He is a Member of Board of many Companies and brings his wealth of experience to the Growth of these Organizations.

He is a Philanthropist at heart – Which has led him to work closely with Underprivileged children and People by Providing Education, Healthcare and Economic Empowerment Programs within and outside the Country.

He is Passionate about things of Nigeria and People in General Transformed. And he has worked on several Transformational Projects in Indonesia and Nigeria.

He is a Nation Builder and he is determined to see a New Nigeria. Which is why he is currently the National Chairman of “The Alliance for New Nigeria” (ANN) – One of the leading Political Parties in Nigeria.

It is a Privilege to be with you. Thank You so much for inviting me to speak on this Great Platform.

And I know that you are ready to talk to us this Morning.

… And so Sir, we are waiting to hear from you – Carry On Sir!

MAIN SPEECH

Thank You very much.

One of the things that interest me about this Conference is the Theme of the Conference which is: THE DOMINION MINDSET.

And so, I will like to quickly use this opportunity to acknowledge the “Person of JESUS”.

Who I referred to as: The One who is our Shield, our Defender, our Rock.

The One who is Highly Placed, He is our Provider, our Counsellor, He is our Great Shepherd, He is our Friend, He is The One who is closer to us than a brother, He is our Love, the Husbandman, the Keeper of the Vineyard, He is the Source of All Blessings!

He Restores, He Rescues, He Forgives, He Redeems, He is our Victor, The Captain of Host, He is Mighty in Battle, He is our Banner, He is our Standard, He is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords.

Jesus Christ is Crowned with Glory and Honour, He is our Saviour, Sanctifier, Redeemer, The Merciful and The Faithful High Priest.

Jesus Christ is Crowned with Glory and Honour, He is our Saviour, our Sanctifier, He is our Redeemer, The Merciful and The Faithful High Priest.

He is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, He was dead but now He is Alive forever more.

He is Seated at the Right Hand of God, He destroyed Death and He left the Captivity Captive.

He is the Great Apostle of our Faith, He is the Supreme Sacrifice and the Spotless and Blameless Lamb.

He is our Anchor, our Strong Tower, our Shield, our Defender.

He was the Ancient of Days – Before the Earth began; He was the forerunner, the first (1st) Born among many Brethren. He is the Surety of The New Testament.

He came from the “Unchangeable Priesthood” – He is able to Save to the Uttermost, His Presence doesn’t cast any Shadow because He is the Light that Lights the Heavens that He sit.

He is the Light of the world and Giver of Life. He is The Door, The Way and The Life; He is The Treasure that is more Precious than the finest Gold.

He was the Rock of Ages before any Mountain Peaks were formed; He was The “Bread of Life” before any grain; He was the “Lilly of the Valley” before there were any Flower on Earth.

He is The Eternal Intercessor, He is Holy, Harmless, Undeterred, He is separate from sinners.

He is Higher than the Heavens, He makes His enemies His Footstool.

He laughs at His Adversaries, He is the “Tree of Life”, He is called Sacred forever and makes Sanction forever by His Precious Blood.

He is the Minister of the Sanctuary, He is the Mediator of The New Covenant, He is the High Priest of God.

He is the “Lion of The Tribe of Judah”, He is the Lamb that was slain, He is the New and Loving Way.

He was born contrary to the Law of Birth; He lived contrary to the Laws of Life; He Healed contrary to the Laws of Medicine; He was Tried and Condemned contrary to the Law of Justice; He arose contrary to the Laws of Death and the Grave; He Ascended contrary to the Laws of Gravity.

HE IS COMING BACK AGAIN CONTRARY TO THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE WORLD!

HE IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, HE IS THE SAME TODAY, HE IS THE SAME FOREVER!

… HE IS THE GREAT SHEPHERD OF ALL SHEEP!

I want to give Thanks and all the Glory to Him who is the “Dominion Giver”.

And I want to Thank God for this opportunity today to be on this Platform to be able to share and speak what is the heart of the Father concerning what should be our response to Politics here on Earth.

But before I do so; I will also want to use this opportunity to honour the Person of my daddy – The Person of the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) – Pastor E.A Adeboye for the ability to have this Platform and being able to share with the People across the world and impact lives.

And also, I will like to appreciate and honour the Elders of the Church who has been very Instrumental to the holding of the hands of the General Overseer to fulfill the Mandates which we are seeing on the various Churches on this Earth.

I will also want to honour my fellow Speakers who has established Dominions in their various Spheres of Influence.

I’m very sure that they will also bring some level of Powerful Wisdom when they come to share with us.

But above all; I thank God and I give God all the Glory and Honour just for this opportunity.

I hope that by the time we are done; it will Ignite something in each and everyone of you even beyond the People of Nigeria – Amen.

I carry a “Strong Passion” for not just only the Young People of Nigeria but all over the world.

I felt that we are in a Position where we are meant to create the “Desired Changes” expected of us.

Now: “THE DOMINION MINDSET”; what exactly is The Dominion Mindset?

The core of what I am going to be speaking on to you today is: “The Power in the Dominion Mindset”.

… And we can’t begin that without even going Straight to the Scriptures.

So, I will like to first (1st) start with the Scriptures that just say in the Book of Genesis 1:26:

26. And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our Likeness: and let them have Dominion over the fish of the Sea and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the Earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the Earth.

This is what the Word of the Lord say that Man should have His Image, that Man should have his likeness and Man should have Dominion.

But I would like first state this because many times when we read the Scriptures, the first thing is that everybody goes into this thing trying to understand the fact that we have been given Dominion but you have to understand the condition of Dominion.

There was a Precondition that we needed to look in His Image and we need to look in His Likeness.

And to determine the Image and the Likeness of God is to know the Nature of God and to know the Nature of God is for us to understand the Nature of the Trinity.

The Bible says that: The Trinity is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Now, one thing is very clear, the Holy Spirit is different from every other Spirits.

This means that the Nature of God is Holy – So, it is Holy God, Holy Son and the Holy Spirit. And that is the Nature of God.

So, what God created when He made Man was in that order – He made Man to be Holy just like Himself.

The key thing is that in Holiness – Let them have Dominion over the fish of the sea.

He says you must be Holy, you must be in Dominion.

But many times this Dominion has been defined in many ways that it almost made it very difficult for People to understand.

I have found the Template and a Place where many times we find ourselves trying to ask God to make us Holy.

The fact that you have received Salvation and that you are now Saved is what the Lord gives to you.

God offers you Righteousness and in return you give Him Holiness.

The Bible says: Be Holy for I am Holy.

The question is: If God is asking you to be Holy, it means that you have the ability to be Holy.

You don’t need any other help.

The only help that God has given to you is Righteousness and in return you give Him Holiness.

Now, what does it means to be Holy?

It means to obey the Word of God.

At this Point, it is important for us to just state clearly that there is a Precondition to Dominion.

That is: God expects you to walk with Him, obey Him, follow Him, understand Him and runs with Him in whatever instructions He gives to you.

And with that He keeps giving you the Authority to Rule.

In other words, you need to be Plugged into God and being Plugged into God will enable you to have Dominion.

But then this takes us to the next thing which is Dominion.

Dominion has been misused, misinterpreted in many Places to the fact that a lot of us as we speak today don’t understand it.

Now, the Bible describes it very clearly and in a very simple term that let them have Dominion.

The word Dominion simply means the Power or Right of Governing and Controlling or Authority to Rule or to Control.

In other words, Dominion is the Authority to Rule. It is an Authority for you to do something.

So, if you have Dominion, it clearly means that the Dominionship is given to you to govern.

So, we have got the Original Plan for Man that Man should have Dominion.

What does that means?

It means that Man was created to Govern the Earth – Our primary assignment is Governance, to Populate and to Govern the Earth.

Now, this is the Part where I strongly believed that we must have the clear understanding that we need to go into the “Sphere of Influence”; that we need to establish Governance, we need to be in whichever sphere that God has called us.

And we are called to Govern.

And Governance means you are called to a Place of Leadership.

You know I have been exhibiting this at all levels.

The Challenge to Leadership is that many times when young people are in Leadership, it is always safe to be at the highest level of the Society.

And you see that at every levels in your life, you alter Governance.

And it begins to break down but you must understand how to execute this very closely.

Now, in Matthew 20:26, The Bible says that: Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant.

In other words, whoever it is that wants to lead must Serve – Be it in God’s Kingdom, it is about Services.

We have been given Dominionship, that is Governance. And anyone who is called to Governance is called to serve.

It is therefore not to be Bossy or to have Authority over anyone.

The Bible has said it clearly that God has given us Dominion that we may be able to Govern the Earth.

And I’m saying this to you so that as you are someone who aligns with God; many times we find ourselves not having Dominion over the Kingdom of Darkness.

How can you live in sin and think that you are going to have Dominion over that?

So, we must stand in the Place we are holding.

So, what is the Purpose why God established and give us Authority to rule?

Now, I have constantly and often heard that our Lord Jesus Christ, many times People refers to Him as a Prophet.

But we all know that Jesus Christ was not just a Prophet but a King.

So, sometimes when He is likened to other Prophets, we don’t do it the best way.

He is a Ming that carries Government on His shoulder. He is a King that Governs all the other kings and all kingdom belongs to him.

And so one of the key things is that our Lord Jesus Christ is “Self Governance” and He is there to lead us to Governance.

And Governance is not just in one Sphere of life, not in the Sphere of Religion or the Mountain of Religion but in every Spheres of the Society.

At whichever level you are, God expects you to exhibit and establish a Kingdom in that Place to the kind of Leadership that you have.

Now, the Bible says in Psalms 89:14: “Justice and Judgement are the Habitation of thy Throne; Mercy and Truth shall go before thy face”.

The Foundation of God’s Throne is Righteousness and Justice.

So, what it means is that wherever we go to Govern, God expects us to go in that Particular field to ensure that Righteousness and Justice is established.

Now, this will bring us to the area of work and responsibility – The responsibility of the young people.

Now, six percent (6%) or five percent (5%) of the Population are Young People or Youth.

And sometimes, you always felt like you don’t have certain level of influence or Power – And that is because we have looked at Leadership from a totally different Perspectives.

We have looked at Leadership from the Perspective where if we don’t find ourselves in a Position or kind of Group we cannot lead.

And I want to make sure that we can correct this – That everyone who is called at every Point in time, whatever it is that you are doing, understand it is an opportunity for you to lead.

Whether you are a Chauffeur or a Cleaner or a Janitor or whatever Position you find yourself, you have a responsibility to influence that Particular Sphere by leading in the way that God has called you to.

As I mentioned earlier that God’s Plan is for us to have Dominion in whichever Spheres of life and to Govern.

And to Govern means to bring God’s kingdom, God’s throne to everywhere we go.

And the Bible says that the Foundation of His Throne is Righteousness and Justice.

Now this is what has guided me in everything that I do.

And many times People would ask me, especially when I got involved in Politics that: What do you know about Politics? Why are you getting involved in Politics? What exactly is Pushing you into this particular Sphere?

But first: Is there not a cost?

There is a cost that is in this Nation.

What we are seeing is not what we want to see.

I saw that there was a cost to be involved in it but more importantly, what drives me into it was the understanding of my responsibility as a Christian, and a Believer.

As a Kingdom Person, that my job is to ensure that my “Sphere of Influence” or wherever I need to go into, I was meany to bring God into that Particular Sphere.

And so many times, People always think that you require a certain experience or certain skills to do certain things.

The minimum skills or minimum knowledge that you have as a Believer is to ensure that whatever it is you are doing, wherever you are working; ensure that Righteousness and Justice is the Pilar.

The Pilar of whatever it is you are building, whatever decision you are making, whatever Judgement you are making; you must make sure that it goes through the eyes of Righteousness and Justice.

And if you look at that very clearly, the word Righteousness is defined as doing what is right, obeying the Laws or living a Daily Moral Standard.

And Justice on the other hand is the quality of treating People equally or in a way that is right and reasonable.

These two (2) things, if you take it anywhere, you are establishing God’s Throne in that Particular Place because wherever God is, Dominion rules in that Place.

And so it would help us as People that we recognized that responsibility in whatever “Sphere of Influence” that we go, that we must be able to express our view, we must be able to Push hard and more importantly the Younger Generation has the responsibility to get involved in the affairs of Nigeria.

Without getting involved in the affairs of Nigeria there is no way we can have Dominion.

For those who want to be involved in Politics, sometimes People do says that Politics is a dirty game or it is not clean and for these reason they say that can’t get involved.

But that is the whole Purpose of going into that Politics if it is not clean.

Now, you may not be the most “Favourable Person”, you might not be the “Most Like Person”, but one thing is sure – You can be very consistent in that which you have been called to do.

We have a responsibility as a Veneration to bring Change into our Nation, our Continent and our World.

The Truth of the matter is that you do not have to wait for you to be in a Particular Sphere – Wherever you are, you have been given the Authority to Govern in that Particular Area.

Many times we find ourselves in situations where things are wrong, things are not Properly aligned but we struggled with the main fact that we do it and take responsibility.

We don’t have to, as Young People, the responsibility is to ensure that you established the Governance of God in your “Sphere of Influence” by instituting Righteousness and Justice in your Decision Making.

That everytime you are treating anyone, make sure that it is Just and Fair. That anytime and whatever it is that you are going to do, make sure that it is right and comes from a very Righteous Perspective.

Now, there are just so much that you can do where you are as a Young Person.

One of it is taking responsibility for your “Sphere of Influence” – Ensuring that you are bringing some level of order into your Community, creates sanity in your sphere.

And it starts with you as an individual because the first thing that God did was that God created Man to Govern himself – That was the first responsibility.

… God gave Man the Mandate to Govern himself and to Govern the Garden.

But we see that in the Bible that Man failed Governing himself and every other thing.

But Jesus Christ has come to restore that Order and that He has given us the ability to Govern.

So, the first (1st) thing is “Government of Self”.

Once you can Govern yourself, you can go for every other things that is Put before you!

And I think that: To Govern yourself is to make sure that whatever you are doing is done in Righteousness and Justice.

It is one thing for you to speak from a Spiritual Perspective, it is another thing is for you to act out what it is and using the Value Character of Heaven.

And I would just like to encourage each and everyone of us that for us to begin to effect Change in Nigeria, we need to ensure that and know that:

1. We are People who obey the Laws and Instructions of God.
2. Governance is not an opportunity to amass wealth, it is not an opportunity to increase your bank account – It is an opportunity to render our Service to Humanity and ensure that the world becomes a better Place.
3. Dominion is given to us to Govern and to establish God’s Kingdom on Earth.
4. The one who is called to Govern is called to Serve and not to be served – In True Righteousness and Justice.

These would help us to be able to do the right kind of Politics and formulate Policies that would enable us to advance in “Culture of Righteousness” and “Culture of Honour” and in turn to make the world a better Place to live in.

And if a Righteous Person rules, you understand that the Nation will rejoice.

And this is where we are struggling and I feel like we have responsibility to go into all Spheres of life and ensure that we bring Governance into where we are going and where we are.

Today, I have been able to share with you that Dominion was given to us – To Govern and establish God’s Throne and Kingdom everywhere we go and that this would inspire you to go from wherever it is that you work or you are, do not judge yourself by lack of what you don’t have but the fact is God has given you the Power of Dominion to dominate every Spheres of life.
