1. Thank You Lord! Let us lift our hands and Worship the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Ancient of Days! The ONLY One who can give you a GREAT TURNAROUND.

Worship Him, Adore Him, Bless His Holy Name. Give Him Glory, give Him Honour, give Him Adoration. Praise His Holy Name. Let Him hear your voice: Magnify His Holy Nam. There is no One like Him. Praise Him.

Thank You Father! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

2. Then lift your hands to the Almighty God and say FATHER (let Him hear you). Say Father, tonight, please don’t pass me by. Go ahead talk to the Lord.

OPENING PRAYER

Almighty God we just want to say that we Love You. There is no one like You: You are Wonderful, You are Glorious, You are Powerful, You are Mighty, You are Kind, You are Loving – There is no one like You. Please, accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Thank You for Monday, Thank You for Tuesday, Thank You for Wednesday, Thank You for Thursday, Thank You for tonight and Thank You for what you will do tomorrow. Accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Father, Thank You for January, Thank You for February, Thank You for March, Thank You for April, Thank You for May, Thank You for June, Thank You for July, Thank You for August, Thank You for September, Thank You for October, Thank You for November, Oh Lord Thank You for December. Accept our Worship in Jesus Name.

Tonight, visit Your children. Do something Glorious, do something we will never forget.

All over the world where Your children are gathered together tonight or reading: From the far East to the far West; From the far North to the far South; Please Lord do something New in our Lives.

At the end of everything Lord, let Your Name be Glorified.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

PRAYERS FOR DECEMBER BIRTHDAY CELEBRANTS.

Father, I just want to bless Your Holy Name for Your children born in the Month of December.

December is the last Month of the Year and so I commit all these Your children into Your Hands; let all their Problems end tonight. Let all their difficulties end tonight.

And then give them a Brand New Beginning – A New Beginning of Joy, of Success, of Progress, of Promotion of everything Miraculous.

And let them serve You till the end.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

… December children Congratulations. God Bless You!

BIRTH REPORT:

As at 6.00pm this evening, the Number of babies born during this Congress had risen to thirty six (36).

And there were two (2) Sets of Twins born today – The 1st set was two (2) Boys; the 2nd set was two (2) Girls.

The Total Number of children born today actually (up to take period) was eight (8) Boys and two (2) Girls.

And so now we have twenty two (22) Boys Boys and fourteen (14) Girls.

… It looks as if this Congress is for the Boys!

Let the Boys shout Praise the Lord! And let the Girls shout Hallelujah!

Alright! Let me make some announcements very quickly.

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS.

1. On December 31st 2019; if the Lord has not returned. There will be “Service of Songs” here as usual.

But before the “Service of Songs”; there will be the last Holy Communion Service for the Year 2019.

And that will all move us to the “Cross Over” Service.

The Theme that God gave us for the “Cross Over” Service is rather a strange one. The Title is: “THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS”.

… So December 31st 2019; if you want to join me and my family here; you are welcome.

If you want to hold the Service in your various Churches, you are Perfectly ok.

Because there will be People in the neighbourhood who come to Church once a Year – So open your Church. But if you want to hook up with us around 11.00pm on that night; you are welcome!

2. The January 2020 Holy Ghost Service; which will be the first Friday in the New Year has a Theme: “LET THERE BE LIGHT”

3. Tomorrow (That is Saturday 14th of December, 2019) in the morning; the Elders will be around to lay hands on all those who wants hands to be laid on them for: Healing, Deliverance, Baptism in the Holy Spirit – Beginning from 11.00am.

So whether here at the 3×3 Auditorium or in the Old Arena; the Pastors will be around.

In the Evening, we will be having an “Anointing Service”.

You also need Anointing to retain your Turnaround.

That Anointing Service will also be preceded by the Holy Communion Service.

4. Now, for those who want to go with us (Daddy GO) on Pilgrimage to Israel Next Year (2020); if you have not registered already you can do so Online.

5. I want to Thank the Almighty God for His Faithfulness.

I want to assure you that before the Convention, the extra one million (1,000,000) chairs that we believed God for will be here.

6.By Faith, we have already laid the Foundation for the Teenager Auditorium.

That also will be ready before the Convention in Jesus Name.

BIBLE TEXT: MARK 10:46-52;

I want to Thank God for the Ministers of God who have spoken before me. They have done fantastic work. The Almighty God will bless you; bless your Ministries – Amen.

Every Minister of God here, who has come; before this night is out, you will rejoice that you came – Amen!

46 And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.

47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.

48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.

49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.

50 And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.

51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.

52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

I told those of us who have been with us since Monday; that we will spend a whole week looking at the story of Bartimaeus.

Unfortunately, one (1) week is gone, and we have not even scratched the surface. So many things about the story that we have to leave out now.

For example, “BARTIMAEUS – THE SON OF TIMAEUS” – That alone will take one (1) hour. Because Bartimaeus came from a good home – an important home.

Somehow he ended up a beggar by the roadside.

And if you go out today, you will be amazed that many of the Area Boys came from important homes.

By the time you really study this Passage very well, you will discovered that Problems are not limited to poor homes!

You will discovered that the devil does not respect your Titles. That sickness does not recognize that you have a Doctorate degree.

But Thank God for Jesus Christ – He can solve the Problem of the Big and the Problem of the small.

… And He will solve your Problem tonight – Amen!

How he descended from being from a great house to becoming a beggar by the roadside – that is a long story!

But we have seen several things, we have learnt several things:

1. We have learnt the fact that he HEARD.
2. We have learnt from the fact that he started by saying: “Jesus, Thou SON OF DAVID!”
3. We have learnt that he Prayed DESPERATELY, etc.

But tonight, because of our limited time; I need to let you know that we will be calling on you to stand and Pray – because this is not a Night for sitting down just casually.

But of course! As I have always said; when I ask you to stand up and Pray, am only taking to the young ones. The Elders can sit down and Pray!

The young ones are those who are younger than I. The old ones are those who are older than I.

I am seventy seven (77) Years old. So if you are younger than seventy seven (77), you are young!

… So let ALL the young ones shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

1.From the story of Bartimaeus, the first thing that should hit you HARD is that: Your Turnaround begins the moment you decide ‘ENOUGH IS ENOUGH’.

The moment you decide: No more Suffering, no more Sickness, no more Loneliness, no more Fruitless efforts, no more Barrenness.

… The moment you say, Enough is Enough! Your Turnaround begins.

And I know without any doubts, that there is someone here today, who is TIRED of suffering. If you are that fellow, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

You see, it is written in the Word of God in Matthew 1:18. The Bible says: “Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on Earth shall be bound in Heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on Earth shall be loosed in Heaven.”

Now Bible Scholars say that what was written there originally is that: “Whatever you ALLOW on Earth will be allowed in Heaven. Whatever you REFUSE on Earth, is refused in Heaven.

I don’t know about you; I REFUSE sickness (am talking about DMC Family). I refuse sorrow, Poverty, Bondage, Stagnation, failure!

… Bartimaeus decided that, Enough is enough!

And on the day you say, Enough is Enough, that is the day you will Pray DESPERATE Prayer.

That is the day God is going to answer.

For example, in 2 Kings 4:1-7; the Bible tells us a story of the Widow of one of the sons of the Prophets; who was heavily in debt!

Everyday when they saw her, they greeted her – Sister how are you? – Oh! Praise the Lord, the Lord is Good!

But the day the creditors came, they said: if you don’t pay by tomorrow, your children are gone!

They saw her that day and said: Sister how are you?

She said, all is NOT well; but all WILL BE well today!

You see, the Word of God made it clear in James 4:2. It says: “Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.”

Oh! But I have been asking. Well, as we learnt yesterday, we have CASUAL Prayers, we have ORDINARY Prayers, we have DESPERATE Prayers!

Jesus Christ said in John 16:24; He was talking to the Disciples who had been walking with Him for three (3) years. He said:

“Hitherto have ye asked NOTHING in my name: ASK, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be FULL.”

We are going to Pray some DANGEROUS PRAYERS tonight!

When we begin to Pray them, if you find them too dangerous for you, DON’T Pray!

We Prayed some dangerous Prayers in Abuja (last Month). And some People contacted me after it: Daddy, what kind of Prayer was that? We thought you are a gentleman?

I said, Oh! That’s true.

Jesus is the Lamb of God. But from my own little study of Him, He is also the Lion of Judah. And He can ROAR once in a while.

.. And He is about to ROAR here tonight – Amen!

I showed them, I said when the children of Israel were going to the Promise Land, the Red Sea BLOCKED the way. God TORE the Red Sea into two (2). Pharaoh and his Army followed them; God DROWN them!

When you go on in the Scriptures, some People were trying to hinder Moses from fulfilling his Destiny; Moses asked the ground to open and swallow them up.

I said it is in the Bible that when Joshua was fighting some People that seemed to be too strong for him; God dropped Bomb from Heaven.

I said in 2 Kings 1:9-12, when some People said they have come to arrest Elijah; he called and down Fire from Heaven and roasted them.

They said, but all those ones are in the Old Testament! We are in the New Testament.

I said, I know a little bit about the Bible. I know that in the New Testament, in Acts 5; when two (2) People wanted to pollute the Joy of Peter; he decreed that the two (2) of them should die the same day – husband and wife.

I said, there was a time when Paul – the Apostle of Grace (not the Apostle of Law), Apostle of GRACE found that a Sorcerer was disturbing his work; and he DECREED that he should be blind.

… These were in the New Testament!

I said, if I have any apology at all, maybe we have been gentle for too long!

STAND on your feet! Lift your voice to the Almighty God Loud and Clear and say FATHER; anyone who would not allow me reach my Goal, any method You want to use – REMOVE THEM.

Thank You Father! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

So shall it be in Jesus’ Name – Amen!

I have told you the story before; we were having a Program. And suddenly God said that there is a woman who would not let her daughter marry. God said if she doesn’t change, she will be dead within a week!

And then the following week, a woman came with her daughter, and said: Pastor, is it true that you told my daughter that am going to die?

I said Ah! No Ma, I didn’t say so. I asked the Girl, did I say so?

She said, what I told Mama is that you said that a woman who will not allow her daughter marry will die within one (1) week.

Did I mention your name? I just said there was someone.

Mama said, oh! I didn’t know that is it!

She said okay! She told the Girl to go out. After she left, Mama said, is it true that the woman will die?

I said it is not you, Ma. But the woman who is not allowing her daughter to marry – If my God is on the Throne, within a week, she will Die!

She said, it is not that I don’t want her to marry. But she is the one who is taking care of me. When she marries now, who will take care of me?

She is taking care of you, you don’t want her to marry?

I decree tonight; anyone who is disturbing your Joy, they won’t see the New Year – Amen!

So I told the Mama, let your daughter marry. We will talk to the husband.

Six (6) Months later, the Lady got married.

When God uproots every Mountain blocking your Way, your Testimony will be Great – Amen!

2. Your Turnaround will come when you CALL ON GOD FOR HELP.

Bartimaeus CRIED, he cried to the Only One who solve his Problems. He cried Desperately; like we learnt yesterday.

It is God Himself who said in Jeremiah 33:3: “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee Great and Mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

He said in Psalms 50:15: “… And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.”

… That’s what He said!

So tonight, one of the
prayers that we are going to Pray is that we are going to call on him to send us “DESTINY HELPERS.”

Because when Bartimaeus cried, Jesus sent for him. He couldn’t get to Jesus all by himself. And so He sent the very People who were keeping him quiet – They were the same people sent to him.

I wish I had the time to tell you the implications of what happened.

Because all that Jesus said was: ‘Go and bring him.

But when they got to him, they started Prophesying. They said: “Be of Good Cheer, he is Calling you.”

Be of Good Cheer, your day of darkness will soon be over. Be of Good Cheer, because the Light is calling you. Your years of Begging will soon be over, because the All Sufficient God is calling you.

Your day of loneliness will soon be over, because the One who is calling you is the One who said I will never leave you, I will never forsake you.

Your day of Barrenness will soon be over, because the Fruitful Vine is the One who is calling you. And so on!

We are going to call on Him tonight, to send to us Destiny Helpers.

In 1 Samuel 16:11-13; it was Samuel that God sent to David. His relatives were not going to Present him. But God sent a Destiny Helper.

And when the Destiny Helper comes to you from God; the Great Turnaround will happen SUDDENLY, URGENTLY and IRRESISTIBLE.

Because Samuel said to Jesse: “We will not sit down until you bring this Boy!”

The Widow of Zarephath was going to die, she said: I want to eat my last meal with my son, and then we will commit suicide.

… That is what she meant. But God had already sent a Destiny Helper.

In 1 Kings 19:15-21; God sent a Destiny Helper to Elisha. Elisha thought he was going to live and die as a Farmer. But God said, I have something Great for you.

I will tell you a little story; some of you have heard it before. It might be little to you – but it is important to me.

I told you, when we were discussing INSPIRATION on Wednesday, I said I was Praying to God when I was in one (1) Room (in Mushin, a city in Lagos State Nigeria): Father, build me a Boys Quarters. I left a Mansion behind in Ilorin (Kwara State Nigeria) before I came on Full Time.

And He said: Son, don’t ask me for a house. I have decided to build you a City!

And People thought I was crazy. God showed me a piece of Property here (4½ hectares). And I told my People ‘we are going to have our Convention there!’

Everybody was getting ready to come for the Convention. And the soil here (in Redemption Camp) is Clay. Every time we dig a well, before next morning, the well would have collapsed.

One (1) week to go for the Convention, the People were already preparing to come all over the Country. And there was no water that they will drink. People can do without food, but they can’t do without water.

My dream was about to end even as it started.

And all of a sudden, God sent a Destiny Helper! Somebody was driving past on the Expressway and saw what was going on (in the Redemption Camp) and branched!

He said, what are you doing here? We said we are building a Camp.

What kind of Camp? – We want to hold Convention here.

He wasn’t a member of our Church!

He said, what do you need?

I said, the only Problem we have now, is water; as we are digging the Well, the Wells are collapsing.

He said, what you need is a Borehole.

I said, I know that! But where is the money.

He said, I will build you one.

The one who will help you, God will send him to you now – Amen!

I said, thank you Sir. But there is only one (1) week to the Convention.

He said that is long enough!

We were talking on Sunday, before the evening, he has sent his Engineers; they began to dig round the clock.

By the time my People came for Convention WATER was flowing.

STAND on your feet! Cry to the Almighty God and say FATHER; send HELPERS to me – those who will help my Destiny, send them.

Thank You JESUS! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

So shall it be – Amen!

Please be seated.

Incidentally, I spoke to my Daddy before we came. And I requested for a hundred thousand (100,000) HEALINGS tonight.

If you would join your Faith with mine, that it will be so; just let me hear your Amen – AMEN!

I told you that, because the Healings have already started.

For example, Daddy says there is someone here today, that the Doctors said your Fallopian Tubes were perforated. He asked me to tell you – He has already REPLACED the two (2) of them – Amen.

3. And then the third (3rd) thing that is important is that; the moment they told Bartimeaus; the moment the Destiny Helper came and told him – ‘Jesus is calling you’ he did something very, very significant; He threw AWAY His Garment.

… He took a STEP OF FAITH.

Something must have told him (when I was talking to you about INSPIRATION); something must have told him – you won’t wear the Garment of Shame again!

That Garment, that when People see you wearing it, they say Oh! he is sick, he is very poor – look at the kind of dress he is wearing. Oh! She must be that sister that they say she cannot find a husband.

That Garment of Shame (2ce) that you wore up till tonight; you will NEVER wear it again – Amen!

… But he was moving by FAITH!

And I have told you before; that God is not a talkative!

The Bible says God has spoken ONCE, twice have I have heard.

When He speaks once, if you hear it the second time, it is the echo!

So when God speaks TWICE on an issue; it is because the matter is Urgent (Important).

When He says ‘Verily, Verily I say unto you’ – He wants you to pay Serious Attention.

If He speaks about something THREE times, it means that the thing is very, very Crucial.

But FOUR TIMES He said; “The Just shall live by FAITH”.

He repeated Himself four times – Habakkuk 2:4; Romans 1:17; Galatians 3:11; Hebrews 10:38.

… Four (4) times God said: “The Just shall live by FAITH”.

And He Promised in Joel 2:26-27; He said: “My People shall not be ASHAMED”.

God is talking to someone here tonight – you will not be Ashamed – Amen!

But the Just shall live by FAITH! You have to believe the Word of God.

When a Word comes to you, GRAB it as your own and APPLY it by FAITH.

… Then TESTIMONIES will follow.

Years ago; we were in the very first Auditorium. God spoke and said that there was someone in the crowd who is in a BIG DEBT. God said He was going to send the fellow three (3) Financial Breakthroughs.

He said, the 1st one belongs to God Completely. But the 2nd one is to be divided 50/50 between the fellow and God. And that the 3rd one will WIPE OUT all the fellow’s debt (forever)!

And there was an elderly woman who had the word and GRABBED it!

She is someone very familiar with me – a Widow, the husband left her with about seventeen (17) children (not all were are biological children, though). And a LOT OF DEBT.

A week after the Word came; the woman came – Daddy, I have gotten the 1st Financial Breakthrough. Here is the money (100%).

I said, please Ma, God simply said ‘there is someone here’, He didn’t mention you. Because I knew she was struggling even to feed those children.

And so I said, am sorry Ma, I can’t take the money from you.

She looked at me and said: Daddy, you heard from God, didn’t you?

I said, without any doubts, I HEARD from God.

She said, you want to BLOCK the remaining two (2) Breakthroughs?

So I said okay! Am sorry. I took the it (God have Mercy on my unbelief).

I put it aside!

A week later she came: Daddy, 2nd Breakthrough has come. This is the fifty percent (50%) for GOD. I got it, I kept it aside!

Then the 3rd one CAME!

Majority of the money that the husband was owing was owed a Major Bank in England. Suddenly, she got a Letter, they said:

“Dear Madam, we REGRET that we made a mistake. Your husband is not owing us; we are the one OWING him.”

And the money they gave to her CANCELLED all the debt of the woman.

When she paid the EXCESS in a Bank, she became a Director of the Bank.

… She acted by FAITH! God honoured her Faith.

You are going to PRAY one Prayer again!

You will stand on your feet and cry to the Almighty God and say: FATHER; I believe you for my Great Turnaround. If my Faith is NOT enough, HELP my unbelief.

Open your mouth and cry to the Almighty God!

Thank You Father! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

So shall it be, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.

We now come to the Crucial Section little by little.

4. They brought Bartimaeus to Jesus and then Jesus SAID: What do you Want?

And he gave a very important answer – Lord, tell Darkness to LEAVE me alone!

… That’s what he said – Am tired of darkness; Tell Darkness to leave me alone!

In Exodus 8:1, God told Moses to go in to Pharaoh and tell him; “Thus saith the Lord, let my People go”.

… You will see that Verse in the Special Hymn for the Congress.

The Lord of Host had already issued a DECREED to every Force of Darkness: LET MY PEOPLE GO!

In Luke13:11-17; the Bible told us of a story that is similar to the Testimony of the Judge that we heard: There was a woman bent double. No matter how hard she tried, she could not straighten up.

Human eyes cannot see the rope binding her. Demons don’t appear on X-ray! But Jesus said to the woman; “Woman thou art LOOSED”.

There was a Spirit of Infirmity holding her. But when the Commander in Chief of all Host commanded and the devil had to LOOSE her!

There are some of you, your HANDS are bound by Forces of Darkness (that you cannot see).

That is why when everybody is doing something and they are doing well; when you try it, you fail.

Some LEGS are bound! That’s why you can’t make Progress.

PROPHESIES:

1. Oh Thank You Father!

Well, the Lord says the fellow will understand. He says those who are beating drums in your brain are gone!

1. I have told you this story (not too long ago). There was this woman – a Wealthy woman. Whatever she ate, she wouldn’t keep it down. As the food goes in, she will vomit. Gone to all manner of Hospital for X-ray, and they will say, Madam there is nothing wrong with you. Nothing wrong with me; and I can’t keep food down?

Finally, she came to the Headquarters. All that God said everybody should do that day, was to Shout Hallelujah!

As she SHOUTED, a Worm jumped out of her mouth. The Worm was not showing on X-ray; Doctors couldn’t see what was wrong with her. And she became WELL.

Now, I told you the story because God says there is someone here, He says there is a certain Mountain before you; that if you can SHOUT a BIG HALLELUJAH, it will MOVE.

… in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, you will TESTIFY – Amen!

I will tell you another story; this one is to help you PRAY the next Prayer.

Some of you know the fellow. She had this Peculiar problem: Anyone she fights in her dream will DIE. The mother liked it! Because initially she was fighting the People that the mother didn’t like.

… If she fights somebody in the dream, within a week, that fellow will DIE.

Then one day, she fought her mother in the dream. When she told the mother, the mother said, Ah! that means am going to die. Please, go and seek help – so that you don’t begin to fight your children.

… The mother died, of course!

And then this woman finally found her way to our Church. God saved her soul, and drove out that demon!

You don’t know who is living with you. You don’t know how many forces of darkness are living in your house.

Let me give you another example. A man came from Ilorin (Kwara State Nigeria) with a young girl of about ten (10) years old: Daddy, you have to help me. What is the problem?

He said, my daughter came back from school one day and said ‘daddy, do you know I belong to the Society of Witches?”

The father said ‘what kind of joke nonsense is that?’ You better stop that stupid talk!

The Girl said, am not lying. She pulled a calabash out from under the bed, full of human blood.

She said, Papa, I just told you because I know are intelligent.

And so the father brought the child here (in Redemption Camp).

We Prayed a couple of Prayers, and cast out the demon out of the Girl.

And the father said the Girl should stay with me.

So I said NO! Take her with you.

He said, NO! She will KILL me.

If she is going to kill you, all these days you would be dead.

… You don’t even know who you are sleeping with on the same bed.

Stand on your feet and cry to the Almighty God and say: FATHER; tell Forces of Darkness to leave me alone; tell Forces of Darkness to stay away from me.

Thank You Father! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

2. Now, this one is for me, I say Amen!

Because Daddy says there is someone, either here or listening/watching or reading. He says: Not only will your Testimony be many, they will be Great, and some of them will frighten you – Amen.

3. Oh, Thank You Father!

The Lord says there is someone here, He says RELAX! What I have Planted, nobody can uproot it.

… So Bartimaeus said, all I want is that Darkness will LEAVE me alone! Enough is enough.

5. And then, Jesus issued a DECREE and said: LET THERE BE LIGHT!

… Suddenly, darkness disappeared from the life of Bartimaeus.

You know in Genesis 1:1-3; everything was confused and empty until God said: Light there be Light! And there was tremendous Transformation!

You see, when God speaks, it is done!

In Psalms 33:8-9;

PROPHESY:

AH! Amen and Amen. I want you to please listen carefully to this; because Daddy says there is someone here, He said – Am going to open the door of the Dam of Blessings to you. He said you must be careful how you handle the flood of Blessings.

… Because the Blessings will come like a flood – be careful how you handle it when it happens.

Alright! Psalms 33:8-9; the Bible says God speaks, it is DONE!

The beautiful thing about that is; this God that speaks and it is DONE, has delegated Power to His Servants.

He has said that whatsoever they BIND on Earth shall be BOUND in Heaven; and whatsoever they LOOSE on Earth shall be LOOSED in Heaven.

I don’t want to tell you more stories. But there is a story behind that Passage (as far as am concerned).

He has said in His Words that when you fulfill certain conditions; you would DECREE a thing and it will be established unto you.

He has said in 1 Samuel 3:19; that He will not even allow the Word of His servant to fall to the ground.

You know the reason am rejoicing with you tonight? He has given me the Permission to issue certain DECREES tonight.

… And I will tell you a little story before we do that.

Some of you know the story, too: A daughter of mine was applying for American Visa. She came to me, that I should Pray before she will go for the Interview. We Prayed, she left. She came back and said: Daddy, they didn’t give me.

Oh! I said sorry.

She said; I know they won’t give me.

I said what do you mean? We PRAYED!

She said, when we finished Praying, you did not say “IT IS DONE”.

OH! okay, am sure they asked you to Appeal?

She said YES! I said, apply for Appeal; but this time around, IT IS DONE!

So she left, went with the same Papers that she went with the first time. –

And you know, when they refuse you like that, if you Appeal, they will send you to the one who refused you. So that you cannot go and deceive somebody else.

So she went back to the same Person.That fellow looked at all the Papers, and said – you mean we refused you?

She said YES ma – Okay! Two (2) years Multiple Visa.

Tonight, Daddy asked me to give you five (5) minutes to ASK for ANYTHING you want. And then He asked me to DECREE.

So it is up to you now. Don’t ask for small things. Ask for things only God can do. You have only five (5) minutes.

And if you like, you can waste the five (5) minutes. If you like, you can make use of it.

Thank You Father! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

I want you to kindly stand and lift up your hands. And please, let your AMEN be Loud and Clear!

SPECIAL DECREE PRAYERS:

Father, I want to Thank You.

I stand before Your People today as Your Representative to them and as their Representative to You.

I want it to be known today Lord that You are the One who sent me.

… And so Lord that these People may know that I have done everything according to Your Will; as I Decree now, established it by Fire.

In that Name that is above every other names; I Decree that you will not die Young. There will never again be Tragedy in your homes. Beginning from now, you will continue to Rise.

From this moment, your Progress will be rapid. Every obstacles in your Way I remove now in Jesus Name.

You will never beg again. Every Door that has been closed against you will open before the New Year. You will never wear the Garment of shame again.

Everything that will make your Joy to be Full; receive it right now.

And everything that you asked for; the Almighty God will give it to you today.

I Decree that it shall be well with you. You will never know failure again. You will never be defeated again.

Everything that the enemies has stolen from you; you will get it back double in Jesus Name.

And the Anointing to serve God receive it right now.

My God who can use an eighty (80) Years old woman to raise the dead will use you for Greater things.

It shall be well with you. Your Joy will be Full. You will never go back again. And you will serve God all the Days of your Life.

PRAYER ON THANKSGIVING, ANOINTING OF HANDKERCHIEF AND CLOSING PRAYER

I want you to stand on your feet with your Offering and raise it to the Almighty God and decree by Faith and say: In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ; I will be one of the Riches in the whole world.

I want you to take your handkerchiefs and lift it up at the same time because I will ask my Father to anoint them and you will be part of the first set of People to raise the dead.

My Father and My God; I just want to thank You once again for proving Yourself to be the Almighty.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. Accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Please receive the offerings of Your children, bless it, use it for Your Glory.

And they have Prayed, don’t let them know Poverty ever again.

All these pieces of clothes that has been lifted to You, saturate it with Your Anointing.

Use them to Perform Miracles, use them to Heal the sick, use them to raise the dead, use them Prosper Businesses, use them for Mighty Things.

Let us lift Our hands to the Almighty God and Worship Him. Let us Bless His Holy Name. Give Him all the Glory, give Him all Honour, give Him all Adoration.

Let Him hear your voice: Worship Him, Bless Him, Adore Him, Lift Him high.

Give Him all the Glory, give Him all Honour. He ia worthy to be Praised, He is worthy to be Adored.

There is no One like Him (2ce). He can raise the dead, He can make barren Fruitful, He can open blind eyes, He can make the lame to walk, He can cause dry bones to live again.

OPENING PRAYER

The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob. The Lord Strong and Mighty, the Lord Mighty in battle.

The One who has never lost a War, the Lord of Hosts Himself – Glory be to Your Holy Name. Please, accept our worship in Jesus’ Name.

Tonight my Father and my God, even as we are thanking You for what You did on Monday, Thanking You for what you did on Tuesday and Thanksgiving You for what You did yesterday.

We are asking Lord God Almighty that even as you are going to do Wonders today and tomorrow, let Your Name be Glorified again.

Your children are here to cry unto You, concerning anything; Please grant our request. In every areas of our lives where we need that Great Turnaround, do it for us tonight.

At the end of it all, let Your Name be Glorified, In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Let somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

BIRTH REPORT

As at 6.00pm last Evening, the number of children born during this Congress has increased to twenty eight (28) – sixteen (16) Boys and twelve (12) Girls.

So, let the boys shout Praise the Lord and let the girls shout Hallelujah.

Let me start by thanking all the Great Men of God who has Ministered tonight. The Almighty God will continue to prosper all your Ministries and He will take you Higher Day by Day in Jesus Name – Amen.

Out time is a bit far spent and yet we still need to do something very serious tonight.

Because we are going to talk on: Desperate Prayers!

The Bible Text that we have been looking at from the beginning is: Mark 10: 46-52 –

1. And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.
2. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.
3. And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.
4. And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.

We will stop there and pick up from there tomorrow.

Before we Pray, I just talk to you for few minutes then we will Pray.

Let me remind you that tomorrow is the “Big Day” and it is in your interest to come early because you know very well from experience that there will not be a vacant seat tomorrow. So be early so that you can be able to find a seat.

Why do People Pray? Why do we need to Pray at all?

We need to Pray because the Spiritual controls the Physical.

Anything that happens in this world, anything that happens in the Physical has been Predetermined in the Spiritual.

For example, if you read the Books of Job 1 and 2; you will noticed that before what happened to Job happened to him, there has been discussions between God and the devil concerning Job.

That we all know that of all the Spirits; the Greatest of all is God.

John 4:24 tells us that God is a Spirit.

He is the One who made all things according to Genesis 1:1 – In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth.

And so He owns ALL because, He creates ALL.

Psalms 24:1 says the Earth is the Lord’s and the Fullness thereof.

So, He controls ALL – He made All, He owns All, He controls All.

In Isaiah 66:1; He says that Heaven is my Throne and the Earth my Footstool.

So, when He is seated in the Heavens, the entire world is under His Feet – So He is in control of everything.

Now, this Mighty God, Creator of All, Owner of All, Controller of All gives an advice in Jeremiah 33:3 – He said that if you call on Me in the Day of trouble, I will hear and answer you.

… God is going to answer somebody here tonight – Amen.

But now because I need to be brief, even though we need to lay this Foundation because People have said that a lot of People talk about Prayers but they don’t Pray.

A lot of People write about Prayers but they don’t Pray.

A lot of People Praise Prayers but they don’t Pray.

So tonight, we are going to talk about Prayers. We are going to Pray. And God is going to hear – Amen.

And in the Mighty Name of Jesus, somebody will go home with an answer – Amen.

But you see, Prayers are in Categories:

1. We have what we call “Casual Prayers”.

The kind of Prayer you Pray at night when you are tired – “Lord God Almighty, thank You for today. See you tomorrow” – Casual Prayer

That is the kind of Prayer that Peter and Co Prayed while Jesus was in the Garden of Gethsemane – He said wait here and Pray.

They said: Yes Lord we will Pray.

And almost as soon as He turned His back, they fell asleep.

He came back, wake them up. They Pray for few minutes again and then went back to sleep – Casual Prayers.

Many of us Christians we Pray Casual Prayers.

Some of us Pray Casual Prayers for example when you are in a crowd and they are serving you food and you don’t want anybody to see you Pray – You Pray so quickly that nobody will know that you have Prayed: “Father bless this food in Jesus Name – Amen”.

And then you begin to eat – Casual Prayers.

2. Then we have what we call “Regular Prayers”.

That is the kind of Prayer that you read about in Matthew 9:6-13 –

Our Father who Art in Heaven.
Hallowed be thy Name
Thy Kingdom Come

… And so on and so on.

So, you Praise God for a while and then you Plug in your request.

Usually, the request will be far more even than the Thanksgiving.

3. But tonight, we want to talk about “Desperate Prayers”

We want to talk about that Kind of Prayer that will without fail bring about a Turnaround.

For example in 2 Kings 4:1-7; when the creditors came to the widow of one of the Sons of the Prophet saying that if you don’t pay what you owe us within twenty four (24) hours; we are going to sell your children into bondage.

What she Prayed that Day was not a “Casual Prayer” – The Bible says that she cried unto the Man of God.

Regular Prayers is a Prayer that Majority of Christians Pray.

But Desperate Prayers are the Prayers Desperate People Prays.

The interesting thing is: Some Miracles can wait but some Miracles cannot wait.

I have a rough idea that there might just be some handful of People here tonight who must have their Miracles now. Such People will Pray Desperate Prayers.

Am going to give just a little bit of Characteristics of the Desperate Prayers:

1.The first thing that you need to know about Desperate Prayers is that: There are no Protocol observed.

When you want to Pray Desperate Prayers, there is no time for Protocol. There is no time even to say: Our Father who hath in Heaven, Hallowed be thy Name.

You go straight to what is really pressing on you.

When Peter was walking on water to go and meet the Lord Jesus Christ and he took his eyes off and begin to sink.

The Prayer he Prayed at that moment was not according to Protocol.

He didn’t say: Lord I love You; Oh, You are my friend. Thank You for walking on water to come and meet me. Thank You for calling me.

When he found himself sinking, he Prayed a Prayer. And the Prayer was made up of only two (2) words – ” LORD HELP”.

… Do I hear somebody tonight who is really in need of an urgent Miracle saying loud and clear: “Lord Help me!”

In Genesis 32:24-30; an incidence happened that Jacob was returning home after being away from home for years.

He knew what he did before he left home. Now, he was told that his brother that he took his blessings was coming to face him with four hundred (400) men.

Something within him told him that unless something happens tonight, tomorrow might be too late.

He Prayed a Prayer that night. The Bible said that he wrestled with a man.

Am sure you know who the man he was wrestling with was?

The man he wrestled with said: Let me go because the Day is breaking.

He said that I will not let you go unless you settle my case.

Am believing God for someone here today that before you leave this Ground today, your case will be settled – Amen.

Have told you the Story before. We finished (I think it was Convention or something); I was going home. And we have Prayed for everybody and dismissed everybody and we are all going home and I was going home too to go and get some rest.

And then there was a Young man in the crowd. And he was trying to come near and you know the Security was tight.

So he began to yell.

That is one thing that you will know about Desperate Prayers – Desperate Prayers are not quiet Prayers.

When you are Praying Desperate Prayers, you are not a Lady, you are not a Gentleman – You are a Warrior because you are Desperate.

This boy began to yell. He cried so loud like in the case of Bartimaeus – until I heard him.

And I have to say to my People: If I stop now, there is still quite a lot of crowd – I will be in trouble. Take me home but come and get this Young Man.

Finally, they got him and when I saw him I asked: What is the Problem?

He explained – He is a Graduate, the wife is a Graduate. They have a Set of Twins; they have no job and they had twins.

Of course that Day, God solved his Problems because right there; we had to feed him and within a week by the Grace of God, God sorted out the jobs.

When you are Desperate, you don’t Pray quietly.

Many a times when I asked us to Pray, I see some of you with your hands in your pocket – I know that you are not Desperate.

But I see some People the way they Prayed shows clearly: These People are Desperate.

And do you know what?

Desperate Prayers will bring Immediate Answers.

There is someone here again; let that fellow shout loud and clear – “LORD HELP ME!”

2. Desperate Prayers are always “Violent Prayers” – Forceful Prayers!

In Matthew 11:12, the Bible says that from the Days of John The Baptist, the Kingdom of God suffers Violence and the Violent have taken it by Force.

There are some Prayers that are Violent Prayers.

If you get a Handful of Desperate People together in a Place, Praying Desperate Prayers; they will shake the House.

In Mark 2:1-12; we just read but many a times we don’t follow the Story fully – Four (4) boys brought a man who was Paralysed from neck downwards.

They got to where they are going – The Place was jammed with People because Jesus was there. No room by the door, no room by the window but they were Desperate.

The Bible says that they climb up to the rood and they broke off the roof.

Can you imagine what was happening when they are hammering the roof? – They shook the House.

But do you know what the interesting thing is?

They carried in their friend and their friend walked back home.

I am decreeing to somebody here today that: All the Problems that you have been carrying about all these Years will end tonight – Amen.

When Desperate People Prays their Violent Desperate Prayers, they can shake the House.

Pastor Stevens told you about us visiting Tulsa USA in 1979; there was an incident that happened during that trip.

I went with my father in the Lord and some others and we stayed in an Hotel.

One morning, we woke up; Papa sent for all of us. We met in his room and once you entered you know that the Holy Spirit has taken over that room completely.

And Papa made an announcement – He said that he will be going soon (that is enough to shake all of us). But then he said that I will be succeeding him just out of the Blues.

Of course I knew the meaning of that Statement – It means all my Plans are over. I knew that my Destiny now is not going to be the same again.

But that was not the Big one – The Big one is that the Destiny of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) now is at stake.

I fell down – I was Praying by the door, the others too were also Praying. Very soon and you can be sure that it is not a “Casual Prayer”.

The Engineer of the Hotel came and knock at the door. I was the one by the door and so I got up and said: Yes, what can we do to help you?

He said what kind of instruments are you People Playing?

I said we are not Playing any instrument as we are only Praying.

He said No. He came into the room, he looked under the bed, he looked inside the wardrobe – he saw no instrument.

He was baffled, he got to the door, he turned and said: What do you say that you are doing?

I said that we are Praying. I said why sir?

He said the entire Hotel building was shaking and we have traced the source of the Vibration to this room.

I said we are Praying but he didn’t believe me and he left.

But after we left, the Hotel was shut down for thirty (30) Years in order to check the Foundation to see if anything is wrong.

… Nothing was wrong, but the Hotel shook because six (6) People Prayed Desperate Prayers.

Do you know that tonight as some of us who are Desperate, as we Pray our Desperate Prayers; there will be shaking here tonight – Amen.

3. Desperate Prayers has another characteristics: If all of us Prays and there is one of us who is not Desperate; he will disturb the others.

So, you better get ready for that because in the case of Bartimaeus ; he was the only one Praying Desperate Prayers and the others told him to shut up.

… Ah, you are taking this matter too far. What is wrong with you – Shut your mouth.

Another lady was Praying a Desperate Prayer in Matthew 15:21-28.

She needed Help as her daughter was under the oppression of the devil.

She knew that nobody could Help other than Jesus Christ.

4. That is another thing about Desperate People who Prays Desperate Prayers – They know that they have come to the Only One who can solve their Problems.

Many People have tried doctors; doctors have failed. They have tried Prophets, Prophets have failed. They have tried even General Overseers; General Overseers have failed.

They now have only One fellow left – The One who can never fails.

When they get to Him, they will Pray in such a manner that those who don’t have these kind of Problems will look at them and say: Why are you disturbing us?

When this woman was Praying to Jesus Christ – Have Mercy on me, my daughter is seriously vex of the devil.

The Disciples said to the Lord Jesus Christ: Send this woman away; the noise is disturbing.

But I know that there is somebody here tonight who will say NO!

Brethren (Right and Left); you better take note now: The moment I begin to Pray my Prayers; if my cry is disturbing you, you will have to be the one to relocate because I must get my breakthrough tonight – Amen.

If you are that fellow, do I hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Then I heard about a man in South Korea called Young Chu. And they told me that he has the largest Church in the world. And so I said I better go and see him and we went.

And for the first time in my Life, I heard the Pastor saying with his mouth from the Pulpit: Please those of you who has come to Church today, please don’t come next Sunday. Because he was holding seven (7) Services on Sunday, his Auditorium can hold about fifty thousand (50,000) People. And so he was telling those who come in this Sunday, don’t come next Sunday so that others who could not come in this Sunday will come in next Sunday.

I said God! – Am Praying that People should come and here is someone begging that those who come this Sunday should not come next Sunday.

And then he told us his Secret Prayers. And they took us to a Mountain which is his “Prayer Mountain”. A big one and they dig little little holes into the Mountain so that People can crawl inside and Pray. There is no room to stand – you either kneel or you lie flat on your face.

Because we came all over the world; they took all of us there to go and Pray.

I know why I came. I crawled into one of the holes and you know there are other thousands of People in others little little caves and so the Hill itself was vibrating from the Prayers of so many People: I wanted to return home Almighty God to see my Church Grow

And I began to Pray and I forgot time. By the time I realised what was happening; hours has passed and the People who came with me were waiting for me in the bus.

The only reason why they didn’t go without me was because I was the only black man there. So they knew that somebody was missing.

When finally I showed up, they were very upset – What is wrong with you? Why did you delay us that much?

I said that am sorry. I thought we came here to Pray. And they said that are you going to Pray everything in one day?

I said am sorry. They were so upset with me that they didn’t talk to me all the way back to town.

And I was really glad because my Spirit was still roaring. I was still Praying even though am not in the hole again.

… I cried to God that there must be Revival in my Nation and my Church must Grow!

Some years ago, I was back in South Korea. This time around, I was able to meet the Great Man of God – Young Chu.

And when I got to his office and I was trying to tell him the Story about what happened; he said that I have heard about you and he said: Could you please Pray for me?

So, we join our hands together and we Prayed.

I have a deep feelings within me that, that thing which is uppermost in your heart you are going to get it today in Jesus Name – Amen.

But our Prayers is going to disturb others – Desperate Prayers will disturb the Prayers of those who want to Pray “Casual Prayers” and “Ordinary Prayers”/

We have just one more thing and then we will Pray because I don’t want to talk long on Prayers – I just want you to Pray.

5. The Greatest Characteristics of Desperate Prayers is that it arrests the attention of Heaven.

In this Story that we read; when Bartimaeus Prayed his Desperate Prayers; the Bible said that: “JESUS STOOD STILL”

And when you read that one on the surface; it simply means that Jesus was going, He heard the Prayers and He stopped.

But it is a little bit more than that. Because in Colossian 1:16-17; the Bible says that it is in Jesus that All things consist

So, when Jesus Stands Still; even the world cannot rotate.

If He Stands Still, everything Stands Still – The whole Universe Stands Still.

When you Pray Desperate Prayers, you attract the attention of the One who can never fails. And He will stop to attend to you before He continues to do whatever else He is doing.

When you attract the attention of Heaven; even the Ground will shake.

You know the Story: Paul and Silas, they were in Prison, they thought that probably tomorrow they will be dead. The Bible said that at midnight; Paul and Silas Prayed and Sang Praises to God. The Bible said that the Prisoners heard them – so it wasn’t a quiet Prayer, it wasn’t a Casual Prayer but it was a Prayer of a Desperate Man.

And the Bible said that: Suddenly, there was an Earthquake.

I Am expecting an Earthquake here tonight – Amen. I Am expecting one Specially for you – Amen.

Now, I will tell you a Story. Some of you have heard it before.

I have been General Overseer, I have gone to South Korea, met Young Chu. I have Prayed my hearts out.

… Ah, the Church was not doing too badly but it wasn’t like anything that I wanted.

I have moved to this Camp – So I can Pray in the Night like I wanted. Because when we first came to this Campground; the only People who could be disturbed are the Antelopes and Serpents.

If I begin to roar in the Night, anybody who will say why are you shouting, I will say what are you doing here yourself.

And I remembered that night as if it happened only yesterday – I was walking in this Camp, much smaller then (The main road then was the Holiness Road).

And I cried to God – I became Desperate.

I said to God: What did I told you when I was Born Again – I don’t want to be an ordinary Christian.

I told you when I became a Pastor, when you forced me to become a Pastor that I don’t want to be an Ordinary Pastor – Remember that Desperate Prayers does not respect Protocols.

And now, you made me a General Overseer contrary to all my Plans. And I told you that I don’t want to be an Ordinary General Overseer.

So, God I hope you are listening: Let us settle this matter once and for all – It is either You empowered me or take me Home – Desperate Prayers.

… And suddenly, there was an Earthquake.

Those of you who are old enough will remembered – Probably the only Earthquake that ever happened in Ogun State – Nigeria. That Pictures hung on the Walls in Ijebu Ode, Shagamu (both cities in Ogun State) were dropping off.

They don’t know that the source of the Earthquake was here on this Campground.

I can still show you the exact spot where I was standing.

I knew then that Hr has heard me. I knew then that the answer has come.

I am believing God for someone here today, a very Special Earthquake for you and for you alone is going to occur as you Pray a Desperate Prayer – Amen.

There are certain things that you think that you can never achieved – It is because either what is chasing you is not big enough or what you are chasing is not big enough.

I will tell you a Story that I heard from one of the Man of God – He said that he was eight (8) Years old and he saw across a Wall a Mango tree in another man’s yard. He went there, pluck mangoes without permission.

As soon as he got the mangoes, suddenly he heard the groaning of a dog – huge dog. He looked back and saw that the dog was coming for him and so he started running.

He said that there was no Human way that he could climb the Wall. But when he saw what was pursuing him; one moment he was on this side of the Wall, the next moment, he was on the other side

There are Mountains you think you can’t scale. There are Problems you think you can’t handle.

But if you will Pray Desperately tonight, by tomorrow morning you will sing a New Song – Amen.

Now, before we Pray; the Bible says in John 9:31 – He said that we know that God doesn’t hear sinners

Isaiah 59: 1-2 says that the Hands of God is not shortened that He cannot save, neither is His Ears heavy that He cannot hear. But your sin has separated between you and Your God that He won’t hear you.

So, there is no need Praying a Desperate Prayer for a Turnaround if you know that you are still going to continue living in sin because He doesn’t hear sinners.

And if He doesn’t hear, how can He answers?

There is only be Prayer that He can hear from a sinner. And that is to have Mercy on me, save my Soul.

ALTAR CALL

So, if you are here tonight and you have not given your Life to Jesus Christ; am going to count from one (1) to ten (10). And I will count fast because I could see a large crowd.

But before I say ten (10); you must come and stand before me so that I can Pray for your Salvation and then you can join us in Praying some Desperate Prayers.

… I’m counting now!

You need to come to Jesus Desperately because if your sins remains; your Prayers will not go beyond the roof.

Thank you those of you who are clapping – I hope you know that it is for Jesus that you are clapping for and not for man.

The Bible said that whatever your hands finds to do, do it with all your Might. So, if you are clapping, clap very well and your hands will never be empty.

Please keep coming. Just make sure that you get to the front of the Altar before I finished Praying – Hurry up!

Now, those of you who are already in front and those of you on the Way; cry to the Almighty God that please Lord have Mercy on me, save my Soul, forgive all my sins. Just let Your Blood wash away all my sins Lord and I will serve You from now on.

I don’t want anything to hinder my Prayers anymore – save my Souls today.

And the rest of us, let us stretch our hands towards these People and intercede for them. And Pray that the One who has saved our Souls will save their own Souls also – Cry to the Almighty God for them.

Pray that beginning from now, they will also become True children of the Living God and they will be able to live a Life free of sin from today onwards – Let us cry to the Almighty God for them.

And those of you who are still on the Way, you have to hurry up now because am about to Pray. Just make sure that you get here before I finished Praying and you will not be too late.

Keep coming. Thank You Jesus. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

PRAYER OF SALVATION

Father Almighty, I just want to say Thank You for Your Words. I want to Thank You for those who has come forward to surrender their lives to you now. Please Lord, receive them in Jesus Name. Save their Souls, forgive all their sins tonight and receive them into the Family of God.

Father, from now on anytime they call on You please answer them by Fire.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen

Now those of you who has come forward; I want to rejoice with you because from now on by the Grace of God, I will be Praying for you.

So, am going to need your name, your address and your Prayer Requests. The Counsellors will give you some cards. I want you to fill the cards very quickly and return it to the Counsellors.

Thank You Lord.

1. You Pray Desperate Prayers when you know that there is No Plan B, no Alternatives. It is either God Helps you or you are sunk.
2. You Pray Desperate Prayers when you know that it is Now or Never.
3. You Pray Desperate Prayers when you know that your case is a matter of Life and Death.
4. You Pray Desperate Prayers when you have made up your mind – God it is You and I and God I won’t let you go unless you give me a Turnaround.

So, you know the details of that situations in your Life that you no longer want to be tolerated. That situation that must have Solution now.

That is what I want you to come and talk to God about.

Am going to leave the Altar open tonight. Am going to give you just fifteen (15) minutes to cry unto the Almighty God.

If you don’t have any such Pressing issues, you don’t have to Pray. You can just bless the Name of the Lord on behalf of the rest of us and be on your way.

But those of us who either wants something from God or we want a Divine Intervention that we know that it is a matter of Now or Never. If God does not Help me, am downfall. If God does not intervened, am finished.

… Come and cry to God now. Just for the next fifteen (15) minutes.

It is not a time to be Lady or Gentleman. It is a Time to cry to the Almighty God – Please Help me!

Thank You Father. In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

CLOSING PRAYERS

In the Mighty Name of Jesus; Father we have no Help but You.

Human beings have failed us, People we thought are our friends have turned out to be our enemies.

But You are there for us. You are the Almighty.

Where doctors failed, You did not fail – Help me tonight.

If You don’t Help us, who else can we run to – You are our Last Bus Stop Lord.

You are the One who asked us to come. So, we have come to You, Help us tonight, Help our family tonight, Help our Church tonight, Help our Nation tonight.

Father, we Promise You that we will give You all the Glory.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Let somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!!!

BIRTH REPORT:

As at 7.00pm this evening, the number of Babies born during this Congress has risen to Nineteen (19) – Boys eleven (11) and Girls eight (8).

Let the Boys shout PRAISE the Lord! And let the Girls shout Hallelujah!

Tonight again, by the Special Grace of God; I will be BRIEF. Because tonight, we are about to Pray three (3) Prayers – that will change your Destiny Permanently.

So I don’t want to delay; I want to get you to that Point, where you will PRAY the Prayers, as urgently as possible!

As from tomorrow, by the Grace of God; the ALTAR will be moving to the NEW ARENA (3 BY 3).

But those of you who still want to stay here (in the Old arena), you are welcome to this Home. Because as usual, you will be connected!

MARK 10:46-52 is our Bible Text.

Again, I will read a few Verses. And then we leave the rest – since you know the story already.

Tonight, we will be talking about “THE POWER OF INSPIRATION”.

On Monday we have spoken about The POWER OF PRAISE, or THE GARMENT OF PRAISE. Yesterday we spoke about the POWER OF TESTIMONIES.

Tonight, we want to talk about “THE POWER OF INSPIRATION”.

MARK 10:46-48;

46 And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.

47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.

48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.

Man is created in the Image of God. And God is a Trinity: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (three (3) in one (1))!

So man is a Spirit, he lives in the Body and he has a Soul.

So man has Physical Ear, and he has ears of Understanding and Spiritual ears.

Just as he has Physical eyes – Eyes of Understanding and Spiritual eyes!

When Bartimaeus heard that Jesus was passing by, FAITH was born in him. Because Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17).

But between HEARING that Jesus was passing by and the time he began to cry; something happened that you might not ordinarily see – if you just read the Bible with your Physical Eyes, and not with your Spiritual Eyes.

In between when he HEARD and when he began to CRY; there is something that happened to him – that is called INSPIRATION.

… And I will explain that as simply as God will help me!

When he HEARD (with the Physical ears) that Jesus was passing by, he HEARD something with his Spiritual Ears that told him: “Your Day has come!” Nobody said that to him, he heard it directly from God.

One of my sons that Preached yesterday, told us something. He said if we are talking about TURNAROUND, he said that can come to you through MAN!

He said but, when we are talking about THE GREAT TURNAROUND – that can ONLY come from God!

With the Physical Ear, Bartimaeus heard that Jesus was passing by. With his Spiritual Ear, he heard from God:

• Bartimaeus, the Day you have been waiting for has COME!
• He heard directly from God; you don’t have to die in darkness.
• He heard from God; your darkness can become LIGHT today!
• He heard from God; this is your ONLY opportunity, DON’T MISS IT!
• He heard from God; you better use what you have to get what you need!

… God is already SPEAKING to someone!

The voice that comes from God that ONLY YOU can HEAR is called “INSPIRATION”.

Job 32:8, it says: “But there is a Spirit in man: and the Inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.”

… Something from God that will tell your Spirit – This is what you must do NOW!

Isaiah 30:21, puts it in another way. It says (now, this is my translation): “When you get to a crossroad; when you don’t know whether to turn right or to turn left. You will HEAR a voice behind saying – This is the WAY, walk in it!”

Thousands of People could be in a Place, one fellow could hear just one thing from God; that nobody else is hearing, and that would change his or her life!

One Preacher said something (and I want you to take note of it). Because what he said was so accurate!

He said: “Those who have not Heard what you hear will think you are mad!”

… I said, that is Correct!

Then he added, he said: “Those who don’t know where you are going will think you are Lost!”

… I said, How ACCURATE!

When I was living in a Room in Mushin (Lagos State – Nigeria) and I was Praying to God to build me a Boy’s quarter.

I HEARD His Voice: “Son, don’t ask Me for a house. I have decided to build you a City”.

… I’m the ONLY one who HEARD!

When I shared it with those who are closed to me, they Laughed! They thought – we better Pray for this man; it seems he is going bananas – I HEARD

That Word that will change your Destiny (for the better); that Word that will translate you from where you are to where God ONLY can take you – You will HEAR it tonight – Amen!

When later on we found a piece of property here (4½ hectares) and I said, Ah! Glory be to God! Let us move! There were those who thought I was LOST. They didn’t HEAR what I heard; they didn’t KNOW where I was going – I HEARD!

Please tell the fellow next to you; You will HEAR from God tonight!

Say it as if you mean it – YOU WILL HEAR FROM GOD TONIGHT!

When we built the First Auditorium (100 by 50 Meters), there were People who said to me, this is the Largest Auditorium in Africa – let us Wall it round – I smiled!

This is not what I heard. I know where God is taking us.

I love beautiful things; I love to see mighty Cathedrals, beautiful walls, well air-conditioned! But I know what I HEARD. i know what I heard is not a Congregation that can be contained within an enclosure – I know what God SAID.

After we built the First one, we built the second one. We came here (the Old Arena); they kept saying – we have arrived! And I kept saying, No, No NO. we haven’t started!

And then we moved on to 3 by 3 Kilometers! And then they said NOW, definitely, we have arrived! I said NO! we have NOT even started. When we start, I will tell you!

That Word from my Father in Heaven, that will cause your friends to say: maybe something is wrong with him! You will HEAR it tonight – Amen!

Let me tell you this; because I told you at the beginning, this is NOT an ordinary WEEK. This is a kind of week that never reoccurs in life!

If you even hear a News, if anybody tells you that Pastor Adeboye is dead; don’t believe them.

You know why? – Because I HEARD that God is going to build for us an Auditorium, the size of Ibadan (the Oyo State Capital in Nigeria).

… Until that is done, am not going anywhere!

And you know what?

There is at least someone here who will be there when we are dedicating that Auditorium.

If you are the one, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

So let me explain the thing called “THE VOICE OF INSPIRATION”.

The Voice of Inspiration – the Voice that ONLY you can hear, tells you that :

1. This is NOT THE BEST that you can be!

… That is the first thing that you will heard from Him.

In 2 Kings 4:8-17; you read the Story of the Shunamite Woman. She was Great, she was Wealthy, she was Well Connected – she knew the King, she knew the Commander in Chief. She said, I am Great everywhere

When the Man of God said woman, you are going to have a son, she laughed! Man of God, don’t deceive me, I don’t need anything!

But as the Man of God SPOKE, she HEARD a voice: YES! You are Great, but you are not yet Complete!

One of my sons was Preaching yesterday and he said: “The only People who need a TURNAROUND are People who are in Problems: the sick, the captives, the poor”.

I was smiling in my Prayer Room. I said, you are correct my son.

But your Daddy will let you a little more, tomorrow (Thursday – Day 4).

In Mathematics (am not here to teach you Mathematics; so don’t be afraid); we have what we call TURNING POINTS.

We have what is called the Upper Turning Point – you will climb to the top of a hill and then you will begin to come down.

He was explaining that, that kind of Turning Point, nobody wants it – Which is Correct!

Then we have what is called the Lower Turning Point – You are at the bottom of a valley, and you begin to climb – That is a good Turning Point!

But there is a third kind of Point; when you are at the Top of a Hill, and suddenly you realize Oh! That is not the end of the journey – there is a Mountain! And from the Hill, you turn Upward!

… We call it, Point of Reflection (forget the language!)

The Point is simple – No matter how great you are now, in the Name that is above every other names, before I see you again, you will be Greater – Amen!

… First voice that will come from Inspiration is: “This is not the BEST that you can be; YOU CAN BE BETTER”.

2. The second thing that the voice will tell you is; You can DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

… You can do something that will take you from the level you are, to a Higher Level.

2 Kings 7:1-9 (you know the story); the Man of God Prophesied to a City that was besieged, and said: Before the end of twenty four (24) hours, that there will be abundance – Amen!

… Thank you for saying AMEN!

Because I just heard from the Almighty God that there is someone here, before the New Year, you will not have to EVER borrow AGAIN – Amen!

So the Man of God said, within twenty four (24) hours, there will be Abundance. And the Bible says, there were four (4) Lepers at the Gate of the City.

Only one of them HEARD from God. Just one of the four (4).

He heard that voice that said to him, you are a Leper; but if you stay here, you will die! You better move to the Camp of the enemies.

The One who heard, shared with the other three (3) – I heard a voice, I have an Inspiration – let ua go to the Camp of the enemies!

The other three (3) argued with him: are you crazy? If we get there, they will kill us.

He convinced them; if we stay here, we will die. If we go to the Camp of the enemies, the worse that can happen to us is – they can kill us – Let us Go!

That Word that will come from the Almighty God, that will change the History of your Family; you will hear it tonight – Amen!

… Let me give you another example of Voice of Inspiration.

You will find it in Joshua 2:1-21; it talks about a harlot called Rahab. Two (2) Spies were sent, and they stayed in her Place.

She recognized them: Ah! these are the People we have been hearing about their God – Wonderful, Powerful! They are at our Boarders now, we are the next to go!

Then she heard a Voice that said to her: Since you can’t beat them, join them!

She heard the voice, that is why she said to them, we know that we are going to be destroyed, when you come, you MUST remember my kindness!

… She heard a voice that brought Salvation to her family!

Oh! I say again; the Word that will Transform your life, the life of every Members of your family – you will hear it tonight – Amen!

… The POWER OF INSPIRATION!

Let me give just give one Physical example; I can give you many, but let give just one.

A man of God (a Christian) was reading his Bible. And got to Isaiah 40:31; “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as Eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

And heard a voice – you are not a bird but you can fly. He called his brothers, shared with his brothers; the brothers said, we are not birds.

… You want to know their names? They are popularly known as “The WRIGHT Brothers”

So he said, okay! Mount on wings like the Eagles. So they studied the birds called Eagle. And began to make all kinds of contractions that will look like an Eagle. They tried to see whether it will work.

People laughed at them, they mocked them. They said to them: if God wanted human beings to fly, He would have given them wings!

But but today, because they persisted, all over the world, human beings are flying in an Aeroplane that looks like an Eagle.

May I decree to someone; because of Who is going to SPEAK to you tonight, You will become a Blessing to the whole world – Amen.

I can give you other examples on the Voice of Inspiration.

Reading Isaiah 43:2, it says: “When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.”

Somebody said, I hear a voice, I am not a fish, but I can live inside the River. Today, we have what is called Submarine, etc.

But I want to tell you tonight, and you may need to take note of that! After this, you can get ready to Pray the three (3) Prayer Points that I want you to Pray tonight.

The sum total of what the Voice of Inspiration will tell you is: YOUR BEST IS YET TO COME!

WHY? – Because God always reserves the Best till the Last.

John 2:1-11; in a Wedding in Canada, when Jesus turned water to Wine; the MC (Master of Ceremony) said:

“People always serve the best wine first; but you have reserved the best for the last! “

The day I read that story, after I became Born Again; I heard a Voice said; son, your Best is yet to come!

I want you to turn to the fellow next to you and say: My brother, my Sister, your Best is Yet to come!

And so you are going to Pray three (3) Prayers.

I will explain them to you. When it is time to Pray, you can choose to Pray them, or you can choose to ignore them.

1. The first one is based on Joshua 10:12-14.

Joshua was fighting a battle, and the enemies were about to escape; because the night was falling.

And Joshua asked something from God, that nobody had ever asked before: he told the Sun not to Set and the Moon to stay where it was.

… And the Bible says, it happened like he asked.

And there has never been another day like that, before or after.

You are going to ask God to INSPIRE you to ask for something nobody has ever asked before. That is going to be your Prayer Point No. 1 (when we get there!)

And I will give you an example, or maybe two examples: One tiny and one big. My son, Pastor Rathod reminded me of one some few days ago;

I was invited to a Conference in a Town called Denver in America. Anybody who knows America well, knows that, that is a very cold part of America. Particularly in January (I think so).

Lord, should I go? Daddy said GO!

But Daddy, You know I don’t like cold weather? I don’t like Winter at all. Since You ask me to go, You will have to give me Summer during Winter. I asked!

I arrived, the few days I was there, People were wearing T-shirt.

Two (2) hours after I left, all the snow that should have fallen when I was there, came back!

… ASKED what nobody has asked for before, and God gave it to me!

I have asked for something nobody else – You have heard me say it before; Nobody has asked for it before.

I told my Daddy: I want double the Anointing of Elisha; Plus double the Anointing of Peter; Plus double the Anointing of Paul; Plus double the Anointing of Jesus Christ (when He was here on Earth).

… I want You to ADD everything together and DOUBLE it again!

… I am not saying I have already gotten everything yet. But at least, I have ASKED.

How many of you would ask God for something so BIG, that if the fellow next to you hears you, he will say, you are mad!

Are you ready to find out, that the God we are serving is the All Sufficient – The GOD who is More than Enough!

… That will be Prayer No. 1, when the time comes!

Prayer No. 2; is based on Acts 19:11-12.

The Bible says God Performed SPECIAL MIRACLES (by the hands of Paul).

A Miracle is a Special Divine Intervention in the affairs of men.

Whenever God Performs a Miracle, He suspends the Law of Nature.

That is what He wants to do – Special Intervention!

But the Bible says God Performed Special Miracle – Divine Intervention.

Do you know what that means?

God TRANSLATED an ordinary man to become EXTRAORDINARY!

Paul Apostle was already a successful Professor. He wasn’t a failure by any standard. But God took a Professor and turned him to somebody whose handkerchief can heal the sick, cast out Demons and Perform Special Miracles.

Your Prayer No. 2 (when the time comes). You are going to say: I want You to Transform me from being ordinary, to being Extraordinary. That’s Prayer No. 2!

I have told you before, that once upon a time; I heard a Voice that we were gathering like this, and I HEARD the Voice of the Lord – I was the only one who heard it.

… And you will HEAR Your Own tonight – Amen!

When He said to me; son, what kind of Pastor do you want to be?

And I said to Him: Lord (am a Mathematician, I don’t answer a question unless I understand it). I don’t understand the question.

Then He said: Would you like to be the BEST or the Worst?

Ah! If I have to choose between the two (2), I will like to be the Best!

Would you like to be the least or the Greatest? To be the Poorest or the Richest?

… By the Grace of God, I will like to be the BEST.

I have been Poor, Poverty is not good!

I am not saying I am the Greatest; I am not saying I am the Best; I am not saying I am the Richest. But whether you believe it or not; I AM ON MY WAY!

Prayer Point No. 3 is based on Matthew 14:23-33 (you know the story).

The Disciples were in a Boat, it was night time. There was a storm, and Jesus came to them WALKING on Water! The People were afraid when they saw Him. He said “IT IS I, be not afraid”.

And Peter said unto Him, if it be You Lord, bid me come to You! The Lord said, COME!

He spoke ONLY to Peter, because Peter was The only one who said: I want to HEAR from You Lord. And Peter JUMPED out of the Boat!

Now, I know all the Preachers, when they will only tell you that Peter began to SINK! – Read that Passage very well – before he began to sink, he WALKED on Water!

… He did what nobody had ever done before. He MADE HISTORY!

It is said that: There are those who WRITE History, there are those who will sit down and WATCH History being made. And there are those who MAKE History.

One of the Prayers am going to ask you to Pray tonight, is that God will INSPIRE you to be a HISTORY MAKER!

Maybe I will just give you a little illustration, and we will be almost ready to Pray!

I have told you before; I was in London, preparing the Sunday School Booklet for the Mission at a time very close to my Birthday.

When I heard a Voice: “Son, what do you want for your Birthday?”

And I said Lord, are You the One speaking to me? And if You are the One, please repeat the Question. And He repeated the Question!

And I said: Alright! For my Birthday, I want Miracle for every members of my Congregation.

Is that ALL?

I said, that’ is all I wanted.

He said, FINE! When you get back home, gather them together.

We gathered them together; we began a Special Program.

I heard a Voice! The Voice is what has become the Holy Ghost Service, the Holy Ghost Congress – whatever you call it; all over the world.

… All because I heard a Voice. History was MADE, because I heard a Voice.

Bartimaeus heard a voice, apart from that Jesus was passing by; he heard something that said, the day you have been waiting for has come. This is your opportunity, don’t miss it.

… Do you know that Jesus never went back to Jericho?

Very soon am going to ask you to Pray.

When it is time to Pray, it is up to you: if you like, you can Pray casually. If you like, you can Pray like somebody who needed to HEAR from God.

But before we Pray, there might be some of you who will say, I have never heard from God. That is not TRUE!

You say, how can you prove that?

Oh! The! Bible says in John 6:440, Jesus Christ said; “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.”

That day you gave your life to Jesus, you may not realize it; you heard a Voice that said – Go and surrender your life to Jesus – This is your Day of Salvation, GO!

You heard the Voice, you did not know Him then. ‘EXCEPT’ the Father draws us to go and surrender.

And still, there are some here – We have been talking to you (Ministers of the Gospel) to come to Jesus. And you are just laughing at them.

They asked me to come to Church. Okay! I came to Church, and I can shout Hallelujah with them. But you have never really surrendered to Jesus Christ.

Do you know that right now He is already Speaking to you?

He says this is your Day of Salvation. As soon as the Man of God says come and surrender your life to Jesus Christ, be the FIRST one that will RUN FORWARD.

ALTAR CALL:

If you are that fellow, your day has come at last. And am going to count from one (1) to ten (10). Before I say ten (10), if you want, now come and surrender your life to Jesus. No more pretending, no more joking: I want to become a child of God. Jesus Christ, for the rest of my life.

Am going to count from one (1) to ten (10). Before I say ten (10) come and stand before me. We will pray for your Salvation, and then you will join us in the BIG PRAYERS that we are going to Pray later.

So if you want to give your life to Jesus Christ; if you know that God is calling you – saying Go, Go, GO! Now begin to come, as I COUNT!

Nobody is forcing you, but a Voice is saying GO! This is your day. You better RUN forward, before it is too late!

… Oh! Nobody can come to Jesus, except the Father draws you!

Thank you, those of you who are clapping; God is taking note of your clapping and He will reward you for it. Your hands will never wither; the hands you are clapping for Him will NEVER BE EMPTY!

THANK YOU LORD!

Now those of you who are still on the way – keep coming! Those of you who are already in the front – cry to God and say: Father, Please save my Soul, forgive all my sins, let Your Blood wash away my sins; everything that will hinder my Prayers.

Tell Him: I surrender to you today, take over Saviour; have Mercy on me! I will serve You from now on, I will do your Will. Just have Mercy on me. Be my Lord, be my Saviour. And I will serve You for the rest of my life.

The rest of us, please let us stretch our hands towards these People and intercede for them. That the One who saved our souls, will save their own souls also. Let us Pray that the Almighty God will have Mercy on them, and give them a Brand New Beginning.

Intercede for them Brethren, for another two (2) minutes.

Those of you who are in front, Cry unto Him: save my soul, have Mercy on you, let your Blood wash away

Those of you who are still on the way, hurry up! But I must Pray now. And make sure you get here before I finish Praying.

PRAYER OF SALVATION

My Father and my God, I want to say: THANK YOU: Thank You for Your Words. Thank You for all these People who have come to surrender their lives to You.

You Promised oh Lord, ‘that whosoever will come unto You, You will in no wise cast out’.

They have come now, please receive them in Jesus’ Name! Save their souls, wash them clean with Your Blood, write their names in the “BOOK OF LIFE”. And from now on, anytime they cry unto You, answer them by FIRE! And let them serve You for the rest of their lives.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

… Now those of you in front, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

I rejoice with you. Because from now on, by the Grace of God, I will be Praying for you.

So am going to need your name, your address and your Prayer Requests. The Counsellors will give you a Card, please fill them correctly and you will return to them.

We will wait for three (3) minutes for you, before we continue.

And the rest of us, while we are waiting for these People to finish, let us begin to Thank God in advance, for the Mighty things He will be doing in our lives in the next few moments.

The Bible says we don’t even know how to Pray as we ought to. But the Holy Spirit will help us.

PRAYERS:

1.Your first Prayer is that you will tell the Almighty God; God I want to ask for the Impossible tonight, please do it for me.

So you will lift your voice loud and clear and say FATHER, I want to ask for the IMPOSSIBLE tonight. Please do it for me!

Go ahead, talk to the Almighty God: Joshua asked the Sun not to set, the Moon not to appear. And You answered. Please, Do it for me Lord!

Thank You Father! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

2. Now, you will Pray this one, if only you will believe in it.

Lift your voice loud and clear and say FATHER; in EVERY areas of my life, from now on let me be EXTRAORDINARILY SUCCESSFUL. Go ahead, talk to the Almighty God!

3. Peter MADE History; and we are still talking about him today. Don’t be AFRAID.

One of my daughters came to me some days ago, she said: Daddy, is it too much to ask?

She said “the next time you need to build an Auditorium, I want to build it ALONE!

Open your mouth and cry to the Almighty God, and say FATHER; very, very soon, ANYTHING I need to do for You, let it be EASY for me! go ahead, cry to the Almighty God.

Thank You Father! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

You have HEARD Testimonies of People Raising the dead. They don’t have two (2) heads, their parents are not angels.

4. Lift your voice loud and clear and say FATHER, from now on, ANYONE I touch must receive a MAJOR MIRACLE! Go ahead, talk to the Almighty God.

Thank You Lord; in Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Don’t be afraid to Pray this Prayer. Your own is to Pray, it is left to God to Answer! And I can assure you, He is going to ANSWER tonight!

5. Say FATHER; I want to be among the BEST, I want to be among the GREATEST, I want to be among the RICHEST! Open your mouth, cry to the Almighty God.

CLOSING PRAYER

My Father and my God, the ALL Sufficient God, the One who is MORE THAN ENOUGH. I Thank You for Your Words tonight; I Thank You for the Blessed ears that have heard Your Words tonight. Please accept my THANKS, in Jesus’ Name.

Tonight, I stand in Complete Agreement with everyone here and everyone listening to me or reading ALL OVER the world: as they have asked, so DO unto them, in Jesus’ Name!

When the History of the world is written; Let the names of ALL these Your children be mentioned therein.

In the Name that is above every other names; you will all be among the BEST, you will be among the GREATEST, you will be among the RICHEST, you will be among the MOST ANOINTED.

Miracles, Signs and Wonders that had NEVER been done by anybody before – God will do through you.

Am sure somebody would be wondering why we should give the whole day to the Youths and Young Adults? We do so because the Future belongs to them.

We have discovered that those who are less than fifty (50) years old in the Redeemed Christian Church of God accounts for more than 75% of the entire congregation.

So if we were to vote on anything, they will defeat the Elders so thoroughly that INEC will not declare the context inconclusive!

So let us give the Lord a big round of applause for our Youths – Glory be to God!

BIRTH REPORT:

As at 7.00pm this evening, the number of Babies that are born on the Camp during this Congress, stands at Ten (10) – six (6) Boys and four (4) Girls.

… Let the Boys shout “Praise the Lord!” And let the Girls shout Hallelujah.

The young ones have done a lot of job. I usually look forward to the period of their Ministrations – March, June, October and now December. Because when you come to listen to these young Boys and Girls; as if they are taking you through Bible College!

They load you with Bible Passages. They give you points upon points. They look at the Topic from angles you cannot even imagine!

I give God the Glory for these Young ones; because, like I keep telling you – with these ones around, I know my future is alright – Glory be to God!

So am not going to take much of your time tonight. But I want to talk to you briefly about: “THE POWER OF TESTIMONIES”.

Our text is MARK 10:46-52 (like I said yesterday) but I won’t read it all – I will stop as soon as I get to where we would be talking about briefly, tonight.

46 And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.

47 And when he HEARD that it was Jesus of Nazareth…

… When he HEARD! – He HEARD!

The Bible says Faith Comes by HEARING – Roman 10:17.

Incidentally, FEAR also comes by hearing.

In Joshua 2:1-11; Rehab said to the two (2) spies “we have HEARD about your God; and how our HEARTS have melted”.

Faith can come by hearing, Fear can come by hearing.

Therefore, be careful what you hear; be careful who you listen to.

In Revelation 2:7; the Bible says…

PROPHESY:

Ah! Thank You Father! Daddy says there is someone here, He says because of you, the WIND will BLOW!

In Revelation 2:7; the Bible says “He that hath an EAR, let him HEAR what the SPIRIT saith unto the Churches;”

So you can listen to the Spirit of God, and get FAITH. or if you like, you can listen to the devil (who is a Liar).

According to John 8:44. The devil is a Liar. If you listen to him, you will hear his lies, and FEAR will come!

HOW DID BARTIMAEUS KNOW WHAT JESUS COULD DO?

He HEARD: He heard Testimonies, he heard what Jesus had done in other Places.

For example, in Mark Chapter 1…

PROPHESY :

Oh! Thank You my Father and my God! I believe this one is for me; because the Lord says, before the end of this week, somebody would hear GOOD NEWS.

in Mark 1:23-28; the Bible records that after Jesus had cast out a demon (in the Temple), His fame SPREAD abroad, throughout all the Region round about Galilee.

When He stepped into that Temple, He saw a man with an Unclean Spirit. He got rid of the Unclean Spirit; His fame spread – Testimonies went Abroad!

… That was in Mark Chapter one (1).

In Mark 5:35-43; after He raised Jairus daughter from the dead; the Bible records for us the same story.

In Matthew 9:23-26 – that was when He raised Jairus daughter from the dead; His Fame spread throughout all the land.

… That was Mark Chapter one (1); and then Chapter five (5).

We we now in Mark Chapter ten (10); before we came to Bartimaeus, he had HEARD that Jesus could Cast out demons. He had HEARD that Jesus could Raise the dead!

So when he HEARD now that Jesus was passing by, suddenly he knew that his day has come!

I have Good News for somebody here today; even because of the few Testimonies you have HEARD in the Past, Today will be your DAY!

NOW, HOW POWERFUL IS TESTIMONY?

Testimony is so Powerful, that according to the Word of God, you need only two (2) Things to overcome the devil.

How many THINGS? Only Two (2) Things!

According to Revelation 12:10-11, the Bible says – “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony;”

Only two (2) Things are required to overcome the devil – The Blood of the Lamb and Testimony.

And so am going to talk to you very briefly (I will be as quick as possible) because I know God wants to do something He has never done before, Tonight!

I want to talk to you first, about “THE NATURE OF TESTIMONIES”.

It is going to encourage some of us, because there are many of us here, who are still struggling with forces of darkness – because we did not Share our Testimonies.

When we aren’t Talking about TESTIMONIES;

1. You can HEAR IT.

In Joshua 9:7-13; the Levites said to Joshua – we have HEARD about the Fame of your God. We have HEARD all that He did in Egypt, etc.

They said, that is why we have come!

… You can HEAR Testimonies!

And I Thank the Almighty God that in this Commission, we HEAR Testimonies all the time.

As a matter of fact, we have so many of them, that unfortunately some of us have become a bit casual about these Testimonies.

Someone was sharing Testimony tonight, about how she has been healed of Cancer. We took it light! It took the Girl who was the MC (Master of Ceremony in the occasion) to say: “Wait a minute, supposed it has been your sister that was cured of Cancer, by the Power of the Almighty God. Will you not PRAISE GOD?”

… For all of you who PRAISED GOD, for hearing that Testimony, Cancer will NEVER visit your home – AMEN!

For those of you who didn’t PRAISE GOD; Let me give you an opportunity to shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

… You can HEAR Testimony, and Testimony will INCREASE your Faith. Faith comes by HEARING!

2. The second thing you can do about Testimony is that you can SHARE IT.

… You can TELL others what you have HEARD!

In 2 Kings 5:1-3; it is the housemaid of Naaman that SHARED the Testimony of what God was doing in her Land that brought a Miracle to Naaman.

3. The third thing you can do about Testimony is that you can REPEAT IT.

… you HEAR it, you can SHARE it with someone, and that someone can pick it up and REPEAT it!

For example, in 2 Kings 5:4; when that Girl SHARED the Testimony of what God was doing in her Land, somebody HEARD it, and REPEATED it to Naaman.

4. The fourth thing you can Encounter concerning Testimony is that you can HAVE IT.

… You can be the one who HAS a Testimony!

In Mark 1:40-45; Jesus cured a leper and told the leper: “Don’t tell anyone”.

But the leper said: I have a Testimony, how can I keep quiet?

Those of you who have never had a Testimony before, I Pray in the Name that is above every other names, you will have one (1) tonight – Amen!

5. Another thing that could happen, talking about Testimony, is that it can be LOST.

… Someone could have a Testimony, and for one reason or the other, he or she could LOOSE it!

2 Kings 4:8-20; it talks about the Great Shunamite Woman: who invited the Man of God to her house for food. And then later on built a house for him to stay.

And then the Man of God decreed that: “You will have a son”. And then she got a son. And then one day, after the son had grown, the son died!

… She had a Testimony, and she LOST it!

I Pray in the Name that is above every other names, that every Testimonies you have had; you will never LOOSE them!

… I could use illustrations but like I said, I want to hurry!

6. The sixth Thing about Testimony is that, it can RECOVERED.

… After losing it, it can be RECOVERED.

In the same 2 Kings 4:18-37; the Shunamite Woman RECOVERED her Testimony!

In the Name of the One who sent me; every Testimonies you have LOST, shall be RECOVERED before tomorrow morning – Amen!

It is better not to have a Testimony, than to have it and LOSE it!

I will remind you very briefly about a case – a personal case of mine;

When I became Born Again, a very young Christian. I attended a Fellowship at the University of Lagos. We were singing and having a wonderful time, Worshiping God. All of a sudden, there was silence (as if there was signal from Heaven). Everybody suddenly became silent.

And then one man began to Prophesy: “Thus Saith the Lord…” and he went on and on! And I nudged the man who took me there. I said: when did God say that?

And the man said: ‘keep quiet!’ God is speaking.

I said, I’am not hearing anything’. – He said, keep quiet!

… After the Programme, I made up my mind: God, I must HEAR You.

Is there anybody here today who will love to be hearing from God?

… Receive the Gift, in JESUS’ Name – Amen!

Few days later, I started hearing from God! And am telling you, it is a very beautiful thing to be able to hear from God, yourself! Then, nobody can deceive you. When somebody comes and say, GOD SAID…

Am sure you have heard again and again, when somebody would get up and he would Prophesy. And they will ask me, ‘what do you say?’ I will say: my Daddy didn’t tell me that!

So I began to enjoy it! I began to hear from God.

When coming to church on Sunday morning, God would have told me who is going to Preach; what he is going to Preach on. The Text that he will use.

… I mean, it was Beautiful!

He would tell me where there will be traffic jam in Lagos. He would tell me which way to go, which way not to go.

And then one day; because as at that time, I was the most educated in the Church. And very quickly, I became the interpreter for the General Superintendent (the Founder of the Church). And as soon as other Pastors saw that I was interpreting for him, they left me alone – to be interpreting for him.

Then one day, one Pastor, for one reason or the other: chose me to interpret for him.

I was upset! Who does he think he is? Me? The interpreter to the General Superintendent?

If he had known how I was feeling inside, he would have chosen another fellow.

… But I interpreted for him; because I had to obey him!

As soon as we finished the Service, I heard a voice from Heaven, loud and clear: So you are now too big to interpret for My Servant? That was the last thing I heard!

All of a sudden, from that moment onward, Heaven became silent. I didn’t hear from Heaven anymore!

Somehow, the devil must have discovered that I was not hearing from Heaven any more. Oh! I got into every traffic jam in Lagos. All manner of problems came!

I cried, I Prayed, I wept. Until finally, I said to God: begin to speak to me again. And then, if by tomorrow am going to offend you, take me away today!

And then God began to speak to me again. And He has being speaking to me since then!

Every gift that you LOST, shall be RESTORED to you today, in Jesus’ Name – Amen.

7. But the most beautiful aspect of Testimony is to be the PRODUCER OF IT.

… That you will be the one Producing Testimonies in the lives of others!

For example, 2 Kings 5:9-14; you will begin to find that one that when finally, Naaman came to the house of Elisha; Elisha just sent a word! The next time we heard about Naaman, his body had been completely healed!

I Pray today for everyone of you here, watching all over the world (or reading):

1. You will have a FRESH Testimony – Amen.
2. Those ones you already have, you will never LOSE them – Amen.
3. If you have Lost any Testimony, you will RECOVER them – Amen.
4. From tonight onwards, you will begin to PRODUCE Testimonies – Amen.

I will give you one (1) or two (2) Examples very quickly, to let you know what is coming your way tonight.

You will remember, at least those of you who are following what is happening in the Newspaper, etc.

You will remember a young Girl – just one of the Workers, in Akure. Who was going out, witnessing.

And saw somebody who was lame; Prayed a simple Prayer, the lame man began to WALK. She saw somebody who was a leper; Prayed a simple Prayer, the leprosy was cleansed. And many other miracles.

It took the Police men to rescue her from People who were coming out to say: Touch me also!

In the Name that is above every other names; before the end of this Year, you too will be PRODUCING TESTIMONIES – Amen!

One of my sons shared a very funny Testimony, not too long ago; We went to America, he invited me to his house, and I visited. After I had visited, his friends heard that I had gone to visit him.

So anytime the friends had any problems, they came to his house, and SAT on the chair where I say. And they GOT their Miracles.

He said, when he saw that everybody was coming to his house to come and sit on the chair, he took the chair away!

“I don’t want them to turn my house to a Mecca”.

In the Name that is above every other names; even the chair you sit upon, will begin to PRODUCE Testimonies – Amen.

I will explain: we will get there in the next five (5) minutes (by the Grace of God).

You see, TESTIMONIES ARE IN CATEGORIES:

Category 1: Is the Testimony that comes AFTER A MIRACLE.

Anybody can share a Testimony after a Miracle.

In John 9:1-25, when Jesus healed the man who was born blind, and some People were arguing whether Jesus is the One who did it or not.

Then finally, they said to the man: Give Glory to God, the man you say healed you is a sinner.

“Whether He’s a sinner or not, one thing I know – whereas I was blind, but now I SEE”.

in the Mighty Name of Jesus, before tomorrow morning, you will be able to say: Whereas I was sick, now I am WELL. Whereas I had problems, now my problems are OVER – Amen.

… But that is the lowest Category of Testimony – Testimony after a Miracle!

Category 2: The Higher Testimony is when you can Testify BEFORE THE MIRACLE.

For example, in 2 Kings 4:18-23; when the son of the Shunamite Woman died. And she took the child, laid him on the bed of the Man of God. Went to the husband, and said: please Sir, I need transportation, I want to get to the Man of God.

And the husband said: why are you going to the Man of God? It is not the end of the Month, to say you are going to pay your Tithes. It is not a particular celebration, that you want to go and give a Present to the Man of God.

Where are you going?

She said: “ALL WILL BE WELL”

Is anybody here, who believes beyond all doubts, that before tomorrow morning you are going to have a Fresh Testimony?

If you are the one, let me hear you say: My Tomorrow will be ALRIGHT!

Say it loud and clear: MY TOMORROW WILL BE ALRIGHT!

… That is a Testimony BEFORE it happens!

I have shared with you before, that the first few Years of my marriage to my wife, things were rough. I mean, financially speaking. I have told you, there were occasions when we were struggling over ‘Rain Coat’. You know Rain Coat? – Animal Skin (Pomo).

When we were struggling over ‘Pomo’. When I would say – this Pomo is too thick, you can’t have it alone. Let us cut it into two (2).

I would always look at my wife and say:

“… Darling, things will not continue like this! Because I know tomorrow will be Alright”.

Is there anybody here at all, that you know without any doubts that your tomorrow is going to be Alright?

If you believe that, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

… But there is a Higher Category of Testimony, even Higher than that!

Category 3: And you will find this Higher Category in 2 Kings 4:25-26;

When this Shunamite Woman got to the Man of God, and the Man of God asked her: How is your husband, and how is your child?

… She said: ALL IS WELL.

… not all WILL be well.

I don’t know how many People, with the BOLDNESS OF CHRIST; can turn to one (1) or two (2) People and say to him or her – MY TURNAROUND has already started!

She was no longer saying ‘All WILL be well. She was saying “All IS Well”.

The Bible says in Joel 3:10; Let the weak says I AM STRONG!

And according to Numbers 14:26-28; the Almighty God said, as you have spoken into My Ears, so will I do unto you!

Is it WELL WITH YOU already? – YES! (I can’t hear your answer).

Has your TURNAROUND already started? – YES!

Whether the devil likes it or not, are you convinced that your tomorrow is Alright? – YES!

In spite of everything the enemies may be saying, are you sure you will reach the TOP? – YES!

Are you sure you will see the NEW YEAR? – YES!

Are you sure you will never go back again? – YES!

… Now, there is a higher level of Testimony still.

Category 4: It is a Testimony that is based on Matthew 18:19.

It says: “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on Earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”

MEANING WHAT?

Two (2) of you can Produce a Testimony. All you need to do is AGREE!

I will tell you two (2) Stories quickly! But then, we will begin to PRODUCE TESTIMONIES here tonight – Amen!

Some of you have heard the Testimony before; it happened years ago! One of my daughters came to me and said, Daddy, I am pregnant! I said, congratulations! (Because you know, she was married).

She said, that is not why I have come.

Okay! Why have you come?

She said, the pregnancy is three (3) months now, and I want the Baby to be a Girl.

I said, Girl? – She said, Yes!

Why do you want a Girl, to start with? She said – so that she can grow up very quickly and begin to wear my dress.

So I said to her, am not a Medical Doctor. But I read in one Journal years before, that everything a child is going to be is settled within seventy two (72) hours – three (3) days of conception – Whether the child will be a boy, a girl, tall, short, light skin or dark skin.

… All is settled within seventy two (72) hours – three (3) days of conception!

Now, you have been Pregnant for three (3) Months, you are now talking about the sex of the baby. What if he is already a Boy? She said: that is why I came.

Ah! What do you want me to do? To say to God – if it is a Boy, change to a Girl, or what?

She said, Daddy, I am not asking you to Perform a Miracle. All am asking you to do is, AGREE WITH ME!

I said, OH! That is simple. Let us Pray: Father, I AGREE with her, let it be a Girl.

… Six (6) months later, she delivered. And it was a Girl.

Ah! I know there are those of us who would say, maybe it is a Girl all alone! You may be right!

Which leads me to the second Story: I shared the Testimony to you.

There is this Lady, a Medical Doctor at LUTH – Medical Doctor!

She came to me, and said Sir, I heard the Testimony of that your daughter who wanted a Girl and got a Girl.

I have had four (4) children, they are all Girls. The family of my husband have said if I ever give them another Girl, I will be in trouble.

Now, am eight (8) month pregnant. We have checked, it is another girl. I want you to AGREE with me, that it will be changed to a BOY!

I said Ma, you are a Medical Doctor. She said, am not here to discuss Medicine.

… How many of you believe that your God is BIGGER than Medicine? – I believe.

I decree right now, every Medical Report contrary to your well-being, it is CANCELLED now!

She said, am not here to discuss Medicine. Am here so that you AGREE with me (like you AGREED with your daughter); that my next baby will be a BOY.

we Agreed! One (1) month later, she delivered, and it was a Boy!

Now, am fully aware that there are some of you; so intelligent, that you won’t believe any of these Stories. No problem! God knew in advanced, that some of you will not believe.

That is why He said in His Words: Your Unbelief is not going to make Him a liar.

He said, let it be written: Let God be True and let all men BE liars!

How many of you believe that there is God in Heaven that can reverse the irreversible?

How many of you believe that there is God in Heaven that can make Dry Bones live again?

How many of you believe that there is God in Heaven that has so much Power, that He can give you a TURNAROUND?

… Let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

In the next few minutes, you and I will do something: We are going to join hands, we are going to be in Agreement – one for the other; That the fellow I am holding, Lord: must have a TURNAROUND today.

We are going to Pray that Prayer! And let me assured you that this is one night that you will never forget for the rest of your life (Amen!)

Because, as you are in Agreement with the Brother and the Sister (on your right and on your left). Remember the Law of Harvest: that whatsoever you sow, that is what you will reap.

As you see Agreeing with them (on the left and to the right), and they are agreeing with you; you will get at the end of the day, TRIPLE openings, for your TURNAROUND – Amen.

If you are still with me that this is your Night; that at long last, your Turnaround has come, let me hear you shout another Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

I want you to know that I am so sure, that I know, that I know, that I know! That as we join our hands in Agreement tonight; the Heavens will honour that Agreement.

I am so sure that when the time comes, I am going to drop the microphone here; am running back there to join my hands to the others. Because am not missing out of this one!

If you really feel it in your bones that this is your Night, let me hear you shout another Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

… You may be seated for the time being!

Because there is one (1) little thing we have to clear.

The Word of God says something in 2 Corinthians 6:14-16: it says it clearly, “There can be no Agreement between a Believer and unbeliever”.

… That’s the SUMMARY of it!

ALTAR CALL:

If you are in this congregation tonight, if it has pleased the Most High God to bring you here, including those of you in various Viewing Centres across the Globe or reading now. And you are still not a child of God.

When we join hands together in Agreement; when the Heavens begin to do the Mighty Turnarounds. The Word of God made it clear; “The Rain can beat a tree on one side and leave the other side dry”.

In other that you would not be left behind out of what God wants to do tonight. Am going to count from one (1) to ten (10). If you are in this Congregation and you have not given your life to Jesus Christ, and you want Him to save your soul, so that you will cease to be an infidel.

I will count from one (1) to ten (10); before I say ten (10), make sure you are already standing before me. So that I can Pray for your Salvation.

Am counting Now! Two (2) cannot walk together except they be agreed. Unless you are a child of God, the Agreement is not going to work for you.

Okay! Thank you. Those of you still on the way – keep coming, and those of you who are already in the front – talk to God. Tell Him, I want You to save my soul. Am saying bye bye to all my sins. Forgive all my sins, please save my soul, be my Saviour, be my Lord. And I will serve You for the rest of my life.

And the rest of us, please let us stretch our hands toward these People and intercede for them. Pray that the Power that is in the Blood of Jesus Christ will wash them clean. That the One who saved your soul, will save their own souls also.

Let us intercede for them for another one (1) minute.

And those of you who are still on the way, just keep coming. And Pray as you come: Ask Jesus to please have Mercy on you. Ask Him to forgive your sins and wash you clean today with His Powerful Blood.

Thank You Father! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

PRAYER OF SALVATION

Saviour, I want to say: THANK YOU: Thank You for Your Words; Thank You for these People who have come to You. Please accept our Thanks in Jesus’ Name.

They have come to You, Lord Please, receive them, in Jesus’ Name. Let Your Blood wash them clean, in Jesus’ Name. Write their names in the “BOOK OF LIFE”. Receive them into the Family of God.

And Lord from now on, anytime they cry unto You for anything, please answer them by FIRE! Let them serve You to the end.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Now, those of you in front, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Congratulations, for the Salvation of your soul.

I am sure by now the Counsellors have given you Cards. Go ahead, fill your Name, your Address and your Prayer Requests. And I Promise you I will be Praying for you – Congratulations!

We will wait for you for about two (2) to three (3) minutes. So you can come and join us, and then we will proceed.

Now, what we are going to do (like I said earlier on) is that we are going to join hands.

But before we do so; I want you to think of something seriously difficult, that will take the Almightiness of God to do! Like changing the sex of a baby that is already 8 months old (in the womb) from Girl to Boy.

Because whatever we agree together upon tonight, is going to be done before the sun rises!

It will be good if you can have someone on your left and someone on your right.

And the Prayer we are going to pray is very simple: we are going to say FATHER; I agree with this Your child that am holding, that THAT MIRACLE he or she has asked for, be given to him or her. That’s all!

So you stand on your feet now, join hands together and begin to Pray that PRAYER! go ahead; I will come and stop you in a moment.

In JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME we have Prayed – Amen!

CLOSING PRAYER

In the Name that is above every other names, am in TOTAL AGREEMENT with each and everyone of you: That MIRACLE you have believed God, RECEIVED it now!

That TURNAROUND you have asked God for, RECEIVE it Right Now!

That TESTIMONY that will shake the world, Receive it Right Now!

And so shall it BE!

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have AGREED – AMEN!

Together, let me hear you shout a VERY BIG HALLELUJAH – HALLELUJAH!!!

Magnify His Holy Name for what He has done in the Past. Praise Him for what He is about to do now. Give Him Glory, give Him Honour, give Him Adoration. Bless the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Worship the Ancient of Days!

Thank You Father, Blessed be Your Holy Name. In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have given Thanks – Amen!

1. Lift your voice to the Almighty God and say FATHER, during this Congress, please, give me a PLEASANT SURPRISE that I will never forget for the rest of my life.

Ancient of Days, the Unchangeable Changer, the One whose name is: Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. The Lion of the Tribe of Judah, the Holy One of Israel, the Alpha, the Omega, the Beginning, the Ending, the One who is, the One who was, the Who Is to come, the ALMIGHTY. As for all my children who are watching all over the world in various Viewing Centers (or reading), I want you to know that the Almighty God is there with you. And He will reach you too. And give you your Miracle, too in Jesus’ Name – Amen.

Tonight, we just want to PRAISE God.

Am sure many of you would have wondered: Why has there been so much Singing and Dancing and Jumping. Before the night is over, you will understand!

Am just interrupting the PRAISE, just for few minutes to share one (1) or two (2) things. After which I finish, we will allow the “Elders” – who want to sleep (so they can dream Dreams). We will allow them to go!

And then those of us who are “Young” – who wants to see Visions; we will Sing, we will Dance, until we are Satisfied!

… And you will know the reason very, very soon!

BIBLE TEXT: MARK 10:46-52;

And while you are opening your Bibles, I want to say “WELCOME” to ALL our beloved brethren that have come from all over the world. We will welcome you more appropriately when the rest have come.

… We know many of you are still on the way!

MARK 10:46-52;

46 And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.

47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.

48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.

49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.

50 And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.

51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.

52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

Let me tell someone right away; Your Garment of Shame will be thrown away tonight – Amen!

When did he receive his sight? – IMMEDIATELY!

When are you going to receive your TURNAROUND? – NOW!

This story is a story that you know very well.

It is the favourite of Evangelists. Any Evangelist who hasn’t got something to Preach, will just take this one and tell you to shout and shout. Then you will get your Miracle and go.

But we are going to look at this story for the next one week. Because in there is your GREAT TURNAROUND.

NOW, let me start; what exactly do we mean by TURNAROUND?

You will hear several Definitions as we go along in the week!

But the simplest one simply says: if you have been going backward, now begin to go Forward. If you have been going downward, now begin to go Upward!

… That’s the simplest Definition!

Now, what do we mean by GREAT TURNAROUND?

We are talking about Great Turnaround – When lost opportunities that you have lost suddenly make a TURNAROUND and come back to you!

I want to appeal to you, I want you to be very attentive. Because somebody will get his or her own TURNAROUND, tonight – Amen! And it is going to happen before I finish Preaching – Amen.

So I will give an illustration of a Great Turnaround: Some of you have heard the story before, but for the benefits of those who never heard it, I will tell you:

Several years ago, I went to the Eastern Part of Nigeria to go and do something for WAEC (West Africa Examination Council)

On my way back, I got to Alabama present day Capital of Delta State – Nigeria. I didn’t go with my car, so I stood by the wayside, flagging down cars, looking for a ride to Lagos – Nigeria.

And when I saw a car that looked old (the kind of car that the owner will use as Cab) I waved them. And they didn’t stop. I kept on weaving, nobody stopped!

Then all of a sudden, I saw a brand new Mercedes Benz Car – the one they used to call “Obokun” (those of you who are old, you will know what that means)!

… The BIGGEST of Mercedes Benz in those days – Brand New!

Driving towards me. I didn’t bother to wave because I know this one is not going to stop. But for one reason, after the driver had gone ahead for sometime, he stopped and Reversed!

… Am using Queens English now! If it is America, they will say “he Backup”. In Nigeria English, he reversed.

When he got to where I was, he said: where are you going? I said, Lagos Sir. He said ‘JUMP IN’ – I laughed!

He was sitting with his friend in front. So I jumped into the back, threw my little bag on the floor, and sat at the “Owner’s Corner”.

They drove me all the way to Lagos. He branched at a Petrol Station somewhere in Palmgrove (Lagos State -Nigeria).

I said, Thank you! He said, where do you live? I said, Surulere! He said, don’t worry, will take you home.

Every opportunity that has passed you by will make a TURNAROUND – Amen!

So when we talk about “THE GREAT TURNAROUND”, you will see it in the story of Bartimeaus: Jesus came to Town and He was going out of the Town. He had already passed by Bartimaeus – He had already gone past!

But something happened that caused Jesus to stand still; and sent for Bartimaeus. By the time that day was over, Bartimaeus had had several Turnarounds – He had had a Turnaround from darkness to Light.

… Which is going to be the portion of someone here tonight – Amen.

He had had a Great Turnaround:

1. From sickness to health.
2. From poverty to Wealth.
3. From loneliness to becoming the centre of attraction.
4. From Barrenness to Fruitfulness.
5. From being unknown to somebody the World the World is talking about now.
6. From curses to Blessings!

… ALL his enemies have become his messengers!

Somebody is going to have a Great Turnaround – Amen!

If you are the one, let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

But let me quickly do just a little bit of Teaching – to lay the foundation for the rest of the week.

WE NEED TO NOTE THESE:

1. That God is a GOD OF INDIVIDUALS.

When He made you, He made you UNIQUELY. There is nobody exactly like you, in the whole world.

I have a friend (in Ghana), a Great Man of God. He has a Twin brother, and they are very identical. They are identical in everything (including fingerprints). EXCEPT their thumbprints!

… Everything alike, but they still differ in their fingerprints.

So God is an Individual God. He made you Unique!

So whenever He is going to do something, He focuses on the individual!

In Revelation 3:20, He said: Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if ANY MAN hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

So during this week, am appealing to you, you are to love your neighbour like yourself. But that means you must love yourself FIRST!

This very week, let your No. 1 focus be yourself.

Do you understand what I have just said? – Yes sir.

When it comes to crucial issues, you don’t talk about ‘WE’. You talk about ‘ME’.

“… SELF first, is not selfishness”. Please understand that!

Because you are going to notice (as we go along this week) that some People will be doing some things and some People will be sitting down, watching them.

By now you would have noticed that some People have Praised God. They have Sang, they have Danced (until they were sweating). And some People have been watching!

Don’t be surprised, that is the way it is.

Whenever it comes, for example, to things that are very crucial – like this week, God deals with Individuals!

Psalms 23:1 says: The LORD is MY shepherd; I shall not want.

… He didn’t say, the Lord is ‘OUR’ Shepherd

In Verse 6, David said “Surely Goodness and Mercy shall follow (WHO?) – ‘ME’

There was a time when some of my brethren became very, very religious. When they want to close a Meeting, they will say:

“Surely Goodness and Mercy shall follow ‘US’ all the days of OUR LIVES : and WE will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”

… It says, Surely Goodness and Mercy shall follow “ME “.

So when it comes to Praising the Lord, it is an Individual matter!

David said in Psalms 34:1: “I will bless the LORD at all times: His Praise shall continually be in MY mouth.”

… I want you to understand this is very, very serious.

I can’t tell you everything that I know is going to happen this week.

Daddy won’t even allow me to tell you in advanced.

But believe me, honestly (because you are so Special to me); there has never been a week like this in your lives before. And there may NEVER be another week like this week, in your life AGAIN – Amen.

David said in Psalms 103:1: Bless the LORD, O MY soul: and all that is within ME, bless His holy Name.

Psalms 108:1-3 says: O God, MY heart is fixed; I will sing and give Praise, even with MY glory.

… It is an Individual matter!

There was a crowd following Jesus on the day that Bartimaeus got his Turnaround. And when he was crying, he said: “Jesus, Thou son of David, have Mercy on ME”.

I was going round in the night yesterday – am sure you know I will go round! I sneaked out at a time when I thought ‘by now, everybody would have gone to bed’.

And I was amazed that there were thousands on this Camp (yesterday) crying to God for this Congress.

I said, Daddy, even if You didn’t hear my Prayers, You will hear the Prayers of all these People.

How many of you believe that God is going to hear your Prayers this week? Let me hear you shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

… That is the first thing you need to Note: This week, it’s an individual matter. It is between God and ME. – That is the first THING!

2. The second (2nd) thing that I want you to know is that; when you go through the Scriptures, you will find out that Abraham’s Turnaround came when he FED GOD – Genesis 18:1-14.

… You know the story of Abraham very well.

God has been Promising him for twenty five (25) years. But one day, God was passing by, then Abraham saw Him and said: You can’t go, come and eat in my house.

… He FED GOD, and his Turnaround came!

Sir, What are you trying to say?

My People (not too far from the Camp) here, they sing a song.

The song says (in English):

“God does not eat Eba,
He does not eat Ikokore…
(What does He eats?) PRAISE!”

In other words, the only food God wants from you is PRAISE – TAKE NOTE of that!

3. Hannah got her Turnaround when she made God an offer that He can’t refused.

In 1 Samuel 1:9-20; She had been going to Shiloh for YEARS. All of a sudden, she changed her Prayer. And said: God, let us have a deal – Give me a son, and I will hand him over to You. I know You need a Prophet.

… If You give me the son, You have a Prophet!

… God couldn’t refuse the offer.

Do you know that there is an offer that God can NEVER refuse?

Psalms 50:23 says; “Whoso offereth Praise Glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the Salvation of God.”

… God can Never, Never say NO to PRAISE!

I have said it before, “if you have Prayed and you have not gotten an answer; try PRAISE.” if Prayer fails, try PRAISE.

I don’t want to start telling you stories that you already know. But you know of one of our brothers who died in the vestry on his Wedding Day. And the Pastors have Prayed all manners of Prayer, for thirty (30) minutes. And he was getting colder!

They changed their Prayers to PRAISE; and within minutes, he came back to life!

Somebody is going to have a Major Turnaround tonight, by shouting the LOUDEST Hallelujah!

4. Another thing you need to know; when you have nothing else to offer God, OFFER PRAISE!

I give you an example in Mark 5:2-20 – It is the story of the Madman of Gadara. He had nothing to give; he was mad – MAD! Madmen called him MAD. He was living in the tomb.

If it is Offering Time, what is he going to give (Madness)? But he had one (1) thing to give: When he saw Jesus, he fell down at His Feet and WORSHIPPED Him. And his Turnaround came!

If you have nothing to give, give Him PRAISE!

Let me hear you shout another Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Do you know that the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, when He wanted to Perform His Greatest Miracle – when He wanted to bring back somebody who had been dead for four (4) days.

When He was about to hand over to someone who said, he is too far gone, It is too late!

He started by Praising His Father in Heaven.

In John 11:39-44; He Praised the God of Heaven and the man who had been dead for four (4) days, had a MAJOR Turnaround, and came back to life!

If you follow the Song (THE SPECIAL CONGRESS HYMN) that we sang tonight, you would see a Verse there that says:

“Have you lost all hope?
Are your bones now dry (have you become dry bones)?

This week, the Wind of the Holy Ghost will BLOW – Not only will dry bones live again, dry bones will begin to FLY once again!

So what is it that Bartimaeus said at the beginning of everything?

He said: “JESUS THOU SON OF DAVID…”

… That is the SECRET!

Jesus, Thou Son of David… That is how he started his request!

What was he saying?

He was saying to Jesus: I know You (I may be blind d), but I know You. I know You all the way and Your Root! I know Your father. Your father was David. Your father is the one who has done a lot of impossible things

I know Your father killed a lion with his bear hands, he killed a bear with his bear hands. Your father killed Goliath with an ordinary stone! I know Your Daddy, and I know like Father, like Son!

That is why Jesus stood still – “Who is that fellow that is calling Me all the way to my Origin?”

Ask our people here, ask the Elders; when you want to get something from somebody, someone important. How do you go about it?

There is something in my tribe called ‘ORIKI’.

They begin by saying: you are the son of so and so, etc.

I think I have shared this one with you before you – When I was very little I used to sleep by my father on the mat.

My father was so Poor, the Poor People called him Poor. And in spite of that, he still had two (2) wives with many children.

And whenever it is time to go back to school (when the holidays are over): in other that our mothers cannot come to him and ask for school fees, he will pick quarrels with them because he had no money.

But my mother always got my school fees.

How did she do it?

I have told you before; very early in the morning, she would come and begin to eulogise my daddy.

You are the son of so and so. Your father had a farmland so large, that birds flew for three (3) days and they couldn’t see the end of the farm.

… And I would be wondering, where is that farm?

“When your father threw a Party, he fed the Civilians, he fed the Army”.

Remember, she is after money. She is trying to remind my daddy – maybe you have nothing now, but your father used to have.

And as she went on: “The son of so and so, your father did this, your father did that. My daddy will begin to swell.

And very soon, you will begin to hear him say, ‘It is a great man you are calling’; it will be well with you in this house!’

And my mother will just keep on pumping.

At the end of the day, it is my daddy who will say: “And what can I do you today?

And my mother will pump him a little more, before she will say: Well, we know things are hard, but you know your son is about to resume school.

My father will say, don’t worry about that!

He had no money, but as soon as my mummy lives, he will put on his garment and go out to go and borrow.

The Almighty God has everything you need!

If you know how to Eulogise Him, if you know how to tell Him:

You are the King of kings, You are the Lord of lords, You are the I AM that I AM. Your Name is Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace.

The Ancient of Days, Alpha, Omega, the Beginning, the Ending, the One who was, the One who is, the One who is to come, the All Sufficient God. There is none like You!

Many People have asked me: ‘What is your secret?’ Please tell us!

I say, I have no secret, my Secret is simple – Anytime I come before my Father and my God, I Worship Him first.

You come to the Altar, and begin to talk as if you are the owner of everything. You don’t have anything! Your life is not even your own.

But I know a God who can turn a jungle to a City. I know a God who can pick somebody from an unknown village and bring him to come and stand before you now in the Presence of the whole world. I know a God who can raise the dead. I know a God who can make the lame to walk, a God who can make the blind to see and make the deaf to hear!

I know a God who can bring water from the rock. I know a God, with whom nothing shall be impossible. I know a God who is the Almighty, the Most High, the All sufficient God! I know a God who holds the hearts of kings in His hands. And can turn them like Rivers in the desert. Who speaks and it is done! Who said let there be Light and there was Light!

I know a God that even the devil must take Permission from. Before he can do anything. I know a who is the Almighty!

Go ahead, shout a big Hallelujah – HALLELUJAH!

Because this is the week of THE GREAT TURNAROUND.

That is why we want to start right, by PRAISING Him. That is why we want to Worship Him in such a manner that He will stand up and say:

Ah! What is going on at the Redemption Camp?

Let Me go and pay then a Visit; let Me go and see what is going on there!

But before we Praise Him further; because we are going to Praise Him tonight. You haven’t seen anything yet. Those of you who want to Dance will DANCE. Those of you who want to jump will JUMP.

Like I said, as soon as I finish now, the Elders are free to go. And those of us who are still young, we can be here till tomorrow morning, if you want to. You have the option!

He said something though, He says He does not want the Praise of the wicked. He says the sacrifices of the wicked man (a sinner) is an abomination to Him – Proverbs 15:8.

He says No, No, NO! Don’t Praise me if you are living in sin. He doesn’t want the Praises of someone still living on sin.

ALTAR CALL:

So if you are not yet Born Again, if you are not yet washed in the Blood of the Lamb, if you are still living in sin. For your own good, before I count seven (7) come and stand before me, come and surrender your life to Jesus. Let His Blood wash away your sins and then your PRAISE will become acceptable to Him.

I am going to begin to count now. And if you want to come, you have to begin to come very fast – Am counting!

Remember, this is an individual matter. It us your choice. It doesn’t have anything to do with your friends. If you want to give your life to Him, you want His Blood to wash away your sins, you want to become a True child of God, so that your Praise will become acceptable to Him, Come NOW!

And do you know why those who are clapping; their hands will NEVER be empty? Because they are) Praising God!

They are clapping for Jesus – So their hands can NEVER be empty! God will see to it.

And if you are in any of the Viewing Centres, just go to the Altar, the Ministers of God there will attend to you.

Thank You Lord!

Hurry up! Just keep coming.

I want to Pray for Salvation now.. But if you are on the way, just keep coming. Okay, thank you!

Now those of you who are still on the way – keep coming!

Those of you who are already in the front – cry to Jesus now: Tell Him, I want You to save my soul. I don’t want my Praise to be an abomination to You any longer.

I’m saying bye bye
forgive all my sins, please save my soul, be my Saviour, be my Lord. And I will serve You for the rest of my life. Cry to Him, He will save your soul.

Tell Him: I admit I am a sinner, only You can save me. So please, wash me clean with Your Blood.

And the rest of us, please let us stretch our hands towards these People and intercede for them. Pray that the One who saved your soul, will save their own souls also. That the Blood that washed you clean will wash them clean also.

Let us intercede for them for another two (2) minutes.

Those of you who are still on the way, just keep coming. And Pray as you come: Ask Jesus to please have Mercy on you. Ask Him to forgive your sins and wash you clean today with His Powerful Blood.

Thank You Father! Glory be to God! In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

PRAYER OF SALVATION

Saviour, we just want to say: THANK YOU.

Thank You for Your Words; Thank You for the Power that is in Your Words to wash sinners clean.

These People have come to You: Father Please, receive them, save their souls, forgive all their sins, let Your Blood wash them clean.

Father I am Praying that from now on, You will write their names in the “BOOK OF LIFE”. You will receive them into the Family of God. And anytime they Praise You, now received their Praises Oh Lord! And if they cry to You for anything, please answer them by FIRE!

Thank You Almighty God; in Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

Now, I want to rejoice with those of you who came forward. I want to say Congratulations to you because from now on, by the Grace of God, I will be Praying for you.

So am going to need your Name, your Address and your Prayer Requests.

The Counsellors will give you a Form, which I want you to fill very quickly and you will give it back to the Counselors, they will collate it, give me a copy. And I Promise you I will be Praying for you. Congratulations!

Now, while our new Brothers and Sisters are filling their Cards, I want you to even just think for a while: think of everything that God has done for. Consider the fact that you could have been a Stillbirth (you could have been born dead).

Consider the fact that your mother could have had an abortion.

Consider all dangers that God has seen you through from the day you were born, till today.

Consider the Salvation of your soul.

And I will give you just two (2) minutes to go and Praise God on your own as an individual, even where you are seated. Before we begin communal Praise again.

Just for two (2) minutes, while we are waiting for our New brothers and sisters to fill their Cards:

Thank the Almighty God. Thank Him for Life, Thank Him for Health, Thank Him for Strength. Thank Him for: the Mouth that can still speak; the Eyes that can still see; the Hands that can move; the Legs that can move!

Thank Him for: Salvation, for Preservation (that you are still in Him till now), Thank Him! He is Worthy to be Praised, He is Worthy to be Adored. Thank You Jesus – Hallelujah Father!

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have given Thanks – Amen!

Now before we begin another Session of Praise again, let me please announce that anyone who wants to go after this one now, you are free to go!

But those of us who want to stay, you are free to stay for as long as you want. Ministers, you don’t need to go to the Prayer Foyer. If you finish here, just go home!

The Spirit of the Lord reminded me of a Story (True Life Story) – Particularly, am sure it is for those who are saying, ‘Why should I Thank God, I have suffered some loses, et cetera.

Several years ago, either 1981 (I can’t remember the exact year anymore). My elder sister lost her husband. And the two (2) of them were very intimate. So she was heartbroken! Everybody tried to console her, she refused to be consoled: She won’t eat, she won’t stop crying.

Finally, a woman living not too far away from her house came, and said: you lost your husband and you are crying. And my sister said Yes!

So what? – The woman said. Pease, just do me a favour: follow me to my house.

What for? The woman said, when you get there, you will know!

… So out of curiosity, my sister followed her!

When they got to the house, there was a room there with the door locked. She told my sister to listen to what is going on behind the door. My sister heard the sound of a very Wild Animal. And then my sister ran back!

Ah! What WILD animal are you keeping at home?

The woman said: ‘That is my brother – He has become a WILD animal.

I dare not open the door for him. I can’t kill him. I wish he would die (but I can’t kill him).

Your husband is dead and you refuse to be comforted. Hear what is coming behind the door!

In every tragedy that has happened in your life; if God could open your eyes to see the Greater TRAGEDY that He has saved you from, you will PRAISE Him!

In every losses you have suffered: somebody said, the mother of Judas Iscariot would have Praised God if Judas Iscariot had died as a child.

… In ALL THINGS, give Thanks!

Am going to lead us to sing my own Song now. If you want, you can join me in Dancing. And then we will transfer to the Band and they can continue ministering to us.

But let me give you one (1) wonderful assurance, even as we are PRAISING God tonight: Prison doors will open! Yokes will be destroyed! And those who have been held Captive will begin to walk Free!

Band, you will help me sing my own Song First!

And please, don’t make it too fast – because I want to Dance – Okay?

I have seen those of you who are young, the way you are dancing is a little bit fast for me.

… I used to Dance like that! But that was some forty (40) years ago.
