OPENING PRAYER

Unto the King Eternal, Immortal, Invincible, the Only Wise God; be Honour and Glory and Power and Dominion and Majesty. For ever, and ever and EVER – AMEN!

Now, to the People who are keeping time, let me talk to you for a brief moment: For Forty (40) years, I have asked Daddy GO to Pray for me. But I have never asked him for anything until November 5th, 2019.

So this is the email I sent to him: Daddy GO, I came to Nigeria in December, 1979 (that was forty (40) Years ago). I have watched you and Mummy GO for forty (40) Years. My Assignment for Thursday December 12th, 2019 is “THE ROLE OF FAITH”.

So this is my request; Daddy, may I use you and Mummy GO as my examples – How your life of FAITH has caused the GREAT TURNAROUND in the Redeemed Christian Church of God?

Instead of, THE ROLE OF FAITH, I asked him; Can I talk about “LIFE OF FAITH OF PASTOR E. A ADEBOYE?”

I said, you know I will never do anything without asking you.

… Then I wrote certain things.

Now, this is the funniest part; they have given me twenty (20) minutes. This is why am talking to the Time Keeper first. This is what I am asking – Can I be like Pastor Thom Shoal?

How many of you remember Pastor Thom Shoal tonight? Stand up, all those who remember him, let me see you.

… So these are my Old Soldiers? God Bless you!

And of course, the permission was granted.

So am going to talk about: “Life, Faithfulness of Mummy and Daddy Adeboye and the Family.”

Welcome to the History of Forty (40) years – My Relationship with them. Of course, I love Nigeria.

When I came to America in 1974 – being a son of a MEGA Church Pastor. My Father had about four hundred (400) Churches under him. But I was NOT saved!

I came to America, the very first weekend, my Classmate from Nigeria, he asked me: Do I want to go to Bible Fellowship. I didn’t say, ‘No Heaven’. I said something else – because I wasn’t Born Again yet.

So this Nigerian young man took me to a Bible Fellowship, and I gave my life t to the Lord Jesus Christ. That is the reason I LOVE NIGERIA more than anything else.

… Because it took a Nigerian young man (in America) to take me to the Bible Study, and I became Born Again.

In 2016, I got a phone call from Houston and they said; my friend who brought me to the Lord Jesus Christ has gone to Heaven. I flew to Houston and I buried that young man – who brought me to Jesus Christ.

I am forever grateful to Nigeria, for producing a young man who brought me to the Lord Jesus Christ. May God Bless Nigeria – Amen!

Now am going to give you History; listen Soldiers, just follow me.

In 1974, Oh! By the way, I am not a Bishop, I am not a General Overseer, I am not an Apostle. When you see Pastor E.A Adeboye and the bottom line says General Overseer.

What does the GO stands for? What does GO means? – General Overseer!

In my case, Pastor Stephen Rathod, the bottom line says O.G.

Wait a minute, let me ask you a question – How many of you know what O.G Mean?

Oh! Not my sons, and not the Pastors. What does O.G means?

… I will tell you tomorrow (laughed!)

That’s why I’m wearing my Gangster suit today!

Who is an Original Gangster?

Those who don’t get caught; and those who don’t get shot.

Thank God!

So that young man took me to a Holy Ghost Pentecostal Church on Sunday! I got saved on Friday, Saturday I Prayed, “Look here Lord… ” – I didn’t know how to Pray!

I said, I was a four (4) Star General in the Army of India. I was not in the United States! And I feared nobody. But on my knees I said (Saturday night): God, I want to be a Four (4) Star General in the Army of the Lord. I got up, went to Church that Sunday morning.

Don’t forget, I have a reason for what I am saying!

I am going to talk about this Man of God and Papa Akindayomi in about three (3) minutes.

So don’t loose me. Tonight, follow my timeline, and I will connect the dots!

So that Man of God came down to where I was sitting, put his hands on me, and said: “Thus saith the Lord (I said, oh Lord, what is this?)

Before you were conceived in your mother’s womb, I called you to be a Prophet unto the Nations, Prophet to the Kingdom. You will travel all over the world and you will Preach the Gospel”.

He said three (3) things – The Spirit of Jeremiah, the Spirit of Elijah, the Spirit of John the Baptist will be upon you.

You will never Retire, because I will breathe on you the Breath of Life!

… My head was Burning like FIRE (that was September, 1974) – Leave it there!

I Prayed for five (5) years.

Who is a Prophet?

I went to Men of God. I began Bible School in Tulsa.

In the Bible School they told me a Prophet – he has a Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge, Discernment of the Spirits and he speaks in Tongues. He might or might not Work Miracles.

I said, Oh Lord! What does that mean?

Five (5) Years I Prayed!

In 1979 – God is a Sovereign God. He controls the Destinies of People.

So the Young man who brought me to Jesus Christ, his Roommate was a Nigerian. And his Roommate’s friend was Pastor Yomi Ayodele – am connecting the DOTS of forty (40) Years!

So Yomi asked me; Would I help Pastors from the Redeemed Christian Church of God who are coming to this Big Camp Meeting?

And I said, Yes Sir! I will.

… That’s when I met Papa Akindayomj, Pastor Adeboye and twelve (12) others.

So if you are sitting there wondering why am here; let me tell you why am here – I have served for Forty (40) years! I am Daddy GO’s Host, I was his BAG Boy: I picked his bags and put it in his car. I was his Driver, his Dry Cleaner, and his Secretary – calling People, setting up Meetings!

By the way, before all these Bodyguards, he didn’t have to worry about Bodyguards. He had a Man of God before all these Protocols.

What are you saying, Pastor Stephen?

You know the GLORY; but you don’t know the Story of this man (Daddy GO) and Mama, and the children – Bolu, Adeolu, Leke and Dare – You have no idea!

And the best thing was being his Food Finder.

Because we knew where to have his food.

So I am the one who discovered what is called Heritage House (of Food). You can go once a day and eat till you cannot get out of the chair.

… By the way, Pastor Ayodele Was The Champion!

Ten (10) Million people come to the Camp to put nothing.

Daddy GO. Listen to me, I was in Daddy’s house 2016 December, by 2.30am. The Spirit of the Lord God walked inside my bedroom, woke me up and said – I will come and visit you again. Because I will set up a day, and I will tell you when to Preach this Message.

… Three (3) years I Prayed for this Message of tonight.

Last year (2018) I lost my mother in-law, I buried her. This year, I buried my sister in-law. Two (2) months later, I buried my wife’s younger brother. Month of August, I buried my wife’s younger sister.

… I did not want to travel nowhere this Year!

And the Spirit of God came upon me (end of August) and said, ‘you are going’.

Where am I going?

He said ‘you are going to Australia’.

I said, I know Who has called me.

I got up from my knees; the email came from Australia – Sir, would you come? I said, indeed I will. The Holy Ghost just told me!

… I am talking about HEARING His VOICE (Daddy GO was talking about last night).

I went to Australia – The Redeemed Christian Church of God Convention. And the Theme was: “Thy Kingdom Come!”

I found myself Preaching on HOLINESS.

I went back to my Room, and the Holy Ghost came into my Room; Son, you are going to Preach that Message that you have been thinking and Praying for, for three (3) years.

And see how stupid I am, I told Him – I said Daddy, I Preach in the Mornings Sessions , I don’t Preach in the Night Sessions.

The Holy Ghost said; YOU WILL PREACH THIS MESSAGE – Yes Sir!

I came home, and there was an Invitation saying ‘you will be Ministering Thursday Night – So here we are!

I was Daddy GO Shopping Buddy – I took him everywhere to shop. I became his son. And in over the years, I matured;

And I am proud to say – I am Daddy GO’s friend.

And in a Gangster language; Your friends are my friends, your enemies are my enemies. And Daddy, I got your back, Sir!

Okay! Let us go on – In 1979, they all came. We went to this Big Camp Meeting. And Daddy, am not gonna say anybody’s name.

Do you know there are too many Haters watching our Programs than Believers?

I don’t want those Haters trying to dig, who am I talking about. Go ahead and dig, I ain’t telling NOTHING!

We went to this Big Camp Meeting; everything was good!

After the Camp Meeting – of course, they didn’t want to take them (the Ministers from RCCG), so I pulled some strings, and we went.

And this man who was known as a Prophet (he is still known as a Prophet of God in America). We went in, and he Prayed for us – for every single one of us, he PRAYED.

And when we came out, Daddy GO was very QUIET. I cannot be like him! I tell you of a truth, Silent is STRENGTH.

He was very quiet, I didn’t bother him, all day!

So in the evening when I picked them up, I asked a question: Daddy, why were you quiet?

The Prophet of the Lord Prayed. He said, YEAH! But listen to me;

And then he said – A day is coming, when ALL these American biggest Pastors will call the Redeemed Christian Church of God (in Nigeria) and beg, and beg, and beg: “Can we come and see what the Lord is doing?”

You see, that is a Prophetic Word; and it came to pass!

Just about several Years ago, from the same folks, they call more than a hundred times.

… Come, all am saying is this – the WORD came to PASS!

Now watch it; but O. G (Original Gangster) is not satisfied – Am not!

I said, this Papa (you know, with white hairs and white outfit), I said he came from Africa to HEAR from God. We went to this Camp Meeting, but he hasn’t heard “Thus saith the Lord”.

I used to go to another Church; a thought came to my mind – Why don’t I take Daddy GO to that Church (where the Prophet had Prophesied over my life)?

So we went over there, the same man; from the Altar, looked down.

Listen to this, this is what he said: “What I have already shown you, what I have already told you, what you have seen here; now go home, be in Peace and God of Peace will make sure all you know will come to Pass!”

… Those were the words the same Prophet gave to Papa Akindayomi.

WHY ARE YOU SAYING THIS?

It is because right now, am scared for the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

In our Congress Programme, we have the Vision and Mission Statements. It says: “To make it to Heaven; to take as many as possible; and HOLINESS will be our lifestyle.

But some of us have left Holiness; some of us are Playing Church. And God is talking about HOLINESS.

I will come back to that part in another ten (10) minutes; let me talk about “THE LIFESTYLE OF FAITHFULNESS”. Just bear with me!

So in 1979, we went to that Great Man of God’s Office. This is what he said: “Now you have HEARD the Word of FAITH; take this Word of Faith back to Nigeria!

Daddy GO, I salute you Sir; for NOT compromising the word which you already HEARD.

We have the Word of HOLINESS!

You don’t need all these; when you Preach Holiness, you will Preach everything else.

… So I thank you (Daddy GO) for preserving the Heritage – Not you!

All our fathers in the Lord, listen to me; this Young Generation (Oh my God!) Listen to me – there are People in America who are Preaching: Mega Churches. MEGA! And they Preach Biggest Dream, the Biggest Dream.

… And the Lord will make it come to Pass!

In the Redeemed Christian Church of God, that is NOT what we have Inherited: When you come to the Redeemed Christian Church – You DIE with you dream; and you pick up the dream of your father, Papa Akindayomi.

Daddy GO’s Dream was to be the Youngest Vice Chancellor. But that dream DIED, when he picked up the dream of his Father in the Lord (Papa Akindayomi).

“… For without HOLINESS, no man shall see the Lord.”

Am ROUNDING UP; just bear with me. Let’s go!

In 1985, and again, am talking about the Major Events of their lives.

There was Church!

Did you get me?

I said there was a Church – they had the biggest Meetings. Bigger than the one I was talking about. God help us!

Daddy GO round up in one of the evenings, forty (40) thousand people were there.

… And at that time, Nigerians were flying to Tulsa like nobody’s business: to go see the Man of God and his Meetings.

Listen to me now: so when Daddy GO’s turn came, I think it was on a Thursday night. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday was his turn to Preach.

Are you ready? A Meeting with over Forty (40) thousand people there. Here comes Daddy GO, gets the Microphone. Now watch him:

All these things happened when we (RCCG) were small.

We were at the First Auditorium – 1985. And we thought we were ‘Big’ at that time.

So here we go, forty thousand (40,000) People out there; this is what Daddy GO did – He gets the Microphone, gets on his KNEES and starts Worshiping God. And he asked forty thousand (40,000) Congregation to get on their knees and Worship God!

That was the first and the last time, the Church had anybody get on their knees and worship God!

So don’t you think that he is doing this because he is so ‘big’ now! – He was doing it in 1985.

We went back to the Church, Daddy GO Preached, and Prayed for People to receive the Holy Ghost. And the same man; Pastors, listen to me – when you need money, when you have big Projects.

This Pastor stood (am standing on Holy Ground) am not going to lie to nobody, and go to hell. Am telling nothing but the truth (so help me God!)

That man stood on the Pulpit, looked at me and said – Bro Stephen, and I said, Yes Sir! Tell me about the Convention (of the Redeemed Christian Church of God). I told him about the Convention. And he said, from now onwards, every time you go, I will give you Ten thousand Dollars ($10,000) for the Convention!

… Don’t clap, don’t CLAP!

Over Thirty five (35) years, we still haven’t seen a dime!

WHY? – Because Holiness Pastor said: “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want!

… Man is NOT my Source.

May I tell you folks; Pastors of The Redeemed Christian Church, Young Ministers, do not sell your BIRTHRIGHT because somebody in America Promise to give you some Dollars – Please don’t do that!

… Am coming to an end; a couple of more things!

Again, about 1985, one man came with me to this Camp. The first house that Mummy and Daddy GO had built, he slept in that house. He took hot shower in that house. And next morning we were going fly to Jos (in Northern Nigeria). And then he asked me (now watch this).

Oh! By the way, let me finish that – so the man who had Promised us ten thousand Dollars ($10,000), with the biggest Church in Tulsa. The Church is no more! The big Cathedral am talking about is no more.

… But HOLINESS; the Redeemed Christian Church of God, is still Marching on!

So that Man, he has twelve (12) Businesses. And he said to me; ask your friend Pastor Adeboye, tell him that the Sign of The Redeemed Christian Church of God. And I will Support his Church. Besides, I will support his Bible College.

So I stepped in now, and I said; there is no need for me to ask him. Because I know what the answer is – the answer is: “The Lord is my Shepherd, and I shall not WANT”. He will not take down the Sign!

Listen to me; he will NOT take the sign down – because that name is not his name. That name was supernaturally given to Papa Akindayomi. When God gave him the word, the man couldn’t read nor write in English Language.

The Lord said, the name of the Church is – The Redeemed Christian Church of God.

Daddy GO did not sell us out! Why are you selling us out?

It is very quiet in this Lutheran Church tonight! (that’s what I always say in America, when they are very quiet).

Let me say one more thing, then I will ask Daddy GO to do something.

Oh! By the way, the Camp Meeting is no more.

The Church is no more. No more Bible School today, no more Church today. But Holiness – The Redeemed Christian Church of God is still marching on.

Ah! Bring the camera (bring it here); am not talking to the Church People now. Am talking to the Haters – all those who are talking about Daddy GO and his Jet Plane.

You were not there!

I was there, in 1983 – when I used to have a Glory Car. The Glory Car is the car that Smokes when you go (laughter!). And Daddy had a White Toyota.

Are you with me, now?

We were talking about the Word of God.

In 1983; we were in the first (Old) Auditorium. Daddy GO said, I HEAR the Lord. He did not say “my Daddy says”.

He said, I hear the Lord say, I see a Jet Plane. I see a Runway!

And People were saying, what is he talking about.

The guy who has a White Toyota and his friend has a Glory Car (that smokes). He is talking about Jet Plane.

To all the Haters, that was in 1983.

Then 2009, when the Jet came! Oh, by the way, you know one thing – I still haven’t seen the Jet, but I rejoiced.

You know why? The Word of the Lord came to Pass. Oh my God!

All the Haters, you didn’t give a dime to him.

Why are you running your mouth, and talking about the Plane?

Please note; “Jet Plane is a necessity, not a Luxury!”

… Oh God, help me. Help me Jesus!

Let me take Two (2) Things; DADDY GO IS A GIVER.

…Am talking to all the Haters Today. I am a Hit man, today!

Oh! By the way Haters; Daddy hasn’t Promise me a million Dollars, Baby!

So don’t say he PAID me to say this.

All those mess about Tithe (bring the Camera closer); READ MY LIPS, I know Mama and Baba Adeboye, they give sixty percent (60%) of what they get!

So when you start giving sixty percent (60%) of what you get, then you run your mouth.

… Otherwise, ZIP IT – Amen!

Okay! Am done! Now last thing – am sharing last thing: I believe we have more than one hundred (100) Ministers from America who have come for this Conference.

Mummy GO treats them Royally – They wanted to eat hamburgers, Mummy GO will take the Beef, chop it and make the hamburger, to help them.

When Mummy and Daddy will come to America, and be going; those guys will hail them, God bless you! And they kept on going, and kept on going!

Now my my son ‘Deolu, and my Baby Bolu, Dare, Leke (Daddy GO biological children). In the early 1980s, all the children who hanged around the Camp, they were Rich Kids. They all schooled in England. And my children stayed at home (in Nigeria).

And every morning when we had Family Meetings – Mummy GO, Daddy GO, myself and the children. We cried, and Prayed.

And this is what the Lord said: Let us continue to live Holy, let us continue to serve God. And a day will come, my children, not only will they go to England, they will go to all over the world!

… Look now, what the Lord has done!

Now, remember I told you the Word of the Lord came in 1974: That God has called me to be a Prophet unto the Nations.

So for Forty five (45) Years, I have Prayed.

For Forty three (43) Years, my wife and I, for every morning, every night, we Prayed – “Prophets unto the Nations”.

So here we go; in 2010, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, his Dear wife, we were in Botswana. We were Preaching together. And when I finished Preaching – when I came down, Bishop Okonkwo looked at me and said; Stephen, I said, Yes Sir! He said, you were Prophesying. I was scared!

So Daddy GO, here is the bottom line: the Sovereign God who Promised me a Prophet unto the Nations, it cannot be done in my ability. So the Lord spoke to Papa Akindayomi and said: “You will take the Redeemed Christian Church of God, all over the world”.

You stood by that Word.

The Redeemed Christian Church of God is all over the Nations of the world.

So as a friend of Daddy GO, today I take the responsibility to become a Prophet unto the Nations!

ALTAR CALL:

Now, am NOT going to give Altar Call to the sinners, but to all the Pastors of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, all over the one hundred and ninety eight (198) Nations of the world where we have our Churches.

All the Senior Pastors and their Assistants, Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses, Altar Ministers, Workers. God is Calling you all, today!

If you call Pastor E.A Adeboye, Daddy GO – STAND UP and say: “I will STAND BY YOU to Preach HOLINESS all over the world”.

All Pastors from other Ministries, you call him Daddy GO, and you say: I am standing with you on Holiness; Listen to me (This is my very First Prophesy – as a Prophet unto the Nations) “Do not Play!”

A day is coming, Daddy GO, Sir; some of them will HATE The Redeemed Christian Church of God. You need help Sir!

And as true sons and daughters of Daddy GO (all over the world) go to www.rccg.org – where they send Testimonies. Go there and write: “Daddy, I repent, am coming home. I will not be a Sellout again – You want to build an Auditorium the size of Ibadan (Oyo State Nigeria) I will be there!

So I stand after Forty (40) Years of Serving this Man and Mama, and my children: I RECOMMIT my Loyalty to you, Sir.

In America they don’t like me. Because I Preach Holiness.

… I WILL PREACH HOLINESS, SIR!

So again, all over the world, Call him, Text him, let him know YOU ARE WITH HIM, YOU ARE WITH MUMMY. Don’t Just say, Daddy and Mummy GO; and you don’t do what God want them to do.

… Your TURNAROUND will not come, until you Turn around and STOP playing Games with Redeemed Christian Church of God, the Doctrines, the Vision and Mission Statements – it will not be well with you!

But if you come home – Prodigal Sons; what you need is already in the house – The “Fattest Calf” is in the house.

Bring the Camera close: STOP keeping somebody else’s Pigs, and call it a Ministry.

Daddy am done!

Would you please come and PRAY for me?

Remain STANDING, all the Pastors.

Daddy PRAY for us.

Sir, we need HELP. all your sons and daughters need HELP.

THANK YOU LORD!

DADDY GO PRAYS

Father I Pray that You will lay Your Mighty Hands on Your son, AFRESH, and ANOINT him so Mightily today.

That he would STAND FIRM on the Doctrine of HOLINESS. So that he will finish WELL, and Finish STRONG.

And I commit ALL Your children, who are also saying; from now on, it will be HOLINESS or nothing! As many of them as would genuinely RETURN to this Foundation, ANOINT them afresh.

And Lord God Almighty, as many as have seen the Fruits of Holiness in The Redeemed Christian Church of God, and who would say; This would be our own Doctrine. Father, let it be WELL with them ALL.

Please Lord, send Help to us; Help us remain Strong. Help us to remain Faithful. And let it be WELL with all of us!

Your son (Pastor Stephen Rathod) has been with us for Forty (40) years; if you delay Your Coming for many more years: I Pray that together we will keep on Preaching the Gospel, Healing the Sick, Casting out demons, Raising the dead and doing the WILL of God.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name we have PRAYED – AMEN!
