OPENING PRAYER

King of Kings and Lord of Lords; the Ancient of Days, the One who has been even before the Mountains were brought forth – We Worship You,

We Thank You very much for being our Father – Please, accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Tonight, as we gather together to dine with You, Father we Pray that in all our lives; You will do something Special.

At the end of it all, let Your Name be Glorified.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Well, let Someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

Shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and say: I’m happy to see you Child of God.

And then, you may Please be seated.

Today, we are considering the Theme of The RCCG International Youth Convention 2023; which is “ENLARGE”.

Let us open our Bibles to: 1 Kings 19: 4-8

4. But he himself (Talking of Elijah) went a day’s journey into the Wilderness, and came and sat down under a Juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.
5. And as he lay and slept under a Juniper tree, behold, then an Angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat.
6. And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again.
7. And the Angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.
8. And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the Strength of that meat forty Days and forty Nights unto Horeb the Mount of God.

When we talk about “Enlarge”, there are several definitions.

And I trust that by tomorrow (Friday, Day 5 of our RCCG IYC Convention and RCCG October 2023 HGS); when my children begin to Preach unto us, they will give us all the definitions that we can ever think of.

But tonight, let us take the definition of a Mathematician – To Enlarge means to “Make Bigger”.

Elijah started as an Activist.

In 1 Kings 17:1 – He just walked into the Palace of the King and told him: As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I Stand; there will be neither Rain nor Dew but according to my word. And he walked out.

He was a Young Man like you – Full of Passion for God. And he came before the King and Prophesy to him that there will be no Rain, no Dew until I decree it again.

We want to talk about: “ENLARGING YOIR INFLUENCE”.

This Man started like a Young Fellow – The King was not behaving himself Properly and just like any Activist; he confronted him.

Occasionally, we Youths has been called out by Activists to join them to criticise what the Government is doing – To carry Placards and make our feelings known.

But the Influence of Elijah increased:

1. He moved on as we find in 1 Kings 17: 8-16 – To become a Provider of Needs for a Poor Widow and her son.

So that during Famine, during Hard Times like we are Passing now; he became a Source of Supply to a family in Need.

I’m sure that if God were to ask you today that as a Young Man/Woman; which one will you rather be – An Anctivist or Someone who can just Supply the Needs?

If God were to ask you – Will you like to be one of those carrying Placards, Marching about Protesting or rather become so Wealthy that when you see People who were hungry, you don’t have to tell anyone – You just feed them.

Which will you Prefer?

2. The Influence of this Man continued in the same 1 Kings 17: 17-21 – When the son of the Widow died, Elijah had enough Anointing to raise the Dead.

When the son of the Widow died, the Widow was not crying to the King – Oh King, my child is Dead or Your Majesty, come and help me.

No, the Widow turned to Elijah and said: Look at me; I have a Problem as my child is Dead.

And Elijah raised the Dead!

If God were to ask you: Which one will you Prefer – Will you be made Somebody that is made “Bullet Proof” so that when you are out Protesting and the Police are Shooting, the bullets will bounce off you or will you rather Prefer to be Anointed to raise the Dead?

Which one will be your Choice?

3. The Influence of this Man grew from:

• An Activist to a Provider of Needs.
• To a Man who could raise the Dead.

Then it moved on to be a Man who could bring about a National Revival – You can read this in 1 Kings Chapter 18 as I don’t want to take too much of your time.

4. But then, he got to a Stage in his Life when he thought that – I think that I have gone high enough, I have done the Best that I can and I think that I better just go home and rest now because I haven’t seen much Improvements.

Then the Almighty God said to him – You are wrong as you can still come Higher still.

I can take you from being an Activist and turn you to a King Maker.

Come over and meet me at Horeb and I will tell you that from now on, you will be the one who will anoint the King of Syria and other Places.

… I want to turn you from being an Activist, confronting a King; to becoming the one who will make the King.

Because if you are the one who anointed the King, then the King will do whatever you say.

So, if you read further in 1 Kings 19: 15-17; the Almighty God said: Alright, I want you to go and anoint Hazael to be King over Syria and then Proceed further and anoint Jehu, the son of Nimshi to be King over Israel.

The one who is a King Maker is way above the one who is carrying Placards, crictising the King.

I was watching a Program on TV some days ago and I heard a Man saying – If all the Youths in this Nation forms a Political Party with the Agreement that it is only one Political Party for the Youth. And that whosoever we choose to be our Flagbearer, we will all Support.

There will be no Political Party that will be able to defeat them because the Youth in this Nation outnumbered the Old ones at least seven to three (7:3).

God says to Elijah: Let me Enlarge your Influence – Instead of you rebuking a King, become a Maker of Kings!

5. And then God went further and said: Let me Enlarge your Influence by giving you the Opportunity to secure your own Future.

Let me allow you to be the one who will anoint your Successor!

The Influence of Elijah began and you could called it Great as you can’t be an Ordinary Person to walk into the Palace of a King and just Prophesy to the King and just walk out like that.

Many of you are already Prophesying and Great.

But God is not joking with you when He choose for you the Theme: “ENLARGE”.

And as we will learn later tonight (DMC NOTES: During Plenary Session 10, tagged Session With The Father) and tomorrow (DMC NOTES: Friday, Day 5 of our RCCG IYC Convention and RCCG October 2023 HGS); the Almighty can make you far, far bigger than you are. (Watch Out for the Full Texst of both Sermons ONLY on the Label of DMC).

However, before Elijah travelled to that Level – Where he became a King Maker, and he became the one who choose Elisha; there was a Meal that God fed him with.

God told him that there is a Journey ahead and you have to travel forty (40) Days and forty (40) Nights to arrive.

Eat now because we will be Fasting soon – You will be Fasting for forty (40) Days and forty (40) Nights.

… That was what He (God) told Elijah o. And that may be what He is telling Someone here too now or reading now on the Label of DMC.

You want to be Great, you want to Enlarge – And God is going to grant your Request (Amen).

But I’m here tonight as your daddy to share a Secret with you before you eat the Holy Communion so that you will know that the Meal of tonight is not a “Ordinary Meal” but a Meal to Prepare you!

As a Younger Christian – I’m still Young as I’m just 81 years Old. Moses began his Ministry at the age of 80 years Old.

As a Younger Christian, I spoke to God because I told Him that I don’t want to be a Pastor but He insisted and won.

So, I told Him that I don’t want to be Ordinary – I don’t want to be an “Ordinary Christian”; I don’t want to be an “Ordinary Pastor”. So, if you want me to be who you want me to be; I want to at least do the works that Jesus Christ did and do Greater Works.

Because He Promise in John 14:12 – Greater Works than this shall ye do.

And the Lord said no Problem – It is just that we start with what Jesus Christ started.

And what did He start?

He Fasted for forty (40) Days and forty (40) Nights before He Performed His First Miracle.

And I’m telling you that at that time, the only time I ever Fasted was on a Good Friday – And that Fast was from Morning till 12 Noon. And by 10am, I was already checking the Clock.

Forty (40) Days and forty (40) Nights? He said, well you are the one who said that you want to do what Jesus Christ did and you want to do Greater Works. So, let’s start where He started.

I almost said: Lord, don’t worry. I will do whatever I can.

But my Mathematical Brain came in- It says what is your Problem? You don’t get a PhD in Mathematics in one Day?

If there is anything you learnt in Mathematics; it is that:

• You start from the Known to the Unknown.
• You start from Simple Equation to Simultaneous Equation, then to Quadratic Equation, and then to Exponential Equation et cetera et cetera.

So I started with three (3) Days and three (3) Nights – And I’m telling you that it was like three (3) Months.

But after sometimes, three (3) Days and three (3) Nights; every Month became a joke and so I moved on to five (5) Days and then seven (7) Days; until we get to forty (40) Days and forty (40) Nights – Not once, not twice; even on one occasion two times in one year.

Because we want to talk about Enlarge! Enlargement is no joke.

All the Teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ as I told you before is Simply Summarised in “Nothing goes for Nothing”.

You want to Enlarge, you want to be Great – There is a Price to Pay!

But before we begin to talk about the Price et cetera et cetera, shall we eat first!

The Almifhty God said to my friend Elijah – Ear, Drink; because the Journey is far.

ALTAR CALL

But before we come forward to eat and drink, if you are not yet a “True Child” of the Living God, maybe you better come now because the Journey is far.

And if the Journey is far for those of us who are already Christians, you can imagine how far it will be for you if you are not one of His Own because He is the One who will Supply the Strength.

So, if you are here and you are not sure of your Salvation, you better run forward now as I will count from one (1) to five (5) – Come and Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ because Enlargement is going to require the “Absolute Support” of the Almighty God Himself.

So, I’m counting now!

Those of us who has already come forward and those of us on the way – Cry unto the Lord and say: Lord, this is a serious business; save my Soul Lord as I’m going to need you on the way to the Top. Please, come into my Life so that I will be able to fulfill the Conditions for Enlargement.

And the rest of us, let us Stretch our hands towards these People and Pray for them – That the One who has saved our Souls will save their own Souls also. Ask God to give these People Absolute Genuine Salvation and not a fake one.

Thank You Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

PRAYER FOR SALVATION

My Father and my God, I want to Thank You for Your Words and I want to Thank You for these People who has come forward to Surrender their lives to You.

Father, Please remember Your Promise that whosoever will come unto You, You will no wise cast out.

These Your Children has come to You now – Please receive them in Jesus Name; kindly save their Souls, let Your Blood wash away their sins and let them become Genuine Children of the Living God.

And from now on, anytime they cry unto You; Please answer them by Fire.

And Lord, qualify them for Enlargement.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

ADMINISTRATION OF THE HOLY COMMUNION

Now, the Elders has a saying – They say that: It is whatever the bird had eaten that the bird uses to fly.

When you come to the Holy Communion Service, you are coming to a Very Special Meal indeed.

You are coming to eat a Meal that is Symbolic of the Body and the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.

You eat these things with Faith, and you eat it worthily. You are Living a Life of Holiness, you have no Bitterness against any of your Brothers/Sisters.

You will then be able to say with Boldness that Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.

The Enablement to soar, to fly above Mountains, to go that forty (40) Days to the Mount of Horeb will suddenly become available.

So, Please Check – Are you sure that there is no quarrel between you and God; no quarrel between you and your fellow Brother/Sister?

Then you can come forward by Faith and eat the Bread and drink the Wine – And your Journey to Enlargement will begin.

When you are served the Bread, as soon as I give the go ahead; you eat.

And the Prayer you Pray is just a Prayer of Thanksgiving – Thank You Lord for the Body that was Broken for me.

Because I know that from now on, I will have the Strength for the Journal ahead.

When they serve you the Wine, as usual you hold on to the cup until you have all been served and then I will tell you how to Pray when we drink the Wine.

The Lord Jesus Christ; the very Night in which He was betrayed took the Bread and when He has given Thanks, He broke it saying: Take, Eat; this is my Body broken for you; do this in Remembrance of Me.

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit – Amen!

Thank You Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Shall we Please Stand!

When you drink the Wine, your cry to God tonight will be that He will give you the Strength so that you till you reach the Highest; you will never know Tiredness.

The Bible says that Elijah went in the Strength of that Meal for forty (40) Days and forty (40) Nights to go and meet with the Most High God.

You will Pray with all your Hearts tonight – That Father, as I drink this Wine, the Strength to keep going Higher and Higher till I meet You Face to Face; release unto me.

After the same manner also; He took the Cup when He has sup, saying: This Cup is the New Testament in my Blood, Please do ye as oft as you drink it in Remembrance of Me.

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit – Amen!

Thank You Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

DADDY GO DECREES

The Almighty God will grant your Requests, you will finish well, you will finish Strong and you will reach your Top.

So, shall it be. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

We will remain in an Attitude of Worship.

You will sit down, pass your cups to the aisles so that the Ushers will quickly collect.

THANKSGIVING

And then, you take your Thanksgiving Offering to the One who allowed His Body to be Broken so that you can be Healthy and Strong; the One who shed His Blood for us.

We just want to say Thank You as we can’t Pay for what He did.

And if you are Grateful, then we can expect Him to do more.

With Joy in our hearts, we will Stand Up and lift it to the Almighty God and ask for something Special, something to mark this Particular Month – A Night never to be Forgotten.

So, go ahead for one Minute or two Minutes and just lift the Offerings to Him and ask for something Special that you want from Him.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Now, you will dance to the nearest basket, drop your Offerings and then rejoice with your Brothers/Sisters because we will make it to Heaven together.

Over to you Band!

CLOSING PRAYER

And so Father, we bless Your Name – Thank You because our Journey to the Top has started.

Accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Father, Please bless the Offerings of Your Children, Sanctify it, use it for Your Glory.

And in every facets of our lives Father, Enlarge us.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

And let Someone shout a Living Hallelujah – Hallelujah.
