it into two (2) without any weapon in his hands.

… And that is a Perfect Strength.

3. And then in Deuteronomy 28:13 – The first (1st) Part of it says that: When He gives Promotion; He doesn’t stop until you reach the Top.

… He said: You shall be the Head and not the Tail.

And He says in that same Deuteronomy 28:13; that you will not just be the Head; you will stay there – You will be Above Only and never be beneath.

In other words, He wants you to be on Top and He wants you to be on Top constantly.

As far as He is concerned; He doesn’t want any of His children to be an Ex Champion.

So, when you are on Top; you are there. Wherever you go; you are on Top.

I mean take the example of Joseph in Genesis 39: 1-6, as a Slave, he was Head – “Chief Slave”.

In Genesis 39: 20-23; when he became a Prisoner, he was a “Chief Prisoner” – Head again.

And of course, by the time you read Genesis 41:1-44; even Pharaoh said: In Egypt, nobody will lift up their hands or feed without your Permission.

… Now, that is the kind of Promotion that God has for His children.

I’m now believing God for all of you who are truly His children: In every areas of your Life, you will always be on Tops – Amen.

4. Now, when you read Genesis 12: 1-3; He Promised Abraham: Not only will I bless you; you will be a Blessing.

Blessed by God is Great enough but He said: I won’t stop there; you will be a Blessing.

And He said: I won’t even stop there; through you, the whole world will be blessed.

… Now, that is a serious Blessing!

And when you read Deuteronomy 28: 11-12; He says: You will never need to borrow from anybody but you will be lending to many Nations.

You know for a long time; I used to read it to mean: Oh, you will “Lend to Nation” until He pointed it out to me that I didn’t just said: “Lend to Nation”; He said: “To many Nations”.

And we find an example in Isaac in Genesis 26: 12-14 – That when the Almighty God blessed Isaac; He blessed him so much that a whole Nation began to envy him.

And if you read that Passage a little downwards; you will find out that the King of that Nation came to him and said: Sir, you are too great for us, we feel that you should move on because I’m called King but looking at you; we know who is King!

5. And God doesn’t just give Joy but He gives “Full Joy”.

Psalms 16:11, the Bible tells us that in His Presence, there is the Fullness of Joy.

He gives Joy that you have to look for “Special Words” to describe the kind of Joy that He gives.

For example in Matthew 2: 1-10; when the Wise Men came to see the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Bible says that when they finally found Him; they rejoiced with “Exceeding Great Joy” – Not just Joy, not just “Great Joy” but “Exceeding Great Joy”.

And the word “Exceeding” there means: Well, we don’t have anything else to describe this Joy – It is Greater than “Great Joy”.

As a matter of fact; in 1 Peter 1:8; the Bible calls the kind of Joy that God gives as: “Joy Unspeakable and Full of Glory”.

In other words; Joy so Great that you don’t even have the words to describe it.

If there is anyone listening to me now or reading now on the Label of DMC; who is in sorrow – In that Name that is above every other names; very soon your Joy will be Unspeakable – Amen.

6. Now according to John 1: 1-4 – The Bible tells us that in the beginning was the Word; the Word was with God; the Word was God.

And then, the same was with God from the beginning; by Him was all things created; there was nothing made that was not made by Him.

And then it says: In Him was Life.

… He gives Life!

Now, what kind of Life does He gives? – You are talking of the Standard of God!

Then He says in John 10:10 – He says: The thief cometh but to steal and to kill and to destroy but I have come that ye might have Life and have it “More Abundantly”.

When He gives you Life: He doesn’t want you to Struggle through; He doesn’t want you to manage.

… He wants you to have Life “More Abundantly” – Not just Abundant but “More Abundantly”.

So, when you hear a child of God saying: We are managing; He needs Prayers – God does not want you to manage; you are live “More Abundantly”.

7. Now, when you now read 1 Corinthians 15:57; the Bible says: He gives you Victory.

But He doesn’t want to just give us Victory; in Romans 8:37; He wants you to be “More Than Conqueror” – Not just Victorious; that won’t be too Good for God!

… He wants you to be “More Than Conqueror”.

As a matter of fact; He wants you to have Victory without a fight!

Because if you are a boxer and you go into the Boxing Ring.

Yes, you may win but yet you may go home with: bruises, one eyes almost close and lips split into two (2).

But He Prefers to give you Victory without having to do any fighting.

In Deuteronomy 28: 1-7; He says that: The enemies that rise up against you will be smitten before your face.

… You are not the one to do the smitten.

He says: They will come before you in one (1) Way and flee seven (7) Ways.

You know: Those of you who has some forces ganging up against you; I have Good News for you – You won’t even have to do any fighting because the battle is not yours; the battle is the Lord’s battle.

And He will give you Victory without having to fight – Amen.

Now, I have gone through all these things and I can go on and on and on and talk about other things that He gives you as a Perfect God to give you a Perfect Gift.

But the question is: Why is He so Perfect in what He gives, in what He does for you?

… Because in all things; He Himself is Super!

1. I mean in Genesis 17:1; His Name Jehovah El Shaddai means the One who is “More Than Enough”.

It doesn’t matter how much you said you Need; He has “More Than Enough” to deal with them.

You studied the Scriptures very closely, the Bible tells us that when Satan fell, one third of the Angels in Heaven fell with him – That leaves two thirds still there.

… So, for every demon; God has at least two (2) Angels.

God is More than Enough!

2. And then in Psalms 91:1; He is not just High; He is the Most High.

Ecclesiastes 5:8 says: He is Higher than the highest.

So, when you see somebody and you think he is the “Highest Fellow” in the Land; there is somebody Higher than him.

… Higher than the highest!

He is so High that He decides who sits on the throne

Everybody sitting on any kind of throne is doing so at His Pleasure

… God is Super!

3. He is not just Mighty; Psalms 24: 7-8 says: Who is the King of Glory?

He said: The Lord Strong and Mighty; the Lord Mighty in battle.

But according to Psalms 91:1; He is not just “Mighty” but “The Almighty”.

He is so “Mighty” that the Bible asks a question in Jeremiah 32:27 – He said: Behold, I am the God of all flesh, is anything too hard for me?

… He is not just “Mighty” but “The Almighty”.

4. And according to James 1:17; He is not just “Pure” but “The Unchangeably Pure”.

The Bible says in Him there is “No Shadow of Turning”.

… He is “Pure Light” – Pure through and through!

Now, you said: Why all these Bible Study?

We appreciate you telling us: Whatever Gift you get from Him is Super because He Himself is Super.

It is because in our Bible Text; He said: Be ye therefore Perfect even as Your Father in Heaven is Perfect.

Is He not making too much of a demand on Human Being? Is this Standard not too High?

1. Well according to Luke 12: 47-48; the Bible says: To whom much is given; much will be required.

You want all these Perfect Gifts from Him? – Well, if something is “Perfectly Good”; it is likely that the Price will be “Perfectly High”.

I think I shared with you sometimes ago when I read some Journals on Cars: And they were talking about “Mercedes Benz” being the Strongest; “BMW” being the Fastest; “Lexus” being the Most Comfortable.

And I said what about “Rolls Royce”?

They said when we are talking about Cars; you don’t include “Rolls Royce” in the comparison.

And very interesting – Somebody said to me: Sir, have you ever seen an Advert advertising “Rolls Royce”?

I said: No! – He said it is because only those who knows the Value will be able to Pay the Price!

And then he shared with me that the Best “Mercedes Benz” that you can have – Just one “Rolls Royce” will buy about three (3) or four (4) “Mercedes Benz”.

Yes, it is costly but it is because it is Super!

And there is saying: He who buys a “Rolls Royce” buys it for his grandchildren because “Rolls Royce” is going to outlast you and then outlast your children and then the grandchildren will now begin to enjoy it.

The Fellow pointed out further and said: As wonderful as “Mercedes Benz” is; he said but nobody flies an aeroplane with “Mercedes Benz” engine – They use “Rolls Royce” engine to fly the best of Jets!

The Person went on further to say: If you know what they say about “Gulfstream” – One Plane Type (Private Jet Kind); they always say to you when you entered into it (Gulfstream); if you take any of its Handbook: Relax, it is “Gulfstream”.

Why do they say that?

They said “Gulfstream”‘ has been around for years – I think it came into the Market around 1950’s and there has not been any major crash.

… So, when you entered, they say: Relax, by the Special Grace of God; you will arrive!

But it is expensive because of the Quality.

Good Things cost! Perfect Things cost Perfectly!

When you hear of certain Universities all over the world; there are only God knows thousands of Universities.

But there are some Universities – When somebody said: I am from Harvard; I’m from Yale, I’m from Cambridge, I’m from University of London and so on and so forth – People will Pay attention.

Why? – Quality; High Standards!

Your Father is Perfect, He expects you to be Perfect because to whom much is given; much is expected!

2. But that is not all – It is because like father, like son.

… Be ye therefore Perfect even as your Father in Heaven is Perfect!

He expects His children to be like Him – He expects His children to be Holy because He is Holy!

In 1 Peter 1: 14-16; He said: As Obedient children; if you are truly my child then be Holy because I am Holy.

My Standards are High; the Standards of my children must be High also.

In 1 John 3:9; the Bible says that: He that is born of God does not sin!

And He explains why?

He said because the “Seed of God” is in Him.

… Born of a Perfect Father, with the Seed of a Perfect Father dwelling in him.

And I think that I have explained this to you before: A cat will die of hunger rather than eat faeces – They won’t it as it is not Possible.

… It is (Referring to the cat) famished, starving and then it (cat) sees dog eating excreta?

Well that is not in the Developed Countries because if you see what dogs eat over there; some of you will wonder.

Why will cat not eat faeces? – They don’t eat it in it’s Generation!

There is something in him that tells him: You are not to eat it.

So, the Bible says: If you are born of God; you don’t sin and does not sin because the “Seed of God” is in you.

I like the way one Young Man, one Great Young Preacher put it – He said: You stand face to face with tremendous Temptations; you look at the Temptations and then something within you says: We don’t do this in our family!

What family is he talking about? – The family of the Perfect God!

You know that the Elders has a saying – They say that:

I. The Elephant never gives birth to a dwarf.

II. That every child of an Elephant is an Elephant.

III. That the day the child of an Elephant is born, that it is already bigger than the biggest Goat – From Day Number 1.

Your Father is Perfect, so get ready to be Perfect!

When anybody tells you that it is impossible to be Perfect; they are also saying that it is impossible to be “More Than Conqueror”.

If they say it is impossible to be Perfect; they are also saying to you that it is impossible for you to lend to Nations.

If they say that it is impossible to Pay the Price; they are saying that it is impossible to have the Products that the Almighty God has Prepared for you.

In Closing; Romans 8: 16-17 – The Bible says: The Spirit will bear Witness with your Spirit that you are a child of God.

And then, it went on to say that: If you are a child of God; then you are a Heir of God – Joint Heir with Jesus Christ and everything that belongs to God belongs to us.

If anybody says that it is impossible to be Perfect; tell him that: I am a Joint Heir with Jesus Christ – He was tempted in every way Possible but without sin.

But you can’t do it with the flesh – The flesh does not Please God as you need the Help of the Holy Spirit.

And then: How can you be talking about the Holy Spirit Helping you if you have not even surrendered your Life to Jesus Christ?

It is when you surrender your Life to Jesus Christ that Grace comes in – The Bible says: Grace comes by Jesus Christ.

Surrender to Him, His Grace will save your Soul – It is by His Grace that we are saved!

And not only saved; by His Grace brings you Salvation – He will give you the ability to become Perfect.

… You try to do it by your flesh; you will fail. The flesh can’t Please God.

It takes the Grace of the Almighty God through the Help of the Holy Spirit to bring you to Perfection.

So, before those of us who are already children of God Pray; let me give an opportunity to those of you who are yet to surrender your Life to Jesus Christ.

Don’t be frightened by the fact that God is asking you to be Perfect – He will do what is necessary if you will surrender to Him first.

So, if you want to surrender your Life to Jesus Christ; will you Please bow your Head in Prayers?

Cry unto Him and say: Please save my Soul. I like all the Perfect Gifts that you can give and I will even want to enjoy to live Perfectly for you.

Save my Soul Lord Jesus Christ; come and dwell in me; let Your Seed come and be in me so that I will no longer be able to sin again.

Save my Soul Lord and I will live the rest of my Life for you.

And those of us who are already sure of our Salvation; Please intercede for our New Brothers and Sisters – That God will give them Perfect Salvation so that they too can become members of the Family of God with the Seeds of God dwelling in them.

Thank you Father.

My Father and my God; I want to bless Your Holy Name for Your Words.

Thank You for Your very, very High Standards.

Thank You because You will not ask us to do something that you know we cannot do.

Thank You because we know that we know Your Grace will be sufficient for us.

And Thank You for all those who have come today, crying unto You for Salvation – Everyone of them Father, grant their request, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash away their sins, let them become brand New Creatures in You and let them join the Family of God today.

From now on; the Grace for them to live Holy, to be Perfect even as You our Father in Heaven is Perfect give to all of us in Jesus Name.

As for those of us Lord God Almighty who are already Your children, who has tasted all these Good and Perfect Gifts that has been coming from You the Almighty God; I Pray that on a daily basis we will live Perfectly for You; that Your Seed in us my Father and my God will give us the Grace to say No to sin from now on.

Help us to lo live Holy for You.

And I Pray that none of us will be missing in Your Kingdom.

Thank You Almighty God.

OPENING PRAYER

Father Almighty we bless Your Holy Name.

God of Heaven and Earth we can never Thank You enough for what You did during our Convention – We will keep on Thanking You Lord because You are extremely Good to us.

Please, accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Lord, even as we continue in Your Words; Please continue with us.

And the Power that is in Your Words, Lord God Almighty let it continue to Perform Wonders in the lives of Your children.

We want to continue our discussions on: “The Wonders of Our God”.

If we spend the whole Year, we cannot exhaust that Topic – So, we will cover as much Grounds as Possible.

Today, we want to consider: The Wonders of His Breath.

In Genesis 2:7, the Bible says:

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the Ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of Life and man became a Living Soul.

The Breath of God is Full of Wonders!

You see:

I. Man can do without Clothes for Years – Nebuchadnezzar, for seven (7) Years didn’t wear any Clothes.

II. Man can do without Food for Weeks – After all the Lord fasted for forty (40) Days and forty (40) Nights.

And then Elijah, Moses – They all move in the same Category of doing without Food for Weeks.

III. Man can do without Water for Days – Even though we know that where there is Water; there is Life.

But Man can only do without ” BREATH” for Minutes – Not even for Hours.

If Man does not “Breathe” for certain number of minutes; he is done, gone, dead.

This is Probably the reason why David said in Psalms 150:6: “Let everything that has Breath Praise the Lord”.

In other words; as long as you are still breathing; you better Praise God.

Because it means: Where there is Life; there is Hope!

… So, you can then imagined how Wonderful the Breath of God must be?

In the Bible Text that we read (Genesis 2:7); the Bible says: He Breath on dust (Ordinary dust) and it became something of “Eternal Value” – He Breath on “Ordinary Dust” and it became a “Living Soul”.

How Valuable is a “Living Soul”?

Matthew 16:26 tells us that: A Single Soul is worth more than all the Wealth in the world – What does it Profit a Man if he gains the whole world and loses his Soul?

… What can a Man give in exchange for his Soul?

So, God Breathe on “Ordinary Dust” or something that is of “No Value” at all and suddenly it became something of “Eternal Value”.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 tells us that: When that Breath leaves a Man; he will suddenly discovered that he is “Ordinary Dust”.

It says: Dust will return to Dust and the Spirit (The Breath) will go back to God who made it.

So, it doesn’t matter how Glorious somebody may think he is; it is still because he is still Breathing – The moment he stops Breathing, the end has come!

So, today in this Particular Passage; it is encouraging you to Pray!

So, I’m going to be as brief as Possible.

But as I go along; I will give you Prayer Points – Prayer Points that I’m sure that some of you has never Prayed before that you should begin to Pray from now on.

1. You see, the Bible says in John 15:5 that without God; you can do Nothing – Without Him; if He takes away your Breath, you become Nothing.

It was because He breathed on David for example in 1 Samuel 16: 11-13 – And suddenly that Shepherd Boy became someone of Eternal Value.

Someone that several hundred years later in Mark 10: 46-52; that Beggar by the roadside called on the King of Kings and call Him: “Thou Son of David”.

And David himself said in 2 Samuel 22: 33-36; he said: God is my Strength, He is my Power, He is the One who taught my hands to fight.

So, if you call me (David) – The Giant Killer; hey let us trace it back to the One who Breath on me.

And he concluded by saying: Your Gentleness has made me Great.

You know one thing about “Breath” is that it comes gently.

It comes so gently that many at times that we even forgot that we are breathing.

… David said that: It is because God breathe on me that is why I have become Great!

That leads to your Prayer Point No 1 – Which I think you should note now: Father, I’m nothing now but Please breathe on me and turn me to something of “Eternal Value”.

2. Another important thing that we need to note about this Breath of God – Another Wonder of it is something that I’m sure you will know.

That when someone is out of Strength: If you have been running for a long time and you can no longer run or you have been working so hard and you can no longer work; we always say: That fellow is out of Breath.

For example in 1 Samuel 30: 1-4; the Bible tells us what happened when David and his Mighty Men returned from their Adventures – Came back to Ziklag and found out that they have lost everything.

The Bible said that they wept until they had no more Strength to weep.

When Mighty Men have lost all their Abilities, lost all their Strength even to weep; you can say that they were out of Breath.

When God breathes on someone who is out of Breath; the Person becomes revived, encouraged, Strengthened again to keep going.

Because when He breathes on someone who is out of Breath; that Person will become encouraged, energised to continue the Journey.

In 1 Samuel 30: 6-8; of all the People who are around, weeping till they have no Strength left; God still breathed on David and he (David) said: I will encourage myself in the Lord.

… There was someone who breathe on me (David) and brought me thus far – Let me turn to Him (God) for another weave of His Breath.

The Bible says: David encouraged himself in the Lord.

Then he (David) said: Lord, is this my End? I’m I finished?

And the Almighty God says: No, you will Pursue your enemies, you will overtake them and you will recover all.

In 1 Kings 19: 1-8; when Elijah ran until he could run no more and he himself said: Maybe the best thing now is to die.

God Breathed on him again and he was able to continue the Journey.

Is anyone listening to me or reading now on the Label of DMC; and you are about to throw up your hands and say: There is No Hope, I can’t continue, I think I better end it up?

No, don’t do so. What you should do is to Pray that God should Breathe on you again.

Many of you know the Story: When we started the first (1st) Model Parish in The Redeemed Christian Church of God and the Church was doing extremely well.

Within a Year (1 Year); we are counting Attendance of a thousand (1,000) People.

And then something happened and the Pastor In Charge decided to break away – He left behind fifteen (15) Members.

I sat down when I heard the News – Lord, this is the first (1st) Project we could say that I’m starting. The First (1st) and I believed that I had your backing before I started it. What do I do now?

I remembered that I Prayed this Prayer I’m asking you to Pray now.

Prayer No 2; I Prayed that God will Breathe on me again that He will revive me, that He will encourage me – Amen.

And He did! – Today, by the Grace of God; the fifteen (15) members left behind are now all over the world.

You go to anywhere in Africa, you will meet them; you go to anywhere in Europe, you will meet them; you go to anywhere in America, you will meet them – Because He Breathed on me again and says: Start afresh; don’t lose Hope. Start again.

So, your Prayer No 2 will be: Father, Breathe on me, revive me, encourage me.

God of Wonders breathe on me again, revive me so that I can continue on this Journey – Strengthened and Encourage me.

3. It is God’s Breath that sustained us.

… When the Breath is gone; the fellow is dead.

In 1 Kings 17: 17-18; the Bible tells us the Story of the Son of the Widow of Zarephath.

It said that: The boy became sick until there is no Breath left in him.

When someone is dead; we have the saying that: He has given up the Ghost.

… Ghost here stands for the Spirit.

The Breath of God is a Spirit that keeps you going, that sustains you.

For example in Genesis 25:8; the Bible says that: Abraham gave up the Ghost and died.

When the Breath returns to someone who is dead; then we are what we call: Resurrection – The fellow is back to Life.

So, if there is a dead body and you can Pray and God Breathe on the dead body so that the Breath of God enters into the dead body; the dead body comes back to Life.

In 1 Kings Chapter 17 that I mentioned earlier on; from Verses 19 to 24 (1 Kings 17: 19-24); when Elijah cried unto God for the son of the Widow of Zarephath – The Soul of the boy returned and he came back to Life.

When God Breathes on the dead; death changes to Sleep and it takes only the Word from God for the one sleeping to wake up.

Mark 5: 34-43 – This is what Jesus Christ meant when He said that: The daughter of Jairus wasn’t dead but she is only sleeping

He knew she was dead; He knew that if I get there; I Breathe on her; death will change to Life.

Is there anything that is in your life that is dead – Your Business, your Project, something Precious to you – That is dead; if you cry unto God today that He should Breathe on you again; every Good Things that was dead will come back to Life – Amen.

So, your Prayer Point No 3 will be: Father, Please Breathe on me again so that my dead Parts, dead Projects, dead Ambitions, dead Purpose will resurrect.

Breathe on me again; everything that is Good in my Life, that is dead will resurrect – Amen.

4. It takes the Breath of God to reverse the Irreversible.

A Classical Example you will find in Ezekiel 37: 1-10 – You know the Story. It is the Story of the Valley of Dry bones.

The Bible says that: The bones are not just dry but they were very dry.

God asked the Man of God:): Can these bones live again?

The Man of God said: It is beyond my Faith – Only you can tell Oh God!

God said that: All what I want you to do is to Prophesy – Prophesy to the dry bones: Come together bones to bones.

… As soon as He Prophesied; the bones came together.

Prophesy again: Bones, be covered up with Flesh – Immediately, the bones were covered with Flesh.

But the Bible says: There was still no Life in the bones that has now been covered up with Flesh all over.

So, God said to the Man of God: Ask that the Breath of God to come – Ask that the wind to blow on them.

… And the Almighty God Breathed on the dry bones and they became a Mighty Strong Army.

It takes the Breath of God to reverse the Irreversible.

It takes the Breath of God for example to Shout.

In John 11:39-45; when Jesus Christ was going to bring Lazarus back from the dead – The Bible says: He Shouted!

… It takes Breath of God to Shout!

Ask all those who Play one Instrument or the other; they will tell you: It takes the Breath of God to blow the horns before it can Produce any sound.

It takes the Breath of God to Convert the Inconvertible – To Change someone to someone extremely different.

For example: In Matthew 3:17; John the Beloveth was called: The Son of Thunder – He is a man with a Violent Temper.

How Violent?

If you read Luke 9: 51-56; the Bible tells us that when Jesus Christ was travelling and there was a Village of Samaritan and He said that I love to spend the Night there.

The Villagers refused because the Jews has nothing to do with the Samaritans.

… What do you want to stay in our Village for? You have no regards for us and we have no Business Accommodating you.

John was one of the two (2) who said: Let us burn them up; let us call down Fire from Heaven like Elijah did and just burn them up.

But after God Breath on him on the “Day of Pentecost”; things changed – The same “Son of the Thunder” is the one who wrote: 1 John 4: 7-8.

John said: Brethren, let us Love one another. Love is of God and anyone who doesn’t Love doesn’t know God.

It is from his mouth that we heard that: God is Love.

Do you have a Member of your family that you considered his Case completely Useless? Someone you think that the devil has won completely?

Why don’t you Pray that God will Breath on such a fellow – Amen.

I know what He (God) did for me when He (God) Breathed on me.

Now, almost everyone who wants to talk about me in one way or the other will want to include one thing: Oh, he is a Humble Fellow.

They should have known me before He Breathed on me – When I entered into a Place and I want to introduce myself.

In other to attract attention (I was just a Student at the University of Nigeria Nsukka – Enugu State in Nigeria).

I will start by saying: Here you meet from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (Located in Enugu State Nigeria); Department of Mathematics.

… And by the time I have said that: They will Pay attention – It is then I will mentioned my name so that they won’t forget.

But when He Breathed on me and things Changed!

So, your Prayer No 4 will be: Father, Please Breathe on me and Breathe on my Family.

And if there is anyone Particularly in your Family that you want to include his or her name – You mentioned the name of that fellow.

… Breathe on me, Breathe on my Family and reverse the Irreversible!

5. His Breath makes a Way where there is None before.

Exodus 14: 21-28 – When the Almighty God Breathed on the Red Sea; the Red Sea Parted.

Oh Yes, it is true that Moses lifted up his hands but it was God who caused the East Wind to blow.

And when Moses was singing about what happened later on in Exodus 15:8; he says: He Breath on the water and the water flows.

… His Breath can freeze the water.

And then of course, you remembered when Moses lifted up his hands in the other direction and the waters returned.

As soon as the Breath of God was withdrawn; the “Frozen Water” melted and drowned all the enemies – Exodus 15: 9-10.

When you ask God to Breathe on you; it is not just to make a Way for you where there is None before – That one is very important!

But I’m sure that you knew that what happened at the Red Sea is to make the Victory, the Deliverance to the children of Israel Permanent.

If the Red Sea had not opened for them; they would have been Captured and taken back to Bondage.

But God Breathed – He made a Way where there is No Way and He put a Seal on the Deliverance of His People.

So, when Breathed on you, it can be to make a Way for you where there is No Way before and it can be to make your Victory Permanent!

So, your Prayer No 5 will be: Breathe on me Oh God and make a Way for me where there was No Way before and make my Victory Permanent.

6. You know one of the Great Wonder of God’s Breath is that it Empowers – It gives Divine Power to the Person that has been Breathed upon.

There is a Passage in the Bible that I’m sure most of us know but Probably didn’t Pay attention to.

John 20: 21-23 – When the Lord rose from the dead and the Disciples were hurdled together in a room.

And He (Jesus Christ) came to visit them without having to open the door because He is the Door Himself – He Breath on them and said: Receive Ye the Holy Ghost.

… He Breathed on them!

In Acts 1:8; He says: Ye shall receive Power when the Holy Ghost is come upon you.

But He has Breath on them. He has already said to them: Receive Power – The Power was already Potential in them.

It was as if when He Breathed on them: They conceived, they became Pregnant with Power and all that remained was that the Power to be Ignited.

And when the Ignition was to happen; in Acts 2: 1-4 – When they were together again in one accord; suddenly there was a Sound of a Rushing Mighty Wind.

… Another Breathing came and then “Cloven Tongues” of Fire came and sat on each and everyone of them.

… Suddenly, as we will say in Mathematics: The Potential became the Kinetics.

The Power that was already Breathing on them caught fire and they began to speak with “Other Tongues” as the Holy Spirit gave Utterances.

When He Breathes on you; suddenly the Power to fulfill your Destiny become released.

Because in Luke 5: 1-11; it has been told Peter that he will become a “Fisher of Men” but for more than three (3) Years; he didn’t win a Single Soul.

But when the Holy Spirit Breathed on him (On the “Day of Pentecost”); he Preached a Single Sermon and won three thousand (3,000) Souls – Acts 2:41.

There was no looking back from that moment onwards – He just kept on fulfilling his Destiny.

When I became Born Again; I wanted to Witness to all those that are considered Precious to me.

And one of those People, very Precious to me was my Head of Department (HOD) of my Department of Mathematics – The Late Professor Chike Obi of Blessed Memory.

I just love him because when we were very Young; when you talk of Mathematics; he was the one we all looked forward to – He was our Role Model even when we were still in the Secondary School.

Then by work of Destiny; we met and he became my Head of Department (HOD) and I was there at the University of Lagos Lecturing.

When I became a Christian and I wanted to Witness to him (Prof Chike Obi); he was such a Good Man. He must not go to Hell, he must be with me in Heaven.

So, every Sunday, I will make up my Mind – First (1st) thing on Monday, I’m going to Preach to my Beloveth Head of Department (HOD)

But then, the Monday morning will come; I will go boldly into his Office and when I say: Good Morning sir – The way he will answer me: Good Morning, all my boldness will disappeared and I will run to my office ashamed of myself.

… Ah, God help me!

Then one day; God Breathed on me and I was Baptized in the Holy Spirit – And everything Changed.

Next time, I said: Good Morning and he (Prof Chike Obi) said: Good Morning.

I said: Yes sir – I have something important to tell you.

Because when He Breathed on you; He gives you the Power to begin to fulfill your Destiny.

So, your Prayer No 6 will be: Father, Please Breathe on me, empower me to fulfill my Destiny – Amen.

Let me Conclude: For those of you who are yet to surrender your Life to Jesus Christ; let me remind you that you owe your “Every Breath” to the Almighty God.

That you are still Breathing today is at His Pleasure.

He can recall your Breath at anytime because He gave it to you.

And if you think that you are a “Big Man”; a “Big Woman”; there is nobody like you – Just remembered that the moment the Breath leaves your body; you become “Ordinary Dust”.

Oh, your Loving wife will not spend another night with you on the Bed if you die.

And the same thing goes for your Husbands who Worships you.

Before, He withdraws that Breath which He gave to you; maybe it might be a Good Idea if you surrender your Life to Him now.

You see: The Bible in 2 Corinthians 6:2; He said:Today, is the “Day of Salvation”.

Why? – Because tomorrow might be too late.

I tell you one more Story – Probably you have heard it before.

A very Great Chief – One of the High Chief in a Particular Town (Now, I won’t mention the name) – Came back from the office, sat down at the Table eating Pounded Yam.

For one reason or the other; the Pounded Yam went to the “Wrong Way” and he started to Choke.

They rushed him to the Hospital but before he arrived, he was dead.

Because a man can do without Breathing for only a certain number of minutes

ALTAR CALL

You are still Breathing my Brother; you are still Breathing my Sister – You better take this opportunity and surrender your Life to Jesus Christ.

I will be willing to Pray for you now if you will say: Jesus Christ, Please save my Soul – Before the Breath get out of my body; before I become “Ordinary Dust” again. Save my Soul so that I can begin to live my Life for You.

If you will bow your heads now wherever you are now or reading now on the Label of DMC; and Call on Him for Salvation – I will join with you in Prayers now.

So, if you want to surrender your Life to Jesus Christ; Please bow your heads and begin to cry unto Him for the Salvation of your Soul.

Please, all those of you who are Listening or reading now on the Label of DMC; who are already Saved – Kindly intercede for those who are just surrendering their lives to Jesus Christ.

Intercede that the One who saved your Soul will save their own Souls before it is too late.

Call the Almighty God – That God should save their Souls today.

Thank You Father.

PRAYER OF SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER

And Father Almighty; we want to bless Your Name.

We want to give You all Glory and Honour for the Words that has gone forth again today.

We Thank You for keeping all of us alive to hear this Message.

And we are crying to You for all those who are surrendering their lives to you today – Thank You for keeping them alive till this moment.

Now, as they are crying to you for Salvation; Please Father save their Souls, Forgive all their sins, write their names in the “Book of Life” and let them spend the rest of their lives serving you.

Thank You my Father and my God.

And Lord God Almighty; all Your children who will be crying to You today; asking on You to Breath on them – Father, Please Breath on us all.

We are Nothing without You – If He will Breath on you; You will become something of Eternal Value – Breathe on us Oh Lord

Some of us are tired, some of us are almost “Giving Up” – Father, Breath on us and revive us.

Some of us; who are almost like a “Living Corpse” – So many Parts of our bodies are already dead; the doctors said that: There is Nothing they can do about it.

But if You will Breath on us Lord; we will resurrect – Father Breath on us.

Every Projects that is dead; Father Breath on them Lord.

Every Ambition that is dead; Father Breathe on them Lord.

My Father and my God; You are the Only One who can reverse the Irreversible – If you will Breathe on us, the Irreversible in all our lives will be reversed. Father, Please Breath on us.

If You will Breathe on us Lord; there will be a Way where there seems to be No Way before and our Victory will be Complete – Father, Please Breathe on us.

If You will Breathe on us; we will be Empowered to fulfill our Destinies. Father, Please Breathe on us.

Answer all our Prayers and we will give You all the Glory.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

PRAISE THE LORD – HALLELUJAH!!!

OPENING PRAYER

Father, You are Worthy to be Praise, You are Worthy to be Glorified because there is no one like You – You are the Almighty, You are the Most High.

All Power belongs to You, You can do and undo. It is the one that You kills that will die; the one You choose to keep alive, nobody can kill.

We Worship You.

We Thank You for January, We Thank You for February, We Thank You for March, We Thank You for April, We Thank You for May, We Thank You for June, We Thank You for July, We Thank You for August, We Thank You especially for our Past Convention; Thank You for bringing us into the Month of September.

Father, Please accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Ancient of Days, as Your children are gathering all over the world to Thank You today; Please accept our Thanks, do something Special, do something Great.

We have come to Worship You my Father and my God; Please be Present in our midst.

And everything that will cause us to rejoice even for the rest of the Year; my Father and my God give to us today.

As for Your children who has been Faithful over the Years in their Offerings and in their Tithe; this Month in Particular surprise them all. Bless them beyond their wildest imaginations. Show them that You are the Almighty God and that You are the All Sufficient God.

Please Lord, before the end of the Service today; let Your children have cause to shout Hallelujah.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Well let someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

We will continue our discussions on the Wonders of God.

Like I told you; we couldn’t finish everything about: The Wonders of God during the Convention.

As a matter of fact; it is impossible to exhaust all the “Wonderful Things” about our God.

But today; we want to talk about: THE WONDERS OF HIS WORSHIP.

I know that this is a Thanksgiving Sunday – The Sermon is supposed to be brief so that you can have Plenty of time to rejoice and Praise Him.

But I believed that the Wonders of His Worship is so important that I’m going to take my time.

This likely to be a Bible Study and you will see the reason why before we finish.

BIBLE TEXT: JOHN 4: 19-24

19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a Prophet.

This is the Samaritan Woman that came to fetch water and met Jesus Christ there and they were talking.

20 Our fathers worshipped in this Mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the Place where men ought to worship.

21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this Mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.

22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for Salvation is of the Jews.

23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the True Worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in Truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him.

24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.

I feel led of the Holy Spirit to take my time this morning like I said and talk to you about: The Wonders of His Worship.

You see; basically speaking, there are seven (7) Ways that a Human Being can relate to God Verbally – Seven (7) Ways:

1. You can relate to God by Murmuring; by Complaining; by telling Him: Why are You doing like this to me?

Exodus 16: 9-20 tells us that: After God brought out the children of Israel out of Egypt, took them through the Red Sea – That is having Performed all manners of Miracles in Egypt to compel Pharaoh to let them go.

All of a sudden, they began to complain, they began to murmur – Oh, we remembered when we were in Egypt, when we have Plenty of food to eat. Now, He has brought us into this wilderness to kill us with hunger.

Murmuring is you complaining about God, forgetting what He has done for you in the Past.

… Nobody, likes that kind of attitudes.

And when you murmur against God; He hears you and He could be Pretty angry if you murmur.

In 1 Corinthians 10:10; the Bible warns: Don’t you ever murmur against God because those who did it in the Past were destroyed.

You murmur if you forget all that God had done for you.

… You think that He hasn’t done enough; Please consider what He had done.

Several years ago, I visited Egypt for the first time – I was invited to come and Preach.

And when the man who invited me – That was before we started our Church there; took me round and said that there is one Place that I must visit. I don’t know if the Place is still there or they have done something about it.

It is a Place called: “The City of the Dead” – I was eager to see it.

And he took me to the Place where they buried all those who died during the Second (2nd) World War – Massive Places, Graves upon Graves upon Graves.

And over the Graves then o, I’m not talking of now, I don’t know what the situation is now; there are “Little, Little Tents” made from some Plastic materials.

He said to me: What you see there are accommodations for some People – That once a Year, when relatives of those who were buried there wants to come to visit their relatives; they will Pack their “Little Tent” and move out of the way in the morning so that the relatives can come.

As soon as the relatives are gone; they are back – Sleeping on the slabs over the Graves.

That day, I Thank God that I might be living in just one (1) room in Mushin (A Low Earner City in Lagos State Nigeria) – Which was where I was living at that time but at least it is not in the graveyard.

Please, don’t complain against God – Count your Blessings: Count them one by one and it will amaze you what God had done.

2. You could relate to God by Querying Him.

… By issuing Him a Query – This time, you are not complaining but just Querying God.

And many at times; we query Him when we find ourselves in a situation and it appears as if He is not caring.

In Mark 4: 35-41; the Disciples were in a Storm and the Lord was sleeping and the boat was being filled with water.

And one (1) of the Disciples went to Him and said: Lord, carest not thou that we Perished?

That is a Query! – God don’t you at least know that you should care for Your own?

In case you are looking at yourself this morning and you believed that there are Queries you want to Present to God – I want to assure you that He cares for you!

Because 1 Peter 5: 6-7 says: Just cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you.

Oh, yes I knew that there are occasions when the Storm may be tough and it appears if God is not even anywhere near. It may appear that if He is aware at all He is sleeping – He cares for you!

… Just be sure that He cares for you!

One of the reasons why you are sure that He cares for you is that: You are still alive now – It is not everybody who started the New Year that is still around.

… He cares for you!

Oh, I know that it is not everybody who started the New Year who is still Alive – How come that one of my People or Relatives died?

… Only those whose time has come will die this Year.

And it doesn’t matter what will kill anybody – When your time comes, you will die. It doesn’t have to be “Coronavirus”; it can be Motor Accident.

… When your time comes; you will go but He cares for you!

Let me assure you of one thing: If the mother of Judas Iscariot had known what her son will become; she would have been glad if that fellow died at childbirth.

So, don’t think that God doesn’t know what He is doing – He knows!

3. You can ask Him a Question.

Now, there is difference between a Question and a Query.

A Question is something that you ask when you want to know – You just need information.

I mean when I was a very Young Christian – I asked Questions coming from the background of a Mathematician.

Oh mine, I asked Questions but they were not Queries.

I had Questions to ask God that I dared not even ask my Pastors – If I had asked them, they Probably would have thrown me out of the Church.

But God knew that: This is a boy who wants to know more about Me.

So, when I asked Him the Questions, He generously gave me the Answers.

For example in 2 Kings 2: 9-15 – After Elijah disappeared and dropped his Mantle.

Elisha Picked the Mantle, rolled it together, went to River Jordan, smote it on the River Jordan and asked: Where is the Lord God of Elijah?

… He wanted to know – It was a Question and not a Query.

He wanted to know: Will You the God of my father be my Father? Will You answer me like You answered my father?

… That was a “Legitimate Question”; that is not a Query.

And then God of course answered him and say: Boy, I’m here!

From time to time; you may ask God: God, where are You?

I used to laugh – When I was very young; when my mother will look up to Heaven and say: God, I don’t know where your face is?

I didn’t understand what she was talking about – You want to see His Face and you are looking towards Heaven? What direction should you look?

Elisha said: Where is the Lord God of Elisha?

And He answered: I’m still on My Throne; I’m still in Charge. As I was with your father, so I will be with you.

If you ask Him a Question because you wanted to know; He will Answer you!

4. This is that: You can CALL on Him.

… That is what many of you call a Prayer!

And He says that it is okay to Call on Him.

In Jeremiah 33:3; He says: Call on Me and I will answer you.

… He encourages Calling – Particularly, when you need Help.

Matthew 14: 23-33 for instance – When Jesus Christ told the Disciples to go to the Other Side, that He will join them and He went to the Mountain to Pray.

By the time He came down from the Mountain; all the boats had left and He decided to fulfill His Promise.

The only thing to do now is to walk on water to go and join the Disciples.

And then when the Storm came (You know the Story); they saw Him walking on the water, they thought it must be a Spirit and He told them it is I (Jesus) – Be not afraid.

And Peter said: Lord, if it is You, bid me to come to You?

And the Lord said: Come!

And he stepped out of the boat and began to walk towards Jesus Christ.

But the Bible said said that when he saw the wind boisterous, he saw the wind blowing, he saw the Storm – He said: What have I done Peter? Who are you to be walking to sink.

He called for Help.

Anytime you cry to God for Help; He will Help you – Amen.

5. You can relate to God through Thanksgiving.

Psalms 100:4 says: You should enter His Gate with Thanksgiving in your hearts.

What is Thanksgiving?

That is when you are relating to God considering what He had done before for you.

When you are showing Him appreciations for what He had done for you as an Individual.

Luke 17: 12-19; the Bible tells us that the Lord healed ten (10) Lepers who has called for Help and one (1) came back to show his appreciations (Thanksgiving).

And the Lord appreciated what he had done and disapproved of the nine (9) others who didn’t come back to say Thank You.

Thanksgiving is very, very Acceptable to God.

As a matter of fact; the Bible says: Don’t ever ener into His Gates without Thanksgiving in your heart.

6. And then of course: Another way is Praise.

Oh, is Praise different from Thanksgiving?

… Oh, Yes it is!

Praise is what you give to Him for His Achievements – For what He has done not necessarily for you but what He has done generally.

… His Achievements!

Psalms 100:4 says: You enter His Gates with Thanksgiving but as you get closer to Him; as you enter His Courts now then you Switch over to Praise.

In Exodus 15:1 – When the children of Israel had crossed the Red Sea; the Bible says that: Moses sang a Song.

And what was the beginning of the Singing?

He said: Ah, our God has Triumph Gloriously; the Horses and the Riders He had drowned in the Sea.

Now, he is talking about the Achievements of the Most High God.

… And God loves Praises – He appreciates Thanksgiving; He loves Praises.

Psalms 50: 23 says: He that offereth Praise, Glorifies Me.

7. But then the Highest of them all is Worship.

So, we started from Murmuring (Complaining); we moved to Query and then Question (And things began to get back).

We moved from Question to Prayer and then Thanksgiving and then to Praise and finally Worship.

You see: Worship is so crucial to God that you found in the Bible Text that we read in John 4: 23-24; that God Himself looks for Worshippers – He seeks them out!

Now, what is Worship?

Worship is not Thanking Him (God) for what He had done for you; Worship is not Thanking Him (God) for His Achievement – Worship is telling Him (God) who He is.

Jesus Christ told the woman: You don’t even know the One who you are Worshipping but we know who we Worship.

The Question this morning is: Do you know who you are Worshipping?

This is where I’m going to spend some time so that the next time you Worship God; you will know who you are Worshipping.

… I want to remind you: Who are you Worshipping?

That is why: When the Choir gets together; they want to do what we call: Praise and Worship.

You find out that when they are singing Choruses; they will be singing and dancing – That is Praise.

If it gets to “Real Worship”; if you really, really get to “Real Worship” – Then God Himself will draw near and if He draws near you; you know what? Your Head will swell.

You have never been in a Place of “True Worship” without getting very close to tears because He Himself (The Almighty Himself) will come near.

And you search the Scriptures:even when an Angel Passes by you; your hair (The hair on your head) will stand up not to talk of when the Almighty Himself draws near.

… Tell Him who He is; let Me help you a little.

Genesis 17:1 – That was the first (1st) time God introduced Himself and He called Himself: THE ALL SUFFICIENT ONE.

Hey, you cannot be remembering the fact that you are dealing with the All Sufficient One and be able to complain – It is not Possible.

… You are dealing with the All sufficient One – The One who is More Than Sufficient.

Let me continue because of time:

1. Who is He that you are Worshiping?

Psalms 91:1 calls Him “THE MOST HIGH”.

I. The One who is Higher than the highest – Ecclesiastes 5:8.

II. The One who says: The Heaven is My Throne, the Earth is my Footstool.

You know; in my Tribe (Yoruba People – Located in the Western Part of Nigeria); when they begin to eulogise the King (The Traditional Ruler); they call him names that they don’t call “Ordinary People”.

But here is the King of kings Himself; here is the Lord of Lords Himself; here is the One whose Throne is Higher than all Thrones in the world; here is the One who can sit down in Heaven and Lockdown the whole world; here is the One who is so Mighty that He can reduce all the Science of the world to nothing.

… How I wish the whole world will know: Who is my God?

If there is anything at all that this Pandemic taught us – It should teach us that: The Highest Wisdom of Man is still Foolishness with God.

I wish that we will learnt that Lesson and learnt it very quickly.

The One who according to Daniel 4:25 – The One who is called: “The Most High”; who rules in the affairs of men, the One who decides who rules.

In my Native Tongue (Yoruba Language); they calls Him: “The Real King Maker” – The One who makes a King a King.

… If you say that you are a King; you own your Throne to His Pleasure.

2. Who is He that you are Worshipping?

Psalms 24:7 calls Him: “The King of Glory”.

What does that means?

Well, Glory is the opposite of Shame – And so when you call Him the King of Glory; you are talking about the One who has the ability:

I. To remove shames.

2 King 5: 1-14; the Bible described Naaman in very Glorious Terms and put a “But” on him.

… But he was a Leper – With all his achievements, with all his wealth, with all his fame – He was a Leper.

I’m yet to find a King, I’m yet to find a President, I’m yet to find a Head of State – Without a “But” except my King (The King of Glory Himself).

II. Not only can He remove shame; He can even turn shame to Glory.

I mean you know what He did to King Nebuchadnezzar?

Nebuchadnezzar at that time was Practically the King of the world.

He misbehaved to the One who controls the affairs of Kings and my Father ask him to go and eat grass as an animal for seven (7) Years.

But when, he (Nebuchadnezzar) realised the One who is Ruling in the affairs of Man; God restored him and he said: Majesty, Glory was even added to me.

… He is the One who can change shame to Glory!

In John 2: 1-11 – In the Wedding in Cana of Galilee; they ran out of wine and the beautiful wedding was going to end up in shame but the King of Glory was there.

And what would have been their shame, became their Testimony – Oh, People used to bring out the best wine first but your own wedding is Unique. You kept the “Best Wine” till the last.

They didn’t know that they were drinking water that has been interfered with by the King of Glory.

3. Who is He that you are Worshiping?

Psalms 24:10 calls Him: “The Lord of Hosts”.

In Exodus 15:4; Moses called Him the Man of War – He is not a Civilian.

Oh, He is very Gentle, He is very Kind, He is Love, He is Rich in Mercy but don’t ever mess with Him because He is the “Lord of Host”; He is the “Man of War”.

I. He is The Original General.

Oh, you don’t believed me; read Numbers 16: 23-34.

Some People messed up with Him – They messed up with His Servant and He caused them to be buried alive.

Because the biggest Problem of any General – Ask them: Is what do I do with the dead bodies of the enemies because it is a very Unpleasant work to bury enemies, to bury their bodies.

And if you don’t bury their dead bodies; they will stink and cause a Plague – So, you have to do so.

So, in the case of my Father – The Lord of Host does the whole thing at the same time.

It just asked the Ground to open and swallowed these People so that we won’t have to bother burying them.

II. He is The Original Admiral.

You don’t believed, well read: Exodus 14: 15-28.

When He drowned Pharaoh and his host in the Red Sea – The Idea is that: There will be no need to bother about burial.

… The fish will do the job.

You don’t believed me; He was the first One to manufactured a Submarine.

If you think that: That is a lie, ask Jonah and he will tell you.

We are talking about the Lord of Host who spoke to a fish: Swallow this man, keep him inside, don’t digest him – Just keep him there safe for three (3) days.

Then when God wanted to get him back to land; He said to the fish; He can’t swim; I want you to take him to the Beach before you vomit him.

… That is my God!

III. He is The Original Air Marshal – He is the first (1st) Person to throw bombs.

You don’t believed? – Read Joshua 10: 1-11.

The Bible tells us that the People that were slain by the bombs that God rained down were far, far more than those killed by Joshua with his sword.

Now, He is the “Lord of Hosts” – I used to think that means: He is the “Lord of Host” for the Angels until God showed me – No, No, No!

The Angels are the “Heavenly Host” and all the Soldiers on Earth are the “Earthly Host” and then all the demons are “Demonic Host”.

… He controls them all – All of them.

I. He sends demons on errands.

You don’t believed me; ask King Saul in 1 Samuel 16:14.

The moment the Spirit of God departed from King Saul; an evil Spirit “from the Lord” troubled him.

The devil went to Him and began to talk about Job – Saying: Is Job serving God for nothing? He said that because you have made an Hedge round him; I couldn’t touch him.

No devil can touch you without getting Permissions from God.

And God told the devil: This is how far you can go; you can’t go beyond your limits – I am your Maker, I am your Controller.

II. Oh, there are some People who will say: Well in that case: If God can send the devil to torment Job; then may be He will send the devil to torment the Christians – No, No, No!

Job was a servant of God; we are the children of God – Nobody Performs Experiments with his children.

Oh, several years ago – When I was living in Mushin (A Low Earner City in Lagos State, Nigeria) and some robbers were terrorising our Streets. And Policemen don’t want to go to Mushin (A Low Earner City in Lagos State, Nigeria) in those days.

Those of us there agreed that we will get together what we call Vigilante – That we will all assemble a little Army of our own.

Of the Army assembled; not one was a child of the People who Assembled the Army – Servants, Househelps.

… Everyone kept their own children at home. The Vigilante are servants.

God is not going to use you as Vigilante against the devil – You are His children!

The Bible says that: He will keep you like the Apple of His Own Eyes.

Because He controls all the Hosts: In Heaven, on Earth and Underneath the Earth; He is the Lord of Host!

III. And you know what: He is also called: “The Consuming Fire”.

Hebrews 12:29 says: Our God is a Consuming Fire.

Now, some of us feel: Why should I Worship a Consuming Fire?

Well, you can Worship Him as long as you don’t misbehave yourself.

If He loves you; He will tell you that there are Lines you don’t cross.

You know: When Moses was singing in Exodus Chapter 15; He said: God is Glorious in Holiness and Fearful in Praises.

… Even when you are Praising Him; you will still remembered that He is also “The Consuming Fire”.

A. You see: The beauty of “The Consuming Fire” is that: If He surrounds you; the enemies that tries to come near you will be consumed.

B. The Second (2nd) beauty is that: It is the kind of Fire that can consume anything.

In 1 Kings 18: 36-39; when the Fire of God fell on Mount Carmel; it consumed not just the Offerings, not just the wood – It consumed the Rock (Which is a Symbol for Hardship); it consumed the Water (Which is a Symbol of Sorrow/Tears); it consumed the Dust (Which is a Symbol of Sickness and Disease).

IV. And then: He is called: “The Lion of the Tribe of Judah”.

Revelation 5:5; He is called: “The Lion of the Tribe of Judah” – That is why when they threw Daniel into the den of lions in Daniel 6: 1 – end; He was able to tell the other lions: I am “The Original Lion” and all other lions kept quiet.

Let me round up: The Greatest Thing that you need to know about Him in Worshipping Him is that:

V. He gave His Own Name as: “I am that I am”.

When He was introducing Himself to Moses in Exodus 3: 11-15; He said: I am that I am.

What does that means – So many things?

A. It means: “I am” not “I was” – I am not an Ex King.

B. It means: “I am” not “I will be” – Whatever Promises that I am Making. It doesn’t mean when you vote me into Power – I will do it for you.

C. “I am” – Now, what “I am” – Today and it is what “I am” – Going to be tomorrow because tomorrow will become today.

“I am” always: “I AM”.

But that is not all because it brings us to the biggest beauty of it all:

D. “I am that I am” means: Whatever you call Me; that is what I will be to you.

You can Me The Most High; I will be The Most High to you.

You can Me The Almighty; I will be the Almighty to you.

You call Me The Lord of Host; then you are handling over your battles to Me.

You call Me The Consuming Fire; then you can go to bed at Night knowing fully well that there is a “Wall Of Fire” around you that no Witches or Wizards can fly through.

… Whatever you call Me; that is what I will be to you!

That is why today: When you want to Worship Him; Please do it thoroughly – As much as His Names that you can remember; as many of them that you remember – Call Him by that Name and Watch Him Act for you!

Thank Him for what He had done for you; Praise Him for all His Achievements but more than anything else; Worship Him, Call Him who He is.

ALTAR CALL

As for those of you who are yet to surrender your lives to Him:

You can only call Him: “My Father”; after you have given your Life to Him.

You can only Call Him: “My God”; when you have surrendered to Him.

You can only Call Him: “My Lord”; when you made up your Mind that for the rest of your Life – Whatever He asks you to do is what you will do.

But if you Call Him: “My Saviour” today; He will save your Soul.

So, before we go to Worship Him: Let us give you an opportunity to those of you who will want to come to Him and say: Lord Jesus; I believed before that You are a Good Man – Now, I know that you are not an “Ordinary Man”; You are my Lord, You are my Saviour.

I have heard about You that: You are a “Good Teacher”; I know that You are not an “Ordinary Teacher” – You are the Word, You are the Truth, You are the Way.

I come to You now; Please take over my Life.

Shall we bow our heads in Prayers?

Those of you who wants to give your Life to Jesus Christ: Call Him “My Lord” and He will become your Lord; Call Him “My King” and He will take over your Life and begin to arrange things.

Oh, Thank You Father.

Call on Him and say: Please save my Soul; let Your Blood wash away my sins. Take over my Life and I will serve you for the rest of my Life.

Thank You Father.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER

Ancient of Days; the Unchangeable Changer; the King of Kings; the Lord of Lords; the I am that I am – Glory be to Your Holy Name.

Thank You for Your Words and Thank You for those People who has decided that from this moments onwards – They want You to be their Saviour.

Please, save their Souls, forgive all their sins, write their names in the Book of Life, receive them into the Family of God.

And from now on; whenever they Call on You – Answer them by Fire.

As for Your children: As they begin to Worship You today – Worshipping You now and not just in Spirit but in Truth. Telling You who You are – My Father and my God, manifest Your Glory.

Let everyone of them go home today with a New and Mighty Collections of Miracles, Signs and Wonders in Jesus Name.

And Please Lord, as they Worship You – Draw near them.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Praise Ye the Lord – Hallelujah!

Make sure that you spend “Quality Time” Worshipping Him today and you can be sure that you won’t regret it – Amen.
