OPENING PRAYER

The Ancient of Days we want to say Thank You to You Sir for another opportunity to be in Your Presence.

We want to say Thank You very much Father for bringing us to the Eighth (8th) Month – The Month of New Beginning.

Father, we say Thank You very much Sir – Thank You for Your Mercy that we enjoy; Thank You for Your Grace; Thank You for Your Salvation; Thank You for Provision; Thank You for Your Deliverance – Father take all the Glory Sir in the Name of Jesus.

As usual my Father; I like to register my weakness before Your children – There is nothing any Man of God can so without the “God of Man”.

You are the “God of Man”; Lord use me this morning and bless all Your children in the Name of Jesus.

At the end, Father Please take all the Glory.

For in Jesus Name we have Prayed – Amen.

God Bless You in the Name of Jesus Christ – Amen!

I want to say Happy New Month to you and I know that this Month the Glory of God will manifest in your lives in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

I want to Thank the Almighty God and also our father in the Lord – The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (Pastor E.A Adeboye) for giving me the opportunity to share the Word of God with us this morning.

And I know that as you listen or read it on the Label of DMC; the Word of God will bring Solutions to your Problems in the Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

The Topic is: “FROM PASSING THROUGH TO BREAKTHROUGH”.

Are you Passing Through any Unpleasant Situations in your Homes, or in your Business(es), or in your Lives?

I have Good News for You: You will soon experience a Breakthrough in the Name of Jesus – Amen.

All Your Pains will soon end in Praise in the Name of Jesus – Amen

I know this because I read Isaiah 43:2; which says: When thou Passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

This Promise is for God’s children.

It can also work for you if you will surrender your Life to Jesus Christ now because tomorrow may be too late that is why you should act fast because Procrastination they say is the thief of opportunity.

Our area of focus this morning my fathers, my mothers is Exodus 15: 22-27.

There are many Blessings to receive and Blessings to take home from the Passage we want to read now.

I want to say this my fathers, brothers, mothers and my sisters – Please don’t lose Hope at all because of what you are Passing through

The fact that you are “HERE” doesn’t mean you can’t be “THERE”.

The difference between “HERE” and “THERE” is “T” and “T” means “TIME”.

At the “Appointed Time”; you will get there – The Place of Breakthrough in the Name of Jesus – Amen.

BIBLE TEXT: EXODUS 15: 22-27

22 So Moses brought Israel from the Red sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness, and found no water.

23 And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah.

24 And the People murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?

25 And he cried unto the LORD; and the LORD shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them,

26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.

27 And they came to Elim, where were twelve wells of water, and threescore and ten palm trees: and they encamped there by the waters.

The Lord will heal you, the Lord will heal your family, the Lord will heal our Land in the Name of Jesus – Amen!

Exodus 15:27 says: And they came to Elim, where were twelve wells of water, and threescore and ten Palm trees: and they encamped there by the waters.

May the Lord bless you through these Words in Jesus Name – Amen!

The children of Israel they “Passed Through” before they experienced a Breakthrough!

They Passed through the Red Sea; they Passed through the Wilderness; they Passed through Marah and finally, they made it to Elim – A Place of Breakthrough, a Place of “More Than Enough”, a Place of Rest, a Place of “Divine Provisions”.

What the People of God couldn’t get in the Red Sea, what they couldn’t obtained in the Wilderness, what they couldn’t find in Marah; God Provided for them in Abundance when they got to Elim.

According to the Passage that we read – After crossing the Red Sea (Get ready you too will cross your Red Sea); the children of Israel had the Wilderness experience.

My Bible tells me that they went three (3) days without water to drink in that Wilderness.

But then, I learnt something from them – They never stopped and they never went back. They kept moving forward until they got to Marah.

When they got to Marah, they found water but they couldn’t drink it because it was bitter.

1. So, Marah was a Place of Bitterness.

2. Marah was a Place of Disappointment.

How do I know? – What the People expected wasn’t what they got.

They wanted “Drinkable Water” unfortunately they found “Bitter Water”.

3. Marah was a Place of Murmuring or Grumbling or Complaining.

God’s People reacted in their usual manner – They grumbled, they complained and they murmured.

4. Marah was a Place of “Answered Prayers”.

So, all of you who are still in Marah – In the Place of Sorrow, in the Place of Bitterness; as you cry unto the Lord, your Prayers will not go into the Voicemail in the Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

Marah is a Place of “Answered Prayers” – Moses cried unto the Lord and his cries received a “Divine Attention”.

5. Marah was a Place of “Divine Intervention”.

God intervened and “Bitter Water” became “Sweet Water”.

Permit me to ask: Where are you Presently?

Are you in the Red Sea of Fear? Are you in the Wilderness of Lack? Are you in the Marah of Bitterness?

… In Jesus Name, you will make it to Elim – A Place of Breakthrough (Amen).

Don’t forget, we are talking about: “PASSING THROUGH TO BREAKTHROUGH”.

Now, I discovered some facts from the Passage (Exodus 15: 22-27):

FACT NO 1: It is Possible to depart from Marah, it is also Possible for Marah to depart from one’s Life.

God took Marah (Bitterness) out of the water before the People drank it. He also took his children out of Marah.

If the children of Israel left Marah and you are a child of God; in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you will leave Marah – Amen.

Which Year? – You will leave Marah; Which Month? – In the Name of Jesus Christ You will leave Marah; Which Week? – In Jesus Name You will leave Marah; Which Day? – Today, in the Name of Jesus.

So, my Prayers for all of you is that God will take Marah out of your Life and out of your home, He will also take you and your family out of Marah in the Mighty Name of Jesus – Amen.

FACT NO 2: God can bring out something Good, something Pleasant, something Glorious out of Nothing.

For instance; He brought out “Sweet Water” from “Bitter Water”.

He did it in the Past and He can do it again and He will do it for us in Jesus Name – Amen.

In John 2: 1-10; Jesus Christ brought out wine from “Ordinary Water”.

He did it before, He can do it again and He will do it for you in Jesus Name – Amen.

It Pays to be a Child of God!

FACT NO 3: You need a Leader as a Ladder.

Who you know can determine what you can get!

In other words: Your Connections can determine your Collections.

The People of God cried to Moses – Moses was their Leader, he was their “godfather”.

When they needed help, they cried unto their Leader.

… You need a Leader as a Ladder!

If you don’t have a “godfather” cry unto “God The Father”.

If you don’t have a Moses to cry unto, cry unto “The Messiah”.

Psalms 50:15 says: And Call upon Me in the Day of Trouble; I will deliver thee and thou shall Glorify Me.

When Peter was sinking; what did he do?

He cried unto Jesus Christ for Help – Matthew 14:30 is my Witness.

In Mark 4: 37-39; the Apostles of Jesus Christ cried out when they were experiencing storm.

Jesus Christ heard their cry, He rebuked the Storm and there was a Great Calm.

Cry Out – A Closed Mouth is a Closed Destiny.

Bartimaeus cried out when he encountered Jesus Christ and his Story changed forever.

If he had kept quiet the day he encountered Jesus Christ; he would have remained a “Blind Man” for the rest of his Life.

But then: Those who cry unto God will never cry unto Man – So, Cry Out!

… You have cried out before, cry out again!

FACT NO 4: God can use the Available to Provoke the Desirable.

One would have expected God to Provide an “Alternative Water” for His children to drink – No He never did.

It was the same “Bitter Water” that He converted to “Sweet Water”.

… He can use the Available to Provoke the Desirable.

He can use what you have to give you what you desired.

My Prayer for you as you are watching me or reading now on the Label of DMC my fathers and my mothers is that: God will use your Present “Ugly Situation” to take you to the Next Level, your Place of Breakthrough in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

So, if you are “Passing Through” Brethren and you are a child of God: Don’t loose Hope, Keep Moving; don’t stop, keep Moving just like the children of Israel – They were “Passing Through”, they never Stopped, they never went back because “WINNERS NEVER QUIT AND QUITTERS NEVER WINS”.

Keep on Moving forward; with God on your Side; you will succeed.

So, I want to welcome you to your Breakthrough and I Pray that after this Ministrations; “Doors of Opportunities” will open to you in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

Whatever may be the obstacles that is Standing on your Way; the Lord will remove it; the Lord will Prosper you; the Lord Prosper your Marriages; the Lord will Prosper your Businesses in the Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

He will take you from the “Class of Not Enough”; He will take you from the “Class of Just Enough” to the “Class of More Than Enough” in the Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

Now, we are going to Pray and I want you to Please Pray with all your heart and I know that this Prayer will never go into the Voicemail – It shall receive a “Divine Attention” in the Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

They say: Let Gratitude be your Attitude!

GENERAL PRAYERS

I want you to Please close your eyes:

1. We want to start with Thanksgiving.

I want you to Thank God for what He has done for you and for what He has done through you – Please, let us do it together.

Thank You Father Lord. For in Jesus Name we have Prayed – Amen.

2. You are going to say: Father, Please take me out of Marah and take Marah out of my homes, take Marah out of my business(es) in the Name of Jesus Christ.

There are 2 in 1 Prayers there – That God should take Marah out of you and that God should take you out of Marah.

Let us Pray!

Thank You Father Lord. For in Jesus Name we have Prayed – Amen.

3. You are going to say: Father, You are the “Unchangeable Changer”; I need a Change. Please, open a New Chapter for me in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Fortunately, this is a New Month – It is August, the Eighth (8th) Month of the Year and it is the Month of New Beginning.

So, if you ask God to do a New Beginning in your Life; you are not doing badly at all.

I need a Change in my Finances, Spiritual Life, Every Areas of my Life – Please, open a New Chapter for me in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Close the Chapter of Sorrow and Open a Chapter of Joy for me; Close the Chapter of Sickness and Open the Chapter of Health for me.

Pray that God will Open New Chapter for you in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Job lost all but at the End, God Opened a New Chapter for him.

I mean Peter thought it was over but Jesus Opened a New Chapter for him.

If He did it for some People, He can do it for you too Provided you cry unto Him.

We Thank You Father Lord. For in Jesus Name we have Prayed – Amen.

4. You are going to say: Father, I need Major Breakthrough – Please command my Helpers wherever they are, let them locate me now in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Thank You Father Lord. For in Jesus Name we have Prayed – Amen.

5. Brethren, I want us to Pray for Nigeria.

You see, if it is well with Nigeria; it is going to be well with us because things are not really okay.

But we know that with God on our side; Solutions will come – Amen.

Let us Pray that the Lord will intervene in Nigeria.

And using Nigeria as a Point of Contact; that the Lord will intervene in all Nations of the world.

That the Peace of God will reign in the Name of Jesus Christ.

That the Lord will take away anything that is causing Sorrow, anything that is causing death in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Thank You Father Lord. For in Jesus Name we have Prayed – Amen.

PRAYERS BY PASTOR J.T KALEJAIYE

Father Almighty God we want to say another Thank You to You Sir.

You are a Good God. We know that: You are a Kind God, You are a Faithful God, You are a Compassionate God – Thank You for all of these.

Thank You for Your Investments in our lives – We have Salvation, my Lord we enjoy Grace, we enjoy Peace.

Father, we say Thank You – Please take all the Glory in the Name of Jesus Christ.

All these Your children that are listening to You through me and reading now on the Label of DMC; I Pray my Father that You will satisfy them.

My Lord, You will take them to the Place of their Breakthrough in the Name of Jesus Christ.

You will command their Blessings to locate them in the Name of Jesus Christ.

And my Lord, for those who are sick right now; I Pray for them that You will take them to Your Theatre Room – You will operate Divinely on them.

My Lord; as Your Words is coming forth, let it heal and deliver them in Jesus Name.

Father, for those who are bereaved; we Pray that You will Please comfort them in Jesus Name.

Father we Thank You; Blessed be Your Holy Name forever.

For in Jesus Name we have Prayed – Amen.

God Bless you in the Name of Jesus Christ – Amen.

ALTAR CALL

You see, when God is involved; distance is not a barrier.

I know where you are in your different houses or offices that you are listening to me today or reading on the Label of DMC and you want God to help you – You need it.

You want God to Help you; I want you to surrender your Life to Jesus Christ first.

He is willing to, Provided that you make up your mind.

He says: Come Unto Me all of you that labour and are heavy ladened. He says; I will give you rest.

He wants to take you out of Marah and He wants to take Marah out of you.

So, if you are there and you want to surrender your Life to Jesus Christ – Just let God knows that you are Willing, Just wave your hands wherever you are in Nigeria or Outside Nigeria and let us Pray together.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION

My Father, I want to Thank You for these Your children who are Lifting their hands to You.

We can’t see them here but you can see them wherever they are.

My Lord, because they have made up their mind to serve You; Please Lord have Mercy on them in the Name of Jesus Christ.

My Lord, I know that there is no Medicated Soap that can wash away sins – It is only the Blood of Jesus Christ that can do it.

Father, Please Lord wash them with the Blood of Jesus Christ.

My Lord, I Pray that beginning from this moment; they will never go back as they will begin to go Forward and they will begin to move Upwards.

And Lord, their lives will begin to attract Good Things and they too will have Testimonies in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Thank You Father. For in Jesus Name we have Prayed – Amen.

The Lord will Bless You – Amen.

ANNOUNCEMENT

As soon as the Church Buildings are opened; I will like you to go to any Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) that is very close to you. And I know that by the Grace of God, you will never regret going there – Amen.

Father, we want to Thank You for the Privilege we have this morning to give.

We are loading the Cloud with our Offerings; we Pray that our rain will fall.

Lord, we are Planting this Offerings as Seeds, let them Germinate and bear Fruits and let us Harvest the Fruits in Jesus Name.

Father, we Thank You. In Jesus Name we have Prayed – Amen.

The Lord will reward you in Jesus Name – Amen.

SPECIAL PRAYERS FOR THOSE THAT REQUIRES DIVINE ENCOUNTER.

There are some of you who would have loved Daddy GO (Pastor E.A Adeboye) to Pray for you.

Wherever you are; daddy sent me to do what I’m doing and I know that he has Prayed for me before my arrival here.

I want you to just bow your heads: Tell the Lord that exact thing you want to tell daddy.

Let God hear your voice.

Remember that I told you earlier that: A Closed Mouth is a Closed Destiny.

Cry to God – You will never cry to Man.

We have a God that still answers Prayers – He is the same Yesterday, He is the same Today and He is still the same Forever. He is the Lord – The Lord of all flesh and there is nothing that is difficult for Him. He can reverse any “Ugly Situation”; He can bring out Something out of Nothing.

Yes Lord, Thank You Father.

Let us bring our Prayers to an end.

CLOSING PRAYER

Father Almighty God; I want to Thank You for these Individuals.

My Lord, they may not have a “godfather” but they have “God The Father” – You are their Father.

Lord Please Sir, answer them, endorse all their Requests, Put their enemies to shame in their lives.

My Lord, as we are starting our Convention (The 68th Annual Convention of The Redeemed Christian Church of God); I Pray that Your Glory will manifest throughout.

All Your children that You are going to use and our father in the Lord; Please Lord use them Mightily in Jesus Name.

Father, it is an “Unusual Convention’; my Lord give is “Unusual Miracles” – Miracles that will Silence other Miracles; Testimonies that will Silence other Testimonies; Father grant unto us in Jesus Name.

Father, we Thank You for answered Prayers.

To You alone be all the Glory forever and ever.

In Jesus Name we have Prayed – Amen.

I rejoice with you my brothers and sisters and I say: “HAPPY CONVENTION” in Jesus Name – Amen.
