OPENING PRAYER

Our Father and our God, we Your Children are gathered here this Morning and we are all saying to You: Good Morning Father.

Thank You for watching over us while we slept,

Thank You for what You did Yesterday (Day 1) and Thank You for Greater Things that You are about to do now.

Please accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Father, we are Praying that this Morning that, that kind of Fresh Miracles that will last us for the rest of our lives; Please release them to us.

At the end of it all, let Your Name be Glorified.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Well, let Someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

Please shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and say: Good Morning, God bless you Mightily.

And then you may Please be seated.

God Morning to everyone of you.

I am delighted that we could see so many of you coming this early.

The Word of God says: They that seek me early shall find me (DMC NOTES: Proverbs 8:17).

Because you have come early to seek the Lord, you will find Him – Amen.

And it shall be well with you – Amen.

We will be looking at John 14:6:

Jesus saith unto him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

When I was Younger – I don’t know of nowadays; we enjoyed calling ourselves nicknames.

I mean: Your father may call you “Ade” but you will Prefer to call yourself “Adesco”.

Particularly when we were in the Secondary School, we almost had a competition to see who can manufacture the best nickname.

I remember all manners of names.

But the one who won the competition at my time was a Man whose name was “Solomon Bamgbose” – That is not exactly the name because he might still be alive and he might be listening.

And he changed his name when we read in the book about Somebody – And suddenly he said that from now on, he wanted to be known as “Sokoloko Bamgbose”.

… All manners of nicknames.

And anytime you want to get something important from Somebody, you call him by his nickname.

So one day, the Disciples came to Jesus Christ and said, we know that Your Father calls You Emmanuel and He calls You Jesus Christ but what exactly will you like to be called?

In other words, what is Your nickname?

And the answer He gave is what we just read – “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life”.

… You want my nickname – The name that you can use to get anything done; call me “The Way, the Truth and the Life”.

You want to reach my Father, just call me “The Way, the Truth and the Life”.

Three (3) mighty names – But we don’t have time to look at all the names.

Today, we will just take one of the names: “The Way”.

What are the implications of saying “I am the Way”?

1. It means “I am the Way Into”.

You can’t come into the Town unless you know “The Way Into” the Town.

I am the Way to Health and Healimg.

I. 1 Peter 2:24 says that it is by His Stripes that you are healed.

II. Exodus 15:26 says: I am the Lord that healeth thee.

III. In Mark 5: 25-34; when a woman had been transferred from one Doctor to the other and rather than getting better, she grew worst.

She came to “The Way” – And as soon as she touched the hem of His Garment, she was healed.

IV. In Mark 2: 1-12; when they brought a Man who was Paralysed from neck downwards to Jesus Christ

The moment they lowered him into the room and he came into the Presence of “The Way”; he was healed.

They carried him in but he walked away completely whole.

So, I am congratulating all of you who came here this Morning or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: If there is any disease in your body (Known or Unknown); and since you have come to “The Way”, you will go back home Completely whole – Amen!

There was this case of a Wealthy woman who had this Problem that whatever she eats she must vomit.

They took all manners of x-ray and MRI Scans and they found nothing.

On the surface, she was okay but whenever she eats anything, she will vomit it.

When there was nothing else anybody could do, she came to Church.

And as usual, before we Preach we said: Let Somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah.

As she opened her mouth to shout Hallelujah, a worm came out of her mouth and that was the end of the Problem.

Now, the worm did not show on the x-ray or the MRI scan but when it came to the Presence of “The Way”; it jumped out and the lady became well.

Maybe I should ask Somebody to shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

2. And when you come into a Town and then you want to know “The Way Out” of the Town:

He is the Way out of Bondage.

I. John 8:32, the Bible says: You shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free.

That is why He said: I am the Way, the Truth and the Life.

If you know “The Way”, You will know the Truth.

In Mark 5: 2-20, the Bible informed us about a Man who was Incurably Mad.

But the moment he saw Jesus Christ coming, he recognised Him even in his Madness – At long last “The Way Out” of my Bondage has come.

That is why as Mad as he was, he fell down at the feet of Jesus Christ and Worshipped Him.

And you know the rest of the Story – Jesus Christ spoke one word to the demon: “Go” and they fled.

So, if you are looking for a “Way Out of Bondage” – You have a Problem that no Science can explain or a Problem that no Science can solve; then you come to Jesus Christ – He is the Way Out to Freedom and Deliverance.

When I was a Lecturer at the University of Lagos, one Student got into the Examination Hall and suddenly began to urinate in the Examination Hall.

And the Examiners came to him and said, what kind of Problem is this? Some People say Examination Fever while some say Examination Nervousness – This boy just kept on urinating.

And they were about to take him to the Meducal Centre and the boy said that this is not for Medicine; Please take me to my Pastor.

And they brought him and we call on Him who is “The Way Out” of any form of Problem and the urinating stopped.

And he was able to get back into the Examination Hall and by the Grace of God he Passed.

If you are in any form of Bondage at all – Whether you realised it or not; because you have come to “The Way” this Morning, you shall be free Today – Amen.

3. He is not just “The Way Into” or “The Way Out”; He is “The Way Forward”.

If you find out that you have been going round and round in cycles and you come to “The Way”; He will accelerate your Promotion.

In Acts 3: 1-8; there was a Man who was born Lame, who was born handicapped – All the days of his Life he has been Stagnant.

They carried him every day to the Gate of the Temple which is called Beautiful just to beg for money.

He had never been able to move on his own until some People came and they said to him: In the Name of Jesus Christ and in the Name of the One which is called “The Way” Stand Up and walk.

And that day, not only was he walking; the Bible says that He was leaping and he was Praising God.

I have Good News for Someone who has been having Carry Over after the other and instead of moving forward and jumping; you have been going round, round in cycles: From this Morning onwards, your Progress will be rapid – Amen.

I have always shared the Testimony of how while I was in the Academic Sector; I have two (2) Promotions in one year in the University.

How can that be?

Well, I began the Year as a Lecturer Grade II, then I got a Promotion to Lecturer Grade I at the University of Lagos.

Then there was an Advertisement for a Vacancy for Senior Lecturer at the University of Ilorin and I applied.

And I got there – Sitting at the Head of the Interview Panel was my former Dean at the University of Lagos.

Ha Adeboye it is you? I said Yes sir. He said I know you.

To cut the long Story short, I Passed the Interview.

So I began the Year as Lecturer Grade II and ended the Year as Senior Lecturer.

And you will say that can only happen because you know the one in Charge of the Second interview – That is true; it is a matter of who you know.

You know the One who is called “The Promoter” and you know the One who is called “The Way”; things will happen that will never happen to other People.

I am sure that there is at least one of you here or reading now on the Label of DMC who will share a Testimony Next Year (2027) because you now know “The Way Forward”.

4. But He is not only “The Way Forward”; He is also “The Way Upwards”.

In the Story of the Man we mentioned in Acts 3: 1-8; he wasn’t just walking, he was also leaping.

… He wasn’t just going forward, he was also going Upward.

In John 5: 2-14, the Bible tells us about what happened at the Pool called Bethesda.

And it tells us that there were many People – Impotent, Lame, Withered and with all manners of Sickness.

They gathered at the Pool because once a Year (Just like Today), an Angel will come and stir the Pool and the first Person to jump in will be made whole of whatever Sickness he may had.

And Jesus Christ “The Way” visited that Place one day and saw a Man who had been Stagnant for 38 years.

That day, that Man got up and became whole.

You heard Jesus Christ saying: “Do you want to be made whole?” The Man said that I have Nobody to help me.

Jesus Christ said: Well, I am here – I am the Helper of the Helpless.

I Pray in the Name that is above every other name, today God will send Help to you – Amen!

When that Man got up on that day, he got up out of the Cloud of the Sick that he was.

Do you know that he never returned to that Place – Once he got up, he remained up.

The Bible had a Blessing for those who will do the Will of God:

☆ It says that you shall be Head and not be the Tail.

☆ It says that you will be Above Only.

You know that I have Good News for Someone: After Today, you will just keep on going Higher and Higher – Amen!

Several years, I went to a certain Africa Country and I said that I will love to see the Head of State – I believe that God was sending me to go and tell him something.

They said that is not likely to happen as he is a busy Man.

If anybody knows him, let the Fellow go and tell him that I came all the way from Nigeria and I have a Message for the Head of State.

Anyway to cut a long Story short, they got an Appointment for me. But they told me that he will be seeing me Monday Morning – And that was the day that he has reserved for Cabinet Meeting and so can only see me for 15 Minutes.

I said that is more than enough.

Well I got him – 15 Minutes became 1 hour.

After 1 hour, one Man came to kind of inform him that the Cabinet is waiting.

As soon as the Fellow came in, he said you are welcome; can we have another pot of tea because we are drinking tea.

To cut a long Story short, he didn’t let me go until after 2 hours.

And when I got out, one of the Cabinet Officials said who is this Man that has kept the President for 2 hours on Monday Morning?

Someone said that I think that they say he is a Pastor from Nigeria.

That one say, he is not even a Bishop? An Ordinary Pastor?

I have Good News for Somebody here Today or reading now on the Label of DMC: Very soon, you will be seeing Presidents – Amen.

And when you get to their Presence, they won’t let you go because you have known “The Way Upwards” – Amen.

Because when I left that Place and I was on my way to the car; I said: What am I? The son of a Man from a Village that is not on the Map; my father was so Poor that the Poor call him Poor. Now, Head of State is saying that you can’t go because I don’t know when next I will see you.

I Pray for Somebody here Today or reading now on the Label of DMC: That Place that you thought that you can never reach, my God will take you beyond – Amen!

5. Now, He is also “The Way to Heaven”.

Not only “The Way to Heaven” but He is “The Only Way to Heaven”.

In the Bible Text that we read this Morning; He said that “I am the Way, the Trith and the Life, no Msn can come to the father except by me”.

There is no other way by which you can make it to Heaven unless you Pass through the Lord Jesus Christ.

I know that there are some People who will say: What kind of nonsense is that? There must be several ways to Heaven.

The owner of the house says that there is only one door that leads to my house and you say that you want to argue with that?

And you know what?

He said in John 14: 1-3 – He said that in my Father’s House (Not your own house); there are many Mansions. He said that if it were not so, I would have told you.

He said that I am going to Prepare a Place for you and after I have Prepared a Place for you, I will come back and take you to myself.

Do you know what are the implications of all these things?

If you die without you seeing Jesus Christ; first of all you can be sure that you are going to Hell.

Why? In Hell the door is wide open and anybody can come in.

But when you are talking of Heaven; it is only one way.

When you get to the door and you knock at the door and they say who is that?

And you say that you are Professor So, So,So; they will say, sorry we don’t open to Professor.

Ha, I am Dr So, So,So; sorry we don’t open to Dr.

Who do you open to?

The Bible says that when you get to the door and you knock at the door and you say: Lift up your head o ye gates and be ye lifted up ye Everlasting door that the King of Glory may come in.

The Man at the door is still going to query even that Fellow and say: And who is the King of Glory?

Definitely, that is not your name and that is not your nickname – That name belongs to Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone.

Even when He answered and said: I am the King of Glory, I am the Lord Strong and Mighty, the Lord Mighty in Battle.

They will still say we hear that but we are still saying: Who are you?

It is only if Jesus Christ is holding you by the hand that as the door opens to Him, you can go in with Him.

He is “The Way” to Heaven – He is “The only Way” to Heaven.

So when Yesterday (Day 1) we were talking about being “Reconciled to God”; the matter is more than just being Victorious here on Earth – The matter goes as far as you ever making it to Heaven.

My father-in-the-Lord told me when he was alive – He said that if God were to send an Angel to bring you to Heaven when you want to die; the Angel will take you as far as a certain level and tell you that we cannot go further than this because of the Brightness of the Glory of God.

If they go beyond that level, the Intensity of the Glory will destroy them.

That is why even the Angels that were Permitted to enter into certain level of Closeness to the Temple of God; they covered their faces with wings, they covered their feet with wings and then fly with two (2) wings.

They have to Protect themselves from the Intensity of the Glory.

The Only One who can pass through that level of Glory to take you to where God is; is the One who Himself is God!

Remember that it is written: In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God and the Word was God – That is John 1:1.

And you can read it all the way to Verse 14 – It tells us that the Word was made flesh and dwelleth among us and we beheld the Glory as the Glory of the Only Begotten of the Father full of Grace and Truth.

It is the Word who was God, who has been with God from the beginning, who became flesh and we call His Name Jesus; He is the Only One who can lead you all the way to the Presence of His Father.

Today, I have just come to add a little bit to what we heard Yesterday (Day 1) – That it will be in your best Interest for your Final Journey to Heaven to be Reconciled to “The Way”: The One who is:

☆ The Way Into.
☆ The Way Out of
☆ The Way Forward
☆ The Way Upwards
☆ And the Only Way to Heaven.

When we talk about making it to Heaven, I will give you this last little bit of illustrations:

Do you know that if the President of Nigeria says that “I want you to come and see me” – He is the One who sent the Invitation.

Do you know that you still have to pass through seven (7) Gates to be able to see him?

So, when we talk about going to Aso Rock, we are not talking of going to the backyard of your father’s house (DMC NOTES: Aso Rock is the State House and Official Office and Residence of the Nigerian Presidency).

You will pass through Gate 1 – They will ask you: Where are you going? And you will say I am going to see the President.

Do you have Evidence? You say Yes and then they will allow you to pass Gate 1,

Then you come to Gates 2, 3 and 4 – The People in Gate 4 will be watching you at Gate 3 but they will still do their own duty.

Then you get to Gate 5 and then Gate 6.

Do you know that it is easier to see Jesus Christ than to see come of these Africa Presidents?

If I want to see God now, all I have to do is to say: “In the Name of Jesus” and “The Way” opens and I can begin to talk to God.

You want to talk to the President? He asked you to come? – Laughing, get ready for Gates!

Now, to go to the Throne Room of God; there is only one Gate – That Gate’s Name is Jesus Christ, the One who is called “The Way”.

So this Morning, I am going to Pray for you now and then you will talk to God.

You call on Him: Oh Lord Jesus Christ, You “The Way”; from now on, be open unto me.

When I turn to the Right, let there be a way.

When I turn to the Left, let there be a way.

When I knock on one door, Please open at least three (3) doors to me.

From Today onwards, let me enter into Joy, enter into Victory; move me out of Sickness, out of Sorrow, out of Failure and out of Stagnation.

Let me begin to move Forward, Upwards and let me remain forever going Upwards.

And finally, when the time comes for me to leave this world, Please be by my side before I Close my eyes in Death.

That is the Prayer you are going to Pray Today,

And by the way, all the Prayer Requests that has been dropped, I have called on my Father in Heaven that He will grant all those Requests and the Answers will come – Amen.

Let Us Pray!

FINAL CLOSING PRAYER

My Father and my God, I just want to say Thank You because You are the Way, You are the Truth, and You are the Life.

Thank You for these Your Children who has come so early to seek You.

Let them find the Way Today.

In every area of their lives, let then find “The Way”.

Let Ways be wide open to them.

Wherever they turn my Father and my God, let them make Progress.

Move them out of anything that is causing them Sorrow.

Move them into Joy, Success Progress and Promotion.

And Lord, let them keep going Higher.

And I Pray that whenever the time comes for them to leave this world; Please be there by their Side and take them all the way to Heaven.

So that when at the Last Day when all the Saints has been gathered together; I will see all of them.

Thank You Almighty God.

And whatever Prayers they Pray this Morning; Please answer them by Fire and grant all their Requests.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!

Show me the Way – I am one hundred Percent (109%) connected to You.

Show me “The Way Out” of Problem, Stagnation, Backwardness and move me Upwards all the way to Heaven.

Thank You Lord for everything You have done.

OPENING PRAYER

Our Father and our God, we Bless Your Holy Name for waking us up this Morning.

We Your Children here are crying and saying to You: Good Morning Daddy.

Thank You for Your Mercy, Thank You Your Faithfulness and Thank You for Answered Prayers.

It is not everybody who slept esterday who woke up this Morning.

But by Your Mercy that is renewed every Morning, we are here again.

Father, accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Father, in the next few Minutes, like You have never done before; transform our lives and visit us in a very Special way.

These Your Children has come very early this Morning to seek You; Please let them find You.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

It is wonderful to see so many of you this Morning.

The Almighty God that you have come to seek will reveal Himself to You in Jesus Name – Amen!

We will have just a very brief discussion on: Isaiah 7:14.

Isaiah 7:14 says:

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a Sign (A Sign that you are having a New Beginning in University of Ibadan); Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

My Prayer for each and everyone of you is that God will always be with you – Amen.

Not only for as long as you are in the University of Ibadan but wherever you may go for the rest of your Life – Amen!

Emmanuel (Immanuel) – Meaning ” God with us”.

There are some things that we should know about our God:

1. When He is seated, He is in Control.

Isaiah 66:1 says: Heaven is my Throne, the Earth is my Footstool.

So when He is seated, He is in Control.

If He has to deal with your enemies, He doesn’t have to Stand Up unless that enemy is not living here on Earth.

Because all He has to do is just to move His leg apart and the Ground will open and swallow the enemy,

Numbers 16: 1-34 – Some People ganged up against Moses and God says, alright let me deal with them.

Don’t let me bother myself Standing Up – Since the Earth is under my feet, I will just move apart my legs a little; the Ground will open its mouth and the enemies will be swallowed alive.

May I decree that if there are enemies that has been Pursuing you all these days, saying that you are not going to make it; in the Name that is above every other name, you won’t see them again – Amen.

Several years ago, I went to Preach at a Wedding Ceremony in my Town.

And before I was Born Again, there has been an incident involving my immediate family and the Extended family that cause the Elders of the family to tell my dad that since he refused to join their Political Party because of me, they will see how old I will be before I die.

So my father came home, told us what happened at the Meeting; that very Night, my mother took me in the Night and we fled.

We fled – That was early in the 1960’s and I kept fleeing until 1973.

In 1973 I got Born Again and I realised that Nobody can use me for Breakfast anymore.

So I now went sometime in 1980-something to go and Preach at a Wedding in my Village.

And I stood on the Altar – I saw all those People who Promised that they will use me for Breakfast.

And I was still a bit Younger and Rascally; so when I saw them, I said that you are here and I am here – I dealt with them.

You know that the One holding the Microphone is the one In-Charge – I mean that I dealt with them.

It was so bad that after I left, the same People went to the mother of the Bride and said: It is because your daughter was getting married, that is why that boy has the audacity to deal with us the way he did.

And they told the woman – Your daughter will be getting Pregnant soon, and then we will see where she will deliver.

And the mother was frightened because she knew who are the People talking to her.

So, she came to me and say: See now, you have gotten me to trouble. What am I going to do now?

I Laughed – I said: Mama, don’t worry yourself.

Are those People on Earth here? She said Yes.

They will be fast asleep the day your daughter will deliver.

The girl that they said that will never be born is now a Medical Doctor.

When God is seated, He is in Control – So put your Mind at rest, He is in Control of your Life.

And He will remain in Control in Jesus Name – Amen.

2. Now, if He is that Powerful when He is seated; what now happens when He Stands?

Psalm 68: 1-3 says: “Let God arise and His enemies will be scattered”.

If He gets up (just getting up); all enemies that may remain and has not been swallowed by the Ground will be scattered.

In Judges 14: 5-6, the Bible says that Samson was on his way to Timnath and a Lion roared at him.

And the roaring of the Lion means that he wanted to attack.

And God rose up for Samson – He grabbed the Lion and tore it to two as if it was a small kid.

I have Good News for Someone: God is going to Stand Up for you – Amen.

A son of mine couldn’t share his Testimony in Public because he was in the Military then but retired now,

Some of his Colleagues were manipulating the Accounts and he refused to cooperate with some of the Military Officers who were manipulating the Accounts. And so they decided that they will eliminate him.

And so they retired him early – And it happened to be the Friday of the Holy Ghost Service; so he brought it to the Program.

And God spoke and said that there is Someone here, they have given you a Letter of Compulsory Retirement. And God said: Don’t worry I will arise for you.

To cut the long Story Short – There was a Military Coup and all those who met when they retired him were sacked and he was Promoted above them all.

As the Lord lives, the One who made Heaven and Earth and the One who said: Go back to the University of Ibadan and tell them that I am about to start a New Thing – That same God will arise for you (Amen).

3. Then what happens when He now begins to move?

When He begins to move, the Ground begins to shake.

Judges 5:4 tells us that when God begins to move, the Ground trembles.

That is easy to understand – If you will consider Someone who is so Mighty that when He is sitting in Heaven, His legs reach the Earth; then those legs cannot be an ordinary legs.

And then, when He takes one step; the Earth moves to the right and He takes another step, the Earth moves a little bit to the left.

… So the Earth trembles when He is moving.

I was travelling to Ilesha (DMC NOTES: A Town in Osun State Nigeria) and I got to Ile Ife (Another Town in Osun State Nigeria) and I saw one of my daughters standing by her car – And she was so gone in sorrow that she doesn’t even realised what was going on around her.

I saw her on the road – I saw her face and I told my Driver to stop as there is something wrong with my daughter. Maybe the car has a Problem.

So we “Back Up” or using the Nigeria Language, we reverse (DMC NOTES: In American English, “Back Up” is the Standard and most common term for reversing a car. While “reverse” is the formal term and also widely understood, “Back Up” is the typical Phrasal verb used in everyday speech and commands).

And I got out of the car and went to her – She didn’t even notice me.

Ha, my dear daughter – She jerked; what is it that is causing you so much sorrow?

She said: Well, I have been having children but all of them girls. I Prayed for a boy – I got conceived and they told me that it is a boy.

Now, I came here for Antenatal and they told me that the boy is dead and they want to evacuate him.

Oh, that is why? She said yes.

I said maybe that is why God asked me to pass by this way because He made me a Promise when coming into Full Time Ministry that wherever I go, He will go with me.

I said: That is enough.

I laid my hand on the stomach and the boy jumped back to Life.

With all Humility: I am not here alone, He sent me here this time – And I am saying to all of you that anything Good in your Life that the devil has killed, will come back to Life (Amen).

4. And what happens when He arrives?

Definitely after all the Shakings right and left, by the time He arrives where He is going; there will be an Earthquake.

In Acts 16: 24-end, when they put Paul and Silas in Prison for doing the works of God. And instead of grumbling at Night saying: Look at us Oh Lord doing Your works and you can’t even take care of us?

They began to Praise Him – Father, we would have come to Church Tonight o but we are in Prison. So we will turn the Prison to a Church.

He (God) said: Okay, I dwell in the Praises of my People; let me come and pay a visit to those who are Praising me.

Because all over the world, everybody is saying: God do this for me, do that for me but here I found two (2) People who says, God we are not asking for anything o; we just want to Praise You.

He said: That is refreshing!

By the time He arrived, there was an Earthquake – Prison doors were flung open, Yokes were destroyed, the Jailers became the Students et cetera et cetera.

You know that I have Good News for the University of Ibadan – It is an amazing thing to me that God still loves you this much!

Because most of the things He does, He does it simply out of Grace and not that you deserved it.

Bur He said that I will be Merciful to those that I will be Merciful (DMC NOTES: Romans 9: 15-16).

Thank God for being Merciful to the University of Ibadan!

1979 my father-in-the-Lord, myself and four (4) others went to a Kenneth Hagin Camp Meeting in Tulsa USA for the first time.

Then one day, very early in the Morning in the Hotel we were staying, my father-in-the-Lord sent for all of us to come to his room.

We gathered in his room and he made an Announcement – The Announcement was that he was going home soon.

Thar is enough to shake everyone of us.

And then the Bombshell that I will be Succeeding him – Hey, what are you saying?

I was near to the door and I just fell on the floor and everybody began to Pray violently in the Spirit.

And then suddenly there was a knock at the door and since I was the one by the door; I got up to opened the door because we were not expecting Visitors and we looked and it was the Engineer of the Hotel.

And he said that what kind of Instrument are you Playing?

Instrument? Kuro ni ona jo (Meaning: Leave the road joor) – We are going through a Destiny-Changing moment and you are saying that we are Playing Instrument.

I said that we are not Playing any Instrument but we are Praying.

He said No, you are Playing a heavy kind of Instrument

Okay, he came in; search the whole room and saw nothing.

When he was going out, he was Puzzled and when he got to the door; I said by the way: Why did you say that we are Playing an Instrument?

He said that the Hotel is shaking and we have traded the source of the vibration to this room.

The Hotel was shaking – It shook so Mightily that as soon as the Guests who were already in left, they shut down the Hotel.

They dug round the Foundation of the Hotel to see what caused the shaking.

More than thirty (30) years later, I went back to Tulsa USA with my children and the Hotel was still shut because they are still trying to find out what caused the Hotel to shake.

And the Hotel was boarded off.

And I just felt a Compassion for the owner of the Hotel because they couldn’t believed that six (6) People from Africa Prayed and shook the Ground.

And so, I lift my hand on the wall and say: Father, let the Hotel re-open.

Thank God that six (6) Months later, they re-opened.

What I am trying to tell you is that: Somebody is going to Pray a Prayer Today or as you are reading now on the Label of DMC that will shake the Ground because God is going to pay you a Personal visit – Amen!

5. What happens if He now comes in?

If He steps in, everything will Change for the better.

In Luke 5: 1-7; Peter had fished All-Night and caught Nothing.

But the moment Jesus Christ borrowed his boat and stepped into it to Preach; the next thing that we see is that he caught so much fish that he needed help to carry the fish to the Sea Shore.

If you allow God to step into the boat of your Life – And I mean really, really step into the boat of your Life Today; you won’t know Failure anymore!

When He steps in, Failure must step out.

There are many of us here or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC who has Struggled and Struggled before we can pass.

Of course you have to read, and you have to Studied but we all know that it is Possible to Study very hard get into the Examination Hall and just blank out.

It has happened to me before – But that is not the Story Today.

I was already doing my Post Graduate Study before I became Born Again. But from the moment that I became Born Again, things Changed.

I remembered like Yesterday, my Professor (The one Supervising me) was travelling and he gave me an Assignment – You do this before I return and I said Yes sir.

When he came back and I showed him what I have already done within the short time he was away and he said that this is not your work; Somebody helped you.

I said Yes sir – He said I know because you are now a Christian and you will tell me the truth.

He said: Who helped you?

Now, He happened to be an Indian and so didn’t believed in Jesus at all.

So I knew that if I said Jesus, he will get pissed off.

So I said Professor Emmanuel.

And then I got into trouble when he said of which Department?

I decree in the Name that is above every other name: From this moment onwards, you won’t know Failure again – Amen!

6. What happens when He abides?

Because that is where we are now – That is the meaning of Emmanuel (Immanuel): “God with us”.

What happens if wherever you go, He goes with you? If He abides with you in the Morning, Afternoon, Evening and everywhere; then you can say bye bye to Death.

Because when you read 1 Kings 17: 8-end; you will see that the devil came to the house of the Widow of Zarephath waiting to take the boy and the mother.

Because when the mother said: I have only one Meal left – We just want to Prepare it so that my son and I can eat and die.

She was not saying that we will just eat and starve to death – What she was saying was that we will eat the Meal and commit suicide.

But then, Elijah came in – The Representative of the Most High God, and he stayed in the house.

When later on the devil came the second time and this time the boy died; because God was dwelling in that house, death was chased out.

I am saying one more time: In the Name that is above every other name, you will never weep again – Amen!

I was going to visit Port Harcourt for a Program and God spoke to me that I should go and stay in the house of a Particular Man – I met him only once during the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship (FGBMF) International Convention.

Ha, I have many children in Port Harcourt and they will be very glad if I say I want to stay with them.

In any case they always prepare an Hotel that I can stay.

Why Lord? But of course, I couldn’t dare ask God Questions.

So I Phoned the Man and said: God says that I should come and stay in your house! He screamed for joy.

I got to the Place and he Prepared for me a nice Place.

I saw the children and I loved them and so I started Playing with them.

And of course, the first born is a very handsome boy and I Practically fell in love with him.

And one day as I going to the Crusade Ground, the children were returning from School and so I went to greet them.

Then I looked around and said: Where is my friend? And the father said that sorry o Pastor, your friend is in the Hospital dying.

And I said, can you take me there on my way to the Crusade Ground? He took me to the Hospital.

They kept the boy stark naked in an Air-conditioned room – The Air-condition was working full time and yet the boy was sweating Profusely.

Ha, what is this?

And God spoke to me – That is why I asked you to go and stay in his house.

Thank God!

I stood by the head of the bed and the father was by the foot of the bed while the Doctor was behind the father.

I looked up – The Doctor signalled to me: “No Hope”.

But I have heard from God and so I Prayed.

Like I am Prayimg for Somebody here Today and those reading now on the Label of DMC: “Death will be chased out of your Life” – Amen.

I went to the Crusade Ground, finished my Program and came back home.

As I was arriving home, another car was also Parking and my friend has been Discharged.

When He abides with you – Death will not be able to stay!

7. But I will be failing in my duty if I don’t tell you what happens if He leaves?

Because you see: If you don’t keep Him comfortable, He will leave.

It doesn’t matter what some Preachers may say – He is a Holy God.

You cannot continue in sin and expect Grace to abound (DMC NOTES: Romans 6:1).

If you continue to live like a Child of devil when you are Pretending to be a Child of God; after some time, He will leave.

You know what He said in Revelation 3:20 – He said: Behold I Stand by the door and I knock, if any Man will hear my voice and open the door to me I will come in.

The implication of this that:

☆ If I knock and you hear my voice and you don’t open the door; I won’t force the door open.

☆ If I want to come in and you say: “No Room for You here, go away” – I will go.

The Almighty God in His Infinite Mercies and Wisdom that Nobody can fathom, has decided to come to the University of Ibadan for a Brand New Beginning!

If He is knocking at the door of your Heart and you refused to open to Him; He won’t force Himself on you – He will simply go away.

You know that we just finished The RCCG Holy Ghost Congress 2025 last Month of December.

And if you asked an Average Member of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG): What is the most important thing that you learnt?

They will tell you: ” Jonah must go” – That anything that is not of God in any form and whatever has to leave my Life must go!

☆ Relationship that is not drawing me Closer to God must go.

☆ Anything that I think is contrary to the Will of God must go.

☆ Anything that I do that is saying to God: “I know You are Holy but I am only Human Beings”; such things must go.

If He is starting a New Beginning in your Life, don’t drive Him away.

Because if He leaves; the way Nature is, there is no room for vacuum in Nature.

If Light goes out, Darkness comes in – You don’t believe me, ask King Saul.

In 1 Samuel 16: 11-14; the moment the Spirit of God departed from King Saul, the Bible says that an Evil Spirit from the Lord took over.

It is better that God has never entered your Life than that He will come in and abiding with you already and all of a sudden He leaves.

If He leaves, ask Samson – The Man who can tear a Lion into two with his bare hands and the Man who could use the Jawbone of an Ass to kill a thousand Men; when God left him, the enemy took over and they Plucked out his eyes.

I don’t know if I have told you this Story before:

There is a Young Man called Brother Sam – He was almost an illiterate as he can only read Yoruba. He didn’t understand a word of English.

But he was heavily Anointed.

There were at least three (3) cases that everybody knows about that Bro Sam raised People from the dead.

And then, it got to a Stage when we say: Bro Sam, let us go for Bible Study?

He will say: Who is going to teach? Oh, Bro So and So. How many People has he raised from the dead?

Do you know that Bro Sam ended up in an Asylum because God left him and the devil took over.

I want you to think very deeply as you love God enough to come this early Morning for a Bible Study and I don’t want to fail in my duty by not telling you the Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth.

Some People say: What is wrong with you? Can’t you Preach a Sermon without talking about being Holy?

Holiness is a Master Key.

You are Holy – Your Problem is solved because God said: “Be ye Holy for I am Holy” (DMC NOTES: 1 Peter 1:16).

ALTAR CALL

So, I am going to give you 2 or 3 Minutes in case there is anyone of us who are still living with some sins and you want to ask God to help you – Purify me, Sanctify me, make me Pure and make me Holy.

Will you Please come forward very quickly so that I can join you in Prayer before we depart.

I will count from one (1) to seven (7) – So, if you want to come, you better run.

Those of us on the way and those infront now, our cry to God is simple: Lord, I am asking You to step into my boat now and abide with me.

Just stay with me one hundred Percent (100%) from now on till I see You in Glory.

And if there is anything this moment in my Life that is not of God; Pluck it out – I give You one hundred Percent (100%l Permission to take over my Life and dwell with me.

Go ahead and talk to God!

And the rest of us, you can Stretch your hands towards these People and Pray for them that the Almighty God will look down from Heaven and honour the fact that they have come forward this Morning in the Presence of the whole crowd and saying: Take over my whole Life.

Please Lord, step into their lives fully and never, never leave them alone.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION AND CLOSING PRAYER

My Father and my God, I want to say Thank You.

Thank You for Your Word this Morning and Thank You for the way You have brought the Truth out for us.

We appreciate You because You are our Father and if only You can be with us, we know that all will be well.

First of all, I am committing these Your People who has come forward into Your Hands:

If any of them is coming out for Salvation, Please save his/her Soul.

If any of them is coming back to You as a re-dedication; Please receive the Fellow.

I Pray Lord God Almighty that these Your Children will now become one hundred Percent (100%) committed to You in Jesus Name.

As for the rest of us who are here Today or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC – My Father and my God, my Prayer is:

That You will never leave us alone.

That You will abide with us Forever

Thank You Almighty God.

For in Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!

OPENING PRAYER

King of kings and Lord of lords; the I Am that I Am, the Ancient of Days, the Unchangeable Changer, the One who never grows old – We Worship You.

We Thank You for all You have done for us since Year 1982.

We Thank You for what You would yet do.

Thank You for remembering us.

Please, accept our Thanks, in Jesus’ Name.

Father, today like never before, Bless this University (DMC NOTES: University of Ibadan)

Bless our Vice Chancellor, in Jesus’ Name (DMC NOTES: The Current Vice Chancellor of UI is: Professor Kayode Adwbowale – A Professor of Chemistry who assumed Office late 2021 as the 13th Vice Chancellor of the University of Ibadan).

Bless the Academic Staffs, bless the Non-Academic Staffs, bless the Students and every Workers here.

And Lord God Almighty, in a way we cannot explain, let there be Peace in the University of Ibadan again.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Well, let Somebody shout hallelujah Hallelujah!

Shake hand with one (1) or two (2) People you have not seen this Year, say: Happy New Year.

I am extremely happy when God told me that the Topic for this Programme is: “A New Beginning”.

Because that reminds me of all the things He has done in the Past – Miracles, Signs and Wonders that cannot be easily numbered.

We started the Journey on this Campus in 1982 – And it started because the wife of one Professor gave her Life to Jesus Christ. And then through her husband who also gave his Life to Jesus Christ.

Then the husband said, who would be coming around to teach us many of these things that we thought we knew, that we never really knew? You must Pray about it.

I said l okay Slsir, I will Pray about it.

And so for the first time, in the Professor’s sitting room, five (5) of us gathered for a Bible Study – We were five (5).

And then the number started to increase – We got to a stage where we could no longer be contained in his Living Room, so we moved to the backyard.

And very soon, the backyard could no longer contain us; so we moved to one Lecture Theatre. And then we moved on to the Chapel. And when the Chapel could no longer contain us, we moved outside.

When I look around today and I see the number of People here and I compare it to the five (5) of us who started forty four (44) years ago, I say Glory be to God!

I will read Isaiah 42:9 – The Bible says:

Behold, the former things are come to pass, and New things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.

Tonight’s Message is just a little of Prophetic Declarations – The Almighty God is saying you are a Witness to some of the things that happened in the Past;

He says, I want to do something as Great and even Greater that has happened in the Past – Amen.

I would have loved to spend a long time recalling all the things that have happened; but just a few would do.

So that you will know that your Life is about to have a dramatic Change for the better – Amen.

You see, in Malachi 3:6 the Lord says, For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

In Hebrews 13:8, the Bible says, Jesus Christ the same Yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

I am going to share with you maybe about five (5) Major Testimonies that happened in the Past on this Campus:

How things began to happen here and it wasn’t long Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) heard it, they came to me and said Sir, you Graduated from us. Whatever you are doing at the University of Ibadan, you must do in Ife. And then we moved on.

We would come here on Tuesday, and on Wednesday I would go and do that of OAU.

Other Universities heard about what we are doing and the thing began to spread.

Now God is asking us to go back to the beginning – Because He says He wants to do some New Things.

When we started the Bible Study here in UI – As you know, we are dealing with Academic Community; you have to go gently with them, because they have Theories for everything.

1. CREATION

I remembered very well, we started with the issue of Creation. And after the Teaching we received all manners of Theories;

• That bomb exploded and the world came.
• No, not like that; It was one that came out of the ocean and became a Tadpole.
• After some time the Tadpole became a Monkey.
• And after some time the Monkey began to walk.

They say, that’s how Man was created (laughs)!

I used to tell them, I don’t know about what you think, but my Father is not a Monkey.

So we began to talk about Creation – Genesis 1:1, In the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth.

And we heard all manners of Questions:

• Who is God?
• Where was God before He created Heaven and Earth?

And then we moved on to John 1:1-3 – In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Oh God! I mean, you would think that, that should not be something to argue about – It means you didn’t know the Academic Community we started with.

I remembered one day that we looked at John 9:1-7 – The Story of a Man who was born blind; and Jesus spat on the Ground, made some mud, anointed his eyes and said, “Go and wash.” The man went and washed, and he came seeing.

I tried to tell them that the God we are talking about is the Creator.

That if there is something wrong with you, He can recreate.

And the Almighty God moved like never before.

There were two (2) Professors – Husband and wife, and they had a son whose brain could not understand anything. They got him Private Teachers, etc. But if you move him from a class of thirty (30) Students to a class of thirty five (35), at the end of the day his Position would change after the Examination – from 30th to 35th.

I think, somehow they just felt, there is nothing to do, let’s take this boy to this Pastor who says God can create to do something.

And so they brought him – We Prayed a Simple Prayer.

The next Examination the boy did came first (1st) – He did so well the Teachers said no, there must be something wrong. Because they said even if you give him the answer to copy, he will copy it wrong. So they gave him another Test, and he scored higher.

Now, that is the kind of Miracle that God says He is about to start on this Campus and in the lives of all those reading now on the Label of DMC – Amen.

Which is why I believe that if your brain is just about Average, before the end of this Session they’ll begin to look at you and say, “We have a Genius here” – Amen.

2. GOD CONTROLS TIMES AND SEASONS

Then we moved on to discuss the issues of Times and Seasons – You know, we were discussing Big Topics.

And we said that God is the Controller of Time – Oh, that led to some interesting argument.

In Revelation 1:8, He says, I am Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the Ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

We said that He is in Charge. And we showed them in Daniel 1:20-22; And he changeth the Times and the Seasons: he removeth Kings, and setteth up Kings: he giveth Wisdom unto the Wise, and Knowledge to them that know Understanding.

We moved on to John 2:1-10 and we discussed the Miracle of Water becoming Wine.

All that Jesus did was that He accelerated the Process of turning water to wine. The grape on the tree, after some time, gives fruit juice that the grape can Produce.

We told them how God caused the Sun to stand still.

We talked about Joshua 10:12-14; how Joshua told the Sun to stand still and the Moon not to move.

Then we moved on to Isaiah 38:1-8; a situation where a King was sick and God told him he was going to die. But he said, God I don’t want to die. And God said alright, I heal you. I would give you fifteen (15) years extra.

And suddenly God spoke and said that there was a woman in our midst; God said He had Subtracted ten (10) years from her age.

… I don’t know if she is still around this University.

By the time I visited the the following Month because then I used to come every Month – Those days are gone for ever gone (laughter).

When I returned the next Month, People were beginning to ask her, “Why are you looking so Young?”

Which is why I’m saying to Someone here Tonight or reading now on the Label of DMC: Whatever it is going to take God to accelerate your Promotion, it would be done Tonight – Amen.

… Because He controls Times and Seasons.

3. FAITH

Then we moved, we began to talk Faith.

• From No Faith to Little Faith:

Matthew 16:8, Which when Jesus Perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little Faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread?

• We moved to Great Faith – Matthew 15:21-28.
• To Exceedingly Great Faith – Matthew 8:5-19

… And somebody just grabbed that one.

By now of course, we were already growing in the Lord. Because in the Passage (Matthew 8:5-10) a Man came to Jesus for help. When Jesus wanted to go to his house he said, “Just Speak the Word.”

And there was a woman in that Meeting who could hardly walk well, because that was how far oue eyes could go. She said, if God can do these activities, why am I wearing glasses? I mean, her Faith grew rapidly, she took off her pair of glasses and left it at the Chapel.

Which is why I am saying that Today, whatever it is that you could call a hindering force to your Life; you will leave it here Tonight – Amen.

4. ANSWERED PRAYERS

We began to talk about Answered Prayers.

That God is not a Man that He should lie; that once He has spoken it is done (DMC NOTES: Numbers 23:19)

That the Bible says in John 14:6 ,Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the Truth, and the Life: no Man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

And I explained to us then that if Somebody is the Truth; not just the One who tells the Truth, but He is the Truth; there is no Problem of one of His Promises failing.

And there is nothing that will be too hard for Him to do. Because John 14:14 says, If ye shall ask any thing in my Name, I will do it.

And we began to look forward to doing incredible things.

One day He showed us that He can do absolutely anything – We were at the backyard of Professor Fola Abaoba. As we were about to begin our Bible Study. (DMC NOTES: Professor Fola Adeola, of Blessed Memory, is the Pioneer Dean of the Faculty of Technology in University of Ibadan).

That day there was a huge cloud and it looked as if it’s going to rain – If it rains, we have no where to take the crowd to and the Bible Study would be cancelled.

So I Prayed a Simple Prayer – If Joshua Prayed and You stopped the Sun, I am Praying that You would stop the rain.

We had the Bible Study – Some People came late and we asked why they came late. They said, “Didn’t you see the rain?”

It rained everywhere in UI, except the backyard of Professor Fola Adeola.

I am just sharing these Testimonies Tonight so that you can know how to Pray.

• If He is the God of all flesh;
• If there is Nothing too hard for Him to do;

Why won’t I Pray Tonight and get Solutions to all my Problems?

Because He says, “I have done some things in the Past, I want to do something New; and I am just telling you before it begins.

I have Good News for Somebody here Tonight or reading now on the Label of DMC: Your Prayer Life will Change – Amen.

Because from now on you will be Praying with the conviction that if He has done it before, He will do it again.

All the Prayers I have Prayed and have not received answers, I am going to Pray them again Tonight, and He is going to answer.

I remembered very well, the Night I taught them about Baptism in the Holy Spirit at the backyard of the Professor.

After the Teaching, I said to them, “All you have to do now is ask God and He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit. And you can begin to Speak in Tongues Tonight.

Fortunately, they all believed me, and so they began to Pray.

Very soon the Holy Spirit came down, and almost everybody got baptized in the Holy Spirit except two (2) People – A couple, the wife got baptized, the husband did not.

You know Professors – The man turned to the wife and said, “What are you saying?” The wife said, something Strange is coming out of my mouth, so you have to Pray more. He Prayed more and he too began to Speak in Tongues.

And then there remained only one woman – A very, very, important woman in this area of the Country. We said, “as soon as you get baptized in the Holy Spirit you can go home.”

When this very, very important woman found out that she was the only one left, she lifted up her voice and said, “Oh God, it is me “Anike” your daughter; You have answered everybody, you have not answered me.”

And the Holy Spirit fell on her.

Whatever you ask Tonight, in the Name that’s above every other name, before you leave here or Complete reading this Message now on the Label of DMC, the answer will come – Amen.

5. MIRACLES, SIGNS AND WONDERS

And so we began to delve into Miracles.

I remembered teaching the People on Isaiah 9:6 – For unto us a Child is born, unto us a son is given: and the Government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

“… His Name shall be called Wonderful.”

And I told them Wonderful means, full of wonders.

I went through the Scriptures showing them about God being a Wonder.

I. I convinced them that He was conceived in a Wondrous way:

A way that we Scientists, find it even difficult to believe.

II. That He does Wonders:

• He brought somebody who’s been dead for four (4) days back to Life (DMC NOTES: John Chapter 11).

And there was a woman in the crowd who had Cancer at an Advanced Stage.

When she heard the Teaching she cried to God: “You even raised somebody who has been dead for four (4) days, I am not dead yet. The Doctors have written me off but You are far, far Superior to doctors; do something.”

And God healed her instantly.

I am talking about somebody who asked God for an Extension of time back then, and died only about a year or so ago.

Which is why I believe Tonight, you are going to cry to God and say Lord, even if I have an Appointment with Death, Change the Appointment – And He will do it.

I can go on and on and on and on!

And tell you Miracles upon Miracles, Testimonies upon Testimonies – Some of the Testimonies, People even found difficult to share in the Meetings.

After that, I began to teach them about being Shining Light – That you are not to be a Christian in words alone, but by your Actions.

And there was this Testimony of a female Professor – I mean, the older ones here would remember. Her husband is also a Professor and they were always having arguments.

Whenever the husband said something, the wife would say, “You are a Professor, I am a Professor – You know your rights, I know my rights.”

She gave her Life to Jesus Christ and she kept coming to me, “Pray that my husband would become Born Again, Pray that he will become a Christian.”

One day God told me to ask her a Question – So I said, “Ma, do you want your husband to be Born Again? ” She said, yes.

I said, I want you to do something – When you finished cooking, go to your husband and say, “My Darling husband, the table is set.”

Because she had not been doing that – she always left the food on the table – “If you like go and eat. If you don’t like, it’s up to you.”

I said, when he comes to eat, take a bowl of water, kneel down and say, “Wash your hands Sir.”

She said, me? (Laughter) No way!

I said, don’t you want your husband to be saved? Grudgingly, she went home, did what I said.

You know, when she knelt down and Presented the water to the husband to wash his hand, the husband said, “Eni to se ogun yi fun o ti se asedanu.” (DMC NOTES: Meaning, the fellow who made this charm for you has lost the battle).

She said, no my Darling husband, it’s not charm; I just want you to know: This is one of the things they taught us in the Fellowship that I attended.

“Is that so?” She said, yes. “Okay, next time that Man of God comes, I will fellow you.”

He came, heard the Word of God and became Born Again.

When she was sharing the Testimony, it was fun!

Do you know that there is Someone here Tonight, or reading now on the Label of DMC; Because of what God says He wants to start doing again in your Life; when you share your Testimony, everybody will jump and shout for Joy – Amen.

I am going to allow you to Pray.

But there was something that happened too, which we cannot forget completely.

After some time, we had grown in number and the Brethren just decided, “Let’s have an Outreach – Let’s meet at Trenchard Hall; let’s invite all Lecturers to that Hall. We will share Jesus to them.”

And I shared as God laid it in my heart – I went about it Scientifically.

When I gave the Altar Call, forty (40) Professors gave their lives to Jesus Christ in one day – All drunk with Joy.

And that was the beginning – That’s when the Lecturers, the Professors, began to attend the Campus Bible Study.

I am believing God that He is about do Greater Things than He did; that more People in this Academic Community or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC, would come to Jesus Christ – Amen.

Do you know that after the Outreach some People got angry and set the Chapel on fire?

There was a Statute in front of the Chapel back then; I think it was the Statute of one deity.

They poured petrol on the Statute; poured petrol on the Chapel itself, set it on fire.

The Statute burnt; but the Chapel did not burn.

… These are things that have happened on this Campus.

I mean, there was a time, when they saw the way we were going, there was a little bit of misunderstanding, and they wanted to pull down the Cross.

What did we do? We Prayed! And every effort to pull down the Cross failed.

I have Good News for you my Brothers and Sisters, this is not an Ordinary Night: God is about to begin something New in your Life – Amen.

Oh! Before I release you to Pray; if you are here or reading now on the Label of DMC and you do not have this intimate Relationship we had with Jesus; that caused us to do all manners of Miracles, Signs and Wonders in His Name.

And you want Tonight to be your own Real New Beginning, you have to come to Jesus.

What He did when He was saving Souls and turning them to Himself, He is ready to do for you.

We taught the People about Praying for Help – That when we find ourselves in a tight corner we should Pray.

And the Vice Chancellor at that time shared a Testimony – In the middle of the Night a crowd of Students left their Hostels; they were determined to cause havoc.

So he said, Pastor Adeboye taught us that God is a Very Present Help in trouble (DMC NOTES: Psalm 46:1). God Please, do something!

All of a sudden, just around the Vice Chancellor’s Lodge, there was a Mighty Thunder-fall that scattered all those who were Planning trouble.

I don’t know who God is talking to Tonight?

I think God is looking for someone who would like to be a part of that family that can cry to God anytime there is trouble and get “Instant Answers”.

ALTAR CALL

So if you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ, I am going to count from one (1) to ten (10).

Before I say ten (10), Please come, let’s Pray for your Salvation and God will begin to do Something New in your Life.

If you want to come, do so now. You might be the only one; but God is going to give you a New Beginning.

Thank you for those of you who are Clapping – God will begin to do New Things through your hands – Amen.

Go ahead and cry to God now. Ask Him to have Mercy on you and save your Soul.

That He would wash away your sins with His Blood.

That He would write your name in the Book of Life.

That you too would begin to serve Him; and begin to do Miracles, Signs and Wonders for Him.

Go ahead, Pray unto Him.

And the rest of us, Please let’s Stretch our hands towards these People and intercede for them;

That God who saved our Souls, and kept us Healthy and Strong, would give them Genuine Salvation.

That they would become True Children of the Living God.

Please Pray for them.

Thank You Father.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION

Ancient of Days, I want to say Thank You.

Glory be to Your Holy Name, Lord.

Thank You for these People who have decided to come forward to Surrender to Jesus Genuinely.

As You have always done, Please save their Souls today, forgive all their sins, let Your Blood wash them clean.

Write their names in the Book of Life and Lord God Almighty, whenever they call on You, answer them by Fire.

Let them serve You till the End.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Praise the Lord – Hallelujah!

I rejoice with those of you who have just Surrendered your Life Genuinely to Jesus Christ.

I want to Promise you that by the Grace of God I’ll be Praying for you.

Just as some People had Testimonies in those days, that they were afraid to share in Public;

Testimonies so Great that these Your People would be wondering, “Can I share this?” Give to them, in Jesus’ Name.

As they cry unto You Father, this very Night answer them.

Well, let Somebody shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

God Bless You – Please be seated.

After the Baba who just spoke, what is left for anyone to say? (DMC NOTES: The Baba under reference is “Baba Adio” – Prophet Michael Olaosebikan Adio; a Spiritual Leader and Prophet of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Alabukun Parish, Ilorin Kwara State Nigeria).

He has told you in details the main reason we are being called a Christian at all.

It is because we are thinking of our Tomorrow – Where are we going to spend Eternity?

Whatever anybody may give you, it is just for a Temporary moment.

☆ If they give you money, the money will be spent.

☆ If they give you Clothes, the Clothes will wear.

☆ If they give you house, that house can be burnt.

The Greatest Gift anybody can give you is Jesus Christ!

And as soon as you have Jesus Christ – Not only do you have everything that you can ever need in this world; as Baba told you, you even have everything in the Future.

Everything in this Earth will Pass away but there is Someone who says that: “I am the same Yesterday, Today and Forever”. And He is comimg again.

And you know what?

When He comes, I am going to reign with Him.

What about you?

If you know that you are going to reign with Him, let me hear that Hallelujah one more time – Hallelujah!

But Tonight, my children says that we didn’t ask you to come and Preach – Just come and say God bless you.

But then, as you are told: Jesus Christ said that I am the Light of the world (DMC NOTES: John 8:12; John 9:5).

There are only two (2) Forces controlling the world – One is Darkness and the other is Light.

… Only two (2) Forces and there is no third one.

It is these two (2) Forces that Control what we call Day or Night.

It is between these two (2) Forces that we count Days, Months, Years, Night and Day.

Now where there is Darkness, everything Evil can be found there.

And where there is Light, everything Good cab be found there.

For Example, consider the Story of a Man called Bartimeaus – You can read the Story in Mark 10: 46-52.

Mark 10:46-52:

46. And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his Disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.
47. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me.
48. And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me.
49. And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.
50. And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.
51. And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.
52. And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy Faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.
53. If you are in Darkness, you and Poverty will go hand in hand.

Because Bartimeaus was Blind and because he was in Darkness; he was a Beggar.

But one day, Light Passed by his side and from that day onwards, he cease to beg.

You give your Life to Jesus Christ and allow the Light of God to come into your Life; according to the Word of God in Philippians 4:19; one way or the other, God will meet all of your Needs!

I am not talking of when you give your Life to Jesus Christ, you will become a Millionaire.

Oh, God can do much more than that because He owns the Heavens and the Earth.

All that I am saying is this: If you allow the Light of Jesus Christ into your Life; one way or the other, all your Needs will be met.

So I can with all confidence say that if you allow the Light of Jesus Christ to come into your Life; in the Name that is above every other name, you will not die in Poverty – Amen.

I decree in the Name that is above every other name: Those of you who will allow the Light of God to come into your Life Today, very soon Poverty will become a Stranger to you – Amen.

2. When Bartimeaus began to cry to the Light of the world, there were several People who told him to shut up.

When you are in Darkness, you must know that hatred will become very close to you – People will just hate you because you are in the dark.

Because if you are in the dark, you will be a burden to others.

If you see Someone living in Darkness, he is constantly requiring Somebody to help.

But when Light comes, the Bible made it clear that you will begin to Succeed.

In Philippians 4:13; the Bible says that: “I can do all things through Christ which Strengthens me”.

When you are in the Light, you will cease to fail.

And I can decree to Somebody here Today or reading now on the Label of DMC: As you allow the Light of Jesus Christ to take over your Life, you will never know Failure again – Amen.

3. When you are in Darkness, you are bound to have Enemies that you don’t even know that you have.

When the People around began to tell Bartimeaus to shut up; Bartimeaus did not know until that moment how many People hated him.

He wasn’t asking them for Help – He was asking the One who can give Him “Absolute Help” to help.

Let me assure you – Whether you know it or not; you have Enemies.

There are those who hate you just for hating you:

☆ If you are making Progress, they hate you.

☆ If you are not making Progress, they hate you.

You can never find a family where Nobody hates Someone.

There are some People that you think are your friends.

The Elders in Yoruba has a Proverb – They say: “It is only in the time of Trouble that you will know who are your friends”.

DMC NOTES: “Igba iponju ni a mo ore”.

When all is going on well, you don’t know who is your friend.

But Jesus Christ said in Hebrews 13:5 – He said: “I will never leave you, I will never forsake you”.

Whatever may be happening; if you have Jesus Christ, you have a friend you can trust for Life and you have a friend who will be like a Shadow beside you.

Wherever you go, He can go with you!

And I am Praying for Someone here Today or reading now on the Label of DMC: As you allow the Light of Jesus Christ into your Life, God will take care of all your Enemies – Amen!

Because Jesus Christ loves you so much, He lays down His Life for you.

I was telling some People before I came to Ilorin Today – I said that when the day of Death comes, you will be the one who will go through that Process alone.

No matter how your wife may say she loves you; when you get to the Graveside and she has to wave you bye bye.

As they lower you into the Grave; if she Pretends that she wants to jump into the Grave, before she left home she would have arranged with her friends that if I want to jump into the Grave, catch me o.

There is no matter how your husband will say that I love you, the moment you dies; your husband will not Sleep on the same bed with you.

When it comes to Crossing over to the other side, you will have to go alone unless you have Jesus Christ!

David said: When I am Passing through the Vallley of the Shadow of Death, I will have no fear because I know that there is Somebody who will Pass through with me (DMC NOTES: Psalm 23:4)

Jesus Christ is the Only friend that you can trust all the time.

And I am Praying for everyone in need of a friend that you can trust; may you allow Jesus Christ to come into your Life – Anen.

4. Then Bartimeaus was crying, Light was Passing by and he was about to miss the only opportunity of a Lifetime.

But whenever Light comes, Breakthroughs always come!

There are many of us – We have been Struggling and looking for a day when all will go well.

The day Light Passes by, God has enough Power to even use your Enemies to bring you to your Breakthrough.

Because Jesus Christ told the very People who are telling Bartimeaus to shut up that they should go and bring him.

The Light of God is Passing through this Place Today and I know that there is at least one Fellow here or reading this Message now on the Label of DMC: “God is going to send for you” – Amen!

5. And when the Enemies got to him, they began to Prophesy to him.

Do you know that God can use your enemy to even bring you to your Victory?

They told him: “Be of Good Cheers, He is calling you”.

They knew – Even your Enemies knows that if God send for you; your Life is set for Good.

I am crying to God on your behalf that this very Night; God will send for Somebody – Amen!

6. And when they brought Bartimeaus to Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ said: What do you want?

He said that I want only one thing – Give me Light! Let me be able to see; just open my eyes.

Give me Light because once Light comes in, everything I may need, God will make it available for me.

Tonight, I am going to beg you to ask for Light!

If God gives you Light and suddenly you see the Kingdom that is coming or if you see the Kingdom of God that God is bringing to the Earth like Baba Adio who spoke to you before me has told you; you won’t struggle for anything anymore.

☆ Any Position that you occupy in this world is for a moment.

☆ Any Wealth that you may have is for a moment.

☆ No matter how rich you are; when you die, you can’t take anything with you.

If they bury you with Silver and Gold, by tomorrow Morning thieves would have opened the Grave.

You need Light – If the Light comes into your Life, your Life is Settled.

☆ If the Light comes into your family, your family is Settled.

☆ If the Light comes to your Village, your Village is Settled.

☆ If the Light comes into your State, your State is Settled.

All you need to ask God for Tonight is: “God, give me Light”.

ALTAR CALL

Baba Adio has given the Altar Call – He has asked those of you who will want the Kingdom of God to come forward. And I see so many of you coming forward and I am very, very happy.

But just in case there is anybody left that up till now you have not Surrendered your Life to Jesus Christ; you can still do so.

Let me warn you though – If Jesus Christ comes into your Life, He will take over and He will become the Controller.

Once Light comes in, Darkness has to go out.

You cannot have Jesus Christ and then continue to live in sin – Light and Darkness cannot co-habit.

So, if you want to really, really want to Surrender your Life to Jesus Christ – You want to ask Jesus Christ to come and take over completely and you haven’t done so before.

Before I Pronounced the Father’s Blessings, I will give you 2 Minutes to do so

You might be the only one or you might be thinking should I or should I not; but now you are ready to do it. Please come now!

I will count from one (1) to five (5) – If by the time I say five (5), you haven’t come, then I will know that you haven’t decided.

So, if you really mean Business and you want the Light of the world to take Control of your Life; come quickly as I am counting.

Those of us on the way, don’t stop. But those of you already infront; cry to Jesus Christ and say:

Lord Jesus, have Mercy on me, save my Soul, come and dwell in my Life, dwell in my Heart, be my Lord, be my Saviour as I will serve You for the rest of my Life.

Go ahead and talk to the Lord.

And the rest of us, let us Stretch our hands towards these our Brothers and Sisters and Pray for them.

Pray that the One who saved your Soul will save their own Souls also.

Go ahead and call on the Almighty God.

Thank You Father!

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION

My Father and my God, I want to bless Your Holy Name.

I want to Thank You for these People who has come forward.

Please receive them, save their Souls, forgive their sins, let Your Blood wash away their sins, write their names in the Book of Life and let them become Members of the Family of God.

Let them serve You till the End.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Now the rest of us; in every Man’s Life, there is always a day never to be forgotten.

And that day has come for Somebody in Ilorin today.

SPECIAL LIGHT UP PRAYERS

If you believe that Today is your day; we are going to do something Symbolic.

You will take out your Mobile Phone and put the Torchlight Section on.

We are going to Pray some Prayers using this Light as a Symbol:

You will lift your Voice to the Almighty God and say:

Father, in my Life; let there be Light.

In my family; let there be Light.

In my Village/Town; Almighty God, let there be Light.

In Kwara State; let there be Light.

Let there be Light in Nigeria.

Don’t let my Light go out and don’t let my Sun Set in the Afternoon.

Let my Light keep on Shinning forever.

Go ahead and Pray that Prayer with all your Heart.

In Jesus Mighty Name – Amen.

I’m going to Pray for you in a moment but then you will Pray one more Prayer before you go.

FINAL FATHER’S BLESSING

In the Mighty Name of Jesus.

My Father and my God; in Your Name I decree that:

In the lives of all these Your Children, let there be Light.

In their homes, let there be Light.

In their Villages/Towns, let there be Light.

In Kwara State, let there be Light.

Let them keep Shinning for You.

Don’t let their Light ever go out.

Don’t let their Sun go out in the Afternoon.

Let them keep on Shinning.

Throughout the rest of their lives, let them keep Shinning.

As they win Souls for You, let them keep on Shinning.

As they Pray, let them keep Shinning.

In every areas of their lives, let them keep on Shinning.

Father, for all these Your Children, any evil left in this Old Year, keep it far away from them.

Every Joy left in this Year and the Joy in the Year to come; send to their homes.

Answer all their Prayers.

And let them serve You till the End.

OPENING PRAYER

Almighty God, the Light, Eternal, the One who spoke and said: Let there be Light and there was Light – We Worship You.

We Thank You that it has Pleased You to bring us to Arkansas Tonight.

And since we know that You never do anything without a Purpose; we Thank You for the Purpose for which You have brought us.

Accept our Thanks in Jesus Name.

Tonight my Father and my God, in the lives of everyone here and everyone listening to us all over the world Inclusive those reading now: “Let there be Light”.

In Arkansas, let there be Light.

In America, let there be Light.

In the Homes of all these Your Children, let there be Light.

By the time we leave here my Father and my God, let everyone sing a New Song.

Let all Needs be met Lord.

Save Souls, heal the Sick, Set Captives Free and just Glorify Your Name.

In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen.

Well, let Someone shout Hallelujah – Hallelujah!

Shake hands with one (1) or two (2) People and tell them: “God will bless you Tonight”.

John 5:2-14:

2. Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches.
3. In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.
4. For an Angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.
5. And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.
6. When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?
7. The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.
8. Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.
9. And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.
10. The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the sabbath day: it is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed.
11. He answered them, He that made me whole, the same said unto me, Take up thy bed, and walk.
12. Then asked they him, What man is that which said unto thee, Take up thy bed, and walk?
13. And he that was healed wist not who it was: for Jesus had conveyed himself away, a multitude being in that place.
14. Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

Somebody is going to get an immediate Miracle Tonight – Amen!

God has a Timetable for everything according to Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8.

The last time that I was in Arkansas was twenty one (21) years ago (2004) – As a matter of fact, I never thought that I will be back here.

But when the time comes – When your time comes; God will move in a Mysterious Way:

☆ If He has to shake the Heavens, He will shake the Heavens.

☆ If He has to shake the Earth, He will shake the Earth.

And believe me honestly, He did both (DMC NOTES: Shake the Heavens and the Earth) to make sure that I am here Tonight.

Maybe because of my Trainings as a Mathematician, I am always as Precise as Possible.

So six (6) Months before the New Year, I would have finished where and where I will be going the comimg Year – All written down and Settled.

At the beginning of this Year, Arkansas wasn’t in my Plan but it happened to be in the Plan of God.

I am giving that Introduction because there might be Someone here Tonight or reading now on the Label of DMC, that God in Heaven has decided that your Problems are over.

The Man whose Story I read to you has been sick for thirty eight (38) Years.

It doesn’t matter how long you have had a Problem; in the Name of the One who sent me to be here Tonight, that Problem will be over Tonight – Amen.

When Light comes on, several things could happen in a short time:

1. Whenever Light comes on and automatically Darkness goes away; the first thing that you will notice is that there is Vision.

And when we talk about Vision, if for any reason or whatsoever the Light here should go off; you will be amazed that you will find it difficult to get out of this room.

Because as you are seated, you think that you know where the aisles are and you think that you know where the next chair is.

If the Light goes out here and everything becomes dark; you will find yourself Stranded. But as soon as Light comes, there is Vision.

As we see in this Story – The first thing that we hear is: “God sees a Man who has been there for thirty eight (38) Years”.

And when we talk about seeing in this case; we are not talking about the Ordinary Eyes.

Occasionally Somebody comes to you and he says that: “I will like to see you”.

If you are such a Child, you will say: What are you talking about? You are seeing me now.

But what we meant by this “Seeing” – “I will like to see you”; is that “I will need some Minutes with you” or “I will need your Attention”.

When Light comes, God sees you:

☆ He sees your Faith.

☆ He sees your Expectations.

☆ He sees the Invincible.

I mean for Example: In Mark 2: 1-12; when four (4) Young Men brought a Sick friend to see Jesus Christ and they got to the Place and found out that the Place was Packed full of People and there was no room by the doors and windows. And then they climbed to the roof, broke the roof and lowered the Man to the feet of Jesus Christ.

The Bible said that Jesus Christ saw their Faith – He saw that these People came to obtain a Miracle.

Today, God is seeing Someone:

☆ Someone who didn’t just come to sing.

☆ Someone who is not just here to Clap.

But Someone who says: God You have to do something about me now.

The beauty of it is that when God sees you, you will never remain the same again.

That is why I am sure beyond all doubts that there is Someone here Tonight or reading now on the Label of DMC, who will not go away as he/she came – Amen.

Now He saw that Man – And there was a crowd there but He saw only one Man.

And if you read the whole Story very well – He healed one Man and then left the Place.

And yet He has the Power to heal all because on several other occasions many People will come to Him and He will heal them all.

But on that Particular occasion, He healed one and left the others.

So, who is the one that He is going to heal Tonight? The DMC Family Members.

Who is the one who is going to receive a Miracle Tonight? The DMC Family Members.

2. Then the Next Thing that you will noticed in this Story is that God Singled Out that one Fellow for Mercy.

Because He says in His Words in Romans 9: 14-16 – He said: Hey, you can’t argue with God.

Because one will be tempted: How come You heal one Fellow and left the others?

Who are you to query Him?

He had said to us: I will show Mercy to whom I will show Mercy and I will show Compassion to whom I will show Compassion.

The Bible then went on to say that: It is not of him that willeth nor of him that runneth but of God who shows Mercy (DMC NOTES: Romans 9:16).

God brought me here Tonight because Somebody needs Mercy – And that Fellow will obtain Mercy Tonight (Amen).

Not because of how Good you might have been – Some of the People that will go home Singing a New Song Tonight, don’t qualify to be called Good.

But we are serving a Living God – A God that the Bible says is Rich in Mercy (DMC NOTES: Ephesians 2:4).

When the Bible was talking about the Wealth of God:

☆ It didn’t say that God was rich in Power – He is the Almighty.

☆ It didn’t say that God is rich in Love – He is Love Himself.

But when it is talking about the Wealth of God, He called Him Rich in Mercy.

Out of that Wealth of Mercy, Someone will get a bit Tonight – Amen.

In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, beginning from Tonight certain things will begin to happen in your Life – Amen!

And because God choose to focus on that Fellow – Choose him for that Special dose of Mercy, certain things began to happen in the Life of that Man:

1. The first thing that happened in the Life of this Man is that Failure comes to an end.

Do you know what he said?

He said that for thirty eight (38) Years, I have been waiting for the Angel to come.

The Angel will come once a Year – He will trouble the water. The first Fellow to enter will receive a Miracle.

He said that I have been trying for thirty eight (38) Years and I have failed.

Many atimes, when we enter into a New Year and they say: “Happy New Year”; there is something within us that used to tell us: Ha, this is your Year.

And then little by little, the Year will go to an end and nothing will happen.

But then they say another “Happy New Year” – Again and again and again.

Tonight, your Failure ends – Amen!

PROPHESY:

Someone is saying: Lord, let it be me.

The Lord asked me to tell you: Sure, it is you!

You know, when you read the Story of Peter in Luke 5: 1-7 – We read a Story of a Classical Example of what we call Failure.

Peter was Hardworking and Diligent Man – Lazy People don’t fish All-Night.

Other People when they tried for an hour or two hours and they are not seeing anything, they will go back home and say that we will try tomorrow.

This is not Peter fault – He kept on trying again and again and again until Daylight came.

But then when Daylight came and when Light shone on him; in a Single throw at the Instruction of the Light, his Failure came to an abrupt end.

You know that I have a feeling that before the end of this Month, some of you will be saying that I didn’t know that I can be so Successful – Amen.

You see because the One who is the Light is also the One about whom Philippians 4:13 was written.

It says: “I can do All Things through Christ”.

I can Succeed and I can have a Breakthrough.

And it doesn’t take God a long time – All He needs to do is to Shine His Light on you and Failure will come to an end!

Some of you have heard me tell the Story of the Son of two Professors – The father was a Professor and the mother was a Professor.

And they both gave birth to this Young Man – And the Young Man is the dumbest Fellow you can ever find.

I mean that if he is in the Class of thirty (30) People, his Position in the Class will be thirtieth (30th).

You moved him to a Class of thirty two (32) People, his Position move to the thirty second (32nd).

The Parents were very Brilliant but for one reason or the other, he was just dumb.

The Parent did everything they could do – They employed a Private Teacher and they bought all manners of book but the boy just kept on failing.

Then one day, they brought the boy to us and we introduced him to Jesus Christ and we Prayed a Simple Prayer.

In the next Examination, he came first in the Class.

The Teachers said that it is not Possible – They said that even if they give Him the answer to copy, he will copy it wrongly.

And then they gave him another Examination – They sat down while the boy was answering the Questions.

And this time around, the boy did better than before.

So, I have Good News for those of you who are Students: No more Failures – Amen!

And the same goes to all those who are Struggling in Business, Ministry and Marriage: No more Failures – Amen!

2. Another thing that happened to that Fellow is from the Statement he made – It wasn’t that he just failed without an attempt but he was defeated because as I am going, Somebody got in before me.

I didn’t just fail but I was caused to fail.

But from that day onwards, he was never again defeated because he doesn’t even have to wait for the Angel.

The Controller of the Angel Himself came – The One who is called the Lord of Host and the One who never lost a war came to fight for him.

I don’t know who is it that has been waging war against us; from Today onwards, you are free – Amen.

I mean that you know the Story in Mark 5: 2-20 – It tells us the Story of a Man who has a Legion of Demons.

If a Single Demon is waging war against you; then you are in trouble.

This Man, the Demons were so many that when other Mad People saw him, they ran – He was a World Champion Mad Man.

The devil was so sure that they have captured this one and there is no way that he could be free.

But then the Light Passed by his way and just a Single word: “Go” – That is what Jesus Christ said to the Demons and this Man became free.

Not only did he become free, his Destiny that has been captured by these Evil Forces were fully restored to him.

He was born to be an Evangelist and the devil took him over – Instead of being an Evangelist for God, he became an Evangelist for the devil.

Because if you read the Story very well – The People tried to help him:

☆ They bind him so that hopefully he won’t harm himself because the Bible said that he kept on cutting himself with Stone.

☆ The Bible said that they kept on binding him with Chains but he just broke off the Chains.

He became an illustration of what the Demon could do when they Possess a Man.

But the Light of the world came and Darkness has to go.

If there is anyone here Tonight or reading now on the Label of DMC under the influence of any Evil Force; you are walking out of here free – Amen.

3. Another thing that happened is that the Stagnation in the Life of this Man came to an end.

What do we call Stagnation?

Stagnation doesn’t mean that you are not moving but it is that you take two steps forward and you take two steps backwards.

This is what this Man has been doing – Just going round in Circles.

The Angel comes and trouble the water – He gets up like anyone else and begin to walk to the Pool but before he gets there, Somebody else is already in and the Miracle is gone. And so he goes back to where he started from.

There are some of us who has been Labouring for Years and if anybody ask you now: What have you achieved in all these Years?

We have some People holding down like two or three jobs and the Money we make is barely enough to pay the Mortgage – Just going round in Circles.

I heard when my wife (Mummy GO) was Praying and she was talking about the Lame Man at the Beautiful Gate for forty (40) Years Plus.

His Life has been: Wake Up, crawl and sit down by the Beautiful Gate, made whatever Money he can make that day and then crawl back to his Starting Point.

And then on one Special occasion like this, the Light of God through His Servant shone on the Man.

And the Man who has always been crawling suddenly find himself Walking and Leaping and Praising God.

I have Good News for Somebody: In every facets of your Life, Stagnation ends Tonight – Amen.

You know that it is Possible to get a Good job and still be Stagnant because there is no Promotion.

Of course the job is Good, you have a house to live, maybe you have even Paid Off the Mortgage and you are not really owing anybody – But that is about all.

Where you are Last Year is where you are still Today.

Just know that God has not finished with you – You are still alive and when there is Life, there is still Hope. You can still be Greater!

The Lord Jesus Christ said in John 12:32 – He said that: If I be lifted up, I will draw Men unto myself.

He is always drawing Upwards.

You are not too Old to be drawn Upwards!

I am eighty three (83) Years Old but at this Age:

☆ I could get up from Nigeria and go to Europe to hold a Conference for World’s Apostle in Italy.

☆ Get Up from there and go to Japan.

☆ Get up from there and go to South Korea.

☆ Get up from there and go to Singapore.

☆ Come back home (Nigeria) from there and conduct a Holy Ghost Service.

☆ Jump on the Aeroplane again and come to America for a Convention.

And some People say: How do you do it?

Get connected with the Light and He will keep on lifting you Higher and Higher!

Don’t you ever get tired?

Of course I get tired because the body is getting Old.

But when you Sleep Tonight, you wake up tomorrow and it is a New Day!

4. And then the Man was Translated – He moved on to a Higher Level.

One Night he slept with a Multitude of almost Hopeless People – The Sick and the Frustrated People.

There are many People like him who were going forward and backwards.

But because Light focused His attention on him, he didn’t sleep by the Pool that Night.

The moment God said: “Get Up”; he got up.

The others who are lying there looked at him – What is going on here?

He just got up from there.

The Next Time they saw him; he was at the Temple Praisimg God – He has been Translated.

You see, when Light shines on you, you will be Translated.

Colossians 1:13 tells us that Christ translated us out of the Kingdom of Darkness into the Kingdom of Light.

And he wasn’t just Translated, he was Translated to a Higher Level – He was Elevated.

Several Years ago in a Town called Ilorin – Ilorin at that time was heavily Muslim.

There was this woman who has a Peculiar and very rare disease – I am not even sure if the Medical People has a name for it.

The Problem she has was that if you switch on any Electrical Appliances where she was, instead of the current doing what it is supposed to do, it will be doing it on her.

Let me give you an Example:

I. If you switch on an Electric Water Heater, her body will begin to boil.

II. If you switch on a Fridge, she will begin to Freeze.

III. If you switch on a fan, she will begin to rotate.

So even though she was living in a big Town in her house, Nobody must switch on anything Electrical.

So they came to us in the Church and they told me her Problem and so I said: Go and bring her.

They llaughed – They said: Sir, you have to come as we can’t bring her.

What is the Problem? There is Electricity everywhere.

They said that there was a time they tried to take her to the Hospital – They put her in a van with the back door opened.

As the Driver tried to start the engine, instead of the engine turning; the current pick her up and threw her out of the Vehicle.

I Pray that the kind of Sickness that the Doctors will say that we don’t have a cure will never come near you – Amen!

So I went to her and I introduced Jesus Christ to her because she was a Muslim.

And you know that when your Problem is big enough and Somebody is talking to you about Solution; you don’t have to Preach for long.

She Surrendered her Life to Jesus Christ and I Prayed to the Light of the world not only to save her Soul but to set her free – She Prayed with me.

And after we finished Praying and to Prove that the Almighty God had taken Control, I went on to switch on the Light. And the Light came on – Before the Light won’t come up but react on the woman.

We switch on the fan and the fan began to rotate.

Tonight, whatever is in your Life that is the absolute work of Darkness will be gone – Amen!

5. When you read the Story to Verse 14; the Bible says that Jesus Christ met the Man in the Temple.

You know that he went into the Church Singing, Dancing and Rejoicing and many People were looking at him and saying: We have not seen you in Church for thirty eight (38) Years.

That is why I am sure that there is Someone here Today or reading now on the Label of DMC: You will be in the Church next Sunday ready for Testimony – Amen.

Jesus Christ revealed to him the Secret of Permanent Miracle.

Jesus Christ told this Man: You have been made Whole, go and sin no more or else something worst will come upon you.

Whether you believed it or not: The root of all Problems is sin.

The wages of sin is Death (DMC NOTES: Romans 6:23).

And I know that some People will tell you that the moment you are Born Again, you can continue to live as you like – That is not true!

We cannot continue in sin and expect Grace to abound (DMC NOTES: Romans 6: 1-2).

Jesus Christ told him: You want to go back to the Pool Side? All you need to do is to go back to sin – You do that, you will join your People again

He said: Sin no more or else something worse will happen to you.

How can something be worse than thirty eight (38) Years of Stagnation, Failure, Defeat after Defeat, Hopelessness?

But if you want to be free forever, now say no more sin.

I will be failing in my duty as a Child of God sent to you, if I don’t tell you the Truth – The whole Truth and nothing but the Truth.

If I have my reputation at all, I can stake my reputation on that – That God brought me all the way from Africa to Arkansas after twenty one (21) Years.

I know my Daddy – He doesn’t do anything without a Purpose.

Oh, it is because your Pastor came and saw me and say: Daddy, we are in Arkansas?

He was just used by God to remind me that it has been a long time since I was here.

There have been several People who have made Requests that I should come and do a Light Up Program in their Towns that I have told them I will come when God allows.

It is because it is written in the Plan of God that I will be here – That is why I am here.

And it could be because of only one Fellow.

But that the Life of Somebody here will remain the same Tonight? Never it is not just Possible if God is still on the Throne!

And I know that it is.

But after God has done a Miracle for you or a series of Miracles for you; if you go back to sin, don’t blame God.

I have always told those who are very close to me and those who will hear the “Hard Truth” from me – If you know that you want to continue to live a Life of sin, don’t ask Him for a Miracle.

Because if you ask Him for a Miracle and He gives you and you go back to sin; something worse than the one you are Delivered from will be waiting.

I know Him and I tell the Truth as it is – I don’t want to be Popular?

Why do I need it? Am I looking for a Girlfriend?

The Truth, the whole Truth and Nothing but the Truth is that if you don’t want to walk straight with God, don’t ask Him for a Miracle – Just manage with the little that you have because something worse will happen.

It is not an Alternative:

I. You said that you are Poor but you are not Homeless.

II. You are Sick but you are not brought in here in an Ambulance.

III. You are Stagnant and no Promotion, maybe you still have a job?

Think deeply Tonight as this is not an Ordinary Service.

From the time that I started, the Spirit of God must have been telling you to listen – This is a Message and not a Sermon

This is a defining moment in your Destiny – Make up your Mind

If you don’t like me for telling you the Truth, no Problem by tomorrow Morning I will be gone.

Will I ever be back in Arkansas? It will take God.

But you have Tonight and God is here now!

ALTAR CALL

So, if you know that you want to go Straight.

If you claim to be Born Again and you are still living in sin and you want to say: Ok Lord, now I have heard Your Word, I am not going to have anything to do with the devil anymore.

You will come back to Him Tonight and He will restore you.

Or you have never even surrendered your Life to Jesus Christ, He brought you here out of Compassion.

You heard that Pastor E.A Adeboye will be in Town – Ha, I have heard about that Man, so let me go and see him.

This might be the reason He brought you in but that is not all – He wants everything to be New for you.

So, if you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ, I am going to count from one (1) to five (5)..

So, before I say five (5), come and Stand before the Altar here so that I can Pray for your Salvation.

Or you are Born Again once but you have backslidden because you heard some False Teachings.

Today, come back to the Lord.

The Bible is clear: God is Holy (DMC NOTES: Isaiah 6:3 and Revelation 4:8).

So, if you want to give your Life to Jesus Christ or backslidden; so come as I begin to count:

Those of you already Infront, talk to Jesus Christ now in your own Language – Tell Him: Lord Jesus, have Mercy on me, save my Soul, forgive all my sins as I want to serve You and You Lord.

Please Lord, take over my Life from now on – Be my Lord and my Saviour and I will obey you from this moment onwards

And the rest of us, let us Stretch our hands towards these People and intercede for them.

Pray that the Lord will forgive all their sins, that He will restore the Backsliders and give them a Brand New Beginning Tonight.

Thank You Father!

PRAYER FOR SALVATION

My Father and my God, I want to Thank You for Your Words and I want to Thank You for these Precious People who have responded to the Altar Call.

I know that Your Words say that no one comes to You except Your Father draws him (DMC NOTES: John. 6:44).

Thank You for drawing these People.

I have asked that You will have Mercy on them, forgive all their sins, and let Your Blood wash them Clean.

Please save their Souls, write their names in the Book of Life, receive them into the Family of God and let them do Your Will from now on.

And Father, I Pray that anytime they cry unto You, You will answer them by Fire.

And let them serve You till the end.

And Thank You for restoring the Backsliders and don’t let them ever backslide again.

THANKSGIVING

The Bible tells us that Jesus Christ was Passing by and then there were ten Lepers who saw Him and cried to Him for Help.

The Bible says that as they were going, God moved and they were Cleansed.

One came back to say Thank You.

And the Bible says that there was Pain in the Voice of Jesus Christ when He said: I Cleansed ten, where are the other nine?
