OPENING PRAYER
Almighty God, the Father of fathers; we Worship You.
You are the Greatest, You are the Best, You are the Strongest, You are the Oldest, You are the Wisest, You are the Richest, You are the Highest – There is no one like You. Glory be to Your Holy Name. Please, accept our Worship in Jesus Name.
Even as we gather again today in Preparation for the Special Holy Ghost Service for Your Children (April 2022, RCCG Holy Ghost Service); we Pray Lord God Almighty that You will gather with us; You will dine with us; that today in our lives and in all the lives of all our Children, there will be Signs and there will be Wonders.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen
Well, let Someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!
Why don’t you wave at one (1) or two (2) People and tell them – My Father is the Greatest!
And if you believed that let me hear you shout a Big Hallelujah – Hallelujah! Please be seated.
1 Corinthians 11: 23-26.
- For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same Night in which He was betrayed took bread:
- And when He had given thanks, He brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in Remembrance of me.
- After the same manner also He took the cup, when He had supped, saying, This cup is the New Testament in my Blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in Remembrance of me.
- For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do show the Lord’s death till He come.
The Lord Jesus Christ lived, died and resurrected more than 2,000 Years ago. Till today, all over the world; Millions of People still gather together to celebrate His death and His Resurrection.
Just as we are gathering here, Millions of People are gathering all over the world for what is called “Holy Communion Service” or what is also called “Coming to the Lord’s Table”.
This is a Sign to everyone that Jesus Christ is alive!
But in Revelation 1:18, He made it clear and He said: I am the One that lives. I was dead but behold I am alive forever more.
The Holy Communion Service is a Sign that Jesus Christ is alive! – Not only that He is alive but that He is Present with us.
Matthew 18:20, He said: Where two (2) or three (3) People are gathered together in my Name, I will be there in the midst of them.
… Jesus Christ is here right now! – Whether you know it or now; He might be Standing next to you!
If I say that He is Standing by me, will you agree with that?
How many of you believed that He is next to you right now? – The DMC Family Members!
Why don’t you let Him hear you shout His Name – JESUS!!!
… He is alive; He is here is a Sign to you and it is a Sign because He lives and we shall live also.
In John 14:19; He made it clear – Because I live, you shall live also.
And Romans 8:11 say something very important – If the Spirit that raise Jesus Christ from the dead dwells in you; that same Spirit that raise Up Jesus Christ from the dead shall quicken your mortal bodies.
When we drink the Wine, we are Symbolically taking in the Blood of Jesus Christ, the Life of Jesus and the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
And as that Wine enters, the Bible says that – That Spirit that raise Jesus Christ from the dead, will quicken your mortal bodies and will bring your mortal bodies back to Life.
Whether you believed it or not; it is going to happen here tonight – Amen.
Some of you know the Story – You have heard the Testimony!
A very Important Chief became Paralysed from waist downwards and they took him abroad because he was very rich to the best Hospital in London and he was there for Months.
Then one day, the “Lead Professor” in that Hospital took a very long sharp Pin, came to the Chief and drove the sharp Pin through his thigh all the way through. And he asked the Chief – Can you feel anything? The Chief said Nothing – No Pain.
He said to the Chief – There is Nothing anybody can do for you – Go home and stop wasting your money here. So, they brought him home.
And there was this little Girl, a Member of the Church who went to the Chief and said just like that Maid said to Naaman – Papa, if only you can get to the Redemption Camp and my Pastor Prayed for you; you will walk again.
And so they brought the Old Man – He was a hefty Man and about six (6) People brought him from the car into the Living Room.
And we read this Passage to him – If you give your Life to Jesus Christ, then the Spirit that raise Jesus Christ from the dead will quicken your mortal body.
He surrendered his Life to Jesus Christ, we Prayed a Simple Prayer, he walked back to his car.
In the Name that is above every other names; tonight as you Partake of this Holy Communion, the Spirit that raise Jesus Christ from the dead will quicken your mortal bodies – Amen
… That is a Wonder!
And when you take the Bread, which is Symbolic of His Body; and you drink the Wine, which is Symbolic of His Blood; you are Practically saying: I am swallowing Jesus Christ!
When an Herbalist is sure of himself, he will say: I have swallowed “Ifa Oracle”.
We (Christians) don’t swallow an Ifa Oracle”, we swallow Jesus Christ.
DMC NOTES: Ifa, the Oracle of Divination, is named after the deity who controls it. No serious decision is taken without consulting it: A Whitened Board is employed, about two feet long and eight or nine inches broad, on which are marked sixteen figures.
And when you do that, something wonderful happens – Colossians 1:27 says: Christ in you, the Hope of Glory!
… When you swallow Him (Jesus Christ); then you have a Glorious Future.
I am decreeing tonight or as you read now on the Label of DMC; that as you swallow the Bread and drink the Wine; your Future will be Glorious – Amen!
And then you said Wonder (we have heard the Sign) – Probably the “Greatest Wonder” of all is that the One that the Heavens of Heaven cannot contain can reduce Himself to such a Small Size that He can be dwelling in you!
In 1 John 4:4, the Bible says that: Greater is He that is where? (In me) than he that is in the world.
… That is Wonder of Wonders!
The God who sits in the Heavens and His Legs touches the Earth, can reduce Himself to such a Small Size as to come inside a Person – That is a Wonder of Wonders on its own.
But not only that – He can reduce Himself to such a Small Size and be inside everyone of us!
Because if you read Acts 2: 1-4; when the Day of Pentecost was fully come; about a hundred and twenty (120) People gathered together in one accord – For one Purpose Only. Suddenly, there was a Sound as that of a Rushing Mighty Wind and then Cloven Tongues of Fire appeared and sat on each and everyone of them.
Do you know that tonight; it is not just one Person who is going to receive the Sign and the Wonder of the Holy Communion?
I know that as I eat the Bread and I drink the Wine; the Holy Spirit is going to enter me afresh.
What about you?
I have told you that – In the days of my father-in-the-Lord; we hold the Holy Communion Service once in a Year – During the Convention. Usually, the last Saturday of the Convention is the Holy Communion Service.
He will be Preachimg and I will be Interpreting. But I have learnt from Experience that when finally we get to taking the Holy Communion; Particularly as I drink the Wine, I can feel “Divine Electricity” going through my entire body that I had to use Great Strength to control myself from throwing away the cup.
So that once in a Year in those days, I look forward to the Holy Communion Service to recharge my “Spiritual Battery”.
… Thank God that we do it once a Month now – So that you can recharge your “Spiritual Battery” again and again.
That’s why I Pity those who thinks that this is an “Ordinary Meal”.
You know the Elders has a saying – It is what the Bird has eaten that it uses to fly!
Tonight, as we Partake of the Holy Communion; you will be flying again – Amen!
Well the Holy Communion as you know very well is only for Children of God – It is not for any Dick and Harry.
Oh, it is not “Ordinary Bread” or “Ordinary Wine”. But the moment we bless and Sanctify it; Power that you cannot see will enter – But that is for the Children of God.
The Bible says it clearly – If you are not one of us and you eat unworthily; it may even kill you.
That should tell you how Powerful it is!
It is like an Electricity:
I. You touch it correctly; it will give you Power – The Light cause the fan to rotate, the Light cause the Fridge to Produce Cold Water et cetera et cetera.
II. But you touch it incorrectly; one moment you are alive, the next moment you are dead.
ALTAR CALL
That’s why before any Holy Communion is taken, we cry out to those of you who are not sure of their Salvation – This is not an “Ordinary Meal”; it is a “Special Meal”.
So, if you are here; you may be the only one and you are not sure of your Salvation, run forward now – Come and Stand before the Altar. Let us Pray for your Salvation first before we Proceed to the Holy Communion Service.
I will count from one (1) to five (5) – If you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ, come now; He is waiting for you.
If Someone has offended you and you say you can never forgive; don’t take the Holy Communion – Don’t kill yourself. You must take it worthily. It is then that the Power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead will come inside you and you will see the Signs and the Wondees of His Resurrection Power.
I’m counting now!
If you are coming, hurry up as the Choice is yours!
Okay, those of you who has come forward and those on the way; cry to the Almighty God and say: Please, save my Soul. I don’t want to Partake of Your Body and Blood unworthily; make me a Child of God. Let Your Blood wash me clean and I will serve you from now on.
And the rest of us, shall we stretch our hands towards our New Brothers and Sisters and intercede for them. And say: Father, Please forgive Your Children, let Your Blood wash them clean, let them join the Family of God so that they can Partake of the Holy Communion worthily.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
PRAYER FOR SALVATION
Saviour, we Thank You for Your Words.
We give You all Glory and Honour for these People who has come forward tonight to surrender their lives to You.
Father, Please remember Your Promise that whosoever will come unto You, You will no wise cast out. They have come now, Please receive them, let Your Blood wash away their sins, save their Souls Lord, write their names in the Book of Life and Please Lord God Almighty; from now on, let them serve you forever. Don’t let them go back into the world.
And Please Lord, anytime they cry to You, answer them by Fire.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
Praise the Lord Hallelujah – Hallelujah!
Now, those of you that has come forward – Congratulations!
I Promise you that from now on by the Grace of God, I will be Praying for you.
So, if you turn to your left, you will see Someone there, lifting up a Placard. Please follow him or her and they will collect the information I need – Your names, your Address and your Prayer Requests. And I Promise you that I will be Praying for you – Glory be to God!
ADMINISTRATION OF THE HOLY COMMUNION
Now as usual, when you take the Bread as you are served, you take it and begin to Pray that: His Stripes that brought Healings will not be in vain over you.
When they served you the Wine, you hold on to it till the last moment when we have all been served and we will drink together and I will tell you how to Pray at that Stage.
The Lord Jesus Christ; the very Night in which He was betrayed took the Bread and when He has given Thanks, He broke it saying: Take, Eat; this is my Body broken for you; do this in Remembrance of Me.
In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit – Amen!
Go ahead – Take and Eat the Bread and then Pray as directed.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
When you drink the Wine tonight, you just cry to the Almighty God and Pray that – That Spirit that raise Jesus Christ from the dead will quicken your mortal Body. That everything that is Good in your Body that is dead will just come back to Life.
After the same manner also; He took the Cup when He has sup, saying: This Cup is the New Testament in my Blood, Please do ye as oft as you drink it in Remembrance of Me.
In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit – Amen!
Thank You Father, Glory be to Your Holy Name.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.
Please, let us be seated. Pass the cups to the aisles and let us remain in an attitude of Worship.
THANKSGIVING
Let us take our Thanksgiving Offering – That the Sacrifice of one Person is still working in our lives today; we owe Him a lot of Thanksgiving.
So, let us take our Thanksgiving Offering and raise it up to Him and say: Father, even as I’m Thanking You with this Offering; quicken my Finances – So that I can give You to the Best of my Ability and do your work easily.
Go ahead and talk to the Almighty God.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
Now, with Joy in our hearts, we will go to the nearest basket and drop our Offerings – Over to you Band!
CLOSING PRAYER
God of Wonders – The One who Himself is Wonderful.
In the lives of all Your Children who has been Partaker of tonight Holy Communion Service or reading now on the Label of DMC; let there be Wonders.
In the lives of their Children, let there be Signs, let there be Wonders.
Even before tomorrow (Friday, 1st April, 2022), let them have Testimonies as another Sign to them that You are still alive to quicken their mortal bodies.
By the time we meet tomorrow (Friday, 1st April, 2022), let everyone of us be Singing a New Song.
And tomorrow (Friday, 1st April, 2022) as Your Children come, my Father and my God; like never before, be here to receive them.
