OPENING PRAYER
Almighty God, we bless Your Holy Name.
King of Kings and Lord of Lords, we give You Glory.
Thank You for this Wonderful Day
Thank You for this Building
Thank You for Your Church in this Beautiful Nation (Seychelles).
Father, accept our Worship in Jesus Name.
Today, we are committing this Building into Your Hands:
We are asking that You will turn this Place into a Miracle Center.
That from this Day onwards, every Prayers Prayed here will be answered by Fire.
That if the Sick will come here to Worship, the moment they step into this Building, let them receive their Healings.
If the Captive runs into this Place, immediately let there be Deliverance.
If the Poor runs into this Place to Worship, immediately Lord, let them begin to Prosper.
Every Prayers Prayed here from this moment onwards, Please answer by Fire.
And from this moment onwards, my Father and my God; I Pray that Your Light will Shine in this Nation (Seychelles) like never before.
And let the Miracles begin now.
Even as we Pray and Dedicate this Place to You in the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit – Amen!
Well, let Somebody shout Halleluyah – Halleluyah.
Shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and say: God bless you today.
And then you may Please be seated.
I am delighted to be in this Nation (Seychelles) again – This is my second visit.
This Place is so beautiful and I believed that I will come again.
We are going to be very brief this Morning because we still have a Program in the Evening (DMC NOTES: LIGHT UP SEYCHELLES 2026).
And so, we will leave the big and longer Sermon till the Evening.
As a matter of fact in Nigeria, by the Grace of God when occasionally we have four (4) or more Churches to Dedicate in one day; occasionally what we do is that we will come in, I will Pray like I have Prayed for you and then I will wave at you and go.
And you can continue with the Celebrations while we move on to the other Place.
But since we came here Principally to Dedicate this Building, I think that we will talk for about 5 Minutes or a little more depending on the control of the Holy Spirit
We want to talk very briefly on Psalm 122:1
David said: I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the House of the LORD.
How many of you are glad to be here this Morning?
The DMC Family Members!
Let me hear you shout Halleluyah – Halleluyah!
Why should Somebody be glad when they say: Let us go into the House of the Lord?
- First and foremost, the House of the Lord is where you have a Guarantee that your Prayers will be answered.
So, God is going to answer the Prayers of Somebody today – Amen.
Who is that Fellow? The DMC Family Members!
You see, God made a Promise in John 14:14 – He said that if you ask anything in my Name, I will do it for you.
That is a very serious Promise – That is what we called “The Blank Cheque Of God”.
That means that it doesn’t matter what is it: Physical, Material, Emotional, Spiritual – Just anything.
That is frightening.
I mean it is like Somebody coming to you and giving you a Blank Cheque. And says, write whatever you want on the Cheque and he signed it.
You know what? What you now write on the Cheque is up to you.
The first time that I read that Passage, I said ha! If a rich man comes to me with a Cheque already signed and he then asked me to write anything that I want on it. It is either he is crazy or he must be Somebody else.
Because if you give me a Blank Cheque today and you ask me to write anything; the first thing that I will ask you is that in what currency? And if he says in dollars, oh God have Mercy.
Because by the time I finished writing on that Cheque, there will hardly be anything left in the Account.
But Jesus Christ was bold enough to say: Ask anything.
So, I am rejoicing with you that you are in this Church today or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: Because it doesn’t matter what you ask God today; before the Sun sets, you will have a Testimony – Amen.
But then there is one fine line to that Great Promise that will cause you to say: Oh, oh; that is why He said: Ask anything.
Because it is already written in Isaiah 55:6 – He said: Seek the Lord where He may be found, call on Him when He is near.
If He says: Ask anything and He says Provided you ask when I am near.
The Problem then is: How do I know when He is near because I can’t see Him?
I mean Job said: I look at the right I didn’t see Him, I look at the left, I didn’t see Him; behind me and at the back I can’t see Him (DMC NOTES: Job 23: 8-9).
And then how can I know when to do this kind of asking?
That is what brings about the first beauty in coming to the House of the Lord – Because in His House, He is there.
I don’t have to begin to look for Him whether right, left or anywhere when I am in His House.
So if I call on Him in His House, He will hear me and that Promise will become fulfilled.
So those of you who are in the House of God today, Congratulations because He is here!
That is why we call this Place “The House of the Lord”.
That is why the Church is different from any other house – God is there!
That is why in The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) all over the world, our Goal is that within 5 Minutes distance, you will find a Branch – You will find a House of God.
We bring it so close to you that you come out of your house, you turn right or left and within 5 Minutes, you will find a House of God.
So, if there should be any issue or crises in the Night, you don’t have to call for any Vehicle – You come out of your house: You either turn right or left and within 5 Minutes, you will be in the House of the Lord.
That is why from now on – Those of you living in this Beautiful Island (Seychelles), within 5 Minutes you must ensure that there you will find the House of the Lord.
That’s why People will say: You know all these Island Nations; you know how “Big” it is – Why are you not satisfied with one Church here? Why do you have in Seychelles as at today nine (9) Branches?
Are you satisfied with nine (9)? No, we need more so that:
☆ When we turn right, 5 Minutes we see the House of the Lord.
☆ When we turn left, 5 Minutes we see the House of the Lord.
That is a another reason why I said that I think I will back.
- Why am I glad when they say: Let us go to the House of the Lord?
Because the House of the Lord is the House of the Healer!
The Greatest Healer of all is the Lord!
If you are sick, you go to the Hospital.
His House is the Hospital.
Exodus 15:26, it says: I am the Lodd that healeth thee.
I am the Only Lord and Only Physician that can heal you without Performing an Operation
If I have to Perform an Operation, I can do it in such a manner that a drop of blood will not be shed.
He is the first Surgeon.
You read your Bible and you will discovered that when He was about to make Eve, He put Adam to sleep.
When we talk of Anaesthesia, the Original One was God.
DMC NOTES: Anesthesia means a controlled, temporary loss of feeling, sensation, or awareness produced by Medications to prevent pain during Medical or Surgical Procedures.
And then He broke this Man open and took a rib out of his side while he was sleeping and then close the Place up.
By then, He Performed a Miracle that no Surgeon had ever Performed – Took a bone and turn it to Human Being.
We are talking about the Original Physician.
When you go through the Scriptures and you read about the woman with the Issue of Blood in Mark 5: 25-34:
All the Doctors has been trying to treat this woman but they all of them failed.
And do you know what Doctors do?
When they tried and they failed, they transfer you to Somebody they considered as a Higher Doctor – Somebody with higher Qualifications, Greater Experience and so on and so forth.
And all the Doctors failed until the One in whose Houae you are sitting now cane along.
And suddenly, the woman with the Issue of Blood found Somebody who never refers a case – He will not send you to a Higher Doctor because there is no higher one.
And because you are in His House today, everything that the Doctors has not been able to do for you; you will get it before you go out – Amen
You want to find an example in the Bible of when People come to His House and get healed.
You will find a good example in Matthew 8: 1-end (But you can just take Matthew 8: 14-17).
He went to Peter’s Mother-In-Law house and saw that she was sick of a fever and He wanted Somebody to do the cooking for Him.
So He just touched the woman and the fever left her.
The woman got up and Prepared the food.
That is a very good idea.
But I don’t need to come to your house for you to be healed today – You have already come to the House of the Healer.
Very soon, News spread that “The Healer” is in the house of Peter’s Mother-In-Law and that He is healing People
All of a sudden, Peter’s Mother-In-Law house became a Specialist Hospital.
Because the Bible says that they all come to Him and He healed them all (DMC NOTES: Matthew 8:16).
How many People did He healed? All of them.
How many of you believed that no Sick fellow will leave this Place today? The DMC Family Members.
So you come to the House of the Lord and you have come to the House of the Healer!
And He always heals all – Congratulations!
- When you come to the House of the Lord, you come to the House of the Greater Deliverer.
Anyone in any form of Bondage, when they come to His House, He sets them free.
Why? Because when we are talking of Deliverance, we are talking of Somebody who is very Powerful – Yanking you out of the grip of the evil forces that has been tormenting you.
As soon as He comes in, Demons begin to tremble.
Why? They knows that He is the Truth.
And the Bible said: You shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free (John 8:32).
And He went further to say in John 8:36 – If the Son shall set you free, what is going to happen? You shall be free indeed.
Oh Thank God for Doctors that says that they cure Emotional Problems (DMC NOTES: The Medical Doctor who specializes in diagnosing and treating Emotional and Mental Problems is called a Psychiatrist).
You go to them, they give you drugs and so on and so forth.
And as a result of the drugs, they say that you are alright but you yourself knows that there is still always something left.
Ask anybody who has gone to a Psychiatric Hospital, he will tell you that they insist that you must keep on taking the drugs.
That is a way of saying that there is a little bit left with you that we can’t handle. But as long as you take this drug, you are not too bad.
But when Jesus Christ sets you free, you are free indeed.
I have Good News for you today: Because you have come to the House of the Lord, any form of Bondages in your Life will not follow you back home – Amen
There was a woman in Nigeria who had all manners of Doctors attending to her because her Problem was simple (That’s if you call that simple) – Whatever she ate, she must vomit.
And the Doctors has tried everything and finally they told her that there is nothing more that we can do – Just go home and keep on taking your drugs. We can only manage the case as we can’t eradicate it.
Then she came to the Church at the Headquarters in Ebute Metta.
And as you know my way of doing things – To start the Sermon, I usually say: Let Somebody shout Halleluyah.
As she opened her mouth to shout Halleluyah, a big worm jumped out of her mouth and that was the end of the Problem.
That demon that was in form of a worm will not appear on X-ray – It has no bones and blood.
All these Medical X-rays, they don’t have ability to pick up the images of a demon.
So when they say that they have examined you from top to bottom and that you are fine and nothing wrong with you. And yet you know that you are sick; you better go to the House of the Great Deliverer.
And it doesn’t matter how many evil forces that are working against you, before they begin to operate, they get Permission from the devil.
And the devil himself knows that before he can begin to torment Somebody, he must get Permission from God!
Read the Book of Job and you will see what I am talking about.
When the devil wanted to torment Job, he got Permission from God.
And God told him: Thus far you can go and you can’t go further (DMC NOTES: Job 1:12).
In the Name that is above every other name, if there are evil forces operating in your lives, because you are in the House of the Lord today; you shall be free – Amen
- When you come into the House of the Lord, you have come to the House of the Promoter.
The Bible tells us from Psalm 75: 5-7 – It tells us that: Hey, don’t be Proud because Promotion doesn’t come from the right or left but it comes from God.
God is the Judge and Promoter.
He is the One who can Pull Somebody down and lift up another.
The Best and Greatest Promoter in the world is God!
Oh I know Men – If I know the President, I can go to him and he can Promote me.
Great, but do you know that if Man raises you up, the same Man will pull you down?
Do you know that those who cry Hossana in the Highest were the same People that say crucify Him?
How high can I lift this envelope? You say that is determined by how tall I am or even a little more.
If I want to lift up the envelope and I stand up in order for it to go higher, I can stand up on my toes.
For how long can I lift up the envelope? Until when my legs pained me and then I come down from my toes.
And if I sit down lifting up the envelope, very soon my hand will begin to get weary and down goes the envelope.
You don’t believed me, ask Moses!
He was on the Mountain, lifting up his hands and Anointing was flowing down and the People down there were winning.
Very soon, his hands began to go down and as his hands went down, the Enemies began to win.
The People around him saw that there is something about this Man’s hand that can decide the winning of the battle.
They didn’t say okay stop, you have only two (2) hands, we have four (4) – We will lift our own four (4) hands and it should be able to do what your two (2) hands are doing.
What do they do?
They got him to sit down comfortably and they lifted up his hands.
In the Name that is above every other name, and in the Name of the One who sent me to you: I lift up my hands and say “Be thou blessed” – Amen.
When you want to be Promoted, go to the House of the Promoter!
If you read Mark 2: 1-12, the Bible tells us of a Man who was carried by four (4) People into the House where the Lord is – They carried him in.
You know the Story!
When they couldn’t find way by the door, they carried him through the roof and brought him down.
By the time the One who is called “The Owner of the House” finished with that Young Man, he got up and even carried the bed that carried him in.
If you had been a burden to others, from today onwards; you won’t be a burden again – Amen!
They carried him in but he walked out.
He was a burden on all his friends but by the time he left, he was a burden to Nobody.
God Promoted him in just one visit to the House of the Lord and he was never a burden again!
May I decree to Somebody today inclusive to those reading now on the Label of DMC: For the rest if your Life, you will never be a burden again – Amen!
You will never beg again – Amen!
You will never wear hand-me-down again – Amen!
When God Promotes you, He Promotes you Permanently!
Because you came to the House of the Lord today, your Promotion shall be Permanent – Amen!
- When you come to the House of the Lord, you have come to the House of the Great Provider.
You know that there are Hospital and there are Hospital.
We have what you call General Hospital and then you have what we call Specialist Hospital.
If you are looking for the worst cases, don’t go to the General Hospital; you should go to the Specialist Hospital – These are the People who can handle any kind of cases.
If you are looking for Somebody who can Provide for the Man who is Destitute, go to the House of the Lord.
There are several examples in the Bible – You can take the case of John 6: 1-27.
The Lord was Preaching and then He saw a huge crowd and said: Ha, I have fed them Spiritually, now let us feed them Physically. And so He asked His Disciples: Where can we get breads that these People may eat?
The Disciples said: Feed these People? The only food here is one Young boy’s food, who brought his Lunch – Five (5) loaves of bread and two (2) fishes. Where shall we get enough food to feed all these People?
The Bible says that He already knew what He will do.
Let me assure you: You are going to have hundreds of Churches in this Land (Seychelles) – Amen!
And you know what? You won’t send to me in Lagos to come and help you because God is going to bless you – Amen!
Because after He feed the five thousand (5,000) People and they collected the leftovers, there were twelve (12) baskets leftovers.
In the Name that is above every other name: From today onwards, you will always have “More Than Enough” – Amen!
Among those of you listening to me today or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: God is going to raise up People who will Singlehandedly will build the Churches – Amen!
… He knows what He will do.
You know that He makes a Promise in His Words – Philippians 4:19: But my God shall Supply how much of your Needs? All.
I mean that He will Prosper you so much that you will have no Problem at all.
I will tell you one Story and then I will round up:
When we were smaller in The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG); and when we all come together for the World Annual Convention, we will be less than ten thousand (10,000) People.
So we used to tell everybody coming that you must bring so much food and so on, so that we can cook together and eat together.
And then some People began to complain – Oh, why are we asked to bring money?
And I heard and so I announced to them – I said I heard your grumblings; in the Mighty Name of God, the One who made me your father; a day will come that I will feed you Spiritually and I will feed you also Physically.
And they all said Amen,
I didn’t know that God was listening.
We finished the Convention and I was in my Prayer Room Thanking God with some Pastors who were helping me.
And God said: And when will you begin to feed the People? Ha, one day now!
He said that announce to them that as from Next Year, you won’t have to bring anything and that you will feed them.
I said me? Pardon me o, I can’t tell them because my Faith can’t carry it – Where will I get the money from?
And He kept quiet.
The following Month, we have the Monthly Holy Ghost Service and God said that during the Service today, tell these People: From Next Year, you won’t have to bring anything again because my God shall Suplly all my Needs.
I told God that I am sorry o, I can’t tell them as my Faith can’t carry it.
Then He said something to me – He said: Son, you are about to loss a Miracle.
So I say alright, I can’t do it but since you say that I must do it, what I will do is that when the Convention is near I will sell my car and sell my wife’s car. And we will use the money realised to buy foodstuffs.
By the time the food is finishing, I will tell them: Well Beloveth Children, God has already answered your Prayers; the Convention is over, go home.
I am talking to Someone because when I was talking about Someone Singlehandedly building a Church, Somebody was say Amen – I know that there are some People like that here but God is not talking to me.
You are the one God is talking to!
What I am telling you now is not written in my Notebook – I am bringing a Message to you that Fellow.
And you are going to Testify – Amen!
Now, we have just had an Annual Convention, let me just say that a couple of Million of People were there – If you watch it on Television, you will see.
I didn’t ask anybody to bring anything and God fed them all!
In a way that Nobody can explained, He Provided in a way that no Human Being can explain.
Infact People were asking: How are you able to share the food to the Millions?
How you share now and not how you Provided!
I Pray for you: Because you have come to the House of the Great Provider, one day you will Singlehandedly build a Church here in Seychelles – Amen!
- Finally, if you come to the House of the Lord, you have come to the House of the One who is called “The Way”.
John 14:6, Jesus Christ said: “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life; no Man cometh to the Father but by me”.
☆ You want to know “The Way to Heaven”; come to the House of the Lord.
☆ You want to know “The Only Way to Heaven”; come to the House of the Lord.
There is no other Way!
Don’t let anybody argue with you and say: How can God made His House in such a way that there is only one door in?
You can’t argue with the Landlord – The Landlord is free to say that he wants only one door.
If the Architect say that I don’t like building a house with only one door, go away now and I will get another Architect.
The Landlord determines how many doors will be in his house.
The Almighty God says that there is only one way to His House.
And that one way is Jesus Christ!
And do you want to find Him?
Then come to His House!
He is very near now!
ALTAR CALL
If you want to Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ so that on the Last Day, you will be able to get to God, I want you to come now to Him.
I will Pray with you, ask God to save your Soul and all the benefits of being in the House of the Lord will become your own.
So shall we Please bow our heads now?
If there is anyone who will want to give his/her Life to Jesus Christ, before I count from one (1) to five (5); come and Stand before the Altar and we will Pray together and God will save your Soul.
And from now on, everything will Change because if any Man is in Christ, he is a New Creature (DMC NOTES: 2 Corinthians 5:17).
So, if you want to come – Come now as I am counting.
Those of you infront, Please talk to Jesus Christ and say: I have come to You, save my Soul. I want to be a True Child of the Living God as I don’t want to live a Life of sin anymore.
And the rest of us, let us Stretch our hands towards our Brothers and Sisters and intercede for them that God will have Mercy on them and save their Souls.
Thank You Father.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
PRAYER FOR SALVATION
My Father and my God, I want to Thank You for Your Words and I want to Thank You for these Your People who has decided to come forward to Surrender their lives to You.
Please have Mercy on them, forgive their sins, save their Souls, let Your Blood wash away all their sins, write their names in the Book of Life and let them become True Children of God.
And from now on, anytime they cry unto You, answer them by Fire
In Your Kingdom, don’t let any of them be missing,
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Praise the Lord – Halleluyah!
Now, I am going to ask you to ask God for what we called a “Dedication Miracle”.
Since we are Dedicating this Place today, there will be a Special Miracle that will be given to those who are Present here during the Dedication.
But before you Pray, I will Pray for you to Prepare the way.
CLOSING PRAYER
My Father and my God, I Thank You very much.
I give You all the Glory and Honour for today when we are Dedicating this House to You.
For these Your Children, because they have come into Your House today:
Whatever they ask You for today, Please give it unto them.
Any Request(s) no matter how big, let them have it today in Jesus Name.
Everything that they want You to do for them, before the Sun sets today; let it become a Testimony.
And Uphold them till the very End.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
PERSONAL PRAYER REQUEST
Now, it is up to you to ask God for whatever you want.
Don’t ask God for something small.
Ask God for something very Big.
Forget all your Neighbours to you right and left and just cry to God for a Dedication Miracle!
Go ahead and Pray!!!
