BIBLE TEXT: JOHN 9:1-7
Well, let somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.
A Prophet of God has already spoken; my own duty is to just Bless you now.
But I want to give you the basis for the Blessing.
First of all, let me tell you: I am very happy to be here tonight.
It’s quite a long time since we came here to hold a Crusade like this.
But in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, we would be back – Amen.
And it would not take very long – Amen.
I want to salute all my Brothers and Sisters on the Altar here;
The God you have come to honour would honour you – Amen.
John 9:1-7
1 And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.
2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?
3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
6 When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,
7 And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.
THE PROBLEMS OF THE MAN IN JOHN 9:1-7
There is a Man in the Passage (John 9:1-7) – This Man had many Problems:
- He had a Problem that Could Not be Hidden.
Because he was a Blind Man, anybody could see him from a distance that he had a Problem.
There are some of us here tonight, inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC – We have Problems that we cannot hide.
- Some of us by now should be married and are not yet married.
- Some of us have been married a long time and up till now no children.
- Some of us, in our Places of work, we have not had Promotions a long time.
… We have Problems we cannot hide.
But there is Someone called “The Light of the World”.
He came the way of this Blind Man and that Problem disappeared.
Tonight, that Problem(s) that you can’t hide is going to disappear – Amen.
Not only did he have a Problem that he could not hide;
- The Problem started even before he was born.
… He was blind from inside his Mother’s womb.
There are many of us here today, inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC – We have Problems that have been there even before we were born.
A woman came to us – Thirty three (33) years old and was bed-wetting.
We were going to Pray for her to get a New Bladder; but she said, daddy before you Pray, “my mother was also a bed wetter. And my grandmother was a bed wetter.” The Problem had been in the family.
There are some of us here today, inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC – Our Problems have been in the family.
But because you are here today, inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC:
Those Problems that have been in your Life from the day you were born, they are going to disappear – Amen.
- This Man had a Problem that everybody was talking about.
… The Disciples of Jesus Christ were talking about his Problem.
There are some of us here today, inclusive those reading now on the Label of DMC – When People want to describe us, they use our Problems to describe us.
But today, the Almighty God is going to do a New Thing – Anen.
Those who have been mocking us before are the People who would say, “we know him, we know her. He had this Problem, she had this Problem;”
… But the Problem is gone – Amen!
Your Testimony would not be hidden – Amen.
- This Man had just one touch from the One who is called “The Light of the World”
One (1) touch and everything Changed! – Everything became New:
- His Poverty disappeared.
- His Sorrow disappeared.
- His Dispair disappeared.
- His Mockery came to an end.
You are going to do something by Faith tonight, inclusive those of you who are reading now on the Label of DMC:
If you have your Mobile Phone with you, I want you to switch the Light On.
You are going to raise it to the Almighty God and you are going to Pray with all your Heart.
PRAYER POINTS
- Cry out loud and clear and say JESUS; Thou Light of the world, touch me with Your Light right now.
Go ahead, cry to the Almighty God: Just one (1) Touch – that is what I am asking for. Touch me with Your Light.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
That Man received just one (1) Touch and it affected everything:
- He was barren and lonely before, he became Fruitful.
- He was Poor, and he had a Breakthrough.
- Lift that torch up again and cry to Him and say LORD JESUS; Thou Light of the world, Touch my Body, my Soul, my Spirit.
Touch my Business; Touch my Finances, Touch my Business. Touch everything Pertaining to me.
Go ahead, talk to the Almighty God: Touch my Marriage, my Ministry, my Church, my Place of Work.
Touch my Village, my Town, my State, my Country, Touch everything Oh LORD.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
… And then you are going to Pray one more Prayer with all your Heart:
- Say Father; Thank You for giving me Your Light. Don’t let my Light ever go out.
Go ahead, talk to the Almighty God.
Thank You Father.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
I am going to Pray for you – Please, let your ‘Amen’ show that you believe.
CLOSING PRAYER
In the Name of Jesus, the Light of God will Shine on you!
It will Shine on your Body, Shine on your Soul, Shine one your Spirit
The Light of God will Shine on your Business, Shine in your Family, Shine in your Finances.
It will Shine in your Village, Shine in your Town, Shine in your State and in your Country.
You would never know Poverty again.
You would never know Sorrow again.
God would Silence your Mockers.
Your Testimony would not be hidden.
It shall be well with you!
And your Light will never go out.
Your Light will never go out!
So shall it be!
In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Now, there is one (1) more Prayer you are going to Pray.
But before you Pray that Prayer, I want you to Wave that Light.
Wave the light – Let’s make the devil mad.
No more Darkness (repeatedly)!!!
In Kaduna, no more Darkness!
In Nigeria, no more Darkness!
In your Homes, no more Darkness!
In your Churches, no more Darkness!
In your Places of Work, no more Darkness!
Let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.
Now your last Prayer: Lift the Light up and shout unto the Lord;
Say Father; from now on, let me Shine for You.
Go ahead, talk to the Almighty God: From now on, wherever I go, let me Shine for You!
