GENERAL PRAYERS
- As long as Jesus Christ is Alive; your tomorrow will be alright – Because He lives, we can face tomorrow.
Let’s go ahead and give Him Praise and give Him Honour because He lives forever.
Praise Him, Magnify His Holy Name because He is Alive and you can face tomorrow.
Give Him Glory, Honour and Adoration. Bless the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords; Worship Him, Adore Him.
We Thank You Lord because You are Alive – You are Alive, You are on Your Throne; tomorrow will be alright because You live.
Thank You Almighty God; Blessed be Your Holy Name.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have given Thanks – Amen!
- Let’s Call on Him for all fathers, all mothers, all brothers, all sisters and all children – All family Members all over the world.
And say: Father, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, let Your Ressurrection Power work for every Members of our family.
Go ahead and talk to the Lord.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
- And with all your Heart, let us cry to Him once more and say: Father, have Mercy on Nigeria.
Open your mouth and cry to the Almighty God.

OPENING PRAYER
Almighty God – The One who lives forever. The One who is, the One who was, the One who is to come, the Almighty.
The One who never grows Old, the Lord of Host, the One who has never lost a war, the One who will never loss a war, the One who is rich in Mercy; the All Sufficient God, the Unchangeable Changer – Glory be to Your Holy Name.
Thank You for January, Thank You for February, Thank You for March and Thank You for April – Glory be to Your Holy Name.
Thank You because our tomorrow will be alright; Thank You because the devil has lost the battle.
Accept our Worship in Jesus Name.
Today my Father and my God, we are Praying for every Members of our family – Fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, uncles, aunties, children; everyone of us Lord, show us Mercy.
Be Merciful to us, be Merciful to our Church, be Merciful to our Nations.
And Lord, all Your Children who has been Faithful in the Payment of their Tithes and Giving of their Offerings; beyond measures, bless them.
In their lives my Father and my God; put an end to Poverty.
Even while others might be crying that there is not enough; I Pray that Your Children will have More Than Sufficient.
In this Month in Particular (April 2024); in the lives of everyone of us; Lord let there be Mighty Testimonies.
Have Mercy on Nigeria and let Your Name be Glorified.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Now, let Someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!
Shake hands with one (1) or two (2) and tell them – My Saviour is Alive.
And then, you may Please be seated – God Bless You!
Isaiah 40:28-31:
- Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the Earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of His Understanding.
- He giveth Power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth Strength.
- Even the Youths shall faint and be weary, and the Young Men shall utterly fall:
- But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their Strength; they shall mount up with Wings as Eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Wnether the devil likes it or not, it is going to be well with you – Amen!
This Morning, we want to talk very briefly on: “RENEWED LIKE THE EAGLE”.
The Eagle is a very Special Bird:
According to Scientists, when the Eagles feels old, it will look for a very High Mountain and find a corner there. And one by one on its own, it will Pluck out the feathers and becomes naked.
It will strike his beak upon the rock there until the old beak drops off; waiting for a New one to take its Position.
DMC NOTES: A Beak is the hard, Pointed Structure sticking out from a bird’s face. The word beak refers to the bill on a bird, which Protrudes from the face and is used for eating, Grooming, and Pecking.
It will stay there until the feather grows again.
And during this Period for waiting for a New feather to grow; a New beak comes out too – And it will become like a New Bird: Strong, Healthy and looking Young.
You know that Scientists have discovered that you can renew your Age by Fasting!
That Fasting has a very Great Advantage as it makes you Younger – You looks Younger after a Fast.
Infact, they conducted an Experiment some years ago – They got two sets of mice; kept one group in a Compartment and the other Group on another Compartment.
Those in one Compartment, they were feeding them only once in two days – They feed them today, tomorrow they starve them without food, third day they will give them food. And they continued like that for a while,
The other Group, they feed them fat everyday – They ate am much as they could.
Then they injected rat Poison into both set of rats:
Before the night, all the rats that were feeding fat had died without exception.
Seven (7) days later, the only Sign that they saw on the rats that has been Fasting was that there was a Yellow Colour in their Tails – Everyone of them survived it and they didn’t even fall sick.
It was only the Yellow Colour in their Tail that shows that rat Poison was also applied.
So, when you hear People Protesting that I asked you to Fast regularly; just smile – It looks as if this Old Man knows what he is doing.
In the Name that is above every other name; your Life will be renewed like the Eagle – Amen!
Now, the word renew is a Compound Woord – “Re” and “New”.
I think that I have spoken to you about this kind of words before.
You know when we say “Reload”; it means: “Load Again”. I mean that you fire a Gun, you reload it.
When we say: “Repack”; it means you have packed it before, you unpacked and now you pack again.
When we talk about “Revisit”; it means your situation has been visited before, they took a Decision and now when they said that they are revisiting it. It means they are visiting it again.
So “Renew” means: Make New again.
It means: Oh, this thing was New before, it has become “Not so New” (Old) and now you want to make it New again.
In the Name that is above every other name; your Health will be Renewed; your Joy will be Renewed; your Hope will be Renewed; your Anointing will be Renewed – Amen!
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF RENEWING?
- You can Renew by Repairing.
If you have an engine – Let’s say the engine of a car;; that was working very well before and now it is giving Problems. Then you can repair it so that it can be running as if it is New.
In Mark 8: 22-26; the Bible says that they brought a Man to Jesus Christ at Bethesda and his eyes had become blind.
The eyes used to see before because when Jesus Christ touched his eyes and asked him: How do you see? He said that I saw Men as trees.
That means that he has seen Men before, he had seen trees before; before he became blind – And so, God repaired his eyes.
And when you are Repairing, you check – Is the engine running smoothly now?
When they asked him, he said that I see Men as trees – And so, He gave him a Second Touch; then he said that I can see Clearly.
Everything that needs Repairing in your Life – Whether Physical, Mental, Marital or Spiritual; will be repaired today (Amen).
- Another way of makimg something New again is by Replacing.
If there is a Particular engine for Example that is causing trouble; you buy Spare Parts and put it there.
Regularly, we Change the Plugs of the engine so that it can now begin to work as before.
For Example in Genesis 18: 9-14; the Bible said that God told Sarah that you will have a son. And Sarah laughed and said that is is “Too Late” now.
Infact the Bible says in Romans 4: 17-21 that the Womb of Sarah was already dead.
And then when God said that you are going to have a son; she said: How can I have a son? When I have not been after the manner of women for several years.
God says that is no Problem – I can replace the Womb.
And every Parts of your body that needs Replacement; in the Name that is above every other name, receive it today – Amen!
You know that occasionally, you go to the Doctor and the Doctor said: No, it is not your fault; the Problem is Old Age. These are the Problems Olld People do have.
I decree to all our Old People – In the Name that is above every other names; every Sickness connected with Old Age won’t come near you anymore (Amen).
- Another way that you can renew is to Remake.
You know that you heard that the engine of a car knocked – That means that everything just went wrong and then they have a way of working on it. I think they call it “Reboring” – They do something that will make the engine as New again.
DMC NOTES: Reboring an engine, means you are re-machining the surface of the Cylinders to refresh its shape and to remove wear, ring ridge, damage and out-of-roundness. A set of over-sized Pistons, with Rings, are first obtained and the Cylinders bored to the correct bore to Piston Clearance.
In 2 Kings 5: 1-14; the Bible tells us the Story of Naaman.
When God was going to heal Naaman, He didn’t just healed him; He remade him.
The Bible says that his Skin came back to him like that of a Brand New Baby.
Join your Faith with mine – When I say that today, in the Name that is above every other name; everything that has gone bad in your body will be made Brand New (Amen).
And that applies to your Strength – Your Strength will be made Brand New; your Eyes will be made Brand New; your Memory will be made Brand New and in your Marriage, there will be a New Honeymoon (Amen).
NOW THE QUESTION IS: HOW CAN NEWNESS BE LOST?
There are various ways where New can become “Not So New”:
- One could be as a result of Usage.
When you are using something again and again and again; it can then become Old – That’s why we talked about “Used Cars”; Used this and Used that.
For Example in 2 Samuel 21: 15-end; the Bible says that David went to war and wax Faint.
The Giant Killer – The Man who killed Goliath in 1 Samuel Chapter 17; now went to war again and wax Faint.
He has been using his Strength Year after Year after Year and so he waxed Faint.
But the Almighty God says in Jeremiah 32:27: Behold, I am the Lord God of all flesh. Is anything “Too Hard” for me?
And so I decree today that every Parts of your body that has grown Old because of Usage; it shall be Renewed – Amen!
- But New can also become “Not so New” for lack of Use.
You can Sharpen a knife very well and then keep it unused for a long time; it will become rusty.
When you don’t use certain things; you may discovered that when you try to use them again; they are not as New as you thought they were!
For Example, in Matthew 25: 14-30; it tells you about the Story of Talents.
The one who didn’t use his own Talent lost it completely – He didn’t even have it again and it was taking away from him.
I was talking to a friend of mine who used to be a Practising Medical Doctor and then for one reason or the other; he moved on to something else.
And we were discussing about Medicine and he says: Ha, I don’t know Medicine anymore because things has Changed.
And He gave some Examples:
I. He said that in those days when he was still a Practising Doctor; if they Performed an Operation on you and they need to sew you up; they used some Piece of wire to do the sewing. And when the wound has healed to a certain level, they you go back to the Hospital and they will remove the wire.
But now, they used something to sew you; such that as you are getting healed; that thing will be melting with the body.
So, when they Performed an Operation on you; you don’t have to go back to the Hospital for the removing of the wire because Science has moved on.
II. And in those days, when they want to Perform some very Special Operations, they used very Sharp Knives.
But now, they can even used “Ordinary Light” and they will finish the Operation and there won’t be hardly any blood dropping.
Science has moved on to such an extent that Operation is now almost as it is like when God Performed an Operation on Adam – When He put him to sleep, took a rib out of his body and turned that to a Woman.
You know that there was no record that a drop of blood fell to the Ground.
So, if you had been a Doctor for a long time but then you have ceased to be a Doctor for a while; you can’t even Practice anymore!
So, many of us has Talents that we have ceased using – I Pray today that you will wake them up and that those Talents will be Renewed – Amen!
- But then, once in a while we fund something that becomes Old and cannot even be Renewed.
And this happens where there is Complete Dissociation between you and God!
For Example, in Judges 16: 18-end – It is the Story of Samson. And you know that Fellow very well.
This was a One-Man Army – On one occasion, he Singlehandedly with a Jaw of an Ass killed a thousand People.
But the moment his contact with God was cut off; he became like any Ordinary Man.
And so those People who Captured him, they have realised that his God can do many things – This Fellow was weak now but God can Renew his Strength.
They said: Let us do something very quickly before his Strength will come back – They Plucked out his eyes.
And you know what happened; his hairs began to grow again – The Renewal of his Strength was on the way but his eyes were gone.
I Pray for you today – That thing that can happen, that will cause God to say that I’m no longer interested in you; will never happen to you (Amen).
That is why God says in Jeremiah 3:22 – He says that: Are you cut off from me? Are you Backsliding?
He says that you better come back quickly so that I can heal your Backsliding.
You know the Story of the Prodigal son in Luke 15: 11-24:
The Prodigal son left home and when he got away, he began to enjoy himself.
But then, sooner or later; hunger came; Famine came and all his friends deserted him and they won’t even allow him to eat the food they are giving to animals.
He came to his senses – He said: Ha, rather than dying of hunger, I will go back to my father and say don’t treat me as a son but just take me as a Servant so that I won’t die of hunger.
The boy came to his senses – He ran back to his father and the father received him and said: Well, you have already taken your Inheritance but come back. At least; eat, drink and be Clothed.
I Pray for everyone of you who has Backsliden; in the Name that is above every other name; return back to God today – Amen!
FINALLY, HOW CAN I REMAINED FOREVER NEW?
That is in the Bible Text that I read to you in Isaiah 40:31 – It says; But they that wait upon the LORD; they that are connected to the Lord, shall renew their Strength constantly.
They shall mount with Wings as Eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not Faint.
You know what?
I. When you Plug a Water Heater to the Socket and it becomes Red Hot and you drop it in a bucket of water; as long as it remains connected to the Source, it is the water that will boil, it is the water that will dry up.
That iron will remain hot.
II. But if you get that same Boiler – You Plug it to the Socket, it becomes hot, you unplug it and you drop it in the water.
The water will boil and bubble and very soon, the hot water will begin to cool down. And as the water is cooling down, the Boiler will also be cooling.
At the end of the day, the Boiler that cannot be touched with Ordinary hands; a child can play with it because it has been disconnected.
As long as you are connected to the socket of the Most High God; the enemy cannot touch you and everyday, you will be looking Younger and feeling Stronger!
Remain connected – Stay connected to the One who according to the Bible Text – Who is never tired; the One who never grows Old, the One who is always there, the One who does not Sleep nor Slumber.
Remain connected to Him and His Power will be flowing through you – Renewing you from Day to Day!
Not too long ago, I went to one Nation and decided as in my Custom to go for a walk in the Morning and two of my sons decided that they wanted to walk with me – I say that you are Welcome.
After some time, I looked back – Where are these boys? I have left them far behind.
When I was returning, I met them on the way – What happened? We didn’t know that you will go that far.
… They that wait upon the LORD shall do what? – Renew their Strength!
I decree to everyone of you here – Particularly those of you who are Younger than I; even when you over 80 years, you will still be Strong (Amen).
We are not just talking about being Strong Physically but we are talking of being Strong Mentally, Spiritually, and Emotionally.
I was telling Somebody about something that happened to me in 1951; he said how can you be remembering all these details?
… They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their Strength.
ALTAR CALL
So, if you have not yet Surrendered your Life to Jesus Christ; you are not even connected yet.
But you can become connected today – All you need to do is to come to Him; He will receive you and He will Plug you into the Family of God.
And if you are a Backslider, come back – He is waiting to receive you: Come and reconnect to the Almighty God!
I’m going to count from one (1) to seven (7); before I say seven (7), if you want to be reconnected to Jesus Christ or reconnect to Him, come and Stand before the Altar and I will Pray for you.
… I’m counting now!
Those of you who are already infront and those of you on the way; cry to the Lord now and say: Lord, save my Soul, I want to be connected to you.
Forgive all my sins, just wash me Clean with Your Blood and I will serve You for the rest of my Life.
Go ahead and cry unto Him!
And if you are a Backslider, cry to Him and say – I knew the Joy of Salvation before but I have lost it.
Now, I’m coming back to You; reconnect me to Yourself.
And the rest of us, let us Stretch our hands to our Brothers and Sisters and Intercede for them:
Pray that the One who saved our Souls will save their own Souls also.
Thank You Father.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER
Saviour, I want to Thank You because You are the Source of all Strength and the Source of all Mercies.
Please, these People who has come to You now, Please receive them, have Mercy on them Lord, let Your Blood wash away their sins, save their Souls, let them become Members of the Family of God.
Please Lord, from now on; anytime they cry unto You, answer them by Fire and let them remain forever connected to You.
Thank You Almighty God.
And Lord, I’m Praying for all those who are here today – Those of us who are already connected to You; I Pray that we will remain connected.
And if there is anyone of us who is a Backslider and we are not coming forward; I Pray that by Your Special Grace, You will drag us back to Yourself in Jesus Name.
And every Prayers Your Children will Pray here today; like You used to do, answer them by Fire now and renew everyone of us.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!
So, everyone of us who believed that God will renew our Prayer Power – Because some of us used to Pray for hours nonstop before but now, we can’t even Pray for 15 Minutes. And you want God to renew your Prayer Power?
So, lift your Voice to the Almighty God loud and clear and say: Father, renew me Oh Lord – Body, Soul and Spirit and in every Possible ways today Lord!!!
